I eat there regularly and everything goes quite quickly and efficiently, I have never had any serious problems with ordering, and one of the employees, an older lady, is the best and handles everything best :)

Long ahh 20 min wait just for hamburger and cola

You ordered for in-house and received the goods to take away. Several things were missing from the order, but when asked, the employees acted rather hesitantly. All in all once and never again.

It belongs closed for me. Employees are understaffed and don't know what they're doing. Wrong food or wrong drink. And worst of all, charged the wrong price. Food is almost always cold, even when you give the food back the employees often don't know what to do. Man has to tell you everything. Ambiance very dirty and very old everything. Many seats and tables are broken. Better go to another store.

Food was okay... Since it was a very warm day I thought it would be cooler inside. But it was even warmer inside than outside. It's really not nice to save money on air conditioning. The tables outside were dirty. Staff was weird. Somehow not unfriendly but somehow unpleasant.

From the outside the store looked pretty good, but that was about it in terms of positive aspects. The waiting time was incredibly long. The order was put together incorrectly and carelessly. Extra requests regarding toppings on the burgers were completely ignored. A burger was completely forgotten, as was a sauce. The order was to eat in the restaurant, but everything was thrown into a bag. When we were told that we had ordered it to eat on site, we received a completely dirty tray. My hand was full of ketchup and the employee made no attempt to give me a napkin when I asked. Accordingly, I cannot recommend it.

This was our third time here and every time the tables were dirty. This time everyone was still full of trays and paper. So we talked to the staff about it. After us, other customers complained and nothing happened. The drop-off points were also completely overcrowded. It was 10 p.m. and the staff was standing around. Unfortunately, pretty much the worst branch I've ever been to.

If you want to be in a bad mood, go eat at this Bürger King. The employees sleep standing while preparing the order. You wait forever for your order. The people there are too overwhelmed and they hardly speak any German. So I definitely won't be entering this store again

As I walked around in the scorching heat of the day, the thought occurred to me to visit the nearest Burger King branch to get a refreshing milkshake to cool myself down. I ordered a chocolate shake. When I looked into the cup, I politely asked the employee if it wasn't vanilla, as I couldn't see any chocolate. She said: "Nah, it's chocolate, it only looks like that from above. Trust me, brother" (I may not have reproduced it 100% verbatim, but whatever) I trusted her and went my way. And what can I say... THAT WASN'T CHOCOLATE. THAT WAS COMPLETE VANILLA. WHAT SHOULD I DO WITH VANILLA?? I'M COMPLETELY FREAKING OUT. Therefore unfortunately only 4 stars!

We had to wait 45 minutes for our burgers, which we got cold. The staff was extremely overwhelmed. 3 people worked together on an order and fresh warm burgers were denied

Drive in doesn't work. I went in. Nobody comes to the counter. An unmotivated woman messes around with the deep fryer. I speak to her. She said in broken German: "We don't have any employees. Someone is coming soon." I'm out again. The point of fast food is that it's quick.

It's ridiculous that the CocaCola Freestyle machine isn't freely accessible. The point of Freestyle is that you mix the flavors yourself, and not someone who doesn't speak a language trying to do something... you have to come up with something, or delete the location in the Freestyle app.

I asked the employee at the checkout if he could scan my coupon on his cell phone at the checkout because it's clearly faster than at the terminal. The employee cheekily replied no, it's only possible at the terminal. Then he turned around and I told him he was lying. He had called me over and I was supposed to repeat what I had said and nicely repeated it again. And he insults me as disabled in front of at least 10 customers!! Conclusion: very good service, definitely not recommended. This juice shop.

It's really sad when you're no longer able to order at the checkout as an older person in Germany. Two people are standing behind the cash register looking bored. An absolute NO-GO. Will be avoiding Burger King soon. And the Whopper was no longer freshly grilled as it used to be, and definitely not as the advertising shows.

The order was placed via Lieferando and the money was debited. Food never came. We called after two hours and were only accepted after the third meal. The answers were pure dismissal. There was no help and no food was delivered.

I have no idea how a fast food restaurant can work so slowly. You could take a nap while waiting for the food as the staff processed the orders slowly. Even for the classics you have to accept a disproportionate waiting time. So if you are very hungry you should avoid the restaurant because you can get your food quicker everywhere else.

Now only good for coffee. When there is a lot of activity, tables are often not cleaned. Fries are usually only lukewarm and burgers are carelessly put together. Employees tried very hard. FRIENDLY CAN BE DIFFERENT.

Doesn't seem clean. I had to wait until the coupon expired (15 minutes) to place the order. Why do the coupons expire after such a short time?!? Nobody spoke to me either, so I had to order from the machine. It feels like not everything is working. You don't need it again.

The food hasn't changed much at Burger King, but when I wanted to eat there again five days ago after a very long break, I was on the verge of giving the food back. The burgers have shrunk incredibly, as have the portions of fries!! I got very measly portions for a price over 30% higher than my last visit. The smaller portions are not stated anywhere, this is intentional misleading! I will never eat there again. Getting such small portions for the exorbitant price is better everywhere.

The soap dispenser in the toilet was empty and the tables hadn't been wiped down. Otherwise it was fine.

The food was as you would expect from BK. The service wasn't that good for my taste. I had the impression that people didn't want to worry about the order in the restaurant. The tray storage containers were overflowing throughout the store. The store was only half full and there were probably 3 employees behind the counter. The floor on the upper floor was extremely sticky. I have the impression that this place hasn't been cleaned for a while. The fact that the toilets are on the upper floor is also not well thought out, which is why I can only give the ambience 2 stars with a lot of room for improvement.

Since we were on vacation in Bremen, I just wanted a coffee on a public holiday and BK was the only one in the area. Opening time from 9 a.m., unlocking at 5 p.m. Ordered 3 large hot drinks, only 2 employees buzzed at the terminal - sorry, that was my first and last visit to BK and I doubt whether those were 3 large cups. Very disappointing to have wasted €12.

The food doesn't taste good at all, the burger buns are hard and dry, the fries are totally over salted, if you order a coke without ice you still don't get it. The whole place smells of klorex. It's not possible to have a comfortable meal

I would love to give everything a star. Worst Burger King!! The veggie nuggets are raw every time. Burgers are cold and on average you wait 30 minutes for your food. Only go there in an absolute emergency

It's fine in and of itself, but unfortunately there are complaints about the taste of the products. It's hard to say why, maybe it's the cheese or the sauce, but I'm not quite sure, personally I find the taste very special and wouldn't recommend the meat citizens, but what is recommended, the veggie nuggets are high praise.

In the fries I ordered there was a fly that was grilled. I complained and then wanted to eat something else. I was told that I could only get fries as a replacement. I actually didn't want that because the fries had to get oil off of it too. Then I ate it.

11 p.m. Fridays. The first plain cheeseburger was cold. Unfortunately, the cheeseburger after the complaint was also only remotely warm. OK. Don't feel like complaining again. In this respect, never Burger King again.

Completely loveless preparation. The cheese was bitterly cold and the burger patty was lukewarm. Overall inedible. I also have to confirm that I had very sticky/squeaky shoes after using the toilet.

Bestellt (zum Liefern), lange nach Bestätigung: plötzlich: Lieferung storniert (ohne Begründung/Benachrichtigung), im Voraus mit PayPal gezahlt, nicht möglich das Haus zu verlassen bei diesem Wetter mit frisch operierten Bein, keine Möglichkeit irgend jemanden zu erreichen (egal auf welchem Kanal), ist nicht das erste Mal, dass sowas passiert hier

Was soll ich sagen, hab einen Salat bestellt mit zusätzlich einem chickenpatty und onienrings. Was habe ich bekommen ? Richtig keine Tomaten (die sind immer kostenlos dabei) und Bacon. Danke burgerking.

Wirklich gruselig schlecht. Das Essen hat Ewigkeiten gedauert, war dann kalt und die Mitarbeiter allesamt unfreundlich.

Nachdem wir über ein Jahr auf jegliche Art von Fastfood verzichtet haben, sollte es dieses Mal wieder Burger King sein. Wir hatten uns jeweils ein Menü bestellt. Die Bedienung war freundlich, jedoch war es nicht möglich für die Cola einen Deckel zu bekommen. Also haben war den Rest stehen lassen. Die Burger waren, genauso wie die Pommes, fast kalt. Es war Mittagszeit, es waren genau zwei Kunden vor uns dran. Ich hatte einfach keine Lust mich zu beschweren, normalerweise hätte das Essen zurück gehen müssen. Wir haben dann lauwarm bis kalt gegessen. Allerdings wird uns dieser Laden nicht wieder sehen. Traurig, das die sich nicht etwas mehr Mühe geben, wenn es voll gewesen wäre, hätte ich vielleicht Verständnis gehabt. So kann man sich auch die Kunden vergraulen.
