We entered the restaurant at approximately 12:42 a.m. The restaurant was supposed to be open until 1:00 a.m. We had ordered until 12:50 a.m. and were sitting at a small table with our food and drinks. The chicken burgers from the McSmart menu weren't recognizable as such. -- Photo attached. -- Nothing was right here: the bun was sunken. The meat topping was much too small and practically drowned in ketchup! Barely a trace of lettuce. It was all a mess that fell apart and ran out of the paper after being unwrapped! Look at the photos! When confronted with this, the manager present tried to justify herself, explaining to us that everything was just right. There were regulations for making the burgers - I was welcome to see sample photos. We more or less helplessly gave in. What could we do? What could we have done? Just four minutes later, at approximately 12:55 a.m., we were rudely asked to leave the restaurant, as it was now closing. Since we had just sat down with food and drinks worth approximately €35.00, we refused to comply. Especially since we had just had a heated discussion with the young manager about the unacceptable, even disgusting appearance of the burgers we received. They immediately threatened to call the police, which they did. Until we finished our meal and left the restaurant at approximately 1:15 a.m., there was no police patrol in sight. Just imagine: You buy €35.00 worth of food and are then immediately thrown out the door of the restaurant like a criminal, and the door is locked behind you!

In our case, a fries, two Mc Flury and a double cheeseburger - I mean a total of around 14 euros (I'm not doing the math) were forgotten and not sent along. The call revealed, after a long discussion, pick it up or call UberEats and complain. No dear ones, you have an obligation to deliver, in addition to the delivery fee that is due, it has something to do with service and if you make mistakes at least act as if you are sorry.
