The burger 🍔 was good, the fries 🍟 were a bit weak.

Please repair the entrance door!

This Burger King branch is by far the worst representation of the company that I have visited in the last 35 years and is a disgrace to Burger King. If necessary, BK should check its franchisees anonymously more often. If I were authorized to give instructions to BK, the licensee would lose his license. The first thing that was unpleasantly noticeable was that the toilet doors were secured with coin-operated machines (entrance fee 50 cents), probably as a measure against toilet tourism, but there was no indication from the staff that use was apparently free for "paying" Burger King customers. It's additional income and why pay attention to it? The toilet paper was missing in the toilet and overall the toilet seemed unkempt. The icing on the cake was the behavior of the employee at the counter, who, as is usual these days, obviously also had to look after the drive-in. Another (friendly) employee put the tray with our order on the counter, but had filled it very poorly during the order processing. All the drinks, 2 large vanilla milkshakes and a large Cola Zero were on the left and the by far lighter burgers, nuggets and fries took up the middle and right part of the tray. Unfortunately I saw this too late, picked up the tray, turned very slowly with the tray and wanted to go to our table. Immediately the 3 cups with the drinks tipped over and a milkshake and the cola fell to the floor and the contents spilled onto the floor. I was able to save the third cup and tray onto the counter. I immediately turned to the employee and told her that I would need a cloth and/or a wiper to personally clean up the mess. The reaction I expected from BK would have been: either A: "Come straight away, it's nice of you that you want to clean the floor yourself" or B: "No problem, we'll do that for you (of course)" in each case combined with the sentence : “You will of course get new drinks from us”. Instead, all I got was a very annoyed “yes, someone is coming soon”. End result: I had a t-shirt and pants full of cola and a milkshake, and two drinks that, with a lot of imagination, contained a maximum of 1/3 of liquid, or even less. A vanilla milkshake for 4.49 a.m. and a maximum of 1 euro. Same with Cola. Maybe the employee waited to see if the customer asked for a replacement and if not, he was just out of luck. For me it is a typical service oasis in Germany. As already written, the employee seemed overwhelmed and visibly annoyed. The Burger King branch will never see me again and, as already written above, BK should think about service quality standards for its franchisees. In the future I would prefer to go to a competitor with a capital M in this region. I just felt ripped off, ripped off and treated completely disrespectfully.

Burger 🍔 delicious and warm. Didn't take long to complete. I didn't like the ice cream.

We've been waiting for 1 drink and 2 ice creams for 20 minutes. The store is almost empty... The toilets weren't really clean (given that they are chargeable and were only opened for discussion for paying customers!)

Normal food of known quality, but unfortunately we had to wait a long time.

Absolutely poor cleaning service... comes to the table and starts wiping, half of the crumbs that were on the table ended up on my pants. When I asked what was wrong with him...? You could have asked... his answer: yes, yes, you could have done that...

Opening times are not observed. Open until 10 p.m., but you can only eat there until 9:30 p.m. then the very nice lady comes with a tone that makes you think about whether you want to eat something else or leave! Everyone who was there certainly knows which lady is meant 😅 The rest of the staff was super nice! Unfortunately, people often forget to pack something, so check it immediately 😇😇😇 Otherwise everything is great!

Actually been my regular BK. Unfortunately, since the app was changed, some vouchers are no longer accepted there. Without vouchers, the price-performance ratio is no longer guaranteed. It's a shame that no one will see me here anymore.

The restaurant is not recommended at lunchtime; if you cannot offer any service because there is a shortage of staff, you should leave the place alone. We waited over 30 minutes for the food to take away, even though it was on display after 15 minutes, so you get your food cold because the employee processes everything as we ordered it after arrival and not as it is ready, one person in the room Service is not enough!!! Unfortunately it has nothing to do with freshly prepared quality, I guess it tastes better if it doesn't sit around forever! Photo is that you can believe it too!

The staff urgently needs to be adjusted here. The waiting time of over 25 minutes for a restaurant that is not even half full is incomprehensible.

Only had a drink, it was fine and tidy inside. Cigarette box is right in front of the entrance, could be a little more to the side. Now you walk along the air of it. I didn't like that.

I can't complain, a good BK, everything is always under control even in stressful times. Everything was always good, tasty and, above all, complete.

Hello, ordered 4 burgers 🍔 with bacon and 2 coffees on April 25th, 2024 around 3:40 p.m. After 3 hours I had diarrhea on the way to vacation. Things were going badly. Next day still like that. My robbery money would have to be refunded. I'm very sure it came from you because I only ate cake at 9 a.m.

I have the impression that food is becoming more and more intense and visually and tastefully worse.

Very crowded but that was also because of the time. What I really liked was that the employees at the serving desk checked the order so that nothing was forgotten. I've often fallen for something like this, but not here, at McDonald's. Top!

Half truck stop, half fast food IN an industrial area. With the trucks parked it is quite a challenge to get to the drive in. Otherwise good Burger King food.

Overwhelmed staff, one employee at lunchtime during the holidays who processes the orders is not enough. We had to wait 30 minutes for our food with only 5 orders in front of us. Furthermore, if you want to go to the toilet, you have to contact the staff so that they can unlock the doors at the push of a button. If things have to happen quickly and the staff, who are already overwhelmed with the order, then have to deal with it, things get unfriendly.

Can't be beaten in terms of disgust. Waited 30 minutes for the order of three burgers (for over seven euros each). Restaurant completely overcrowded, not enough seats, tables not cleaned. There is trash everywhere, in the hallways, under the tables, on the tables. The toilets smell incredibly bad and there is rubbish on the floor here too. The only thing missing to complete the impression was a brown pile on a table. Maybe I just overlooked it. Are the employees proud to work here?

I recently went to this Burger King and I have to say I was very impressed! The service was quick and friendly, which you can't always expect in this day and age. My burger was fresh and delicious - exactly what I was hoping for. The fries were also crispy and not too salty. I particularly liked the cleanliness of the restaurant; It seemed as if great importance was placed on hygiene here. The atmosphere was also pleasant, so you could enjoy your burger in peace. Overall, this Burger King offers a great experience and I will definitely be back.

The concept of ordering on the computer including dehumanizing the staff is really bad anyway. But if the technology is bad and the reduced staff is not reduced, you stand in front of the counter, shake your head with 15 other people and have to scream loudly so that the poor staff release the toilet to go take a piss. Everyone really benefits from that. If that's the future, I'm not there. Never again. 2 coffees, 2 pees = 40min.

The steakhouse burger was OK. I didn't like the fries. If you want to go to the toilet, you have to ask the staff first. Ambience not particularly child-friendly, there isn't even a play area.

I actually don't know where to start. I was on the way to a factory tour and still had time and hunger. Since I still knew the restaurant from my tours (that was 10 years ago), I just wanted to eat something there. So I went in and waited at the checkout (there was still one person in front of me). When it was my turn, the employee said no orders at the checkout but only at the terminals (I was already angry at that). So go to one and start. This order took about 5-10 minutes. When selecting payment, payment was then possible again at the checkout (exactly where I was turned away from ordering in person). After I had eaten and dropped off my trash at the designated place, I wanted to go to the toilet. The next low blow came at the door. A note directed you back to the cash register to collect the key. Since I clearly didn't feel comfortable running after the key, I left the restaurant just as upset as I was when I was greeted. I won't be seen there again. Progress (here the terminals) can also be a step backwards.

Ordering via computer terminal worked well even for me, an inexperienced person. At the end of the order, various payment options can be selected. Including cash payments. The young, heavily tattooed employee was not happy with the payment method I had chosen. He called me a cash junky and had no time for such nonsense! He didn't have time to tell me his name either. I looked in vain for a name tag on my clothes. In the entrance area there was an extreme smell of overheated frying oil. This is what the fried food looked like! "Nice" dark brown" The package contained fries and potato wedges, well mixed and properly over-fried. The burger was ordered with extra cheese. It was delivered that way but... The original slice of cheese had melted properly, the additional cheese we ordered was on top, unmelted! How does it work when everything is freshly prepared? All in all: not recommended!

A single person was standing at the counter, the staff was completely overwhelmed and you can't even call it friendly. A person walked through the back area in civilian clothes, so that's not possible. Unhygienic

Unfortunately we had no choice and had to stop here. Unfortunately everything is as team wallraff discovered. Food totally disgusting, employees totally overwhelmed, toilet facilities are terrible, the train station toilets are cleaner. Half of the order was missing. I wouldn't advise anyone to stop here. In my opinion, Citizen King should be closed...

I like being here. Close and cozy. Price performance better than anywhere else ;)

I have absolutely nothing to complain about. Was here for the first time today. The order arrived quickly, hot and with love. An employee even made the effort to bring us something because part of the order took 2 minutes longer. I'd love to come back here. I hope the Spicy Chicken Louisiana sticks around for a while. Rarely have I had such a tasty distiller. :) I thought it was really good

It's a Burger King, as far as the standard goes. What struck me positively here was the peace and quiet. There was no annoying music playing in the background. And the staff (thanks to the ordering computer you don't have to talk to anyone) speak German as their native language. I'm not used to that from other fast food restaurants.

This was the third time something was missing from the bag. You have to check every time that everything has been packed.

I've always been happy here, but this is the second time I've had cold and carelessly prepared burgers. The staff was also quite unfriendly. You now have to pay money for the toilet if you don't order in the restaurant. Understandable in itself, but you should at least get access if you wait at the checkout after ordering instead of being ignored.

Überrascht war ich über die Sauberkeit und das Essen war auch gut. Das einzige was mir gar nicht gefiel, war am Tresen zu stehen und darum zu betteln, dass die Toilettentür geöffnet wird. Hier sollte doch eine andere Lösung, zum Beispiel QR-CODE zum scannen oder ähnliches gefunden werden.

Wir waren das erste Mal in diesem Burger King und sind voll begeistert. Bestellungen können nur am Terminal getätigt werden, was ich eigentlich nicht so gern mag. Aber ...sofort stand ein sehr netter, freundlicher,humorvoller Mitarbeiter neben mir und eins, zwei fix hat er für uns die Bestellung eingegeben. DANKE dafür !!! ;-)) So nette Mitarbeiter gibt es nicht so oft - leider . Das Essen war frisch zubereitet, warm und bislang für mich der beste Burger ,den ich bei Burger King gegessen habe. Daumen hoch und weiter so ! Wir kommen gerne wieder!!!

Endlich mal wieder Fleisch :) Großes Kompliment - selbst kurz vor Ladenschluss noch sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend bedient zu werden. In der Servicewüste Deutschland war dies eine sehr angenehme Ausnahme :) Toll... Lob an das Team :)

Locker 40min Wartezeit für 2 Menüs. Der eine Mitarbeiter war echt nett, allerdings haben alle sehr langsam gearbeitet. Essen war teils frisch und teils lag es seit Ewigkeiten schon rum.

War am 19.10 gegen 20.00 Uhr vor Ort, ich habe schon in vielen Restaurants von Burger King gegessen aber so eine freundliche und zuvorkommende Bedienung wie hier habe ich noch nicht erlebt. Da kommt man gerne wieder. Weiter so, leider habe ich keinen Namen lesen können aber die junge Frau mit dunkeln Haaren darf sich an dieser Stelle gelobt fühlen 👍🏻

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter und die schmeißen die Bürger auch nicht in die Verpackung👍 aber die brauchen in letzter Zeit immer länger, man steht mittlerweile schon fast eine halbe Stunde hier rum Update seit neuestem fehlen jede Menge Sachen bei der Bestellung das kann doch wohl nicht wahr sein ,nachdem wir das Drama passiert ist habe ich die Verkäuferin extra darauf hingewiesen dass Sie die Bestellung überprüfen soll und was war, 9er Onion Rings fehlten und ein Burger. Burger King sollte sich endlich ein Tool einfallen lassen was solche Fehler vermeiden lässt

20Min warten für 3 Menüs ist leider zu lange. Zu Nur 3 Mitarbeiter an einem Freitag um 13Uhr. Toilette wird erst auf Nachfrage geöffnet, komisches System. Essen war aber lecker und warm.

Burger knapp lauwarm. Pommes kalt. Bedienung unfreundlich: Hier nich,sie müssen am Terminal bestellen. Kein Guten Tag... auch bei der Essensübergabe nix. Da nie wieder. Hab ich bei anderen BK's noch nicht erlebt.

Leider waren die Burger kalt... welch herbe Enttäuschung.

Ich bin hin- und hergerissen, meinen gestrigen Besuch zu bewerten. Nach der Bestellung fiel mir auf, dass ein Mitarbeiter im Küchenbereich nach erfolgreichem Nase putzen leider seine Hände nicht gereinigt hat. Kurz vorher hat dieser Mitarbeiter direkt vor unseren Augen einen Kollegen förmlich zur Sau gemacht. Die Wartezeit war angemessen. Als wir zu Hause unsere Speisen auspackten, fielen einige Dinge eher negativ auf. Der Eistee war eine Cola, das King Junior Meal hat gefehlt und jegliche Saucen waren doppelt vorhanden. Ein kurzer Anruf in der Filiale und man wusste sofort Bescheid, weil das Personal ebenfalls festgestellt hatte, dass unsere Bestellung nicht komplett übergeben wurde. Ich fuhr also nochmals hin und die Box wurde umgehend frisch gefertigt. Es gab noch einen Eisbecher als Entschädigung obendrauf. Mir gegenüber wurde sich entschuldigt, worauf ich meinte, dass das mal passieren kann. Daraufhin wurde erneut auf den vorher erwähnten Kollegen geschimpft. Aus meiner Sicht hat ein Team dem Kunden gegenüber zusammenzuhalten. Im Hintergrund müssen diese Fehler ausgewertet werden aber niemals vor dem Kunden.

Zu Stoßzeiten länger Wartezeiten, da zu wenig Personal in dieser Filiale eingesetzt wird . Ansonsten nix auszusetzen.
