The worste experience I ever had in McDonald's the food cold chewy tasteless the drink I ordered Fanta I got Coca cola and it was badly closed and it all went to my new shoes Jean's and shirt. Staff the worst arrogant bored. The order took 20 minutes to do and I just ordered small menu. Absolutely the worst experience I do not recommend to go in this McDonald

Very slow service, they don't seem to care how long people wait.

The “restaurant” has around 100 seats and exactly one (!) toilet. A toilet for everyone! M/F/Delfin stand in a long line, blocking the stairs and exit while they wait to go to the filthy toilet. I don't even want to know how many small children get wrapped up while waiting...

It's a good place, fast service and you can place the order in Spanish which makes it even faster. The only negative point I can say is the bathroom area. It deserves more attention in that area. Otherwise it is very good

Please study the history of the creation of the McDonald's chain. It was designed for quick service. Why does a simple order take 10-15 minutes? The employee collects orders at a snail's pace and with a face as if he had been robbed in the morning and his beloved cat had died in childbirth. McDonald's is dirty, like the cleaning lady was fired. Everything is full of cola and grease stains. Please also do something with your ventilation system. The toilets were out of order, there was only one disabled toilet which was dirty. It was overall dirty. The coffee didn't taste as good as usual. The staff couldn't keep up with the cleanup.

We quickly ordered Tirminel. If we wanted different dips with our menus such as ketchup, sweet and sour and so on, we only got all ketchup. We wanted the drinks without ice cubes, which we all got with ice cubes. We chose everything to take away. Luckily, we noticed straight away that there were errors, so we complained about it with the receipt. Then we noticed that the waitress was a woman who didn't speak German. The errors that happened to us weren't the first time, but now they've happened three times. Don't go in there again, there are enough pinnacles.

Dirtiest McDonald's we've ever been to, no more trays because the carts just aren't emptied. Music was deafeningly loud, at least the food was quick, but there were hardly any customers and that at 8 p.m

Schlechtester McDonalds bei dem ich je war! Nicht empfehlenswert. - Unfreundliche Chefin - Nur ein einziges Absolut ekelhaftes Klo, nicht mals Klopapier - Keine Lademöglichkeiten - App Coupons und Punkte können nicht benutzt werden, noch nie erlebt - Cola wässrig Insgesamt einfach schrecklich.

Wir waren Freitag Abend dort, es gab keine Tabletts mehr. Es wurde alles in Tüten verpackt obwohl wir dort gegessen haben. Die Tische sahen sehr schmutzig aus und nun wusste man auch warum keine Tabletts gab da sie alle auf, unter und neben dem Tablettwagen standen/lagen.

Hab 25 min auf einen 20er Nuggets gewartet, während 4 bis 6 andere die nach mir bestellt haben vor mir dran waren und auch Nuggets bestellt hatten. Sie waren aber knusprig, deswegen gibt es 2 Sterne

Schmeckt nicht mehr, sieht optisch nur auf den Fotos gut aus und ist zudem mittlerweile sehr überteuert.. Den Cheeseburger/Hamburger kann man nicht einmal mit geschlossenen Augen, als ansehnlich und Appetit anregend betrachten.. Der*neue* Big Mac ist viel kleiner und die verbesserte Soße schmeckt nach nix und das Patty ist trocken und schmeckt nach Pappe . Dafür kostet er jetzt mehr. Das Ambiente ist auch nicht mehr sehr einladend. Früher sah es gemütlich aus und nun ist nur noch sterile WartezimmerOptik vorhanden.. ihr ward Mal ein Familienrestaurant, daß extra auf Kids abgestimmt war. Das war einmal!! Meine Jungs gehen nun lieber zu Burgerking, da kostet ein ordentlicherer Burger sogar noch einige Euro weniger und die Optik ist eindeutig besser .

Das ist mein Lieblingsrestaurant im Stadtzentrum. Hier kann man köstlich und preiswert essen. Ich empfehle es sehr!!!

Два минуса,не всегда есть места, столы всегда с сюрпризами в виде пятен после еды. А так вполне годный мак, лишь один раз забыли не доложить кое что.

Mitarbeiter/Filialleiter am 24.12. Herz gezeigt und eine Stunde vor der Öffnungszeit für unser Handwerkerteam vom Weihnachtsmarkt Kaffee gemacht. Vielen Dank noch einmal dafür.

Meine Tochter und ich waren heute ( 20.12.23) gegen 21.00 Uhr dort essen. Das Essen an sich war in Ordnung . Die Bedienung auch an sich freundlich . Dann mußte meine Tochter auf die Toilette und ist rückwärts wieder raus . Eckel erregend und unhygienisch . Auch wenn das nur ein Schnellrestaurant ist 🤢

Man sagt die Augen essen mit. Es ist leider dieses Mal nicht. Selbst schon reklamiert bekommt man da auch keine nette Gerste. Die möglich eine Schichtleiterin vergisst heute mal wie man Kunden freundlich zu bedienen. Schade.

Besser als das Burgerking am Marktplatz, aber ist trotzdem noch ein McDonald's also nicht zu viel erwarten.

Eine Toilette, null Interesse des Personals. Man soll hier Geld ausgeben und noch viel Zeit investieren, um auf die Toilette zu warten. Das ist wirklich Kundenfreundlichkeit minus, minus. Natürlich ist die Toilette, falls man sie erreicht hat, zum abgewöhnen. Keine Seife, schmutzig. Bravo!

Был в этом заведении ночью, еду приготовили быстро. Картошка фри была горячая и хрустящая, заказ соответствовал содержимому. Салфеток было достаточно. Единственным минусом было то, что места, чтобы сесть очень мало, розеток и вайфая обнаружено не было, из-за открытой двери было прохладно внутри и ещё диктор объявил, чтоб все жрали быстрее и проваливали...

Premium-Erlebnis zum Sonntagmorgen.

Es war super laut ( Klimaanlage o.ä, Geschirrspüler vom mc Café ) .. ein ständiges Brummen. Kein MC Donalds, in welchem man gerne mal noch sitzen bleibt.

Bestellungsautomat hat Geld von meine Karte genommen aber nichts ausgedrückt. Müsste noch einmal alles mit Bargeld kaufen.

Персонал ленивый и сонный. Заказы собирают не внимательно, не все кладут. Бургер был собран так небрежно, что вся коробка снаружи в соусе(( разочарование. Сравнивая с разными странами и городами - пока это самый худший визит.

Ein schönes großes Restaurant wo man auch drin und draußen essen kann.Die Bedienung ist sehr freundlich und das Restaurant ist auch sehr gepflegt...Toiletten sind auch da und sehr gepflegt. Im großen großen und ganzen sehr weiter zu empfehlen 🙂🙂

Один туалет на весь Макдональдс и очень грязный. Обувь прилипает к полу. Раковину и зеркало наверное вообще не моют. При заказе нельзя отсканировать qr код, это не работает должным образом.

Leider keine Möglichkeit bei dem McDonalds über die McDonalds App zu bestellen. Bei anderen in der Umgebung geht es aber bei diesem nicht. Schade!

Leider bin ich bei diesem McDonald’s immer wieder rein gefallen die Pommes war nur halb voll das Fleisch war viel zu dünn es war kein Gemüse auf dem Burger so ging das sehr oft heute habe ich eine Lieferung bestellt es waren keine Doppelcheeseburger sondern normale Cheeseburger dafür ein kleiner Chicken Burger mit dabei damit man ja satt wird und nicht sich beschwert nur um einige Euro zu sparen wahrscheinlich ist die Miete da so teuer dass man auf solche Methoden zurückgreifen muss also Leute ich empfehle Hände weg von diesem Laden das ist absoluter Betrug und keinen Euro wert

Haben für 4 Leute bestellt und bei jedem wurde etwas vergessen oder falsch gemacht. Ob man nun den Bürger nich mit Gürkchen wollte oder die falsche Sauce drin war. Und allgemein war dieser hier mit Abstand der schlechteste mcDonalds bei dem ich gegessen habe. Und alles war schon furztrocken und hart. Den Service hat es auch nicht gejuckt zu zweit an der Kasse mit dem Handy zu stehen. Will gar nicht wissen wie die Hygiene Vorschriften dort sind. Wahrscheinlich nicht vorhanden

McDonald's "Qualität" eben. Wer's mag, bitte. Ich mag es nicht. Covid-19-Regeln gibt es, aber sie werden von den Gästen nicht eingehalten. Das beste hier sind die Toiletten.
