I was surprised that it had relatively high rating for such horrendous place. But after initial inspection - it’s clear that all positive reviews are fake. It you’re smart and lucky enough to read the reviews before ordering - then do yourself a favour and get a snickers instead. All the food is re-fried multiple times, leaving inside of the chicken still cold but dripping in old oil. I wish I would have gotten Ryanair sandwich mid-air instead.

Nice persons serving, tables sticky. The only thing eatable there are the chicken nuggets. Shrimps could have been fried mashed potatoes, calamari: the metaphysial taste of nothingness.

The fries are rubber slippers and not very salty, but the fish was terribly burnt, as if it had already been fried several times before. Oily, hard breading and almost imperceptible fish. The only thing that saved this dish was the quite good tartar sauce.

The woman Sylvia from Fish & Chips was very very aggressive! I have never seen a more aggressive woman working for anyone in food service. I've had almost every lunch at Fish & Chips and I find fried prawns too oily and I always bring my own rice as a side dish and the other colleagues are super nice and don't mind :) Above all, I always clean the table when I do was finished eating. This Sylvia (an older woman) pointed out that I had to leave the table. She could have said it in a much nicer way, but I don't want to see Sylvia again in my life and I never want to buy fish and chips in my life. A horror for an actually nice day! Stay away!

The staff were lovely and kind and the food was delicious. No problem with language barrier which can understandably difficult sometimes. The food was really tasty and a reasonable price. Overall friendly staff, good seating and delicious food. Might start flying to Germany just for the twisted fries 😂

Fries and sauce were ok. However, the fish was fried to death. The breading was rock hard. Another word about order and cleanliness: all the tables in your area were dirty and sticky. Even for a self-service restaurant, this is one of the basic requirements!!! But as is often the case in such locations, you don't have to put in that much effort.

Very greasy, lots of breading. Hot again in the deep fryer. I left half of it. I couldn't do more to my stomach.

Cheese and ham tost taste really bad 1/10. Coffe also not wort the price. Place not worth a penny.

Food taste like frozen oily cardboard. And after eating I was sick. I've also been scammed I paid 16.5€ for a megabox and a drink and she gave me a little box that cost 6€ I told her politely that she made a mistake on my order and she started being rude saying that I had to eat what she gave me or she will throw it in the bean. The whole time she was rude and having fun of me. I then raised the voice and asked for what i ordered coz I didn't want to get scammed. She apologize while laughing at me again.

Really bad fish & chips. The salmon was more breaded than fish and tasted mainly of fat. The fries were ok but also quite greasy. The garlic mayo barely tasted like garlic. The only edible thing was the tartar sauce. Overall a disappointment.

Reduce the amount of oil in your dishes! Got acid reflux and a sore throat after eating this.

vorbereitetes kaltes Essen mit Fisch und Pommes werden gemeinsam in der Fritteuse erwärmt. Trieft im Fett und schmeckt nicht frisch. Nicht zu vergleichen mit Nordsee z.B. und wirklichen Fish and Chips

I'm pretty much disappointed. I had Mega Mix Box (pieces of everything) for 13.50€. First of all evening is very oily. So that is the dominate taste. And everything tastes the same - very small difference in texture.

Der Berliner Flughafen ist eh ein sehr teurer Flughafen was die Restaurants betrifft. Dieses Restaurant jedoch hat noch ein vergleichsweise gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis in dem Bereich des Food Courts. Das Essen wird nach der Auswahl noch mal in der Friteuse heiß gemacht. Sehr zu empfehlen ist die Knoblauchsoße. Die sorgt allerdings auch dafür dass man am nächsten Tag nicht nah an Kollegen ran muss.

Super nette Bedienung. Wenn man ganz lieb fragt gibts auch mal nen extra Wunsch 😄 danke an die nette Dame mit der Brille 😉

Leider mehr Panade, als Fisch. Massenabfertigung, wie man es vom Flughafen her kennt. Salomon bestellt und - wäre nicht aufgepasst worden - Calamares eingepackt. Kann passieren, aber Kommunikation war schwierig. ABER gutes Allgäuer Büblebier.

Concordo con le recensioni precedenti. Lo staff fatica a capire l'inglese e in particolare il più anziano è molto molto scorbutico. Olio a litri nella frittura. Come precisa il proprietario in alcune risposte si tratta di olio di colza, per cui pesantissimo. E prima che mi si risponda che è normale che nei fritti ci sia olio: no non è normale se si sa come friggere

Je krijgt hier een rijkelijk gevuld doosje lekkers, jammer genoeg zijn de etenswaren iets te vettig waardoor het zwaar valt op de maag.

It was normal food if you are a pro fish and chips eater you might don't like it but it is Airport food so you don't have many options. A quick thing that I have to mention is that it might be better to move the fish and ... to the back, since you can smell the fish when you want to pass by the front of the store and some people might don't like it.

the food was AMAZING and the cashier was so so funny and friendly the quality was rly good and i loved my mixed dish with tar tar sauce!!! u have to try the curly french frise it is fascinating... i had to order more😅

Essen war sehr lecker und in Gegensatz zu den anderen Läden vom Preis auch noch in Ordnung. Die Bedienung (rothaarig) war super freundlich und nett sehr sehr sympathisch die Frau :D

The cashier was very friendly. The food selection looks good for what it is. Unfortunately there is no mixed platter without fries. The calamari were exceptionally bad. They tasted like condensed batter. No calamari flavor or consistency say all. The cocktail sauce was good though.
