I often comes there inspite of so many people they make fast and all of then are super friendly

Everything was great and the staff were super friendly and the food always tasted good

Paid for 5 things, you only got 4 plus a long wait and the entire meal was dumped. Please don't eat there if you want to

Despite the high demand, the food was ready quickly, but at the expense of the food. The veggie burgers were okay, but the fries were pretty undercooked. We had to throw a lot of it away because unfortunately it wasn't edible.

It takes an hour before you can pay and then you get really rudely complained about.

The food was definitely spoiled, do not eat it, the employees look at you with nonsense, do not even pass by it.

There is advertising in front of the store that is NOT available in the store. People often beg at you while you eat.

A bad experience again and again! This time I've just had enough and as a consequence I'm writing the review. You just want to eat something quickly and no matter how empty or full it is, it takes an incredibly long time! Due to the long wait (2 cheeseburgers!, few people in front) I had to leave the order to get the train. Didn't think you would have to wait more than 15 minutes for 2 burgers to be ready.. Once again!... Never again! It's a shame that Bremen HBF has such a limited offer from 11 p.m.

The only BK near HBf or city center. Always crowdy and lively atmosphere. Service is good as a typical Fast Food chain

You have to say that this is one of the worst Burger Kings in Germany. Everything is completely filthy everywhere, the ordering terminals only half work, the staff is overwhelmed and the audience is pretty poor too. While we were eating there, there was also a police operation in the store. The people at Burger King can't help it - but it somehow fits in with our visit. At least the food tasted more or less as usual.

Preferably 0 stars, they often don't have common citizens available, and today they overstepped their bounds when they stopped taking orders at 2:20. (Closing time: 3:00)

Didn't open until 9:05, then plant based burger with 6 onion rings with coupon. I couldn't choose Plant Based at the terminal, but it was so excellent. So I went to the checkout to clarify, as it turned out, there were hardly any delivery problems. So, being vegan, I just wanted the Onion Rings. I was then supposed to change the order at the terminal and only order the onion rings. Neither was possible, it was a one-time coupon. Only the boss could clarify it, but the boss wasn't there, he could make an exception with the meat, I shouldn't act like that. Absolute impudence, so there was no breakfast, MCs unfortunately had to...

A toilet on a train smells better and is cleaner

Normally Burgerking is delicious. Today that wasn't the case. We had to order something from a machine, which is completely fine, but our order still came out wrong. We didn't have ice in our drinks and got fries instead of onion rings. I wouldn't write anything else but my burger was ice cold and there was no salt on the fries. My husband's chicken burger was absolutely delicious but my menu was only lukewarm. So totally not edible.

Definitely better process and more staff than at McDonalds at the main station but here too I wonder if there are no hygiene measures? The people who pay at the checkout (even with cash!) are also the ones who touch and pack the ingredients with their bare hands and without a hat...

First, lady didn't count the money properly... she gave 2.59 and she put in 2.50. Don't you learn to count the money given there?! Service was also very rude when I said that I had very little sauce on my chilli cheese fries and would have liked a little more sauce and said to a colleague that that would have been too much... she wanted to get her boss and she did Of course she didn't do that because then it would be clear that she would be rude to customers. It's really not tasty, you should send the health department over and get it and make a cheeseburger! Fries taste like cardboard and the employees can't do anything. That's what happens when you hire everyone, fries are as hard as a Lego brick and cost more than €3? That's not even okay for train station food, if you're a secondary school student who can't do anything then work at exactly this bk :D the more bad employees the better!! Preferably 0 stars

The manager who worked today was extremely unprofessional and I could hardly understand her because her German is so bad.. As always, I didn't get everything.. It's a real shame because Burger King is my favorite restaurant. I worked in BK myself for 3 years and I know how stressful it can be, but the people who work here (most) are unprofessional. The kitchen is dirty, my sendwiches always come with sauces, meat from bunny.. Mega, mega shame!!!!!

Bremen Central Station branch, May 8, 2024, 3:02 p.m.: Fries still not ready after 15 minutes, employees working at a snail's pace, then had to leave without having finished my order so that I didn't miss the train ... Not recommended...

A complete disaster even for a train station burger king. I was there twice, both times the burger didn't taste good at all, the meat was soggy, the bacon had the consistency of a shoe sole. The staff is unfriendly, didn't respond at all to my comment that one of the terminals was no longer printing (language barrier?) and seemed very unkempt in parts. There are no seats available at rush hour. If you're heading in that direction anyway, you should wait until Hanover, the BK there is much better.

Ordered via UberEats. It's all ok. Uber is innocence. Double cheeseburger was delivered dry with onion. There was no salad or at least fries with ketchup. Medium was delivered instead of still water Big King - see photo, was supposed to be delivered without onions, a dry cheeseburger arrived without lettuce and everything. I called around 10:50 p.m. and was turned away twice. Then a woman finally answered. I asked for new burgers. She claimed she had prepared it herself and everything was correct. She then said they generally don't sell lettuce - how about a replacement? Anyway, now I'm gone with my money. Unfortunately I couldn't eat any of it. I asked to speak to the manager. It was simply hung up. I request feedback from the manager and clarification. It's a shame about such incompetent employees.

No recommendation. I ordered a crispy chicken and a medium fries as an app offer for €4.99 to take away on March 11, 2024. The only thing that was included in my bag when I got home was the small fries, so I didn't save anything and ended up paying more than I had paid for both individually. Unfortunately, it's not the first time that the paid order and the real thing in the bag differ afterwards. The burger was quite fresh and OK, but the fries were mostly hard. The service on site was friendly and the waiting time was less than 5 minutes, but that alone doesn't lead to a positive impression. Not to mention the often unpleasant situations there when people begging come to the ordering terminals in the store and you then just want to leave instead of eat. During the second visit on March 26, 2024, the redemption of various valid Easter coupons from the BurgerKing app was refused. Apparently they don't have any burgers at the moment. But I can buy them at the normal price, then strangely enough there are some there. I absolutely cannot recommend this store.

Rip off! Unfortunately, every time so far: I wait forever and then I'm asked for my number and they haven't processed it. I wasn't even lucky enough to get my order right. Since it's every time: ordered a large one and got a small one, it seems that it's their trick. Pure rip off!!! Now it was the last time! I don't normally write reviews, but today I was just disappointed. Had to wait 20 minutes for the food, instead of the 9 nuggets I ordered there were only 6 in the bag and the fries were cold and hard. Unfortunately I only discovered all of this when I was already on the way home. A pity!

Totally dirty and absolutely unfriendly. Last night we wanted to eat something there after a long train ride and the employees were incredibly unfriendly, then we finally had our food and instead of nuggets they were given chilli cheese nuggets... and when I pointed out to the employee that it was wrong , I was dismissed with the words (nuggets had been out all day)... Which was an absolute lie because I saw another employee freshly making some. The last shop! Never again

I had a great experience at burger king today. It was very crowded, but they served me fast and with a smile. The staff was helpful and polite. I think everyone should give it a try at least once.

We were here at 11:15 p.m. A line was already forming because someone was blocking the door from the inside. After some people tried to print the door in annoyance, an employee finally came and said that they supposedly had problems, even though someone kept coming out of the store with a bag!

Absolute Frechheit! Schmatschige Burger, kalte harte Pommes! Service ultra langsam! Kasse funktioniert nicht, nur Bar! UNTERIRDISCH!!!

Service ist langsamer als wie bei McDonald's, grade wenn die Betselltafeln ausgefallen sind ist eine verdammt lange Wartezeit drin. Sonst ist das Essen gut und die Bedienung hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das nervige ambetteln der Junkies am Bahnhof ist aber schon unerträglich. Mehr Sicherheit wäre besser um den Bahnhof sauber zu halten.

Mehrfach probiert, mehrfach enttäuscht. Burger scheinen vorher ewig zu liegen. Mayo schon „fest“. Hier kommt nichts frisch und heiß aufs Tablett … Ich habe jeweils die Hälfte meiner Burger liegen gelassen. Beide Wagen für benutzte Tabletts quillen über… Positiv: Es ging immerhin unglaublich schnell…

Aufpassen, dass das bestellte Essen in vollem Umfang ausgehändigt wird! Die Hälfte könnte nämlich fehlen. Dies ist mir schon öfters in diesem Restaurant passiert. Sonst ist das Essen gut!

Das Fleisch vom Burger war außen schwarz... das darf nicht passieren Pommes und Brot war okay

Die Situation mit den Junkies ist nicht mehr auszuhalten. Ich musste eine Weile auf meinen Zug warten also hab ich mich dort hingesetzt um meinen chilli cheese zu verzehren. Da kommt ein abgecrackter Mann hinein und schnappt sich 2-3 weggegebene Tabletts und isst die Reste. Eigentlich hab ich damit kein Problem aber dieser Mann hat dann angefangen alles vollzukrotzen und kotzen. Mich werdet ihr in diesem Lokal so schnell nicht wieder sehen. Den Junkie aber bestimmt.

Also selbst für einen burger king an einem Bahnhof, absolut unterirdisch!! Kundenorientiert ist was anderes und dazu noch unhöflich. Bin ohne essen wieder gegangen weil mir das zu doof war so behandelt zu werden!! Alles im bremer Hbf ist besser als sowas!!

Der Laden ist nicht in der Lage Bestellungen vernünftig auszuführen. Als Allergieker muss man hier sehr genau aufpassen, weil einem Dinge auf die Burger getan werden, obwohl diese abbestellt wurden. Geld gab's auch nicht zurück.

Die Wartezeit von 45 Minuten in einem Bahnhof (Überraschung der Zug fährt) ist schon inakzeptabel. Dazu das Personal überfordert und die Bestellterminals drei Mal abgestürzt. Nur durch rennen und ohne Getränk gerade noch den Zug erreicht. Katastrophe auch dass der Manager die Kunden anschreit wenn diese sich über die Wartezeit beschweren.

Geht garnicht. Kein Personal das sich um die Sauberkeit gekümmert! Mussten den Tisch selber sauber machen und den Mühl beseitigen. Dann der ober Knaller. Die Burger so kalt als wären sie aus dem Kühlschrank. Leute wenn ihr überfordert seit, schließt den Laden.

Man wartet auf ein Burger 30min

Obwohl auf der Rechnung, waren Soße bei den Nuggets und den Pommes nicht dabei. Reklamation zwecklos.

Trotz dessen, dass es sehr voll war, hat es von der Aufgabe der Bestellung nur eine Minute gedauert, bis das Menü fertig war. Essen entsprach normaler BK Qualität, der Laden war sauber und ansprechend eingerichtet.

Überall Werbung für Plant-Based, gibt’s aber faktisch nicht .

Zu wenige Tische , um einen Platz zu bekommen. Mitarbeiter und Gäste hatten ausschließlich Migrationshintergrund.

Geh lieber vorbei. Sowas unfreundliches, ist sogar für Bremen unfassbar. Bin ahwerbehibder wollte bestellen. Dir steht da und wartet auf irgendwas, dann kommt, wohl die putze wie sie aussah und sagte ich soll da wohl an so einer säule eintippen. No go. Was für ein deutsches Land.
