O'Tacos in Bremen

One star is even too much... We ordered via Uber Eats on July 21, 2025. The driver barely understood German and ignored the instructions over the phone and via the app. We gave the address several times, and what did he do? Left the food somewhere on the highway, several meters/kilometers away. I stood on the street at my front door for over an hour and didn't get any food! Customer service won't refund us and they said they'll get back to us today, July 22, 2025, because they're coordinating with headquarters in Bremerhaven. We're waiting for the money and a response. Nothing will happen. The statement is that they're working with Uber Eats, and they have to refund the money and have no influence over it... FELLOWS, don't order, or you'll be stuck with your money and nothing!!!!

Ordered food, waited two hours, and only got the wrong things. No matter how many times we've ordered, not once has the delivery been correct. My boyfriend has a potato intolerance and always says he doesn't want fries in his taco. It worked once out of about 15 attempts. But then the sauce and the contents were wrong. I don't understand how someone could make the wrong things SO OFTEN. I would give it a lower rating if it were possible.

Where do we start? Lieferando shows me that my delivery takes 1 hour. After 1.5 hours I call and arrive at Hannover Hbf Nordsee GmbH, which says that the order has only just arrived. And it still takes another hour. After an over-punctual 2.5 hours. I bite into a juicy taco made with love. You can feel the taste explosion of Lidl frozen nuggets, burger sauce that is mayonnaise and over-fried fries that taste like they were freshly grown under the 10-year-old refrigerator. Not to be forgotten is the dough, which rivals an old man's calluses in terms of consistency and taste. If you're already excited about O Taco, then look forward to the cold taco cooling you down again. Literally. After I didn't want to withhold half of the taco from the animals in my trash, I noticed that there was even juicy cheese integrated into the callus dough. All in all, I highly recommend this provider for your next wedding buffet.

Delivery times not met, not everything that was ordered received

I ordered today through Mjam. After 40 minutes I checked when the arrival would be... according to Mjam it said Delivered.... I clarified with Mjam because I couldn't be found on the run and he drove away again... it says but a phone number on the invoice. Why wasn't I called if I supposedly couldn't be found?!? Otherwise they called every time and it can't be that I couldn't be found because I haven't had a lunch break today because I'm WAITING for my food!!!

GLASS SHATTERS IN THE FOOD! The hard plastic or glass splinters in the pictures were used in my BBQ "taco" on November 23rd, 2022 at around 1:20 p.m. Since I only ordered one taco for the evening, the restaurant was already closed when I found the splinter in the food.
