1. Waited in line at the drive-thru for 32 minutes!!! 2. Rudest staff ever!!! Doesn't understand German and doesn't know any of their own products!!! 3. The food is utter garbage (I worked at Burger King myself as a teenager). It had been sitting in the display case for at least 1.5 hours!!!! That they still sell this stuff is the height of insolence! Never again Burger King!!! You guys are just embarrassing! It's my fault for giving you chances again and again! You'll never see me again! During my visit, I was treated inappropriately and offensively by one of your employees. We wanted to order some food and asked if caramel sauce was available with the ice cream, but the answer was no. Not a big deal. However, when another customer asked, they were given caramel sauce. Absolutely unacceptable.

Fast food???? I waited 30 minutes.

An absolute disaster. We waited over 20 minutes for a small meal. The food sits on the shelf for over 15 minutes, getting cold and stale. Then it's taken out and sometimes thrown back on the shelf. This is no way to eat out. The tray trolleys are completely overflowing. The staff is totally overwhelmed. And this is despite the fact that it wasn't even particularly busy.

Order processing takes far too long. We waited over half an hour for an ice cream. Another disastrous experience. There were already massive problems with wait times a year ago – nothing has changed. Waiting over half an hour for an ice cream is a bad joke.

I went to the toilet after eating. If I had gone beforehand, I would have lost my appetite! The smell was simply disgusting!!!

Unfortunately, I had food poisoning for the second time after eating at this restaurant. A few hours later, I developed severe diarrhea and abdominal pain. This is absolutely unacceptable. The hygiene seems to be very poor, and the food quality is substandard. When something like this happens repeatedly, it's no longer a coincidence. The staff seemed indifferent, and overall, the place gives an unclean and unprofessional impression. I have completely lost trust and will definitely not eat here again. Not recommended at all!

I'd give zero stars if I could. After a long day, we just wanted to quickly grab a kids' meal for our children. We went to the drive-thru to order, and then an employee, when we were ordering the Junior Meal, said, "Screw kids." Seriously?! We left immediately and went to McDonald's. At least there's no rat scandal there. And after something like that, they certainly don't need to be labeled as child haters. Disgusting.

We were there last night, it was a complete rip-off. 45 euros for rubbish food. The burgers were cold, with no sauce, and tasted of nothing. I complained to the staff, and their answer was, "They can't do anything, they wouldn't do anything for the burgers." 😅 Simply ridiculous. I will never go to that place again.

I've been there a few times... the people who work there can soak your feet just by walking... even at the drive-thru, it took an hour, and then they couldn't even fit everything you ordered into the bag... if you ask, you get yelled at straight away... definitely the last time for me... What a shame ☹️

The worst Burger King in all of Bremen. Unfortunately, hardly anything has changed. I walked in at 1:45 after a long shift. Mind you, 15 minutes before closing time. At least 8 people were still sitting there eating, and the staff were happily chatting. I had just finished my order at the terminal and was about to pay when one of the employees said I wasn't allowed to order because it had been closing time for a long time. I tried to be nice and replied, "Oh, come on, it's only 10:50 and I just finished work after a long shift, don't leave me hanging." He brazenly said he didn't care and he wouldn't do anything else. By law, he can't refuse me my food just because they're too lazy to make something else because the store hadn't closed yet. If this happens again, there are other ways to resolve this officially, because the other employees didn't say anything, except for your one who was acting up because he didn't feel like working.

Ever since the option to choose reusable tableware became available, I've been trying to take advantage of it. This store drives me mad in this regard. Not only that, with at least two-thirds of my orders, they don't check that I've ordered a reusable cup, but when I complain, the drink is tipped from the paper cup into the reusable cup, the paper cup is thrown in the trash, or you get a new drink in a reusable cup, and the other one ends up in the trash. To get your deposit back, you have to wait until a cashier is available. Yesterday, after this procedure, my food was cold again, and my companion was almost finished with her meal. Apparently, the staff aren't trained in any way about why reusable packaging must be offered. But they probably don't want it either. This is also reflected in their grumpy behavior; no regrets are expressed. Oh, but I'm sorry, it's my fault for wanting what I ordered and paid for.

I can't rate the food or the ambiance. I stood at the drive-thru for 20 minutes today. After repeatedly honking and waiting, the employee finally asked over the loudspeaker what I wanted to order. I then asked him if it wouldn't be appropriate to apologize first. When he didn't seem to need to, I went somewhere else to eat without ordering. It's crazy how the service and friendliness in the restaurant industry have declined. The customer is no longer king.

...more of a case for the health department. Tables and floor littered with trash and filth, the restroom is actually cleaner than the restaurant, and employees who don't speak the local language hang around behind the counter.

A complete rip-off. You order for almost 40 euros and don't even get half of it. You try to reach someone by phone, but the answering machine only picks up. If you're ordering or at the location, whether at the drive-thru or at the cash register, check your order. You're just being ripped off and only get half of what you ordered. The food arrived cold, even though it was only 4 km away as the crow flies. NEVER AGAIN.

Burger King is sometimes good and sometimes bad. Today, my chicken nugget burger had dried-out, hard nuggets and brown lettuce. Very disappointed.

Great staff!! Even when they're busy on weekends (which is understandable), they always make an effort. They're friendly and helpful; if you find any incorrect information, they'll help and correct it for you!! More people, a great, clean store!!

The hamburgers were dry and lukewarm; the floor was sticky; we had to wipe the table with a cloth to remove any ketchup residue. We were used to something different. It's a shame.

A classic Burger King. A tidy store, orders are processed relatively quickly. Deposit cups are a problem. They're either forgotten when ordering, or you have trouble getting the deposit back from the cashier. Long opening hours on weekends are very convenient.

The food took 35 minutes. The staff were visibly overwhelmed. Then the food arrived, and the burgers were cold. A complaint was initially ignored. Only after a persistent request did someone come from the back and offer a terse apology. The new burger was also wrong. There was a clear lack of competent staff here today.

I had a long chicken burger. I expected it to be bigger. But it was okay!

Slow food is fine. But not in a fast-food restaurant. There were four employees on site where only one was working. I waited 45 minutes and was beyond annoyed. If I were working like that, I would have had to leave. I don't recommend this store unless you're bored and don't mind waiting long hours.

Unfortunately, there were several wasps in the restaurant, which disturbed our meal. Additionally, the burgers were quite dry and the nuggets were very hard. We didn't really enjoy the food here, but the service was very friendly.

Unfortunately, the food wasn't warm, but slightly warm. The tea I ordered was only hot water because they were out of tea. Unfortunately, it wasn't as nice.

The burgers were okay, but not great. The fries tasted awfully of old frying oil. Many tables weren't clean and had sticky residue from previous diners. The men's restroom had a really unpleasant smell. However, the employee serving food was friendly and helpful, which is why I gave it three stars.
