Sales are only possible as a menu, which is not true; in other shops, individual purchases were possible without any problems, directly at the checkout without any problems. But here at Bremen main station the world is different. Do the employees there not want to make money or why are they so unloving towards customers?

On November 1st, 2024 at 4:15 p.m. my husband entered the restaurant and asked the employees if they had a microwave in the restaurant and if they could warm up the baby food (Hipp jars) for 30 seconds, then he was told by the shift manager that it wasn't her job and so she wouldn't do it. I then entered the restaurant and pointed out to the shift manager that it was baby food and I couldn't understand why she refused to warm it up. In a loud and derogatory voice, the shift manager said that she wasn't allowed to do it, when asked why she wasn't allowed to do it, she raised her voice and literally said "That's not my job, YOU don't understand that, I won't do it". I then told her that I could speak German, but that she didn't seem to understand that this was baby food. Since she didn't have a name tag on, I asked her several times to tell me her name because I would complain, she said that she wouldn't say her name and that she wouldn't warm the glass and we should find something else now. I would like to emphasize that it is a Hipp glass for our 13-month-old daughter and until the shift manager discussed it with us in the restaurant for 10 minutes, she could/should have warmed up the food for 30 seconds. All she had to do was press a button once. The shift manager called us by our first name, even though I addressed her as “you”. Employees should be made aware that if baby food is involved, it should of course be warmed up. Or rather, the shift manager, who leads the shift and instructs the employees on the shift, should be made aware of how communication with customers should be conducted. This is the first time I've experienced something like this, no matter when or where, we've never had a problem with the baby food not being warmed up. If the restaurants or cafés didn't have a microwave, we were always offered hot water so we could warm it up in a water bath. This has never been a problem in other Burger Kind restaurants either. It is cheeky and not empathetic for the shift manager to refuse to warm up the baby food.

I bought food from here for a quick meal and go to tram and flight. I turned out wait for 30minutes. number 40+ behind me took the food. The number behind keep taking their food. The customers are quite angry. I can’t believe this is a slow food shop.

Had severe stomach cramps on Sunday 10/20/24 after my overnight visit. The outside of the store was very dirty.

Normally Burgerking is delicious. Today that wasn't the case. We had to order something from a machine, which is completely fine, but our order still came out wrong. My husband's chicken burger was absolutely delicious but my menu was only lukewarm. So totally not edible.

The manager who worked today was extremely unprofessional and I could hardly understand her because her German is so bad.. As always, I didn't get everything.. It's a real shame because Burger King is my favorite restaurant. I worked in BK myself for 3 years and I know how stressful it can be, but the people who work here (most) are unprofessional. The kitchen is dirty, my sendwiches always come with sauces, meat from bunny.. Mega, mega shame!!!!!

There are no seats available at rush hour. If you're heading in that direction anyway, you should wait until Hanover, the BK there is much better.

Ordered via UberEats. It's all ok. Uber is innocence. Double cheeseburger was delivered dry with onion. There was no salad or at least fries with ketchup. Medium was delivered instead of still water Big King - see photo, was supposed to be delivered without onions, a dry cheeseburger arrived without lettuce and everything. I called around 10:50 p.m. and was turned away twice. Then a woman finally answered. I asked for new burgers. She claimed she had prepared it herself and everything was correct. She then said they generally don't sell lettuce - how about a replacement? Anyway, now I'm gone with my money. Unfortunately I couldn't eat any of it. I asked to speak to the manager. It was simply hung up. I request feedback from the manager and clarification. It's a shame about such incompetent employees.

The only thing that was included in my bag when I got home was the small fries, so I didn't save anything and ended up paying more than I had paid for both individually.
