Very long waiting time in the drive in, very very motivated employees so no words......

I wanted to order online at 12:15 and delivery was possible, namely 80-100 minutes estimated time... less than 10 minutes later when the shopping cart was ready and the order wanted to be placed, delivery was not possible again. So you can't even manage to maintain the delivery option for 10 minutes. You don't even have time to finish your shopping cart in time...

This review refers exclusively to the drive-in service. Order acceptance has improved, but unfortunately the other points remain. The output is quick, but the food is often only lukewarm; It shouldn't be hot, that's clear, but it shouldn't be almost cold either. You get ice cream before the main courses, which is annoying when you have to wait for your Mc-whatever and all you get is milk sauce in a softening paper cup. This really works better.

Relatively clean McDonald's, service is quick and nothing was forgotten when ordering, although I got meat nuggets instead of veggies. That just doesn't work at all. Unfortunately, I only noticed it when I got home, which is doubly annoying

Totally bad service! We ordered online and paid via Paypal and we also received the order confirmation. The employees on site are totally overwhelmed and say nothing is going on and the order hasn't been paid. They've never seen such a bad mces. We made a special trip because there is no delivery in our area and then our order is deducted (the money) and we still don't get our order. Never this store again.

Today I got another fish mec and two hamburgers, everything was cold, that was the third time now, the place was a mess 👎🤮

The staff was unfriendly, the food left a lot to be desired, for example the cheese from my grandson's cheeseburger was hard and the fries were old and soft. Some of the tables were not cleaned.

Everyone is very unfriendly and some of the citizens don't even get through and the waiting times are far too long for a fast restaurant. Sometimes you wait 20 minutes for a simple hamburger... absolute disaster

Waiting times are terrible, you can easily wait 10-15 minutes in the drive in a “fast-food restaurant”. Unfortunately, the employees seem completely overwhelmed. If necessary, the managing director should think about increasing the staff so that waiting times and thus customer satisfaction increase.

Food was as usual, but the service was not good at all. I asked Freundlich for a straw because I have a drinking disability. I have trouble drinking out of these cardboard lids, so I wanted a straw. This was not possible because the lady said “Only for milkshakes”. I then pointed out my disability to her, but unfortunately this was only laughed at. It's a shame, really.

Table numbers are not displayed so that you do not have to operate table service. The floor and tables were dirty and the staff was unfriendly. At least the food was hot.

The drive-in is usually full, but the fact that orders are taken and everyone behind you gets their food while those in front are still waiting is not right. If you're looking for completely overwhelmed, listless employees and only want to get half of the goods you paid for, then you've come to the right place. My complaint was completely ignored. I didn't expect to get a replacement after a few days on the next visit anyway, but a "sorry, sorry" would have been nice. Instead I was just left standing. Service is completely different!

You never get your food at the window and have to wait in the blazing sun. But otherwise the service has improved.

We were at this McDonald's in the drive at 5 p.m., ordered and paid for everything until then. We were allowed to wait in line for 20 minutes, which didn't bother us, but of course it did bother the customers behind us. We took our order and checked it straight away and immediately noticed that 2 burgers were missing... My wife then went in with the bags to make things right, of course. When my wife asked the staff about it, they cheekily claimed that the missing burgers had to be in the bag and that we should have taken them out. Seriously for 3€ (worth the 2 burgers) it's not worth that kind of effort to me. But the behavior of the staff is incredibly disgusting!!! The discussion about whether the burgers were missing or not only stopped after we asked the staff to look through our car... This was followed by a laugh with the honest staff in “the kitchen”, which urgently needed to be cleaned properly. Even other customers behind us were stunned by this manner and I can only say it again: disgusting!! I expect a statement from the manager, please someone who you can talk to in sensible and, above all, understandable language.

I have often had to argue with staff because criticism was not accepted and incorrect orders were dismissed as “bad luck”. The store is dirty and the employees are the definition of unfriendly. Even if it is “just” a mini-job or you work as a temporary worker, you should do it sensibly. Otherwise you have lost nothing in terms of service!

This branch can also close better. Nothing works there anymore. Today it happened to us again, so now a review. Ordered 2 menus and 20 nuggets. The sauces go well with it. These were not included in the packaging. So out of the drive, into the parking lot and in to get the sauces. There I was treated so below the belt that words fail me. I should prove that there are no sauces in the bags. I would be a stupid German person looking to get free sauces. PLEASE..... after asking again to give me the sauces I had paid for, they slammed them into a bag, which was then slammed in front of my nose. This branch has become the last. We have been eating here for more than 20 years. But that was the last visit here...

If you're thinking about working there, don't because they treat the employees very badly... This review is not directed at the delivery men, they are without exception friendly and nice. However, it has happened more than once in the store itself that the employees seem to be completely overwhelmed, you have to wait 45 minutes and you will probably be forgotten without asking. But with digitalization you have already paid. Ordering via Lieferando means that you have to accept longer waiting times. But if you wait for 2 hours, try to reach someone by phone several times, then a supposedly responsible person answers who you can hardly understand, who blames everything on a technical error, even though he has access to my order, then that is not credible , especially since I was refused written confirmation of non-receipt. Lieferando shows the order as delivered. Then in my opinion it is a suspected lie to cover up incompetence. How are you supposed to prove that as a customer? The fact that I could pick up the meal I paid for, which was suggested to me, is cheeky. Why do people order? Who knows whether the almost 30 euros will be paid back? The confirmation was refused for no reason. Lieferando and McDonald's were notified of the incident. That doesn't work at all. And if you wait patiently because it can take longer, you end up hanging on the phone without food, what was paid for, only to be treated like that after various attempts and with no possibility of ordering somewhere else because it's too late. That's not how it works. This is simply brazen and unfriendly and if the money is not returned it is a reason to take legal action. It's just sad how incompetently the branch is 'managed'. The food is as you would expect from McDonald's. The preparation is fresh and the food is served hot. What bothers me, however, is the time it takes to receive your order. Maybe the term “quick service restaurant” should be abolished....🤷🏻‍♀️ Unfortunately, the staff also seems visibly overwhelmed. While we were waiting, as always, at the drive-in counter, we observed how other customers complained about what they had ordered several times. They also wanted to assign someone else's order to us first... Conclusion: The food is delicious and is delivered hot, but the way to get your food is a proverbially long wrong path... Today I ordered a Big Tasty without bacon and when I opened it there was still bacon on it. They can't speak reasonable German and are a bit unfriendly to their customers. I actually give the food 0 out of 5 stars because it's not appetizing considering the order wasn't executed correctly. It's really bad if you can't manage to get a customer's order right, because you could have an allergy to certain foods and McDonald's could be sued as a result. In my opinion, McDonalds used to be better than it is today because they accept everyone, where I have the feeling that you don't have to apply properly once, but can work there from one day to the next.

Rarely experienced something so cheeky!!! You order two breakfast menus and two lattes to be consumed on site. Waiting time 11 minutes (long but reasonable), but the two lattes were only lukewarm. Since we were in a hurry, we kindly pointed out to the staff that maybe next time they should make the lattes last so that they are hot. The “shift manager” then also asked what was going on and claimed that she had seen that the staff had prepared the latte last. MC Donald's at Rabenfeld has recently started competing with Deutsche Bahn!!! Delay = standard. My wife was there at lunchtime 2 days ago = 20 min wait. For me, after a 12-hour hardcore shift at a Father's Day event, I just wanted to quickly grab a few burgers (2 chicken and 1 hamburger) at MC Drive around 1 a.m., a total of just under 30 minutes WAITING TIME, 2 cars were in front of me and no big orders either. . could see it when the employees had only brought one bag to each car because we were waiting for them. And there's no trace of friendliness on the part of the staff either. Why don't you change your name to DB Donalds???

We were just at the drive-in at MC-Donalds on Rabenfeld. For the second time in a row within 3 weeks the order was not complete! Apparently they're saving on the fries there now. Today the Mc-Menue was missing a drink. How can it be that when an order consists of 4 items, 2 items (Cola and fries) are not packed. The unfriendly waitress did this when asked (without apologizing and visibly annoyed)! Stupidity or intention?

Ordered dinner today at 7:36 p.m. with table service. We waited 19 minutes, it wasn't too crowded. My burger was lukewarm, fries were undercooked and weak, the 6 nuggets were probably put through the deep fryer a second time, lukewarm and a very thick dark crust, the 20 nuggets were hot and fresh. It was also very dirty... it doesn't work anymore, it was better 30 years ago. Then prefer McDonald's Wulsdorf....

You order a cold brew WITHOUT MILK... and what do you get? A cold brew with milk and caramel... Not the first time unfortunately...

The friendliness of the staff at 0:30 is a joke. Pre-ordered via McDonald’s app and then waited 20 minutes on site after the order code was given. The burgers (3 had been changed; one without onion, the other without bacon and the third with extra onion), were cold and some of the meat was far dry. The Sprite only tastes half-life like Sprite... last but not least, the employee arrived and almost threw the two bags into the car, not friendly and not careful. €27.27 for the garbage can because it's hardly edible. French fries and curly fries were soggy and just as cold. Next time, if ever, we'll go to the McDonald's at SanderCenter. The staff should be trained damn well and quickly. And if any of it comes close to food poisoning, the lawyers will be happy. No more here for now!

You order a burger and you get 2 rotten cheeseburgers and 1 rotten hamburger sadly. Therefore preferably 0 stars but you have to give a maximum of 1. You'll never see us in this store again. Then you get the message that I would try but I'm not allowed to because it's Ramadan.

Burgers that smell and taste rotten. And a service that sucks because no one understands you. AND a "boss" who doesn't even get involved in a confrontation with the customers to clarify something like that.

I always give ambience a neutral rating because I only use McDrive. One burger was great because it had to be made fresh, but the rest was unfortunately cold and very dry, so never this McDonald again. The staff was also very unfriendly and there was no straw with the drinks and then an order was completely forgotten. So-so - 3 out of 5 stars. I was there three times, sometimes it was better and sometimes it was worse. Overall, the food was unfortunately never really good. Good in the sense of: Sauces on the burgers were poorly distributed, burgers fell apart completely, fries were bad, the taste was often not good (maybe old fat was used? Somehow it was strange/different from what I'm used to). Service was good overall, even though it was busier. Once I was even offered an extra bag because they saw that I was there on my bike (very attentive). Then again, a burger worth €5 was forgotten to pack. This is of course super annoying and it shouldn't happen. It is therefore important to check directly on site whether everything has been packed.

That's really no longer true, ordered over an hour ago and there's still nothing there, let alone the order being confirmed. Mc Donalds should really consider whether the delivery service via Lieferando still makes sense or you should stop using the delivery service completely. This isn't the first time today that something like this has happened. You can't call because no one answers, I've tried that before because they forgot my child's Happy Meal, so it no longer has anything to do with service . That was the last time today!

Unfortunately, you can hardly speak of fast food here, we stood in MC Drive with 6 cars in front of us for over 40 minutes and even stood in front of the ordering counter for almost 10 minutes. Of course something can happen, but every time I drive past it I see something similar with lines of cars stretching out to the street. After the long wait you would at least expect that everything would work out but unfortunately two burgers and the toys for my grandson were missing. It simply wouldn't have been necessary to get my two grandchildren out of the car and go to the store with them to get the missing burgers and toys. Please check the order before you bring it to the car.

January 21, 2024 Were there today. My son is autistic and likes this food. We ordered McChiken Menu and 20 McNuggets from McDrive. At home discovered that McChiken's sandwich was missing. I drove back and asked for bread. The employees told me it had already been half an hour. After I asked if you thought I had eaten the sandwich and would now like to get another one for free, you said yes. A very humiliating experience. The restaurant and the staff really suck.

Unfriendly and especially the burgers don't taste at all compared to other mecces branches.

Wir haben uns da gerade was geholt,die Pommes kalt der Royalkäse ohne Käse und kalt ,bei dem Big mäc war so gut wie keine Soße drauf !Nie wieder, das Personal ist mega unorgarnisiert!

Coupon Doppel Klassiker (Royal Käse )nach Wahl, eigentlich ganz einfach. Zuhause ausgepackt und gesehen, dass die Burger beide ohne Käse waren. Der Name " Royal Käse" bekam eine neue Bedeutung. In Aumund hat es noch nie geklappt. Falsche Artikel herausgegeben oder Essen kalt usw. Und ich esse öfters bei McDonalds, da ich im Außendienst bin. Aber Aumumd ist für mich die schlechteste Filiale in Deutschland die ich kenne. In der kurzen Zeit an dem Tag, kamen zwei Kunden mit falscher Bestellungen wieder rein. Personal völlig überfordert, obwohl gar nicht so viel los war. Abholbeleg 221 vom 31.12 für eure Nachkontrolle!

Es gab Brötchen mit Fleischfrikadellen und Gemüse, dazu frittierte Kartoffelstreifen. Dies alles abgeschmeckt mit Sauce und Mayonnaise. Als i-Tüpfelchen ein Schuss coke aus dem Eichenfass. Sehr lecker.

Es werden immer weniger Sachen eingepackt wie Mann bestellt es nervt jedesmal zu kontrollieren

Mit Abstand die schlechteste McD Filiale Bremens! Kein Fastfood, sondern Slowfood! Man muss ständig warten, seltenst sind die Bestellung komplett in den Tüten, ein wahres Ärgernis! Burger King ich komme!

Gestern (21.12.) war es sehr gut. Alles sehr frisch und der MC Rib war super und richtig heiß. Dies ist meine Zweite Bewertung ( 1 Jahr später) : Auch heute ist wieder alles Top ( 7.12. 23:00) sehr heiß und nettes Personal.

Es war einmal: mcDonald's ist einfach gut. In der Zwischenzeit, entwickelt sich dieses Unternehmen, zu einem reinen Desaster. Mein heutiger Besuch zeigt klar auf, dass die einstige Qualität, nicht mehr vorhanden ist. Angefangen bei ausgefallenen Geräten, das Personal war nur bedingt in der Lage Barzahlung entgegenzunehmen, bis hin, das zur Bestellung die Produkte fehlten. Auch das was ich bestellt habe war nicht lieferbar. Dieses grenzt schon fast an Betrug. Ich habe meinen Unmut darüber geäußert, dort wurde mir jedoch nur gesagt dass Aktionen bis gestern gelaufen sind. Wobei sich dann die Frage stellt, warum sind diese im Bestellwesen noch vorhanden sind? Bei mir fehlten: - Das Cola Glas - Die Pommes - Frischetücher (MC Rib) Also man muss hier wirklich alles kontrollieren, was einem nicht davor schützt das Dinge nicht ausgegeben werden. In der Bebilderung kann man sehen, wie groß die Differenzen tatsächlich sind.

Stabiles Essen, Burger waren noch warm und die Mitarbeitende nett.

Hier wurde meiner Meinung nach kontinuierlich daran gearbeitet, über Jahre hinweg, sich dem großen Konkurrenten anzunähern, der ein paar Meter entfernt eine Filiale hat. Dieses ist nun gelungen. Das dritte Mal in Folge die McDrive Bestellung unvollständig, dazu die Sonderwünsche nicht in Gänze berücksichtigt. Dazu kommt, dass der "Vorarbeiter", oder der sich als solches fühlt, lautstark mit seinen Kollegen umgeht - Respektvoller Umgang sieht auf jeden Fall anders aus. Ich hoffe, dass sich dies in naher Zukunft wieder ins positive wendet.

Als jemand, der gelegentlich das McDonald's am Rabenfeld in Bremen besucht, kann ich sagen, dass die Qualität des Essens konstant gut ist. Die Speisen sind schmackhaft und die Vielfalt an Angeboten ist ansprechend, was einen angenehmen Besuch verspricht. Die Frische und der Geschmack der Produkte entsprechen in der Regel den Erwartungen. Leider muss ich auch betonen, dass die Hygienesituation in den Toiletten eine ernsthafte Enttäuschung darstellt. Es fehlt an grundlegenden Hygieneartikeln wie Seife, und die Abwesenheit von Möglichkeiten, sich die Hände abzutrocknen, ist wirklich inakzeptabel. Der defekte Föhn und das Fehlen von Handtüchern machen das Erlebnis noch unangenehmer. Ein weiterer Kritikpunkt betrifft das Verhalten einiger Mitarbeiter. Bedauerlicherweise habe ich festgestellt, dass viele von ihnen unfreundlich wirken und nicht besonders hilfsbereit oder zuvorkommend sind. Eine positive und einladende Atmosphäre ist für ein gutes Kundenerlebnis unerlässlich, und die Unfreundlichkeit einiger Angestellter trägt definitiv nicht dazu bei. Trotzdem halte ich fest, dass das Essen bei McDonald's am Rabenfeld in Bremen stets schmackhaft ist und die Auswahl zufriedenstellend. Allerdings müssen dringende Verbesserungen in Bezug auf die Sauberkeit der Toiletten und das Auftreten des Personals vorgenommen werden, um ein angenehmeres Gesamterlebnis zu gewährleisten. Aus diesen Gründen vergebe ich nur drei Sterne.

Gemütliches Restaurant und schneller Service .

Fast food ist was anderes. Wir über 30 Minuten gewartet und erst auf Nachfrage, wo das Essen bleibt, kam heraus dass unser Bestellbon nicht bearbeitet sondern weggeschmissen wurde. Wir hatten unseren Bestellbeleg zum Glück behalten und dann abgegeben und dann auch eine unvollständige "Lieferung" bekommen....
