I am revising my previous rating to a better one. The staff has changed very much for the better and everything possible is being done to retain customers. Quality has improved a lot! The whopper is always very juicy and tastes great, and the rest of the burgers are just as good and you can even eat them the next day!

Orders are almost always incomplete or incorrect. You should check every time whether everything is there. Even the burgers are painted wrong on the packaging. It can't be that you have to unpack every burger to be sure that everything is right. Every visit + inspection is an act.

Burger sind kalt, Pommes waren extrem versalzen und der Bacon ist roh und ebenfalls kalt. Auf Anfrage, ob das so richtig ist, wurde uns gesagt, dass der Bacon immer kalt und ungegrillt ist. Cola warm und ohne Kohlensäure! Burger kalt! Pommes nicht durch und ohne Salz! Essen allgemein absolut ekelhaft und ungenießbar! Schlechtestes Burger King Restaurant überhaupt!!!

Das Essen war leider nicht mehr heiß, eher lauwarm, wenn überhaupt. Der Salat war schon nicht mehr knackig, sondern latschig. Bei den Preisen sollten die Burger auch heiß sein.

Ein super moderner Burger King. Man kann hier bereits an Terminals bestellen und das Essen dann an einem Schalter abholen. Einrichtung ist sehr gelungen und modern. Das Essen ist immer frisch und lecker. Wäre der BK nicht so weit weg, wäre das meine neue Stamm Filiale.

Wir haben hier in Leipzig echt eine Perle: der langsamste Burger King der Welt. Echt eine Reise wert, wenn man zu viel Zeit zum Warten hat. Dafür fehlt dann aber mit Sicherheit auch was in der Tüte. Versprochen!

Solides Bürgerking Essen. Ich musste kaum warten und es hat wie gewohnt geschmeckt. In diesem Fall gab es einen Bürger und nen Milchshake.

Es ist unglaublich, wie oft bei den Bestellungen zum Mitnehmen Burger vergessen werden. Erst heute wieder fehlte ein Long Chicken. Leider erst zuhause gemerkt. Empfehlung: Prüft IMMER eure Bestellung. Egal wie wenig ihr bestellt habt.

Kann Mann schon sagen eine von die Besten Burger King filiale in Sachsen. Heute zum Mittagessen mit meine Familie dort gewesen, alles perfekt! Service-zeit super (obwohl nur wenige Mitarbeitern an Schicht war) und trozdem sehr sehr Saubere Restaurant, perfekte Ambient und leckeren frische Essen (nach allen Burger King-Qualitätsstandards und Hygienevorschriften zubereitet). Ich kann nur weiter empfehlen.

War irgendwie alles andere wie frisch 🥴

Es gibt nur eine Sache, über die ich fluchen könnte: Warum habt ihr 4 Lieferautos auf dem Parkplatz zu stehen, aber kein Personal, welches Bestellungen auch ausliefert. Online war es jedenfalls nicht möglich gewesen sich die Bestellung liefern zu lassen. Bin dann mit meinem Auto an den Drive Inn gefahren, habe das Essen auch heiß bekommen. Fahre dann aber 800 Meter bis nach Hause, suche mir einen Parkplatz, weil keiner vor der Tür, laufe nach Hause, öffne die Tüte und das Essen ist kalt. Beim nächsten Mal esse ich lieber gleich vor Ort.

Leider dauert es sehr lange bis man sein essen bekommt und wenn man Pech hat fehlt auch noch etwas oder ist falsch. Und es könnte sauberer sein.

Einmal eine halbe Stunde für das Essen gewartet und einen kalten Burger bekommen. Wollten mir den in der Mikrowelle wieder warm machen.....wo sind wir hier gelandet. Das 2te mal Drive in.....wieder weit über 15 Minuten gewartet

Na Drive in sem naposledy čekal 5min na objednávku a 10minut pak ještě na jídlo. Z toho sem byl v šoku !

Das Essen war wie gewohnt gut. Leider ist die Lösung mit dem Terminals nicht die Beste. Man muss lange warten bis man bestellen kann und leider dauert es auch bis man seine Bestellung bekommt. Der Hochstuhl für die Kinder war auch sehr dreckig.

Essen schmeckt gut, Laden soweit gepflegt. Leider fehlte bei dem Besuch das Kassenpersonal, es waren nur die Automaten verfügbar. Eine Dame die augenscheinlich damit überfordert war, wurde einfach nur an den Automaten verwiesen. Auf die Idee der Dame zu helfen, kam das Personal leider nicht. Ich habe der Dame schließlich geholfen.

Burger King eben. Ansonsten sauber und die Bedienung ist freundlich.

UPDATE 08 2023: Qualität massiv abgebaut. Lieferservice eine Katastrophe. Falsche Burger oder auch Ketchup statt Mayonnaise. Lieferzeit sehr lang. (1h+) auch am Schalter im DriveIn immer wieder falscher Inhalt, vor allem falsche Soßen. Hab keine Lust mehr auf BurgerKing.

Einfach mal lecker wenn man Bock drauf hat. Nettes Personal welches die Bestellung immer schnell zubereitet. Essen ist immer frisch.

Das 2. Mal das etwas vergessen wurde. Zu spät bemerkt und dann nochmal umdrehen? Umsonst zuviel bezahlt.
