I ordered an Extra Long Chili Cheese with extra jalapeños. I saw how simply a ready-made citizen was taken and simply ticked extra. After I received the citizen there were actually only 2 jalapeños there plus the citizen was definitely old so I even threw it away. It was probably the last time I would order anything there!

If there is less than 0, I say, I haven't eaten at all, first I asked what is that? The employees said I didn't have to take photos, so I immediately threw them away. I have to share the pictures everywhere, that's sickness

Appropriately trained, German-speaking and respectful staff is essential here. In addition, the sanitary facilities were in an absolutely catastrophic condition. There was a complete lack of cleanliness, the room had a foul smell and hygiene was not guaranteed. How can one have confidence in the quality of service under such conditions? I urge you to take the necessary measures to avoid such incidents in the future. When we choose a brand like Burger King, we expect quality service and a hygienic environment. However, due to the experiences described, we are not prepared to visit this branch again. I hope that you take this feedback seriously and take the necessary steps immediately. Otherwise, I will not hesitate to refer this matter to the relevant authorities, in particular the Bremen Health Department and other relevant bodies.

Employees extremely unfriendly. I ordered food to take away and got it to eat here. I then pointed out that I had ordered it to take away and a bag was shoved in my face and I left. Craziest BurgerKing in all of Bremen. Sadly simple. I ordered 2 Whoppers with the coupon and when I get home I see there is only one in there. Then it felt like it was 6 hours old and without the extra ingredients. Last time we missed fries and the Memphis Burger before that. Forgot something 3 times in a row. Sadly, even though there isn't much going on at 12:30. After my night shift and a 15 minute drive home, I don't feel like going back. That was the last time but now we're off to Mecces after the night shift.

Everyone will know the dishes. Unfortunately, the male waitresses here are so incredibly rude that it's almost unbearable. They speak very bad German and become aggressive when they don't understand orders... stupid in a service company.

Every time I order something to take away, I get one burger short or a different burger, for example instead of a double, a normal one with a patty, of course I get charged for the double. It's not worth driving back, otherwise I would have to pay extra.

Always something. Sometimes the fries are missing. Sometimes it's not plant-based. Sometimes a “normal” long chicken becomes one with chili cheese. Now (October 1st, 2024) a whole burger is missing. Always something. Just annoying!

Cola was warm and completely non-carbonated, even though we ordered it with ice cubes. Demand an eye roll and a cup of ice cream without comment.. It was not possible to clean tables; other guests had to makeshift cleaning of a table themselves using napkins. It's very, very unfortunate what guests are expected to do here, where food is served and I frankly don't want to think about the hygiene in the kitchen.

My friend then tried the burger and noticed that the burger had a meat pattie and not a vegetarian pattie. Something like that can't and shouldn't happen. The worst Burger King I've ever been to. Had a Big King XXL the meat was black and the cheese was hard. Burger was cold and had probably been the same for a long time with the chocolate shake which was warm and the cup was already soaked and tasted like a frothed hand of warm cocoa. These were not special requests, just desserts and coffee. After about 5 minutes I left this Burger King branch with no results and no food and got my food somewhere else a few kilometers away. I placed an order worth €50 on site using the coupons that I received in the mail (advertising). I gave them a list (digital) of 3 products (didn't know the names by heart) and the rest were the coupons. They tried to sell me a completely different menu, even though it was an individual selection, and forgot to include a brownie with ice cream and extras, even though I asked again, but they charged me for it (worth €5) and zich -thousands of unnecessary straws put in (approx. 20-30 pieces), even though we only needed 4. Despite the fact that my friend and I have instructed them, young people and children try to push their way to the checkouts and be next to you during the payment process, where you have to enter a pin to pay by card. But the staff didn't do anything about it, not even telling the children that they should keep their distance. An outrage! The only positive thing first: The food was completely okay. First big negative point. The companion cannot complete his order at the terminal due to a technical error. (Same defect on the other terminal) That's still completely acceptable, just technology. He then goes to the checkout to order, where he is really annoyed and told that an order is only possible at the terminal. After further description of the problem, it suddenly worked? (Completely cheeky something like that) I used the toilets at the beginning of the visit. No trash can for the cloths (see pictures) and no soap either. I pointed this out to an employee. After we finished eating we sat for a while before leaving. (Certainly 30 minutes) The pictures were taken when we left. So in 30 minutes no one even put away those disgusting cloths, nor did anyone take care of the soap. What also struck me was that the dirty tables weren't cleared away. (Of course it's actually the guest's responsibility, but if there's a huge pile of rubbish at the neighboring table before you arrive and after you leave, that's a disgrace) Acoustics are terrible. But that's just because of the building, it's still not pretty.
