37 minutes on the drive in...are you serious???

Now you've finally managed to cross BK off my list! I rarely eat at BK or MC but now I don't eat at BK anymore? No payment with cash! Ok, let me explain for security reasons, but if the extra ketchup for the fries is forgotten and then I have to make another thousand clicks for €0.50 and then stand in line until my number is displayed to pick it up, then listen up the fun is on. Rude and listless without me from now on!

Took too long and the food was below average, considering the price

We tried to get into the establishment twice and it is closed during business hours. There are only three restaurants throughout Leipzig participating in the One Piece promotion, and one of them simply does not want to work (It’s very sad to travel by bus, waste time, and as a result get screwed more than once. Delivery is always long, and the food is cold.

Waited 40 minutes for 2 burgers :(

No cash accepted?!?!?! Since it is an official means of payment and it is not legal to refuse CASH, I find that an impertinence. That's it then I go to the congruent opposite, they also take my cash.

Cash payment is no longer possible. It works for all other businesses too. If you take a detour at lunchtime and then can't order anything here because card payments are no longer accepted, then that is very disappointing and I recommend avoiding this restaurant until payment is possible again as normal.

The management ignores formerly loyal customers by refusing to pay in cash. According to the note on the door, this would be temporary. Unfortunately, this has been the case for 3 weeks. When I asked, I was told that there will generally no longer be any cash acceptance here! The reason was two break-ins and the associated theft of money. Any other company or business owner would protect their income or put it in the bank. Where have we come to where an officially approved means of payment such as cash is no longer accepted? All I can say is defend yourself and go eat somewhere else!

Cash is not accepted here either. This is a lack of service. Luckily, there are other fast food chains that take cash.

Food had to be exchanged because my burger was old (like dried out), it was loud and not very comfortable.

Just a Burger King. We went there around 11 a.m. on a Saturday and were almost the only guests. Everything went quickly and without any complaints.

Went on Sunday because we were too lazy to cook. Since it is the busiest there, the employees smoked a lot and, in contrast to during the week, things progressed rather slowly. I don't blame the man in the drive. He does what he can. It was more the branch manager who lost her calm.

This CitizenKing violates several laws. Not only is cash no longer accepted from October 22nd, 24, which I did not agree to when concluding the purchase contract and I was forced to pay by card, but the food was cold, which not only violates the quality standard. This incident will be passed on.

Fries were not salted, long waiting times in the house with few customers. We had to wait 20 minutes for our food.

I thought my pig was whistling today? They don't take cash there anymore. So it starts quietly and secretly. Cash is banned. I will not visit this store again from now on. I find these displays absolutely strange anyway. It is an aberration to not be served normally and to be charged. Then you miss it! That is the disadvantage of digitalization!

As always, very good service, everything prepared fresh and on time. Very crowded at times, which leads to waiting times.

One would think that franchise chains are standardized... Ok, that's not possible when it comes to service and its friendliness. However, in terms of cleanliness it should be... Also the first Burger King where the toilets cost (at least only for women). And the best thing: some things were sold out... instead of saying something, they simply didn't pack the missing parts (e.g. juice for the kids' menu)!

20 years ago I went to Burger King quite often, now I only go to it maybe once a year. Why? Prices that you can't cope with and food that is cold and ready to be picked up after an eternity of waiting. When asked if the burger could be warmer, the answer is that it is finger food. I wonder when the health department will come and close the place??? You can expect the food to be warm and not lukewarm or cold. Go somewhere else, support the restaurants with real chefs, eat out less and eat delicious food instead.

More and more citizens have forgotten their sauces, they no longer ask you what you want to drink at the drive-thru (what's on the menu).. and the staff seems to be very overwhelmed.. Unfortunately the store has gone down a lot...

There's a lot of advertising for the new tortillas, but the restaurant doesn't have them in stock because they don't have the device. Great action. And then waited another 27 minutes for the food. Fast is different. Restaurant totally smoky.

Today Mc Drive around 6 p.m., ordered with a code from the app, I wasn't asked which drinks, whether fries with mayonnaise or ketchup, which sauce to go with the nuggets... no comment from the young gentleman. Ok, I thought because of stress he might ask me when paying, but no answer. I get a bag of food and two drinks, which makes me wonder how he knows what drinks I want, he never asked. It was cola although I would have liked something else. When I spoke to him in a friendly manner, he said that when I ordered I had to say what kind of drinks I wanted or whether mayo or ketchup with the fries and so on. In any case, he said I should see what was going on here, then he immediately turned around and closed the window. I've never experienced anything like this... All bad, the big awakening at home, 6 nuggets missing and 2 fries, although it's my own fault, I should have looked more closely. I thought it was an absolute disgrace how I was treated, but I was always friendly, I would have liked to drag the gentleman through the window.

Failed. This store is disrespectful to its customers. I really want to know, since it's not the first time this has happened, what the owner thinks and thinks about this situation. But perhaps it is also different from the human soul. The reason: I noticed today that 2 families had to wait 20 minutes for their food. One of them has a small child. That doesn't work at all. To keep such a small child waiting for so long. There isn't even an apology from the employees. One order that evening was number 829. Apparently the owner doesn't understand that he runs a fast food restaurant. The word Fast is there, meaning quickly, and not Slow, meaning slowly. Actually it should be called Slow Food Restaurant. And another fact: in some normal restaurants you get your food quicker than here. Food is normal Burger King food. Actually nothing special. Detected on 9/26/24 around 6:50 p.m. In normal times you have to wait at least 10 minutes if nothing is going on. While McDonald's, on the other hand, takes 5 minutes. And leave out those stupid paper straws with the milkshake, you can't really drink out of them. You also don't leave cleaning supplies in the dining room with small children. Everything is a bit worrying here.

September 14th, 2024 we wanted to eat something with the family. We placed an order even though your competitor is directly opposite, where the service and quality are significantly better. We were served four completely cold burgers! My husband went and asked for them to be warmed up, whereupon he was given burgers that had already been warmed up. Your competitor, on the other hand, apologizes and serves fresh, just-made burgers. However, no one in your restaurant apologized. We wanted to wash our hands before eating, but the toilet was closed, entry costs 50 cents! All the customers who came in looked at the price and the locked door and left without being able to wash their hands. Where is consumer protection? A person who buys a meal cannot even wash his hands for free. For example, I didn't have any cash with me at all. Also the bike parking was not accessible due to this restaurant's delivery vehicles. They had simply blocked him. We couldn't park our bike with trailer properly and had to park it on the grass... That was the first and last time I was at this restaurant and I won't be visiting any of the other restaurants in your chain either. They lost me and my family as customers. I still wish your company much success.

The service is very helpful and friendly. The citizens are freshened up and the fries are still hot. Overall great service and a delicious snack. We would rather come to you than to the competition. Keep it up, you're perfect.

The food ended up cold and incomplete in the bag. With such high prices, you expect more quality and care. The fries were packaged in such a way that they were spread throughout the bag. Very unfriendly staff...

I always find it a shame that I don't get what I order. We were just there and left a lot of money. Everything was to go and we were looking forward to it. Unpacked at home and found half of it was missing. The effort to drive back isn't the closest thing either. It's a shame we won't be going there anymore.

After shopping for just under €10, we were denied access to the toilet - because otherwise we could fill up our drinking bottles there. This was a particularly negative experience for a Burger King. Never again in this branch, terrible service!

So in itself it is a good BK so far there has been nothing to complain about better than other locations

Burgers were fresh, hot and tasty. Places were clean. Ambience: it's just Burger King. Service was practically non-existent with the concept.

The waiting times are always quite long because there are always too few staff here.

A normal Burger King. Food standard, cleanliness ok. It can sometimes happen that you have to wait 15 minutes for your order when there is a lot going on.

The food was freshly prepared, tasted good and there was enough of everything. The tables could have been a little cleaner. What doesn't exactly speak for customer friendliness is that the first parking spaces towards the entrance are filled with our own delivery trucks and there are only a few spaces available for customers.

I wasn't too impressed with this Burger King. The burgers were cold and the waitress forgot half of them. The fries were delicious; hot; fresh. The restaurant was clean and there was space to sit. But since there wasn't that much going on, the burgers shouldn't have been cold.

Was shocked today. It took us forever at the terminal because she just didn't feel like working properly and then there was the unfriendly one with the black hair who seemed stupid to me. At the terminal it clearly said €26 with coupons and then one of them yelled at me and asked me for €30. After I tried to explain that it said €26.20 at the terminal, she always interrupted me and shouted that I quote: “Now I want the €30 from you!” I felt so uncomfortable. That just confirmed for me that I should go to McDonald's again and it wasn't the first time I'd been there at the Burger King. I got great service over at McDonald's and ended up paying a lot less, so thanks to the slightly larger woman with black hair! :) I just confirmed that with all the bad reviews here...

Clearly 0 stars in every respect. Waiting time was okay so that special requests were made. But the food was bottom drawer. The burgers somehow slapped together and wrapped. The sauce ran out everywhere, making everything soggy except the meat, which was more like dry. You were allowed to pay for extra fried onions, but you couldn't see any of them on the burger; the tomatoes you ordered were still there, as were the cucumbers that weren't part of the burger. But the highlight of this "Cheesy Bacon Lover" - there wasn't even any bacon on it, even though we were almost the only guests. That was definitely our last visit there. When you see the "burgers" you feel like you've forgotten what you've eaten. The SourCream with the CurlyFries tastes like salad dressing. The most subterranean fast food we have eaten. Pure waste of money!

My experience here today: Sure, the food photos never have anything in common with what you get. That is known. But what was delivered here is absolutely bottom drawer. Ordered and paid with extra bacon, delivered without. The cheese wasn't even slightly baked. The second burger had bacon on it, but it looked raw and rotten. The thing was just for the garbage can. The sauce/mush would run out of all sides... Just disgusting. It's better to donate the money wisely than to waste it there.

Absolute disaster, DO NOT DRIVE THERE. I waited a whopping 40 minutes for two burgers because they don't think the drive is going ahead. I was just told again and again that it was full inside and I would just have to wait. But now it's the case that you drive to the drive specifically so that it goes faster. Didn't understand the woman, with her broken German, rude and absolutely unreasonable. While I was standing there waiting, I wrote a complaint directly to Burger King. But customer service hasn't gotten back to us or apologized for this woman's behavior. I worked there myself 20 years ago in the same store and I was taught from the start that drive always comes first. And this complaint will certainly be ignored.

The definition of fast food still needs to be explained in detail there. Sure, if there's something going on that can take a while, I don't understand any topic. But in a fast food chain where you can order (3 burgers, 1 x onion rings and a children's menu plus 2 colas) If you have to wait a whopping 24 minutes, something must be wrong. So perhaps train the staff again or simply put more people on one shift. Think about it, it works on the other side of the street too.

However, I was stopped by cars standing at the payment window, which, according to the statement, had already been there for 20 minutes. Really sad. I checked in beforehand as I was driving past and there was a couple of customers in there and I still had to wait 20 minutes in the drive-thru for a simple pack of chili cheese nuggets . Dude, what's wrong with you? It's not okay to leave customers standing there for so long even though there's nothing going on at your place. I really feel like a fool.

Ambiance for a BK saves the rating. Not recommended, but it's the closest BK for me, so I'll inevitably have to go back if I'm hungry.

Paid at 6:41 p.m., food arrived at 7:18 p.m Children screaming, annoyed people. During that time I could have gotten food quicker in any restaurant. This has nothing to do with fast food anymore. Very nice staff who are unfortunately completely overwhelmed. If I order according to the receipt at 3:01 p.m. and don't get the food until 3:34 p.m., something is obviously wrong. There is also no one there to clear away the huge mountains of old tablets and garbage. It's a real shame because it used to be better here.

Ordering food at the drive-in works quite well and it's the same inside. Staff is sometimes like this and sometimes like that, it always depends on who is there. So not unfriendly, more like... I'll call it, we work on the assembly line.

Das Essen war vollkommen okay, Fast Food eben. Aber die Bedienung war, wie schon seit Jahren, die langsamste Bedienung die ich je in einem BK oder MC D erlebt habe.
