McDonald's in Bremen

I was at McDonald's in Bremen today, and when I went to the restroom upstairs, it was an absolute disaster. The floor looked like it hadn't been cleaned in MONTHS. There wasn't even soap to wash your hands, and the restrooms were a complete shock. I really wasn't expecting anything like that. And there was even a little plate up front for the entrance fee—even though we were customers! I don't know, guys, but just think about it: If the restrooms look like that, what do you think the kitchens look like? I'm not sure it's hygienic to eat there.🤮🤮🤮

This is the worst McDonald's I've ever seen. Not only do they give you spoiled drinks such as a spoiled milkshake, but they are also quite unfriendly. One employee even admitted that something was wrong but they still continued to argue.

During my visit I was only allowed access to the toilet upon payment. A woman sat at the entrance and demanded money to use it. When I said I didn't have any cash, she started shouting loudly at me and continued demanding payment. I have always been of the opinion that the toilets in McDonald's branches are accessible to customers free of charge. It's a great spot in the center of Bremen, where you can have a coffee or something to eat if you're hungry. It's close to everywhere. Since I constantly produce content, McDonald's is a great choice for me.

Welcome to Germany. Just off the plane. Someone was complaining when we entered McDonald's. Item missing from our order. Asked and told to wait and would be 1 minute. 10 minutes later told to come here. Then given my complete order again.....including the missing item. I really could not be bothered to explain. Just very poor communication and lack of friendliness.

Regular McDonald's. Fries were very good. Not as many annoying tourists as on the Mecces motorway.

Today we went to MC Donald's at the cathedral for the first time and we were very pleasantly surprised. Had a plant based burger and a chilli cheese, which were super tasty and not as dry as in many other branches. We will definitely come back again, that's for sure.

Ordered there again for the first time in years and immediately regretted it. While I was still standing at the terminal to order, queues formed at the entrance and were d. Ordered from Lieferando. Delivered by MC Donalds Bremen Domsheide. As with almost every delivery, something was missing that was already told to the driver upon delivery. I will pay exactly ZERO euros for it and will not order any more. Nice mc donalds. We had breakfast there and it was nice that there was music that wasn't too loud. They were quick to process our order. There are plugs by the windows, so you can charge your phone or sit and work with computers.

When I checked, my suspicion that the filling quantity was too small was not confirmed, but the taste was, which only tasted "half" because the other half was air. Don't you think it could one day turn out to be a "boomerang" if you offer customers lower and lower quality, as is now the case for the current €3.99? My husband and I go here often and have otherwise been at peace. Until today.... So 1. There was almost nothing going on today and we still had to wait a long time for the food (everything was almost cold) because the service woman said she was always running back and forth and looking at the screen for 10 minutes look. When our order was finally ready and we got home there was a nasty surprise: the bags of fries were half empty and a burger was missing. What's more, I ordered mine without cucumber and it still had some on it. We paid about 4 euros for a burger, which we didn't get, and we also paid about 1 french fry for free because our bags of fries were half empty. I'm very angry and hope that something can be done, otherwise a complaint will be filed elsewhere...
