Bad service, unmotivated employees, something's always missing from the order. Today my children were waiting for their long-awaited Happy Meal because of the Squishmallows. I was able to choose them at the terminal. What did I get? Two Smurf figures. My child was so disappointed that he cried for a good 30 minutes. And unfortunately, he's neurodivergent and reacts particularly sensitively to such "unpredictable circumstances"...

I've been to this McDonald's several times, but I'll avoid it in the future. Today we were there, and when the food was brought to the table, the server spilled Coke and Fanta all over my white pants. The server didn't even bother to apologize! Only after we got angry and loud did she apologize. She didn't even bother to help clean up the mess on the table! When the server came back to us a second time with our food, she and her colleague were gossiping and laughing about what had happened. The nuggets had been soaked, and they only changed the packaging. When I opened my ordered salad, it was still frozen, so we exchanged it. When the employees saw us coming in with the salad, they already knew what was wrong and told us it was the new refrigerator. They then gave us a salad from the other refrigerator. It makes you wonder, if the staff knows the salads are frozen, why don't they do anything about it?! It was just disgusting that the staff laughed about it and didn't even bother to apologize!

Most disastrous visit I've ever had to a "restaurant" 45-minute wait to get the food, the order was passed from employee to employee, and the bag was constantly pushed from left to right!!!! Had to go to the front three times because things were forgotten!! After about 55 minutes, you could finally start eating!! Unfriendly staff!! Overcrowded place, actually -1 star overall for these conditions!!! NOT recommended

This branch only gets 2 stars. Something's always wrong there. Yesterday, at least all four terminals worked. I ordered an iced latte, just this one drink. It took forever. I got it in a paper cup, but I had specified that I was drinking it there. No ice cubes, which I'm fine with other drinks, but I didn't ask for them. And this drink in particular should have ice. Three colleagues were taking a smoke break outside. Not exactly inviting either. I can't help it. But it could be better.

As someone who comes from the restaurant industry myself, I was shocked. There was a lack of commitment, attentiveness, and friendliness. Many seemed listless or annoyed. A smile – especially in a family-friendly establishment – ​​should be a given. I don't just want to criticize the incorrect order, but address the overall picture. Last week, the tablet table and the floor were dirty – today, the same thing happened again with the same employees. It's not about exaggerating individual mistakes, but about fundamental work attitudes. I strongly recommend talking to the team. Employees should be aware that they represent the company – with their demeanor, friendliness, and commitment. Child-friendliness, a smile, open eyes, and a basic level of hygiene should be standard. Eating in? Not for me for now. I'll even be careful when ordering in the future. Honest feedback – for reflection and improvement.

I ordered two burgers, two fries, and two Cokes. The fries were very bland and cold, and we ordered two pieces of barbecue sauce, which we didn't get. We had to ask again. Even for a Coke, we had to get a shake. We had to use a straw; the staff were unfriendly.

Very bad Mcdonald's I went there to order a soda 0,5L and a mcflurry, but when i received my order, i took the lid off my soda, and thats when i noticed that it is not filled up to the 0,5L mark. Same thing with the mcflurry, there was barely anything there?! Completely unacceptable. After being to that mcdonalds we went to the one at the train station which is much better, and you actually get what YOU PAID for. Edit (to owner): What do you mean you weren't able to convince me? Convince me of what? Just stop being so stingy, and give people the correct amount of icecream and soda, that's what we're paying you for, for christ sake.

I can't recommend this McDonald's; it's absolutely clean. Changes to orders are simply ignored. The employees dance along to their own music...

Dirty tables. Dust stuck all over the benches. The floor wasn't even mopped or swept. So a lot of things were left behind. Tables and benches outside were sticky and dirty, etc. I know McDonald's differently and cleanly. Wow, I haven't had such delicious Chicken McNuggets in the last 11 years. To the point. Nice and crispy, juicy and hot. Nice employees. Super fast processing. It doesn't invite you to linger because there is too much going on, but this is just my opinion.

I ate in this branch for the first time with my son (5 years old) in January 2025. After we ate, he had to go to the toilet. When I asked the staff about a toilet, I was advised that toilets here were only available on weekends. But we were there on weekdays. Now we had to go into the shopping center and look for a toilet, which took a while. When we finally got to the toilets, they also had to be paid for. Up until this point I hadn't known or suspected that there wouldn't be a toilet available at McDonald's. And if toilets are physically available, then you should be allowed to use them as a guest of the restaurant.

The employee who brought us the food was very friendly. His colleague, on the other hand, was unfriendly to another guest and reprimanded his colleague in front of the customers, which I found to be extremely unprofessional.

It was really bad waiting for over 20 minutes for the food and there were only 4 people. That's not possible at all. I asked and got a strange look 😔

The staff just stood around listlessly and chatted among themselves even though the store was full. The shift manager didn't really have a clue what she was supposed to be doing. When we ordered and were waiting for our food, our number disappeared from the display. When I saw the employee rummaging around in a bag that was on the counter, I asked if that was order 181, and all I got was a listless yes. The service there is really subpar, I worked at McDonalds on Saarländerstraße back then and there was nothing like it there. But at least the food was fresh.

Employees and shift managers smoke all over the entrance area, throw the butt on the floor, blow the remaining smoke into the store, and the kitchen employee goes back to work without washing his hands. When I saw that, I lost everything... I didn't order anything and went somewhere else. Just disgusting!!

The chair and table legs have probably never been wiped properly. Not very positive.

Ich habe den Liefersevice genutzt. Burger waren warm und gewohnter Qualität. Allerdings die Pommes waren kalt und haben dadurch nicht geschmeckt. Auch die Klassiker waren vertreten. 1x Majo hat gefehlt und statt Fanta gab es Apfelsaftschorle. War keine dolle Leistung. Für 3 Personen haben wir fast 50 Euro ausgegeben. Das hätte man um die Ecke günstiger und besser bekommen.
