Great, I'm always happy to come back. Everything was good and the food was fresh and my fries were hot.

Everything OK. Even toilets were clean!

Food was cold and the entrance was so slippery that you could slip there

Crisis ordered a mcfraple, got Schocko milkshake, went in to exchange it and told mcfrappe 5 times that he made me vanilla milkshake 😭??? I still don't have a mcfrappe so you have to manage to get the order wrong twice

No matter what you order, it is ALWAYS wrong or missing something. You can't do that well with an apple turnover or a shake.

Incredible! I thought the McDonalds at the train station would have been a low point in terms of service and quality. No! Here in the Vahr they manage to surpass everything. Tables are sticky, employees don't understand German and are extremely unfriendly, even the fries weren't really fried but just thawed. Staff don't work in a coordinated manner, everyone runs around like headless chickens. Toilets dirty. To protect yourself and your family, this branch should be closed IMMEDIATELY.

The waiting time always gets longer, no matter during peak time on Sunday evening or normal time. It looks like everyone is very busy but with chaos. The information on the screen is not reliable at all. According to my understanding of McD, there are defined preparation times and KPIs. The employees in the store press the button for ready for collection and then the preparation begins! The order is issued but with missing items happens from time to time. You really have to unpack it again after picking it up and check it again! Not sure if we're really out of luck or not, it's hard, the toy we chose for the Happy Meal is usually not available. What was annoying was that you didn't get any notice and you just got the Happy Meal without a gift. A question as to whether an alternative would be better than not! Sometimes you can get a cold burger too. So compare to other McD stores, it's a disaster here. The second star is only because it's called McDonald's and the food is still ok according to McDonald's standards.

Disaster: McPlant Burger and McPlant Nuggets ordered, it turns out: both meat, also confirmed by the staff. You can think what you want about it, but that MUST not happen. Was my last time here.

Things are constantly being forgotten

That upsets me every time. The employees are of no use, something from my order is always missing and I have to wait forever. CATASTROPHIC!!!

Pure incompetence. Order ready to be picked up, watched for 10 minutes as the order was prepared. So far the employees have not made a single order correctly.

The employees hardly spoke any German and they kept forgetting the wet towels for the McRib. A shame!

After 20 minutes I went to the checkout in McDrive. Nobody speaks to you at the checkout. You stand and wait until you actively speak to an employee. The older lady at the counter has no sense of service at all and responds stroppy to a question about whether you can pick up the food directly here. Just get in line at the mcdrive again. McDonald's should react quickly. People who order at the checkout are rudely urged to go to the machine.

This McDonald's has never disappointed us. The food is always hot, the fries are salty and we never had to wait long. In our presence we have always met committed and friendly employees. Always happy to come here :)

Unfortunately it takes far too long.

Chaotic conditions are the order of the day here. Supplements are often forgotten in McDrive or the very limited knowledge of German by some employees leads to misunderstandings. In addition, nobody manages to change the poster outside before 9:30 a.m., so you can only check the available dishes in the app... Update 2024: Things have gotten better. The shop is now reasonably organized and the food is ok too. In addition, according to a former employee, hygiene suffered massively due to bullying. With a little research the article is easy to find. I don't know if a link is allowed here, so it's better to search for it yourself. ;-)

The place is okay, the parking lot is large enough that there are places even in the face of heavy traffic. And the food is like in every McDonald's ;)

They have never managed to issue an order correctly. Something is always missing. Half an hour ago I had a colleague pick up food and instead of the large side dish as stated in the order, the drinks were only 0.25 liters instead of 0.5 liters. Not even that works.

Cleanliness was an absolute disaster, including the toilets etc.! The floor is sticky, the tables are dirty and the air…….. Never again

Und wieder einmal habe Ich mich von den Kindern übereden lassen diese Filiale in der Vahr in Bremen aufzusuchen. Am 1.Schalter sitzt ein völlig gelangweilter Junger Mann wie im Wohnzimmer mit den Füssen auf dem Tisch und fragte mich ob Ich hörprobleme habe !? Er habe so laut sprechen müssen und das nervt Ihn schließlich. Am 2.Schalter rief mir eine Junge Frau im Ton wie auf einem Kasernenhof zu das Ich sofort weiterfahren soll. Warten da. Ich verspreche nie wieder diese Filiale zu besuchen.

There seems to have been a lot of staff changes a while back. Since then, the entire team seems to be overwhelmed when there are more than five orders in the system. Burgers get mixed up or fries get cold before the order is complete. When guests then complain, chaos breaks out because the new things that need to be done don't appear in the system and everyone in the team reacts completely confused. The peak was reached recently when there were ten orders outstanding and three complaints. It was a helpless hustle and bustle with many helpless but mostly inactive employees. After 30 (in words: THIRTY) minutes with no prospect of food soon, I just wanted my money back! The mood among the rest of those waiting wasn't any better. When I asked for the shift manager, I was only smiled at - no one behind the counter seemed to understand what I was saying! This is irresponsible towards the guests AND the employees, because both sides are left hanging by lousy management! I had to ask for the shift manager four times with increasing volume until one of the employees identified themselves as such. This person was within earshot the entire time, but had obviously chosen to ignore me the first three times. I really don't enjoy escalating things. But I didn't know what else to do in this situation. And I wasn't hungry anymore. Therefore conclusion: Never again!

Waited almost 20 minutes for 4 burgers (2 x Doube Cheeseburger and 2 x McRib). After about 5 minutes, the display shows that the order is ready for pickup. In fact, they haven't even started packaging burgers yet. 10 minutes later I asked the young waitress in a friendly manner and received the following answer "The display is broken, I already said that." When I asked her who, she turned around and went into the kitchen. More customers now complained about the long waiting times and the unfriendliness of the employee. But these customers were also simply dismissed with the words “we have a lot to do”. I received my burgers after waiting 20 minutes. As it turned out later (at home), two of the burgers were also wrong. Instead of double cheeseburgers, just simple cheeseburgers. My conclusion: The staff there is completely overwhelmed and at least partially out of place. Kitchen: crap Service: crap

Unfortunately, they are becoming increasingly unfriendly and make you wait a long time. When you asked for compensation, they just cheekily said no. The quality also drops.

Call yourself a slow food restaurant! For a menu for €8.99 in the drive thru, I was supposed to drive in front of everyone so that the statistics were correct and I had to wait 15 minutes. Yesterday when I pulled up for 5.99€ 2 cheeseburgers, fries and cola and there was no one behind me it was the same game. When I asked why I should drive up, they said that they weren't allowed to do otherwise and two people even had time to answer. Once inside, the order is clicked “ready for pickup” after about 1 minute and you wait 20-40 minutes. But you can see a lot of Cameleons sneaking behind the counter, not knowing where anything is. Since the ownership changed it seems to be all about numbers, the employees are not properly trained and have learned standard sentences by heart. Very, very sad development within the last 3 years! You only had to drive up if you ordered more than 4 menus so that those behind you came quickly from the farm with standard products. Here you are overwhelmed with a menu.

Everyone has to know what to eat Service is catastrophic, every bakery I go to is quicker and tastier. They weren't even able to collect the money, let alone process the process in any way, so I left again Ambiance, newly designed McDonalds.

20 minutes waiting time for 2 cheeseburgers and 2 chicken burgers then when I asked why it was taking so long I was insulted and they took my money out of the cash register and threw it on the floor and I was insulted by the employee, a rude little brat... oru.sppuuuuu

Ordered an iced caramel latte costing 4.19€. It took them 15 mins to inform me that the machine was broken. I asked them to return my money and they managed to pay me back only 4.18€. One cent is not too much money, but it just shows how much they value their customers for mistake of their own. They were hardly apologetic for the mistake of their own.

The food is like any other McD. However, it repeatedly takes an incredibly long time for the food to be ready. This is independent of the drive thru or if you order in a restaurant. What's irritating in the restaurant is that the display immediately says that the food is ready for pickup. However, it never is. The service time is probably evaluated better than it actually is... I would like to see simple processes with an ordering counter back 😅

Just McDonald's. Nothing special, a standard restaurant. The parking lot is designed quite awkwardly because you have to drive in circles twice to get in and out of the parking space. And it is very small and narrow.

I can only recommend this restaurant, we have been there as a family several times on Sundays and have always received friendly and quick service. Even beyond what they were supposed to offer customers. We will definitely go back there again and again!!!!!!!!!!!!

For me, as well as for two other customers who had just ordered their food, pickup was signaled on the display at the same time, even though they hadn't even started preparing it. So you stood useless in front of the pickup counter for 5-10 minutes 🫤

I ate there today and yesterday and the fries were slightly warm, sticky and strangely soft. Burgers are also kept warm forever. Toilet like in all McDonnalds... we in the zoo, even the train station toilet smells better. It was the last time I was here. Really bad shop, especially for the coal you as a customer have to expect a decent product.

I'm there about once a week. At lunchtime there are sometimes very long waiting times because there are only two cash registers. The cleanliness also leaves something to be desired. Nice service and standard quality of food. Addendum: There have been dozens of bad reviews for years and instead of getting better, it's getting worse. One or two people can still go (waiting time approx. 15-20 minutes outside of peak times), but beyond that it becomes difficult (approx. 45 minutes outside of peak times). Do not put together exotic menus outside of the standards from individual components (otherwise 60+ minutes outside of peak times). It's best to use whatever coupon is in the app anyway, without any changes. Cash payment and reusable cup return approx. 15 minutes additional waiting time. McDrive significantly faster. It's best to come by car straight away. Thank me later.

This McDonald's is partly a disaster. The floor is often unclean. The toilets are often not very pleasant either. We often had things missing from our orders. Be sure to always check. Waiting times are often very long... Regarding the food: The quality of the food on site is generally good. But there is definitely room for improvement.

I don't understand why this location is still open and busy!! I would love to write something positive, I like to write good reviews, BUT: The Bigmac has worse fillings than a simple hamburger. Hardly any sauce, the salad is to be found. And the fries, have they even seen the inside of the deep fryer? I don't believe! Hamburger Royal TS, here the T stands for tomato and the S for lettuce, doesn't it? Again, where was the salad? Extremely disappointed!!! I've lived here for 40 years, so I've always known the shop, it's NEVER been as bad as it is now!!! Rating 3 years ago: I used to love coming here, but for some time now the burgers have been slammed in your face... It's a shame... Do you only have people in this store who don't really feel like working?? Sorry, but it has to be said...

es gibt in bremen 2 saugute mc donald's filialen. eine ist in habenhausen und die andere ist hier in der vahr. einziges manko : fast food ist hier nicht super fast ... wenn die damit etwas schneller werden würden, könnte man diese filiale als die beste in bremen nennen.

Schlechter Service unfreundliche Mitarbeiter die Hälfte der Bestellung fehlt oder ist komplett falsch spricht man sie Drauf an wird man noch angepöbelt

Der wirklich schlechteste MC Donalds in dem ich je war. Es fehlt jedes Mal etwas bei der Bestellung und Freundlichkeit wird hier klein geschrieben. Durch Sauberkeit sticht der Laden auch nicht hervor.

Musst nix bestellen, kriegst immer Überraschungsmenü. Extra krass crispy made by kulurelle Überberreicherung . Es gibt einen kleinen Spielplatz für die kleinen Alis.
