If I could give zero stars, I would.

On November 1st, 2024 at 4:15 p.m. my husband entered the restaurant and asked the employees if they had a microwave in the restaurant and if they could warm up the baby food (Hipp jars) for 30 seconds, then he was told by the shift manager that it wasn't her job and so she wouldn't do it. I then entered the restaurant and pointed out to the shift manager that it was baby food and I couldn't understand why she refused to warm it up. In a loud and derogatory voice, the shift manager said that she wasn't allowed to do it, when asked why she wasn't allowed to do it, she raised her voice and literally said "That's not my job, YOU don't understand that, I won't do it". I then told her that I could speak German, but that she didn't seem to understand that this was baby food. Since she didn't have a name tag on, I asked her several times to tell me her name because I would complain, she said that she wouldn't say her name and that she wouldn't warm the glass and we should find something else now. I would like to emphasize that it is a Hipp glass for our 13-month-old daughter and until the shift manager discussed it with us in the restaurant for 10 minutes, she could/should have warmed up the food for 30 seconds. All she had to do was press a button once. The shift manager called us by our first name, even though I addressed her as “you”. Employees should be made aware that if baby food is involved, it should of course be warmed up.
