McDonald's in Leipzig

I think it's putting it mildly...outrageous...when, in this day and age, you're not able to report the restaurant as CLOSED on your own website, Mr. Vogel, and you go there for nothing!!!!!...but hey...there was a note in the dark...they're permanently closed as of September 29, 2025!!!...Thanks for nothing... P.S.: Despite the detour, we always enjoyed going there...friendly staff and food...and that's ONLY why they give it 3 stars...otherwise, ZERO!!

No! Unfriendly staff. The gentleman tried to tell me he couldn't do Spezi because his stupid computer didn't have a key for it. It hasn't been a problem so far. Just avoid the store.

Yes, actually, I should legally get my money back. I ordered nuggets with sour cream and got sweet and sour sauce – when I wanted to exchange the correct sauce, they said, "No, we don't have sour cream." They didn't want to take it back. But you can't just sell something and then deliver the wrong product and then say, "Oh, you wanted a different product, no, sorry, we don't have it, you won't get your money back." That doesn't happen anywhere: passing one product off as something else and then not even giving you your money back. Well, if everyone did that, honestly, customers have rights, and you as a seller have to uphold them, otherwise you'll be incurring a contractual penalty 😂 So, I find it a bit silly and a bit stunned.

Working at McDonald’s Wachau has been a positive and rewarding experience for me. The team here is very supportive, and there is always a good sense of teamwork during the shifts.The management is approachable and fair, making sure that the schedule is flexible enough to balance work and personal life. The workplace is well-organized, and everyone is encouraged to maintain cleanliness and efficiency, which keeps the daily workflow smooth.Of course, the job can be demanding at peak hours, but it also teaches you how to stay calm under pressure. Even though we work in a fast-paced environment we make sure every customer gets their food quickly and with care. Even when some guests get a bit impatient or rude, we do our best to stay calm, treat them with respect, and make sure all their needs are met.

Today, after a long time, I ordered something here. The lady at the reception desk was quite rude when taking the order, and when I asked for a receipt, they couldn't print anything for me. I think that was the last time I'll buy anything here. In the end, I got a simple printout on an A4 page. I think the tax office should investigate this store; if they don't issue receipts, it smells strongly of money laundering.

After a small language miss communication we still got what we originally wanted, great customer service and a nice guy

Always freshly made, friendly staff. Unfortunately, they only have a fraction of McDonald's products, but it's enough.

Very dirty, at least today no matter how much demand there is, someone has to and is still employed to empty the dish trolleys. They offer food for on-site consumption and you want a clean, nice atmosphere.

I visited this location the other night, and I’ve been here several times before. First off, the staff started cleaning and clearing everything away an hour before closing, which really didn’t create a welcoming atmosphere. Then, it took the staff 20 minutes to process my order at the register, and in total, it was a full 30 minutes from the time I arrived until I walked out with my food. Normally, the staff here is slow with everything, but this evening was beyond disappointing. McDonald's is supposed to be a fast food restaurant, and unfortunately, I have to say this was the worst McDonald's experience I’ve ever had.

I placed an order on January 17, 2025, at around 7:30 p.m. The staff was friendly but seemed a bit overwhelmed. I stood at the cash register for about five minutes and then asked if I could place my order. I'm saddened that the selection is limited. The burgers were lukewarm. One employee wasn't wearing a hat. Unfortunately, when we got home, we discovered that there was hair in the burger. Very unhygienic. Not recommended.

It's definitely worth stopping in. It's a bit small, but it looks clean and tidy, and the employees are friendly. The only downside is the noise from the large aisle in front, with the butcher and Globus checkouts. DFA😀👍

We cannot understand the negative reviews. When we went shopping yesterday we picked up something because the children really wanted Smurfs. The young gentleman was super friendly and helpful and fulfilled every special request. We didn't have to wait long and the food was delicious and fresh. That's how it should always be, thank you!

We ordered 6 cheeseburgers and 3 fries on August 12th at 8:35 p.m. We were turned away because they turned off the equipment and washed everything.

App coupons are only accepted reluctantly and if they are, then only one per order. App coupons for free products, however, are not accepted at all! The McFlury is only filled with the ingredients but not mixed... very poor service.

At 8.15 pm we were no longer allowed to eat the order on site.... Because they closed at 9 pm????? Very rude, just close at 8pm if you think 9pm is too late. The food was okay, but no ice in the drinks... I won't be coming here again!

This McDonald's is one of the smaller ones so you can't get everything there. Overall, the fries taste really delicious and so does the ice cream. But what's left doesn't taste good. But I probably wouldn't go there again

We were there today and wanted to quickly take dinner home with us. First we stood in line for about 20 minutes (far too long for a fast food restaurant). Then it was finally our turn and we ordered. When I went to the car, I looked back at what was missing. Then I asked the saleswoman what was missing. Then she said: no, that was in it 😡 (yes, exactly, I'm running back because I'm bored), I said: no, it wasn't in there. With an angry face she throws the missing food on the table. She makes a mistake and then you are accused of lying. Impossible !!! For me it's clearly a miss in your job if you can't pack 5 items properly. When we got home the food was cold 🤢 that was the last time for us!

bekomme andauernd falsche bestellungen.

One of the smaller McDonald's branches. (You don't get the full range here like in the larger branches, that should be clear to everyone from the start!) So far everything has always gone smoothly, apart from more or less long waiting times. The order was always complete and properly prepared and the boys and girls always tried to be friendly. (It's certainly not always easy given the stress, so thank you!) We had not yet experienced language barriers as reported by other users, although we have often been served by staff with a migration background.

Schlecht zu beschreiben einfach ungemütlich. Zu offen und man kann nur Recht wenig aus der Karte bestellen. Die Angestellten sind das einzige was nicht zu bemängeln wäre. MfG

Ich würde bei meiner Bestellung nicht verstanden da die Kassiererin kein Deutsch konnte und mit meinem Kleingeld konnte sie auch nichts anfangen ich habe ihr dann geholfen was für Geld ich zurück bekomme

Kleiner MC Donalds mit kleiner Auswahl. Die Pommes waren kalt und pappig nicht gesalzen. Nach dem Bestellen wusste man nicht wo man sich hinstellen kann ohne im Weg zu stehen. Viel zu viel Eis im den Getränken.

Nettes Personal, auch wenn die gute Dame bisschen überfordert war. Aber es war zumindest alles in der tüte was wir bestellt haben :)

Kleiner McDonalds, hat halt nicht alles

Ich gehe seit ein paar Jahren schon nur zu diesen McDonalds und Ich bin mit diesem McDonalds sehr zufrieden es gibt nichts auszusetzen.

Eine der etwas anderen Art MC Donalds Meistens zu salzig alle Speisen und man wartet meistens sehr sehr lange ich bin echt geduldig aber bisher konnte ich leider nur diese Erfahrungen in diesem MC Donalds machen. Meine Empfehlung um die Ecke am Pösna Park Großpösna das MC Donalds schnell, nett und schmecken tut es auch noch.

Ist halt McDonald's - leider wird es immer nachlässiger. ich glaube die angebotene Qualität und auch Optik lassen immer mehr nach. Besonders bei den Nuggets und dem Filet o Fisch - hier Semmel, Eckige Scheibe Fisch, Klecks Remoulade und Minikäse--> traurig. Und zieht nur noch grosser Hunger und/oder Alternativlosigkeit in die Läden. sehr schade. auch der Preis animiert eher dazu in eine "echte" Gastro zu gehen.

McDonald's ist eben McDonald's so wie ein Imbiss kein Restaurant ist. Für den Preis kann man auch richtig essen gehen.

Diese Filiale befindet sich im Einkaufszentrum und hat nicht das ganze Angebot. Lobenswert ist die Freundlichkeit der Angestellten auch in offensichtlichen Stresssituationen! Uns wurde sogar der Tipp gegeben, eine Kleinigkeit bei der Bestellung zu ändern, um den Gesamtpreis günstiger zu bekommen. So stellt man sich Service vor. Toll!

Geringe Auswahl an Mc-Produkten. Die Filiale scheint lange nicht mehr saniert zu sein. Mitarbeiter kurz vor Ladenschluss über die Bestellung verärgert.

Für den kleinen Laden ganz Ok. Essen sehr warm , Pommes richtig gut durch, viel besser als normal.
