Die Mitarbeiter waren super freundlich! Wir waren dort am Abend kurz vor unserem Flug essen. Sie waren sehr hilfsbereit und haben uns sogar die Soße zum Probieren gegeben. Das alles, obwohl sie kurz vor Feierabend waren.

Definitiv die beste Option im BER. Nimm einen Salat und dazu knuspriges Hähnchen! Alles ist frisch und lecker. Das Team, besonders Ridvan, ist sehr aufmerksam und sorgt dafür, dass sich jeder wohlfühlt. Vielen Dank! Bis bald!

Ich hatte das Glück, die VIP-Lounge voll vorzufinden und konnte dieses Restaurant ausprobieren. Der Service war hervorragend und das Essen außergewöhnlich gut. Der Besitzer ist halb Deutscher, halb Brasilianer – ein wirklich toller Mensch. Liebe Grüße, Brasilianer!

Das Teriyaki-Yakitori war köstlich! Der Service war außerdem herzlich und freundlich, und ich würde gerne wiederkommen.

Die Pho-Suppe mit Tofu ist hervorragend, und ich esse sie jedes Mal, wenn ich von diesem Flughafen fliege. Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem leckeren Essen, selbst für Flughafenverhältnisse. Die warme Suppe mit frischen Kräutern, Tofu und Reisnudeln ist eine tolle Alternative zu dem tiefgefrorenen und frittierten Fast Food, das man oft am Flughafen bekommt. Ich kann sie wärmstens empfehlen!

Ich kann es nicht empfehlen, da das Essen nicht gut ist.

Das Essen war geschmacklos, die Tokyo Chicken Bowl war eine seltsame Mischung aus Curry, Reis und Gemüse. Das Hühnchen war fast ausgetrocknet, kein Fleisch mehr da, und es war total trocken. Ich habe am Ende kaum etwas gegessen und bin froh, dass mein Priority Pass das bezahlt hat.

Das Essen ist okay, die Bedienung freundlich und hilfsbereit, der Sitzbereich entspannt, aber die Musik ist viel zu laut. Mal ehrlich, wer würde schon halblaute Popmusik leiser hören wollen? Das ist schließlich keine Bar, und es ist 7 Uhr morgens! Wer Musik hören will, soll seine Kopfhörer benutzen. Es wirkt fast so, als ob es hier nur darum ginge, es nicht zu gemütlich zu machen, damit die Gäste schnell wieder wechseln.

Das Pastrami-Banh-Mi war voller Geschmack und mit hochwertigen Zutaten gefüllt. Angesichts der Lage am Flughafen war es ein wirklich gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Der Service war höflich und hilfsbereit. Ich werde NU auf jeden Fall wieder besuchen.

Wenn man entspannt den Flug vom BER beginnen will, dann am besten direkt zu B6 zu NU - Made with love ♥️

Mittwochmorgen. Unkomplizierter Zugang. Schnelle Bedienung. Fast zu schnell (?). Zwei Kassierer: Der Junge war sehr nett und hilfsbereit, die Frau nur schnell … kein Bon … kein Tablet für mich. Das Essen habe ich nicht probiert, nur Kaffee und Hafermilch (große Tasse, wenig Platz für die Hafermilch). Die Atmosphäre ist nett und locker.

Habe mir ein Sandwich geholt, das Brot war total altbacken. Die Bedienung könnte aufmerksamer sein und darauf hinweisen, dass man auf den Kaffee warten muss, auch wenn nicht so viele Leute da sind.

Ich habe zwei Sandwiches und eine Pizza bestellt. Die Sandwiches haben furchtbar geschmeckt. Die Zutaten waren nicht frisch. Lasst bloß die Finger von den Sandwiches hinter der Glasvitrine! Die Pizza war gut.

Wir besuchten Nu mit unseren Priority Passes, die uns 23 € Guthaben pro Person einbrachten. Tipp für zukünftige Kunden: Bestellt an der Sandwichtheke, bevor ihr per Klingel euer Essen abholt. Wir bestellten ein Chicken Bánh Mì, das entweder kalt oder geröstet angeboten wurde. Es war nicht das authentischste Bánh Mì, sondern eher wie ein Chicken Panini mit scharfer Mayo – lecker genug, aber nicht traditionell. Das Chicken Pho roch einladend, war aber leider recht fad im Geschmack. Der Überraschungshit des Essens war das Yakitori. Es war zwar nicht authentisch japanisch, aber köstlich – es schmeckte wie Chicken Char Siu mit schön angebratenen Rändern. Eine köstliche asiatisch inspirierte Variante. Ohne das Priority Pass Guthaben wären uns die Preise für das gebotene Essen allerdings wahrscheinlich etwas zu hoch gewesen.

Das Personal hier ist immer super freundlich! Die asiatische Suppe hat mir auch sehr gut geschmeckt.

Super schneller und freundlicher Service. Es war nicht besonders voll, als ich bestellt habe. Ich habe meinen Priority Pass-Restaurantvorteil genutzt, den die meisten gängigen Kreditkartenanbieter gestrichen haben, meiner aber noch (nicht die Schuld des Restaurants, wenden Sie sich bitte an Ihren Kreditkartenanbieter). Das Hühner-Pho hat gut geschmeckt, besonders für Flughafenverhältnisse.

Sehr gute Empfehlung am ganzen Flughafen das beste Personal. Die Bar Leute haben uns so den Tag verbessert durch ihre gute Laune, professionelle Bedienung und freundlich über beide Ohren. Wer in den Urlaub fährt oder einen zwischen stop am BER Flughafen einlegt sollte hier einen stop einlegen und positiv Vibes aufnehmen. Kompliment an den Chef für ein so motiviertes Personal!!

The rudest staff, there was no one in the restaurant and before we could order anything we were kicked out, avoid this plane at all cost

The advantage is payment in the form of PP. A better offer than in the Tagel lounge, which is 3 minutes away. Quite a wide offer. But the taste of the food is average.

Priority pass does not work here despite what it says on the website.

They canceled my pioreyta pass card and later said it was impossible, most likely they would deduct the money from piorety pass for nothing.

A treat in the heart of the airport! I absolutely loved my visit to NU Made with Love at Berlin Airport! From the first second I was impressed by the warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive and professional - they made my stay very special. The presentation of the food was first class – a feast for the eyes and the palate. Even in the middle of the hectic airport atmosphere, you feel like you're in a small, quiet paradise. I will highly recommend NU Made with Love to any traveler. Kind regards

Terrible, rude staff. I can't believe what has gone wrong here in such a short time. The quality of service has changed so much, probably someone else is managing this restaurant now. If my advice can help anyone: avoid this place.

The NU Team & Mr Bernhardt are incredible and made my weekend. While enjoying one of their delicious Salami Sandwiches, I checked a couple of emails; once my flight was called for boarding, I got up and forgot my laptop. The team went above and beyond to return my laptop to me. Mr. Bernhardt responded promptly to a call on a SUNDAY! I call this excellent customer service. I will make sure that going forward, I will only have NU sandwiches (but refrain from forgetting my laptop this time ;-)) Thanks again!

The restaurant does not honour customers with Priority Pass. The waitress was extremely rude as well and showed no interest in explaining what the issue was. I have raised a ticket with Priority Pass, and hopefully, this restaurant will be removed from their list.

Dined in before our evening flight as they accept priority pass. Surprisingly good food not your normal airport cafe junk. Would have been a bit pricy if not because we used priority pass but not astronomical, it’s airport price at the end of the day nothing you can’t imagine. Staff at the till very friendly. Closes at 21:00 though.

We were looking for VIP Lounge and noticed NU Restaurant because of the priority sign We asked! Even though our Priority Pass didn't work, we were still invited! Very attentive employee Ridvan offered us a drink until we checked with Amex. Service was excellent, pizza and waffles were free for our child! Big thanks!

I was disappointed to find that NU Made with love didn't honor their Priority Pass promotion for American Express cardholders. Despite widespread advertising, I was informed upon arrival that the benefit wasn't yet active for Amex customers. This was especially frustrating as I had specifically chosen this restaurant based on the advertised Priority Pass inclusion. I hope the restaurant will soon resolve this discrepancy to ensure a consistent experience for all Priority Pass members

We came for the Lounge Key service, I'm fine with the discount because it's enough for a good meal and maybe even 2-3 drinks per person. The food is good, the pizza is bad, the hamburger is good but they don't offer ketchup. The bad rating is due to the poor treatment of the employees, as it was the first time that we used lounge key in this way we had many questions and they answered us in a very annoying and derogatory manner.

There is a "PriorityPass" and a "Lounge Key" sign at the entrance, which gives the impression that it is also intended as an airport lounge. But if you sit and don't order anything you will be thrown out! Please remove these signs, I don't know what the reason for the signs should be other than "clickbait".

Hopelessness. Not only is the wait long, but the espresso is served without additional water.

Good food at okay prices. Arrived very early in the morning so there wasn't any hot food available at the time. Coffee was done perfectly. Accepts LoungeKey pass.

I lost my Priority card, but they kindly provided me with a photo of the card! I'm really grateful that I can get up to 3,400 yen worth of items for free! !

I wanted to take a quick moment to express my deepest gratitude for one of the employee/manager at one of the restaurant cafes at the Berlin airport. His name is Ridvan, and he works at the: Nu Made With Love Cafe. I was quite honestly not having a good day, but that all quickly changed when I met Ridvan. He did everything he could to not only cheer me up, but he also provided me with the best customer service I have ever received in my entire life! He is totally an asset to this establishment on a multitude of levels! I am already looking forward to visiting Berlin once again very soon specifically because of his outstanding customer service skills!

The chicken burger is really good. Airport prices but it's worth it even if you leave 1 or 2 Euros as a tip.

Hello, we were late and decided to go to Made with Love because we were really hungry, it was a hit, absolutely good food at an affordable price, I have to highlight the staff, especially Ms. Amani and Mr. Ritvan, they took care of us royally cared for. Luckily, with all the delays due to the IT problem, the team made it longer, and thank you very much for that. The restaurant is located in Gate A Departure B06. I'd love to come back.

Strongly exceeds expectations for an airport restaurant! Just come in expecting Asian fusion and you won’t be disappointed.

Although Kasse posted a priority pass logo, after scanning the card, the priority pass still cannot be used. The service staff had a very bad attitude. Instead of seeking solutions, they only told me: The system is wrong and cannot be used. Haha

Very unfriendly staff. I got a baguette with egg for €7.90 (which is ridiculous in my opinion) and was expecting a blast. However, when I unpacked it, I discovered that the baguette was wet and smeared with a disgusting sauce. I then threw it in the trash after the second bite. That's not possible, dear operators of NUMadewithLove.

Best food at an airport. Get one of the chicken bowls.. the Kyoto one was perfectly friend, hot, good curry and fresh pumpkin

Of the few and terrible options at BER Terminal 1, this is the bistro that stands out. They have an amazing menu with Asian dishes that taste reasonably good. You sit cleanly and with a view of the apron. Sockets are also available. Everything is better than the “permanent representation” that the passenger previously passed through.

Surprisingly decent food. Chicken katsu burger was crispy, freshly cooked, with good amount of salad. Lots of seats with power plug. Friendly staff. Had to wait for 3hours due to Lufthansa delay (typical and quintessential Lufthansa…) but this place made the otherwise frustrating wait less miserable. Highly recommended (I actually wish they had a branch inside the city and id be a regular customer…!)

I am a regular at NU and drink coffee here before my flight. ALL the employees here are always very friendly, their team work is great and they keep the restaurant very clean, which contributes to this very good atmosphere between the gates. I can only recommend NU to everyone!

7.90 for a ready-made sandwich with wilted lettuce, a ready-made curry sauce from the tube and a tomato. To say something positive: The saleswoman then warmed up the roll without asking. Presumably as an argument for something to do with service. Why I have to eat a warm ham and cheese roll now: We'll never know - because I'll never buy anything there again. 🫱🏻‍🫲🏼

We spent some time in the restaurant and the service was really friendly and competent. The food is amazing, especially the tong ka gai soup is really good.

I bought a pizza here. I could look at the pizza slice myself. It's relatively manageable. Nevertheless, it cost an incredible ten euros and I find that really harsh for a warmed up piece of pizza with relatively few toppings. Even the arugula placed on top couldn't save the entire experience. If you're super hungry you can go, but otherwise I recommend you look for something else.

"The very best recommendation for high quality and delicious food!" We have dined here several times before our trips and there is nothing like it at BER Airport. Everything is fresh, very appetizing and hygienically prepared and the employees are attentive and extremely helpful. My partner recently spilled his coffee and we couldn't react so quickly, as an employee with mopping equipment removed everything with a smile on his face and immediately brought my friend a new coffee. There are also comfortable seating options in a cool design. Thank you for this innovative, tasty change between the often impersonal and poor quality airport restaurants. Definitely 5 stars plus!

Not only are they expensive, but we also got food poisoning from their sandwiches. Not so nice sitting on a plane and having to keep it together not to vomit everywhere (or from the other rear end)... Thanks for the pleasant flight

You couldn't imagine it, the blonde lady kicked out my two children after I went to the toilet. My children must be 10!!! Searching for minutes and both of them now have problems and anxiety from this airport. Better go to Burgerking where you will at least be treated with respect!
