The fruit fun was missing from the Happy Meal, unfortunately not noticed until too late.

Waiting time 48 minutes for 4 small burgers and 2 fries. It doesn't work at all. Another lady next to us has been waiting for 1 hour. Employees are bored and can barely speak German.

Delicious. Simply incredibly delicious. The French fries are heartily fried. The burger was cooked to perfection. The roll and salad were delicious and fresh. What more could you want? The ice-cold Coca Cola was at exactly the right drinking temperature. The only drawback: the ice cream machine was broken.

Good first impression. Someone is wiping all the tables and windows and it looks very clean. It was also quiet. Unfortunately filthy, smelly toilets. Apparently these are not part of the duties of the person who keeps the restaurant clean. Order not entirely correct, one item was missing. Received without any hassle when asked. Internet here is very slow. The app to get a discount was only installed by the time we finished the food.... Overhyped fast food that isn't filling. Unfortunately, my image of McDonalds has been confirmed again here.

Despite being busy, the order was served to the table in no time. The friendly service quickly brought us a fork and we were able to eat deliciously at a clean table. I think it's a novelty for McDonald's. Thank you for this service.

What I particularly liked here: Cleanliness, order, process, service. The meals were warm/hot and famously delicious. The staff, especially a very personable employee, was very nice and friendly. The cell phone charging sockets on the walls have been removed. No numbered stands available for table orders. The return location for tablets is too small.

Eating typical McDonald's tastes just like you're used to. When we eat there, we always go through the drive and the ladies and gentlemen are ALWAYS really friendly. Totally disorganized and uncoordinated "team". Ordered takeout at 7:04 p.m. The food was only received at 8:04 p.m. after asking several times. A little more waiting time if it is very busy is okay. But the fact that the order only starts after my umpteenth question, 50 minutes after I ordered, is not okay! Apparently the iceberg lettuce was no longer available and instead of informing the customers, the orders were simply not processed. Great👎!

Instead of plant-based nuggets we got chicken nuggets. Very rancid. The service was otherwise ok, but this mistake makes me not want to eat there anymore.

We placed two orders: The first one via cell phone at the checkout... was great 👍🏽 The second one on the tap…. Catastrophe: we simply forgot when we asked, the burger was lying around in a corner with a note for table service, the food was cold, there was only one serving (two burgers with fries) and an employee right next to us was cleaning the window the whole time .. it was also free and was even worse than before 😂 You can avoid the store!

The food was fine, and the food production went well. Friendly service. However, the toilet was completely out of whack! They really should get the restrooms cleaned and serviced. This applied to both ladies and gentlemen.

The staff doesn't speak a word of German and is very unfriendly. The toilets are disappointing and some of the food doesn't look very tasty. However, the taste is as always. The tray trolleys are full and very disgusting and no straw was given when asked. Externally the MCD makes a good impression. However, monitors are broken. All in all you're OK

Your basic McD. The food was ok and service was fast. However, the whole place was a bit dirty and the toilet was in an especially bad shape.

The men's toilet was very dirty, the flush button and toilet seat were broken. When I complained, an employee came from the kitchen area and immediately checked, then asked me what I had to complain about. I then decided not to eat because I didn't want to know what the overall hygiene was like there.

We haven't been here for a long time but honestly, I don't regret it. We ordered via the app and it went smoothly. The food was warm to hot and wasn't that busy. Order was also ready quickly. Now comes the BUT......😭😭The shop looked incredibly dirty, the tables hadn't been wiped down, not to mention the benches, everything was sticky, leftover food, etc. A tragedy, well there were enough people running around to clean up. €2.39 for a cheeseburger?!?!?! That cost €1? The €1 for this dirt is justified but that? The citizen is just as bad as before and the quality has even gotten worse 😅😅 pure profit I hope people wake up and stop buying there!! The employees on site can't communicate with anyone... very terrible and sad conditions there!!!

Let’s be clear - it’s McDonald’s, but, the food was made fast and looking good (I had food that looked like thrown into the box in another region of Germany). The personell was professional, friendly and nice, although they seemed to be within a stressful period of the day. Lots of people and noise, sticky floor in an area where I suppose someone wasn’t able to control the limbs and emptied a full mug of sugar water. The toilets were quite clean. Cheers

What's on offer here doesn't have much to do with fast food... I arrived around 8:40, so I still had a little time before my appointment at 9:00. So I ordered a small breakfast via the app that I wanted to get at the drive-in so that I didn't miss my appointment and could continue straight away towards the Ruhr area. But something wasn't right. I drove to the order counter around 8:50 and was asked to wait a moment. I stood there at the exit for almost 15 minutes plus another 10. If you looked into the branch through this window you could get the impression that it was closed and someone forgot to close the window. Apart from the employee who took my request and from whom I received my order after about 25 minutes, I didn't see any other staff.

Don't order ice coffee here... they don't have a crunch ice machine... so half your cup is filled with ice cubes... so no ice cubes... no, you can almost make an igloo there build with... The milkshake was also filled with half of the ice cubes....they admitted that this was not good and we got a new one for that. It was very quiet with us, now I understand why....but that also means you have half-cold cartons of fries that have probably been there for half an hour.

The food was fresh compared to many other McDonald's branches in the area and you could tell that it had just been prepared and had not been lying around for hours. The employees were always friendly and courteous during every visit, and they also tried to keep the store clean. The food was always put together correctly and it was always a pleasure to come here. I personally cannot determine or even confirm a lot of what was described in the 1-star reviews. In my opinion it deserves 5 stars so far

Food was very good. Curlies are full and crispy to the top. Citizens were freshly prepared and very tasty. Cocoa was really good and not watered down. Employees try very hard and are friendly. Better than the McDonald's in Achim. Deserved 5 stars!

I never recommend going to this place. If you want McDonalds, go somewhere else. It's the worst place I've ever been. The service is terrible. The boss treats his employees and customers without any human decency, like they are animals. I don't know how there are any employees here who can handle being treated like that. Pure chaos.

Regarding the ambience, it's just a McDonald's... looks like all the others... Food... well, some of it was cold and the Big Mac was clapped together very carelessly, the box wasn't closed properly and a paddy flew around in the bag... Service actually requires minus stars. We ordered at the terminal and forgot a portion of fries. I wanted to reorder these at the counter because all the terminals were occupied. I assumed it would be quick and uncomplicated...it was just a portion of fries... At first I was skillfully ignored until a lady took pity on me. I explained my problem because my order was already ready. It felt like it took her 5 minutes to enter a portion of fries into the system and collect it... At first I thought I was with the hidden camera or something...guys, you can't be serious!

Ordered food online and actually arrived quicker than expected. I ordered, among other things: a Big Tasty Bacon without tomato/onion/lettuce and 2 McRibs without cucumber/onion. They did the part with no vegetables quite well, but they forgot the sauce on the two McRibs, at least I don't see any sauce - there are traces of sauce in the packaging, but I couldn't find any in the burger.. .

I ordered coffee and cheesecake. The cake is hard and not fresh. It would have been better if the shop had thrown away old cakes and not sold them, which would cause stomach upset. This is the last time he came to this branch.

Hier trifft man die typischen McD Mitarbeiter. Kompetenz Allergiker eben. Unsere Bestellung beinhaltete 1 Menü plus Happy Meal und 1 extra Burger. Es wurde was vergessen. Wie schafft man das? Es steht doch auf deren Bildschirm. Dieses Problem trifft aber auf jeden McD in Deutschland zu. Tablett Abgabe voll und quillt schon über. Waren Montags gegen 18 Uhr dort. Der Laden war fast leer. Wie ist es dort wohl zu Stoßzeiten?

Ein Durchschnittlicher mc Donalds halt 🤷🏼‍♀️
