I give two stars for the fact that we came to the branch at a time when no one had an order and yet we waited for maybe 20 minutes before they gave us our order. The two ladies at the service were just talking and doing nothing even though there were about 10 orders at that moment

The employee with darker hair was absolutely unfriendly, we waited almost 30 minutes for our food in a fast food restaurant, the employee immediately became aggressive when my husband asked her how long the food would last and simply called him a totally rude and unprofessional! We won't be seen coming here again!

Everything very tasty, like any burgerking, the only problem is that the mayonnaise tastes and smells like silicone. If you come from Chile do not ask for mayonnaise, it tastes very bad, there is no mayonnaise like ours.

However, I didn't get any new ones, i.e. warm ones, because the person suddenly didn't understand that anymore and suddenly spoke very poor German. There was no contact person/supervisor, there would only be 5 *external employees* who wouldn't know anything. That's why no cups are refilled there, that wouldn't exist there because it would be a different BK. Nach sehr sehr langer Zeit war ich mal wieder hier bei Burger King ,na ja was soll ich sagen das habe ich noch ganz anders in Erinnerung, habe mal einen Probekauf getätigt, man konnte ihn Essen,jedoch sind die Preise einfach zu teuer, für das was einen geboten wird.

Der Burger King in der Innenstadt von Leipzig, direkt am Markt ist meist gut besucht. Er ist meist sauber und die Zubereitung wird schnell realisiert.

Ordinary but good. Better than the nearby MacDonald

Essen war ok aber der Service schlecht, extrem unfreundlich und sehr aggressiv. Ambiente war auch naja. Overall würde ich nicht raten nachts/abends zu gehen da es sehr voll ist!

Die Soße auf meinem Burger hat einfsch nur verdorben geschmeckt Ich schmeiße sonst nie essen weg aber da blieb mir nichts anderes übrig...

Hier ist es ein Glücksfall ob die Sachen frisch sind, oder schon gefühlt ne halbe Stunde rumlagen. Hier merkt man stark personalmangel, weil die Tische wirklich jedes mal dreckig sind.

Muss man nicht haben, auch nicht in Not. Es gibt angenehmer lokale mit gesünderem Essen. Muss jeder selbst entscheiden.

Essen und Mitarbeiter sind super. Auch das bestellen am Terminal gefällt mir. Nur wurde ich mittlerweile das dritte Mal von dreisten Bettlern und auch die anderen Gäste belästigt. Wenn man nichts gibt,wollte mir der eine meinen Burger klauen. Das sollten die Mitarbeiter unterbinden.

Es war entspannt man musste nicht lange auf Essen warten.Nur wenn man ohne Eiswürfel sagt sind sie meistens trotzdem drinn

Selten geöffnet, dafür umso langsamere Bearbeitung der Bestellungen. Schade, das Restaurant könnte mitten in der Innenstadt eine Goldgrube sein. Leider wird hier durch geringsten Öffnungszeiten und geringsten Personal Einsatz viel Potential verschenkt.

Das essen ist halt Burger King typisch, es ist Sauber und ein schönes Ambiente.

Gewohnt super Qualität. Leider steht zu wenig Personal zur Verfügung, so daß obwohl wenig Kundenbetrieb ist eine im Verhältnis große Wartezeit herrscht.

Könnte etwas sauber sein, mal Tische abwischen. Man denkt das Personal ist überfordert

Für BK ist es okay. Das die Toilette nur per Knopfdruck von einem Mitarbeiter geöffnet werden kann ist nervig. Bei mir hat es drei Anläufe gebraucht. Je nach Besucherzahl dauert es 5 bis 15 Minuten

Essen war okay. Bis auf das kleine Fehler bei der Bestellung waren und ein Getränk vergessen wurde. Aber der Oberhammer ist das wir über 35 min auf unser Essen gewartet haben. Bei knapp zehn Kunden im Laden geht dass gar nicht! Hat mit Fast Food nicht viel zu tun.... War eher Slow Food heute :-(

Geht sehr schnell, finde es super, ich es Harry genau es an dem computer auswählen kann. Für die Toilette müssten sie sich was einfallen lassen,da es sehr chaotisch ist wenn viel los ist und man immer an der Kasse sagen muss das man aufs Klo muss.

Schicke große Location. Vom Essen kann man natürlich halten, was man möchte. Aber hier wird immer schnell serviert.

Unter Fast Food Restaurant verstehe ich was anderes. 1 Stunde Wartezeit für 2 Milchshakes und 2 Burger, euer Ernst? Würde normalerweise 0 Sterne vergeben.

Typisches Burger King Restaurant, mit freundlichem Personal. Die Toiletten jedoch (Herrentoilette) war in einem katastrophalen Zustand, und das an einem Sonntagvormittag um 12 Uhr. Da hätte nur eine Grundreinigung sowohl im Pissoirbereich als auch am Waschbecken genutzt.

Kennst du einen, kennst du alle. Geschmacklich sind fast alle gleich. Bei unserem Besuch waren meine Pommes nicht die Frischesten. Meine Sprite war ziemlich warm und mit wenig Kohlensäure. Das geht deutlich besser. Positiv ist die lange Öffnungszeiit bis nach Mitternacht.

Aber selbst wenn das gut ist, sind das maximal 3 Sterne. Richtig toll ist es einfach nicht. Früher gab es mal keine Alternativen aber das hat sich halt geändert. Die Bedienung war freundlich. Das Essen relativ frisch zubereitet. Wer das Essen mag oder liebt, könnte sicher auch noch mehr Punkte geben aber es ist - meiner Meinung nach - zu beliebig und nicht auf hohem Niveau. Es ist aber im Vergleich zu anderen Restaurant, insbesondere bei der Verwendung von Coupons, recht günstig.

Para os adeptos do fast food, é uma maravilha. Muito central. Os funcionários são muito cordiais. A batata frita é bem crocante. É bem espaçoso. Ideal para quem precisa fazer um lanche rápido. Geralmente vou à tarde e sempre está cheio, mas mesmo assim o atendimento é rápido.

Vor etwa 20 Minuten habe ich ganz freundlich ein Menü zum Mitnehmen bestellt. Der Arbeiter, der mich an der Kassa bedient hat, hatte kein Namensschild auf dem Uniform. Die Bestellung war fertig, ich habe mein Essen bekommen und bevor ich mich wieder zum Ausgang umgedreht habe(ich stand noch in Richtung Küche), habe ich den Arbeiter, der zur Küche reinkam, gesehen mit dem gestreckten Mittelfinger am Hinterkopf in die Richtung zu mir, was später deutlich zu verstehen aussah. Es wurde auch deshalb deutlicher, weil an der Kassa eine Kamera zur Überwachung da ist und da wird es ja sonst aufgenommen... Ich bin tief enttäuscht und kann bis jetzt nicht fassen, dass man bei der Arbeit eine Kundin, die zu ihm nur freundlich gelächelt und ordentlich bestellt hat, so zu beleidigen. Die Menü will ich nicht mehr essen und hingehen werde ich auch nie mehr!!

Ich kann mich nicht beschweren. Die Leute sind freundlich, das Essen wie überall bei Burgerking in Ordnung und die Wartezeiten sind passabel - es wird eben alles frisch zubereitet. Da warte ich auf mein Menü gerne mal 4 Minuten. Da aber meistens nicht viel los ist, sollte sich die Wartezeit in Zaum halten. Immer wieder gerne!

Es dauert für ein Schnellrestaurant einfach zu lange! Bei einer Bestellung von nur 1 Burger und nur einer Person vor einen, muss man 10 Minuten einplanen.
