Actually, no stars at all. Something is forgotten several times. For example, the fourth time I went to get my toy, they responded rudely. The worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Will avoid it from now on. After years, I have to update this review. The store has been remodeled, and instead of getting better, it's getting worse. I got fries that are still raw. I've never experienced that before. Disgusting. They should report this. At some point, it becomes a health hazard.

I have never encountered slower service. I waited half an hour for three Big Mac menus. The food was brought cold. And I have never drunk a more disgusting cola - only ice

Half of it is missing!!! And you didn't get a receipt to prove you paid for everything listed on the drive-thru bill. The coffee was warm.

No air conditioning. Show orders ready for collection in 1 minute and then you wait half an hour more.

It's not McDonald's quality. The employee has no clue. Wait 10 minutes for coffee and it tastes...

The food wasn't fresh; it was old and had been sitting around for hours. The food was served. They rolled their eyes when I pointed this out. They were supposed to get a new burger, but after 15 minutes I told them they could keep theirs because the nuggets and fries weren't fresh either! A disaster of service, a disaster of food! I'm never going there again!

Good stop when picking up guests from BER. A short stop after the flight, or on the way if the journey takes longer.

Unfortunately no! It was an absolute disaster. I'm not even mad at the service staff! There is simply a lack of good training for the respective workers. There were 3 employees there that evening. Unfortunately, 20 orders came in within 20 minutes. As a result, it didn't fit front or back. Orders were only partially issued because fries or other things still had to be prepared. Unfortunately our burgers were completely cold! Even the cheese was just a slice from the fridge, no trace of heat or anything. Unfortunately very disappointing! The management should definitely hire more staff because the toilets and guest room were also very dirty!

Waited 50 minutes for the food we ordered. got nothing. There were only two people assigned. Eternal Serpent. Everyone had to wait that long. Didn't get my money back because they didn't have time. Food didn't come either. I will request my money back from PayPal. That was the worst thing I've experienced. The branch management is hidden in the background. Here one would have expected him to proactively intervene and mediate or something similar. Absolutely unprofessional. Complaint to corporate headquarters is also out!

Bad organization. There were no receipts at the counter because the boss issued them and most people didn't remember their order number. Employees only partially understood the German language, which led to the wrong toys and drinks. In the women's toilets, the glasses were all peed on and there was a complete smell of urine. McDonald's Waltersdorf completely disappointed me.

Only come here if you have a LOT of time with you, but it's better to just go somewhere else. We waited here for an eternity and, as we noticed, others also had to wait 40 minutes in the mcdrive without the order even being taken and the store was less than 1/3 full.

I'll try to keep it short... I waited 30 minutes for my food. When I asked, they couldn't give me any information at first because the service staff unfortunately didn't speak any German. After waiting again, I was informed by another employee that my order was currently still being processed (a Mc Chicken Classic and 6 nuggets)... Oh well. When she finally came, the very competent employee spilled my drink.

After the renovation, I personally don't like it anymore. The staff tries hard but even when it's empty there is no fresh food. There seem to be problems with ordering lately, first there were no fries one evening and today again no chocolate sauce. Nevertheless, the ice cream without sauce costs €2!!! So I just paid 15 euros for a few cold fries, an old cheeseburger, a slightly filled wrep and ice cream without sauce...a real outrage

Not the best branch. A bit unclean, although the staff seem to be making an effort. Probably very overcrowded and not enough staff. Will probably be renovated soon.

We were very happy that there was a play area outside, but it was only for children aged 5 and over and was very large, so I doubt that my children aged 5 and over would be able to play with it. So we deployed indoors. There were small vases with flowers on the tables. Very pretty, but unfortunately dirty tables and floors. There were loud arguments in the kitchen and since digital terminals were introduced, there has been hardly any service. The food was as usual.

In my opinion a very nice atmosphere. I particularly like the furnishings. It's incredibly clean.

The female waitress complained about her colleagues the whole time, even though we were waiting for our food. As if we weren't there. What a pity.

We've been to McDrive more often lately, and unfortunately some of the food was often forgotten. Of course that can happen, but we've had to turn back several times to catch up on what we've forgotten. My burger was also very dry, which I was very disappointed with. That's why I'll probably avoid McDonald's in the future.

Whoever developed the design either comes from construction or a large canteen. But probably from both. It just looks terrible.

Unfortunately there is construction work going on, so only Mc Drive is open. Service in the usual good quality. Burgers hard and older. Probably because hardly any customers come due to the construction work. Great place for spotters to follow landing traffic on the southern runway 24L!

The employees have obviously not yet been trained on how to wear mouth and nose protection. And no matter how you order, something is always forgotten. I can't recommend it. None of the employees could communicate halfway in German. The toilets were extremely dirty. The order took forever and was incorrect. The ad was for pick up, but then there was still a 5 minute wait. Never go here again!!!

Nice to have been here more often. Everything used to be fine. This time a catastrophe: Long waiting time at the drive (>10 minutes) in conclusion Burger cold, carelessly hammered together. Not again for now.

We stood in line at the drive-in for 20 minutes and the car in front of us was still being served. I was supposed to place my order and was interrupted in the middle and told that they had to close the drive-thru due to staff shortages. Now I was standing there, 5 cars in front of me, 5 cars behind me. After waiting for 3 minutes because there was no going forward or backwards, I asked the gentleman in the drive-in and the gentleman at the counter in the gray sweater if they could send the cars to the waiting areas at the front so that we could at least get out , I was completely ignored. They both just left. After the driver behind me cleared out the rest of the line, I was able to back out the entire way. But no one had to at least come out and block the drive in or something like that. So I stood there for 30 minutes of my life, was interrupted in my order and then ignored because it was assumed that I would wait obediently for the 5 cars in front of me that were still able to order and then drive off? Sorry, but that was a total failure of everyone who worked there at the time. 02.01.2024/18:45...

We won't come back! Actually we just wanted to quickly get something to take away from the MC Drive but we were then told it was closed....no sign of it beforehand - the display was lit. But well, what do you want to do? Ordering at the terminal didn't take long because I just wanted a Happy Meal. I waited 20 minutes, which I found impossible, for the content. When I received my order I went back and asked where the donation book was. There is no short, harsh answer. Toys from the current advertising were no longer available either. There was also no eye contact. In the 20 minutes I observed unmotivated, rude employees. It's really impossible and it gets worse every time you go there. There were about 8 employees to be seen, only men with no motivation. I think it's best not to go there anymore.

I completely understand that if you are completely overloaded with little staff, you have to wait longer and you are exhausted. But can't you at least give the guest at the checkout a signal that you will be served soon? We stood for 10 minutes, no eye contact, no information about whether we were being served at all. We were air. It's okay if the cars in the drive-in seem to have priority, but being completely ignored is absurd. Unfortunately we can't comment on the food as the order was never taken.

With 30 people in the store you can get a bit hesitant, but forget about burgers. Simply ignore customers despite being spoken to in a friendly manner, and instead pounce on the trainee 10 times. Maybe this will help to improve!

First time I threw away fries. They were really disgusting, not only cold, but hard and inedible. As if the frying fat was already pretty old. Wrap was okay. Nevertheless, I'll give it a wide berth in the future.

That's a difference like day and night! Whoever took these photos there deserves a medal in editing! The coffee wasn't full, but it still went down better than the rest! Service was friendly.

You would prefer not to give a star at all. When ordering to take away / mainly MC Drive, something is always missing from the order. It's annoying when you only find out about the whole thing when you get home, given the prices. The system is also fucked up wherever possible. At MC Drive you sometimes have to wait forever before you can order. When outputting on the 2nd window, you will be asked to move away from the camera recording so that the times/numbers are correct. The procedure is similar inside, orders are pressed as ready for issue before they are ready. You just have to know how to cheat.

So at the MC Donalds in Berlin we noticed that there were vases on the tables with roses in them🌹I've never seen that in any MC before. The whole thing seemed very pleasant 😃👍

Decided to get take out. I was enjoying my My Mc Nuggets until I found myself chewing on a long blond hair! I spat it out. The next one I ate had an even longer hair in it. Disgusting! That ended my meal. Yuck!!!

The whole place was glued, from the toilet to the table. Everything made a rather unclean impression. Tables weren't wiped down, staff weren't trained well enough. Everything was rather chaotic and absolutely does not correspond to McDonald's guidelines. Please urgently improve hygiene and service here.

Various things were missing from our order. The children's book was wrong. The coffee already contained milk and sugar, even though it was ordered separately.

We ordered in the store, on the large tablets. The order must have taken almost 10 minutes, even though it was just a cheeseburger and two hot chocolates. The cheeseburger was cold and the chocolates hadn't been stirred, which only became clear at the end when the first two or three centimeters of the base was full of cocoa powder. The drink labeled as a hot drink isn't really warm either. We were disappointed, especially because we have had better experiences.

Worst McDonalds and violation of fire safety/escape route regulations. When we arrived on October 8th, 2024 after our vacation (we were in the store at 8:15 p.m. and ordered at the ordering terminal) we experienced probably the worst McDonald's branch. Ok, admittedly... we rarely go to a store like this, especially because the food is certainly not part of a balanced diet. But the fact that a store manages to undercut the already low expectations was new to me too. 1. Employees hopelessly overwhelmed (shortage of personnel but also lack of skills) 2. From order placement to delivery (in House Essen) it took a whopping 30 minutes. Other customers were sent away with “Take 1 hour…” 3. The employees kept locking the doors from the inside! So that a) no more customers came in (this was due to the obvious lack of employees) but also b) the quick, uncomplicated escape if necessary was prevented or simply leaving the store was made more complicated and even impossible for laypeople. It's crazy to imagine that in the middle of Germany. 4. The burgers were absolutely full of fillings and certainly didn't meet McDonald's standards, if there is such a thing. But since it's system catering, it has to be that way! 5. The burgers were only lukewarm. Note to the staff or manager there: 1. Train your employees in etiquette, behavior under stress and, above all, on the subject of fire protection and escape doors or customer management 2. If there is a shortage of staff, then “I” have to bite the bullet and really close the shop and not hope that 3 employees will keep the shop running. And all this in close proximity to the airport! 3. Learn kindness!l In any case, a store like this is a huge disaster and an absolute damage to the image of such a chain. The word fast food takes on new meaning here... not for the better! A real disgrace when you consider that you actually just want to do something about your hunger quickly after a flight and landing before you head on the motorway to your destination. Here, the franchisee must urgently be monitored centrally and assistance tailored to his needs must be offered to him. There is no other way to help this store in its current state. I feel sorry for the employees who, despite their behavior, certainly don't have it easy. There are a number of construction sites to be repaired here, comparable to the BER next door. In any case, the store won't be seeing me again any time soon.

Great food (breakfast), great service & absolutely clean and beautifully decorated with fresh cut flowers. McWrap scrambled eggs chesse - fresh and really tasty! Reasonable price-performance ratio. McToast - like at home - simple but delicious. And my Sausage & Egg McMuffin was fresh, hot and I love it. 😍 I really like the McDonald’s restaurant here in Waltersdorf. Give everyone 5 stars! Friendly employees are always at the checkout in the morning, and despite everything, food is brought to the table without any problems. Great service idea. I'm happy here! Thank you ☺️

One of the really bad McDonalds! The hamburger was so small that it could be mistaken for a biscuit from a prince's roll. The "Big" Cesar salad was only half filled in the box, there was probably less than 100g of salad, an absolute rip-off. Then the Frape' Shakes were simply without Coffee?! I wonder what that's all about, are the employees just not in the mood and are mixing the dishes together like they're funny? Was our last visit there. I also wrote to the McDonald's main agency about these numerous defects. For the constant price increases, I expect reasonable quality!

After our vacation and late arrival, we quickly ate something. We haven't found such dirty toilets in the whole of Albania (tour trip)😒, really disgusting! There wasn't a single clean table in the entire store. There would definitely have been enough time to clean up, there were only 5 tables occupied.
