The worst Burger King I've ever been to. Had a Big King XXL the meat was black and the cheese was hard. Burger was cold and had probably been the same for a long time with the chocolate shake which was warm and the cup was already soaked and tasted like a frothed hand of warm cocoa. I definitely can't miss the Burgerking in Huchting.

Drive-In. Drei Autos vor mir. Es dauerte 8 min pro Auto! Bei der Warenausgabe nach 24 Minuten (von wegen FAST Food) war mein Menü dann komplett falsch und das Salatdressing fehlte auch. Nice place for a quick byte… There are free parking lots and bathrooms to use. All the doors are handicap friendly, the staff were friendly.

We were there again after a long time on June 26th, 2024 from 6-7 p.m. We ordered two burgers and two children's menus. The food had the usual quality of today's impersonal system catering. There wasn't much going on, about 12 guests. Now to my complaint: After eating, I wanted to hand in the two empty PET deposit bottles from the children's menu at the checkout. The employee told me: He didn't know how to do it! I then asked him to bring his superior over. So I can clarify it. The employee came back alone with the words: "We do not accept returnable bottles." I then pointed out to him that he was obliged to take back the deposit bottles he had sold! Finally, the deposit amount is listed on the receipt. Then I left the restaurant with the deposit bottles indignant. I would like to note the following in this regard. The employee seemed motivated to help me. The foreman, not so much. Perhaps the employee lacks the necessary training or the management lacks the necessary motivation? I really rarely give one star or two stars. In this case, however, I have no other choice. The on-site staff understood German so poorly or had trouble understanding what I was trying to communicate to them that it was not possible to place our order. I ended up with two employees standing at a checkout, talking more to each other than to me as a customer, and really weren't able to give me my order. These were not special requests, just desserts and coffee. After about 5 minutes I left this Burger King branch with no results and no food and got my food somewhere else a few kilometers away. It's a shame and I can't recommend eating here at the moment.

We had to wait 30 minutes in the drive through even though there were only 3 vehicles in front of us. But that's not the worst thing at all. I placed an order worth €50 on site using the coupons that I received in the mail (advertising). I gave them a list (digital) of 3 products (didn't know the names by heart) and the rest were the coupons. They tried to sell me a completely different menu, even though it was an individual selection, and forgot to include a brownie with ice cream and extras, even though I asked again, but they charged me for it (worth €5) and zich -thousands of unnecessary straws put in (approx. 20-30 pieces), even though we only needed 4. Despite the fact that my friend and I have instructed them, young people and children try to push their way to the checkouts and be next to you during the payment process, where you have to enter a pin to pay by card. But the staff didn't do anything about it, not even telling the children that they should keep their distance. An outrage! In short: -ripped off -problems with children/young people (staff did not intervene) -Crowded with straws -Tries to sell a menu because it is cheaper than the individual selection, even though they have been advised that there is no such thing as what we need. -Bad service

The only positive thing first: The food was completely okay. First big negative point. The companion cannot complete his order at the terminal due to a technical error. (Same defect on the other terminal) That's still completely acceptable, just technology. He then goes to the checkout to order, where he is really annoyed and told that an order is only possible at the terminal. After further description of the problem, it suddenly worked? (Completely cheeky something like that) I used the toilets at the beginning of the visit. No trash can for the cloths (see pictures) and no soap either. I pointed this out to an employee. After we finished eating we sat for a while before leaving. (Certainly 30 minutes) The pictures were taken when we left. So in 30 minutes no one even put away those disgusting cloths, nor did anyone take care of the soap. What also struck me was that the dirty tables weren't cleared away. (Of course it's actually the guest's responsibility, but if there's a huge pile of rubbish at the neighboring table before you arrive and after you leave, that's a disgrace) Acoustics are terrible. But that's just because of the building, it's still not pretty.

Bought a burger menu for just under 28 euros, the fries had been lying around for hours. We were there on a Sunday afternoon and we shouldn't have. First we waited about half an hour for the food. Then the shock, 2 black hairs on my burger. The whole restaurant was dirty and the 20 teenagers screaming were even worse. This doesn't make you feel comfortable and I definitely won't come back again.

Compared to other BurgerKing branches, the food is generally okay. A lot of other things don't fit. Some employees hardly speak any German, and calling out the order numbers is always an experience. Thankfully, electronic ordering terminals now exist. The waiting time is often extremely long, even when the store is quite empty. The fact that an employee had to shake out his loose hair right next to the deep fryer really spoiled our appetite. What also really bothers me is the ambience. It's not uncommon for people to shout around in the store, sit sideways in the armchairs with their legs hanging over the back or generally behave like first humans. But that seems to me to be a Bremen problem in general.

Normally NOT worth a star!!! It's not like almost every order is missing something, but today the great employees (with little knowledge of German) have outdone themselves. With an order of over €40 you managed to find that 3 burgers & 2x mayonnaise were missing and instead of a triple cheeseburger you ordered, they simply packed a double cheeseburger (with only 1x cheese)! And 2 crispy chicken orders were supposed to have cheese, but it was simply left out! So cheating the customer out of over €10 is quite an outrage. I won't waste any words about the quality of the burgers and the almost always cold fries! Unfortunately, the managing director didn’t understand how to run a system catering business! I promise you, the next time I get an incorrect order, you will get it back by post. Oh... and a 20 minute wait, with 3 cars in the drive in, it's anything but fast food

I just got some food at the drive in and at home two large fries turned into two small ones. Nuggets made balls filled with cheese, the only thing that was right were the 2 citizens and the ice cream. Really rude, I just came from sports with my daughter. She's only eaten a small fry since her nuggets weren't there and I still have to make dinner.

The woman “Kömert” responded to every one of my requests and ensured perfect customer service. The food is always completely fresh and newly made. There's no long wait and as long as you don't necessarily place a large order at the drive-thru during happy hour, you'll always get what you order.
