I would like to share my absolutely disappointing experience at McDonald's. The administrator who referred to himself as the "boss" refused to serve me just because I gave a bad rating in the "McDonald's Feedback" survey for his rude behavior towards me and my girlfriend. When I brought this up, another employee simply said that "that's his way of communicating." Just terrible. When I asked for just one more drink, I was poured the rest of a Lipton tea. I cannot recommend this place. They cheat in the actions, do not take constructive criticism into account and your order could be rejected if the "boss" doesn't like you - even your face can be a reason. Absolutely unacceptable.

Eternal waiting times. 30 minutes for iced coffee + nuggets. The boss also prohibits drinking straws when asked. Driving with weird cardboard lids makes you sick. Very bad branch!

Was there for a short time and just wanted a small coffee. There was no one at the coffee bar. I was asked to order electronically. Then back to pay and after 15 minutes the coffee was served.

I'm standing at the Drive Inn counter. A croaky voice says it's broken and I should come to the restaurant. I park my car and go inside. Order everything on the display and wait at the front for my order number to appear on the displays. After 15 minutes I find out that the display is also broken and is going crazy. Great. I'm excited. Then I hear a quiet number being whispered.. Mine? I go and ask for a carrier bag. 3 times. Then they finally understood me. When I got home I saw that, luckily for me, they were the wrong glasses. I specified other colors. Why should I order something there again? It's always a hassle with the Drive Inn. Maybe someone will take care of the store, it's not normal what's going on there. When the drive inn works, you often don't understand the person. Less acoustically, more in terms of content. For the umpteenth time the bag was filled incorrectly. I don't feel like going to the store anymore. At night I go somewhere else.

The food was good, but the place was quite stuffy and the air conditioning was not working, unfortunately, due to this situation, I moved to another place within the airport.

Nobody speaks German, the service is questionable and very bad. The employees are super unfriendly and can't operate the cash registers. One of the worst MCDONALDS in Germany, we have already lodged a complaint with the regional manager. Worst mc donald in my life... dirty place, bad personal, long waiting time, chaos.... and Machine for ice cream was damaged, normal ice cream can not looks like this

Well, I don't know how to describe this visit: It's the memories from the past that are to blame, "now just another delicious ice cream from MCDONALD" We had a milkshake and the new frozen ice cream with sauce (see picture). The milkshake tastes watery and the ice cream is an outrage (for the price). I asked, “if the machine is broken,” the employee replied, “It looks like this!” There is nothing to add‼️ Now it is up to us to learn from this experience. Too bad 🍦

Early is still empty. Parking fees are reimbursed if you eat at McDonalds.

It's just a mcces. Not bad but nothing special either.

The food is the same as always but very dissatisfied with the waiter. Super slow and it seemed like he didn't care about anything, even asking him nicely.

Ordered to take away. Over 20 minutes of waiting and it wasn't even particularly busy. The drink was Diet Coke instead of what was ordered. Luckily I'm not sensitive to sweeteners.

Very bad! The service was a total disaster! We ordered and paid via the app, it took forever before we had our food. Half of it was missing at the climax! I'd rather drive a kilometer more and get better/friendlier service!

Unfortunately, something is always forgotten in this McDonald's, so it's always best to check the bag straight away to make sure it's complete. Otherwise, the McDonalds is modern and is located directly at the airport.

I don't understand what McDonald's management is looking at, but they are clearly overlooking negative changes in their establishment. The McDonald's I visited this morning was the worst I have seen in my entire life. Even though it was morning and there were no guests in the restaurant, I had to wait a whole 34 minutes for my breakfast! This is absolutely unacceptable for such a large and well-known company. It is obvious that the restaurant is not cleaned properly: there is a disgusting smell in the room, in addition the tables and sofas were incredibly dirty so it was simply impossible to sit on them. And the floors were so sticky that I was afraid to leave my shoes there. The breakfast we brought with us left a lot to be desired: the food was cold and didn't correspond at all to what was shown in the menu photo. And of course dealing with the staff was the last straw of disappointment. It seemed like they weren't trained in the basic norms of politeness when dealing with guests: instead of apologizing for the long wait or trying to remedy the situation, the restaurant staff insulted me and other guests. I sincerely hope that McDonald's leadership becomes aware of these issues and corrects the situation, otherwise they may lose a large number of customers in the near future.

I wanted to order at the counter, but unfortunately the employee didn't want to or couldn't carry out our order. We then tried ordering ourselves and it worked. My last time here useless service, the manager is very rude, I bought two burgers on offer I can chose cheese burger or chicken there was no option to select each burger, so I went to the manager, he was rude, I requested him for cheese burger he said straight away no and I don’t want to come here anymore .

Food is now way too expensive. Otherwise it's just a McDonald's. It's not cool but it just works. With the increased prices, you can almost simply go out for a fancy meal in a reasonable restaurant.

By far the best McDonalds in Bremen. Since it's quite remote from the airport, it doesn't have many guests, but that's an advantage. Every time I was there there were never more than 3 to 4 groups of people there. You definitely have peace and quiet here. The service is also great. Very nice and fast staff. The food is just the typical McDonald's fare: overpriced and cheap quality, but tasty.

Very clean, spacious and modern. There are enough terminals for ordering, very good service. I've spent a few lunch breaks here and have never regretted it.

Tische nicht sauber, Fußböden klebrig, müsste öfter gewischt werden. Sauberkeit sollte an oberster Stelle stehen.

Super schneller und freundlicher Service. Dank der MCD App vom Parkhaus aus noch schnell vor Boarding bestellt und verzehrt. Toll ist der Live-Ticker Service im Restaurant für das Terminal.

Schickes und neues McDonald's-Restaurant in stylischem braun und beige. Sehr hell und einladend. Service ok, Unstimmigkeit zwischen App-Coupon und Bestellung wurde freundlich beantwortet aber letztlich hat der Mitarbeiter unser Anliegen, wie wir glauben, inhaltlich gar nicht korrekt verstanden, denn dafür war sein Deutsch nicht ausreichend. Wir haben uns mit seiner netten und bemühtem Auskunft dann zufrieden gegeben. Das Essen war eine große Enttäuschung - Burger (BigMac & Cheeseburger) weniger als lauwarm und völlig geschmacksneutral (BigMac), Pommes frites ebenfalls nicht heiß, dazu labberig. Getränke hatten wir nicht. Fragt sich, weshalb man 'en minute' am Terminal bestellt, wenn dann doch die alten Produkte auf's Tablett kommen. Nee... das war, nach langen Jahren der Abstinenz, auch schon wieder unser letzter Besuch.

Früher absolut schlecht. Dieses Mal komplett das Gegenteil. Wir waren erstmal verwundert, dass eine Fröhliche Mitarbeiterin an uns beim Bestellen vorbei lief und "Herzlich Willkommen bei McDonalds" rief. Bestellung wie mittlerweile gewohnt am Automaten. Das Essen war 100%frisch und sah tatsächlich annähernd aus, wie auf den Bildern. Das hat man sogar geschmeckt. Die nette Dame kam sogar nochmal vorbei und fragte, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Positiv überrascht. McDonalds geht scheinbar auch gut :)

I've eaten here twice within 2 weeks time. I give 3 stars because on my first visit, they served my food on a tray that had old dried ketchup. That's definitely a No Go. That's not sanitary. Wash you're trays people! Luckily the food was good on both visits. Aside from the dirty tray, I would come back again if I'm ever in this area.

Top Service. Essen war lecker. Sehr sauber und gute Musik.

Der Manager hat meine Freunde, mich und weitere Kunden bewusst belogen. Nach mehreren Bestellungen von Doppelpackmenüs mit Regenbogenglas wurden bewusst andere Gläser ausgehändigt. Nachdem wir daher nachfragten, sagte der Manager es würde keine mehr geben. Ein weiterer (sehr netter) Mitarbeiter schaltete sich ein und diskutierte mit dem Manager, dass uns die Regenbogengläser zustünden. Der Manager verstrickte sich in immer mehr Lügen und behauptete einerseits es gäbe keine Gläser mehr, andererseits meinte er es wäre nur noch eins verfügbar (der nette Mitarbeiter gab uns am ende für unsere zwei menüs auch zwei Regelbogengläser). Neben den beiden Aussagen sagte der Manager zusätzlich noch er könne nicht jedem ein Regenbogenglas geben. Irgendetwas kann da nicht stimmen! Schlussendlich bekamen wir zwei Gläser für zwei Menüs, allerdings konnte ein Freund kein Regenbogenglas bekommen, da sich der Manager beim dritten menü mit coupon strikt weigerte. Außerdem haben wir uns daraufhin mit einer weiteren Kundin unterhalten, welche vor uns bestellte und auf uns zukam. Auch ihr wurde gesagt es gäbe keine Regenbogengläser und sie wurde vom Manager angelogen. Wir haben uns wirklich nicht wohl dort gefühlt. Edit: Neu gepostet weil es vorher nicht funktioniert hat. Die Rezension ist aus dem Jahr 2022 als die Regenbogengläser verfügbar waren.

20 min auf Kaffee und Kuchen gewartet. Kein Wort von Mitarbeiter nicht mal bitte und danke . Ich musste auf mein Wechselgeld selber ansprechen , die Kassiererin hat mich nicht mal draufgewiesen, dass es mit dem Kleingeld wechselt dauert würden . Nummer als Abholtbereit gedrückt , aber war nichts zum sehen . 5 min später nachgefragt wo das Essen bleibt , sagte die wir sollen an der Caféstation noch warten. Essenausgaben würde nicht mal bitte und danke gesagt . Würden nur angeglotzt und essen ausgegeben .

Was mich leider am meisten geärgert hat, war die Tatsache, dass vergessen wurde, eine zusätzliche bestellte und bezahlte Zutat hinzuzufügen
