Disappointing: Good food but no customer toilets! Burger King at Leipzig Central Station is a double-edged sword. There's nothing to complain about in terms of taste - the burgers are delicious and the fries are crispy, just like you know from BK. But what good is that if you urgently need a toilet after dinner and there isn't a single one available for guests? This is an absolute no-go! After eating you would like to wash your hands etc.

An ordinary Burger King in an extraordinary train station. Outside of peak travel times, it's quite nice to sit in, apart from the flashy lighting ambience. Unfortunately, the fact that the toilets are unusable/broken and WiFi is not available leads to a two to three point deduction, although the service is otherwise not to be criticized. A bit embarrassing for a “Bach and international trade fair city of world renown”.

Food was great. However, you cannot redeem app coupons or collect crowns. The order displays are broken and don't show anything. But the employees don't call you out either. Tray is simply placed on the counter and then stupidly looked into the room. When I was told that the displays were defective, I only received a “yes”. If you love Burger King and don't value customer service, you can order here with a clear conscience.

Unfortunately I can agree with the other people. Waited 16 minutes for a King of the Month. Only self service possible although a cash register is open. You are ignored. If you ask which cash register is now open, you will be directed to the one where the cash register is closed sign. You should go to the self service counter. Thank you, cash abolition supporters!!! Overall, the crew seems overwhelmed. Pigeons run around in the restaurant. The prices are astronomically high for the quality... By the way, paper coupons are not accepted at this branch. Recommendation. There are many better restaurants at cheaper prices in the station building. including a burger shop. As long as people continue to come and accept everything, nothing will change.

What should I write...I actually like coming here, the staff have always tried hard, but today it doesn't work for me anymore. The toilets are never available, okay. The public opening times are mostly limited due to staffing - for months - okay. Some coupons don't work, okay. You wait a long time at the checkout - 2 out of 5 terminals work - okay. Instead of officially 11 p.m. (on Sunday), due to staffing, it only runs until 10 p.m., okay. The two terminals available only went until 9pm and waited at the checkout for 15 minutes, okay. But the fact that the KingDeals don't even work, oh, only in the menu, even if you wanted to take several citizens and despite the advertising in the branch...absolutely no go...sorry, I have to say that it's no longer viable and I haven't seen a branch like this in a long time. I was there before 9 p.m. and was still disappointed after waiting 30 minutes.

You are not served at the counter, but completely ignored. At the ordering terminal you struggle with bugs and errors and you can't scan your Burger King app or use your coupons. Apparently the problem is known because some of the coupons are customized, but since these are only there as an emergency solution, you cannot customize your entire order. Well, I got my burger and the patty felt raw. Since I chose the vegetarian version, I didn't have to worry about salmonella. Unfortunately, it was the first time I had a really bad experience with Burger King - it will have a long-term impact on me, as I will no longer blindly trust BK in the future. The visit was torture

Phew really difficult... The self-service machines always seem to be broken. You cannot scan/redeem coupons. Employees often don't have a plan themselves, if they understand one at all. It's really not nice to eat there either, it's better to take it with you. Anyone who manages to place an order there has probably just been lucky.

I am very disappointed with my recent experiences at Burger King in Leipzig Central Station. I received incorrect orders for two days in a row even though I specifically said I don't eat meat. I ordered two burgers as a menu and got something completely wrong. When I asked to be given the correct burgers or to get my money back, it was rudely refused and I was told not to come again if I didn't eat meat! Such behavior is simply unacceptable. Yesterday I also ordered a meal with an energy drink, but was given a regular soft drink instead. When I raised the error, I was told I was wrong without any attempt to correct the error. As paying customers we expect respect and correct service, not rude treatment or repeated mistakes. We pay for our food and want the orders to be fulfilled correctly. Please hire staff who are better trained in customer service and pay attention to orders.

The worst Burger King in Germany? Quite possible, but I wouldn't make a final decision. I don't know every single branch in Frankfurt. At least you don't even know the in-house prices here. If I order burgers that are displayed on the electronic menu directly behind the employee and then I am charged a higher price for each burger at the checkout than is stated on the menu, then even as a legal layperson I would claim that you could probably sue the store for fraud very easily and quickly. But since very few employees here speak German, it is difficult to make the problem understandable on site. By the way, the terminals are often defective or rarely work as expected. There are rarely any staff at the checkout and when they are, you as a customer are sometimes ignored at the counter for 10 minutes before you get the idea to place an order. What a misery.........

Having to wait so long for a main station that you order, pay and then have to go without eating because otherwise the train will be gone is crazy. Experienced this with two people today and it almost happened with us too. A very memorable experience... Opened the app on the way, put together the menu and went for self-service. Oh wonder, the device doesn't recognize the generated qr code, so I tried the next machine. Doesn't work either, so I go to checkout. There they look at me with wide eyes and wordlessly place a sign in front of my nose pointing to the machines. Without a word, the lady disappears back to frying. After taking a deep breath, I politely but firmly pointed out that the machine wasn't working. Suddenly the lady can speak, but only to her boss, who waves her over. This actually degrades me to come to the counter and snatch my phone out of my hand to type out the code manually. Then she remarks, in a by no means friendly manner, that the product she ordered is no longer available at the app price. I show her, but she just grumbles that they don't have to take part in the activities. So I avoid this product. Then comes a humorous "Everything?", I say yes and she disappears without a word to leave the collecting to another trainee. The food was of the expected quality. Needless to say, this was my last visit there...

We thought the machine was working because it didn't say anything about it being defective or something and we were wondering why we didn't get a checkout slip After 5 minutes of waiting (our food was ready on the counter) we went to an employee and said this, she then indirectly made us stupid by saying that there is nothing here about the food we ordered and then I showed her my account history and it said Citizen King had debited €10.99 and then said over and over again that we were incapable, we didn't get our food and we didn't get the money back either. Impudence, I'll never go there again, the shop isn't organized at all, the machines don't notice are defective so don't recommend going there, unfriendly staff!!! Preferably zero stars

This is the worst Burger King I've ever been to. My assessment is not based on a single visit, but on about four or five. The waitresses are objective and committed. I don't expect anything more. The fact that three of the five ordering machines are out of order, one no longer has paper, and the last one doesn't allow you to put together your menu (you can't add a drink) is a bit annoying, especially when you consider that which may be the first point of contact for tourists. I can't recommend eating on site to anyone. Although the tables are far enough apart that I don't cough on each other's tablets while eating, the hygiene is terrible. On several visits there wasn't a single table that didn't still have fries from the previous visitor, sauce stains from last week or where there wasn't something on the floor that might have been salad. I don't think that's even the employees' fault, the branch is simply catastrophically understaffed. The fact that the train station junkies are always looking for cold fries in the return van is the least of the problems. The food is great, but everything, absolutely everything around it is really catastrophic.

Basically, I am satisfied with the branches of SSP Deutschland GmbH, although the quality of the food varies in this branch. Sometimes you give in to the time pressure and complete the order too quickly, which ultimately affects the quality of the product. The negative point today, however, was that one of the two included burgers was missing from a menu that cost an impressive €19.99. Since the whole thing was to be taken away and therefore in the opaque paper bag, I unfortunately only discovered this later. Other minus points: Scanning codes from the app does not work at the self-service terminals; only cash payments are possible at the cash registers with staff. And the online evaluation with the receipt doesn't work either.

Such a juice shop, unfriendly staff that can't be done anymore... supposedly couldn't give change so I was forced to give a tip! Apparently no coupons work here either, even though it worked last time! I will never enter the store again and advise everyone not to come here!!!

Apart from the food and the fries, which were really good at Burger King for a long time. I haven't experienced such terrible service in a long time. Unfriendly staff who couldn't give an adequate answer to our questions about the toilet situation, or who only wanted to respond to repeated questions with a shrug of the shoulders. Definitely unwearable these days.

DANGER Does not accept vouchers. Charging is a borderline hygienic experience. You are hardly understood. Extremely long waiting times. Already seen how meat was packed from one burger to another. If BK, then go to the marketplace

The "nice" gentleman at the counter on April 22nd, 2024, 4:15 p.m. is already overloaded with three customers, unfriendly and doesn't really speak German and is therefore completely unsuitable as service staff. He doesn't let you finish and answers completely strange questions that you didn't even ask. The self-service counters do not work correctly and only cash payment is possible at the normal counters, so I was unable to order at all. I should just wait 10 minutes....fast food and service is different, dismissed and closed.

Nothing going on where I was there, but then you're immediately yelled at from the side that card payments aren't possible here. When I said that was what I didn't want at all, I was really served again and with a tone that didn't work at all. I come from the catering industry myself and once I did that I should be able to look for a new job straight away. Then you lazily stand behind the counter and no table was clean, everything was sticky and disgusting it was the last time you would see the Burger King here at the train station. If you don't want the job, you should leave.

Worst Burger King I've ever been to. Recently they hardly take any coupons from the app anymore (at least a few used to work) and the service is absolutely incompetent and takes 15 minutes to make you just 1 ice cream (!). No matter how many times I almost missed the ICE here, the store has gotten worse and worse over the last few years.

Without words. Nobody has ever heard of customer service in this branch. First you are told the item doesn't exist, even though it is advertised on the board above the checkout. Then the wrong food is packed. It's a shame that we only noticed this on the train. This store, NEVER AGAIN

Why can't you choose onion rings instead of fries in the menu at the ordering terminal like at the counter? Why can't you choose a large Cola Zero? etc.etc. The terminals at .. ...... are much more user-friendly. Only thanks to the employees at the counter can you order what you actually want. The ambience is that of a Bf and can only be rated with one star if at all.

1 cash register, 3 terminals for ordering/paying yourself. None of them take my bank cards. Common Girocards. It's particularly good in 2024, when things are becoming more and more digital, but BK is in the Stone Age. It's a shame, I always traded you clearly above McD, but now you can't access both anymore.

Closed from 9 p.m. due to Construction work. Was there exactly 9:00 p.m. And was rejected. Customer service and customer loyalty looks different. Mau!!

I ate in this branch for the first time with my son (5 years old) in January 2025. After we ate, he had to go to the toilet. When I asked the staff about a toilet, I was advised that toilets here were only available on weekends. But we were there on weekdays. Now we had to go into the shopping center and look for a toilet, which took a while. When we finally got to the toilets, they also had to be paid for. Up until this point I hadn't known or suspected that there wouldn't be a toilet available at McDonald's. And if toilets are physically available, then you should be allowed to use them as a guest of the restaurant.

Not bad for the price, but the onion ring was very soggy and not crispy, the burger had sauce only on one side resulting in it being very dry and stuffy but also too saucy. Could have been better.

Only cash is real money! At least that's not the case here! NO CASH is accepted here due to "recent break-ins". In my case, NO CASH, no deal! P.S. Even one star is too many.
