We ordered and ate at the restaurant. Our order was ready and waiting, but first they had to have a long, private conversation with a guest. The result: the burger was only lukewarm, and because the personal conversation was more important, other service details suffered: no napkins in the dispensers or on the tray, and the shelf for food and packaging waste was overflowing and hadn't been emptied.

The staff were too lazy to take the order personally, even though it was clearly stated at the checkout. When asked about it, they gave rude and unhelpful answers.

Disaster!!! Wrong food twice in a row at the counter. Had to wait 25 minutes at the drive-thru. Then they were missing burgers and fries. Drinks were wrong. This place needs a proper cleaning, starting with the staff. Never again.

An absolute disgrace! I've never experienced anything like this before. The burger was COLD, GROSS, and tasted like it had been sitting around for hours. After waiting for what felt like an eternity, I was served such a heap – it's simply disrespectful to the customers! The staff were completely overwhelmed and clearly had zero interest. McDonald's should be ashamed of themselves for even serving something like this. I'll never set foot in this place again!

A burger was forgotten (hamburger royal ts). Coupon entry was incorrect at the terminal (terminal malfunction during the ordering process). Employees were not interested in finding a target.

Unfortunately, it's no longer fun here. With every order, there's something to complain about: the wrong size of the fries, the wrong burger, or the sauce is missing, or there are 5 nuggets instead of 6. I'm thinking twice about coming back, or they really have to check right away when they hand over the food to make sure everything is in the right place. Super annoying and not great service :(

Disastrous service! I ordered over an hour ago and my food simply didn't arrive. When I asked the staff, they rudely brushed me off on the phone – they said it wasn't their problem. So I drove there to check on the food I had already paid for. When I got there, they just told me it was a system issue and that customers had to take care of it themselves. No apology, no help – just disinterest. This is definitely not what customer service looks like. Absolutely not recommended!

We had to wait a long time, the cheeseburger from the Happy Meal was old...the cheese was already hard...the fries were cold...the burgers for us adults were also cold, and that's for the amount you have to pay now.

The order processing concept needs to be revised. Here, each order is processed one at a time... if something's missing from one order, you sometimes have to wait 30 minutes or more for two coffees to go... at least that was the case at the time of my visit (review). What a shame!

Among other things, I ordered two Phili cheeseburgers and paid the full price for them. Unfortunately, this time I didn't look in the bag at the MC Drive, because they assume and trust that the people there are at least smart enough to make a few burgers. Finally, I got home and got two Filet o Fish burgers. Absolute cheek and the audacity couldn't be surpassed. So I paid €9 per burger and got burgers worth €2.50. Thanks to this shitty organization, for the third time now. If your employees don't have a clue, they'll be out on the streets. In my opinion, this is by far the worst MC in Leipzig. I've only been ripped off there so far. Nobody will take care of it anyway, since these chains don't give a shit about complaints.

This restaurant is a disaster and has absolutely nothing to do with the term "fast food." I had to endure long waits for the third time in a row. The ambiance is equally abysmal. The music blares so loudly that normal conversation is impossible. The staff seem stressed, and the tables are dirty. All of this, unfortunately, comes at off-peak times when things are relatively quiet (around 9:30 a.m.). Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend it.

Ordered shortly after 9:30 a.m. After several customers who arrived after us had received their orders before us, I finally inquired after a 20-minute wait. I was fobbed off at the counter with the words "Yeah, yeah." I asked again 10 minutes later, but the person with the headset and the person serving at the table both spoke very broken German. They tried three times to explain to me that I was making a mistake and had already received my order. After a brief discussion, our orders were brought to us. You could tell that in the two minutes it took, the "burgers" were just thrown together: the coffee was piping hot, the burger was cold. It came in a to-go bag. It was like a warning to get out of here... Absolutely terrible service

I'd give it 0 stars, but unfortunately that's not possible. We were just about to order there (6 cheeseburgers, 2 fish, and a kids' menu). But what do you get? 1 cheeseburger, 2 fish, and the kids' menu. You want to clarify, and they start giving you a hard time... and they say you're racist because you say they should learn German to understand you. I won't be ordering from there again...

The food was delicious as always. The lady who brought us the food was a bit overwhelmed but very friendly. The atmosphere wasn't great because there were lots of small children screaming and it was very crowded.

Basically, like any other McDonald's. Unfortunately, it feels like something's wrong every time you visit. The dragon ice cream is missing sauce. The toys are always old things you already have or the child doesn't want. Something's always missing or wrong with the order. Wrong sauces. Today, two wrong burgers were in it again. I can understand that it's not always easy working there, but if you can't get it right, you should look for something else. I come from a restaurant background myself, so of course things happen sometimes, but I always feel like I'm getting something wrong when I go there. Hope things get better.

Employees urgently need to be made aware of hygiene regulations, especially in the food service area, and that wearing street clothes is strictly prohibited in the hygiene area. It's also highly inappropriate when there's a high volume of customers during shift changes.

Nice, fast McDonald's. I've only ever been to the drive-thru until now, and I've never had any complaints. Especially since it's a very large/wide drive-thru, where you don't have to worry about your rims, and you can even get through with a small trailer.

Good restaurant. Lots of choice of seating at breakfast time. Lots of outside seating available. The order arrived quickly and was handled by friendly staff. Table service brought. The seating is mostly clean and, surprisingly, the toilet is also very well maintained. Music is a pleasant mix of all directions and not too loud. Prices are a little more expensive than in other McDonald's branches, which is probably due to the location.

Best MC’s in all of Leipzig. I've been there several times and the staff have always been really attentive and accommodating, no matter how stressful it was. It could also be rumored that the burgers taste best there compared to the other locations :).

Good vibes are a top priority at this restaurant! As soon as you enter, you notice the enthusiasm of the employees, who stand in the corner like they're at a bad concert, waiting for it to finally be over. Dance of Death is an understatement. Although there were hardly any customers, half the tables were dirty and smeared with the remains of the previous guests. The crowning glory is the service (and by that, I don't mean coffee) when you get your food: a smile that freezes your burger in your hand. If you don't like people, this is the place for you. The only two positive things: the food was fresh and, as you'd expect from MD, good, and the restrooms were clean.

Had dinner there. It was very empty, fries were ice cold and completely unseasoned, the burger was also cold. There were 2 orders (1 person and our order 2 people) in progress. How can the food be cold? Apart from that, burgers are getting smaller and more expensive. A cheeseburger used to cost €1, the same size as now. Big Mäc was twice as big back then and is now more reminiscent of an earlier €1 burger.

Total impudence... I ordered a cocoa with sugar. I was told it was already there when I asked if I could still get it. I then explained that I would like to make it myself because otherwise the sugar always just settles at the bottom and I don't like that. So I asked for a new cocoa. He kindly gave it to me, but when I stopped around the corner to put my sugar in, I could clearly see that the cocoa had just been poured over... I get a cocoa from McDonald's almost every day, so I know how to do it otherwise always looked like. To me that means I was probably lied to and that sugar wasn't even put in it before. This is the fourth time this has happened there, so unfortunately it's not uncommon.

Ordered MC Drive, my burger was in the packaging upside down and the toy was missing from the children's menu.

A solid McDonald's branch with very friendly employees of all nationalities (who clearly get along well with each other 👍🏼), the well-known offer of the expected quality and always fresh flowers as decoration (that's what I always notice). Sanitary facilities are okay, but could be a bit fresher. Charging station available, so the car also gets something to “feed” (only the parking markings are strange in the area 😅)

Yesterday I was there again after a long time and picked up something from McDrive. Ordered via the app and stated that there should be plant based nuggets in the happy meal. I unpack it at home and what's inside? Real nuggets. I didn't think anything of it, but it won't hurt to eat real nuggets from McDonald's again. Now 10 hours later I have a stomach ache👍there's a reason why I only order the plant based things...

We wanted to order at the terminal at 10:38 a.m., unfortunately we needed help and the service couldn't help. The message came that they can't help, we should click cancel and reorder. But what annoys me the most here are the prices and the waiting times. 99 cents, that was once the price of a “cheeseburger”, today €2.79. In addition, with fast food you now have to wait 20 minutes for your food. Fast food is fast food, but 20 minutes isn't fast in my opinion. I can also go to a real restaurant with real food. In the past, if you had to wait, which can happen from time to time, you would be excused and given an ice cream for free. Customers are no longer valued here; people earn so much from the food and the low labor costs that they no longer seem to need it.

While it is understandable that a shift manager would help out in the kitchen during coupon times, it is not understandable that the employees are not trained. Coffee is 5 minutes from being served and is getting cold. Another employee simply throws the products into the bag, which is already too full, risking the food getting cold. Apparently using a small bag for the remaining groceries is one handshake too many. The employees also appear very listless, annoyed and downright bored. Since I worked in this job for two years in a shift management position, this is absolutely incomprehensible to me.
