is this supposed to be a mc wrap scrambled egg? If so, then I don't know. Bacon and crispy may have been yesterday. I'm disappointed

This restaurant is located next to the Man representative office. While we waited for him to fix the truck we went to eat breakfast. The old style of MC, the order is made directly on the hunt, there are no machines to place your order. The food and coffee served were very good. Kind, friendly and communicative staff. If they put more value on cleanliness, you would get a 10, but so the 9.5. I recommend with love.

This place should be called McDonalds Retro. Ronald's clowns greet us at the window. The menu, decor and building have stopped in time. Very few staff. There was actually one guy behind the bar, but he was very nice. Food ok, but no veggie wrap. There were a lot of flies in the toilet and probably due to the lack of staff it was dirty. McDonalds like this don't exist anymore. It doesn't really meet the standards.

The children's play room is dirty and quite like children pee. But still after a complaint to the staff. Don't want to clean...don't want to clean...my kids couldn't play there...went back home one compartment

This weekend we went to the Karlsfeld McDonalds again for a long time. Unfortunately, this will be the last time. We don't demand the latest standards, but: There was a lack of hygiene in every visible place: the women's toilet was filled with urine so that you could hardly breathe and there was a lack of toilet paper and soap. The tables and partitions were not particularly well cleaned (grease stains) and the air conditioning was not active. On the one hand, we feel sorry for the employees in the kitchen, on the other hand, we don't want to know what the kitchen looks like after all of this and in detail... For us, that's it!

The service was quite unmotivated and sloppy. The riffle fries were rock hard and the burger had seen better days. Ice was forgotten in the drinks and no one asked about the sauces. Then there was just something. The food at a classic dinner time was a complete failure… The terrace is very noisy due to traffic and the floor is dirty. A noise barrier and then going through it with a high-pressure cleaner would solve the problems. Yesterday's rain obviously didn't solve the problem. The plants in the green area are well maintained and the small playground is clean

My new, worst McDonalds I know. It's absolutely a disgrace what the employees allow themselves to do. McDonald's Germany should intervene here and take away the branch from the franchise owner. Guest room, tables, toilets are all completely dirty.

Yesterday we were there and wanted a menu with a coupon, when my husband showed his cell phone that the employee could scan it, it didn't work, the answer was "it doesn't work" so the next employee got the same thing after the 3rd time and the same answer again. When we asked what the problem was, because it wasn't on the cell phone, we always got the same answer: "It doesn't work". I have never experienced such unqualified employees as in this branch, they are not only unqualified but also unfriendly, there was also the branch manager standing around who noticed this but didn't say anything about it, the whole team had to be replaced. So luckily there are other branches wherever we go that won't see us anymore. I have absolutely nothing against foreigners, thank God we have people who do this kind of work, but if they can't really speak German, they should just take a course. And maybe the manager of this branch should also take a course on how to manage his staff. Impossible branch not recommended, it's better to drive a little further because they are nicer.

Always good. Fast and quite good service. In the past the ice cream machine was always broken but now that seems to have been fixed.

Worst McDonald's "fast restaurant" in Munich and the surrounding area. Staff unfriendly and unmotivated. We waited 20 minutes for breakfast because the two ladies couldn't handle the coffee machine. Breakfast was no longer fresh/hot and we got black coffee instead of cappuccino. As compensation there were 2 packs of apples. Very disappointing the food and don't even get me started on the staff. Impossible! Never again!

One of the worst McDonald's ever. We just grabbed a hot drink and a cookie. Rock hard cookie, no order terminals, app coupons are not supported, you cannot collect points. The staff speaks German very poorly and is not particularly friendly. Also a very modest selection, especially at McCafé, McCafé Duo? Never heard. The toilets were the next shock: smelly, completely dirty - not just recently but definitely not cleaned properly for several weeks. Also no soap available. So if you have the opportunity, definitely go somewhere else!

Fast food here definitely doesn't mean fast. I don't even want to talk about polite, nice and motivated. But it's clear: good staff want to be found and well paid. Both are probably no longer possible. The floor and all the tables stick here. The franchisee takes out more money than he invests. You can see it on every corner. Really really one of the worst McDonald's all over Munich and Bavaria as well as in Karlsfeld, I've been living in Karlsfeld for 14 years and visit the Mcdrive 3 to 4 times a week because it's 400 m away from me, I take a quick look at it, every time there's always something missing from my order In addition, the staff speaks very poor German and are very cheeky and overwhelmed. I had a Big Mac Bacon TS brought with me. When I unpacked it at home, I got a nasty surprise: there was a Big Mac in the package - but only bread and meat. No bacon, no salad, no sauce, no cheese nothing. In this restaurant I'm used to the fact that you have to check every order carefully, otherwise something is always missing - but the fact that you now have to check the contents is an absolute disgrace! To test whether something had improved, I bought food again with these vouchers. A burger with bacon and fries. The fries were oversalted and lukewarm. The burger without lettuce and just a tiny piece of bacon. Conclusion: The restaurant is by far the worst I have ever seen from this chain. Absolutely not recommended! One star is actually too many!

This is the worst McDonald's I have ever seen. The quality of the food is catastrophic, even freshly prepared, the cheese is completely dried out on the edges and the burger bread is never completely soft but always a little dry on the edges. And you can't redeem coupons either. Quite often something is missing from the bag at the mc Drive switch, even if it's just ketchup/mayo.

Worst branch! I'm never coming back. The order was taken and then the drive was served. Ordering and serving, whether McDrive or in a restaurant, usually takes a little longer. At the McDrive you always have to check whether the bag contains what you ordered and paid for. Unfortunately, the restaurant does not participate in the points system. It's a shame I always have to go to Dachau, even though I live near the Karlsfelder store. 50 cents for 1 sachet of ketchup is also a bit steep. All in all, unfortunately not recommended.

The food is okay, but orders placed in MvDrive should always be checked. However, since coupons are still obviously not accepted here, we avoid visiting this McDonald's branch. It is very surprising that McDonald's opportunities for customer loyalty are not exploited here.

The worst fast food experience I’ve ever had. I waited 15 minutes for 1 McPlant meanwhile the drive thru serves 30 meals. The place was a disaster, all the seats were torn apart and being cleaned with vacuum wires all over the place. This was at dinner time. The location was very busy. The cashier was quite unhelpful and couldn’t understand that I wanted a McPlant without cheese. It seemed unheard of to her. After waiting 15 minutes I ask about the status of my meal and they give me a look like a deer in headlights with some side-eye. Very unprofessional.

Drive in erlebnis Musste relativ lange warten ein burger war dadurch kalt der andere aber heiss und frisch der einzige Nachteil dort ist das es keine Parkplätze gibt und man nocheinmal außenrum fahren muss um dann einen Parkplatz zu bekommen der eigentlich für Restaurantgäste ist

Ein typisches Systemrestaurant der Kette. Leider gibt es keine Möglichkeit der Terminal Bestellung. Insgesamt wirkte unsere Besetzung auch sehr konfus und überfordert. Da sind andere Franchise Nehmer besser.

Essen war frisch gemacht (zwangsweise da Belegung verändert war). Da leider die Kunden auf Sauberkeit nicht achten war es nicht so sauber und die Tische/Bänke müssten öfters gereinigt werden.

Noch eine Filiale im alten Stil, könnte meiner Meinung nach, ein wenig Auffrischung gebrauchen z.B. Sitzplätzen löst sich das Kunststoffleder auf bzw. Nur noch der Stoff auf den Sitzen vorhanden, Tische starke Gebrauchspuren. Aber die Tische Stühle, Tresen und Toiletten waren sehr sauber. Beim Abstellwagen wurden die Tabletts schnell entleert und der Wagen sogar abgewischt. Leider hat unsere Bedienung nicht in das Bild gepasst, man merkte sofort das sie sehr viel "Lust" zum bedienen hatte.

Zastavil som sa tu po ceste na raňajky. Pred prevádzkou majú veľký napíš že majú raňajky ale ako som veľmi nerád zistil tak ich nerobia. Personál pomalý až zaspatý. Na všetko mali čas akoby to ani nebolo rýchle občerstvenie.

Ich bat die Kassiererin, mir zu helfen, die McDonald's-App zu bedienen, und die Kassiererin weigerte sich mit der Begründung, sie wisse nicht, wie mein Handy funktioniert... aber was hat mein Handy damit zu tun, wenn ich sie gebeten habe, mir zu helfen, meinen Gutschein einzulösen. Der Service lässt also sehr zu wünschen übrig.

Eigentlich jedes Mal wenn ich dort bin Ewigkeiten beim Drive-In gewartet. "Fast Food" ist das schon lange nicht mehr. Zudem immer wieder unfreundliche Bedienung. Werde nicht mehr hinfahren.

Passend zur Musik der 90ger, scheint es hier mit Modernisierungen nicht so weit her zu sein. Modern ist, der Kunde (ich) muss Englisch können, die Kassiererin spricht die Landessprache nicht…..

Besuch am 24.07 + Gutscheine haben funktioniert + Klo hat Tücher zum Hände trocknen (nicht nur nen Föhn) + Essen war in Ordnung und zügig fertig + Viele freie Parkplätze und Sitzplätze am Nachmittag - Mitarbeiter muss zwei Bestellungen machen für zwei Gutscheine - keine Computer zum bestellen - Die Luft im Klo ist sehr schlecht

Leider gibt es hier keinen Mc Café. Zu manchen Zeiten muss man etwas länger warten. Ich hatte hier bisher aber noch nie lapprige oder kalte Pommes oder Burger.

Waren nach dem Feuerwerk am See dort. Der Laden natürlich dicht aber das Personal hat rotiert und echt was abgearbeitet. Trotzdem ging es sehr langsam bis rückwärts. Unsere Bestellung war nicht vollständig, die Kassiererin hat aber nicht wirklich klar gemacht, dass ihr das bewusst ist oder ob sie uns den Rest nachbringt. Mein Mann bleibt also und wartet, irgendwann kommt sein Burger in die Ausgabe und wird prompt dem nächsten Kunden gegeben. Erst als ich mich demonstrativ vor der Mitarbeiterin aufbaue merkt sie was und wird hektisch. Als Trostpflaster gab's ne 6er Chicken Nuggets aber keine Entschuldigung...traurig

Viel zu voll und nur 2 Kassen offen. 25 min warten für 2 Cheeseburger erlebte ich auch noch nicht. Meterlange Kassenbons türmten sich auf dem Tresen. Tische standen voll mit Resten. Beide Abräumwägen quollen über. Sorry, aber für Freitag Abend/Nacht muss mehr Personal erscheinen!

Essen kalt und schlecht ( komischer Geschmack ! Parkplatz sauber das war's schon , Personal nicht aus Schaffhausen eher aus ruhigendorf

Es war nicht voll, man kam gleich dran, alles sauber und hat geschmeckt. Die Bezahlung/Bestellung und die Klimatisierung haperte aber. Hatte ein paar Coupons zum einlösen und musste jeden einzelnen Coupon extra bezahlen um noch einen einlösen zu können, das war sehr nervig. 4 Coupons, 4 Rechnungen. Deshalb überall ein Punkt abgezogen. Wir haben beim Essen auch geschwitzt, da es leider nicht schön klimatisiert kühl innen war, wie wir hofften. Aber wir gehen eh eher selten zu Mc Donalds und erwarten da nicht so viel.

Nur einer im Service. Für innen und außen. Sehr gestresst.
