McDonald's Timme in Leipzig

Well, it doesn't seem to really interest what customers give in terms of reviews. Unfortunately, something is always forgotten (it can really happen to anyone) but always, always, at least 1 thing is missing. We all work for our money and for some, this might be a highlight of dining at McDonalds. If you then point this out to employees, they will look at you stupidly. Fries are really jiggly at some times! What's wrong with the cola? - 99% water 1% syrup! Why do you ask for sauces when you're going home without them anyway! Unfortunately, there are always employees who don't feel like it and that's clearly noticeable lately... it's a shame.

It's really easy to reach, but the service is very lacking. Orders don't come as expected and sometimes a lot of things are forgotten. I haven't received the thermo mug I ordered twice, which is very annoying and really disappointing. I didn't even receive the request, even though it can be seen on the receipt. Almost lost money.

Terrible !!! You stand at the checkout and want to order. 6 employees prefer to stock their boxes with ketchup and sauces. After asking several times whether you could order, the answer was always yes. 9 minutes and still no one is responsible. Then someone came and said you should order at the terminal. But I didn't have a card to pay with. Then he says bad luck. ??? Very unclean and not customer oriented. Then an employee said you can also order at the terminal and pay in cash at the counter, that was my first question 9 minutes ago. We understand that it is full on Friday evenings and the Mc Drive was also busy, but the fact that no one out of 6 employees is able to take an order is bad.

I've been visiting your restaurant for probably 20 years now and have always enjoyed coming. Unfortunately, the restaurant is deteriorating more and more every year. Fries that are always limp and the salt is missing, burgers that are folded so that they are spread out in the packaging, sometimes the cheese is not on the burger, the machines are constantly broken, so that the guests only eat 1-2 can hire (eternal waiting time). The toilets smell awful and the tables and seats are never clean or wiped down and what has always happened the last few times (and again today) my order is never wrong, something is missing or food that I didn't even order is included. It's a shame...I hope something finally changes, the reviews and comments here clearly speak for themselves!!!

Forgotten napkins and unfriendly service

Place is all right. At some times of the day it's very busy which could have affected my first opinion. Since my first visit I have been there few more times and I feel obliged to give it a higher score.

Beautiful spacious grounds, nice park. Only the parking situation for cars is currently modest.

It's happened so many times now... We have a Latte Machiatto with an extra shot of CARAMEL, it always came without caramel even though we always said it 3 times!!!

I was at McDonald's today around 11:20 a.m. It wasn't busy, but the cashier was pretty bored without saying a word. She typed with her right hand, which took a really long time, just for 1 coupon and supported her head with her left arm/hand So putting something like that behind the till is a no go. I'm a saleswoman and would never serve people like that behind the checkout. No politeness or decency, sorry, you should change the staff very quickly

Don't go to McDonald's, it's too overpriced.

Sorry, but I think even a McDonald's in the Indian hinterland doesn't look so busy. Food was okay (didn't have a laxative effect, although one would expect otherwise from the atmosphere here). The staff simply let people they knew stick (?) the tables behind the counter in the area where the food is prepared, it looks like Hempels under the sofa, but apparently there are enough workers available. I'm glad we didn't have to eat on site, we won't be coming back here anytime soon.

The operation is simply passed on to someone else. Because you don't care about the customers.

I have never experienced such dirty tables and seating as here. That was McD. Highly recommended among other staff before Corona times. There is nothing left of it.

Wiping down tables and benches should definitely be part of everyday work here every now and then. Food was average for McDonald's.

I usually pre-order via the app and could theoretically just drive through the McDrive to pick it up - but I don't because something has always been missing. I take my order inside and then calmly check whether everything is there. Most of the time it is extremely crowded and if you do want to eat there you really have to check whether it is clean (which is usually not the case). Food is typical McDonald's, no better or worse than other branches.

Part of my take-away order was completely missing, one of the burgers was prepared incorrectly, the other was inedibly dry, and the nettle potatoes were already completely cold. At least the drink was as ordered. Don't come here, or if you do, make sure you at least get everything you paid for.

We ordered through Wolt. Two McFlurries were forgotten, which we reordered and when they arrived, they were carelessly thrown into the bag, one was upside down and completely leaked. A huge mess. Very unfortunate.

The staff seems overwhelmed; when orders are placed at the terminal, two of the citizens who ordered are missing when they are picked up! After I complained, the staff apparently didn't understand me. (Lack of knowledge of German) After asking several times, I received the goods I had ordered. The toilet stinks to death, the hand dryer doesn't work, the water barely runs, there are no towels, the tables are always dirty every time. What kind of homeless people? What do they take money for? Service 0!!!

Service is great and all that. But yesterday I was eating here with my family and today my 1 year old nephew and my mom are feeling dirty due to a fall and a stomach ache and a friend of ours, her son even threw up from it! Am very disappointed

Recently the branch has left a lot to be desired. Ordered extra requests (double meat, no tomatoes, etc.) are apparently ignored, parts of the order are missing and recently we even had a half-eaten burger (!) in the bag... It's hard to believe that you are an unfortunate isolated case. edit: tried to cancel tomatoes at the counter. Statement: not possible. The dirtiest McDonald's I've ever been to! Abnormal conditions, even though there are enough staff standing around!

Nice but somewhat overwhelmed staff. Sugar was only available with coffee upon request, and napkins too. There was nothing to stir. The tray was flooded, not by my coffee. A bit gross.

MC flurry cup is always only half full here. I asked an employee about it. Sei thinks it has to be that way, the others always do it too much. This is the only McDonald's there is. Conclusion: I won't go to this branch anymore.

Delicious Royal TS is my favorite burger here

Worst MCS I've ever been to. Never seen ice cream portions so puny.

If it is a little fuller, the table tents will be withdrawn by the staff and there will no longer be table service. So there is utter chaos in the pick-up area because everyone has to pick up their order there. When you asked whether you could place such table displays on the ordering machines, you got the answer that there was no table service here anymore. When my son had asked before, he was completely told ignored.Out of 4 order machines only 3 worked. There are still no reusable containers in this branch. The employees were totally overwhelmed, even though it was expected that a lot of people would come there on a public holiday and in good weather.

This is by far the dirtiest McDonald's I've ever been to. Regular customers are obviously greeted with a handshake, but neither the residual waste carts are emptied nor the tables are cleaned. But where are you supposed to find the time if you're just chatting? Don't even get me started on the toilets, I'm straight back out of there!!!

Food is standard across all branches. There is nothing wrong here. Staff are very communicative, give priority to each other and orders are processed without a recognizable system, which sometimes leads to long waiting times. Often, various things are missing from the Happy Meal or the extra paid donation book is replaced with a normal toy. If you notice this, it will be corrected with an eye roll. There is definitely room for improvement here.

Something was missing from every order. Today again, 2 burgers were forgotten, the fries were cold and some of them were still frozen inside and the burgers looked like they had already been eaten. If some mayo is missing, it's okay, but something like that doesn't work at all. We're not ordering there from now on, you'd just expect something different given the prices.

Instead of Chai Latte Grande, you get a large glass of milk with a faint aftertaste of something vaguely reminiscent of chai. In the picture you can see how white the stuff is. Outrageous for almost 5 euros. Never again.

It's unbelievable how the quality of a McDonald's can go so bad so quickly. Unfortunately, I have now had to experience it firsthand several times. After several orders in the last few months, I have noticed that there were errors in almost every order. Missing items or incorrectly cooked burgers. It's simply unbelievable how you can make such mistakes despite all the routines. It is almost impossible to solve these problems on site. It takes several employees to communicate. So something definitely has to change. That cannot be the claim of this company. I'm now going to Burghausen, things are going better there.

First of all: The one star is given because the food is the way it has always been and, after all, that's why you go to McDonald's. What doesn't work are the conditions in the restaurant, which have nothing to do with cleanliness or hygiene. The objection to this is also anticipatory: No, it can't be the staff. There are 4-5 employees behind the counter, it's relatively empty and it's not even 10 o'clock. So these are actually all reasons that suggest there is enough time and capacity to run a clean and tidy restaurant, right? The tables weren't wiped, I then wiped the benches myself because there wasn't an inch that wasn't full of dirt and crumbs... you can actually see it quite well in the photos. Oh, I forgot to mention: I decided to do this review when the employee brought the tray with the food, which had a huge, immediately visible and disgustingly rotten onion stuck to it. I'm absolutely sure that it will be there tomorrow too will still be stuck there next week.. just really disgusting overall. Never again.

Breakfast ok, staff friendly BUT you should definitely work on the cleanliness here! The toilets are not cleaned as stated (supposedly every day). On the board that shows when the last time was cleaned, all data was missing. No toilet paper, no hand soap, dirty floors & unpleasant, acrid smell of urine. It doesn't work at all! Cleanliness should be the be-all and end-all at such a large fast food chain.

The McDonald's employees are very unfriendly and can't answer any questions. Plus the food is cold! It's a shame that you have to pay so much money for such staff and this food!!!

We ordered 2 menus and it was supposed to take 1.5 hours to deliver. After 2.5 hours it still wasn't there (we live 15 minutes away by car). Nobody answered the phone the whole time. When it arrived after 3 hours and 45 minutes the food was cold. There was no compensation and the glasses were not included either.

There is still a lot that can be improved here. Dirty tables and benches, packaging materials are on the floor, something is always missing from orders, and the staff seems stressed.

Would have liked to give 0. Placed a large order today at 8 p.m. When we got home we noticed that 4 burgers were missing. And we only received the glasses with an unmatched tone after we asked. The order was 120 euros. That was the last time I was with them. Lack of friendliness. For me, service is also important when the store is full. Fundamentally, every restaurateur should take their work seriously. They don't do that here. Everything is dictated by McDonald's and they manage to do the few things that can be done wrong. Of the 10 products ordered and paid for, 3 are missing. It's unclean, I don't want to know what they're doing in the back department where the guest isn't looking. The food is basically always the same. That's why you go there. The service was good. When I couldn't carry everything to the table by myself, I received uninvited support! That makes you happy! I personally don't like ordering on the screen alone. It should be possible to do this face to face with an employee. The furnishings already seem a bit gray. Conclusion: a McDonald's!

Go there every now and then, the food tastes good. I love the nuggets and the milkshake. Drive Inn always has friendly staff, so some of the other MC's can learn a lesson.

It's even more humiliating when you specifically ask whether everything is complete, you get a YES and after just 10 km you realize that something is missing. Reached no one on the phone and drove another 10 km (there). Received item but didn't even receive an apology. Bit sad McDonald's... ...also a real shame about the fuel.

Hello dear team … We were with you today around 11:55 p.m., we picked up a citizen without an iceberg and without an onion, but this wasn't seen and we got him with onions and lettuce. The restaurant was incredibly dirty, something I've never experienced before. Everything was stuck and there was trash everywhere... my cheeseburger looked like an exploded view from Ikea... I didn't want to eat it

Cleanliness in the “restaurant” is practically non-existent. Seats and tables are never wiped down. Things look even worse in the toilet area. The cleaning lady probably ran away too. Scrambled eggs for breakfast come wordlessly without butter. The guest has to ask where the butter is. "That's all!" says one of the constantly changing service staff, visibly annoyed. We don't actually need to report on the orders anymore. In 8 out of 10 orders something is missing or incorrect.

Absolutely not recommended, the father of my children was eating there with the two of them last weekend. Since then my daughter has had extreme stomach pain and loss of appetite and when we went to the doctor the doctor said my daughter wasn't the first child to have such problems after eating in this branch has.....ugh you should be ashamed of yourself

It was the first time I shopped at McDonald's. Contrary to what I had heard, the food there was good.

Pleasant atmosphere, great playground. I think the charging options at the tables, either via mains or USB, are great. I go very rarely, but every now and then (2-3 times a year) I think it's great. I like breakfast best but also the fries, MC ribs and the ice cream shake. And my children already liked the junior bags, as does my granddaughter.

Food and service OK but the branch itself is extremely dirty. We used wet wipes to wipe down the tables, chairs and bench. The branch was half full, the selection of tables was good but they were all very dirty. At the playful back corner the floor was so stuck that I thought my shoes were magnetic. There definitely needs to be more cleaning here.

Why do I read everywhere online that breakfast is until 10:30 on weekdays at McD and here it's only until 10 a.m.?! That was nothing...
