Disgusting. I ordered takeout. Ate it on the train three minutes later. Cold fries, cold, soggy nuggets, and a cold cheeseburger. That was a disgrace. They should be ashamed.

Horrible place! Do not even try to order. Inside and out smells like urine. Super small always crowded. it’s hard to eat inside. I waited 35 minutes for 6 chicken nuggets! Even the workers were fighting amongst themselves selves.. just go to Burger King, it’s across from Mcd inside the Hbf

The atmosphere was very authentic for Bremen Central Station. The food was delicious and fresh, just as ordered. The friendly staff member even ran after us because we forgot our chocolate cake. Very good service compared to before.

Worst experience so far. Burger was completely mushy due to too much sauce; Lettuce was missing and it was completely mashed. That's it. I don't go to Mc Schrott anymore.

Waited 25 minutes for 2 cheeseburgers in an empty McDonald's only to not be able to get them because my train was coming. Incredible juice shop there were 4 people in the kitchen, 2 were talking to each other, 1 was eating and 1 was completely overwhelmed doing everything else. No wonder nothing was going on. When I left the shop was already completely overcrowded and the manager calmly went through his checklist

Guys, fast food comes from the word fast-fast. Waiting 20 minutes for an order at MAC is a failure. Please change the staff or teach them to at least work normally. Ordering at a poppy shop shouldn't take any longer than ordering at a restaurant. You may miss your train because of the wait. And going out an hour in advance to grab a snack at Makka is complete nonsense.

After the renovation, it was significantly larger and more pleasant than before. Now you can also eat quite reasonably on site. However, the area to pick up the food is quite small and narrow. But at least significantly better than before, now also with order terminals.

The staff first gave us the wrong Mc Flurry and then swapped the plant nuggets for normal ones, which is definitely unfavorable in the context of a vegetarian lifestyle.

The cashier was extremely rude, I don't ask for a smile or anything, but she ignored my question, which I asked twice. This McDonald's doesn't offer a selection of toys, I can still understand that, but if you have an order for two Happy Meals you have the conscience to at least pack different toys, then why do I need two of the same thing?!? After 5 months of renovation, the McDonald's in Bremen Central Station is open again. New large kitchen. The dining room is slightly larger than before. Today I'm back at McDonald's at the main station for the first time since the renovation. It really turned out really beautiful. Unfortunately there are no more charging options, but the staff is very friendly. May it stay that way ☺️

It's a real shame how unhygienic and rude the employees at McDonald's at the main train station in Bremen are. Customers deserve to be served in a clean and respectful environment. Management should urgently intervene and ensure that these issues are resolved to regain customer trust.

Now that I see the other last few reviews, I also post my opinion. We had same experience last week with this employee late Thursday evening. First there was a line for about 10 min. Then at the desk, a matured female next to us wanted to ask something to a cashier, suddenly this insane guy stepped in and called her "Schwester, mal langsam". He didn't even know, was she was about. As we, 3 adults with 2 kids were ordering or meals, he had to check several times if he has everything packed up to take away. I mean it's a big task to put some fries, dinks and burgers together! For that reason we checked ourselves again before leaving. Of course, one menu was not in. We went back to ask for this menu. Well the receipt was correct but he just didn't made 2 but instead 1 menu. Then the issue started, we should go and line up again he directed us. I insisted. He was completely out of control and talked like mad. He would be the one, making the rules in this place. His co-workers were confused about him. I asked about his name, what he refused to give out. We finally gave up and we left. The kids were afraid. I didn't want to leave without a name of this lunatic and took a picture. For this he shouted at me, that he will report me at the police. Also contacted the office of this franchise business. Haven't heard back from them. I wrote to McDonald's Germany. They had forwarded my complaint. I haven't gotten a reply yet from the franchise owner. Not sure if they even care. I wanted to give them time to act, before I put a review. This guy doesn't belong into customer service business. He apparently is the shift supervisor. Well done HR! Smh.

Incredibly unfriendly employee! View the food is good! Today we were there to order citizens to take away. Before we set off, we checked everything on site within sight of the employees. We noticed that two citizens were missing. I went to the same employee (male, light-skinned, with a long orange beard, his hair was also orange/brown) and told him that. He immediately became loud and assumed that I had taken the citizens out beforehand and had hidden them. Even though I put all my items on the table. So he exposed me and made me out to be a liar. A McDonald's in a train station naturally attracts a lot of people. It's always very crowded and very busy there. Unfortunately, the premises do not allow many visitors to sit down. A few benches with tables inside and you sit with 3 tables outside in the station hall. So it's not exactly inviting here. However, the food is of the usual quality and the staff has always been friendly.

ABER DER BESTE IST IN BREMEN HAUPTBAHNHOF. So saftig......auch wenn er schon länger liegt,schmeckt er genauso gut wie gerade frisch gemacht,so wie heute . Großes Kompliment an die Station.....ihr habt mich als Stammkunden gewonnen. Ach der Umgangston unter dem Mitarbeitern ist freundschaftlich, Das ist für den Kunden auch sehr angenehm.

This is one of the worst McDonald's locations you can imagine. People don't speak German or English. And they are not able to serve 15 chicken nuggets. Every time I ask for it panic breaks out because they just can't figure out 9 plus 6 is 15. Terrible people!
