The food was prepared quickly and brought to the table. The storage trolley for the trays was overfull, so I had to put the tray on it Put down the neighboring table. Overcrowded trays seem to be a major problem at McDonalds.

It was very good and the food was very tasty

Large order (6 people) was carelessly stuffed into 2 small bags. Citizens have become nothing more than a strange, unrecognizable mass. When I wanted to exchange a really unidentifiable ChiliChees, I was treated relatively unkindly. It's a shame that the service falls by the wayside. There were 3 other customers in the restaurant.

Unfortunately, I have to check my take-away order regularly as something is often missing.

We were here with our granddaughter. You can do this every few weeks. She liked the cheeseburger so much that she ate another one. She is very thin and can take it.

Very friendly staff, everything clean, gladly again. And the coffee was friendly 😊

This restaurant is simply not able to pack the right burger for FIVE EURO on two different days! Both times I had to throw the burger away because I can't eat it due to allergies.

Because the employees are mostly strangers, it is often difficult to place your order quickly. You really have to check it for completeness before you leave the premises because something is usually missing.

The employees move pathetically, for a mc toast I waited from 09:47 to 10:10, something unacceptable and unreal. The food is terrible, the staff is terrible

A chicken burger pure disaster, not recommended.

We ordered on June 14th, 2024 via Lieferando. When the food still wasn't there around quarter past eleven, we called there several times. And no one answered the phone (except for the one time when the employee was rounded up and we heard people shouting around) we paid with the credit card because cash payment is not possible at this restaurant via Lieferando. We do not recommend this fast food restaurant. And we'll never order there again.

McDonald's, but very friendly staff, the colleagues who arrived on June 13th. The shift at 2:30 p.m. was great.

Unfortunately, the staff is completely overwhelmed. Had to wait 30 minutes for my coffee, then left without coffee while you see employees standing around helpless and not knowing what to do. No coordination between drive-thru and restaurant orders. It's hard to imagine how long you'll have to wait for your "fast food" at peak times when there are a lot of orders.

The waiting times at Mc Drive last week were almost a quarter of an hour. Incredible Today in the restaurant 25 minutes! Even though nothing was going on. That was my last visit here.

Were there for Children's Day...staff very friendly...the kids were allowed to choose their toys...everything was completely stress-free. Great thank you

Tables dirty, waiting time unbelievable, staff completely overwhelmed and understaffed. But you can't tell them either, they don't understand you. Skilled labor shortage at McDonald's... This is so absurd.

Anyone who remembers the chicken burger from the past knows that the quality here has deteriorated considerably. Whenever I go to Mcs, I always have to realize that it was a mistake.

This evening we placed an order at 6:14 p.m. When we asked if we would get a table number, we were told in an unfriendly manner that there was no table service. After 25 minutes we had our food and the Eklat Burger came cold and there were chillies on the MC Rip, which is not possible. At first glance, the ambience is beautifully modern and there are also play opportunities for children, but when you look more closely, there are leftover food everywhere in every crack, unfriendly staff and the disgust factor increases! I would prefer not to give out any stars, I'm absolutely shocked that this store even passed a health inspection! Never again !

Underground. Never been to such a bad McDonald's... it would be great if the employees spoke/understood German and at least the order number was displayed. The number being shouted cannot be understood. The order was incomplete. Everything is very dingy.

I was there 2 hours ago, after 25 minutes of waiting I was able to pick up my order, a squashed McChicken, I can still overlook it, but, add half raw fries... difficult topic, but the crowning achievement was the McCrispy, without salad, cool and also pressed in, people seriously, what are you doing with the food? There was no complaint, ignored twice by the staff. It's a shame that after 2 days there isn't even an apology... no contact, nothing.

Just here after a concert. Of course it was a bit full. A short time later, the shift manager runs past us with the key and mumbles that it doesn't work that way and has simply locked all the doors. You should always let us know if someone wants to leave. After the third time and the explanation as to why he didn't just leave the door open, he said seriously that it would be over in half an hour. Really now? Is the end of work more important than a satisfied customer? The view into the kitchen area was also rather well... as if nothing had been done all day. There were fries on the floor, pieces of paper, ice cream spoons and so on... so overall it was pretty dirty. But the shift manager is really under the gun

Weird McDonalds Just got locked up Escape room???

I'm cured of MCD for now. Ordered at the terminal, sat down and the food actually came pretty quickly. But I noticed that a Coke was missing, so I took the receipt to the staff, where I got the second Coke. Back at the table, my son noticed that he wanted a free black glass and a blue one was put on top of it for him. Now for the worst. Before I could even take the first bite of the fries, I spotted a black (!) hair. 2 minutes later my son takes a sip of cola and finds a second black (!) hair. Yes, you should have complained, but as already written above. I won't be going to this branch again anytime soon. Fries were cold, burgers didn't taste good.

The last time we visited the branch we waited 1 hour for our order. Our order was only processed after we asked for the manager.

It doesn't work at all. Preferably zero stars. 35 minutes waiting time for two normal menus. Completely overwhelming the employees. Every second person comes back to the counter with complaints... Without words 😔

Maybe the best McDonald's in Leipzig. Clean, tidy, friendly staff. Large toilet rooms make it easier to go to the toilet with children.

Very unfriendly staff at 10pm on Wednesdays. Garbage on the floor, all chairs up. During table service, a tray was slammed onto the table so that the cola spilled over without a lid. We had moved a chair that was in the way aside, but the same waitress (wavy hair, glasses, slim, female) rudely placed it back in the middle of the way. The restaurant was empty except for us and 3 other people. Apparently we were interrupting while we were fooling around. The food wasn't fresh either. Curly fries and nuggets tasted chewy and reheated several times. A pity.

One of the dirtiest McDonald's I've ever eaten at. Trays with leftover food on/under the tables. Even though it was pretty empty, we had to find a place where the seating didn't look sticky and stained. What do the staff there actually do for a living?

McDonald's - mixed experiences It seems that the quality depends heavily on the shift and the employees, rather than the time of day or the number of guests. Per: +Clean days: Some days the restaurant is very clean, the tables and floor are mopped and the tablet shelves are tidy. +Fast and friendly service: On good days, the order is served quickly, warm and very friendly by the staff. +Nice outdoor area: There is a nice large outdoor seating area (cleanliness depends on the day). +Sufficient free parking spaces: There are enough parking spaces available. Cons: +Inconsistent cleanliness: Unfortunately on other days there is chaos: the tables and floor are dirty with leftover food and napkins from the previous person, the tablet shelves are overflowing. +Long waiting times and incomplete orders: Some days there is no table service and the waiting times are extremely long. The orders are then often incomplete. +Overwhelmed staff: The staff seems overwhelmed and disorganized on these days. Conclusion: Unfortunately, the McDonald's branch has very mixed standards. Some days everything is great, other days there is absolute chaos. It's a gamble whether you have a good day or a bad day. That's why I only give it 2 stars - for the good days. I just had to go to the toilet urgently. Since I've been avoiding the foods offered there for some time now regarding a healthier diet, I can't comment on that. However, I do drink a coffee every now and then and it gets a big thumbs up from me.

Unfortunately, I was able to watch several social experiments fail in this so-called fast food restaurant. Only men stand at the back preparing the food. At the front when packing and being quick (should be), only women. Both genders of the German language are conditionally powerful. It's logical that things go wrong. Waiting time of 10 minutes, when the restaurant wasn't overly full, was clearly not fast. Your own burger was cold, you watched several customers requesting forgotten components. Admittedly, it worked for me in that respect. The cold drinks without the obligatory ice cubes. The tray trolleys are full to the brim, all three of them. There was no one in sight to clean it up for a total of an hour. The ground is dirty. I didn't dare go to the toilet. I know other establishments like this. The manager stands in front of and behind the counter and it runs smoothly and is clean. Conclusion: Improve!

Waited 25 minutes to get my ordered food. When I asked, I got my money back and left. Waited 25 minutes for free without getting anything to eat!

Poor performance: although the latte macchiato with oat drink is offered in the ordering terminal (photo), this is not offered for the coffee. After personally speaking to the employee behind the counter and the second specialist who was called in because the first one doesn't understand German at all, this was verbally confirmed when ordering (we have experienced this in various other branches and it also works). Bad service Order takes too long. There were 3 customers in front of us, after 20 of us, the 20 were all ahead of us. No, we didn't have a big order.

At first we were very satisfied, everything was super clean and tidy, friendly staff. When we first ordered we didn't wait five minutes, but then when it suddenly became full (2 p.m.) and we ordered two more cappuccinos and a milkshake, we waited 20 minutes. That is not how it works.

Well, McDonald's has slowed down quite a bit. You don't get napkins anymore. Straws haven't been around for a long time and when you go to the toilet to wash your hands there aren't even any wipes to dry your hands. Otherwise it's just like it is at McDonald's.

The cheese could have used some heat and it was also quite cold. Otherwise a normal McDonalds visit.

Since we are very dissatisfied with the McDonalds on Saarländer Strasse, we chose this branch this time and are very satisfied, it was quick and all the employees were very friendly.

We were at this McDonald's two days ago at the McDrive counter to get a Happy Meal for our son. When we ordered the McPlant Nuggets, chicken nuggets were booked. It's okay - mistakes happen, my husband noticed, so no problem at all (it only made sense in retrospect). We continued to order, pay and then we were asked to wait in the parking area for the food with a strangely grim look and generally quite unfriendly manner. When he brought the food shortly afterwards, I opened the window but the employee stood in front of the car door and didn't give us the food. Instead, he wanted to know whether it was for our child and whether we had ever looked into the ingredients. You can't eat that. It's "pea puree" but it's laced with so much chemicals that it's really questionable. Um, yeah, okay - we listened to that at first, but it's nothing new that McDonald's isn't exactly healthy - but it's okay for us, since it was the first time we went there for a Happy Meal in 1 1/2 years. I said that too, whereupon he gave me the paper bag and emphasized again how bad the food was - "The purest chemical club". With the sentence: "Better order meat again next time. Have a nice day!" He took a quick step back and we were left completely flabbergasted. The most questionable thing is probably why this man works at McDonald's and then talks so badly about the products and whether he knows what's going on in meat production for chicken nuggets in particular. And why he thinks he can comment on other people's diets without being asked or even influence them by choosing the wrong food. Now it's clear: never again McDonald's. We are shocked by such behavior.

Burgers are only averagely topped. The competition offers more quality for the same money.

I've been coming here for years... Now I have to write a review... Every order MUST be checked. Even if you point out what is missing directly on site, the shoulders are shrugged and the employees don't care. A huge impudence. One could even accuse this of intent!!! Unfortunately, this problem has existed here for a very long time and is not improving. So I unfortunately have to say for this restaurant: Better go to another McDonalds or try Burger King opposite... It's tragic how much McDonald's has declined in general. Some of the food is half cold because it has been sitting for a long time or something like that when you ordered cheeseburgers from Mac Drive. The cheese wasn't even melted, very dissatisfied. I was in this branch today at lunchtime. It was extremely busy so it's understandable that you have to expect a wait. After waiting for an hour, my number still wasn't called, so I asked the counter what the status was. They then said that my order had probably been deleted because there was a lot to do. Absolutely disgraceful. The employee wasn't particularly cooperative in giving me my money back, let alone apologizing. Absolutely unprofessional and unfriendly.

Food is like any other McDonald's, service depends on who is on duty. Was there twice on the same day for reasons and early on there was table service and tray trolleys were where they belonged, in the evening there was no table service and there was a tray trolley in the middle of the room. When I mentioned that one of the order machines wasn't registering the app, he just said "What should I do now?"

Every time I order from MC Drive something is missing! No more McDonald's!

Unsauber und unfreundliches Personal !!! Katastrophe, bei Burger King auf der anderen Seite ist es 100 mal besser.

Wenn ich könnte würde ich keinen Stern geben. Wir haben über die App bestellt mit Tischservice. Ein Happy Meal und ein Royal Käse mit 6er Nuggets und jeweils trinken dazu. Nach 20! Minuten warten sind wir vor uns haben nachgefragt. Essen stand vorne bereit und war natürlich kalt. Kein Austausch und kein Ausruf der Nummer. Obwohl es Tischservice war, keine Information das dieser nicht stattfinden. Man wartet und wartet und bekommt als Dank kaltes Essen!

Das Essen war zwar okay, aber die Sauberkeit lies sehr zu wünschen übrig. Die Tische waren dreckig, das Klo roch extrem nach Urin und auf dem Boden lagen Pommes und Müll. Auch war das Problem, dass das Personal maßlos überfordert war, was dazu führte, dass man gefühlt eine halbe Stunde auf sein Eis warten musste.

Sorry, aber die Bedienung wusste nicht mal was sie anbieten können und schickte uns zum Frühstück zu einem anderen, der Frühstück ganz sicher hat. Hatte er nicht.

Habe ein Big Tasty Bacon bestellt was ist bekommen habe keine ahnung es war aufjedenfall das Päti von crispy chicken.

Hatten nach einem Konzert noch etwas Hunger und haben hier einen Boxenstopp eingelegt. Sehr guter Service! Es gab ein technisches Problem in der Küche, mussten etwas warten. Es wurde sofort bescheid gesagt. Man war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Burger haben dann sehr gut geschmeckt, sie waren im Gegensatz zu anderen Filialen überraschend gut! Und fürs warten gab es noch eine kleine Entschädigung. 😉... sehr nett! Daumen hoch.

Diesmal war es nicht ganz so toll, es war nichts los. Mit uns 4 Tische besetzt einer hat schon zu essen gehabt. 2 sind nach uns gekommen. Und eine Familie war noch am bestellen am Terminal. Also nichts los dennoch mussten wir über eine viertel stunde auf unsere Bestellung warten. Finde ich für ein Fastfood Restaurant sehr lang. Und der Hüttengaudi war irgendwie auch nicht so toll wie letztes Jahr.

Hier gibt es einen umfangreichen Kinder-Bereich. Das Personal war trotz Besucheransturm total nett und tat alles um die Kinderherzen glücklich zu machen.

Kurz vor Ladenschluss mega Andrang durch Konzert. Die Leute sind massiv unterbesetzt aber trotzdem mega nett. Essen ist frisch, warm und schmeckt. Ihr macht nen tollen Job <3

Einfach gut wenn man unterwegs ist !

Den neuen Crispychicken habe ich probiert: Größe ist ok; der Burger war schon heiß; er war aber nicht so knusprig; Geschmacklich dominiert die Soße; preislich würde ich diesen Burger so nicht nochmal kaufen. Das Personal ist freundlich und die Bedienung geht zügig.

Sauberkeit lässt immer mehr nach. Bestellung stimmt fast immer nicht. So das man nochmal rein muss. Aber zum Abend soll man draußen Aufstehen, damit der Mitarbeiter den Schirm zu machen. Dieses habe ich verneint, will mein Essen was drunter steht nicht schmutzig werden soll. Werde wohl eine neues MC suchen müssen... Nachtrag 6.12.22 Laden war leer und es sieht so aus. Für ein Mäces relative sauber Die Sitzlounge draußen ist echt toll und bequem Ansonsten bekommt man genau das beim Mäces was man erwarten kann und gewöhnt ist

Es war kurz vor Mittag und nur ein paar Gäste drin. Ich hatte mir was zum Mitnehmen bestellt und mir wurden währenddessen 2 Fragen von einem jungen Herren sehr nett beantwortet. Es kam nach Abschluss kein Beleg raus und es wurde sich sofort drum gekümmert, während mir mein Essen von einer hübschen jungen Dame freundlich übergeben wurde. Also Das! nenn ich Fastfood. Innerhalb einer Minute hatte ich nach Abschluss mein Essen. Bin selten sprachlos, aber das war mein Highlight des Tages. Danke dafür und gerne wieder :]

Seit ich 7 bin gehe ich 2-3 Mal im Monat irgendwo zum Fast-Food. Zum Thema McDonalds Leipzig kann ich viel sagen: Vor vielen Jahren waren viele sehr gute, saubere Objekte, aber seit Corona angefangen hat sind fast alle Filialen heruntergekommen. Z.B. im Paunsdorf-Center, Taucha, Leipzig HBF oder in der Innenstadt sind viele dreckig, irgendwas ist ständig kapput oder keine Hygiene am Arbeitsplatz. Der McDonalds ist noch in dem Zustand geblieben, wo es sich nach gutem Essen anfühlt. Weiter so!

Essen war ok. Die Pommes waren frisch. Leider waren die "Grand-Burger" ausverkauft. Allerdings ist dann in der Küche ein Streit ausgebrochen, dass man Angst haben musste es gibt gleich eine Schlägerei. Deswegen wurden für bestimmt 5 min keine Gäste bedient. Es war ein unangenehmer Besuch!

Mitarbeiter die kein Wort Deutsch sprechen. Kein Hallo oder guten Tag. Kein Wechselgeld in der Kasse. Nichts los und trotzdem lange Wartezeit. @McDonalds was soll das noch werden? Das beste an dem Besuch war das schöne Wetter

Ein normaler McDonald's, gut gelegen an der Bundesstraße und direkt neben dem Löwencenter. Ausreichend Parkplätze sind auf dem Gelände vorhanden plus der Riesenparkplatz des Einkaufszentrums. Servicepersonal freundlich aber der deutschen Sprache teilweise nur rudimentär mächtig. Speisen schnell zubereitet, typisch McDonald's, nicht mehr aber auch nicht weniger.

Wir waren gestern nach langen wiedermal in dieses Filiale. Die Toiletten sind sauber! Ansonsten musste ich meine Bewerbung anpassen. Das Personal ist der Landessprache kaum mächtig. Die bestellten Burger waren nicht nach dem gewohnten Standard. Für eine 4 Personen Bestellung würden gleich 2 Dinge einfach vergessen.

Wir haben diesmal 8 Cheeseburger bestellt und einen BigMac erhalten, dass Argument war das der Kollege neu angefangen hat. Wie oft kam es vor das etwas gefehlt hat, oder wir etwas falsches erhalten haben, es nervt! Zu Hause mussten wir feststellen das die Gurken komplett fehlten und die Burger total durcheinander belegt wurden. Es ist auffallend das die Qualität der Burger und auch die der Mitarbeiter total abgenommen haben. Wir machen unsere Burger zukünftig selber, für den schnellen Hunger gibt es weitaus bessere Alternativen.

Toiletten waren sehr schmutzig.

Wir haben am 25.07.23 hier spontan (nach langer Zeit) einen Stopp eingelegt. Unsere Bestellung kam recht zügig, leider aber waren fast alle freien Tische dreckig. Dem jungen Mann, der unser Essen brachte, war es leider wohl auch egal und es scheinte ihm wichtiger zu sein das Basecap lässig auf dem Kopf zu tragen. Zu erwähnen ist noch das fast nix los war! Das Essen hat echt nachgelassen und leider möchte wohl auch keiner den Job dort machen. Wir werden nicht wiederkommen!

Jedzenie pyszne i szybko. Obsługa na bardzo wysokim poziomie. Syn się przewrócił uderzając głową. Bez jakiegokolwiek prośby dostaliśmy zimny kompres i małego gratisa na pocieszenie.

Hat gestern am 23.07.2023 dort sich jemand gegessen und einen Tag später völlige Magen Darm Beschwerden gehabt. Weiß nicht so wie die Burger aussahen will ich nicht wissen welcher Mensch die zusammen baut. Bitte überprüft das. Hinzu kommt das Standing die Tische dreckig sind.

Schön ausgestattete Filiale. Unser Essen wurde auf 2 Tabletts von 2 Mitarbeitern gebracht, damit alles gleichzeitig da ist.

Beim Happy Meal fehlten die Plant Nuggets und das Spielzeug. Das war auch nicht das erste mal das was fehlte.

Ich wollte meine Bestellung an der Kasse aufgeben, da wurde mir gesagt, das ich nur am Bestellterminal bestellen könne. Meiner Meinung nach, sollte man diese Vorgehensweise in Zeiten von Corona überdenken, da der Terminal von allen Gästen mit den Händen bedient werden muss... Zum Glück gibt es auf der anderen Straßenseite noch einen Burger King.

Haben per Beine im Drive In gestanden und auf die Anfrage nach unseren Wünschen gewartet. Nix. Auf einmal schrie uns auf 30 m Entfernung eine resolute Mitarbeiterin etwas zu, akustisch unverständlich. Angeblich wurden wir nicht wahrgenommen, aber nach dem wir gesagt hatten, wir hätten das Bestellterminal angesprochen, sagte sie wir sollen gehen, wir werden hier nicht bedient. Gehen Sie, so im scharfen Ton. Kopfschütteln bei weiteren Wartenden. So sind wir auf die andere Seite zu BurgerKing und wurden sehr freundlich bedient. Das war nicht zum ersten Mal bei Mc Donalds und man sollte sich dieser Dame unbedingt annehmen, so geht man nicht mit der Kundschaft um. Corona macht es möglich.

Éste no es más especial que otros, pero el personal de Mcdonald's, fue estupendo y la comida estaba buena y caliente. Creo que están mejor que la mayoría encontrará en los Estados Unidos, pero no es tan bueno como lo que puedes encontrar en Japón.

Gehen ja öfter mal hierher, aber heute war Grausam. Chili Cheeseburger war lieblos hergestellt, die Röstisticks waren total fettig und nicht knackig. Obwohl eine lange Schlange stand blieb es bei einer Ausgabekraft. Dafür standen aber zwei-drei Leute gelangweilt in der Küche und daß obwohl immer eine Bestellung bei jedem Gast fehlte. Also mit Gesundheitsbewussten hatte dies im Geringsten nichts zu tun. Vielleicht ja beim nächsten mal wieder besser.
