Order terminals were partially broken, "air conditioning" in the restaurant was estimated at 32°C, toilets were unkempt, I have no idea when they were last cleaned today. At least the food was ok.

It's the worst place ever! Very poor, unpleasant service, air-conditioning not working, dirty tables, garbage beens overloaded. The whole family felt terrible after dinner in this McDonald's. AVOID!

Been there twice. Every branch has a bad day. Which actually shouldn't be yours, but it doesn't matter. I wonder how it can be so dirty? Food cold. The thing about ordering and picking up and receiving your food warm is probably a fairy tale. If I had seen the restrooms before eating, I would have left immediately. At the first visit I only had a statement from the companion. Unfortunately confirmed. The flowers on the table don't help. Toilet paper and hygiene. The entire floor is glued. At first I thought it might be me, but since other guests also complained about the sticky floor, I think it hasn't been mopped for a long time.

Terrible branch - employees totally unfriendly, the burgers are carelessly slapped together, mass processing of the worst kind. We looked in vain for a clean table, even though it was only half full...

It's one of a few McDonald's I have come across where dogs are allowed. No "dogs forbidden signs". Awesome! Thank you for that! Unfortunately the place feels a bit disorganized. After placing the order, my number was displayed as "being prepared", but then it disappeared and existed in a limbo. For a few minutes the food was neither being prepared nor was it ready. I could actually see my order being prepared, so not sure what has happened there. When the order was ready, my number didn't show up on the screen at all. The lady just put the tray on the counter and waited. Didn't call the number, nothing. Very confusing. It was similar with other customers. Try to figure out which order is yours while it's being prepared, track it yourself and you should be fine. Food quality was ok.

I like this McDonald's because here you get the food quickly and it's still warm. In addition, you won't be overrun here like in Wildau.

Very bad service! People discuss what you ordered! I wanted an ICE Latte Caramel and not a shake! How am I supposed to know that they don't have one there and sell it. Instead of an ICE latte caramel, I was made a shake, then it was discussed that I ordered it & you can see on the board above that they don't sell any! Every employee should know the difference and must be able to tell me that it doesn't exist here!!! I'm so mad!

The place overheats a bit. Air conditioning or a fan would be great.

The c was deliberately omitted above; because I thought it would stand for coupons, but it stands for complete catastrophe!

McDonald's. The typical soggy bread and mushy meat that you would expect from McDonald's. But they have table delivery service. Nice. Fast food really is fast. If you want to die young, you should come here more often

We were there for lunch during the week. It was pleasantly empty.

The food was what you would expect from McDonalds. The employees were not particularly motivated and even gossiped about other colleagues. The toilets were an imposition. The water was on the floor of the disabled toilet and there was a strong smell of urine. Since it was the only room with a changing table, we had to use it. The other toilets were cleaner, but there was also a lot of paper lying around and there was a strong smell of urine. There were no paper towels either.

After a long day of shopping with the family and by popular request, a change.

Can't understand the bad reviews. I ordered and received my meal in full. Scoreboard didn't show my number, but it was called. The atmosphere was clean and the ladies brought the food to the table upon request. Nothing to complain about except for the scoreboard.

Cleanliness is everything, that's all I'm saying! You come in and the floor is sticky. You stand at the counter and want to order but no one comes, instead she slowly but surely fills the ketchup bags, only after she was finished did she take my order. I was there on Monday night July 22, 2024 and even though it was just before closing time, my wishes were fulfilled to the fullest satisfaction, thanks to the super nice gentleman behind the counter!

I usually eat there around lunchtime. Everything went quickly (hardly any people there during the week) and tasted like everywhere else at McDonalds.

Not far from the airport, which is not good news. It was quite clean, the staff was helpful, the only thing was that some of the machines for self-ordering were not working. The toilet was more or less clean but there was no paper.

Hello dear McDonald's lovers I can tell you first and foremost that this McDonald's was the worst I've ever been to. Everything was dirty: floor, tables, kitchen (there were leftovers like fries, chicken nuggets and sauces on the floor), toilet (there were leftover toilet paper, hygiene products on the floor, everything was definitely not cleaned) There were missing napkins everywhere... the return shelves were overflowing... And communication was very difficult because no one spoke German. The food was bland... the hamburger had no sauce... Simply disgusting...NOT RECOMMENDED.

A McDonalds, I only go through the drive-thru here every now and then. Unfortunately, something is often missing from the order, sometimes complete 20-piece chicken nugget packs (we don't even count the individual nuggets). So be sure to check the contents after ordering ToGo!

McDonalds just... cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. Staff is silent. Burnt, forgotten ingredients but no excuse or sorry. Jam that cannot be ordered in the app is then charged for 2 x 1.00 euros, which goes straight into your pocket without a cash register.

Used feminine hygiene products lie wrapped up on the toilet paper holders because the trash can intended for them was overflowing. In both types of toilet there was no paper to dry your hands, which must have been the case for quite a long time as the associated rubbish bin was empty. Well, the food was the occupiers' usual goodness.

Disgusting McDonalds. Food tastes different than at other McDonalds, no salad on burgers...It looks like shit there, the toilets are filthy and the staff listens to loud Arabic music, dances and jumps around in the kitchen all fluffed up, sings along and is clearly talking about it the guests in Turkish, Arabic or whatever... we will definitely never visit this store again. Such a store is damaging to our reputation. Actually a nice location where you can watch the planes but that's the last thing.

I just wanted to use the women's toilet - incredibly dirty and unusable. Apart from the fact that you behave so inappropriately as a woman in the toilet - you certainly don't even clean yourself during the day. I also have to note that the store generally seems rather dirty. Food on the floor everywhere and the trays aren't cleared for ages.

We were forced to go to this restaurant twice and will definitely not do so a third time. At dinner, and this is not an estimate but a count, half of our order was either forgotten or a different product than what was ordered was put on the tray. When we asked about our forgotten burgers, the response was very annoyed and condescending. The burgers themselves were cold and the worst we have ever received. The chicken burger had a single piece of lettuce on it, but so much sauce that the paper packaging tore when opened because it was so wet. The toilets were very dirty and the trolley for the trays was also full to the brim, even though there were hardly any customers there. We wanted to have breakfast there the following day. The toilets were still dirty and the waiting time of 45 minutes was simply unbelievable, even here the location was not very busy. Unfortunately I have to give at least one star, otherwise it would have been 0 or even minus stars. I can only advise everyone not to eat there! It's a shame that McDonald's doesn't respond to the countless bad reviews, the franchisee should have their license revoked immediately!

A quick Mc Drive and just arrived home... And then this... The Mc Rib without sauce and onions…..both…..subterranean…. The store was empty and yet we waited 20 minutes I took pictures.

The service doesn't understand, only the drinks were prepared correctly: the burger with double in its name was served with a single cutlet, the fries were kept in oil for too long. There is music playing in the place that is not very appropriate for this type of restaurant.

I like to stop at this McDonald’s restaurant when I pick someone up at BER airport. The kitchen is efficient and fast - I've never encountered any waiting times at the ordering counter. In addition, there is always enough space to enjoy your meal in peace.

Some time ago we went to McDonald's in Waltersdorf and had the same experience again. 95% of the tables were dirty, even though there were very few customers and people preferred to chat behind the counter. Tray shelf also full. This is the dirtiest McDonald's I know. I'll add to my review: We were here again on Friday evening and what can I say, all the tables were dirty again. There was nothing going on. It's better to chat behind the counter than to wipe the tables or empty the garbage return. The toilet was also not attractive, so I couldn't use it.

What kind of rating should I give here? Everyone knows MC'es. There are short waiting times in Waltersdorf, but you should check your order at the drive-thru as something is often forgotten.

Tables were not cleaned. Tray carts were overflowing. This creates an overall dirty impression.

I don't think you need to write much about the food, everyone knows McDonalds. As far as the service is concerned, it gets more than very bad, I can only speak for myself because I've been there more often now because of the children and because it's close to me, every time something is always, really always forgotten or you get something different what you ordered. When you're in the restaurant you can quickly complain about it, but it's really annoying to have to check every time whether everything you ordered is there and then have to go back in. I would replace the entire team with immediate effect!!!

Well, good bakery at an upscale price. But in this case it doesn't bother me at all.

It couldn't be worse. Eat lukewarm to cold. Carelessly prepared. Hygiene is zero. Tables dirty. I asked the staff to clean the table, was asked where we were sitting, then someone came to clean (hopefully with a cloth, which was intended for the tables) of our table. The others remained dirty. Some of the tables were full of used trays and staff were constantly walking past them. Toilets and guest room also very dirty and without paper. Staff unfriendly, barely understands German. Watching them work makes me aggressive. I can walk slowly, but these people can even have their shoes resoled. So, our conclusion, even if we come back late from vacation (airport), we eat at home, at least never there again.

McDonald's just. As you know it. It was well attended and the employees made an effort. The food was brought to the table quickly and was warm. Of course here and there there was a chip or something like that on the floor. That says more about the guests than the employees. It was swept through at least once while we were there. Guests can also leave their seats in a tidy condition after eating. That would also be an idea.
