I ordered a meal, ate it all, and had stomach pains for four days. The pain was so bad, I'm never going to Burger King again.

This Burger King is a complete disaster! I waited 25 minutes in the drive-thru, only to be told it was too full inside and I should come in to order. Once inside, I ordered – and lo and behold: there were maybe ten customers in the restaurant. After another 20 minutes of waiting, I asked what was going on, but the staff seemed more interested in chatting than taking orders.

Barely busy (1700), yet we still waited a long time for one meal. The burger arrived quickly, but thanks to the employee's speed and enthusiasm, it was, of course, only lukewarm. In the US, this branch would definitely have been closed down or the staff replaced by now! The price/performance ratio is abysmal!

I was just at Burger King. There were two girls/women there. My food was a disaster; the cheeseburger was stale. The nuggets were also bad, the whole meal was just awful. The two women showed absolutely no interest. I even found a hair in my food 🤮🤢 I paid 35 euros and had to throw everything away. Never again Burger King!

The staff was super friendly and didn't hesitate to help us and offer recommendations. I'm very impressed.

I've been to the store four times already, but this will be my last. I saw the older man who prepares the burgers shake hands with an employee/the manager and then continue preparing the burgers. That's unacceptable! The other day, I ordered a chili cheeseburger. Are you trying to kill your customers? The burger had 9 jalapenos! You should not only teach this guy hygiene, but also how to properly top burgers. The torn stool in front of the cash register also definitely needs to be replaced. The young girl at the cash register can't open her mouth properly and mumbles the numbers so hard you can't really understand them. Please note: Unlike in the past, some coupons are now being rejected. Another reason to avoid the store. I was happy back then that a Burger King was finally coming to Bremen North, but like this? I'm out!

The restroom smelled like a highway restroom. The floor in the lobby area was extremely sticky. Otherwise, a normal Burger King.

I bought a kebab burger and kebab fries because I'd seen them in an advert... big mistake. The fries were completely inedible because the sauce on them was way too salty. I tried to eat them, but it just wouldn't work. The burger wasn't that salty, but it was a completely dry chicken patty with a few pieces of kebab on top. If it hadn't been for the tomatoes, cucumbers, and lettuce, I wouldn't have been able to eat it without a drink. The service only gets 2 stars because when I ordered I said I'd like a gyro burger, and they couldn't do anything with that. Only after a few back and forths did we finally agree on a kebab burger.

The smell of urine and no toys! We were there on a Sunday. Unfortunately, there were no toys for my child, and let's be honest... that's why you go there! And then there wasn't even any compensation. And the worst part... As soon as you walk in, it smells of urine. The toilets stink so much that the entire entrance area stinks of it!! We won't go there again!

Fries were too salty, there was no high and no toys either although they were available according to the terminal. That was the last time for us.

It's really annoying when you repeatedly don't get what you ordered at the drive-thru. When I asked if everything I paid for was packed, the answer was "Of course, we're professionals." When I got home, the surprise was, of course NOT... Things may be running perfectly in the store itself, but I definitely won't be ordering at the window again. It's a real shame...!

Very tasty. We also went to the Burger King near Okhtum Park, and we liked it much better. The burger is well-cooked, the flavors are well-balanced. We've been here twice and are completely satisfied. Once, we were served Coke with ice, even though we had ordered it without, but the staff easily replaced it, for which we are very grateful. We'll be back!

"We only have Whoppers and Big King burgers, nothing else." And the employee is still laughing her head off. On a Friday evening at 7:00 PM, Burger King had nothing to sell. Across the street at McDonald's, it was a real mess. That's the way to destroy yourself.

We were there a while ago and they didn't have any patties. Today there were no buns for the small burgers... Logistics is running.

A good place, actually. But sometimes the employees are silly, tell you the wrong amount to pay, and you order to eat in but get takeout. The fries are the wrong way round and empty in the bag. Nice. But mostly good.

The worst store I've ever seen in the north. I had to wait an hour for food at the McDrive. There were only three cars in front of me. And then I got cold food. I'll never go to Burger King again. I'd rather go to McDonald's across the street or Subway, even though Subway doesn't taste good either.

The best food, a huge recommendation, fastest service, long chicken, huge distance, super good. Come after Burger King!

The Plant-Based Chili Cheese Tortilla menu is a truly delicious treat for the first time in a long time. The service remains "slow food."

Everything in the dining area and outside is fine and clean. Burger King, like McDonald's, has declined. Everything is smaller, everything is less tasty, even the taste is down, but it's just fast food. You can't expect anything more. But everything's okay. Sometimes you forget a burger, but it's always standard practice to check while you're still there. This applies to every Burger King and McDonald's because employees are always under pressure.

On each trip I have to stop for a Burger King try to taste the difference in each country. Would say it was way more fresh than the usual BK in the US. The staff was lovely and even suggested some great places for us to visit on our trip there.

It's actually a good deal, if you didn't have to check three times (always) to see if you got the right food or if something was missing, as always. I won't be going to Burger King in Aumund in the future; I'd rather drive longer and get what's promised.

The saleswoman at the drive-in says it will take a moment. Then goes to the fries and then comes back after a few minutes to give me the bag that was in front of me the whole time.

This hot fresh crispy chicken with the fresh salad, hot juicy tomatoes and this hot meat combined with this hot white sauce hit my G-spot deeply.

I ordered 3 times this week , everytime somthing missing from my order, they forget to give me 2 burgers , then they gave me wrong burger.. it is not normal

The food is top and everything was good in terms of quality. Toilets are clean and apart from a broken toilet seat everything is fine. But it's not certain whether the toilet lid came off the previous one or two weeks ago. Service was always attentive, if you don't make eye contact when giving something out, you feel uncomfortable and don't have enough space. All in all, a nice establishment, but one that still has room for improvement.

Today we ate at Burger King in Aumund. There was a Double Whopper and a Crispy Chicken Burger on the menu. The burgers were prepared quickly and freshly, the ladies in service are attentive and friendly. The Burger King is modernly furnished and really very clean, we would love to come back.

For years we have been meeting regularly every week among colleagues in the Burger King branch in Bremen Aumund. This branch is the ideal meeting point for us, because where else do you have the opportunity to sit together comfortably at 10 or 11 p.m. and enjoy a coffee for just €1 on offer or €2 at the regular price?! Here the staff continually ensures cleanliness and order. Particularly noteworthy are Munia and Emma - a strong team who put all their effort into ensuring that the tables are regularly wiped and disinfected, the floors are swept, packaging waste is collected outside and the tablet carts are emptied. It is impressive to see how they are always full of energy and in a good mood. Munia and Emma complement each other perfectly: while one spruces up the dining room with a friendly smile, the other ensures order behind the scenes. Their professionalism and commitment are exemplary - and that's exactly what makes a visit here so pleasant. Of course, big praise goes to the entire friendly and courteous team! On quieter days, the order is even brought directly to your seat - a service that makes your stay even more pleasant. The only point of criticism: lack of staff. Unfortunately, it often happens that the branch remains temporarily closed at certain times due to understaffing or that individual employees stand alone in the kitchen or at the counter. It becomes particularly problematic when there is also a high volume of guests. We experienced an extreme example one day when former employee Angy was working alone at the counter. At the same time, a party was taking place in Vegesack and she had to handle 30 outstanding orders single-handedly. An unacceptable situation - both for you and for the waiting guests. Conclusion: Despite occasionally being understaffed, this Burger King branch in Bremen Aumund is highly recommended. The cleanliness is exemplary, the team - especially Munia and Emma - do a great job, and the general level of service is significantly higher than the competition.

Alles in Ordnung die Bestellung sind grundsätzlich richtig und komplett. Leider in der Regel immer mit Wartezeit, dafür ist das Essen dann frisch und warm.

Configured and paid for 2 menus in the store. Waiting time 15 minutes. In the car we noticed: food was almost cold, the Coke without ice was warm and seemed stale. Drink at room temperature, which is unusual. Normally it is cold without ice. The long chicken ended up in the trash after 2 bites. Lettuce yellow and wilted. The burger smelled burnt, which we could then see from the bun. Especially since the chicken patty stuck to the bun. When we opened it, the breading came off. The long chili cheese was obviously made from leftovers, the bun was in 4 pieces at the bottom. Total paid 40.05€, as there were churros and a cheeseburger in the bag. After this experience there will be a veeeery long break. The food was really disgusting. I doubt that they work according to the appropriate guidelines here.

It's worth more than mcs, you get full and the employee who served me was also very friendly. I think his name was Musa. I think he should be made managing director

I went to Burger King today and had a truly great experience! The food was delicious as always, but what made the visit special was the incredibly nice employee working the late shift. She was super friendly, helpful, and took the time to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. Such a positive, welcoming atmosphere is truly noticeable and makes the visit even more enjoyable. Thank you for the great service, I'll be back!

Even though there was nothing going on, the wait was extremely long, the burgers were there ready the whole time, only the burger roaster made an effort. Unfortunately there was no friendly service when we asked about changes

Update* 02/26/25 - Drove in at 6:58 p.m., left at 7:30 p.m. - Order packed incorrectly - Order received at 7:35 p.m. (2 burgers, 1x fries… extremely difficult apparently) The store is often pretty empty, but you still stand in the drive for up to 30 minutes because the entire staff is apparently simply overwhelmed... this location is simply bottomless, I try it every few months but always the same result...

Ladies and Gentlemen I can't understand the negative comments, the food was fresh and delicious. The staff are polite, friendly and helpful. I've been there many times and never had any problems and will do so in the future.

I didn't think this Burger King was good before. That has totally changed. Apparently they have a new team. It's very tidy and the burgers and fries were nice and hot. I can now highly recommend Burgerking.

The lettuce on the citizens was already tarnished/dark in color! For the price it's really sad to slap bad salad on the burgers. Just disgusting!!! Anyone who eats here should check their food and be prepared for complaints. 🤢 Enjoy your meal

Was clean and there was enough space

I went to the BK after work today and got 20 nuggets to take with me, two fries and a hamburger The hamburgers were very good When I got home we live 5 minutes away from BK Nuggets old fries not fresh at all catastrophic definitely stood for two hours how can you offer something like that to someone even if it's just a fast food chain we pay money for it The fries and nuggets for the children were so disappointed that they didn't want to eat them anymore. I didn't want to drive back, I was really angry at first plus I was really tired after work

Take away when eating We were missing a burger and a salad. Annoying even though there wasn't much going on.

Today we ordered 6 burgers, 2 Sprites, 2x fries and sauces to take away. After various orders, where something was always missing or wrong, we now check the orders on the roof of the car without honor in order to complain directly. Since we never eat on site, we have often had the misfortune of only noticing that burgers or sauces were missing until we got home. Of course you don't have to drive back, so the BK cost us a lot of extra money. Today we also checked the completeness and everything was in order. At home I take a sip of "Sprite" and realize it's sparkling water. Exactly the same with the second drink. If I wanted sparkling water, I would use my Sodastream at home and not pay for extra drinks. So in the future I will go to Subway around the corner. To everyone else I can only give the tip to always check for completeness and accuracy (yes also the drinks). That's probably the problem when only very young people without responsible managers with experience work shifts there. The other reviews show that this is an ongoing problem. I could understand if the store were full, but that's never the case. You can only be happy that you employees don't work at busy restaurants at train stations or similar.

I ordered a cheeseburger, instead of getting it I got the plant based version which didn't taste good very good. I don't recommend going here because there are kids working there who are just too stupid to understand what to order.😭😭😭 They wasted all my money and made my day even worse

I've always been happy, but today it really wasn't that good. My order was one quick and two drinks. Which is sad when you leave €40 behind.

Saturday around 11:30 p.m. we were here to order something to eat at the drive-in, at first no one was there... then later a lady who seemed very sleepy and unmotivated - 3 things were ordered and only 2 were on the display but we should still go to the output window. When we arrived at the window and paid, the lady said that we still had remaining money, which she still had to get. A while later there was the remaining money and then the food. What can we say... The large fries looked like a small portion, not fresh and tasted like they had been sitting there for several hours and completely without salt. The Long Texas BBQ was lukewarm and the meat was hard and not really edible. Disappointed, we made our way home and a few minutes later my girlfriend and I started having stomach pains. We are simply disappointed and will definitely avoid this location in the future.

I'm actually not a fan of Burger King branches, especially not in Vegesack. I was But today the employee Munja surprised me very much. She packed everything correctly for my large order. Unfortunately, this Burger King has deteriorated since it opened. Today I ordered 3 menus that included 5 citizens, 3 of which I didn't order at all. After I pointed out that my menu might have been mixed up with others, they said "that can't be right" and I was just given an additional burger - luckily it was one of the right ones. Conclusion never again Vegesacker Burger King. I'd rather go to Bremerhaven or Huchting. If necessary, there are now quick restaurants at the Shell too.

The burger was very poorly topped, the meat was very thin, almost like a sausage cut, it was very dry and the edges of the meat were hard and, it looked like it had been lying around for a long time and had been fried again, I think it was Employee didn't understand that it shouldn't look and taste like that. The employee was very emotionless when making the complaint and said the bread was soft. This branch is visually appealing but when it comes to food, it's the worst Burger King I've ever been to. Absolutely no recommendation!!!!

Drive-in not recommended. 2 individual burgers and 1 burger in the menu were ordered. It was paid for and when she was done she just gave us a bag. When I asked where the drink was, the answer was that I had ordered all the burgers individually. When you answered that no, not everything was ordered individually, you were just looked at stupidly. It would be nice if you could hire competent staff who would also listen to what customers are ordering.

The ambience is nothing special, seating is hard and uncomfortable. Cleanliness was okay, the advice regarding the menu was average. Waiting time acceptable. My bacon and cheese burger was less than lukewarm and tasted old, even though I was assured it was freshly made. The onion rings tasted good, but the temperature was just so-so. The fries were hot and very good. The mayonaise is tastier than the competition, it had a fishy aftertaste. Since hot and fresh food is very important to me, I can't really recommend this branch.

We bought burger teriyaki and half of the stuff was missing, the sauce looked like a rotten banana, I felt traumatized. We would have to wait 10 minutes to pay and 35 minutes to get our food.

The food here is delicious. :) Tip: always check your order, as something is almost always forgotten (at least here). The opening times aren't quite right. (The status of the rating is stated until 2:00 a.m.) We were here every now and then at 10 p.m. and the door was closed. You could see how the employees were already cleaning. The drive-in was still open, but almost everything here was “sold out”. The deep fryer was probably already clean, but of course that's just a guess. :D We still enjoy coming here from time to time.

Food is usually good. I've been eating here once a week for 2 years and have never seen soap in the soap dispenser in the toilet. Addendum from July 9, 2024 The juice shop just closes at 10 p.m. My wife and two other hungry people are locked out. All the chairs are already on the tables and everyone is doing it at the end of the day....loading some real dirt. They probably don't need the money. It would be appropriate to change the opening times for humanitarian reasons!!!

No beef on Tuesday and sticky floor

Waited almost 45 minutes at the drive-in counter for the food, which is a little quicker than the competition.

We ordered from the machine. A young lady was responsible for processing our order, despite being repeated three times (by other employees), she put the wrong toppings on the churros. Among other things, there was hardly any sauce on the burgers, so we had to make some ourselves at home because otherwise it would have been damn dry. If it happens that you get the wrong food packed, no drama at all. But if you even notice that the employee has been reminded so often + is just chatting with random people instead of doing her job properly, you'll really get pissed off. Always take a look before you set off.

The employees are real secondary school students and forget half of the order, but what do you expect from Bremen.

The woman in the drive-in on June 29, 2024 at 1 a.m. was very nice and answered my questions very kindly and well. You can't imagine a better drive-in. It's rare that you're in a better mood after visiting the drive-in than before 😂

Was there at 11:30 p.m. and online it says it's open until 2:00 a.m. and the service simply doesn't take an order after waiting 15 minutes and makes itself food 👍 Mc'Donalds was right next door was great 👍

Chilli nuggets were forgotten and were not given out when asked. €6.49 for nothing. Complaint was submitted to Burger King via email.

They haven't been making any effort there lately.
