We waited 20 minutes for our food. There were no people there. When I asked what was wrong, she looked at it, and they hadn't even started the order, even though it was just 2 cheeseburgers and 1 chicken burger.

The bread just doesn't taste great (rather old and poorly baked). The salad is old (some brown spots) and the toppings are very poorly prepared. FC has really gone downhill! For these prices, you'd definitely expect better quality.

Waller Ring 2, Bremen, Germany According to the menu, my menu included dips. Food was packaged, when asked if the dips were included, the answer was yes. I then immediately opened the bag on site and all the dips were missing. Then I was told that my menu didn't include dips. I showed the menu and proved otherwise. So I had to argue with the employees about penny items. And that's why you risk a negative rating here? And why don't the employees know their own menu? The food was otherwise good, but this experience ruined everything. I'm not coming back.
