Robot cats very cool, food extremely good, and excellent variety. Recommend it even if you are not a fan of Asian cuisine.

Everything was not good but very good. Rarely have I seen such a good Chinese restaurant. The service is very good sometimes too fast because it is very busy. Although we have around 5 to 8 robots to serve, a little more time for the customer would also increase the tip. In China it is better to respect the customer. They've lost it here in Germany because the typical German can't demand it and enjoy it, which is why 5 stars also for service. Best Mongolian buffet I've tried so far

What a circus! Everyone is coughing all over your food. This was a one-time and final experience.

We were here for the first time today and unfortunately our expectations were not met. The restaurant is nicely decorated (with a koi pond inside), but unfortunately it exudes the charm of a train station hall. When the restaurant is full, the noise level is correspondingly high. It's completely designed for buffet dining and the menu itself doesn't have any surprises in store. The food itself is good and tasty. When it comes to service, it should be said that the operating robot is a fun accessory, but it doesn't do everything. The fact that some guests' empty plates had already been cleared away even though other guests were still eating is a no go in my opinion. Otherwise you didn't get the impression that you wanted to stay here for long. All in all, unfortunately we won't be coming back because we didn't feel comfortable here.

One litre of oil in one plate of noodles.. you cannot feel the taste of food because of the oil. You can literally see the fat oil layer over the entire plate. There is no ketchup in the restaurant. Looks good but tastes nothing.. There is no other restaurant nearby so you are forced to eat here while travelling. Poor service.

Great service, nice ambience, delicious food. Allergy sufferers order according to the menu (glutamate/soy). And the duck with vegetables was delicious. Gladly again. I would just like to have a better place.

I ate with you for the first time yesterday and it really tasted wonderful ☺️ there is a huge selection of what you can take 👍 especially the robots are kind of cool and funny, especially good for children, definitely a highlight 😃 The mood fits perfectly with the pavilion, everything is beautifully done 😊 The only thing where I have to deduct a star is when it's really full house because in my opinion there aren't enough toilets and I'm not talking about the urinal, but there are only 3 of them in the men's department if there were 1-2 more that would be better :) Otherwise I really enjoyed it and my wife would be happy to come back, thank you

You'll definitely get full 😀. Relatively large selection. Something for everyone. Take a plate and simply serve yourself. The highlight is that you can have different types of meat/fish fried with vegetables of your choice, and the whole thing is brought to you by a cute little serving robot. The parking situation is a bit strange. There is a median for parking on Hans-Grade-Allee. Occupied relatively quickly. But there is also a parking garage where the payment situation is a bit confusing... apparently still free. Otherwise, pay via a QR code that is visible on large signs. With the warning if you don't pay at least €35 fine

Our first visit on December 29th, 2023 to the buffet in the Royal Pavilion. Experience report: First impression: Very handicapped accessible because everything is on one level. Lots of extra space, every taste is catered for here in a wide variety of separate rooms. Buffet area: We had table 5. Horrible volume, similar to that of a gym! Counter staff behind us loudly gave each other instructions. Very unpleasant, this constant ringing of the Siemens-Gigaset C 300 cordless telephone with this stupid melody that also accompanies us at home. The counter staff threw stainless steel trays or something similar every few minutes, which made you involuntarily wince every few minutes. Waiter 6 served at table 5: We ordered 2 pots of tea. We weren't given cups to drink with, but larger egg cups that scalded our fingers. No sugar. No teaspoons. We complained. No apology from the waiter. Buffet: Unfortunately, many of the hot dishes at the buffet were only slightly warm and almost unseasoned. Sushi area: Above-average variety and generously designed. The sweet area: Generous with baked goods, puddings etc. very mega opulent. The soft ice cream: Of very good quality. As is usual in other Chinese restaurants, you don't get any peach wine before paying and therefore deliberately forego any tips.

The "third" restaurant in and around Berlin from the "Royal" group, the Royal Pavilion, is simply outstanding in terms of furnishings, service, choice of food and quality! Customer friendliness is very important here, the food is beautifully presented and the different buffets are all highly recommended! The opportunity to celebrate individually in small rooms (please register in advance) is simply brilliant and people are happy to take advantage of it!! We once again had a lovely evening!!

We like to eat here often and we have never been disappointed, the buffet is always delicious, everything is fresh and it is always refilled. What we also like is that the restaurant and buffet are always clean. The service is always friendly too. You should call if you want to go out for dinner in the evening, even if it's spontaneous, we'll call at short notice and get a place. It's a shame that chicken curry is no longer available 😔 it was always very tasty. We can only recommend the Royalpavillon.

From ready to fresh/raw to direct cooking, which was brought to the table with a number. Toilet very well maintained. The furnishings and the ambience of the restaurant are tremendous. The restaurant is simply huge. The service was okay. The buffet could be warmer and more chicken dishes (curry chicken or coconut chicken) could be available. Otherwise okay so far.

We were there for the first time today for the buffet and we were satisfied. We discovered the restaurant by chance and decided based on the reviews. We weren't disappointed. Very nice, courteous service, very nice ambience, very clean and tidy right down to the toilet and a diverse selection of food. Price performance is really very good. The two of us paid just under 50 euros for drinks, which corresponds to a normal restaurant visit. With this selection and service, this is a very reasonable price. We are very satisfied and would be happy to come back to you again, thank you for the experience with you.

The cat robots are better waiters than the employees. Otherwise great - the food is fresh and tasty and the atmosphere is nice.

The food from the Mongolian buffet was sometimes too dry, some pieces of meat still had bones or cartilage on them, which spoiled the enjoyment. Unfortunately, the food from the buffet contained glutamate, which gave me heartburn and a stomach ache. It would be helpful if there was a reference to glutamate at the buffet, as many people cannot tolerate it. It would be great if there were glutamate-free dishes. Service quickly cleared away the empty plates.

The Chinese waiter as usual was not friendly

Beautifully designed Chinese restaurant with the option of eating buffet or a la carte. The staff is friendly and quick. The toilet was clean and well maintained. I think the price for the buffet is reasonable for what is on offer. Overall, we left with two full bellies because everything was really delicious.

The food was very tasty, hence the 4 stars, although one star was deducted because the service from the waiters was very poor. A waiter says behind our back: eat faster. When we paid, another waiter was with us and said that was the price without a tip. We wanted to leave a tip in cash, but the waiter simply threw the bill on the table and started talking. We didn't even get an answer to a goodbye, have a nice day. The waiter ran away without a word.

A very beautiful restaurant like a palace, perfectly furnished with high quality materials, you can enjoy your meal like a king or queen, have to give it 5 stars, 100% recommend.

Dinner with buffet The only good thing is the robot that brings the food and the decor which is very nice. The price is normal. The food is of poor quality and often tasteless, especially the rice with vegetables and the pasta. Raw vegetables are too cold. The chef is very arrogant: I had taken a piece of meat to fry without knowing that I had to attach a clip with the table number to it. He doesn't speak a word in any language and shows me that something is wrong as if I was stupid. Overall not recommended.

As always, the food was absolutely delicious and the service was extremely friendly. I can only recommend this restaurant to everyone! I have one small suggestion: It would be nice if there was caramel sauce with the ice cream. This would complete the dessert perfectly.

Good sushi, buffet and fresh food for grilling

I really liked that the food from the buffet was also really tasty. This is a good idea for a birthday party.

We went to the weekend buffet today. We liked the food but the deserts were not good. The worst, however, was the dishonest and rude staff. When we first sat, we ordered drinks, after 3 hours, a waiter came to our table and with a straight face, said that we had to order drinks or else we should leave. There werent any disclaimer which stated that after a certain time we must order drinks so we were confused. After a waitress came to get the bill and when we told her about this she said that they were expecting 70 people and that is the reason that we have to leave. The place is huge and wasnt crowded, it could easily hold another 170 people. The two different reasons they gave us to make us leave didnt make sense. I was confused because their reasoning was inconsistent and clearly dishonest. The first waiter came off as very unfriendly too. Never coming here again👎🏻

We tried Mongolian buffet there. Food was tasty but dessert was disappointing and it looked like they just put cake there that was pre-packaged from Lidl. But ice cream was delicious and refreshing on a summer day. We ordered drinks and were asked if we wanted to order again, but we didn't want to drink any more. The waiter then told us to pay and leave! He was very rude and unpleasant and made us feel unwelcome. Then the waitress came and said we have to leave because they have reservations for 70 guests. The fact that they both gave different reasons irritated us. I have never experienced such impudence. That was the first and the last time.

I can really only recommend it. Went to the Royal Pavilion for the Mongolian buffet for the first time today and will definitely come back. The buffet is more than rich and in addition to the usual Chinese buffet (which is still very tasty, especially the shrimp) there is also a very rich and good sushi buffet. In addition, there is really good fish (salmon, shrimp, octopus, mussels, etc.) and meat (including beef and lamb), as well as vegetables, which you can have freshly prepared (they are then deliciously seasoned). This food is then delivered to you by robot, which is of course a highlight. The selection of sweets is also good and huge (there are also macarons), as well as a self-service soft ice cream machine. For all of this, €23.9 for adults and €12.9 for children (under 1.4m or under 14 years) is more than fair. Everything tasted good. The restaurant was quite busy, but not completely full. Had reserved in advance. Some reviews mentioned annoying music from the robots. These no longer exist. Apparently the criticism was listened to. Waiters were also friendly and attentive. As I said, we'd love to come back.

Nice restaurant with a large selection of dishes. There was nothing exotic; there were shrimp, mussels, salmon, shark meat (tasted like pollock), noodles and all sorts of vegetables for frying. There is sushi, which seems okay, but I only liked a couple of pieces. Lots of desserts, vanilla and chocolate ice cream. There is a high chair for children. Unfortunately, there is no children's room, but there are robots around the village that deliver goods.

We were standing in front of this restaurant on August 3rd, 2024 at 10:51 p.m. because we were coming from a concert and there was nothing in the hotel next door. My boys were reading the menu outside at the box and I saw that the restaurant closed at 11 p.m. So I said to my boys, let's move on, this restaurant is now closing time. A voice then sounded from inside: Please come in, you can also order something to take away. I told the gentleman who worked there that this was out of the question, after all they were off work now. What can I say?! My husband even got a beer and we were allowed to place our take-away order, even though we denied it several times. We then ate this super delicious meal on the terrace of our hotel and were soooo thrilled, just by the friendliness of this gentleman at this hour of the evening. Super fresh, delicious food. We can absolutely recommend it, even to take away. Absolute recommendation. Simply because there is a fantastic staff working there. Even though I was still super embarrassed to trundle in there at the end of the day. Thanks again. We have already recommended this restaurant and will definitely come back when we are there. A very nice restaurant with excellent food and very polite staff. The lunch buffet is delicious and the robots are a highlight, making a visit a special event. There are enough high chairs for children and special requests (robot demonstration) can also be fulfilled, as they usually only serve food from 7 p.m. Definitely recommended and we'll be back 👌🏻

Very large, varied, delicious buffet... Something for everyone... The freshly prepared things were delicious and not tough, fried... The "normal" buffet was also very tasty... The sushi selection was incredibly great for a buffet and not just filled with standard sushi... Atmosphere was very nice... Toilets were clean and well maintained... Definitely worth a visit...

Very poor service. Never had such unprofessional staff. From the front desk to the waiters, very rude and unkind. Been to well over a thousand restaurants and never seen such behavior. There buffet price doesn’t include drinks which are required to be purchased in order to eat at the buffet. They don’t tell you that until you already go to the buffet and bring your plate back to your table. Very unorganized. Going to report if I see prices need to be included in advertisements or before getting food in Germany. Food is not bad but buyer beware theyre shady there!

The selection and the food are very good, personally there could be a little more sauces, but that doesn't affect the rating. The grill masters are quick and you don't have to wait for your food, even if it's full. The robots that bring you your food are cute and funny and complete the beautiful ambience. I would particularly like to highlight the delicious sushi and the ice cream machine, which is the hidden highlight next to the rest.
