Nice McDonald's on the outskirts of town. Cozy opportunity for a hearty breakfast before work. Everything very clean and modern. The employee was very friendly. Coffee served in porcelain.

During the sticker and chance to win promotions, be careful that the staff does not cheat you out of the chance to win. This has happened several times, both in the restaurant itself and in McDrive. When we brought it up, they acted as if we didn't speak German. Unfortunately a repeated bad experience here.

So. We paid expensive money. The order was not followed as it was written on the receipt. There were only 16 of 20 nuggets in there. Grill orders were given incorrectly and massively ugly. Means: Money was paid for things we didn't get!!! On the phone, the gentleman was extremely cheeky to my friend and said no, there won't be any repairs, but we are LEGALLY entitled to this. I call on this McDonald's to respond to us and help solve the problem, otherwise we will be able to take other measures. We don't give a damn whether the XY sauce is out. It was specially ordered. It is up to you as guests to let us know this and not simply make the order wrong by leaving it out without telling us that the sauce is out and thus stealing our money!!!! Never experienced anything like this at another McDonald’s!! Unbelievably people will find no customer friendliness and a good experience here. You will find a bad image for McDonald’s here.

All is well. But there are tables that need cleaning.

The staff could hardly understand you and the store was super dirty even though there wasn't much going on. Had to wipe down the table and benches before we could sit down. Not only old food on all the benches but also a mega thick layer of dust

The BigMac had no seasoning, tasted like cardboard, the fries were cold and were ready before we ordered. Drinks were ordered without ice cubes and of course came with them. But it was clean and at least.

We have visited this McDonalds three times in the last 3 months. Unfortunately we were disappointed every time. The staff is unable to correctly hand over the orders placed at the terminal to the customer. Every time something was missing. Unfortunately, the employees don't seem to speak German, so it's difficult to get the right order. Catastrophe, it's no fun to eat something quickly here. We no longer visit this branch.

Update 04/27/23: ...sorry, but that didn't work at all yesterday. 2x fries were missing, had to point out, special burger was cold, drinks ordered without ice but received with ice. The service kindly advised us to read the receipt correctly in the future, but this was only possible in English!!! Sorry, but I'm out of my language skills. Why do I have to communicate in English in a domestic fast food restaurant??? That has nothing to do with internationalization. There was another cola as an apology, but who is going to drink all that? For 1 adult and 2 children we left almost 40€ and went home hungry and upset. Then next time you should order a burger from Mike's in Bremen-Borgfeld.

Lately the food quality is very poor, everything we ordered today was very cold and poor quality. The interior was very dirty, we checked several seats to finally find a slightly cleaner seat, like soda had been spilled on the seats and floor and it was sticky everywhere. Unfortunately, cold burgers are the norm; cheese often doesn't get any heat at all. Very often incorrect deliveries (burger missing, something wrong in it,...) Order should always be checked. Actually unbearable for these high prices. Hardly any staff who can speak German...

We were there with our grandchildren. Operation and service as standard everywhere. Unfortunately the cleanliness was poor.

It was one of my best McDonald’s experiences in my life. The burgers were super fresh, the employees were very friendly and the ice cream machine wasn't broken, thank you very much 🙏🏻

I don't know if I'm the only one who notices this, but I'm disappointed... Mc Donalds in Horn Lehe used to be, in my opinion, one of the cleanest restaurants of all in Bremen. Today I was in this restaurant again for a long time. The food was great as always. I have no objections to that. But it's just disgusting to eat there. All tables dirty and sticky. Seats stained and dirty. Window sills Dead flies and mosquitoes and older dust also on the window edges. Dear staff there... If the people are so friendly and take the tray away, could you also clean the tables and seats properly without having to tell them? And the floor also sticks to Kloo everywhere. You use way too much cleaning supplies. A lot doesn't do much. Whether fast food or not… a restaurant is a restaurant. And it was really dirty. That really freaked me out today. And it's not even cheap. If fast food is so expensive, then I would like to sit clean, please. Every kebab shop is cleaner… and cheaper. I hope that you can systematically get this under control in the long term and keep it controlled. Cleanliness is the most important thing everywhere.

The level of service is terrible. Slow and incompetent, my orders were not respected. They should remember that there are many people who would be willing to work for them.

Since I took it with me, there was hardly any heat at home. Fries were barely salted. Cola with too much ice. BigMc were OK. I have deactivated the pre-order app. Worked well. Get the actual pickup number when you pay. Waited less than 5 minutes.

Double Royal TS with large fries, Big Mac Dip, Sprite. Ingredients delivered fresh and hot. The bag of fries was really very well filled. Big Mac Dip is too salty for me. It's a shame that you can't choose the cooking level of the meat. Meat is a bit too dry for me. Driver nice. However, a delivery time of 90 minutes at a distance of 950 meters is too long for me. But the quality convinced me again and I was quite disappointed with the quality in the store for a long time.

Bad service, extremely long waiting times, staff uncoordinated and totally overwhelmed with few customers and orders. The bad review actually comes after the 2nd visit as the experience was similar the first time. Ordered food to the table, waited 10 minutes, okay so far. Then 2 burgers arrive, no fries, no drinks, no sauces with the words "the rest will come soon." 20 minutes later I ask and no one has the order on their radar and that's with only ~10 customers. After another 10 minutes we got almost everything, only the drinks took another 10 minutes. The light in the toilet in one stable was out, the other was completely dirty and smeared with excrement.

We ordered 2 chicken rolls and asked for Caesar sauce TWICE, but when we left and started eating it turned out that there were 2 sauces at the same time (Caesar and sweet chili), I can’t stand sweet chili, so we ordered food WITHOUT IT! One of the better McDonald's branches. The food is usually top notch, at least when it comes to burgers, fries and nuggets. At McDrive there are queues to be expected at peak times, where the wait can sometimes take 10 minutes. The interior is atmospherically designed, there is an outdoor area with tables and a children's playground. Only the toilets are often unclean and smell of urine. However, when taking away, I recommend checking beforehand whether you have received your entire order, as sometimes food is forgotten. Overall, 4/5 stars, a branch that can be visited from morning to night.

Was on the bike in McDrive and was hit by a Porsche Cayman S driver. The happy meal is highly recommended

We made an order for €100 There were over 5 things missing, we had goods for 55€ only to get it, that's a disgrace, I'll never order from McDonald's here again

Ordered via Lieferando and waited 2 (!!) hours. After a call there with an extremely unfriendly employee, I was informed that they couldn't see what had been delivered and that I should contact Liferando. After another half hour the food actually arrived. Very cold, the fries were wobbly and inedible. For over €30 I would have expected more. Thank you very much, that was the last time I ate anything there!

Actually a pretty decent McDonalds. The food was fresh, warm and so far tasty. The staff was very friendly and quickly brought my order to the table after I ordered at the terminal. My only and biggest drawback are the toilets, which smell very badly of urine... It wouldn't hurt to clean them more thoroughly or, for example, install an air freshener.

On the whole everything is good, only the cleanliness needs to be worked on...but it seems to be a general problem in the McDonalds branches. I'm not talking about the lukewarm food, I'm just used to it. The toilet looked like something you can't describe in words.

Staff unfriendly! Ordered food at 1:13 p.m. and had to cancel it after 20 minutes. Not recommended if you're in a hurry or it's a McDonald's, not a 5 star restaurant where you're used to waiting longer for your food... I've gone to get food here several times and it's never been good. I don't understand why milkshakes are even offered because the machine for them never works. I ate here and it was really tasty, I have to admit. However, I was a little disappointed when I noticed that some pieces of lettuce on my burger were brown and I even found a hair on my fries. Fast food - almost edible. Delicatessen temple with a pronounced penchant for hygiene, as the thick ammonia flag in the toilet proclaims - for years. The official language is Kiswahili or something like that, at least German is no longer there since orders are accepted via computer. 5 people stand next to each other at the heat pass and do the same thing - wrong! Everything, without exception, speaks for desolate management and absolute incompetence. For years! After all, once you have your food, it's okay and you usually eat completely.

Food came = Cola was missing, went to the counter. Mc Rib opened = felt like I had been waiting somewhere for over 10 minutes. So back to the counter, got a new one. After eating, clean your fingers, what was missing: the lemon cloth. I gave up and went to the toilet with my fingers and mouth all smeared. Nachtrag: Die unten genannten Kritikpunkte haben sich wieder gebessert! :) --------------------------------------- Diese Filiale hat extrem nachgelassen. Wir haben bei den letzten Bestellungen immer mindestens 1 Sache gehabt, die gefehlt hat oder falsch war. Zudem waren die Bürger oftmals sehr chaotisch zugerichtet und somit fürs Auge ungenießbar (teilweise ist die ganze Verpackung durchgesifft). Bei einem Bürger namens "BigTastyBacon", erwartet man mehr als nur einen kleinen (manchmal sogar nur halben) Bacon-Streifen! All dies kann im Stress ja passieren - allerdings war dies oft der fall wenn offensichtlich wenig! los war. Für das Geld, was man mittlerweile zahlt, erwartet man DEUTLICH mehr. Ich würde diese Filiale nicht weiterempfehlen.

Schlimmer laden. Die Mitarbeiter machen bei jeder zweiten Bestellung ein Fehler und es fehlt etwas, und verstehen einen auch nicht wenn man mit ihnen spricht, das Essen ist so gut wie immer kalt und zuletzt hatte ich auch ein Haar in den nuggets, wenn ihr bei mc Donald essen wollt, fahrt am besten durch nach Bockel oder esst in der Innenstadt. Okay, das war mein allerletzter Besuch beim goldenen M. Diese elektronisch-unpersönliche Bestellweise hat mich schon vor längerer Zeit dazu gebracht, diese Location seltener zu besuchen. Aber die aktuellen Sparmaßnahmen sind echt nur noch frech: auf meinem Filet-... Fisch-Burger (ja ich komme aus dieser Zeit, wo der noch so hieß), liegt nur noch ne halbe Scheibe Käse. Und dann 8,79 € für's Menu? Meine gute Kinderstube verbieter mir zu sagen, was ich von so nem Käse halte. Da geh ich lieber zu Simple-Burger, kostet der Burger 8,99 €, zwar ohne Getränk und Pommes, aber da hat man was in der Hand und später im Magen. Reel. Und nicht so ne krude Sparmaßnahmen. Zusatz von meiner männlichen Begleitung: die WC's verdienen den Namen Urintempel. Stinkt nach Urin und der Boden klebt ekelhaft. Und Tschüss, nie wieder.

Essen online bestellt, seit 60 Minuten steht da 28 Minuten dauert es noch. Somit auf einer simplen Bestellung einfach 2 Stunden und mehr gewartet. Essen war kalt, gefühlt sehr im Fett gebadet, ich verstehe es ist Fastfood aber es triefte mit Fett.

Essensbestellung, wenn man sich nicht auskennt, erstmal kompliziert. Ambiente ganz ok. Sauberkeit, naja. Essen halt typisches Fast Food.

Unglaublich und inakzeptabel! Wir waren nach langer Zeit mal wieder hier und freuten uns auf Hamburger und Pommes, wollten am Tresen bestellen (es steht oben BESTELLUNG drüber!), nach diversen Minuten des Nichtbeachtens erschien eine unfreundliche Dame und sprach weder deutsch noch englisch und deutete auf die Bestelltafeln, verneinten wir 2x...dann ging sie einfach weg, ohne evtl einen Kollegen zu informieren und kam auch nicht wieder...Sie ließ uns einfach stehen... Ja, wir hätten einfach gehen und kein Geld dort lassen sollen...bestellten aber und zahlten am Tresen bei derselben Person und verlangten nach dem Chef bzw Jemandem, der uns versteht. Da kam sofort ein freundlicher Mann, ließ uns in deutsch erzählen, worum es geht um dann zu sagen dass er kein deutsch kann...okay, dasselbe Thema auch gerne auf englisch, kein Problem. Erwartungshaltung hatten wir keine mehr, aber es kam von ihm immerhin eine freundliche Entschuldigung...das Essen wurde uns hingegen von derselben Dame vor die Nase geknallt mit einem knappen Guten Appetit..... Ich habe viel Verständnis für die meisten Mitmenschen und Umstände, aber dieser offensichtliche Unwille, Service zu bieten, freundlich zu sein oder auch nur verstehen zu WOLLEN hat hier einfach mal gar nichts verloren.....und diese Zweigstelle sieht uns final nicht wieder!

Leider kann man keine 0 Sterne geben. Aber ich möchte mich bei euch natürlich herzlichst für eine Lebensmittelvergiftung bedanken.

Essen zum Mitnehmen war auf dem Parkplatz bereits nur noch lauwarm und nicht mal Servietten dabei , Essen zurück gebracht und nach kurzer Diskussion neues Essen erhalten was dann auch in Ordnung war !

Habe eben gerade für fast 50€ essen bestellt und wie immer fehlten 3 Burger. Man muss jedesmal sein essen sofort kontrollieren, weil immer etwas fehlt. Nie wieder werde ich kunde bei McDonald's sein. Hochachtungsvoll

Ein durchschnittlicher MC Donald's halt. Gerade zur Mittagszeit etwas chaotisch und liegt auch gern Müll rum. Sonst freundliche Mitarbeiter wobei man eigentlich IMMER seine Bestellung kontrollieren sollte.... Nachtrag: Seitdem zum Bestellen die grossen Displays aufgestellt wurden mache ich mir Gedanken wann diese wohl mal gereinigt werden... Hab mir eine Zeit lang angesehen wer und wie diese nutzt und was dann alles am Display klebt. Bei meiner Nachfrage wann diese gereinigt werden könnte mir NIEMAND sagen in welchen Abständen das geschieht. Oder gar schon mal gereinigt wurde... Weiter Nachtrag... Wenn es in diesem Laden eine Konstante gibt ist es das so gut wie jede Bestellung verkackt wird! Es fehlt REGELMÄSSIG etwas. Habe es dem Häuptling im Laden auch gesagt was ihm sichtlich interessierte. Das McDonald's hier nicht tätig wird bleibt mir ein Rätsel. Dann lieber die Dönerbude um die Ecke! Weiter Nachtrag: Das Problem das immer was fehlt scheint dem Betreiber wohl egal zu sein. Auch nach einer offiziellen Beschwerde bei McDonald's passiert nichts und man bekommt nur eine E-Mail mit einer Standart Antwort... 1.1.24 Nach über einem Jahr doch mal wieder da gewesen. Was soll ich sagen, natürlich wurde wieder was vergessen. Bin auch selbst Schuld, warum gehe ich auch wieder hin? Warum packe ich nicht die komplette Bestellung wieder aus? Der Laden war nun wirklich nicht voll (ca. 14 Uhr), nur die Motivation der Mit"arbeiter" war wohl in der Silvesternacht geblieben. Hoffe werde im nächsten Jahr nicht wieder schwach und gehe dann da hin.

Ich habe drei Happy Meals bestellt, von dem eins mit Plant Nuggets sein sollte. Leider konnte man nicht erkennen, ob wirklich Plant Nuggets drin waren, weil die Verpackung identisch zu den Nuggets mit Fleisch war. In einer Pommes war ein langes dunkles Haar drin und alle Saucen inkl. Ketchup und Mayo haben gefehlt. Meine schlechteste Mc Donalds Erfahrung bis jetzt.

Der McDo in unserer Nähe - aber leider nicht der Beste. Egal ob viel oder wenig los ist, die Burger sehen meist so aus wie auf meinem Bild, alles verrutscht, oft nur lauwarm😑 leider.

20er Plant Nuggets bestellt und es waren "echte" Nuggets dabei. Sowas geht wirklich gar nicht!

Essen top, Bedienung mittlerweile sehr zufriedenstellend. Angebote auch immer vielseitiger, wie zum Beispiel gesundere Menüs (siehe Bild) alles in allem gut bis sehr gut. Nur die Toilette könnte öfter gereinigt werden.

15 Minuten warten für Barzahlung am Schalter, auf Nachfrage wird man angepflaumt das dafür keine Zeit seie,trotz 3 Angestellten am Tresen

Leider der stereotypische, sehr unsaubere McD'. Personal ist immer sehr, sehr überfordert und extrem langsam was aber vermutlich auch auf Personalmangel zurück zu führen ist (das liegt meistens am AG, in diesem Fall dem Franchisenehmer). Qualität ist auch für McD Verhältnisse nicht gut. Essen kommt immer kalt und/oder komplett in der Verpackung verteilt über die Theke. Lieber ein paar km weiter auf der A27 bis Achim fahren wenn's unbedingt McD sein muss. Der hat für gewöhnlich überraschend gute Qualität und schnellen Service.

Leider immer wieder fehlerhafte Ausgabe. Meistens fehlt irgendwas in den Tüten. Speziell am Drive Schalter. Von 10 Bestellungen waren 8 mit fehlender Ware. Empfehlung: auch wenn es länger dauert, direkt noch am Fenster die Waren kontrollieren. Management flüchtet sich in Ausreden.

Haben die Bestellung nicht verstanden. Dann müsste ich nen Bürger nehmen wollte ein Menü. Teile kamen alleine ins Auto gereicht. Cola kippte deswegen aus. Happy meal Menü in einzel Teilen zu gereicht. Die Personen die dort Schicht hatten... Sollten noch mal Kundenservice kennen lernen. Oder es ist dem Betrieb einfach egal? Bin sehr unzufrieden mit dem. Das Geld.. Ich hätte kochen sollen. Werde ich das nächste mal tun. Oder Döner in der Edison Straße

Die Toiletten sind katastrophal! Der Urin Gestank ist schlimmer als auf einer Autobahn Toilette.

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter!! Es war das erste Mal bei McDonalds, dass wir gefragt wurden, ob es schmeckt und alles in Ordnung ist. Leider war der Tisch nicht ganz sauber. Trotzdem kommen wir gerne wieder.
