McDonald's in Bremen

Were there as a family and definitely the first and last time. Rude employees. Long waiting times despite pre-ordering via the app in an almost empty branch. There was hardly anything going on at Mc Drive when we arrived. Forgot the portion of fries, forgot the toy in the Happy Meal, forgot the apple slices. I always have a chili cheeseburger and today there was some strange disgusting sauce on it, the rest was ok. Equipment partly defective. Toilets dirty. Our tip is to drive a little further to the next location.

Unfortunately, the majority of service staff today do not speak German. The cleanliness today leaves more than to be desired. We clean our seat ourselves. Half of the order was forgotten and then brought to the table one by one - sometimes incorrectly. When I asked, at first there weren't any straws, but then my husband asked again, but then they did?! There seems to be an incredible amount of staff in the "restaurant" - about 60% of the time - but it still doesn't work here today.

I'm really fed up. This branch keeps making mistakes to my detriment. Today 2 out of 4 burgers were missing!!! Of course I was so stupid and didn't check on site (McDrive) whether everything was there. Once you get home, you'll be very disappointed again, but you don't want to suffer through the rush hour traffic again. By now the shop probably owes me more than €50. If it weren't for the youngsters, I would have last been seen here years ago.

The slowest McDonald's I know. I wait at least 15 minutes every time (!!!). Whether I order 1 burger or 20 doesn't matter. A single catastrophe!

Unfortunately, the tables and benches as well as the area under/next to the tables had been left very unclean by guests. We requested an MA to clean this up. The tables and bench were only cleaned with a spray and a cloth. However, the result was subsequently unsatisfactory. Sticky table and even stickier bench. And no attention was paid to the mess under/next to the table, so everyone had to continue to step through the puddles of leftover food with their shoes.

DISGUSTING! The floor is sticky all over the store, making your shoes come off. Likewise tables and chairs. To avoid messing up our clothes, we ate in the car...

I waited 25 minutes. A burger is missing, the fries aren't quite cooked through and the drink doesn't taste like anything.

This is the best McDonald's there is. Were there at 3:10 and got 40kg of chicken burger patties from McDrive for free as leftovers. The employees are super nice and work precisely, quickly and efficiently. Hygiene is also 10/10, everything is always clean and the food tastes divine and I've never had any problems with it. The atmosphere is perfect with the lighting, especially in the coffee corner or on the squares outside and you can also easily order from the machine and have a bowel movement. Overall, everything about this McDonald's is perfect and even deserves more than 5 stars. P. S. to the employees: Make sure TT Cheesy doesn't start grating his cheese on you ;)

The parking lot is almost always a disaster. After eating, the McDrive guests open the door and put their trash on the pavement. Reason: No trash can accessible from the driver's window.

Another experience as a vegetarian!!!! Unfortunately, the first time we received nuggets that were clearly made of meat. After a brief consultation with the staff, we were given a new portion, but to our great horror, it also contained meat. When I asked why this had happened, I only received the dry answer that it was a new employee. It is unfortunate that such a misunderstanding occurred not once but twice. On a side note, all of these meat “vegetarian nuggets” were simply thrown away, which is not only annoying but also wasteful. I hope the restaurant uses better trained staff to avoid such mistakes in the future. As vegetarian guests, we expect that our wishes are taken seriously and that the food is prepared accordingly. This experience greatly dampened our anticipation of the meal. And it was very disgusting for me as a vegetarian for years

The food is delicious, but the service sucks. I wanted to pay in cash at the checkout and had to wait 30 minutes and no one came even though I made myself known and then I didn't feel like waiting anymore and left

We ate here and saw the bad reviews in advance and tried it anyway, but we quickly regretted eating here. Tables are very dirty and are not cleaned, so that you couldn't find a clean seat in the whole store except outside... before you clean and clear the tables, they better take out all the trays from the cart and bring them all away one by one. The fries were soggy and unsalted, and apart from the cola, nothing tasted good. This is one of the worst McDonald's I've ever eaten at!

Update 04/27/23: ...sorry, but that didn't work at all yesterday. 2x fries were missing, had to point out, special burger was cold, drinks ordered without ice but received with ice. The service kindly advised us to read the receipt correctly in the future, but this was only possible in English!!! Sorry, but I'm out of my language skills. Why do I have to communicate in English in a domestic fast food restaurant??? That has nothing to do with internationalization. There was another cola as an apology, but who is going to drink all that? For 1 adult and 2 children we left almost 40€ and went home hungry and upset. Then next time you should order a burger from Mike's in Bremen-Borgfeld.

Yesterday we placed an order through Lieferando and most of the things we ordered didn't arrive! We called the restaurant afterwards and they were rude to us and didn't help us!! What do you call it when you pay for food you didn't get?

I live 200m away and eat there often, everything is great and mostly clean.

I call on this McDonald's to respond to us and help solve the problem, otherwise we will be able to take other measures. We don't give a damn whether the XY sauce is out. It was specially ordered. It is up to you as guests to let us know this and not simply make the order wrong by leaving it out without telling us that the sauce is out and thus stealing our money!!!! The BigMac had no seasoning, tasted like cardboard, the fries were cold and were ready before we ordered. Drinks were ordered without ice cubes and of course came with them. But it was clean and at least.

I don't know if I'm the only one who notices this, but I'm disappointed... Mc Donalds in Horn Lehe used to be, in my opinion, one of the cleanest restaurants of all in Bremen. Today I was in this restaurant again for a long time. The food was great as always. I have no objections to that. But it's just disgusting to eat there. All tables dirty and sticky. Seats stained and dirty. Window sills Dead flies and mosquitoes and older dust also on the window edges. Dear staff there... If the people are so friendly and take the tray away, could you also clean the tables and seats properly without having to tell them? And the floor also sticks to Kloo everywhere. Double Royal TS with large fries, Big Mac Dip, Sprite. Ingredients delivered fresh and hot. The bag of fries was really very well filled. Big Mac Dip is too salty for me. It's a shame that you can't choose the cooking level of the meat. Meat is a bit too dry for me. Driver nice. However, a delivery time of 90 minutes at a distance of 950 meters is too long for me. But the quality convinced me again and I was quite disappointed with the quality in the store for a long time.

The bad review actually comes after the 2nd visit as the experience was similar the first time. Ordered food to the table, waited 10 minutes, okay so far. Then 2 burgers arrive, no fries, no drinks, no sauces with the words "the rest will come soon." 20 minutes later I ask and no one has the order on their radar and that's with only ~10 customers. After another 10 minutes we got almost everything, only the drinks took another 10 minutes. The light in the toilet in one stable was out, the other was completely dirty and smeared with excrement.

As a rule, the dishes are thoroughly prepared, burgers don't fall apart and the fries have a reasonable consistency. The ice cream machine is rarely broken and there is a growing vegan offering. At McDrive there are queues to be expected at peak times, where the wait can sometimes take 10 minutes. The interior is atmospherically designed, there is an outdoor area with tables and a children's playground. Only the toilets are often unclean and smell of urine. However, when taking away, I recommend checking beforehand whether you have received your entire order, as sometimes food is forgotten. Overall, 4/5 stars, a branch that can be visited from morning to night.

Ordered via Lieferando and waited 2 (!!) hours. After a call there with an extremely unfriendly employee, I was informed that they couldn't see what had been delivered and that I should contact Liferando. After another half hour the food actually arrived. Very cold, the fries were wobbly and inedible. For over €30 I would have expected more. Thank you very much, that was the last time I ate anything there!
