Waited 20 minutes inside for take out. Has nothing to do with fast food anymore. Then everything is cold. Milkshake machine broken. Never again !!!

The staff doesn't speak any German and is very unfriendly!! Food was so-so. At least the burgers were freshly prepared. Place was very dirty.

Unfortunately, this McDonald's location rather disappointed me. The food is as you know it, but the quality could be better - the fries were often not really hot and the burgers seemed a bit carelessly put together. Unfortunately, the service was the biggest drawback. Employees seemed stressed and not attentive, and there were more long waiting times, even when there wasn't a lot of traffic. There is definitely still room for improvement here. The ambience is fine so far - the seating areas are clean and reasonably comfortable, but nothing special. Overall, I think you can eat here, but there are definitely better alternatives. In that sense, thank you for reading ✌

Sometimes we got the wrong food (instead of veggie we got chicken nuggets that were in the deep fryer for far too long). The milkshake was missing, even though it was on the receipt. The person was barely audible over the loudspeaker and apparently barely understood the order.

Ordered takeaway food. When we got home, we were missing a cheeseburger. Annoying because it was paid €2.40. It's not worth driving back again at just under 10 km

The McCafé is obviously a thing of the past. Maybe you just don't drink coffee in Oslebshausen. Food and drinks were okay. The cleanliness was good. Overall, I don't like the atmosphere of McDonald's 2020 years that much. I don't really like the interior design.

In general, MC Donald has reduced the quality, often the burgers or fish mec, fries, etc. are to be taken away and you have the feeling that they have been around for a long time. I like this McDonalds very much. I would say it is the best in the Bremen-West area. Up to the city there is no better. The food is brought here, attention is paid to cleanliness, and the ambience is good. Have nothing to complain about so far.

We were there twice last Saturday as we made our little stop there while passing through. I was only in the drive at lunchtime and was absolutely rude because it had taken too long for the gentleman. The app just didn't want to do it the way we did. In the evening we were quickly taken out from the inside again, again absolutely unfriendly and a contemptuous comment from the employee who had already served us in the morning. Once about the fact that I'm there for the second time that day and about the fact that you don't drink coffee with oat milk (apparently the explanation why you couldn't make one) I don't have the words to eat, the burger was cold, the fries tasted like fish and smelled strange.... The stomach problems followed and are still with us today (Tuesday). Due to an incident in the parking lot between other guests, which no one there was interested in, we couldn't go in again at that moment. Don't thank me again...

Frappe ordered for 4.19. Was no longer in stock, then a milkshake (price 3.99) was offered. The difference was not pointed out, let alone paid out. You would have to get them back just as a gesture of goodwill. Good service is different.

You wait 1000 years for your food

Waiting 25 minutes for 6 nuggets and 1 fries, when asked why it takes so long for the order to be ready, all I get is a shrug of the shoulders and turning away Significant need for improvement desired!

Very unfriendly employees especially the manager!!!!!!! We placed an order on the app and went to the mc drive. Everything was fine until we took the order and there were clearly a lot of things missing!!!!!!!! When we went to McDonald's, we spoke to the employees because a lot of things were missing. Instead, we got strange looks and denied it. An employee called the manager because she didn't understand our question because there is no knowledge of German at this McDonald's. The manager couldn't solve the problem instead he just said "Show me the app" and called us the whole time and said that everyone was missing a lot of things and that we should work there ourselves and that we were wrong even though we knew what we ordered and we showed it to him. It's very rude how he spoke to us. He continued to argue with us and couldn't solve the problem. Kicked us out instead too!!!! Because we called him .😂😂😂 McDonald's was better. None of the employees speak German but look at you strangely. Most customers have a lot of things missing - this isn't the first time (statement from the manager) - this problem can't be fixed either. Very unfriendly the employees and the manager no better!!!!!!🤬 We will never set foot in this McDonald’s again!!!

I ordered fries and a milkshake. I ordered a dip with the fries and there was supposed to be chocolate sauce in the milkshake. The dip and the chocolate sauce were forgotten. I paid for it. Unfortunately I only noticed it while driving. Simply impossible.

Today after the lake we drove to the Mcdrive and ordered 2 cheeseburgers, 1 chicken burger & 6 nuggets with sweet and sour. At the checkout there was someone who barely spoke German and had to say everything 3 times and finally had to go to the 1 window and explain it to her You can do whatever you want! So you paid for it from the second window and it was a short moment to drive to the front (10 minutes a short moment?) Well waited, the person in front of me who was served drove off. The guy who brought him the food asked me if I wanted to I said yes about the burgers and nuggets and dictated the order to him again! Then he got back on the highway & everything was wrong 3 chicken burgers and instead of sweet and sour sauce there was sweet chili in it so seriously what a filthy shop you are but with the drivers who have to get on the train quickly you can do it with a very very very big one the worst McDonald's of all time!!! Once and never never never again

You can only eat in the branch until 1 a.m., even though the branch is open. The MC Drive is therefore excessively full.

This branch has had a serious cleanliness problem for some time. Every time I visit I notice that the floors are constantly greasy and greasy - that can't be a coincidence. On May 11th Ordered 2x Happy Meals, ordered 1 McSmart menu and 1 double chili cheese, picked it up at the Mc Drive and drove home because the children were whining and discovered at home that the McSmart menu only contained 1 cheeseburger and the drink. So the second burger and the fries were missing. Unfortunately it wasn't the first time something happened in the McDrive... No one answered the phone when I called, so I complained via email but haven't received a response yet. I won't be visiting McDonalds anymore...

We ordered something here and got something else that we actually wanted. At first I was complained about because I had to walk there four times because the whole order was wrong.

It all started with paying: Very unfriendly, the change was thrown onto the counter more or less without a word!😔 Then we waited 34 minutes for the food and it was only 4 hamburgers, 1 large fries and a milkshake!🤢 If the lady behind the counter knew at least a little German, she could have called our number, but that's how the food sat until a colleague came and could call the number!🫤 And when you get cold food after all the waiting, you're really served 😡😡😡 So I won't see them there again, for that money I'd rather go for a decent meal with nice service!!!! McDonald's used to be good but now it's anything but good!!! Has nothing to do with fast food restaurants and good service anymore🤬🤬🤬 The whole thing was on May 6th, 2024 at 8 p.m

We've been coming to eat at this McDonald's for a while and we noticed that Mr. Michael is the only one who works a lot and has some time for every customer, even if he has a lot to do. It's very admirable how wonderfully he handles his work, but it's a shame Every time we arrive here he always works a lot or does a lot more than others in this McDonald's. I think Michael's way of working is very, very nice. It's sad that he's being bossed around by the others. Even though he has a lot to do, he always has a smile on his face, which I think is great. Hopefully it will change that he will be bossed around by the others and that the work will be distributed equally!!!! Very, very likeable person Mr. Michael

Too full and something was missing

Simply disgusting. The floor sticks everywhere and really all the way to the back! When you move your foot you hear this sticky sound because the sole of the shoe stays really baked! No lie!!!!! Dirty tables! An employee wiped the tables BUT always used the same dirty cloth, didn't rinse the cloth and only wiped the areas he thought were necessary and that was 1/3 of the table. We go to McDonald's maybe once a year and that's already too much! If it's so dirty in the customer area, I don't want to know what's going on behind the facade! We were also there with 2.5 people and paid €27! I wouldn't do that again. For that money I can really cook a wonderful and healthy meal. Update! This visit left such a lasting impression that we never set foot in a McDonald's branch again. I would even say that I feel disgusted every time we drive/walk past a branch and see customers eating there. I find it extremely worrying that parents offer this food to their children. Better to cook yourself. With us there is only a “real restaurant” or we cook.

Hostile to customers!!! instead of customer friendly. Today I experienced an incredibly cheeky and brazen approach to order taking in Mc Drive (03/14/24 at 2:15 p.m.) After there was no one at the order taking place (1st window), even though we waited, I continued on to the food counter. A nice employee there said that I had to go back to the first window (i.e. backwards) and order there. This went smoothly because there was no one in line at the time. Then at the first window an incredibly unfriendly employee said that since the next car had already ordered (it wasn't even possible...), we would have to drive around and get in line again. He would have said hello, hello and we would have just kept driving the first time. My daughter can confirm that this was not the case. My daughter was so shocked by this behavior that she never wants to eat at McDonalds again!!! The unfriendly employee of the century was a man around 40, medium height, dark hair, big nose.

The employee who was responsible for the McDrive on February 7, 2024 around 10:20 p.m. made a mistake. She forgot to pack our mayo and she also forgot to pack a cheeseburger. When we went in and asked about the cheeseburger, she said we were lying. This is really outrageous. Afterwards we noticed that she had packed us three chicken burgers instead of 2 cheeseburgers and 2 chicken burgers. They also forgot to pack the water, which we had already noticed when we were waiting at the drive and when we pointed it out she quickly went to get it. The way this employee treats customers is unacceptable. It seems that she has something against foreigners. It's outrageous to be portrayed as a liar because of a burger that costs just over a euro. I cannot recommend anyone to shop there again. Your employees should receive training on how to deal with customers appropriately!"

We've been to many Mc's but this is by far the worst service and the service is very unfriendly. Long waiting times and many burgers were cold and fries even more so. The only great employee is the one who cleans the tables and keeps things tidy - he deserves that Star...

War um 2:35 Uhr da die haben mir nur Getränke anbieten können weil der Grill schon aus war eine Frechheit

Neu modisches Ambiente, nicht mehr so bunt und kinderfreundlich wie man es kannte. Essen wie immer, war viel los zum Zeitpunkt unseres Besuches. Und ein Burger war kalt und dann Spielzeug wurde vergessen. Nach ansprechen der servicekraft wurde beides schnell und einfach korrigiert.

Die Herrentoilette stinkt bestialisch nach Urin. Ekelhaft.

Respektlos! Hab über lieferando bestellt -es wurde bestätigt nach 1 1/2 Stunden stand bei der Bestellverfolgung 13 min wartezeit -nach weiteren 30 min stand aufeinmal wurde stoniert- (23uhr) .Als ich anrief wurde so getan als wäre keine Bestellung ,ich zurecht sauer weil würde doch bestätigt?? Es hiess nein ihre Nummer existiert nicht und fertig.Dann hiess es keine Fahrer? Warum bestätigt ihr dann lässt mich 2 stunden warten und dann noch mich für blöd verkaufen und lügen??? Mc Drive Kakau Eis kalt nicht gerührt und nichts zum rühren bekommen mit bekommen , Leider ist dieser Mc Donalds der schlechteste in Bremen !Der Vorarbeiter oder geschweige Chef wolte mir klar machen das ich den selber rühren muss das beim mac Drive sehr unhöflich kam er rüber .aber nein andre haben immer schuld. 20 Minuten warten auf die Lieferung des Essens an den Tisch ist für ein Fastfood Restaurant indiskutabel, auch wenn es etwas voll war.

Leider ist es hier so das viele Mitarbeiter nicht bzw. sehr schlecht Deutsch sprechen. Aufgrund der Nähe zu meinen Wohnort bin ich des öfteren hier. Und bei den letzten Bestellungen hat jedesmal etwas gefehlt,mal ein Getränk dann mal ein Burger oder Nuggets. Ich würde mir wünschen das MC Donalds mehr wert auf Deutschkenntnisse legen würde. Auf der anderen Seite scheint der Laden immer und mit Absicht unterbesetzt zu sein,das hat natürlich zur Folge das die Mitarbeiter ständig unter Zeitdruck stehen,da ist es natürlich nur logisch das Fehler unterlaufen. Also Mc Donalds bitte für mehr und besser vorbereitete Mitarbeiter sorgen !!!!!

Leider nur noch ohne menschliche Erfassung der gewünschten Produkte. Wer nicht mit dem AUTOMATEN klar kommt muss wohl oder übel verhungern oder ein anderes Lokal aufsuchen...

Ich hatte schon bessere McDonald's das Essen ok der Service kann man besser machen

Teilweise sehr lange Wartezeiten

Wir waren jetzt schon paar Mal da. Wenn wir dort gegessen haben, mussten wir teilweise bis zu 30 Min (mit Tischservice) bzw. 20 Min (selbst zum Tisch bringen) warten, bis unser Essen fertig war. Andere, die nach uns bestellt hatten, wurden zwischendurch abgefertigt (auch im Restaurant gegessen) und nein, wir waren keine Großfamilie sondern 2 Personen mit Wunsch nach Burger, Pommes, Eistee und Kaffee. Zuletzt hab ich abgeholt zum Mitnehmen, das war recht schnell fertig. Allerdings haben wir leider erst zu Hause beim Essen festgestellt, dass wir statt Eistee und Coke zero 2x Coke zero hatten. Es ist definitiv noch Luft nach oben.

Sauber und ordentlich, selbst vor 11 gab es Burger und was wir wollten, das gibt es in vielen ja nicht, da Frühstück! Auch der Service war sehr nett. Es war sauber und ordentlich.

Also ich war da schon öfter auch in den Jahren da essen oder zum Mitnehmen, und an sich lecker essen, es dauert vielleicht manchmal ,mal so mal so, kommt drauf an wie viele Leute, die Bildschirme wo Man essen bestellt wenn Man drückt wird es nicht immer ausgewählt oder es dauert paar Sekunden, aber an sich ist der MC Donalds OK ,und ich komm mal wieder dort hin.

Hallo, der erste Eindruck war, nicht gut. Der Fußboden klebt das kann zwischen durch gewischt werden. Der ganze Laden sieht schmutzig aus. Nicht einladend. Das sich das Personal in ihrer Heimatsprache (russische oder ukrainisch) unterhält und ich als Kunde ihm gegenüber stehe. Ist nicht schön, Ich weiß ja nicht ob sich das Personal über mich unterhält. Das macht man nicht. Das ist ein no go.

Wir waren eine halbe stunde vor Feierabend da, gegen 04:30 Uhr. Wir haben nichts mehr zu essen bekommen, unfreundliches Personal

Mc Donalds ist und bleibt Mc Donalds. Man weiß was man hat. Als sehr ärgerlich empfinde ich jedoch den Umtand, dass bei Bestellungen jetzt immer Abseits gewartet werden muss, selbst bei Kleinstbestellungen oder wenn nichts los ist und dass nur um das interne Monitoring der Mc Donalds Filialen auszutricken und auf den Kameras "keine" Wartezeiten zu haben. Schade!

Das Essen wird nicht immer vollständig beigelegt.

Grottenschlechter McDonalds -Trotz Tischservice mussten wir unser Essen abholen. Durch die Onlinebestellung wussten wir auch nicht unsere Bestellnummer, welche bestimmt 3 mal laut ausgerufen wurde. Erst bei der Tischnummer wussten wir bescheid. -Wartezeit 25min obwohl nicht viel los war. -Sauberkeit der Filiale lässt auch zu wünschen übrig -Atmosphäre ist sehr laut, dadurch das immer mal wieder Bestellnummer laut gerufen werden.

Essen war gut, die Filiale ist etwas laut. Der Mitarbeiter mit der Brille und Halbglatze hat eine Gehaltserhöhung verdient, er war am hustlen und immer überall unterwegs am sauber machen, Gäste bedienen und aufräumen. Bitte ernennt ihn Mitarbeiter des Monats.

Sehr laut, ständig gab irgendein Gerät Alarm. Wollte eigentlich in Ruhe einen Cappuccino genießen. Leider nicht möglich!!! Habe auf weitere Bestellungen verzichtet. Liegt wohl am Standort. Kenne gepflegter McDonalds Lokale. Schade.

Mann wartet es lange auf ein mcsunday, es war nicht voll aber, ich habe 10 Minuten gewartet

Mal von den Preisen abgesehen..... Die Burger waren kalt und einfach nur aufeinander geklatscht... Der Fischburger lag bestimmt schon ne Weile in der Ausgabe. Haben es zurück geben. Von Freundlichkeit und Kundenservice kann man hier nicht sprechen... Der Salat meiner Tochter war auch alles andere als frisch. Ich würde es nicht mal meiner Schildkröte zu essen geben....

Einen Kaffee bestellt und bar bezahlt. Anschließend 25 Minuten auf das Getränk gewartet, der nicht das Wort Kaffee verdient.

Personal etwas überfordert, obwohl schnell, edwas viel Müll überall. Aber naja, für 4 Personen, alles doppelt gebracht.

Meistens ist das essen nicht mal mehr warm wenn man es hin beckommen würde dass das essen noch richtig warm ist und es noch dampft würde ich 4 sterne geben 11.08.23 ->Essen ab und an mal warm
