I wanted to have a burger again, but that was my last visit to McDonald's. Soggy fries, a soggy bun, a tasteless patty. Unfriendly staff, loud. I guess I've gotten used to better by now.

I have rarely seen such dirty toilets, even though a cleaning person was sitting outside the door.

I went to McDonald's again after a long time. What I saw there left me speechless. A store manager, completely overwhelmed, was yelling across the entire store about how she didn't care that people wanted to pay at the register. She had no staff. 🙃 How sad that the place was so filthy, yet everything was working perfectly. I'm starting to wonder where the health department is for hygiene reasons.

Today, January 17, 2026, from about 4-7 pm. The guys were terrible!! Very slow, inattentive, chatting and laughing the whole time instead of concentrating! I waited at the checkout for 25 minutes!! I absolutely cannot recommend these guys as employees. They don't work. They are very unreliable.

My son Justin called and was very upset and afraid of the staff because they told him to report the number. That's not right!

The delivery service failed again, as food items were missing! The staff was unfriendly and overwhelmed...please DO NOT order from them.

A complete disaster. This McDonald's is an absolute catastrophe. The place looks like it hasn't been cleaned in days – tables are sticky, the floor is greasy, and the trash cans are overflowing. The food is cold, carelessly thrown together, and tastes like it's already been through a shift. The fries are soggy, the burgers are squashed, and the wait is outrageous. The staff seems completely overwhelmed or simply indifferent. Overall, the visit feels more like a punishment than a fast-food experience. Never again.

The McDonald's itself and its employees are fine, but the problem is the employee who cleans the restrooms. She complains so loudly that the children don't want to pay to use them. This happened when we were there last Sunday, and another family noticed it too. This kind of thing doesn't reflect well on the McDonald's restaurant in general. Perhaps they should make customers aware that if they've eaten in the restaurant, they don't have to pay to use the restrooms. That would prevent misunderstandings.

We would especially like to commend the employee who served us on December 28, 2025, around 1:30 pm (small, bespectacled, and completely friendly). It's been a long time since we've encountered such a nice saleswoman. As we were leaving, she even called after us to ask if we wanted a bag for our leftover burgers. Thumbs up!

Table service is not available, even though the app asks if you would like to be served at your table. Promotional items, such as the Big Mac Christmas ornaments, are almost always sold out by the afternoon. I was there recently, and a couple at the next table had their phone so loud that it was almost impossible to understand them. When I asked them to turn it down, they insulted me. I complained to the staff. The employee didn't understand what I wanted. In the meantime, the problem had resolved itself! Food is sometimes not hot enough. Ordering takes forever! Food is very expensive, even with a voucher! A large meal costs at least €15. For that price, you could have a proper meal at a restaurant. Some staff members are very unfriendly! Tables are sometimes not properly clean, and there aren't enough chairs because customers sometimes just move them around. Very cramped! Display is only visible at the cash register. Orders are called out, but you can't hear them if you're sitting on the side.

This place is an absolute disgrace. No staff member is capable of communicating with you when you have questions or notice problems. Yesterday, my order consisted of four tomato slices, bacon, and way too much lettuce alongside the burger, stale, soggy fries, and a wrap that was only half-cooked and folded. This is unacceptable, especially when you pay €23 for such a poor order! When I tried to clarify these issues and get a proper meal, I was rudely told to wait. After asking several times, I finally managed to find an employee who spoke German well enough to help me. The bench in the front row seemed to have been ripped out. In short: The rudeness, insolence, and desperation are beyond belief! Incredibly unprofessional behavior and a team characterized by sheer incompetence. I would have gladly paid my customers to eat at my restaurant for service like this. I would have paid my customers to eat at my restaurant instead. The management doesn't seem to care how badly this place is actually doing... Simply disrespectful!!!

The food was prepared and served in a very unappetizing manner. The staff seemed overwhelmed by the task of rectifying these deficiencies. Only after repeated requests was the order finally served in full. Furthermore, the seating area on the first floor was missing a complete bench.

Terrible experience at McDonald’s – very disappointing I travel every Friday for work and have visited McDonald’s in many different countries, but this location is honestly one of the worst I’ve ever been to. Everything was dirty – the tables, the floor, even the counter. I ordered food to eat in, but the staff just put everything in a takeaway bag, even mixing my order with those of other customers. The drink was served without ice, and the employees were shouting at each other across the restaurant. This is truly a disgrace to the McDonald’s name.

Fast food is quickly digested, but unfortunately it's also quickly digested, leaving you hungry again even faster. So only eat it if you're planning to eat something really substantial next time.

Hello, I don't know if it's just this place or all of them, but they stopped offering regular vanilla ice cream with topping. Now there are only some fake ones. Very disappointing for me. I really liked to get vanilla ice cream with strawberry topping when I was craving something sweet. I'm disappointed.

I've been to many McDonald's, but this one is absolutely terrible. The tables and floor were dirty. There were food scraps on the tables. The staff are lazy. Instead of cleaning up, they're always on their phones. And I should mention, it wasn't even busy!

Unfortunately, after ordering, we learned that our matcha was out of stock, which somewhat dampened our visit. The service seemed a bit disorganized, but the restaurant was clean and tidy. Overall, a decent visit, even if the drink selection wasn't available as planned.

We went to this McDonald's yesterday because my daughter wanted a milkshake. We also used the restroom. It was clean, okay. What was absolutely outrageous was that there was a plate there for customers to pay for using the restroom. The woman sitting there even yelled at my husband because he didn't want to pay. I then tried the milkshake and immediately noticed that it tasted sour. We went back to complain. We did get our money back without any problems after the employee tried it himself, but no apology or anything like that. My guess is that the machine hasn't been properly cleaned in a while. Milk doesn't go sour at those temperatures. Disgusting and not recommended!!!

The food was awful. The fries were fried like they were in stale oil, and the burger bun was so soft it was falling apart. There wasn't much room to sit down and eat.

The food is just like any other McDonald's. It's large and has two floors. The location is perfect.

I've never seen such a dirty place in my life, and that's a place where you can eat. Hygiene is a low priority here! Not to mention the cleanliness of the restrooms. The friendliness is also nonexistent; it's more like an annoyance. What a shame!

First, my order was incomplete and folded so tightly that everything fell out of the sandwich. Second, they have some kind of dysfunctional restroom system. You have to pay Grandma 50 cents, even if you're a customer. As if that weren't enough, Grandma tells customers that those cents are for her upkeep and that it's her salary. I've never encountered anything like that anywhere else in the world, and I've eaten in many countries.

This morning (11:00 a.m.), the restrooms were in extremely poor condition. The urinals were completely closed, and the toilets were filthy like rarely seen in a McDonald's in Germany. Under such circumstances, it would be better to keep the facilities closed until they have been cleaned. This in no way meets the standards expected here.

Extremely unfriendly staff, at the entrance to the toilet sits a woman with a strange accent and demands 0.5 cents from everyone for entering the toilet, although we had already paid for the order, I even witnessed this woman shouting at a man to give money for entry or get out. Dirty toilet, dirty hall, potatoes had an unpleasant aftertaste. I have already had the experience of visiting McDonald's in other countries and even in Panama the toilet was available without payment, in Germany this is the first time they demand money for it. I will never come back here again.

The part of the food which was fresh, was really good (fries and Coca obviously!). But the burger it self and the nuggets were not fresh at all! I'm sure that nuggets were fried for more them 1 hour before (the expiration time for nuggets is about 15-20 mins). Full of homeless people and they were disturbing the guests eating there and no one from staff was doing nothing about them.

There are motorway service stations and train station restrooms that are cleaner than this McDonald's. Dirt, trash, and sticky floors are everywhere. Finding a clean seat is difficult. Staff are bored and unmotivated. Young people sit at the outlets without ordering anything or eating, charging their smartphones and watching videos loudly. The employees don't care. The food is typical McDonald's. You know what you're getting. But it's more suitable for takeout than for eating in.

By far the worst McDonald's I've ever visited. The food and drinks weren't the problem—they were of the usual McDonald's quality, with no notable exceptions. What is absolutely unacceptable, however, are the restroom facilities: They charge a €0.50 fee to use the restroom, regardless of whether you're a paying customer. That alone would be questionable. But the conditions in the restrooms are the icing on the cake: dirty, partially damaged, doors that don't lock, and no soap. Once, never again.

My girlfriend and I ate a burger and wanted to wash our hands, but using the restroom costs €0.50. So we went downstairs to the pickup counter and politely asked for two refreshing wipes. The man looked at us strangely and said, expressionless, "No." As a result, our hands were sticky all day.

A unique design can be created for a historical site. People can make things easier by layering multiple designs. People often find it particularly difficult to place their own orders.

Disastrous, I placed my order at the machine, I went to pay at the register, and when I arrived, they increased the amount and asked, and the lady at the register was rude, they should control their employees. A specific product or discount was advertised – but when I paid, everything suddenly changed: The price was higher, the offer was supposedly "no longer valid" or was not honored for flimsy reasons. The staff there were unhelpful and rather annoyed when I asked questions. It felt like they were deliberately using bait and switch offers to lure people in and then rip them off. Absolutely unacceptable for a company of this size. I will spend my money elsewhere in the future. I've lost my trust.

I was there and the food tasted terrible, the fries tasted of old oil and the burger was cold just like the fries. I complained and the boss gave me a free meal, which was the same as what I ordered last time when it was so bad. This time it was even worse. The burger was completely cold like always. It was very dry, just like the fries and the vegetarian chicken nuggets. The meat on my burger was tough, just like the chicken nuggets. The barbecue sauce tasted extremely sour and as if you couldn't eat it anymore. The employee at the till was completely rude and had no understanding whatsoever. The Coke tasted old and had no carbonation. Overall it was just completely disgusting. The employee was talking to two friends next to us about his ecstasy stash. It was also impossible. You shouldn't do that at work. I remember McDonald's differently from back then, what it has become is simply catastrophic. I recommend you don't eat there. Go eat somewhere else instead. I won't go back here, never again.

When I went to McDonald's with my daughter today, a man came in with his two dogs, which was very unhygienic. Animals have no business being there. I complained to the employees, but they didn't do anything except nod their shoulders. Their behavior was unacceptable. It's beyond unhygienic to bring your dogs into a restaurant where children and adults are eating. I didn't feel comfortable, and my child also left immediately when she saw the large dogs in the restaurant. The behavior of the employees was beyond unacceptable.

The place is very busy, so there are always a lot of people. The premises are small, although it is 2-story. Because of this, it is always cramped, the atmosphere is oppressive. The furniture is worn out, old. On the 2nd floor, there is a paid toilet so close to the tables that it is unpleasant. I do not recommend it!

I actually like McDonald's, but firstly, I have no idea what the employees want from me, or I don't understand their pronunciation when I ask them something and they don't understand me either. Secondly, why is it so difficult to update a vending machine to see what's still available? Can't you just sort this out? It's an automated system anyway. If I'd known beforehand that you wouldn't have the items I ordered, I wouldn't have ordered from you. Please take care of your employees and your on-site stock, thank you. PS: Could the toilet attendant be nicer to people? If I'm already buying €50 worth of food from you, I don't have to put up with being yelled at because I don't want to pay 50 cents for the toilet.

Probably the most disgusting McDonald's in Bremen. The people in the kitchen blow their noses with their sleeves and then carry on frying the burgers. When you get to the cash register, the Turkish employee gives priority to people who speak Turkish, regardless of whether they're behind me in line... When I ask why I can't get through, they shrug their shoulders... What a place! I'd immediately go for the franchise, I'd be McDonald's holy cow.

McDonald's itself isn't much different from any other, even if it's becoming increasingly impersonal, which I find horrible. The other customers at McDonald's, however, offer a glimpse into the depths of humanity. Horrible. There's yelling, messing around. It's as if it's a competition to behave as badly as possible, and the employees do nothing about it.

I was at McDonald's in Bremen today and when I went to the upstairs toilet it was an absolute disaster. The floor looked like it hadn't been cleaned in MONTHS. There wasn't even soap to wash your hands and the toilets were an absolute shock. I really didn't expect something like that. And there was even a plate at the front for entry fee – even though we were customers! I don't know, guys, but think about it: If the toilets look like this, what do the kitchens look like? I'm not sure if it's hygienic to eat there.🤮🤮🤮

This is the worst McDonald's I've ever seen. Not only do they give you spoiled drinks such as a spoiled milkshake, but they are also quite unfriendly. One employee even admitted that something was wrong but they still continued to argue.

During my visit I was only allowed access to the toilet upon payment. A woman sat at the entrance and demanded money to use it. When I said I didn't have any cash, she started shouting loudly at me and continued demanding payment. I have always been of the opinion that the toilets in McDonald's branches are accessible to customers free of charge. This person's behavior was very inappropriate and it seems to me strongly negatively influenced.

The shabbiest McDonald's in all of Bremen, I would say. Sometimes I am very hungry after the night shift and McDonald's is centrally located, but unfortunately it is extremely dirty and the night staff are absolutely disgusting in their behavior. The food could be better.

It's a great spot in the center of Bremen, where you can have a coffee or something to eat if you're hungry. It's close to everywhere. Since I constantly produce content, McDonald's is a great choice for me.

Welcome to Germany. Just off the plane. Someone was complaining when we entered McDonald's. Item missing from our order. Asked and told to wait and would be 1 minute. 10 minutes later told to come here. Then given my complete order again.....including the missing item. I really could not be bothered to explain. Just very poor communication and lack of friendliness.

Regular McDonald's. Fries were very good. Not as many annoying tourists as on the Mecces motorway.

Okay, it was a day when Werder had a home game and there was a lot going on there, but the question here is why the staff isn't increased a little on days like this. While I was waiting for my food, another customer came and wanted to swap his burger. He ordered a Big Tasty and got a Crispy Chicken. For me it was the other way round, I ordered a Crispy Chicken and got a Big Tasty. Good thing we ordered our take-out order to eat outside. After the exchange I actually got the right burger, but the components were apparently thrown into the package one after the other from a distance of 10 meters. Otherwise I can't explain why the burger was in the package the way it was. In terms of taste, it was just McDonald's.
