I would like to express my dissatisfaction with my visit to your branch. I waited over 30 minutes for four chicken nugget burgers. I wasn't the only one affected – all the other customers in the restaurant had their order numbers in front of them and were also waiting significantly longer than usual. No one received their food. It's hard to imagine how long customers who ordered larger meals must have to wait. "Fast food" was certainly not the word for it that day. I strongly recommend that the branch team receive training in speed and organization. If there are employees who clearly lack motivation for their jobs, a personnel review would be advisable from a customer perspective. You have to wait an incredibly long time to get a chicken burger that is completely drenched in mayo.

The burger 🍔 was really delicious and freshly prepared. Better than the competition. Everything was clean, but ridiculously expensive. The restroom is only accessible with a receipt. I personally find that outrageous. If you need to go before ordering, you're out of luck and have to pay. 👎

The menu navigation at the self-service kiosk is inadequate, the ambiance (tables/chairs) is outdated, food preparation takes a long time, there's no indication when it's ready, the burgers were mediocre, the onion rings tasted bad and weren't crispy, the high chairs are heavy and sticky, the toilets aren't clean, never again.

When we arrived, it was really peak hour (around dinner time), but ordering was relatively quick. We expected a longer wait, but before then, the food was ready quickly and hot. The restrooms were clean. A bit cramped, but there's not much you can do about that.

First time at this establishment. After a night of heavy drinking, all you want to do is enjoy your plant-based Whopper. The burger is hastily assembled in the back kitchen. It was very quick. Finding a seat in the rather empty restaurant is easy. Sitting down, and with anticipation of a greasy burger, the morsel is peeled from its packaging. The first bite is taken. A strange taste of sadness and sorrow spreads in the mouth. Second bite. The taste persists. The burger is taken apart and inspected closely. It's certain. This part is not plant-based. Indignation sets in. The rest of the burger is left untouched. Sad and dejected, you leave the restaurant, and the initial anticipation has turned into a dejected departure. No one will be eating there again.

Unfortunately, it seems like they're deliberately trying to rip off their customers. As soon as the takeout order is placed, something is always missing. Burgers, fries, and especially dips/sauces. Now they're even numbering it for the sake of idiots and putting extra "to-do" stickers on the bag. And yet, things are still missing. This can't be a mistake or an accident anymore. I strongly suspect that the restaurant is trying to "save money" on takeout orders; with several hundred customers a week, it's certainly lucrative at some point. The fries and other items are often overcooked, and the new "doner burger" is disastrous. Pressed, ultra-hard "meat." You're making it easier for the competition. There's significantly less hassle at McDonald's or KFC.

Everything is clean, the staff is friendly, and the facilities are modern. Plane spotting is available.

No, I can't recommend this place. Every second order was incorrectly executed, and you got the wrong food. This caused a backlog of orders, so it took almost half an hour to complete a full order. Of course, the other people were cold by then. But the staff didn't care at all. The place was packed to the brim, and people continued to drink and stroll. They should be ashamed of themselves for calling themselves a fast-food restaurant, and the service was abysmal. I'll never go there again.

Great fun. Burger level Alcatraz. The restroom is locked with an electric lock and opened by the staff. It's a good thing they haven't installed barbed wire yet. They don't like drivers. The staff work like a punishment – ​​I think their wages are as low as prison. They even sell clothing, although that's probably illegal since they're registered as a restaurant. But this isn't a restaurant, it's a substandard sandwich shop. After all, in a restaurant, the staff clears the tables, not the customers. Very long wait times, even with a small crowd. The fries are slightly warm. Nice decorations, not to mention the decorations in the restroom. I suggest installing bars on the windows. If I choked on that plastic wrap, it would be murder.

Really, every time we're there, they forget something. Today it was 9-pack nuggets and a hamburger. Last time, they had cotton candy with the soda and wings. They leave the pickles on my cucumber allergy sufferer. And when you ask, they're overwhelmed. Better drive the 20 minutes further to McDonald's or eat at home.

The slowest Burger King in history... waiting 40 minutes for an order because the two men at the front prefer joking with each other to working. They should, if the restaurant is empty or less busy.

Never waited so long anywhere. And yes, I've had to wait elsewhere before, but not for this long (around 13 minutes and there was NOTHING going on). The employee seemed pretty sluggish. He asked me if he could keep the change I gave him, without giving a reason (it was around 30 cents, which is fine, but seems very cheeky). There was very little sauce on the burger (dry). I rarely write bad reviews, but this one couldn't have been any better. It's a shame; I'd come back. Other Burger King branches in Germany are better. And maybe other employees within this branch too.

I thought McDonald's was already bad and slow, but Burger King there is a complete disaster. I sat in the drive-thru for 20 minutes. I had a chessburger and a chocolate milkshake. I went in after 20 minutes and was told I'd have to wait because it was full. Why don't they tell me something like that before ordering at the counter? Went to the drive-thru today. A complete disaster. The burgers were cold, and I mean cold, and the taste was almost sour. I have no idea how long they'd been sitting there or what was or wasn't in them. The Coke was warm and still carbonated, like it was stale. Unfortunately, I realized it too late. So much for the company's guidelines. DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMENDED.

I was at this Burger King around 4 p.m. I used the drive-thru, so I can't comment on the ambiance inside. But from the outside, it looked very well-kept. There were plenty of tables outside. Ordering over the intercom was very pleasant, both in terms of sound quality and volume. I've had a lot of different experiences, from a whispered, mumbled voice to being shouted at like a train station announcement in the 80s. Even though I was the only customer in the drive-thru at the time, I was still impressed by how quickly the food was prepared. I estimate I was through it in under 5 minutes. The burger (Whopper) I got was great, with very fresh, juicy vegetables and not scrunched together. Great!

I didn't pay any attention to the mountain classifications; I was there just before closing time. Everything was freshly made and the conditions were great. Very pleasantly surprised.

The food was just like any other King, and served very quickly. It used to be more comfortable and cleaner there. Wiping down tables occasionally would have been nice. But that's understandable, given the limited time and the busy staff.

TLDR: The store was clean, not busy, and the food was hot and OK. We went in the evening and the store was less than half full. We had vouchers with QR codes. Entering the order on the...touch wall? It worked well, and the QR scanner did its job. We had 13 orders ahead of us, and after 20 minutes, our rather large order was ready. That's OK, I think. They just forgot the ketchup. So I went back in and asked for it. The colleague was semi-friendly, which could have been better. The food itself wasn't from the display and was still nice and warm. The store itself was clean, and they were wiping tables and collecting trash every now and then. We sat outside, and there was the drive-thru ordering system. I can say that the lady who took the orders sounded patient and friendly. Overall, thankfully, it wasn't as bad as it has been in other stores.

The food and the staff service were surprisingly good and quick compared to the past. The fact that the restrooms are only opened upon request or payment of 50 cents is inappropriate.

I had a Big King XXL and it was incredibly bad. You could literally taste the meat as if it were just flour mush. What's wrong with you Burger King? Have you gone too far with your cost-cutting measures again? You used to be better. At least the service was friendly.

We waited over an hour for our food! This is what you call a fast-food restaurant. The staff was extremely poorly planned. Three people couldn't work in the entire restaurant on a Sunday afternoon after a long weekend and the gymnastics festival in Leipzig. Some of the planning needs to be changed! When we asked, they just briefly said, "I'm sorry."

You order three X-tra Long Chili Cheeses for €8.50 each to go, and they only pack two. And let's be honest: The burgers are really small for that price. Instead of paying €17 for two burgers at Burger King that don't even taste that great, you can go to a restaurant or a regular burger joint for less money and >at least< be just as full.

Without service. You can only order from the machine. The operation of the machine is inexplicable. Tried to order several times... but it didn't work. No employee to be seen. 12 € for a citizen and ordering only from the machine... I used to enjoy eating there... but now without me, dear people from BürgerKing.

There were no burgers prepared when we got there, everything was freshly made and very tasty. Fries were crispy, hot and well salted. The burgers were filled with fillings and no expense was spared. Please keep it up, it's been a positive experience for a long time!

I just bought two burgers and the screen said there was a vegan option. Due to a problem with the screen, my selection (vegetarian) was disabled and the meat option was automatically selected instead. After I received my order I reported the error. I was told I ordered the meat burger. I went to the ordering machine with the store manager and he saw with his own eyes how the vegetarian option deactivated itself. He said it was my fault because I didn't check at the end of the order to see if it said "vegan" in small print and that there was nothing he could do. He doesn't care that their damn machine has a fault. Attention everyone with allergies: If the machine has a fault and you get the wrong food, you will be told that it is your own fault

No, I don't like ordering from vending machines because I still value personal contact. However, if staff increasingly do not understand the language of the country in which they work, they will be replaced by machines. It's cheaper. The good restaurant is therefore preferred, Burger King is the emergency solution.

Even during my lunch break it wasn't overly crowded. One star deducted because the order can only be placed via the machine :-( But I love human contact!!

We went here for dinner after the Leipzig Book Fair and, as always, it was very pleasant. The staff were also very friendly.

The first time for me that I had to wait half an hour for the order with many other customers. Everyone was probably hungry at the same time 🍀😁. The food was delicious as always.

Better than that shit meces 2 hours away. There is good service here. There is sun. There are planes overhead. There is a slide. But Plant base tasted like meat. Thanks. Always my pleasure.

Can't say anything negative. The lady at the drive in was still so friendly, despite the house being full and the drive in (i.e. pure stress). That really surprised us in a positive way.

I can only advise against eating here! Waiting almost exactly 30 minutes for 6 nuggets and 1 tortilla is simply not possible in a so-called fast food restaurant. So far it has been the best Burger King around. I came specifically from Bitterfeld even though there is also a BK there. The staff was always super friendly and always made decisions for the customer. Until today, January 29th, 2025 around 9:50 p.m. It was never a problem that when I wanted to bring my wife a Hot Blondi, they made the ice cream separately in a cup for me (20 min drive). I was always told that it was just a blob that they made for me separately because there wasn't much on the cake, which is perfectly fine. But the woman today with black hair was unfriendly and gave me stupid answers about why it didn't work. I canceled my entire order and will never go there again. BK is by far the worst fast food restaurant. Just unfriendly staff. I wish more customers were like me and decided with their feet. Otherwise you won't notice!!!

Food was good. Service overwhelmed. Unfortunately all tables were dirty. Toilets are free for guests, but you have to ask at the counter to open them. The lady was completely overwhelmed and when asked said she would open the door when she had time. Since she only opened the women's toilet and my husband was still standing in front of the toilet door when I was finished, I had to ask again to open the door. This time I had to be told that she had to do her job first. So the handling of toilet use should urgently be reconsidered. That's why there are ZERO stars for the service.

I recommend checking immediately after receiving the goods. Unfortunately there is always the wrong burger in there. Not for the first time Fries were lukewarm. You can't go wrong with Cola. The staff could also be friendlier. You can only pay by card (was on the drive). I don't think it's good, not everyone likes to pay with a card.
