McDonald's in Bremen

Incredibly bad McDonald’s. Staff completely listless, speak little or sometimes no German. The food was clapped together underground, the lattice potatoes were so old that they were inedibly hard. Cheeseburger with hardened cheese on the edges... Pure profit maximization, zero customer orientation. Since the situation has been going on for months or even years, McDonald's Deutschland LLC doesn't seem to be bothered by it. Incredible, especially when you know other examples.

20 nuggets and all sauces were missing. The employees don't seem to know who is being served either.

Bringing food to the table is the best idea in a long time. (just save on the cucumber slices on the cheeseburger (one!))

Waited about 20 minutes for food (nuggets, fries, coffee, ordered at the terminal, so no rocket science). The number flashed on the display for a few seconds and was then completely deleted from the list without the order even being ready. When asked, they said, “yes, my colleague will do it.” The colleague was just preparing ice cream... When asked again, she told me she would finish it herself. After another 5 minutes the food was ready. There were actually enough employees in service, but they all ran around one another and sometimes got in each other's way. The food was good, fries and nuggets freshly made, crispy and hot. Unfortunately, no chip pickers are now included, which is a shame.

The MC Drive often has a very long waiting time and something is always forgotten when packing up.

I've been there lately every evening during the week. I have to say it wasn't really clean at all. The toilets looked like a rest area. The service can also still be improved.

This is probably the dirtiest McDonald's I've ever seen. Everything sticks. The tables, the benches and the chairs. The Vanilla Milk Shake was thin vanilla flavored milk. A real disgrace.

Food as always. Staff seemed completely overwhelmed. Tray return was completely overcrowded and full of rubbish. Had to leave my tray on a free table somewhere. The holidays and the associated guests passing through probably came as a surprise. I've experienced this several times now, when MCD gets full, the concept hardly works anymore... The toilets are a disaster, stink like hell...

We went to this fast food restaurant for the first time around lunchtime - Unfortunately, E charging stations were covered, so charging was not possible - Tables and floor were extremely sticky - Food was hot - Staff friendly - Toilets were clean but had no toilet paper and no towel paper at the sink

Rarely have I experienced such unfriendly staff! Although the food is ready to be picked up on the board, nothing is ready and when you ask, everything on the board is deleted and you are ignored, the waitress has simply turned around! After the 3rd request (approx. 15 minutes) I get my food cold with a rude look.... on the display my order number had already been deleted for a long time like 4 others!

Unfortunately you have to give one star. I would like to give minus stars for the food - unfortunately that's not possible - it's just disgusting, cold and looks like it's already been eaten! You can't expect much from MCD but that was really bad!!! This location really should be closed!!! Incompetent staff and disgusting food!!!

We took a morning break on the way to the Baltic Sea. The shop was very dirty. The floor was sticking and at 8:30 in the morning. The table and bench were not clean. I will no longer order breakfast or anything else there.

Ordered three pieces, Latte Medium, Mc Rib, and a Double TS, and paid a real €18. I waited 30 minutes for the coffee. And when I asked why it took so long, the machine works alone. No answer and a hand gesture telling me to disappear. You can get that there for a lot of money. Cold food. I would like to know if the owner knows about this.

I don't want to rate it, even if "Google Maps" asks me to do so... For me a cultural, generational and culinary shock! Although: The fries 🍟 were good! It will probably be another twenty years before I go to McMade next...😉

I was really disappointed, the toilets were a mess, some of the toilet lids weren't on properly or were already broken, the seat was sticky, the floor was sticky, as was the table. The boss had an organ that was crazy. The staff only spoke to each other in their local language!! During the time we were there, 5 customers were back at the counter because their orders were incorrect, and one customer was even escorted to the counter to check! One employee was constantly being commented on with the name Domenik, especially by the boss. Something should definitely happen in this McDonald's!!

Unfortunately it's getting worse and worse... Very dirty lately... Every seat or table is full of stains and grease... Burgers are so so... one time good, three times bad!! What a shame! A few years ago it was much better and CLEAN!!! Greetings, Denis

Unfortunately I was unlucky this time. Of the two large fries, only 1 portion was in my bag. At least both cheeseburgers we ordered were there.

I was passing through and took a break here. I would particularly like to highlight the staff and thank them for their friendliness and helpfulness.

Today I ordered a breakfast burger via the app. Everything went normally, the money was paid via PayPal and I received the confirmation. 15 minutes later I asked if my order was ready as the staff clearly weren't busy. I was told that I always had to report to the checkout, which is complete nonsense, as 100 other orders could attest. Besides, then what would be the point in it? The employee also told me that the order had not yet been paid, which I immediately refuted by showing her the payment confirmation from PayPal. Her response was that she couldn't help me with that and that I would have to clarify this with PayPal. I then asked her what that was about. I'm certainly not going to clarify anything with PayPal and spend 30 minutes with the uncertain prospect of clarification - all because of a 2 euro burger. I finally told her that what she was doing was very dubious and to end the topic, I just wanted to pay for the burger in cash again. She then became rude and said that she would now cancel the order. Other guests noticed this and just shook their heads in horror. Even other employees were amazed. I got very angry and told her clearly what I thought before leaving the store. I realize there are no academics working there, but you shouldn't hire rude, bitter people. In any case: never this branch again.

5:30 p.m. Drivethrough - Bic-Mac menu ordered with Sprite The Sprite is more water than Sprite (probably Sprite syrup all) The fries were soggy and COLD, like they were from half an hour ago no napkins in the bag - just one over the fries, which is already saturated with fat, so wiping your hands doesn't work either Big Mac is OK But for that 10,- € ...........

Shockingly good and quick food!

The fruit fun was missing from the Happy Meal, unfortunately not noticed until too late.

Waiting time 48 minutes for 4 small burgers and 2 fries. It doesn't work at all. Another lady next to us has been waiting for 1 hour. Employees are bored and can barely speak German.

Delicious. Simply incredibly delicious. The French fries are heartily fried. The burger was cooked to perfection. The roll and salad were delicious and fresh. What more could you want? The ice-cold Coca Cola was at exactly the right drinking temperature. The only drawback: the ice cream machine was broken.

Good first impression. Someone is wiping all the tables and windows and it looks very clean. It was also quiet. Unfortunately filthy, smelly toilets. Apparently these are not part of the duties of the person who keeps the restaurant clean. Order not entirely correct, one item was missing. Received without any hassle when asked. Internet here is very slow. The app to get a discount was only installed by the time we finished the food.... Overhyped fast food that isn't filling. Unfortunately, my image of McDonalds has been confirmed again here.

Despite being busy, the order was served to the table in no time. The friendly service quickly brought us a fork and we were able to eat deliciously at a clean table. I think it's a novelty for McDonald's. Thank you for this service.

What I particularly liked here: Cleanliness, order, process, service. The meals were warm/hot and famously delicious. The staff, especially a very personable employee, was very nice and friendly. My daughter particularly liked it here. Please keep it up!!! Thank you for everything. A good start to your vacation.

The cell phone charging sockets on the walls have been removed. No numbered stands available for table orders. The return location for tablets is too small.

Eating typical McDonald's tastes just like you're used to. When we eat there, we always go through the drive and the ladies and gentlemen are ALWAYS really friendly. Never had any communication problems. Sometimes humorous employees who guide you through spelling the coupons. You're doing a great job! Thanks (:

Totally disorganized and uncoordinated "team". Ordered takeout at 7:04 p.m. The food was only received at 8:04 p.m. after asking several times. A little more waiting time if it is very busy is okay. But the fact that the order only starts after my umpteenth question, 50 minutes after I ordered, is not okay! Apparently the iceberg lettuce was no longer available and instead of informing the customers, the orders were simply not processed. Great👎!

Very good and better service and cheap price

Instead of plant-based nuggets we got chicken nuggets. Very rancid. The service was otherwise ok, but this mistake makes me not want to eat there anymore.

We placed two orders: The first one via cell phone at the checkout... was great 👍🏽 The second one on the tap…. Catastrophe: we simply forgot when we asked, the burger was lying around in a corner with a note for table service, the food was cold, there was only one serving (two burgers with fries) and an employee right next to us was cleaning the window the whole time .. it was also free and was even worse than before 😂 You can avoid the store!

I'm not a McDonald fan anyway. But this one was really dirty. The toilets looked like a parking lot along the highway. And not really friendly staff.

The food was fine, and the food production went well. Friendly service. However, the toilet was completely out of whack! They really should get the restrooms cleaned and serviced. This applied to both ladies and gentlemen.

I ordered two burgers, but I didn't want to order anything else! Was literally summoned to checkout! I ate the burgers at home and have had diarrhea overnight since! I'm really wondering, were the burgers freshly made or not at all?? I will NEVER order there AGAIN!!!

The staff doesn't speak a word of German and is very unfriendly. The toilets are disappointing and some of the food doesn't look very tasty. However, the taste is as always. The tray trolleys are full and very disgusting and no straw was given when asked. Externally the MCD makes a good impression. However, monitors are broken. All in all you're OK

Good day to all. First time I ate here. Firstly, I waited a long time for my order. Secondly, they brought an incomplete glass of Fanta and no ice. Also, in addition to all this, one of the Royal Cheese hamburgers had a cucumber bitten into it. And besides that, we ordered the new BIG MAC DIP sauce, and they brought us Sour Cream mit Schnittlauch. In addition, I ordered netzkartoffeln, and they added regular potatoes to it. Is there no control here?? What is this ??? Indecent staff. This is the worst mac I know and I have been to many. Also the worst experience I've had in all of Germany. This is anything but decent. It's not going to work out anymore. I say close this store!

The men's toilet was very dirty, the flush button and toilet seat were broken. When I complained, an employee came from the kitchen area and immediately checked, then asked me what I had to complain about. I then decided not to eat because I didn't want to know what the overall hygiene was like there.

€2.39 for a cheeseburger?!?!?! That cost €1? The €1 for this dirt is justified but that? The citizen is just as bad as before and the quality has even gotten worse 😅😅 pure profit I hope people wake up and stop buying there!! The employees on site can't communicate with anyone... very terrible and sad conditions there!!!

Let’s be clear - it’s McDonald’s, but, the food was made fast and looking good (I had food that looked like thrown into the box in another region of Germany). The personell was professional, friendly and nice, although they seemed to be within a stressful period of the day. Lots of people and noise, sticky floor in an area where I suppose someone wasn’t able to control the limbs and emptied a full mug of sugar water. The toilets were quite clean. Cheers

There are few service people and those who are there are desperately slow and lethargic. Just horrible!!!!! I was here for the first time and the last time!

Visited a McDonalds again after 3 years: I'll put it this way: nothing new in the West. Everything is just okay, it's enough to satisfy a small hunger, but not more than that.

What's on offer here doesn't have much to do with fast food... I arrived around 8:40, so I still had a little time before my appointment at 9:00. So I ordered a small breakfast via the app that I wanted to get at the drive-in so that I didn't miss my appointment and could continue straight away towards the Ruhr area. But something wasn't right. I drove to the order counter around 8:50 and was asked to wait a moment. I stood there at the exit for almost 15 minutes plus another 10. If you looked into the branch through this window you could get the impression that it was closed and someone forgot to close the window. Apart from the employee who took my request and from whom I received my order after about 25 minutes, I didn't see any other staff.

My experiences are impossible. I waited 1 hour for my order today. After speaking to the boss four times, I finally got my order because my number was apparently not there. I had the number in my hand with the bill. When I got home, half of my food was missing so I paid for it for free

Dieser Laden ist das allerletzte! Ich habe 1 Stunde auf mein Essen gewartet. Nachdem meine Nummer vom Bildschirm verschwunden war, ging ich nach vorne, und man ignorierte jede Beschwerde von mehreren Kunden, sowie meiner auch. Dieser Laden ist total unorganisiert und fachlich unter aller Sau. Meine Nummer und mehrere andere Nummern waren einfach verschwunden. Man verweigerte anderen Kunden sogar Ihnen das Geld für ihre Bestellung wieder zu geben, obwohl sie einen Beleg dazu hatten. Als ich dann zu Hause ankam, fehlte die Hälfte meiner Bestellung nie wieder in diesem Laden, und das war nicht das erste Mal.

Now you're standing in front of a machine and have to click through. Not my thing. But the young people probably think it's good, at least there were a lot of people there.

First, meat nuggets are packed even though McPlant was ordered. Then donuts are packed up that probably haven't been bought for more than 2 days. Rock hard! How disgusting can you be and reconcile something like that with your conscience and pack something like that for the customer. Disgusting store! Never again!

The most disgusting McDonald's I've ever been to. Dirty, totally filthy and the employees extremely unfriendly. Never again!!!!! We only stopped because there was a charging station for the car opposite. By the way, McDonald's own charging station doesn't work!

Completely overwhelmed staff, order prepared completely incorrectly, wrong burger, wrong nuggets, wrong drink and wrong sauces. I took it anyway, otherwise I would have had to wait another half hour. Cleanliness of the sanitary rooms is out of the question.

The highlight of my visit was undoubtedly the refusal to hand me a straw - even after paying. The discussion about whether I would be able to sip my drink straight from the cup quickly reached the volume of a rock concert, and I wondered whether this was part of a new customer loyalty concept: "McDonald's Unplugged". In summary, this McDonald's is probably the ideal place for those who want to spice up their everyday life with a pinch of chaos. A place where you can get not only fast food, but also quick language courses and survival training. A golden M for courage and a sense of adventure! Rating: 1 out of 5 stars – For entertainment value. Highly recommended for die-hard adventurers and fans of culinary reality shows. Less suitable for those who just want to eat a burger in peace.

Don't order ice coffee here... they don't have a crunch ice machine... so half your cup is filled with ice cubes... so no ice cubes... no, you can almost make an igloo there build with... The milkshake was also filled with half of the ice cubes....they admitted that this was not good and we got a new one for that. It was very quiet with us, now I understand why....but that also means you have half-cold cartons of fries that have probably been there for half an hour.

It was very warm that day and we asked if we could get a cup of water for our dog. Tap water would have been enough. We were then told that this was not possible and we had to buy a small bottle of water for just under 5 euros. Simply outrageous

Unfriendly employees. McFlurry was only half full and when asked was told that it was full.
