We were not served at the Mc Drive.

No, this place is not recommended. The majority of employees speak German poorly. Food has been forgotten several times or mixed up between different suppliers. (both happened today) Thank you for nothing, the main thing is that the money is debited on time. Perhaps when making personnel decisions and development, we should slowly place a little more emphasis on communication, order, cooperation and cleanliness and not just on low-earner salaries. Apart from that, a waiting time of over 15 minutes for two burgers (one of which was forgotten), two portions of fries and a box of 20 nuggets is, in my opinion, too long.

Borr, I'm fed up with cardboard, in the truest sense of the word. So what happened yesterday. We waited forever for our order, it was literally almost half an hour, then the burgers were cold and the ice cream had already melted. This store is unbelievable

And I waited half an hour for this! When I spoke to someone at the checkout I was told: 'They're supposed to look like this.'

We waited 30 minutes for our breakfast (rolls with eggs). The cheese wasn't even melted yet. The lady at the counter never talks to you

The food was out of this world. Pierre cleaned the tables according to regulations. The deep fryer fat is changed twice a day (Pierre told me)

Very clean branch. I've experienced it completely differently. We received our food very quickly, it was tasty and, as I said, everything was clean. One of the best McDonald's branches I have ever visited.

It's actually a good McDonald's and I go there often, but the employee from India/Pakistan really ruined the meal with his body odor. I've never experienced anything like that in the catering industry.

Despite supposedly being open 24 hours a day, it was closed at around 4am on Saturday morning

You should bring time. We waited 20 minutes for our food. It has nothing to do with fast food. Even if people are hardworking and trying. Maybe too few staff?

Worst MC Stupid I've ever been to 30 minutes for an order is just bad because you're really hungry

First, of course, the positive: very good location and good opening times. Staff mostly friendly and helpful. Quality of the food is generally okay for McDonalds standards. But: animal meat had found its way into my meat-free products several times. First a few weeks ago a beef patty on the McPlant, now again today in the McWrap Mozzarella Balsamic Chicken pieces instead of the breaded mozzarella. And it's definitely not the case that I come here every other day, but - if it's high - maybe once a month. Given this, the frequency of defects in originally vegetarian products is simply absolutely unacceptable. I have now learned from this and will probably only prepare my own meals at home again.

Unfortunately the burger came mushy and cold. Luckily, the only German employee was very friendly and accommodating, took care of it and replaced the burger without any ifs or buts. In addition, she brought us a small compensation.

Full and loud. It was not possible to wash hands after using the toilet because the water wasn't running. A person next to me had already soaped his hands and was completely desperate. We didn't order anything and went straight back out.

They sent me an opened toy in a torn box. and the stickers that were supposed to be inside were removed by someone beforehand.

Basically a normal McDonald's, as you would imagine. I would like to positively mention the two Mc Drive switches, which enable quick ordering. Unfortunately, some of my orders were incorrect, for example drinks were forgotten. Otherwise a cool shed.

Hey guys, I'll check that you may be understaffed and that there may be language barriers or new employees all the time, but you can't be serious... this is by far the slowest and worst Mc Drive in all of Germany that I have ever seen in my life. Sorry, but having to wait at least 15 minutes at 10:00-11:00 p.m. with maybe TWO cars in front of you... I really can't understand it... the other cities and branches on busy roads can do it too - what's going on here

Super nice employees despite the lack of staff. But we waited for an hour, it was really annoying.

We are regular guests here at lunchtime and always receive friendly service. Sometimes we come here with our granddaughter. She is very excited!

I'm not usually much of a review writer. But apart from the mostly friendly employees, something is often missing when ordering. Bacon burger without bacon. Cheeseburgers without cheese and you always have to ask for napkins or see if there are any in the bag at the MC drive. Since McDonald's has actually been preparing the dishes freshly from order for some time, it is sometimes difficult to understand when the quality clearly indicates that it has unfortunately been left in the warm for a while. You can see this clearly in the cheese and salad. It's a shame because everything was always good when it reopened, but unfortunately it has deteriorated a lot. You can actually do it better

Unfortunately only one star because I don't understand why you forget a 20 chicken nugget box. I don't think that's possible, forgetting the biggest thing of all is a disgrace!

Never been there twice again. Waiting forever even though there wasn't much going on, the burgers were cold and the order was incomplete every time you asked for the missing product, it was pushed into the bag.

I stood and waited in the drive-in for 20 minutes even though there were only 2 vehicles in front of me. Employees were unfriendly and overwhelmed. In the end it was my turn, but after the pick-up window I had to pull over to the side and wait. End of the story was that my order was incomplete and the food was cold.

I can recommend this place because it is as it should be.

Just git home from the drive thru. Had no problem with them previously but today they put into my order 5 NUGGETS instead of 6……. So that’s why 1 star is missing. I’m actually very upset cuz I’m in a state of having mental breakdown and this could be my last straw….

That doesn't work at all! Apparently today was February 11th. until 4 a.m. So we went there hungry after the late shift and found ourselves in front of the locked door at 2:23 a.m. Well, eating at home is much healthier and cheaper.

Very unfriendly service staff!!! This is my second time here and it's just as bad and unfriendly!!! Things never went so well in this branch (except immediately after it opened). Unfortunately it was outbid today. Waiting for over an hour, a cheerful melody that sounds every now and then (according to an employee, delivery services that have priority over everything). By the way, there are 5 waiting at the counter and when one leaves, the next comes. I would have liked to have attached photos of the condition, but I would have other people post them too. Unfortunately, the food was cold when we got it at the end, it had slipped completely and once again something was missing from the order. I still give the staff credit for smiling a bit despite the stress, even though they were clearly annoyed. But in the end we are all just human. I still think it's a shame because the branch itself makes a good impression. Either I'm just unlucky because I'm not a regular visitor, but unfortunately something goes wrong here every time (long waiting times 30-60+ minutes, something is missing from the order or it's completely cold). And the next 2 delivery services are coming :)

Example: Sunday 2:30 p.m., the store is moderately busy...we wait 25 minutes for 2 identical HappyMeals. The food was cold...and we have had to observe this or something similar several times - you would almost think that it is now the standard there.

The slowest and unfriendly McDonald's I've been to in my entire life. I was there two days ago for the first time and also the last time. I literally had to wait 45 minutes for my order. Review for McDonald's Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience at McDonald’s. The staff was extremely disrespectful and rude which made the visit unpleasant from the start. To make matters worse, my order was incomplete and it felt like it took forever to even get served. What was particularly shocking was that I was accused of something I didn't even do. I'm a delivery person and after I delivered my order, the lady from McDonald called me (she's short, has black hair) and started insulting me, saying she was going to talk to my boss. I don't know what nonsense that was But I won't go there again. This behavior was not only unfair, but also completely unprofessional. Overall, I was very frustrated with this visit and unfortunately I cannot recommend the service at this restaurant. I hope that management takes this criticism seriously and takes appropriate action to improve the service.

Except for one of the better McDonalds branches. Despite the high number of visitors, the food was ready quickly, the employees were friendly and the place looked tidy.

Have been here regularly since it opened: you might think it's a run-of-the-mill McDonald's branch - BUT: What stands out is the great team! I have never experienced a visit where I was not treated politely, friendly and understanding. Therefore a justified 5/5. We'll be back.

The store feels like it's the last one for deliveries, it's the second time I've ordered something, you can see how the delivery is getting later and later and after a wonderful hour of waiting, a message comes that the order is canceled even though the delivery time is still met and there's enough time is. When you call to find out what it's about, no one answers even after the third call. Really disappointing, if you already offer a delivery service you should keep it as such a large fast food chain or state that they don't deliver.

Our MCs base is very clean and the employees have always been friendly so far, sometimes it takes a little longer to order but you can deal with that.

I ordered from McDrive again today and then waited for my order, at least it was relatively quick. When I got home and started eating, I realized that another burger was missing. Apparently it happens very often at this McDonald's that things are missing from the orders.

I ordered from this branch last night. Food only arrived after 1.5 hours, which is not possible given the high delivery costs. And the height: I had an obviously bitten off piece of meat on my BigMac. Never again !!!

The nuggets were missing from the menu, which of course I paid for #ORD 3 -KS. 4

I enjoy traveling here and have always been satisfied. But the audacity of forgetting 2 things (1 apple turnover & 6 nuggets). Went in the drive and only noticed it when we got home. Who will give us the 7€ back now? Something like that shouldn't happen. Of course we didn't get a receipt either, we ordered and paid via the app.

Unfortunately, my visit to McDonald’s on Friday around 9:45 a.m. was a disappointment. I wanted to have breakfast, but the service left a lot to be desired. There were two employees at the front, one black-haired and one red-haired, who preferred to chat with each other and play on their cell phones instead of serving customers. It seemed as if they didn't care about the guests at all. Instead, they ordered others around who then did all the work - sometimes for three people at the same time. Such behavior is completely unprofessional and does not make a good impression. Maybe we should think about the division of tasks here.
