Thüringer Grill in Leipzig

I think it's putting it mildly...outrageous...when, in this day and age, you're not able to report the restaurant as CLOSED on your own website, Mr. Vogel, and you go there for nothing!!!!!...but hey...there was a note in the dark...they're permanently closed as of September 29, 2025!!!...Thanks for nothing... P.S.: Despite the detour, we always enjoyed going there...friendly staff and food...and that's ONLY why they give it 3 stars...otherwise, ZERO!!

Maybe they shouldn't skimp so much on personnel costs that there's only one employee working at lunchtime, forcing people to wait half an hour for their food! I don't want to blame the employee at all, because she's probably the least to blame and was working really quickly, BUT how can it be that there's only one person working during peak hours?!

I’ve eaten here before and unfortunately I won’t again. There was a mouse running from where they were serving into the restaurant. His isn’t good. I know maybe it could get in but no one even saw it except customer. Maybe the mouse had its lunch there too? It was today at 3pm running around.

We ordered and ate at the restaurant. Our order was ready and waiting, but first they had to have a long, private conversation with a guest. The result: the burger was only lukewarm, and because the personal conversation was more important, other service details suffered: no napkins in the dispensers or on the tray, and the shelf for food and packaging waste was overflowing and hadn't been emptied.

This is the third time now. I've been waiting for a solid half hour for a simple order. The male colleagues don't seem to take their female colleagues seriously at all. They ignore each other and it feels like they're doing their jobs for the first time. I won't be coming back; communication doesn't seem to be a problem anyway. Thanks.
