McDonald's in Schönefeld

Cold food that has been sitting for a long time. When I asked if I could have had a hot apple turnover and not a cooled one, I was given a packet placed over the french fries. The pack was warm, the contents cold again. If that means hot apple turnover, then I at least expect a warm one. What bothered me even more was that the staff at the distribution desk spoke in their native language. I have to assume it's about me. There was hardly anything going on in the restaurant at that time but it was incredibly dirty, especially behind the counter. A lot of packaging and leftover food ended up on the floor. There were overcrowded food return carts in the customer area. Really a shame

That's a difference like day and night! Whoever took these photos there deserves a medal in editing! The coffee wasn't full, but it still went down better than the rest! Service was friendly.

Nice place in itself but the women's toilets have recently been a disaster!

You would prefer not to give a star at all. When ordering to take away / mainly MC Drive, something is always missing from the order. It's annoying when you only find out about the whole thing when you get home, given the prices. The system is also fucked up wherever possible. At MC Drive you sometimes have to wait forever before you can order. When outputting on the 2nd window, you will be asked to move away from the camera recording so that the times/numbers are correct. The procedure is similar inside, orders are pressed as ready for issue before they are ready. You just have to know how to cheat.

I generally don't expect anything special at McDonald's, but I've never experienced that before. Well next time I'll avoid this store. Less than bad.

With every order you have to go to get the forgotten items/order, which is usually missing from the kids menu. If you then say something else, you will only get stupid answers. I don't think it's in McDonald's best interest to annoy customers so much.

The food is definitely a matter of taste. Every now and then you're drawn here. Good connection from the motorway. Sufficient parking spaces available.

So at the MC Donalds in Berlin we noticed that there were vases on the tables with roses in them🌹I've never seen that in any MC before. The whole thing seemed very pleasant 😃👍

The whole place was glued, from the toilet to the table. Everything made a rather unclean impression. Tables weren't wiped down, staff weren't trained well enough. Everything was rather chaotic and absolutely does not correspond to McDonald's guidelines. Please urgently improve hygiene and service here.

Decided to get take out. I was enjoying my My Mc Nuggets until I found myself chewing on a long blond hair! I spat it out. The next one I ate had an even longer hair in it. Disgusting! That ended my meal. Yuck!!!

Various things were missing from our order. The children's book was wrong. The coffee already contained milk and sugar, even though it was ordered separately.

We ordered in the store, on the large tablets. The order must have taken almost 10 minutes, even though it was just a cheeseburger and two hot chocolates. The cheeseburger was cold and the chocolates hadn't been stirred, which only became clear at the end when the first two or three centimeters of the base was full of cocoa powder. The drink labeled as a hot drink isn't really warm either. We were disappointed, especially because we have had better experiences.

McDonald's standard and unfortunately like now everywhere ordering at the terminal, I hate it

I only give 3 🌟 for the food because it is not very nutritious in terms of healthy eating. Otherwise one of the best-run McDonald's I've visited. Every MA strives to do his best. Great...keep it up.

Worst McDonalds and violation of fire safety/escape route regulations. When we arrived on October 8th, 2024 after our vacation (we were in the store at 8:15 p.m. and ordered at the ordering terminal) we experienced probably the worst McDonald's branch. Ok, admittedly... we rarely go to a store like this, especially because the food is certainly not part of a balanced diet. But the fact that a store manages to undercut the already low expectations was new to me too. 1. Employees hopelessly overwhelmed (shortage of personnel but also lack of skills) 2. From order placement to delivery (in House Essen) it took a whopping 30 minutes. Other customers were sent away with “Take 1 hour…” 3. The employees kept locking the doors from the inside! So that a) no more customers came in (this was due to the obvious lack of employees) but also b) the quick, uncomplicated escape if necessary was prevented or simply leaving the store was made more complicated and even impossible for laypeople. It's crazy to imagine that in the middle of Germany. 4. The burgers were absolutely full of fillings and certainly didn't meet McDonald's standards, if there is such a thing. But since it's system catering, it has to be that way! 5. The burgers were only lukewarm. Note to the staff or manager there: 1. Train your employees in etiquette, behavior under stress and, above all, on the subject of fire protection and escape doors or customer management 2. If there is a shortage of staff, then “I” have to bite the bullet and really close the shop and not hope that 3 employees will keep the shop running. And all this in close proximity to the airport! 3. Learn kindness!l In any case, a store like this is a huge disaster and an absolute damage to the image of such a chain. The word fast food takes on new meaning here... not for the better! A real disgrace when you consider that you actually just want to do something about your hunger quickly after a flight and landing before you head on the motorway to your destination. Here, the franchisee must urgently be monitored centrally and assistance tailored to his needs must be offered to him. There is no other way to help this store in its current state. I feel sorry for the employees who, despite their behavior, certainly don't have it easy. There are a number of construction sites to be repaired here, comparable to the BER next door. In any case, the store won't be seeing me again any time soon.

Pretty chaotic and not really clean either

Great food (breakfast), great service & absolutely clean and beautifully decorated with fresh cut flowers. McWrap scrambled eggs chesse - fresh and really tasty! Reasonable price-performance ratio. McToast - like at home - simple but delicious. And my Sausage & Egg McMuffin was fresh, hot and I love it. 😍 I really like the McDonald’s restaurant here in Waltersdorf. Give everyone 5 stars! Friendly employees are always at the checkout in the morning, and despite everything, food is brought to the table without any problems. Great service idea. I'm happy here! Thank you ☺️

One of the really bad McDonalds! The hamburger was so small that it could be mistaken for a biscuit from a prince's roll. The "Big" Cesar salad was only half filled in the box, there was probably less than 100g of salad, an absolute rip-off. Then the Frape' Shakes were simply without Coffee?! I wonder what that's all about, are the employees just not in the mood and are mixing the dishes together like they're funny? Was our last visit there. I also wrote to the McDonald's main agency about these numerous defects. For the constant price increases, I expect reasonable quality!

Prices have become incredibly expensive, hamburgers cost 170 lira (€4.50).

After our vacation and late arrival, we quickly ate something. We haven't found such dirty toilets in the whole of Albania (tour trip)😒, really disgusting! The tables are also not cleaned and there really wasn't much going on in Schönefeld at 11:30 p.m. 😉 Conclusion: I don't hope that the hygienic standards of the kitchen correspond to those of the sanitary facilities, otherwise I'll focus on... a.

There wasn't a single clean table in the entire store. There would definitely have been enough time to clean up, there were only 5 tables occupied.

Been there twice. Every branch has a bad day. Which actually shouldn't be yours, but it doesn't matter. I wonder how it can be so dirty? Food cold. The thing about ordering and picking up and receiving your food warm is probably a fairy tale. If I had seen the restrooms before eating, I would have left immediately. At the first visit I only had a statement from the companion. Unfortunately confirmed. The flowers on the table don't help. Toilet paper and hygiene. The entire floor is glued. At first I thought it might be me, but since other guests also complained about the sticky floor, I think it hasn't been mopped for a long time.

It's one of a few McDonald's I have come across where dogs are allowed. No "dogs forbidden signs". Awesome! Thank you for that! Unfortunately the place feels a bit disorganized. After placing the order, my number was displayed as "being prepared", but then it disappeared and existed in a limbo. For a few minutes the food was neither being prepared nor was it ready. I could actually see my order being prepared, so not sure what has happened there. When the order was ready, my number didn't show up on the screen at all. The lady just put the tray on the counter and waited. Didn't call the number, nothing. Very confusing. It was similar with other customers. Try to figure out which order is yours while it's being prepared, track it yourself and you should be fine. Food quality was ok.

I like this McDonald's because here you get the food quickly and it's still warm. In addition, you won't be overrun here like in Wildau.

Very bad service! People discuss what you ordered! I wanted an ICE Latte Caramel and not a shake! How am I supposed to know that they don't have one there and sell it. Instead of an ICE latte caramel, I was made a shake, then it was discussed that I ordered it & you can see on the board above that they don't sell any! Every employee should know the difference and must be able to tell me that it doesn't exist here!!! I'm so mad!

McDonald's. The typical soggy bread and mushy meat that you would expect from McDonald's. But they have table delivery service. Nice. Fast food really is fast. If you want to die young, you should come here more often

Just had a piece of plastic in my burger. In general, something is always missing from the orders. I never again.

The food was what you would expect from McDonalds. The employees were not particularly motivated and even gossiped about other colleagues. The toilets were an imposition. The water was on the floor of the disabled toilet and there was a strong smell of urine. Since it was the only room with a changing table, we had to use it. The other toilets were cleaner, but there was also a lot of paper lying around and there was a strong smell of urine. There were no paper towels either.

We were there for lunch during the week. It was pleasantly empty.

After a long day of shopping with the family and by popular request, a change.

Can't understand the bad reviews. I ordered and received my meal in full. Scoreboard didn't show my number, but it was called. The atmosphere was clean and the ladies brought the food to the table upon request. Nothing to complain about except for the scoreboard.

I usually eat there around lunchtime. Everything went quickly (hardly any people there during the week) and tasted like everywhere else at McDonalds.

Not far from the airport, which is not good news. It was quite clean, the staff was helpful, the only thing was that some of the machines for self-ordering were not working. The toilet was more or less clean but there was no paper.

Unfriendly, food missing from every order, quality unsatisfactory. Every time I get to explain to my children why things are missing from their Happy Metal.

Hello dear McDonald's lovers I can tell you first and foremost that this McDonald's was the worst I've ever been to. Everything was dirty: floor, tables, kitchen (there were leftovers like fries, chicken nuggets and sauces on the floor), toilet (there were leftover toilet paper, hygiene products on the floor, everything was definitely not cleaned) There were missing napkins everywhere... the return shelves were overflowing... And communication was very difficult because no one spoke German. The food was bland... the hamburger had no sauce... Simply disgusting...NOT RECOMMENDED.

A McDonalds, I only go through the drive-thru here every now and then. Unfortunately, something is often missing from the order, sometimes complete 20-piece chicken nugget packs (we don't even count the individual nuggets). So be sure to check the contents after ordering ToGo!

McDonalds just... cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. Staff is silent. Burnt, forgotten ingredients but no excuse or sorry. Jam that cannot be ordered in the app is then charged for 2 x 1.00 euros, which goes straight into your pocket without a cash register.

Disgusting McDonalds. Food tastes different than at other McDonalds, no salad on burgers...It looks like shit there, the toilets are filthy and the staff listens to loud Arabic music, dances and jumps around in the kitchen all fluffed up, sings along and is clearly talking about it the guests in Turkish, Arabic or whatever... we will definitely never visit this store again. Such a store is damaging to our reputation. Actually a nice location where you can watch the planes but that's the last thing.

We were forced to go to this restaurant twice and will definitely not do so a third time. At dinner, and this is not an estimate but a count, half of our order was either forgotten or a different product than what was ordered was put on the tray. When we asked about our forgotten burgers, the response was very annoyed and condescending. The burgers themselves were cold and the worst we have ever received. The chicken burger had a single piece of lettuce on it, but so much sauce that the paper packaging tore when opened because it was so wet. The toilets were very dirty and the trolley for the trays was also full to the brim, even though there were hardly any customers there. We wanted to have breakfast there the following day. The toilets were still dirty and the waiting time of 45 minutes was simply unbelievable, even here the location was not very busy. Unfortunately I have to give at least one star, otherwise it would have been 0 or even minus stars. I can only advise everyone not to eat there! It's a shame that McDonald's doesn't respond to the countless bad reviews, the franchisee should have their license revoked immediately!

I just wanted to use the women's toilet - incredibly dirty and unusable. Apart from the fact that you behave so inappropriately as a woman in the toilet - you certainly don't even clean yourself during the day. I also have to note that the store generally seems rather dirty. Food on the floor everywhere and the trays aren't cleared for ages.

A quick Mc Drive and just arrived home... And then this... The Mc Rib without sauce and onions…..both…..subterranean…. The store was empty and yet we waited 20 minutes I took pictures.
