McDonald's in Leipzig

At peak times it's just dingy and dirty. Many MAs stand around but don't even clean up. Wipe down tables, pick up trash, give it a quick wipe down. It can't be that hard. For me, the worst McD in Leipzig.

Indistinct operation, tablets full of rubbish on the tables, the return places for the tablets were overflowing, the rubbish bins outside had probably not been emptied for a long time. There's a lot of room for improvement when it comes to the ambience

Waited at MC Drive at 3 so you can still enjoy a citizen after a celebration. Unfortunately we waited in vain, over half an hour. When I politely asked, I was told I could just drive out again if I didn't have time, wait, I should just wait... what for? That the cattle are still caught?? We ordered two coffees on September 24th (afternoon), for which we had to wait a very long time (over 15 minutes), and probably even longer if we hadn't asked several times. The reaction of the employees was not appropriate for a customer-oriented company. A young employee whom we tried to speak to pointedly turned her back on us, and it was only on the third occasion that she made it clear to us in English that she was not responsible. We asked an employee, who we suspected might be the manager of the branch, to give us either the coffee or the money back, as we were now simply annoyed by the slowness, ignorance and arrogance of the sales staff. He told us that giving us the money back would not be possible because of the card payment!? We have the impression that the entire sales team needs intensive training in service and customer orientation. In the back area we could observe (we had enough time waiting) that busying ourselves with our own smartphone was more important than taking care of work. We hope that a manager on the floor above will take care of this branch, which obviously has problems with working in a customer-oriented and planned manner. There should be employees at the front of sales who are able to respond adequately, i.e. in a friendly manner, to legitimate customer concerns. At least an apology for all the inconvenience would have been more than necessary. Oh yes, and we got the coffee at some point.

Food cobbled together and ice cold. The salad wasn't available on the grounds that it was gone. Great, of course you have to take care of that yourself because the staff doesn't have the time. I had to wait a whopping 30 minutes for my food to go (I wonder what the point of a fast food restaurant is). There were 6 Lieferando drivers on site in the restaurant who were also waiting for the order (which order was probably processed sooner?). I really didn't order much. The employees didn't even make eye contact (let alone say anything) when I took my order from the counter (why would they - politeness would be an idea). The best is yet to come: one burger still had the cheese foil on it. The most expensive burger was even forgotten. I missed the food. For me an expensive acquaintance (almost €30) with inadequate quality. In any case, I won't go there anymore.

As soon as we drove into McDrive we knew that we wouldn't be able to get our food as expected and instead we had to wait half an hour. Iced chocolate coffee ordered without cream and ice cubes. The waiter's lack of language skills meant that I had to repeat three times that I didn't want ice cubes or cream. Then the shake came - very quickly - but with no chocolate sauce. In the end it took three attempts to get a CHOCOLATE ICE COFFEE. I've had this experience twice now in the MC's. Miserable.

While waiting we noticed the collection points for trays, which were all overflowing. Because there was no more space, people put them in front of them or on the tables. There were enough staff behind the counter that could have cleaned things up, but the private cell phones were probably more important. After 10 minutes we received our two menus and went outside, still very warm. It was very difficult to find a clean table because everything was full of garbage everywhere. We then freed up a table. The menus were okay except for my McRib, which I remember from my youth. It was thrown in the cardboard without sauce and didn't really taste good. We didn't feel like hiring again. Next time we will avoid this shop and instead get a kebab for the money.
