So in itself it is a good BK so far there has been nothing to complain about better than other locations

I found no table service a bit of a shame but everything else was good.

Burgers were fresh, hot and tasty. Places were clean. Ambience: it's just Burger King. Service was practically non-existent with the concept.

The waiting times are always quite long because there are always too few staff here.

A normal Burger King. Food standard, cleanliness ok. It can sometimes happen that you have to wait 15 minutes for your order when there is a lot going on.

Always cozy and very clean. Was delicious. Edit 06/18/24 There were only 2 employees there this evening, which unfortunately caused the quality to suffer greatly and everyone had to wait a long time. Therefore unfortunately 2 stars deducted for the service.

The food was freshly prepared, tasted good and there was enough of everything. The tables could have been a little cleaner. What doesn't exactly speak for customer friendliness is that the first parking spaces towards the entrance are filled with our own delivery trucks and there are only a few spaces available for customers.

Lame ducks - waiting 25 minutes is too much with so few customers. Prime time

I wasn't too impressed with this Burger King. The burgers were cold and the waitress forgot half of them. The fries were delicious; hot; fresh. The restaurant was clean and there was space to sit. But since there wasn't that much going on, the burgers shouldn't have been cold.

The tray trolley was overcrowded, there were only 2 terminals available, it was more than full and we waited over 20 minutes for our food. Citizen fries were cold not fresh No recommendation

Was shocked today. It took us forever at the terminal because she just didn't feel like working properly and then there was the unfriendly one with the black hair who seemed stupid to me. At the terminal it clearly said €26 with coupons and then one of them yelled at me and asked me for €30. After I tried to explain that it said €26.20 at the terminal, she always interrupted me and shouted that I quote: “Now I want the €30 from you!” I felt so uncomfortable. That just confirmed for me that I should go to McDonald's again and it wasn't the first time I'd been there at the Burger King. I got great service over at McDonald's and ended up paying a lot less, so thanks to the slightly larger woman with black hair! :) I just confirmed that with all the bad reviews here...

Clearly 0 stars in every respect. Waiting time was okay so that special requests were made. But the food was bottom drawer. The burgers somehow slapped together and wrapped. The sauce ran out everywhere, making everything soggy except the meat, which was more like dry. You were allowed to pay for extra fried onions, but you couldn't see any of them on the burger; the tomatoes you ordered were still there, as were the cucumbers that weren't part of the burger. But the highlight of this "Cheesy Bacon Lover" - there wasn't even any bacon on it, even though we were almost the only guests. That was definitely our last visit there. When you see the "burgers" you feel like you've forgotten what you've eaten. The SourCream with the CurlyFries tastes like salad dressing. The most subterranean fast food we have eaten. Pure waste of money!

Went there after 10 a.m. The doors were closed. Staff wiped the floor and nobody opened it 👍

My experience here today: Sure, the food photos never have anything in common with what you get. That is known. But what was delivered here is absolutely bottom drawer. Ordered and paid with extra bacon, delivered without. The cheese wasn't even slightly baked. The second burger had bacon on it, but it looked raw and rotten. The thing was just for the garbage can. The sauce/mush would run out of all sides... Just disgusting. It's better to donate the money wisely than to waste it there.

Absolute disaster, DO NOT DRIVE THERE. I waited a whopping 40 minutes for two burgers because they don't think the drive is going ahead. I was just told again and again that it was full inside and I would just have to wait. But now it's the case that you drive to the drive specifically so that it goes faster. Didn't understand the woman, with her broken German, rude and absolutely unreasonable. While I was standing there waiting, I wrote a complaint directly to Burger King. But customer service hasn't gotten back to us or apologized for this woman's behavior. I worked there myself 20 years ago in the same store and I was taught from the start that drive always comes first. And this complaint will certainly be ignored.

Be careful for all vegetarians! I was just served a whopper with meat in a plant base envelope. That doesn't work at all.

The definition of fast food still needs to be explained in detail there. Sure, if there's something going on that can take a while, I don't understand any topic. But in a fast food chain where you can order (3 burgers, 1 x onion rings and a children's menu plus 2 colas) If you have to wait a whopping 24 minutes, something must be wrong. So perhaps train the staff again or simply put more people on one shift. Think about it, it works on the other side of the street too.

We were there today. Order placed at 6:54 p.m. and we received our order at 7:31 p.m. So the conditions are very slow. The nuggets are hard as bones. Although there were some things we wanted without, everything was exactly the way we didn't want it. At the end the food was simply cold... so I thought the BK was better

Waited forever. Wanted to go to the drive-in - I wait 10 minutes - "Hello, I'm sorry, you have to wait a little longer, we can't take your order right now" - Cars are queued up behind me - another 10 minutes pass - "I'm sorry, I can't take yours Still haven't taken the order, there's a lot to do in here" - DUDE IT WAS 12 PM ON A WEDNESDAY?! THERE WERE HARDLY ANY PEOPLE IN THE BURGER KING!??? - I decided to go there. However, I was stopped by cars standing at the payment window, which, according to the statement, had already been there for 20 minutes. Really sad. So either the shift manager has completely screwed up or the employees are really lazy, because they still say the customer is king and it's not the customer who is turned off for ages. Many thanks. Edit: 04/08/24 - I was there at the same time on Monday... I checked in beforehand as I was driving past and there was a couple of customers in there and I still had to wait 20 minutes in the drive-thru for a simple pack of chili cheese nuggets . Dude, what's wrong with you? It's not okay to leave customers standing there for so long even though there's nothing going on at your place. I really feel like a fool.

Ambiance for a BK saves the rating. Not recommended, but it's the closest BK for me, so I'll inevitably have to go back if I'm hungry.

Paid at 6:41 p.m., food arrived at 7:18 p.m Children screaming, annoyed people. During that time I could have gotten food quicker in any restaurant. This has nothing to do with fast food anymore. The cheese that was paid for extra is not on the burger and is slapped in when asked. Ordered burger specifically without tomatoes, of course large tomatoes on it.

Very nice staff who are unfortunately completely overwhelmed. If I order according to the receipt at 3:01 p.m. and don't get the food until 3:34 p.m., something is obviously wrong. There is also no one there to clear away the huge mountains of old tablets and garbage. It's a real shame because it used to be better here.

Well...... staff friendly, but disorganized and overwhelmed! 25 minutes waiting time! Way too long for a fast food restaurant! Some of our food was almost cold! And there wasn't that much going on...

Waiting times are often a little longer and unfortunately my order was often not complete. Edit: Only got worse after years.

Unfortunately at lunchtime we received the driest chilli cheese burger ever in a functional atmosphere. Things were better at that location.

It's a shame that BK still serves meat instead of the plant-based ordered, even after the scandal. Do you seriously think I can't taste the difference between seitan and bone-in mince? What does the trade supervisory office actually say about this?

Not recommendable. What is being done there is an absolute rip-off of customers. We no longer support that. Once and never again!

The employees are a total disaster! In particular, the gentleman with the blonde hair and the pink patch was very, very unfriendly and not very competent.

Ordering food at the drive-in works quite well and it's the same inside. Staff is sometimes like this and sometimes like that, it always depends on who is there. So not unfriendly, more like... I'll call it, we work on the assembly line.

Just a Burger King. The entrance is a bit hidden behind Rum, otherwise everything is great.

Das Essen war vollkommen okay, Fast Food eben. Aber die Bedienung war, wie schon seit Jahren, die langsamste Bedienung die ich je in einem BK oder MC D erlebt habe.

Der schlechteste Burger King bei dem wir bis dato waren. Die Burger kalt (ging zurück, doch keine Meldung ob dieser endlich warm ist und dementsprechend kühlte er zum 2ten mal ab), der Zwiebelring größer als der Pattie, der Typ an der Kasse arrogant vom Auftreten her, nur für die Pommes haben wir ein Stern mehr gegeben. Früher war dieser Burger King wesentlich besser.

Schoko Milchshake ist ein ganz normaler Vanille Milchshake und wenn man das dem Personal sagt, antworten sie mit ,,das macht die Maschine halt so‘‘ Ich hätte niemals 5€ bezahlt für nen Vanille Milchshake

Dauer zwischen Bestellung und Ausgabe über 12min. Nicht gut, es waren aber auch nur 2 Leute hinter der Theke. Hier sollte für den Chef eine Gehaktskürzung in Betracht gezogen werden.

Wir gehen gerne hier hin. Personal ist freundlich und machen sie schnell wie sie können. Toiletten sind sauber . Bestellung kann man an der Theke oder an Automaten betätigen.

Super Essen, es gab Weihnachtliche Ente mit Kllsen und Rotkohl und zum Nachtisch Palak Panier von einem Einheimischen zubereitet. War aber so kalt, dass ich meinen Atem gesehen hab und mit der Zunge am Tablettwagen angefroren bin. Würde es aber generell nochmal probieren...

Also überhaupt nicht zu empfehlen. Total unfreundlich. Hatten Kaffee bestellt , der war kalt. Wir haben freundlich darauf hingewiesen und die "Schichtleiterin" meinte nur -> Ich frage mich nur , wie Sie ihren Kaffee Zuhause trinken ... So das Sie sich die Zunge verbrennen oder was <- Also ging überhaupt nicht! Man hätte ja höflich fragen können ob wir etwas anderes möchten oder halt das Geld zurück. Aber so die Kunden anzumotzen , fand ich echt unangebracht. Waren das letzte mal dort...

Halt ein Fast Food Restaurant was seine besten Zeiten hinter sich hat. Früher ganz gern dort gewesen.

Alter sortiert mal eure Lieferautos! Das triggert mich jedes Mal wenn ich dran vorbei muss. Wenn ihr schon fortlaufende Nummernschilder habt dann stellt sie wenigstens in der richtigen Reihenfolge ab! Essen ist aber ok.

Hatte den crunch pepper chicken, mit sehr großem Abstand der beste 🍔 den ich je bei bk gegessen habe , so ausgewogen, prima macht weiter so. Personal superfreundlich, pbwohl ich 1 Minute vor Schluss gestern Abend gekommen bin.

Na was soll man sagen, ein BK halt, wie man ihn kennt. Hier ist es allerdings so, das man platz und ruhe hat. Es war am dienstag gegen 16uhr wenig los, wir hatten platz und alles lief ohne stress ab. Der Service ist sehr gut, auch wenn jetzt ja so ziemlich alles digitalisiert ist. Aber der nette Mitarbeiter hatte trotzdem ein lächeln und höfliche floskeln für uns übrig. Wir gehen gerne in diesen BK, weil er wirklich nie überfüllt ist und sehr sauber. Diese Beurteilung bezieht sich natürlich auf die "momentaufnahme", da wir nicht 365/24/7 da sind. Daher kann es logischerweise auch vorkommen, daß weitere Rezessionen nicht mitmeiner konform gehen. Das ist aber auch gut so, denn nur dadurch kann man ein durchschnittliches Fazit ziehen. Ich bin immer ehrlich und versuche wirkliche Momentaufnahmen zu beurteilen.

Überraschend sauber und die Burger waren super super frisch. So knackigen Salat hatten wir noch nie auf unseren Burgern.

Ein riesen Lob! Das war bisher der feinste plant based Long, den ich bisher bei Burger King gegessen habe 😀👍 Auch die plant based Nuggets sind der Hammer‼️ Weiter so!!

Nicht die schnellsten, dafür frisch, lecker und immer alles dabei

Von 5 Burgern waren 3 Kalt. Payback funktionierte nicht am Selbstbedienungsterminal und somit die Extra Punkte auch nicht womit gelockt wurde.

Bearbeitung: Hat sich viel verbessert seit dem letzten Besuch, deswegen jetzt 4 Sterne statt 2. Die Fahrradständer sind leider immer noch unbenutzbar. Am Automaten ausgewählt was man möchte, gewartet bis die Nummer am Display erscheint, essen geholt. Bestellung lief reibungslos. Ich bin beeindruckt von der vegetarischen/veganen Auswahl. Wäre nur cool, wenn man auch die vegetarische/vegane Variante bekommt, wenn man sie bestellt! Nach dem Hinweisen hat man uns allerdings das richtige Produkt gegeben. Die Toiletten sind gesperrt und nur für Leute betretbar, die am Schalter nachfragen. Die Fahrradständer sind unbenutzbar. Selbst Rennradreifen passen da nicht rein und wenn doch, macht es die Speichen kaputt. Abgesehen davon ein normaler Burger King.

Anpassung meiner Bewertung auf 4 statt 2 Sterne, da sich seit dem letzten Besuch sehr viel zum Besseren gewendet hat. Ankunft: Zufahrt ist unangenehm, weil es weder auf Fußgänger noch auf Fahrradfahrer ausgerichtet. Fahrradständer vorne ist nicht benutzbar: Bekomme mein Trekking-Fahrrad gerade Mal reingequetscht, sobald ein Mountainbike Platz finden muss, war's das. Bestellen: Rasch & angenehm dank Bestelldisplays - wie man es von Burger King gewohnt ist. Bestellung kam auch angenehm schnell. Menüpunkt für Plant-Based macht die Suche rasch und einfach. Essen: Burger wie "Plant-based-bacon", welches einfach nur ein Burger ohne den Bacon ist, tauchen nicht mehr in der Liste auf. Bestellung war direkt richtig - als Zweifel aufkamen, dass das ein Burger mit Fleisch ist, wurden diese schnell beseitigt, indem mir plant-based neben Fleischpatty gezeigt wurde. Das hat sehr geholfen! Burger haben außerdem natürlich sehr gut geschmeckt. Toilette: Toilette kostet 50 Cent - wenn du als Kunde hingehst, musst du mit dem Personal am Schalter reden und wirst durchgebuzzt. Würde einen Code fürs WC auf der Rechnung hier bevorzugen, kann man aber definitiv so auch machen. Sonstiges: Ton, wenn eine Bestellung fertig ist, hat nun eine angenehme Lautstärke, außerdem wurde der Ton selbst geändert.

Wenn Ware kommt wird der Kunde komplett ignoriert. Mehrmal Hallo gerufen und niemand antwortet.

Nach einer halben Stunde das Essen bekommen, hat mit Fastfood nichts mehr zu tun sorry... Der Beitrag im TV hat scheinbar seine Wirkung gehabt, das dort nur noch 3 arbeiten wollten zu einer der Hauptzeiten (Mittag). Trotzdem sei erwähnt, dass das Personal trotz genervter Kundschaft freundlich geblieben ist und das ist heutzutage sehr selten geworden!

Personal wirkt leicht genervt. Leider wie in jedem Burger King Probleme mit der Sauberkeit der WC's und Tablettablage voll. Es gibt definitiv bessere Filialen

Und mal wieder den extra bestellten Käse vergessen!!! Wenn man nicht direkt an der Kasse alles wieder auspackt, kommt zu Hause die böse Überraschung.

Immer gern ab Flughafen Leipzig. Öffnungszeiten beachten.

Zwei Sterne gibt es für das Freundliche Personal und das Ambiente. Das Essen war sehr lapprig und hatte einen Säuerlichen Nachgeschmack. Wir hatten danach Magenprobleme.

Es ist ein gutes Restaurant wenn ich es so sage. Mitarbeiter freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Komme gern wieder.

Schrecklicher Service der Kassiererin. Beleidigend und respektlos. Ich bezahlte bar und sie brachte die Rechnung zum Kochbereich. Sie behauptete, das Bargeld sei alt, aber das war eine Lüge. Es war neu. Auch die anderen Mitarbeiter und Kunden empfanden ihr Verhalten als unangemessen. Hat mir den Appetit verdorben und mich beleidigt gefühlt. Vielleicht bezog sie sich auf ihr Alter und nicht auf das Geld.

Ich wurde heute Abend sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend von Herrn Homann bei Burger King bedient. Der Burger war frisch und lecker und Herr Homann ist sehr freundlich auf meine Extrawünsche (ohne Zwiebeln etc) eingegangen. Ich bin rundum zufrieden.

Wahnsinn das ist kein fast food sondern Slow food dauert hier alles etwas länger nicht gerade motiviertes Personal klebende Toilette

Es sollte zu Stoßzeiten eine bessere Besetzung geplant werden,40 Minuten Wartezeit sind inakzeptabel.
