The food and service were fine; a burger now and then is always welcome. The cheeseburger and hamburger with extra bacon were delicious. The service was friendly and well-organized. I'd gladly come again.

First, you wait forever for your food, then you get served cold burgers, and when you complain, the response is, "It's warm for me." I'm sorry, but I've never experienced anything like this. I ordered €50 worth of food, and the least I can expect is a hot burger, not a cold one. And then to top it off, I get rude when I complain. I hope the cashier gets proper customer service training. If my employees treated customers like that, they wouldn't be working for me anymore. Date: November 2nd, 2025 P.S. It wasn't busy when we ordered, so chatting amongst ourselves was more important than taking care of the food, and they just left it sitting in the tray for 10-15 minutes. From now on, it's McDonald's only!

This is unbelievable. This branch is driving me crazy. You just want to grab a quick burger and you wait 30 minutes. How long must it take if you order a meal or have special requests? Fast food is definitely not possible! Plan ahead and allow plenty of time.

On October 8th, I had a lady at the counter who was more interested in arguing with customers than in her actual duties. She then tried to argue with me about a packet of fries sauce that she had demonstrably forgotten. The burger was run-of-the-mill, the bacon was limp but certainly not crispy. The fries were okay, but the nuggets weren't tasty. The trash can was completely full. The Junior King menu was missing toys - but at least there were double fries. In the end, though, they didn't eat them: they just don't taste good (anymore).

Unbelievable, what a dump! The restrooms haven't been cleaned in hours. I've been standing there for 15 minutes waiting for my food. There's a huge line, but only one unfriendly server, who also serves the drive-thru. After 35 minutes, my cold food finally arrived. The worst experience I've ever had at Burger King. Never again!

Hello, I ordered the kebab-style burger. The burger was supposed to have chicken strips in it, but there were only two very small pieces. I told the manager, who tried to explain to me that it was five pieces. It's ridiculous beyond belief. The best part is, I waited 35 minutes for my food. Never again, at this Burger King branch.

I've never experienced anything like this before. A very long wait...tables were dirty and not wiped down...burger wasn't hot...I don't recommend this Burger King.

You drive to the drive-thru (on purpose, since we had dogs with us) and when you start ordering, you're told that with such a large order (3 meals plus 2 extras), you should please order at the restaurant at the terminal, as the drive-thru is only for people who have to work 😳 We often go to Burger King on the way home, but I've never heard such a stupid comment!!! That was probably the last time we visited this restaurant.

I ordered a Whooper Meal using vouchers. I noticed they don't offer two Whoopers like they did two years ago. Okay, I ordered this new Whooper Wrap for a whopping additional €8. The total bill was €16.98. The meal arrived, and I noticed that the fries and the Whooper had gotten noticeably smaller. And the wrap was about 10x10cm. I used to be full for €10.99 (a two Whooper meal), and now I'm still hungry. That's outrageous. I'd rather spend a little more and go to a good restaurant, not something like that. I've never paid so much for this garbage, and they make the portions even smaller. They should go bankrupt, it's simply outrageous! Don't go there.

I was just there, and the employee or manager in the black shirt clearly needs to work on his social skills. He gives rude answers, and it also seemed as if the other employees were afraid of him. He shouldn't be working in a place where he has contact with people.

Ate here for the first time. The Coke was only available in 0.4 liters in a paper cup. The onion rings were hot and very tasty. Unfortunately, both Whopper Jr. burgers were lukewarm, and the fries were completely unpalatable because they had no salt and were soggy. So, I can't recommend this restaurant. The store was supposed to be open until midnight. At 11:45 p.m., we went to the drive-thru window; no one was there, and no response. After waiting a bit, we drove to the window; no one was there, and no one responded to our knocking. I understand why the restaurant area closes early, but I usually expect at least drive-thru service until the official closing time.

I treated myself to a meal with a chicken burger and a cheeseburger, and paid almost nine euros for it. At that price, I expect a warm and fresh meal that I can enjoy. Instead, I was disappointed. While I was waiting, I heard an employee tell me to take the old cheeseburger and remove the pickles. When I bit into it, the burger was cold and the bun was hard, as if it had been sitting there for a while. That really annoyed me. There were hardly any customers there, so I don't understand why they don't just make fresh burgers. As a guest, you feel unwelcome, but rather fobbed off. This isn't the first time something like this has happened to me, and unfortunately, this was also the last. Even when it's freshly prepared, the bread is often not warm, or the burgers are often quite cold. You can tell by the cheese not melting or the bread being raw. I don't understand it.

Worst Burger King in years, tables and floor not clean - toilet just acceptable

The food was often very tasty and good. Service was slow for 25 minutes and sometimes things were missing from the tablet so we had to go and get it but the food was warm and the fries were medium warm.

Opening times are often different than described on Google... You should adjust them. Rather, check whether the store is visited on Google maps. You can rely on it more.

Next time I'd rather stay at home. never again. I have no idea why they're still open. Wrong order 3 times, no German at the checkout, 0 communication, leftover food on all seats and tables... Better drive by maccis

Unfortunately it takes too long just one employee at the checkout to order + given the amount of people on a Friday you would have to have two to at least three employees. If you come there on Friday afternoon you unfortunately don't want to wait half an hour for food. The only thing I didn't like and I really can't recommend it is these BACKLAVA STYLE CHURROS. I didn't find it tasty at all and couldn't eat it. I imagined it differently. Then the incomprehensible muttering of the person behind the counter, the café only in a paper cup, an ambience like the elephant house at the Berlin Zoo (cost-optimized and easy to clean). My fiancée is highly allergic to it. If vegan mayo is no longer available, then don't offer it. When driving through, card payments are almost never possible.
