I love visiting this place from time to time, I love its food and atmosphere

The service is good and usually very quick. The burgers are always nice and hot and not squashed. However, the branch could be cleaner, the staff rarely wipe the tables or chairs. 2025 Lately the opening times have not been right, some are closed until midday. Many of the standard products are also not always available.

Burger King, but you should count your order here because there seem to be very hungry employees here.

This BurgerKing is no longer what it used to be. In the drive-in you no longer receive a proper greeting, only “Hello” or “Moin” are said. Despite the grill order, the orders are packaged incorrectly and are also delivered lukewarm. The fries taste musty, as if they were from the day before. The drinks (without ice) were only filled up to the calibration mark/filling mark after the staff had been made aware of this. It's a shame in general, it wasn't like that a few years ago.

Opening times will not be observed without notice. Sometimes it closed earlier, for an hour or more. Sometimes he's not open yet, even though there are opening times posted on the door. Disaster.

We had ordered 2 menus and 2 individual citizens to take away and felt like half of them were missing: - There is only one patty in each of the two double Whoppers - the fries are without salt and not even cooked through - Deliberately ordered Cola with ice but received it without ice - Ordered churros with cinnamon and sugar, received without cinnamon and sugar So: Thanks for nothing! A Burger King... Nothing special in terms of ambience and service. The fries were only lukewarm and the burger bun was quite firm... Unfortunately that wasn't the case here for the first time. But Sunday afternoon there weren't that many options.

Something is actually forgotten every time. I have to go back every time to get what I forgot. Whenever I order vegan mayo, I get fries sauce. There's sweetener in there. My fiancée is highly allergic to it. If vegan mayo is no longer available, then don't offer it. When driving through, card payments are almost never possible. The information comes after you have already driven completely in. And: TO MY GOD DAMN *BACON* KING And every other burger with bacon has... 2 bacon on it... On the others ok. But on the BACON KING only 2 bacon?????? It was basically a citizen with beef, gravy and a mu bacon........

Walked into an almost empty Burger King at 11:50 a.m. and selected two menus at the terminal. At 11:56 a.m. we paid by card at the terminal. And then waited 20 minutes for food. The employees here didn't invent work. It has nothing to do with “fast food” anymore. The system has nothing there either. The cola had been on the tray for 15 minutes, the burgers had been on there for several minutes and there were no fries in sight. Which meant that everything was only lukewarm. After years, I had an appetite for Burger King again. But as an older person, I can't handle these digital ordering terminals. When I tried to order at the counter, I was refused. I went home without having accomplished anything and made myself a sandwich. Burger King won't see me again. It's probably only for young people. Very unfortunate

As I walked around in the scorching heat of the day, the thought occurred to me to visit the nearest Burger King branch to get a refreshing milkshake to cool myself down. I ordered a chocolate shake. When I looked into the cup, I politely asked the employee if it wasn't vanilla, as I couldn't see any chocolate. She said: "Nah, it's chocolate, it only looks like that from above. Trust me, brother" (I may not have reproduced it 100% verbatim, but whatever) I trusted her and went my way. And what can I say... THAT WASN'T CHOCOLATE. THAT WAS COMPLETE VANILLA. WHAT SHOULD I DO WITH VANILLA?? I'M COMPLETELY FREAKING OUT. Therefore unfortunately only 4 stars!

It's really sad when you're no longer able to order at the checkout as an older person in Germany. Two people are standing behind the cash register looking bored. An absolute NO-GO. Will be avoiding Burger King soon. And the Whopper was no longer freshly grilled as it used to be, and definitely not as the advertising shows.

The order was placed via Lieferando and the money was debited. Food never came. We called after two hours and were only accepted after the third meal. The answers were pure dismissal. There was no help and no food was delivered.

I have no idea how a fast food restaurant can work so slowly. You could take a nap while waiting for the food as the staff processed the orders slowly. Even for the classics you have to accept a disproportionate waiting time. So if you are very hungry you should avoid the restaurant because you can get your food quicker everywhere else.

The food hasn't changed much at Burger King, but when I wanted to eat there again five days ago after a very long break, I was on the verge of giving the food back. The burgers have shrunk incredibly, as have the portions of fries!! I got very measly portions for a price over 30% higher than my last visit. The smaller portions are not stated anywhere, this is intentional misleading! I will never eat there again. Getting such small portions for the exorbitant price is better everywhere.

The soap dispenser in the toilet was empty and the tables hadn't been wiped down. Otherwise it was fine.
