Burgers and fries were cold and old, like they were from the day before. Bad service, very slow staff... not recommended.

Went there yesterday to order take away. When we stood at the drive counter we were told that it wasn't working and that we had to order inside. According to other reviews here, this seems to be “normal”. Considering there wasn't much going on, it took quite a long time. The place looks pretty dingy and doesn't invite you to eat on site. When we got home we found that the bags of medium fries and curly fries were each just over half full, and that for €3.69 and €3.79 per portion. Apart from that, they were also cold. How can you sell something like that to customers? You seem to have no requirements for yourself or the products you sell. The attendance and the quality of the products were subpar. That's why this was the last visit to this restaurant. I recommend that all potential customers look for another restaurant if possible so as not to be disappointed here.

The drive in switch doesn't work all the time. If you want to order inside, there are 3 employees standing there, none of whom have anything to do, but are too busy to take your order, just because you have to use these great ordering terminals. It takes forever to order just one citizen of these great things. Always really cool to stand at these terminals for 10 minutes.

Two of the four self-ordering terminals didn't work, and employees weren't interested, even though the store was very busy. Ordered straight away, but fortunately the food arrived relatively quickly and warm. Women's toilets stink.

The intercom terminal shows an error, the employee at the drive-in becomes insulting and asks you to go back to the defective terminal if you want to eat something. Then we probably won't come back.

Everything was fine with the food, I wanted to buy still water for my 3-year-old son, I was told it was sold out. Apparently he couldn't sell the still water that came with Happy Metal individually, there wasn't even a glass of tap water, it wasn't for me, but for a small child. When we had almost finished eating, the employee in the Mc Café area suddenly started giving us still water, so I felt a little taken aback.

Such an unfriendly management that blames everything on the employees and lies directly to a customer's face that his menu is currently being processed by his employee. I wanted to eat on site, but unfortunately that didn't work out due to the service. But I was allowed to waste 20 minutes of my time there in the store! I also had to pay four euros in parking fees for this! The store is the last, the staff is very unfriendly.

Unfortunately, the McDonald's restaurant near the airport always disappoints. Although you would think that the service should be faster here, as many guests are on the way or waiting for their flight, it often takes around 20/30 minutes to take an order with us – even though we are waiting in the car. We have already observed five times how the employees put together the orders without haste, even if they only concern two items. It also often happens that something is forgotten in the order. It is the only McDonald's in Bremen and Oldenburg where the service is so bad. Unfortunately, this restaurant isn't a good choice if you're short on time to grab a quick bite to eat before you have to move on.

All the worst McDonalds I have ever experienced. Our order is already shown as ready for pickup but is not ready after 10 minutes. And then our order is still missing a few things and the soft ice cream. The manager said this portion of ice cream is completely normal. You can decide for yourself. Pure disaster.

The worst Restaurant ever, we were at 9:30 o’Clock and ordered coffee, the staff were unfriendly, rude and unprofessional, NEVER AGAIN.

Unfortunately I have to give a bad rating. We've been to McDonald's many times and at the drive-in we're constantly told that it's broken and that we should come in, but it's strange that communication can take place via the machine. We have never had any problems with food until now. Yesterday we got something there and we all spoiled our stomachs! Despite everything, there are a few employees who are very nice.

Ordering there on Sundays is usually a disaster. It has now been noticed several times that the store is overcrowded on Sundays. Orders via the DriveIn are then not possible. It's not a problem, I can totally understand that my colleagues can't serve all the construction sites at the same time. But then coming out with a lie like: “The system doesn’t work” is just cheeky. After placing the order inside, I received the food after about 20 minutes. As a rule, I immediately check whether everything is in there. But not this time because I was annoyed anyway. And of course something was missing... it was only noticed at home. So I went back and was refunded or given out without any discussion. The parking situation is also bad when the store is full. When I was told that I had already ordered and paid via the app and that there were no parking spaces here, I was still brushed off at the drive-in with a lie.

This is by far the worst McDonald's. It's bad enough that they barely understand German there. But even if there is no car in front of me, I generally don't stand there for less than 15 minutes. The fries are rarely hot and I would completely advise against the milkshake.

I've never experienced a McDonald's where things go wrong. And not on a particularly bad day, but every now and then. Three times out of five, complete chaos. I will explore further avenues in the future. This is simply no longer acceptable.

I would like to share my absolutely disappointing experience at McDonald's. The administrator who referred to himself as the "boss" refused to serve me just because I gave a bad rating in the "McDonald's Feedback" survey for his rude behavior towards me and my girlfriend. When I brought this up, another employee simply said that "that's his way of communicating." Just terrible. When I asked for just one more drink, I was poured the rest of a Lipton tea. I cannot recommend this place. They cheat in the actions, do not take constructive criticism into account and your order could be rejected if the "boss" doesn't like you - even your face can be a reason. Absolutely unacceptable.

Was there for a short time and just wanted a small coffee. There was no one at the coffee bar. I was asked to order electronically. Then back to pay and after 15 minutes the coffee was served.

I'm standing at the Drive Inn counter. A croaky voice says it's broken and I should come to the restaurant. I park my car and go inside. Order everything on the display and wait at the front for my order number to appear on the displays. After 15 minutes I find out that the display is also broken and is going crazy. Great. I'm excited. Then I hear a quiet number being whispered.. Mine? I go and ask for a carrier bag. 3 times. Then they finally understood me. When I got home I saw that, luckily for me, they were the wrong glasses. I specified other colors. Why should I order something there again? It's always a hassle with the Drive Inn. Maybe someone will take care of the store, it's not normal what's going on there. When the drive inn works, you often don't understand the person. Less acoustically, more in terms of content. For the umpteenth time the bag was filled incorrectly. I don't feel like going to the store anymore. At night I go somewhere else.

The food was good, but the place was quite stuffy and the air conditioning was not working, unfortunately, due to this situation, I moved to another place within the airport.

Nobody speaks German, the service is questionable and very bad. The employees are super unfriendly and can't operate the cash registers. Well, I don't know how to describe this visit: It's the memories from the past that are to blame, "now just another delicious ice cream from MCDONALD" We had a milkshake and the new frozen ice cream with sauce (see picture). The milkshake tastes watery and the ice cream is an outrage (for the price). I asked, “if the machine is broken,” the employee replied, “It looks like this!” There is nothing to add‼️ Now it is up to us to learn from this experience. Too bad 🍦

Unfortunately, something is always forgotten in this McDonald's, so it's always best to check the bag straight away to make sure it's complete. Otherwise, the McDonalds is modern and is located directly at the airport.

I don't understand what McDonald's management is looking at, but they are clearly overlooking negative changes in their establishment. The McDonald's I visited this morning was the worst I have seen in my entire life. Even though it was morning and there were no guests in the restaurant, I had to wait a whole 34 minutes for my breakfast! This is absolutely unacceptable for such a large and well-known company. It is obvious that the restaurant is not cleaned properly: there is a disgusting smell in the room, in addition the tables and sofas were incredibly dirty so it was simply impossible to sit on them. And the floors were so sticky that I was afraid to leave my shoes there. The breakfast we brought with us left a lot to be desired: the food was cold and didn't correspond at all to what was shown in the menu photo. And of course dealing with the staff was the last straw of disappointment. It seemed like they weren't trained in the basic norms of politeness when dealing with guests: instead of apologizing for the long wait or trying to remedy the situation, the restaurant staff insulted me and other guests. I sincerely hope that McDonald's leadership becomes aware of these issues and corrects the situation, otherwise they may lose a large number of customers in the near future.

I wanted to order at the counter, but unfortunately the employee didn't want to or couldn't carry out our order. We then tried ordering ourselves and it worked. My last time here useless service, the manager is very rude, I bought two burgers on offer I can chose cheese burger or chicken there was no option to select each burger, so I went to the manager, he was rude, I requested him for cheese burger he said straight away no and I don’t want to come here anymore .

Food is now way too expensive. Otherwise it's just a McDonald's. It's not cool but it just works. With the increased prices, you can almost simply go out for a fancy meal in a reasonable restaurant.

By far the best McDonalds in Bremen. Since it's quite remote from the airport, it doesn't have many guests, but that's an advantage. Every time I was there there were never more than 3 to 4 groups of people there. You definitely have peace and quiet here. The service is also great. Very nice and fast staff. The food is just the typical McDonald's fare: overpriced and cheap quality, but tasty.

Very clean, spacious and modern. There are enough terminals for ordering, very good service. I've spent a few lunch breaks here and have never regretted it.
