Leider kein guter Service, ein Schnell Imbiss sieht anders aus. Wartezeit unverständlich bei mäßig vollem Laden.

Ich war hier grade zum Essen und ich muss mal was sagen erstmal die positiven Sachen die Mitarbeiter sind nett aber Mann muss lange auf das Essen warten. Das Gebäude von ihnen ist sehr schön mit Flaggen zur WM und anderen Sachen es ist sehr sauber hier jetzt die negative Sachen in den Toiletten sinkt es bisschen sonst sind sie sauber also ich würde wider kommen

Ich war heute in dieser Filiale und habe vor Ort eine Cola bestellt. Leider wurde mir kein Strohhalm dazu gegeben. Als ich höflich am Tresen nach einem Strohhalm gefragt habe, wurde ich gefragt, für welches Getränk er sei. Nachdem ich "Cola" geantwortet hatte, wurde mir gesagt, dass Strohhalme nur noch für Milkshakes ausgegeben werden. Ich finde diese Regel sehr kundenunfreundlich. Wenn ein Gast höflich nach einem Strohhalm fragt, sollte dieser nicht wegen eines Softdrinks abgelehnt werden. Die Mitarbeiterin war zwar nicht unhöflich, aber die Antwort und die Handhabung haben bei mir für Unverständnis gesorgt. Das war für mich kein guter Kundenservice.

Wie kann es sein das ein MCDONALDS keine Pommes mehr hat !!!

Als erfahrener Macki war ich zum ersten Mal in dieser Filiale und es war enttäuschend. Drinnen am Terminal zum Mitnehmen bestellt. Das Essen wurde schlecht verpackt, sodass alles verrutschte und durcheinander fiel. Das multikulturelle Personal verstand sich gegenseitig wegen diverser Sprachbarrieren nicht und alles lief komplett durcheinander. Das Anzeigepanel zum Abholen wurde auch ständig fehlbedient. Zu allem Überfluss musste ich mir das Chaos 35 min lang anschauen, denn so lange habe ich auf meine Bestellung gewartet. Für mich ist das der persönliche McDonalds-Rekord - mit Abstand! Werde sicherlich nicht freiwillig wiederkommen.

Leider sehr enttäuschend beim Thema Sauberkeit ​Ich war vor kurzem hier und musste leider feststellen, dass extrem mangelhaft auf die Hygiene geachtet wird. Weder im Innen- noch im Außenbereich war auch nur ein einziger Tisch abgewischt – überall klebten noch die Spuren der Vorgänger. ​Noch schlimmer sah es auf den Toiletten aus: Der Boden lag voller Papier und die Seife war komplett leer. Gerade in der heutigen Zeit sollte Sauberkeit und das Bereitstellen von Seife zum Händewaschen absolute Grundvoraussetzung sein. ​Ich hoffe sehr, dass das Management hier dringend nachbessert und das Personal besser schult. Aktuell leider absolut nicht zu empfehlen.

Ich war in der Vergangenheit mehrfach Kundin in dieser Filiale. Meine Erfahrungen waren wiederholt negativ. Aus meiner Sicht waren Service, Umgang mit Reklamationen und Sauberkeit damals nicht zufriedenstellend. Ich habe diese Filiale insgesamt sehr unangenehm erlebt und kann sie aufgrund meiner eigenen Erfahrungen nicht empfehlen.

In dieser Filiale sind die Mitarbeiter wirklich noch unfähiger als an anderen Standorten! Ich habe sowohl die falschen Nuggets als auch den falschen Dip bekommen, leider erst Zuhause bemerkt. Generell habe ich mit dieser Filiale auch in der Vergangenheit nur schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht. Lange Wartezeiten, unfreundliche Mitarbeite und unsaubere Toiletten. Ich würde dort nur im absoluten Notfall hingehen!!

Ich wurde noch nie so unfreundlich und herablassend bei einem Mc Donald bewertet wie hier. Die Werte von Mc Donald werden hier nicht gelebt. Wahrscheinlich hat man noch nichtmal davon gehört.

Freundliches Personal, Essen war nicht warm genug wurde aber ersetzt. Entweder man mag das Ambiente oder nicht.

Das ist ein Review für McDonald's, normalerweise erwartet man also nicht viel von so einem Review – ich meine, das ist McDonald's, was Besonderes kann man da schon treffen? Aber wer viel reist, der weiß, dass es normale McDonald's gibt und schlechtere McDonald's. Das Team hier ist toll, sie geben sich echt Mühe, damit die Gäste ein komfortables Gefühl haben. Ich hatte einen blöden Fehler in der McDonald's-App – das war keine Schuld der Leute an der Kasse, aber sie haben es super schnell gelöst und meine Bestellung super schnell gebracht. Ganz ehrlich: So einen frischen und heißen Big Mac und solche Pommes habe ich in keinem anderen McDonald's gegessen.

Schon das zweite Mal das man anstatt den bestellten Bürger einen falsch eingepackten Chicken Bürger bekommt... es Grenzt an absoluter Frechheit! Abzocke hoch 10!

Heute habe ich die McDonald's Filiale in Bremen besucht und war absolut begeisterst – das ist das schönste McDonald's Restaurant, das ich in Bremen kenne.Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, hat mich herzlich begrüßt und meine Bestellung mit einem Lächeln aufgenommen.Die Filiale war tadellos sauber, alles wirkte frisch und einladend.Die Produkte hatten eine hervorragende Qualität, wurden sehr appetitlich zubereitet und schmeckten einfach super – frisch, heiß und lecker!Insgesamt ein toller Besuch, ich komme definitiv wieder! Vielen Dank an das Team.

The worst McDonald's I've ever been to anywhere in the world. You order and pay for 8 (!!!) items, arrive home and there are only 3 (!!!) in the bag. I've never experienced such terrible service, and even when the order is correct, it usually doesn't taste good and is just thrown together haphazardly. It's a complete rip-off!

It was incredibly dirty inside; every bench was filthy, and the tables were an abomination. We ended up taking the food to go.

What's wrong with you people? Haven't you even tried the food yourselves? It tastes like nothing, it's like cardboard. You're selling this stuff to people? I want my money back from your boss.

Yesterday evening around 6 pm I went to this McDonald's, which has so many bad reviews – so I was all the more surprised that my two orders arrived quickly each time. Every order was complete, generous, fresh, hot, and delicious. I was really pleasantly surprised and quite impressed. The tables were wiped down quickly, everything looked really clean, and the restaurant was quite busy. I have absolutely no complaints; I'll definitely come back!

Hi, the products and service (bringing them to the table) were fine and friendly. Unfortunately, almost all the seating (benches and tables) was dirty. There was enough staff.

Regular McDonald's, unfortunately, they're always out of stock if you're late for the drive-thru. So always check your order.

The night before last, I bought a Big Mac double meal there and, for the first time, ordered a salad instead of fries. However, the salad wasn't washed at all and was partially spoiled. Despite this, I ate it. The next day, I had a fever and severe stomach pain all day. The symptoms started about a day after eating it. I suspect food poisoning from the salad.

One of the most unreliable branches I know... Almost without exception, problems: constantly incorrect or incomplete orders, very long waiting times (which you can use to observe the chaos and commotion behind the counter), you almost fall on your backside at the counter because the floor is so greasy it shines (and it's been like this for months), and I don't even want to say anything about the restrooms...

Very bad McDonald's branch. Our order was incomplete. Half of it was missing, even though it was two Friends meals and one McMeal. How can you put only the food figure and fries in a Friends Meal bag? The employees seemed very overwhelmed.

The decor is pleasant and modern with wooden tables and parquet flooring, and the staff is usually very nice and friendly. The food and quality are what you'd expect from McDonald's.

There hasn't been a single time I've been to this branch without problems. Besides, my food has never been warm there. Just now, my husband and I ordered two burgers and two drinks. Guess who was forgotten, and we stood there for 15 minutes. If you say anything, they argue or just bluntly throw it at you. Unfortunately, it's been like this every time so far.

Nobody here really gets anything done! I ordered a simple burger, including a cheeseburger without pickles, and what did I get? A cheeseburger with pickles. When I pointed this out, I was told I'd have to "order everything correctly" next time. Funnily enough, the note on the burger itself clearly stated "NO PICKLES." Mistakes can happen, but you should at least be able to own up to them. Very disappointing and definitely the worst McDonald's I've been to...

We ordered regular and vegetarian nuggets. The vegetarian ones came in a box with a bacon sticker covering the veggie symbol. The regular nuggets were in the veggie box. This resulted in a vegetarian eating a regular nugget and only realizing it later. Absolutely unacceptable! If I order veggie, I don't want to have to guess whether I might be getting meat...

There was a black hair in our food. We complained, and they tried to explain that it was ours, even though we're both blonde. Afterward, they wanted to know who knew about it. The staff were really rude and one of the worst McDonald's I've ever seen.

Overall everything was ok, they only gave me napkins like they were torn from my heart and washed the floor so abundantly that it was scary to walk on it.

Very disappointing! Communication with the staff was almost impossible, and half of our order was missing. We made a point of ordering corn-free products and checking which dishes contained corn – yet everything was delivered in one box, without labeling or separation. This is life-threatening for someone with a corn allergy! The food also arrived cold – understandable for a medium-sized order and a 45-minute wait, but simply disappointing overall. Luckily, we double-checked everything, otherwise my friend could have ended up in the hospital. Conclusion: Never again – a complete disappointment.

Crazy... I've rarely eaten such bad McDonald's food! You'd think it tastes the same everywhere, since they use the same ingredients. Nope! I don't know why, but the bacon here tastes and smells like wet dog! It just ruined my wife's breakfast here, disgusting! I was almost glad there was only a 3cm piece of bacon on the toast and not two slices like the picture shows. On top of that, the rolls/toast products were very dry. I don't even want to start talking about the restrooms and the floor in the store... The staff seem tired and annoyed, and they happily ignore you at the front counter if you want something. That's what the vending machines at the entrance are for... Crazy. Never again!

I visited this branch on September 28, 2025, at around 6:15 PM and am absolutely disappointed. • My burger was incomplete – the meat was completely missing. • The remaining burgers were cold, the drinks were warm, and tasted inedible. • Very long wait times; orders were marked "ready" in the system far too early. • The branch was dirty, and the hygiene in the kitchen left a lot to be desired. • Employees were overwhelmed, despite an excessive number of employees working at the same time. In my opinion, the whole thing is a clear violation of basic hygiene standards and absolutely not what one would expect from McDonald's – especially since many children and teenagers eat there. Definitely a no-go for me.

The restaurant was dirty; one of the staff members partially ignored me (and wasn't friendly to other customers either) - because even though I ordered a drink and a shake, among other things, there was no straw on the tray, and even though I asked for one, I didn't get one until I asked another member of staff for one.

One star is already too many. Everything is sticky. Tables, floors, and toilets are simply filthy. Disgusting. This place probably never gets a wet wipe and hygienically cleaned.

This McDonald's is truly dirty, as the other reviews here also indicate. We've been there a few times recently, but this will be our last visit. The tables aren't wiped down, the upholstery is disgusting, and the floor is in poor condition, and this is the case every time we visit. Even when the restaurant is visibly quiet, no one is able to clean it. Some of the speakers that play music are broken and crackle more than anything else. Personally, we'd say it's the worst branch in Bremen.

I'm unfortunately very disappointed with this McDonald's. The sauce has been forgotten twice, and on my last order, I specifically asked for no pickles – yet the burger was still full of pickles. Obviously, they don't do their work with care. The staff seem inattentive, and the service is generally very poor. When you order your food, you expect at least the simplest requests to be taken care of. Definitely not a good impression for me. The food was also disgusting! I asked for extra mustard, and that's all I got.

I only use the McDrive. Here, I pay a euro more for a McSmart meal. In Habenhausen, this meal costs only 5.99 euros. I also pointed out to the employee that the price board also only says 5.99 euros. But her POS system says 6.99 euros, and she wants to pass it on. Unfortunately, the ketchup was also missing. In Habenhausen, things are better and taste better, too.

Well, it's a McDonald's, but one of the clean kind. The employees are usually friendly. Everything from ordering to serving the food is always relatively quick.

Absolutely not recommended. I got fries and a burger from Mac Drive-In. On the way, I realized that both were cold and soggy. Unfortunately, I couldn't turn around and complain because of a traffic jam. €13 wasted. Never, never, never again.

We weren't allowed to use cardboard straws with the kids' soda. Only milkshakes are allowed with straws. Unfriendly manager. Dirty benches and tables. The food was as expected.

Unfortunately, the quality has deteriorated significantly in recent weeks. We get the wrong order almost every time, the food is often cold, and the place doesn't seem particularly clean anymore. The staff barely speak German, which makes communication very difficult, and unfortunately, they aren't particularly friendly either. We used to enjoy coming here, but now we're thinking twice.

Ordered 9 McPlant Nuggets, about half of which were real chicken. They look, act, and taste different. The Mcplant has a greyish brown colour and the chicken more white and smells more obviously like chicken. I also know they taste like chicken because i only discovered this by biting into one then breaking others in half to check. This was unfortunately in addition to slower than usual service although there was no one else in the drive-thru line and not many people in-store. Overall very disappointed.
