McDonald's Restaurant in Bremen

Is there a method to not packing things that you've ordered and paid for? Does the franchisee have to cut costs to patch up leaks? You only notice it when you get home, and of course, the process of complaining is too far. This experience limits my enjoyment of eating there. I'd rather have a kebab, where you get value for your money!

Unfortunately, the entrance to the McDrive already smelled of old grease. The result was a stomachache after eating the food at home. It's been better.

The lady (African origin) screams at women if she doesn't understand it, you drive forward, she really shouts something like that, she canceled immediately. McDonald's was definitely better. The gentleman who brought us food was definitely very friendly and couldn't be compared with the African lady, but it's a shame because of her so few points

You rarely get what you order. When you drive through the drive, it's better to check your order. There is also a shift leader who does not announce the special actions. The colleague asks what this is and the shift manager says: just say we don't have any more. That's what you spend your money on. Antisocial.

Small update: Unfortunately nothing happened there. Waited 1.5 hours for the food to be delivered and no one was reached for 30 minutes. First of all I had to wait forever until I could pay. Then I had to wait forever until my order was prepared. I had to wait half an hour just to pay and receive my order. Customers who came after me were processed beforehand. In addition, the sauces were forgotten. Very annoying.

Absolutely not recommended! Orders are canceled because there are no drivers available to deliver them! Stay away from this restaurant! Lieferando was supposed to inform me about the cancellation, but that didn't happen! Nobody can be reached at Lieferando and emails are not replied to! I won't see my money again 😡

This branch is a disaster. Cold fries, cold hamburgers and “lovingly” slapped together. No served packed etc. Via app. Ordering in this branch is also a risky trip, otherwise it works in all other stores.

i ordered and payed online for my food and after 2 hours called them asking where my order was they said it was on the way then half an hour later they called saying that they do not have my order. at the end i had to cancel my order. this is the second time this has happened they are very irresponsible i do not recommend ordering.

Ordered food there via Lieferando, it's strange in advance that sometimes you can order there and sometimes you can't, but so be it. In any case, it took 2 hours for the food to arrive and only after we called there, the contact person there was not very helpful and tried to reassure us with the words “I think your order is on the way”. This review refers exclusively to the drive-in service. Order acceptance has improved, but unfortunately the other points remain. The output is quick, but the food is often only lukewarm; It shouldn't be hot, that's clear, but it shouldn't be almost cold either. You get ice cream before the main courses, which is annoying when you have to wait for your Mc-whatever and all you get is milk sauce in a softening paper cup. This really works better.

Totally bad service! We ordered online and paid via Paypal and we also received the order confirmation. The employees on site are totally overwhelmed and say nothing is going on and the order hasn't been paid. They've never seen such a bad mces. We made a special trip because there is no delivery in our area and then our order is deducted (the money) and we still don't get our order. Never this store again.

Food was as usual, but the service was not good at all. I asked Freundlich for a straw because I have a drinking disability. I have trouble drinking out of these cardboard lids, so I wanted a straw. We were at this McDonald's in the drive at 5 p.m., ordered and paid for everything until then. We were allowed to wait in line for 20 minutes, which didn't bother us, but of course it did bother the customers behind us. We took our order and checked it straight away and immediately noticed that 2 burgers were missing... My wife then went in with the bags to make things right, of course. When my wife asked the staff about it, they cheekily claimed that the missing burgers had to be in the bag and that we should have taken them out. Seriously for 3€ (worth the 2 burgers) it's not worth that kind of effort to me. But the behavior of the staff is incredibly disgusting!!! The discussion about whether the burgers were missing or not only stopped after we asked the staff to look through our car... This was followed by a laugh with the honest staff in “the kitchen”, which urgently needed to be cleaned properly. Even other customers behind us were stunned by this manner and I can only say it again: disgusting!! I expect a statement from the manager, please someone who you can talk to in sensible and, above all, understandable language.

I have often had to argue with staff because criticism was not accepted and incorrect orders were dismissed as “bad luck”. The store is dirty and the employees are the definition of unfriendly. Even if it is “just” a mini-job or you work as a temporary worker, you should do it sensibly. Otherwise you have lost nothing in terms of service!

These were not included in the packaging. So out of the drive, into the parking lot and in to get the sauces. There I was treated so below the belt that words fail me. I should prove that there are no sauces in the bags. I would be a stupid German person looking to get free sauces. PLEASE..... after asking again to give me the sauces I had paid for, they slammed them into a bag, which was then slammed in front of my nose. This branch has become the last. We have been eating here for more than 20 years. But that was the last visit here...

They also wanted to assign someone else's order to us first... Conclusion: The food is delicious and is delivered hot, but the way to get your food is a proverbially long wrong path... Today I ordered a Big Tasty without bacon and when I opened it there was still bacon on it. They can't speak reasonable German and are a bit unfriendly to their customers. I actually give the food 0 out of 5 stars because it's not appetizing considering the order wasn't executed correctly. It's really bad if you can't manage to get a customer's order right, because you could have an allergy to certain foods and McDonald's could be sued as a result. Rarely experienced something so cheeky!!! You order two breakfast menus and two lattes to be consumed on site. Waiting time 11 minutes (long but reasonable), but the two lattes were only lukewarm. Since we were in a hurry, we kindly pointed out to the staff that maybe next time they should make the lattes last so that they are hot. MC Donald's at Rabenfeld has recently started competing with Deutsche Bahn!!! Delay = standard. My wife was there at lunchtime 2 days ago = 20 min wait. Today the Mc-Menue was missing a drink. How can it be that when an order consists of 4 items, 2 items (Cola and fries) are not packed. Ordered dinner today at 7:36 p.m. with table service. We waited 19 minutes, it wasn't too crowded. My burger was lukewarm, fries were undercooked and weak, the 6 nuggets were probably put through the deep fryer a second time, lukewarm and a very thick dark crust, the 20 nuggets were hot and fresh. It was also very dirty... it doesn't work anymore, it was better 30 years ago. Then prefer McDonald's Wulsdorf....

The friendliness of the staff at 0:30 is a joke. Pre-ordered via McDonald’s app and then waited 20 minutes on site after the order code was given. The burgers (3 had been changed; one without onion, the other without bacon and the third with extra onion), were cold and some of the meat was far dry. The Sprite only tastes half-life like Sprite... last but not least, the employee arrived and almost threw the two bags into the car, not friendly and not careful. €27.27 for the garbage can because it's hardly edible. French fries and curly fries were soggy and just as cold. Next time, if ever, we'll go to the McDonald's at SanderCenter. The staff should be trained damn well and quickly. And if any of it comes close to food poisoning, the lawyers will be happy. No more here for now!

I always give ambience a neutral rating because I only use McDrive. One burger was great because it had to be made fresh, but the rest was unfortunately cold and very dry, so never this McDonald again.
