I usually put a lot of effort into writing reviews—but not here. We ordered through Lieferando late Sunday evening. As a result, the delivery time was quite long. The burgers were okay. However, the fries were very similar to those of their well-known competitors. I'd like to give a positive shout-out to the delivery guy—he brought our food to the second floor and was very friendly. Otherwise, if you're hungry for burgers, it's best to order from your favorite restaurant, which you'd otherwise choose, before 10:00 PM.

Yes, it was after a football match, but working in such an unstructured manner in a "fast food restaurant" is a disaster. The processes here urgently need to be improved! The ambiance seems very cold, with old furniture and a train station feel ;)

Since this is now the 5th time in a row this has happened i feel forced to write this: Try to avoid it if a particular mouthbreathing man is at the counter that walks slightly bent over and has what might be asian features, that person likes to give your burgers a nice final squeeze as if to stamp his thumbprint on top of them, which in most cases damages the burger and also to put it mildly he isnt the most liberal when it comes to frittes or the condiments and lastly no matter if you ordered ice cubes for your drink or not its utterly random if you will get them, so either be ok and prepared for your 17€ meal to be devalued in terms of appearance, taste and amount or avoid him. All i want is a decent average burger with a average amount of frittes and a average amount of condiments to justify the already exorbitant price tag that is equal or above a actual meal on a actual restaurant, which is what i paid for. Also dont bother making your complaints known because they will be ignored, at least to my experience.

No cash register was open, just a sign – in terrible English – to use the self-service kiosks. Two of them weren't working, and the remaining three were occupied by completely overwhelmed people who, after five minutes, hadn't placed their orders. Due to the language barrier among the staff, no help was forthcoming. When I finally received my order 15 minutes later, it was completely wrong. At first, I thought it was the wrong order, but it wasn't. When I asked to omit tomatoes due to an allergy (selected at the terminal), there were tomatoes everywhere. If I hadn't been careful, my visit to Burger King would have almost turned into a hospital visit. Never again!

I'm getting sadder and sadder, as the quality and quantity of these places are getting worse. I ordered a long chicken burger, which they advertise as XXL, and honestly, between the bread, which has nothing to do with bread. And the piece of chicken they put on it, I don't know whether to laugh or cry. Ultimately, I won't go back to these places. For almost 8 euros for just the burger, I could buy another meal with a larger quantity and good quality.

The service at this Burger King really needs improvement. There are many ordering machines, but none of them work. You have to queue up at the counter to order, so you can't use coupons. There are only three wait staff in the entire restaurant: one is busy taking orders, one is busy preparing the food, and one is busy serving it. No one has time to clean up the outside area. The tables are messy, and the restrooms are closed and unusable. There's no Wi-Fi or charging outlets. Such a large space is wasted! It seems like the owner doesn't really want to run the business properly. Such a great location, what a shame!

My visit today at around 6:30 p.m. was unfortunately extremely disappointing. There wasn't a single clean table, the tray was dirty, and there was an old bill on it. Furthermore, an elderly lady at the checkout was completely ignored by the staff – the employees were chatting loudly and laughing instead of helping. The woman didn't know how to order at the terminal, and no one offered assistance. I had to intervene myself. Meanwhile, two employees watched me, laughed at me, and obviously mocked me. Such disrespectful and unprofessional behavior is unacceptable. I have never experienced such poor service.

Been to Burgerking again for a long time. It wasn't particularly busy, but the (only) lady behind the counter had her hands full. We ordered takeout using the touchpad. After a while we noticed that the lady seemed to be putting our order on a tray to eat there. We weren't 100% sure whether it was really our order and waited until we were asked to pick up the order. When picking up the order we politely pointed out that we would like to take it with us (we had to get to the train). The lady then put everything into a bag without saying a word and moved on to the next order. The fries were all thrown around in the bag and the burgers were crumpled. Thank you for this great Burgerking experience! Now I remember why I'm there so rarely. But at least this time nothing was forgotten or packed incorrectly, which is almost standard.

I was there and got cold burgers after waiting (2 out of 3). Even the cheese was still in its original form, like it had come from the fridge. I showed it and explained it at the checkout (especially with melted cheese, as a consumer, I felt like I was being ripped off when everything was cold and nothing was melted) The waitress just smiled and said everything was okay. (My impression was that she didn't speak German very well) I had no choice but to choke down the cold food or throw it away (€15!!!). Be warned about the BK at the train station - there are many alternatives there

An ordinary Burger King in an extraordinary train station. Outside of peak travel times, it's quite pleasant to sit in, apart from the garish lighting. The fact that the restrooms are unusable/broken and Wi-Fi is unavailable unfortunately leads to a two-to-three point deduction, although the service is otherwise impeccable. A bit embarrassing for a "world-renowned Bach and international trade fair city."

Unfortunately I can agree with the other people. Waited 16 minutes for a King of the Month. Only self service possible although a cash register is open. You are ignored. If you ask which cash register is now open, you will be directed to the one where the cash register is closed sign. You should go to the self service counter. Thank you, cash abolition supporters!!! Overall, the crew seems overwhelmed. Pigeons run around in the restaurant. The prices are astronomically high for the quality... By the way, paper coupons are not accepted at this branch. Recommendation. There are many better restaurants at cheaper prices in the station building. including a burger shop. As long as people continue to come and accept everything, nothing will change.

What should I write...I actually like coming here, the staff have always tried hard, but today it doesn't work for me anymore. The toilets are never available, okay. The public opening times are mostly limited due to staffing - for months - okay. Some coupons don't work, okay. You wait a long time at the checkout - 2 out of 5 terminals work - okay. Instead of officially 11 p.m. (on Sunday), due to staffing, it only runs until 10 p.m., okay. The two terminals available only went until 9pm and waited at the checkout for 15 minutes, okay. But the fact that the KingDeals don't even work, oh, only in the menu, even if you wanted to take several citizens and despite the advertising in the branch...absolutely no go...sorry, I have to say that it's no longer viable and I haven't seen a branch like this in a long time. I was there before 9 p.m. and was still disappointed after waiting 30 minutes.

You are not served at the counter, but completely ignored. At the ordering terminal you struggle with bugs and errors and you can't scan your Burger King app or use your coupons. Apparently the problem is known because some of the coupons are customized, but since these are only there as an emergency solution, you cannot customize your entire order. Well, I got my burger and the patty felt raw. Since I chose the vegetarian version, I didn't have to worry about salmonella. Unfortunately, it was the first time I had a really bad experience with Burger King - it will have a long-term impact on me, as I will no longer blindly trust BK in the future. The visit was torture

I am very disappointed with my recent experiences at Burger King in Leipzig Central Station. I received incorrect orders for two days in a row even though I specifically said I don't eat meat. I ordered two burgers as a menu and got something completely wrong. When I asked to be given the correct burgers or to get my money back, it was rudely refused and I was told not to come again if I didn't eat meat! Such behavior is simply unacceptable. Yesterday I also ordered a meal with an energy drink, but was given a regular soft drink instead. When I raised the error, I was told I was wrong without any attempt to correct the error. As paying customers we expect respect and correct service, not rude treatment or repeated mistakes. We pay for our food and want the orders to be fulfilled correctly. Please hire staff who are better trained in customer service and pay attention to orders.

Worst Burger King I've ever seen. I ordered two things and had to wait a really long time. The crowns couldn't be redeemed and there wasn't even the king of the month. I paid €3.19 for a cheeseburger. Half of the things we ordered weren't there and the staff seemed like they had no idea what they were actually doing. I don't come here anymore.

I would prefer to give zero stars for service. You stand at the checkout and want to order, you have the money in your hand so that they can see that you can pay... They look at you and then ignore you. I stood in front of the checkout for 32 minutes until I had enough. The food there is good, but the staff in this shop is a disaster. Better go to Subway for fast, tasty food and friendly staff.

It was just 10 minutes after the official opening time, the doors were still closed and there was a guy standing at the checkout and pointing at the clock. My head was at the opening time which definitely indicated that the place should have been open for 10 minutes. Ok station, proximity to the train, delays are part of it and unfortunately unfriendly staff are also included

As the others have already written here: today all three terminals were defective. The service is rather poor (not very motivated, it takes too long for a fast food restaurant), prices are significantly more expensive than McDonald's and everything is packed in bags (to take away) - of course, saves taxes. Hello tax office, maybe do a quick check??? Was our first and last time here.

The worst Burger King in Germany? Quite possible, but I wouldn't make a final decision. I don't know every single branch in Frankfurt. At least you don't even know the in-house prices here. If I order burgers that are displayed on the electronic menu directly behind the employee and then I am charged a higher price for each burger at the checkout than is stated on the menu, then even as a legal layperson I would claim that you could probably sue the store for fraud very easily and quickly. But since very few employees here speak German, it is difficult to make the problem understandable on site. By the way, the terminals are often defective or rarely work as expected. There are rarely any staff at the checkout and when they are, you as a customer are sometimes ignored at the counter for 10 minutes before you get the idea to place an order. What a misery.........

Well, what can you say, waiting 35 minutes for your order in a fast food restaurant isn't bad. Having to wait so long for a main station that you order, pay and then have to go without eating because otherwise the train will be gone is crazy. Experienced this with two people today and it almost happened with us too. Then Bueger King advertises that you should rate the stores if you enter the store number on the receipt, of course this store has an answer to that, just leave out the store number!!! I've always been a fan of Burger King, but this was it.

As soon as you order, you are motivated not to go there to eat in the first place. The order terminals are a joke. Either they are defective, or they are so slow that you don't know whether they got stuck or simply needed another 20 seconds. Coupons from the app are also not accepted in this branch. That alone is a reason not to go there in the first place.

A very memorable experience... Opened the app on the way, put together the menu and went for self-service. Oh wonder, the device doesn't recognize the generated qr code, so I tried the next machine. Doesn't work either, so I go to checkout. There they look at me with wide eyes and wordlessly place a sign in front of my nose pointing to the machines. Without a word, the lady disappears back to frying. After taking a deep breath, I politely but firmly pointed out that the machine wasn't working. Suddenly the lady can speak, but only to her boss, who waves her over. This actually degrades me to come to the counter and snatch my phone out of my hand to type out the code manually. Then she remarks, in a by no means friendly manner, that the product she ordered is no longer available at the app price. I show her, but she just grumbles that they don't have to take part in the activities. So I avoid this product. Then comes a humorous "Everything?", I say yes and she disappears without a word to leave the collecting to another trainee. The food was of the expected quality. Needless to say, this was my last visit there...

It couldn't get any worse. I showed the QR code, got a rude answer from the guy that he couldn't do anything with it. Then I should show him what it was and what is he doing? He types in everything he sees on the display. I just want the cheeseburgers. He doesn't react to it at all. Then I should pay sum x. Then I said again I just wanted the cheeseburgers. He then starts making fun of me. I should have told him beforehand. I have, but if you're disinterested and don't want the job then you shouldn't take it out on the customer. Never again at this juice stand

Me and a friend wanted to go out for something to eat, so we decided on Bürger King and ordered something from the machine for €10.99. We thought the machine was working because it didn't say anything about it being defective or something and we were wondering why we didn't get a checkout slip After 5 minutes of waiting (our food was ready on the counter) we went to an employee and said this, she then indirectly made us stupid by saying that there is nothing here about the food we ordered and then I showed her my account history and it said Citizen King had debited €10.99 and then said over and over again that we were incapable, we didn't get our food and we didn't get the money back either. Impudence, I'll never go there again, the shop isn't organized at all, the machines don't notice are defective so don't recommend going there, unfriendly staff!!! Preferably zero stars

Unfortunately, the women's lack of motivation was clearly visible both on their faces and in the pace of their work. I had a Big King, but it felt about the size of a hamburger. I rarely go to Burger King, but somehow everything has gotten smaller; even the Whopper is 2 cm shorter in diameter. And the toilet didn't have paper for drying.

As always, I love McDonald's, but this one has a little bit of nostalgia - the old GUI on the kiosk brings me back to my childhood. Food was amazing, staff was kind and as they say - I'm lovin' it. Definitely recommend it.

Bad service, unmotivated employees, something's always missing from the order. Today my children were waiting for their long-awaited Happy Meal because of the Squishmallows. I was able to choose them at the terminal. What did I get? Two Smurf figures. My child was so disappointed that he cried for a good 30 minutes. And unfortunately, he's neurodivergent and reacts particularly sensitively to such "unpredictable circumstances"...

Not bad for the price, but the onion ring was very soggy and not crispy, the burger had sauce only on one side resulting in it being very dry and stuffy but also too saucy. Could have been better.
