McDonald's in Bremen

Nice McDonald's, but unfortunately not always the cleanest.

There hasn't been a single time I've been to this branch without problems. Besides, my food has never been warm there. Just now, my husband and I ordered two burgers and two drinks. Guess who was forgotten, and we stood there for 15 minutes. If you say anything, they argue or just bluntly throw it at you. Unfortunately, it's been like this every time so far.

Delicious food, everything was nice and clean, friendly staff.

Had a Habanero Ranch burger from the "Around the World with McDonald's" promotion. Twice as much lettuce as advertised, half of which ended up on the tray. Cold tomato slices made the already warm burger taste even colder. The sauce was okay if you had a chance to taste it. The Baron was only visible but not tasty. A shame.

Nobody here really gets anything done! I ordered a simple burger, including a cheeseburger without pickles, and what did I get? A cheeseburger with pickles. When I pointed this out, I was told I'd have to "order everything correctly" next time. Funnily enough, the note on the burger itself clearly stated "NO PICKLES." Mistakes can happen, but you should at least be able to own up to them. Very disappointing and definitely the worst McDonald's I've been to...

There was a black hair in our food. We complained, and they tried to explain that it was ours, even though we're both blonde. Afterward, they wanted to know who knew about it. The staff were really rude and one of the worst McDonald's I've ever seen.

We ordered regular and vegetarian nuggets. The vegetarian ones came in a box with a bacon sticker covering the veggie symbol. The regular nuggets were in the veggie box. This resulted in a vegetarian eating a regular nugget and only realizing it later. Absolutely unacceptable! If I order veggie, I don't want to have to guess whether I might be getting meat...

Overall everything was ok, they only gave me napkins like they were torn from my heart and washed the floor so abundantly that it was scary to walk on it.

Very disappointing! Communication with the staff was almost impossible, and half of our order was missing. We made a point of ordering corn-free products and checking which dishes contained corn – yet everything was delivered in one box, without labeling or separation. This is life-threatening for someone with a corn allergy! The food also arrived cold – understandable for a medium-sized order and a 45-minute wait, but simply disappointing overall. Luckily, we double-checked everything, otherwise my friend could have ended up in the hospital. Conclusion: Never again – a complete disappointment.

Crazy... I've rarely eaten such bad McDonald's food! You'd think it tastes the same everywhere, since they use the same ingredients. Nope! I don't know why, but the bacon here tastes and smells like wet dog! It just ruined my wife's breakfast here, disgusting! I was almost glad there was only a 3cm piece of bacon on the toast and not two slices like the picture shows. On top of that, the rolls/toast products were very dry. I don't even want to start talking about the restrooms and the floor in the store... The staff seem tired and annoyed, and they happily ignore you at the front counter if you want something. That's what the vending machines at the entrance are for... Crazy. Never again!

I visited this branch on September 28, 2025, at around 6:15 PM and am absolutely disappointed. • My burger was incomplete – the meat was completely missing. • The remaining burgers were cold, the drinks were warm, and tasted inedible. • Very long wait times; orders were marked "ready" in the system far too early. • The branch was dirty, and the hygiene in the kitchen left a lot to be desired. • Employees were overwhelmed, despite an excessive number of employees working at the same time. In my opinion, the whole thing is a clear violation of basic hygiene standards and absolutely not what one would expect from McDonald's – especially since many children and teenagers eat there. Definitely a no-go for me.

The restaurant was dirty; one of the staff members partially ignored me (and wasn't friendly to other customers either) - because even though I ordered a drink and a shake, among other things, there was no straw on the tray, and even though I asked for one, I didn't get one until I asked another member of staff for one.

Regular McDonald's, unfortunately, they're always out of stock if you're late for the drive-thru. So always check your order.

Very dirty in places that have probably never been cleaned since opening

One star is already too many. Everything is sticky. Tables, floors, and toilets are simply filthy. Disgusting. This place probably never gets a wet wipe and hygienically cleaned.

This McDonald's is truly dirty, as the other reviews here also indicate. We've been there a few times recently, but this will be our last visit. The tables aren't wiped down, the upholstery is disgusting, and the floor is in poor condition, and this is the case every time we visit. Even when the restaurant is visibly quiet, no one is able to clean it. Some of the speakers that play music are broken and crackle more than anything else. Personally, we'd say it's the worst branch in Bremen.

Often parts (both small items and main items!) of our order are forgotten in the drive-through bag!

I'm unfortunately very disappointed with this McDonald's. The sauce has been forgotten twice, and on my last order, I specifically asked for no pickles – yet the burger was still full of pickles. Obviously, they don't do their work with care. The staff seem inattentive, and the service is generally very poor. When you order your food, you expect at least the simplest requests to be taken care of. Definitely not a good impression for me. The food was also disgusting! I asked for extra mustard, and that's all I got.

I only use the McDrive. Here, I pay a euro more for a McSmart meal. In Habenhausen, this meal costs only 5.99 euros. I also pointed out to the employee that the price board also only says 5.99 euros. But her POS system says 6.99 euros, and she wants to pass it on. Unfortunately, the ketchup was also missing. In Habenhausen, things are better and taste better, too.

Well, it's a McDonald's, but one of the clean kind. The employees are usually friendly. Everything from ordering to serving the food is always relatively quick.

Absolutely not recommended. I got fries and a burger from Mac Drive-In. On the way, I realized that both were cold and soggy. Unfortunately, I couldn't turn around and complain because of a traffic jam. €13 wasted. Never, never, never again.

We weren't allowed to use cardboard straws with the kids' soda. Only milkshakes are allowed with straws. Unfriendly manager. Dirty benches and tables. The food was as expected.

Unfortunately, the quality has deteriorated significantly in recent weeks. We get the wrong order almost every time, the food is often cold, and the place doesn't seem particularly clean anymore. The staff barely speak German, which makes communication very difficult, and unfortunately, they aren't particularly friendly either. We used to enjoy coming here, but now we're thinking twice.

Ordered 9 McPlant Nuggets, about half of which were real chicken. They look, act, and taste different. The Mcplant has a greyish brown colour and the chicken more white and smells more obviously like chicken. I also know they taste like chicken because i only discovered this by biting into one then breaking others in half to check. This was unfortunately in addition to slower than usual service although there was no one else in the drive-thru line and not many people in-store. Overall very disappointed.

What a mess! You order through UberEats, leave a ton of money, and don't even get it all!? When you call, you're told to contact the driver. It doesn't make sense if McDonald's just wraps up and seals your order! NEVER AGAIN! Worst McDonald's in ALL of Germany!

I am very disappointed with my visit to this Mektanal branch. The staff were extremely rude and disrespectful. The table was extremely dirty and unsanitary. Furthermore, only half of my order was delivered—the rest was simply forgotten or ignored. This is absolutely unacceptable. I hope management takes these issues seriously and takes appropriate action. This kind of service is a disgrace to the company.

You should ALWAYS check your order directly on-site. I haven't had a single order that was correct and complete yet. Furthermore, communication is extremely difficult due to language barriers.

The employees, how incompetent can you actually be? They have a receipt in front of them and are unable to pack the correct order into the bags. There was always something wrong. However, today the team went overboard. They simply forgot several burgers, nuggets, and drinks. Basically, half the order. How does that happen? Or is this a McDonald's ploy to maximize profits? There are big differences between the individual McDonald's branches. This branch is definitely one of the worst. Uninvolved staff. Not even a "Good morning." The table service just slams the tablet down without a word. The hot chocolate is lukewarm. The McFarmer's is lukewarm and somehow stuffed into the wrapper. So, I've been to the branch twice. The first and last time.

Disgusting, as if no one had ever cleaned it; everything is sticky and there are crumbs everywhere. The food is also rather below average. This might be the worst McCain I've ever been to; congratulations to the owner.

It's a real shame - we rarely go to McDonald's, but when we visit Horn-Lehe, something almost always goes wrong. Long waiting times, missing or incorrect orders and often cold food. The toilets are also regularly broken. Every time you hope for improvement, but unfortunately you are always disappointed. Really a shame for a location that could actually be so much better

An average McDonald's on a busy highway slip road. As with all franchise stores, the quality of the food is the same. The service is average to poor due to the high fluctuation of employees - but at least always tries very hard 😃

Finally got food here for the last time. The burgers were ice cold, the onions were so roughly chopped and the tomatoes were just pieces.
