The parking lot is now under video surveillance, and every car entering is recorded. Free parking is limited to 10 minutes. Even with online orders and pickup only, I've already exceeded the 10-minute limit twice. I'm curious to see if I'll receive two fines, and if so, whether McDonald's will cover them, since it's not my fault if delivery/handover takes more than 10 minutes. Communication has been somewhat difficult, at least during my last two visits. The food was always very hot.

A major drawback is the parking situation; although there is a parking lot, it belongs to the airport, meaning that if you want to eat properly, you have to budget an extra 5 euros for parking.

I drove there specifically for the McFlurry. Unfortunately, the machine was supposedly broken again. So there was no ice cream.

McDonald's urgently needs to improve its online ordering system. It seems they've also forgotten about customer service and goodwill. We ordered several breakfast items, and my partner wanted to pick them up at the restaurant, as I'm currently not very mobile due to my pregnancy. Unfortunately, after he arrived, the order couldn't be processed via the app because my phone needed to be present (location tracking). The app offered the option of giving the employee the displayed order code. However, this code wasn't apparently in the system, so I couldn't authorize the payment. My partner offered to quickly go back home to get my phone so the process would work. He told the employee this. Ten minutes later, when he returned, the employee informed him that it was too late and he could no longer order the items. This was information that definitely could have been provided earlier. Unfortunately, they offered no assistance, and it was no longer possible to place an order via the app. So he made the trip twice for nothing, without being able to buy anything. This could have easily been avoided with decent customer service. I'm very disappointed with this experience, and even though I'm a big fan of McDonald's breakfast, this will probably be the last time we order from this branch.

Everything is really relaxed. The staff are really nice. If you're in the area and hungry, then this is the best place to eat.

The ice cream machine wasn't broken; the ice cream wasn't flaky, but the chocolate sauce wasn't warm. The atmosphere was great, though, despite being near an airport!

I arrived at the McDrive at 10:07 PM and had to wait at the intercom. By the time I'd placed my order and was able to leave, it was already 10:23 PM. As I was leaving, I noticed a sign indicating that there was a parking fee. I asked the employee at the counter whether I needed a parking ticket to drive through the McDrive, as the process took more than 10 minutes. He just shrugged. I went to the parking meter and had to pay €3.00. What a disgrace!

The restaurant is a disaster. Ordered food, waited half an hour for it to arrive. The burgers were cold, so they weren't freshly prepared. The clearing station was full, so where did the trash go? The trash was left on the tables.

1. They gave me the wrong McNuggets. Since I was ordering them for the first time, I didn't know that you get an extra shaker bag. After I asked the employee about it, he confirmed it, but I had almost finished my nuggets, and the bag wouldn't have done me any good. I would have appreciated an apology, though. And then comes the real criticism. I had a water bottle for which there was a 25-cent deposit. I had paid with a card and would have liked to have this amount refunded upon return. But when I tried to politely request this, I was treated like a plague. It's bad enough that this isn't possible at McDonald's in 2025, but the behavior of the employee was even worse. She acted as if I had personally insulted her and my request was absolutely outrageous. A real shame.

Well, you can't expect much here. Burgers are cold, the toppings aren't good, and the food is missing, but it's brought after asking. The tables and the entire dining area aren't clean, and the ordering terminals are greasy. Staff are standing around instead of using a rag. The return trolleys are overflowing. We won't be going back.

Truly disrespectful. We've been waiting here for over 30 minutes and nothing's happened. We just wanted to try the new sauces, and there are only eight other people here. And then you want to ask why it's taking so long, and no one speaks German.

It's not just a place for a quick snack; you can also enjoy a coffee in peace, spend some time together, or simply enjoy the relaxed atmosphere. The seating is comfortable, and there's enough space to comfortably sit even in a group. Overall, this McDonald's offers more than just a meal. It's a pleasant stopover right at the airport, perfectly combining functionality with a welcoming atmosphere.

Compared to other McDonald's restaurants, this one is much cleaner and tidier. The employees are very efficient and always friendly. The restaurant is very modern and comfortable. After tiring flights, this is an ideal place to both refuel and relax.

The McDonald's at Bremen Airport is truly a wonderful place to take a break before or after your flight. The restaurant is modern, very clean, and friendly. You immediately feel welcome. The staff is always helpful, quick, and always smiling. Orders are prepared promptly, and everything tastes fresh and delicious—just as you would expect. The atmosphere is particularly lovely: bright, cozy, and with a view of the hustle and bustle of the airport. Perfect for a quick rest and a delicious meal.

It works... the floor was super sticky

Unfortunately, the food was only cold, or rather, it wasn't warm like you're used to, and placing an order was very complicated due to the language barrier, and in the end, they were still missing a lot of sauces. And when I got out to get the sauces, I dropped my phone. 🤯🤬 That was the end of it for me, too... Last time I was there. Sorry There's a lot that needs to be changed.

Unfortunately, it's now a complete dump. Apparently, they don't clean here anymore. You can hardly find a clean table. The underside of the tables is filthy.

Beware of rip-offs! Eating in the restaurant costs extra. I paid €12.36 just to eat there 😡 There was no information about it either. This is modern-day robber barons!

Absolutely terrible. Food was cold. After complaining, the waiter brought out more cold food and forgot half of it. This was my last visit here. Simply abysmally bad, and the price was ridiculous. Bye, McDonald's. Never again.

I just wanted to report a broken toilet seat so that no one else besides me would get their skin pinched. None of the three ladies understood, so I finally had to go along and show them what was wrong, only to be told that there was nothing they could do. They didn't bother to block the toilet until it was repaired, no matter how indifferent she seemed to be. Service is something else entirely!

For some time now, I've felt like I'm responsible for the fate of certain employees. Orders are repeatedly incomplete, and the staff are sometimes uncooperative. If I were to allow myself to do this, I would be transferred as a punishment.

Had rotten milk in the shake, and the staff didn't care at all. I would also have liked the option to speak German with someone who can speak it...

A disaster! We ordered a takeaway, waited 10 minutes, and then the food was ready. We went to the pickup station, and then had to wait another 15 minutes there, even though the food was supposedly ready. Never seen such a poorly organized McCain's.

Don't eat here. It was a nightmare for my wife and me. We had to wait forever for the food. Then something was missing. I went back. Then I even got the wrong food. A woman was screaming like crazy. Never again McDonald's.

I'm really angry at this store. Is it sooo difficult to deliver fries and chicken nuggets without missing the fries?! I ordered for delivery as usual. I was so excited for the cheeseburger flavored fries, and then I was so disappointed. The flavor and bag arrived, but the fries were forgotten?!!!! I always get something from the exclusive stories, especially if I want to eat later, but that's often not possible. This is the third time. Rude staff, very slow and self-centered. No consideration for guests who want to order something.

I waited over 25 minutes to get 20-ounce nuggets. On top of that, the vanilla milkshake tasted like coffee at first. I exchanged it, and the second one tasted like raspberry. The nuggets were swimming in grease. Truly disappointing.

Great McDonald's with four self-service kiosks. The food was quick and nice and hot. Unfortunately, many tables were still dirty, and the floor stuck to your shoes.

Very good and clean. Parking is relatively expensive, but you can spend the money 100% at McDonald's by handing in your parking receipt. I got a new burger to try. Bacon, cheese, fried chicken, and a slightly spicy sauce. I highly recommend the burger once it's sold out.

Nice staff, some difficulty with the German language. That was probably why I got a chicken burger instead of the cheeseburger I ordered. The screen at the McDrive is broken and weathered. Ordering went smoothly. Otherwise, a typical McDonald's.

Well, cheeseburgers are tasty, but small and expensive. I don't anymore. I can't say anything about the ambience since I was only at the car counter.

Went here for breakfast two days in a row. On the first day everything was fine. On the second day there were serious differences compared to the first day. Coffee crema was filter coffee. Breakfast was "mixed together", loveless. Hardly motivated staff on the second day. Quality cannot be compared on both days. Stark differences.

We went to the drive-thru - full of anticipation for curly fries, a burger and two wraps. The order sounded easy. But then the conversation came. Or rather: what one could charitably call a conversation. The man at the terminal was… present. In his own unique way. He listened to us. We thought. Then came longer breaks. Then another brief sign of life – “Wait a minute”. We waited. Said nothing. And he didn't say anything either. A moment of silence that will be remembered. When he came back, he was at least convinced of what he wanted to say - even if we had long since forgotten what we wanted. The food came at some point. The wraps were there, the burger was there, the curly fries were there. It was… everything there. The wraps tasted the way you imagine wraps would taste when you're just hungry enough to stop questioning them. The burger had all the components - which is not a given - and the curly fries? They caused differences of opinion. You could say they were the highlight. But you could also simply say: at least they were crispy. Five stars because there was nothing to complain about. So… technically speaking. And because we really got everything we ordered. And a little more – in the form of emotional confusion. With honest gratitude and a very unique feeling of emptiness, Two people who just wanted something to eat and are now quietly on their way home.

First they say I can't get an iced coffee shake before 10:30 a.m. I have to wait 15 minutes and then you can get it. When I showed on Google that it wasn't true, shortly before 11:30 it said that the ice cream machine was broken anyway and there were no shakes or ice cream. Too lazy to clean the machine???

To the simplest burgers Cheeseburger, chicken burger without any other special items. I had to wait 25 minutes. Although there wasn't that much going on. And the first burgers that ended up in the bag were cold afterwards. Absolutely nothing to recommend.

There is a children's playground. Their hamburgers and fries are delicious. They provide fast service and our food was delivered to our table in 7 minutes. The tables are clean and there are outlets for charging. It is an advantage to fill your stomach after a few minutes' walk from the airport.

I can only agree with the other reviews. The sign (photo) states that you'll receive a €4 discount if you show your parking ticket. This is a deception. The unmotivated salespeople demand a receipt for the parking ticket, and even the store manager refuses to accept it. This is a deliberate attempt to deceive customers, who, of course, have no way of subsequently obtaining a receipt from the parking ticket machine.

Located in close proximity to Bremen Airport. What can I say, a well-run McDonald's with friendly staff, largely clean and inviting. Would love to come back.

Worst McDonalds in all of Bremen and the surrounding area. The staff at McDrive probably only sang and clapped at school when they had lessons. Unable to scan a coupon, let alone type a coupon correctly. It's best to tear the place down.

Hello, I was there 20 minutes ago and left my phone there, please check I was sitting at the table next to the machines for ordering

Basically a McDonalds restaurant. Getting there via sat nav was a bit confusing as there was a “No entry sign” at the entrance to the car park. At second glance, this belongs to the taxi entrance next to it at the airport. The food, the restaurant and the ambience are just McDonalds. What was negative was that only one of the two order terminals worked. It's actually not a huge problem, it's just stupid when a group of eight teenagers all order individually in front of you. 🙈 Maybe that was just a snapshot, because otherwise it was very quiet there that Saturday evening shortly after 9 p.m.

This gentleman who keeps complaining to his employee at 9:58 a.m. today doesn't belong here. Very unfriendly, also complains at my colleague because she (being older) cannot order via terminal. Just stood at the front of the checkout and gave orders via headset. In comparison on January 10th. at around 7am was super nice and helped straight away. Too bad.

We were just at MC at the airport in Bremen at 10 a.m.... A very disrespectful employee served us there... I was insulted by him because I ordered from the ordering machine and he was even more disrespectful towards the employee... Chased her from A to B and complained about her in front of all the guests... In my opinion that doesn't work at all... An employee like that shouldn't let loose on guests, it's best to send them to do the washing up... Finally he said that it was his shop and we should go

Wir Kamen gerade aus Palma und wollten gern einen Kaffee. Wir standen an der Kaffee Theke an und man hat uns komplett ignoriert. 20 Minuten wurden wir nicht beachtet. Als wir dann gefragt haben warum man uns nicht bedient wurde uns gesagt dass wir uns an die andere Kasse anstellen müsse weil die ja schließlich nur zu zweit wären. Ich finde es eine Frechheit. Hätte man uns ja auch sagen können dass man dort nicht bedient wird. Zumal die Bedienung uns ja auch wahrgenommen hat.
