Now you have to wait at least 30 minutes; that doesn't have much to do with "fast food" anymore.

The best part is that there is no parking problem and it is free.

The burger wasn't cooked through. I waited 20 minutes for the food and then received a raw burger inside… I complained and waited another 20 minutes, complained again, and finally received a burger that was somewhat edible.

Rude, food was incomplete, staff were rude

I had two long black hairs, each in different products – absolutely unacceptable. I can't imagine that's possible while adhering to hygiene standards. I'll have to find other options in the future.

It's not getting any better. M Burger practically falls apart as soon as you open the package. The patties weren't hot enough, so the cheese stayed cold, not even melted. In the end, the burger bun completely crumbled into little pieces. And that's not what I call tasty. We've only gone there in emergencies for years, when we need something quick. It's just consistently bad.

Disaster! The restaurant was practically empty, yet my order (1 Big Mac & 1 McRib) took a total of 40 minutes. When I asked what was going on with my order, the employee simply disappeared into the kitchen with my order slip, leaving me standing there.

The portions are small... Since it was on sale, I can treat myself... Otherwise, doner kebab is almost three times the size, so it won't be as expensive.

mcdrive guy was patient and nice , yet we got the wrong order ,food was horribly bad ! not fresh at all and felt like they just reheated yesterday's leftovers and the meat was smelly , which is actually concerning.. DONT COME HEre !

The staff were friendly. The place itself was clean. Unfortunately, that's where the positives end. We went for breakfast, and sadly, everything was cold: the bacon and egg burger, the cheeseburger, and the scrambled eggs with a cheese wrap. They were so cold the cheese wasn't even melted. The cocoa powder wasn't mixed. We could have done it ourselves with the wooden spoons. No napkins. Just annoying. I don't like it when the food is that cold. I'm not used to that at McDonald's.

For the umpteenth time, the order was incomplete, yet they charged the full price. Perhaps you should hire competent staff. Outrageous! We have definitely ordered from this store for the last time and will absolutely not recommend them. In my opinion, it's fraud.

Unfortunately, we had the experience that the food took a very long time to arrive. Upon inquiring, we discovered that it had already been prepared but had been forgotten. We also noticed that the ordered coffee creamer was missing. When we asked about it, the employee seemed very annoyed. Not recommended :(

Unfortunately, instead of the vegan nuggets I ordered, I was given "regular" nuggets, which I didn't notice until I got home. It's a shame; this shouldn't happen.

Not all products are available, and even if you order one, small items are missing, like the onions and pickle on the cheeseburger. It's dirty. And even with the table number, they don't get you anything.

I've never experienced anything like this at McDonald's before. The burgers were simply "slapped together" as if they'd been forced through a cement mixer in the package. The fries weren't fully fried and therefore still had a very soft texture inside. I'm giving it 2 points because it was really busy. But this kind of service shouldn't be McDonald's' standard. I'll try the branch again at a different time of day when I get a chance. Maybe I just picked a bad time.

The restaurant was decent but unfortunately the fries were cold, one of our orders was forgotten and of the various Cokes we ordered, the table service only guessed which Coke was which (and was then wrong).

Poor service. We waited 20 minutes for a cappuccino, which was only ready after we requested it. Despite the electronics, it never arrived at the service desk. Not recommended.

We ordered two apple turnovers at the drive-thru. He specifically asked us if we'd ordered them, and we replied twice. At home, we realized they weren't apple turnovers... where are my apple turnovers? 😔💔

You can't eat this food anymore

Nothing special, cold atmosphere, the breakfast was okay, but it was okay 20 years ago too.

One of the worst McDonald's. The staff is completely incompetent. For some time now, there's been a parking lot for drive-up orders in front of the restaurant. Not only are there constantly cars parked there that don't even use the service and then go and eat in the restaurant as usual, but the employees simply don't come to the car. We tried it once, and after 20 minutes of no food, we went inside, and even then, our order still wasn't ready. Yesterday, we went to get food for home and used two coupons from the app. The nuggets were simply missing, and the burger was falling apart and just slapped into the box. I haven't liked the waiting area at all since the renovations. It's incredibly cramped; you don't really know where to stand against that glass wall where everything is so cramped. The employees just chat and laugh, unable to wait until the order is ready for pickup. Instead, they click away, and you have no idea what's happening with your order until you're suddenly called, instead of simply using the system on the screen. Simply awful.

There's no service to bring the food to your table (the staff removed the stands out of laziness). And the tables look like no one has cleaned them in two hours... I

It took forever to get a cappuccino. Others had been waiting 25 minutes for their burgers! When asked, they were rude, saying the cappuccino had been ready for 10 minutes and was cold. The waitress said it wasn't "my problem" that I had to wait! No words!

Everything is fine, but the speed and German language skills of the employees could still be improved.

Visit 10/11/25 12:00 The indicator for completed orders is immediately pushed away. You have to get your own wipes from a dispenser. If the staff at the counter already speak poor German, it's all the more important that they receive better training in using the software. Why is there an indicator for completed orders if the employee then has to shout the number? That wastes energy in the long run, which is then wasted on work. The next day, the employee is sick because they no longer have a voice. Conclusion: Better training of employees in using the software. It seems to be very easy to use. (I observed this while I was standing there waiting.) Enjoy your meal.

Disastrous store... Every visit is a nuisance. Waited 25 minutes yesterday for two burgers and a small shake to be served. McSpicy had the wrong bun, ordered a McWrap without cheese, and unfortunately wanted to eat it at home, but it had cheese in it... A waste of time. The shake was apparently finished first and was almost runny when we left the store. Other waiting customers also said the conditions are only like this here. For example, Mahlow does it better.

We've been to this branch many times. It's the worst branch I've ever seen. Something's ALWAYS missing, wrong, or you wait forever. Then the men try to downplay their mistakes with exaggerated friendliness and bad jokes. Others are downright rude. Table service rarely works... I'd love to give it 12 stars!

We waited 30 minutes, everyone who had ordered with us had already left, and the parking lot was empty. Ordered a burger and a wrap. The wrap was completely cold. The mesh potatoes were completely over-fried.

If you want to eat in slow food. This is it. Wait time longer than regular restaurant, staff is in complete chaos and the place is really busy. Don't go here!

I haven't seen anything so bad in a long time. If the children didn't want to go there, I would never go there in my life. You can get a proper burger there (without additives) and pay the same!!!!!

We've been there twice so far. The first time, two burgers were missing. The second time, everything was actually complete (let's ignore the missing napkins). Something must have been wrong... because the "M" and both Big Macs were spicy, probably because of the pickle. Can't be that difficult, really ^^

Staff unfriendly, burgers and fries cold...

Ordered two cappuccinos at Mc Café. They were poured from the fully automatic machine instead of the portafilter. When asked about this, the staff said the milk couldn't be heated...probably to avoid cleaning the machine.

2 things: cold fries and unfriendly staff

The food was cooked to perfection: the double-meat burger was cooked to perfection, the bread was very soft, the meat was juicy and flavorful, and the fries were crispy and cooked to perfection. A combination of flavors pleasing to the palate of those of us who enjoy fast food. The service was excellent, the food was prepared super fast, living up to its name: fast food. The atmosphere was very calm and pleasant. The location is 10 minutes from Berlin's Brandenburg Airport.

I ordered plant-based ice cream and received milk (without any warning). The staff barely had enough German to respond. I wouldn't just order it without milk; I can't tolerate it!

We found a functional kiosk only on the second try. The order was prepared quickly. The food was relatively good except for the Mccrispy, which was extremely dry. I have never seen a dirtier restaurant and no one cleaned the tables during my visit. In the end, we ordered a Mcflurry, it was the only order at that time and we waited for it for 8 minutes (the employees were having a good time in the kitchen in the meantime). In the end, I had to go to the staff and ask for ice cream. I definitely do not recommend this McDonald's.

Absolutely unsuitable if you want to grab something "quickly" during your lunch break. Wait times at the drive-thru and inside are simply abysmal. If you order online and want to pay at the counter inside, you're ignored for a while. The pickup number doesn't even appear on the display, and after 20 minutes, the employee, who unfortunately speaks poor German, calls out the number 245 instead of 145, which caused some irritation. If I have a lot of time, I might go back, but not for a quick snack. Today, on August 4, 2025, I went again for a Grimace Shake. The wait wasn't quite as long as last time. Nevertheless, you're ignored for a while at the counter when you pay. The shake didn't have cream, but it did have ice cubes. 🤦🏻‍♀️ If you don't have cream, at least tell the customer! If I'm paying for a specific product, I want that exact product! 🙄

Today, we were unfortunately very disappointed with our meal orders... Diet Coke was served instead of Coke without our knowledge, and even one star was too much for the mashed potatoes (soft and extra greasy) and crispy chicken. In response to our comment regarding the quality, they said, "Everything meets the standards." However, since this wasn't the first time we'd eaten these meals, we know things could definitely be better. So, this branch had a really bad day today.

It used to be better. We ordered two milkshakes, and they were so... runny that they couldn't even pass as a shake. On top of that, I ordered the special purple shake, which supposedly comes with cream, and I didn't even get it. The staff seemed overwhelmed and disorganized.

Our drinks, which we ordered without ice cubes, were a thin, watery mess. The order also didn't work because my iced tea had ice cubes in it. The burgers were simply thrown into the cardboard boxes, with one side having no topping and the other side being soggy. What I also didn't understand was that they didn't even have a bag of salt. All in all, this was definitely my last visit to this crappy chain; I can eat better food elsewhere for that money.

The fries were cold, the wraps were only half-filled, and the cold Coke and Coke Sero were indistinguishable. I don't even want to talk about the staff's motivation. I then complained about the cold food and the barely filled wrap, and I had to listen to another stupid comment. We'll never be back.

Actually, I didn't get to eat yesterday. It was full, and only half of the ordering machines worked. I tried ordering directly at the cash register, but they ignored me. Even though the staff were busy at the cash register without serving anyone, I couldn't find a supervisor. I certainly won't try again.

The waiting time for pickup is far too long. Internally, the numbers are simply removed from the system. I've never waited so long for a standard product. Disaster.

From a €48 order, three Big Macs, two cheeseburgers, and fries were missing. Unfortunately, we only noticed this at home because we were rushing out, as it took 40 minutes after ordering. So we went back (Woltersdorf-Mittenwalde), and they seriously wanted to give me the cold food because they forgot to pack it. It was a total hectic affair...we'll never go back...there wasn't even an apology.

Everything was delicious, but I wanted to buy pancakes at 10:19 a.m. and wasn't served. I had to wait until 10:32 a.m., when breakfast ended, and then there were no more pancakes. It was very annoying.

Unfortunately, that was probably my last visit to McDonald's! I had placed a takeout order and received an order number. However, after a long wait, the order was simply marked as completed and declared as delivered, so it was no longer visible on the customer's screen. After a long wait, it finally arrived after what felt like 20 minutes. We got home, hungry, to realize that our order was incomplete. We then returned to the branch. What particularly upset me was the employee's reaction: After I explained the problem, all I got was the statement, "That went wrong," but there was no apology or any other form of accommodation. I also asked who would reimburse me for the additional travel costs, but I received no answer to that question. Instead, I was asked to move on, using the informal "Du" form of address, and then the customer was referred to in a language other than German. This was very disappointing. Therefore, I cannot recommend this restaurant. I recommend either visiting a well-known competitor or visiting a real burger joint. This was a learning experience for me, and I will avoid this location in the future.

Ordered via app and still waited 20 minutes for the food... The food wasn't great either...

I have never been so disappointed by a McDonald's branch. When we walked in, we saw dirty tables everywhere and leftover food on the floor, which you could clearly identify as pieces of meat about 5cm in size. These were still in the same place when we left; apparently no one felt responsible for cleaning them. Then, to everyone's shock, we waited a full 35 minutes for our food, which was served to us half cold. The Coke was water mixed with color; apparently no one cared about taste. When someone complained at the counter, the lady who had previously spoken such good German suddenly switched to English, apparently to avoid confrontation, saying something like "I don't understand anything". The team that works there needs to be replaced, because nothing seems to work in this constellation. A real disgrace for such a big fast food chain.

Extremely long waiting times and unfriendly staff

We waited 45 minutes (at the checkout) and weren't served, so we left. Despite chain restaurants being designed for higher capacity, coordination here failed. It was chaotic. We won't be back.

Waiting 20 minutes or more for a small order at the drive-thru is really cheeky and we know we won't be coming back!!!!!

Food is always a matter of taste, and it's the same at every McDonald's. But the service today, July 10, 2025, at 6:30 p.m., was truly excellent. The food arrived at the table within three minutes, an employee checked in between if everything was okay, and the store was constantly being kept tidy. Thanks to this amazing crew. You did a truly great job.

This used to be a good place. Today I had the most disgusting burger of my life. It came with a free stomach bug. One of the McPlants came with a meat patty (clearly recognizable by its color, smell, and taste, especially when compared directly to the properly topped burger). My rainbow donut was at least from the day before, and so hard that you could easily break windows with it. The place is also incredibly dirty. Both in the seating/dining area and in the restrooms. Stay away from this place!

Very comfortable location for travelling, about 5 minutes from Berlin airport, Fast ,very helpful and efficient service, enough place for sitting inside and outside with playground for kids. Dining there twice, and definitely will return in our next Berlin visit

Big Mac looks rather carelessly slapped together. The Sunday Mac used to have a lot more and tasted milkier, but now you can taste a higher water content.

We live nearby, and I have to say that 90% of our orders are missing something. Unfortunately, we usually only notice it when we get home. I'm starting to think the location is doing this to improve its inventory. Sometimes a burger is missing, sometimes fries, sometimes sauces or toys for the child. And now, today, the icing on the cake. I drove up with my baby and only wanted two ice creams and a slice of cake. I ordered and paid online and was greeted at the drive-thru with: "Drive-thru isn't working, you have to come inside." Then I explained that I wouldn't be able to come in and that everything was already paid for; he just had to hand over the order, but the nice man (white shirt, southern-looking guy) couldn't do that either. He continued to insist that I had to come inside. I canceled the order. There was no apology whatsoever.

There was a time when I visited McDonald's four times a month, but now for almost three years, after these arrogant and presumptuous price increases, I only visit once every six months because of my daughter.

The store is a disgrace. The terminals are completely filthy (a real film of grease). I pointed out to the cashier, who spoke German with difficulty, that I wouldn't take an order at the touchscreen terminal because it was completely dirty. His response was a shrug. I can only agree with the other reviews: the store is completely filthy inside. It's probably the same behind the counter. I've known the store for over 15 years, but that was my last visit there. I gave it another chance after three years. It works! The burger was great and it was prepared quickly, even though it was a Sunday. Got it up from 1 star to 3.

The service is terrible. There's no display board for your order. The trash from the table is simply thrown on the floor; it's awful.

We waited 28 minutes for our order. By the time the burger and fries arrived, they were cold. The fries were therefore no longer edible (just dry and floury). We were there on a Wednesday around 5:30 p.m.

We waited an hour and a half. We didn't get our food. We demanded our money back. Others who came in later got their food before us. The employees reacted annoyed when we asked how long our food would take. Zero service, unfriendly—to put it bluntly, a truly terrible experience.

Unfortunately there wasn't a single clean table even though there wasn't really anyone there. The cleaning staff sorted this out after we had arranged it. Unfortunately the staff were more concerned with themselves than with their work. I was amazed at how extensive a job changing the bin liners can be. It actually took three people, the bin fell loudly to the floor three times and the staff were more concerned with themselves than with ensuring a quiet, pleasant and clean atmosphere for their guests. The food arrived quickly and tasted good. Unfortunately the toilets were also dirty, the floor filthy, one toilet clogged with paper. What a shame!!!!

We got two cold burgers. The cheese wasn't even a bit melted! I complained about my burger and probably got it back just as cold on the grill with a warmed bun! For €6.69, an absolute no-go! I'm used to something different from McDonald's! For that price, I'd at least like to get a warm burger.

Please don't go to the men's restroom. When I was there, there was feces everywhere. 🤢 Is that supposed to enhance the taste experience of the food?

After the renovation, this McD has become the best in the region.
