Here only 2 of 3 items (!!!) were packed. Instead there was almost a kilo of napkins, but of course I wouldn't assume that someone didn't want to make fresh fries.

Und wieder einmal habe Ich mich von den Kindern übereden lassen diese Filiale in der Vahr in Bremen aufzusuchen. Am 1.Schalter sitzt ein völlig gelangweilter Junger Mann wie im Wohnzimmer mit den Füssen auf dem Tisch und fragte mich ob Ich hörprobleme habe !? Er habe so laut sprechen müssen und das nervt Ihn schließlich. Am 2.Schalter rief mir eine Junge Frau im Ton wie auf einem Kasernenhof zu das Ich sofort weiterfahren soll. Warten da. Ich verspreche nie wieder diese Filiale zu besuchen.

There seems to have been a lot of staff changes a while back. Since then, the entire team seems to be overwhelmed when there are more than five orders in the system. Burgers get mixed up or fries get cold before the order is complete. When guests then complain, chaos breaks out because the new things that need to be done don't appear in the system and everyone in the team reacts completely confused. The peak was reached recently when there were ten orders outstanding and three complaints. It was a helpless hustle and bustle with many helpless but mostly inactive employees. After 30 (in words: THIRTY) minutes with no prospect of food soon, I just wanted my money back! The mood among the rest of those waiting wasn't any better. When I asked for the shift manager, I was only smiled at - no one behind the counter seemed to understand what I was saying! This is irresponsible towards the guests AND the employees, because both sides are left hanging by lousy management! I had to ask for the shift manager four times with increasing volume until one of the employees identified themselves as such. This person was within earshot the entire time, but had obviously chosen to ignore me the first three times. I really don't enjoy escalating things. But I didn't know what else to do in this situation. And I wasn't hungry anymore. Therefore conclusion: Never again!

Waited almost 20 minutes for 4 burgers (2 x Doube Cheeseburger and 2 x McRib). After about 5 minutes, the display shows that the order is ready for pickup. In fact, they haven't even started packaging burgers yet. 10 minutes later I asked the young waitress in a friendly manner and received the following answer "The display is broken, I already said that." When I asked her who, she turned around and went into the kitchen. More customers now complained about the long waiting times and the unfriendliness of the employee. But these customers were also simply dismissed with the words “we have a lot to do”. I received my burgers after waiting 20 minutes. As it turned out later (at home), two of the burgers were also wrong. Instead of double cheeseburgers, just simple cheeseburgers. My conclusion: The staff there is completely overwhelmed and at least partially out of place. Kitchen: crap Service: crap

Unfortunately, they are becoming increasingly unfriendly and make you wait a long time. When you asked for compensation, they just cheekily said no. The quality also drops.

Call yourself a slow food restaurant! For a menu for €8.99 in the drive thru, I was supposed to drive in front of everyone so that the statistics were correct and I had to wait 15 minutes. Yesterday when I pulled up for 5.99€ 2 cheeseburgers, fries and cola and there was no one behind me it was the same game. When I asked why I should drive up, they said that they weren't allowed to do otherwise and two people even had time to answer. Once inside, the order is clicked “ready for pickup” after about 1 minute and you wait 20-40 minutes. But you can see a lot of Cameleons sneaking behind the counter, not knowing where anything is. Since the ownership changed it seems to be all about numbers, the employees are not properly trained and have learned standard sentences by heart. Very, very sad development within the last 3 years! You only had to drive up if you ordered more than 4 menus so that those behind you came quickly from the farm with standard products. Here you are overwhelmed with a menu.

Everyone has to know what to eat Service is catastrophic, every bakery I go to is quicker and tastier. They weren't even able to collect the money, let alone process the process in any way, so I left again Ambiance, newly designed McDonalds.

20 minutes waiting time for 2 cheeseburgers and 2 chicken burgers then when I asked why it was taking so long I was insulted and they took my money out of the cash register and threw it on the floor and I was insulted by the employee, a rude little brat... oru.sppuuuuu

Ordered an iced caramel latte costing 4.19€. It took them 15 mins to inform me that the machine was broken. I asked them to return my money and they managed to pay me back only 4.18€. One cent is not too much money, but it just shows how much they value their customers for mistake of their own. They were hardly apologetic for the mistake of their own.

The food is like any other McD. However, it repeatedly takes an incredibly long time for the food to be ready. This is independent of the drive thru or if you order in a restaurant. What's irritating in the restaurant is that the display immediately says that the food is ready for pickup. However, it never is. The service time is probably evaluated better than it actually is... I would like to see simple processes with an ordering counter back 😅

Food and service don't deserve a star at all. Waiting times behind the Autodesk even though it wasn't crowded. Orders are brought to the car incomplete. Just McDonald's. Nothing special, a standard restaurant. The parking lot is designed quite awkwardly because you have to drive in circles twice to get in and out of the parking space. And it is very small and narrow.

I can only recommend this restaurant, we have been there as a family several times on Sundays and have always received friendly and quick service. Even beyond what they were supposed to offer customers. We will definitely go back there again and again!!!!!!!!!!!!

Inconvenient that I have to order everything through a machine.

For me, as well as for two other customers who had just ordered their food, pickup was signaled on the display at the same time, even though they hadn't even started preparing it. So you stood useless in front of the pickup counter for 5-10 minutes 🫤

Delivery via Lieferando worked, but that was it. Royal TS cold and dry like cardboard! The cheeseburger as well and the fries cold too, of course! 🤢 Everything is inedible and money wasted! 😮‍💨

I ate there today and yesterday and the fries were slightly warm, sticky and strangely soft. Burgers are also kept warm forever. Toilet like in all McDonnalds... we in the zoo, even the train station toilet smells better. It was the last time I was here. Really bad shop, especially for the coal you as a customer have to expect a decent product.

One or two people can still go (waiting time approx. 15-20 minutes outside of peak times), but beyond that it becomes difficult (approx. 45 minutes outside of peak times). Do not put together exotic menus outside of the standards from individual components (otherwise 60+ minutes outside of peak times). It's best to use whatever coupon is in the app anyway, without any changes. Cash payment and reusable cup return approx. 15 minutes additional waiting time. McDrive significantly faster. It's best to come by car straight away. Thank me later.

This McDonald's is partly a disaster. The floor is often unclean. The toilets are often not very pleasant either. We often had things missing from our orders. Be sure to always check. Waiting times are often very long... Regarding the food: The quality of the food on site is generally good. But there is definitely room for improvement.

I don't understand why this location is still open and busy!! I would love to write something positive, I like to write good reviews, BUT: The Bigmac has worse fillings than a simple hamburger. Hardly any sauce, the salad is to be found. And the fries, have they even seen the inside of the deep fryer? I don't believe! Hamburger Royal TS, here the T stands for tomato and the S for lettuce, doesn't it? Again, where was the salad? Extremely disappointed!!! I've lived here for 40 years, so I've always known the shop, it's NEVER been as bad as it is now!!! Rating 3 years ago: I used to love coming here, but for some time now the burgers have been slammed in your face... It's a shame... Do you only have people in this store who don't really feel like working?? Sorry, but it has to be said...

es gibt in bremen 2 saugute mc donald's filialen. eine ist in habenhausen und die andere ist hier in der vahr. einziges manko : fast food ist hier nicht super fast ... wenn die damit etwas schneller werden würden, könnte man diese filiale als die beste in bremen nennen.

Schlechter Service unfreundliche Mitarbeiter die Hälfte der Bestellung fehlt oder ist komplett falsch spricht man sie Drauf an wird man noch angepöbelt

Der wirklich schlechteste MC Donalds in dem ich je war. Es fehlt jedes Mal etwas bei der Bestellung und Freundlichkeit wird hier klein geschrieben. Durch Sauberkeit sticht der Laden auch nicht hervor.

Über die App bestellt, Tischservice gewählt, essen bezahlt. Leider nix erhalten, auf Nachfrage hieß es Tischservice gibt es hier nicht. Kleiner Tipp: Wenn dem wirklich so ist, die Aufkleber auf den Tischen einfach entfernen...

Musst nix bestellen, kriegst immer Überraschungsmenü. Extra krass crispy made by kulurelle Überberreicherung . Es gibt einen kleinen Spielplatz für die kleinen Alis.

Bestellung war nicht vollständig. 1 Burger hat gefehlt (Wert von mehr als 4€ Einzelpreis)! Was zu Hause erst aufgefallen ist. Naturlich sollte man prüfen aber wenn man was bestellt sollte man es auch bekommen!Sonst während der Wartezeit haben wir uns hingesetzt und es war dreckig.

Ich war heute mit meine Familie dort, das essen hat sehr gut Geschmackt und unsere Bestellung war sehr schnell fertig! Die mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und der Schichtleiter sehr nett und freundlich Wir kommen immer wieder gerne!

War mir meiner Enkelin (4 Jahre alt) dort, hatte am Automaten Happy Meal und 2 Burger bestellt, bezahlt und bin dann zum Tisch gegangen. Nach 25 Minuten bin ich dann zur Kasse gegangen und gefragt was denn mit meiner Bestellung los ist. Die Bedienung hatten meine Bestellung vergessen. Ich musste dann meiner Quittung bei der Bedienung lassen und habe dann nochmals 12 Minuten auf das Essen gewartet. Als Entschuldigung hatte uns die Bedienung dann 2 Muffins und noch ein Kinderbuch geschenkt.

Menue war frisch und ok, sehr gute Öffnungszeiten!

McDonald's ist es wie überall. Es ist nur ziemlich dreckig drinnen gewesen, hatte ich den Eindruck.

Meine Erfahrungen bei MC Donalds sind eher alle gleichbleibend.... Nicht sonderlich gut aber auch nicht wirklich schlecht. Der Klassiker Cheeseburger war wie erwartet und mein Kaffee Getränk (iced Coffee Caramel) war ein Becher voll mit geschlagener Sahne, Caramel, einen grossen Eiswürfel aber OHNE Kaffee. Ob das so musste oder ob das ein Fehler war, kann ich nicht einschätzen... Toilette grenzwertig in punkto Sauberkeit. Die Leute benehmen sich einfach unmöglich. Ansonsten ist die Filiale gut besucht, es kommt zu Wartezeiten, diese sind aber in Ordnung.

Die Wartezeit war in Ordnung. Der Umgang des Schichtleiters vor Kunden war unter aller Kanone. Er hat ihn laut und unfreundlich zur Schnecke gemacht. Auch die Höflichkeit des Schichtleiters gegenüber Kunden lässt zu wünschen übrig. Ist leider der letzte Mc Donals Mc Drive, ansonsten würde ich wechseln.

Ich komme sehr gern hierher.Es ist eine angenehme Atmosphäre und das Personal ist nett und zuvorkommend:-)

Seit Jahren bin ich burgerkunde bei diesem MC Donalds und wurde nie enttäuscht das Essen der Hammer klar mc Donalds ist mc Donalds aber irgendwie gefällt mir dieser super Sauber ist es ich muss sagen bei Bürger King katastrofe es stinkt immer so aber bei diesem mc Donalds nie Service ist total lieb.. Und total hilfsbereit falls meine kinder mal was umkippen dann wird mir eine neue Cola gebracht ohne was dafür zu bezahlen man sagte mir dann nur das sind kinder geht aufs haus... Vielen dank dafür und eine treue burgerkundin bleibe ich so oder.. So...

Richtig heißes Essen, das hatten wir schon lange nicht mehr bei McDonalds. Es war viel los aber das Personal freundlich und schnell. Gerne wieder :)

**Nachtrag** Als ich gestern Abend im mcdrive mit meiner Partnerin angekommen bin, hat sich erstmal niemand am Schalter für 3-5 min gemeldet. Als es dann soweit war, stand dort bereits eine Kundin vor mir, die ich zitiere die angebliche Managerin: „das System auseinander genommen hat, mit ihrer Bestellung.“ Was mir niemand zuvor über den Schalter mitgeteilt hat. Ich war also mitten in einer Schlange geparkt ohne Ausweg. Nach 30 Minuten warten im mcdrive, bekam ich endlich meine Bestellung und als ich darauf aufmerksam machen wollte kam die bereits erwähnte Managerin auf mich zu ohne überhaupt meine Sicht der Dinge zu kennen auf mich zu, mit den Worten „es gibt nichts umsonst! Es ist ja nicht unsere Schuld!“ es war ein absolut schlechter Kundenservice und ein extrem unhöflicher Umgangston, dem es an Professionalität fehlte. Als ich dann darauf aufmerksam machte das dies kein vernünftiger Umgang ist wurde mir noch extrem frech gesagt das ich nichts zu melden habe. Ein sehr schlecht geführtes Lokal, das auf keinen Fall solche Mitarbeiter beschäftigen sollte! Und ganz klar nicht im Stande ist, die Verantwortung zu übernehmen und die Kundenzufriedenheit zu gewährleisten. Außerdem haben die keine Verpackung für vegetarisch/vegane Artikel. Wenn man sich vegane Nuggets bestellt, bekommt man die gewöhnliche Verpackung was für Verwirrung sorgt. ** Nach einem Telefongespräch mit dem Management wurde gemeinsam eine Lösung erarbeitet mit der ich zufrieden bin deshalb korrigierte ich die Bewertung von 1 auf 3.

Es gibt kein Eis,keinen Milchsheik angeblich ausverkauft... Früher wars besser das Essen war frisch hat auch geschmeckt ,aber jetzt reine Katastrophe..die Bestellungen sind unvollständig , telefonisch nicht erreichbar

Und wieder fehlte was. Diesmal 6er Nuggets. 4,99€ zuviel bezahlt. Ans Telefon geht auch keiner. Die Qualität des Essens hat auch nachgelassen. Hamburger und Chickenburger sind zerdrückt und die Soße nicht richtig verteilt. Und das bei den überhöhten Preisen. Ich fahre dort erstmal nicht mehr hin.

Es ist einfach sehr schade wenn die Mitarbeiter nicht in der Lage sind eine Änderung der Bestellung vorzunehmen obwohl noch nichts zusammengestellt wurde. Dies wäre lt MA nicht möglich. Darüber hinaus hat dieser MA nur die Hälfte vom Bestellten eingepackt....

Essen war wie es bei Mcs zu erwarten war ganz gut, meinen McFlurry haben sie vergessen, aber der Fehler war sehr schnell korrigiert. Die Atmosphäre bekommt nur einen Stern, weil alle voll mit Müll war und es ziemlich gestunken hat.

Widerlich........20 Chicken MC Nuggets geholt. Zuhause dann 19 weggeworfen und 1 ausgkotzt........die sind so ekelhaft vom Geschmack.......Fleisch ist gräulig von der Farbe her.........die spielen mit unserer Gesundheit und niemand geht ans Telefon. Wird Zeit für den nächsten Bericht bei Buten und Binnen und dann soll der Veterinäramt den Laden endgültig schließen bevor jemand richtig krank wird. K O T Z

Alle Tische die frei waren sind leider dreckig gewesen. Als ich auf meine Bestellung wartete, erscheinte meine Nummer werder auf dem Bildschirm, noch wurde sie gerufen. Als ich es als merkwürdig befand ging ich nach vorne zur Theke und dort stand meine Bestellung schon halb kalt. Echt schade. Wenn man an der Kasse noch bezahlen musste, wurde man ziemlich lange ignoriert bis mal jemand kam. Das Personal ist ziemlich überlastet und gestresst gewesen.
