Lovely staff! Good cheesecake and coffee. Plenty of seating and was very quiet which was nice before the flight.

I had a very bad experience at the branch at Berlin Airport. The employee, Nikolas, was very unfriendly, and the coffee he made was of very poor quality—bitter and simply undrinkable. When I politely asked for a new coffee, he rudely refused. Very disappointing and definitely not the standard you'd expect at an airport.

The place is located right at the entrance of the international departures. There are plenty of seatings available, but unfortunately most tables don’t have power outlets. Prices are reasonable for an airport, the staff is friendly, and the cleanliness is well maintained.

Beware of rip-offs. The wrong money was given out. That's a great way to increase your tip. 😤 I particularly like your answer. Accusing me of lying without knowing the facts – irritating. Maybe the wording wasn't right, but it doesn't change the fact that a significant amount of incorrect change was given. €30 instead of €70. A €10 note instead of a €50 note. Unfortunately, I noticed it too late, but that doesn't change my resentment.

Best airport food I have ever had. Schnitzel was perfect and was definitely pan-fried fresh. Fries were fresh, and the Bratkartoffeln were wonderful. Would highly recommend.

Nice place and the food was okay but the price of the baguette (9.60 euros) and the cappuccino (4.90 euros) are too high even if you're at the airport.

The double espresso looks like the photo. It's a cafe crema. Hence only one star.

If you can't access the lounge for your flight, this is a perfect spot to relax with a coffee and enjoy the view. The food and drink options are good, offering a decent variety. I particularly like the quick-bite bakery snacks. However, remember that it can be chaotic with a lot of noise and hustle and bustle.

It’s been a while since I came back to the airport. I had looked forward to my usual Bratkartoffeln mit Spiegelei, Speck und Zwiebeln. I came an hour early so that I didn’t have to rush. Had hoped to see Nikos again. And yes he was there. It is such a lovely feeling to be recognised. His face broke into a big smile and the immediate question was “as per usual”. Made me smile. He is such a great brand ambassador. The team was as always professional, quick and very helpful. The food was as good as the last time some goes for the customer service attitude of the team. Looking forward to my Bratkartoffeln when I'm back in Berlin at some point next year.

My go-to café when flying from gates C and D in Terminal 1. There's a big amd quiet sitting area with tables overlooking the duty free area. The coffee is good, sandwiches are delicious and fresh, the stuff is friendly.

The staff is very polite and helpful in every language.

I was fortunate to have a lunch here recently Everything was great ! Food was delicious and felt homemade. Service was on point ! One special thing about this place - it was very very quiet ! Beer was absolutely perfect (as we expected from Germany) Highly recommend !

The fries were soggy cold and had to pay extra for ketchup. The burger (meat) was cold they are spoiling the name of Munich. The staff were good though and replaced the meal again with hot soggy fries Beer was not that great either (watered down). Do not eat here avoid if you can.

The guys and girls here are amazing so friendly and cheerful love drinking here when im travelling.

I can't say it was very good for the food but the wine they recommended to go with the food was great. The prices are not too high either.. A pleasant and quiet place to wait..

RACIST AND RUDE STAFF. Staff here think that the appearance of a customer dictates which languages they speak. They smile to your face whilst talking derogatively about you in a language they assume you do not understand. Absolutely disgraceful and disrespectful behaviour.

My flight was on Monday morning and this was the only place open at the airport. The staff was very attentive, there were many options and everything I ate and drank was delicious. Although places at airports were more expensive, this place was reasonably priced. The ideal place to go before your flight.

Laggner Brau is the only restaurant that was open in the terminal. I’m grateful that they had plenty of tables to sit down at. The chocolate croissant was delicious. It’s filled with Nutella. Their menu had a “German pancake” on it, which is a jelly filled doughnut. Now I know what a Berliner is. It was not fresh. It was expensive, but that’s normal for an airport restaurant.

This place is a joke!!! . I asked for a small cup of warm water so that I may take my medicine. Nothing more. They charged 4.10euros. Rude attitude when asking for receipt. Then the audacity to put up a tip option on the machine. Its water! Its from a tap. It should be free. Even the lady next to me was shocked. Horrible staff and service! Avoid this place

Simply the worst - a lazily run establishment that cares not and charges for every single thing at exorbitant prices. Super amateur operation in terms of customer service - always queues, always understaffed. Meals are single items - so you will pay €4.50 for fries on any €13-19 main course. Who ever heard of a burger without fries at a restaurant!!? Oh and a tiny portion of condiment is .50c! I ordered a meal “ meatballs with senf” and then got charged for the senf! And then they ask you for a tip! There were no seats, but a barrier blocking off half the restaurant - “no you can’t sit there”. My meal today took 15mins to arrive - poor for an airport restaurant! - when it finally came I had to remind them that I ordered a beer. I sat with the food and took ONE small bite of a hard, bland meatball and immediately took it back to complain. The waitress (kind but flustered) wasn’t really helpful and I wanted to speak to manager. I was put on the phone to “Nico” who heard my complaint - failed to address any of them “the prices are clear in the menu”. But eventually offered me a refund, or another meal. I took the refund. Or so I thought… none of the waitstaff would refund me! They told me that a) the “system” wouldn’t allow it. Like. What? And b) that I had no right to return the meal! “What’s even wrong with it?” “You can’t just go into a shop and buy something and then return it!” So I had to leave with no food and no refund! Absolute madness! I’ve made a formal complaint with the airport and I see the email for the restaurant owner so I’ll see what happens there. DO NOT COME TO THIS RESTAURANT.
