McDonald's in Bremen

Can't even take the order properly if all you want is a fckking cheeseburger. Even that is given to you incorrectly and of course it only becomes apparent when I get home, so I didn't pay for anything to eat. Wonderful day!

Nice McDonalds. We were disappointed that there was no breakfast at 10.45. But ok, let's adjust to it. But 2 croissants were still available. And they were very tasty! Like everywhere else at Mäcces, there were toilets.

The staff was overloaded that day. There was no service at the café counter. Other waiting guests also left before me without having accomplished anything.

Unfortunately unable to provide a simple bun for a toddler. When ordering, it was probably not understood due to a language barrier, but when it was handed out, it was sent with the sentence: “We don’t have any rolls!” But I was wondering where you put the meatballs on it!?! I say: thanks for nothing!

11/29/24 at 6:20 p.m. - incompetent and unfriendly. DriveIn. After waiting a good 8 minutes: out of 13 items on the order, 6 items were missing. We found out on site because we checked. When asked, we waited another good 5 minutes and two (actually TWO) employees appeared and I had to unpack everything to check. People didn't want to believe us. One employee was also briefly tempted to rummage through my bag herself. Then after about 4 minutes only 2 positions came and after another 6 minutes the last positions came. The friendliness was absolutely gone, although it wasn't our fault. Needless to say, our food at home was almost cold. Please do not go to this branch.

Well, McDonalds is turning out to be worse and worse, the renovation is like an old pub that used to be very dark, children's area, poor food, served lukewarm to cold, it's no longer my case, I've been a regular customer for 30 years, but I'll probably look for something new

Everyone knows it. Satisfying a small hunger at night and stopping in the car for a moment and getting cheese or hamburgers etc... that somehow always works. That's what it's there for.

Today I went to McDonald's again and decided on the double chicken burger, which was advertised on the ordering machine for €3.99 - significantly more expensive than the normal chicken burger. As always, I checked everything in the store because about 25% of my visits have something missing. When I got home, I unpacked and lo and behold: Instead of the double chicken burger, I only got a normal chicken burger. I could have gotten the cheaper burger straight away and saved money. This is simply outrageous. Looking through the other reviews, I also noticed that this kind of thing seems to happen more often. McDonald's should really start hiring attentive employees and pay more attention to quality.

Not every location is to be evaluated equally. Here it sometimes takes a little longer to get your food at the counter.

Fries were very flat. Far too little salt. Tables and benches were cleaned with the same dirty rag. Sorry, but you lose your appetite. We visit the Yellow M a maximum of twice a year.

Open 24 hours on the internet when we arrived at 1:15 a.m. they had just locked up inside. Since we had a 3 1/2 hour drive behind us, I kindly asked to let my girlfriend go to the toilet because she was already struggling. It wouldn't matter to them, they'd try asking nicely again in the Mc Drive and they wouldn't give a shit again. I'm at a loss for words and I've never experienced anything so unfriendly in my life!!! The order has just been checked, incompetence is very important, out of 2 double cheese burgers they managed 1 and the other is the chilli cheese. Since I don't eat spicy food, I didn't say anything wrong. This company is ridiculous!!

I wanted to redeem my points at McDonald's for a chicken burger. Now my points were deducted and I didn't get any food either. The manager did not want to and could not understand the problem and preferred to let his guest starve rather than solve the problem as moderately and accommodating as possible. Really thanks for Nix, I'll never come here again and won't recommend it to anyone here (due to how child-friendly it is).

Ordered from McDrive, employee gave me 2 bags without saying a word (no hello or anything like that), discovered at home that BigTastyBacon had been “forgotten”. Judging by the reviews it really seems like a scam there, honestly it's worth going to the airport. It's probably 4km but they're not kidding you on purpose. When you read how often this happens there (I've never had it before) you can only hope that the franchisee's license is revoked. Definitely my last experience there, luckily Kentucky is right next to it if you ever have to eat nearby.

Watch out! When you order with a coupon via drive in, the 6.99 euro Chicken MC Nuggets become 10.99 euros. Happened for the second time within a month. When we complained, it was assumed that we had not ordered with a coupon. Only when the employee taking the order confirmed this did the branch manager relent and refund the shortfall. It was only when we were outside that we noticed that a Coke was missing and that Chicken MC Nuggets had been given out as planned. Mistakes happen, but when I look at the review here, it immediately becomes different to me. Therefore definitely last visit and urgent warning to everyone.

The ambience was like everywhere else at MCD. Fries were no longer hot, even though the shop was full and a lot of fries went over the counter. But I would come again because it is also very well located.

We didn't get one enough burger. Unfortunately I didn't have time to go back inside. Forgetting one out of six cheeseburgers is quite an achievement.

Really cheeky staff... Didn't pack enough food on the drive when ordering and also got soggy... That's really bad service... Never experienced anything like that. McDonald's should pay attention to the selection of its staff 👎

A typical McDonald's. The positive thing is that you get along well with the employees at the drive-in counter. Otherwise, the products and furnishings are like everywhere else at McDonald's. I've never had any problems here. Quite the opposite. It's quick and easy here.

Was ripped off badly today on Thursday, July 25, 24, 11:26:58 a.m. Instead of an expensive Double Bic Mac Bacon TS, I received a normal Bic Mac, unfortunately this was only noticed in the company, the disadvantage if you get a lot because your colleagues also want to eat with you. I had given up the drink on one menu due to a lack of transport, and the lady at the checkout said that she would pack a second fries for it, nice offer, but unfortunately it wasn't made. Unfortunately, the saying on the bag is reversed in this branch: take the customer away. It's a shame, sad and annoying, from now on it's better to go to KFC or BK.

We sometimes visit McDonald's as a snack at lunchtime after visiting the flea market. The entire meal was hot, unfortunately there was no mayo or napkins, but I was able to make up for it. The quality of the food was as usual, but that's part of the McDonald's concept.

This is the case when it doesn’t matter where you are in the restaurant - always clear and pleasant service, cleanliness. You can always find a secluded table to enjoy coffee and a hamburger on a Sunday afternoon!!! An ideal place to visit with children!!!

What you would expect from McDonald's, not very fancy, unclean food, quite okay almost always lukewarm

We ordered an iced caramel latté and after waiting some time we got a milkshake with whipped cream and caramel sauce, we immediately went back to order a new one, then we got coffee with water mixed with ice cubes in a cup and a cappuccino here we had we certainly didn't ask for it after returning for a 3rd order, we got something that looked like what we ordered, we settled for it, it just seems like they don't know what they are doing in the kitchen

It was supposed to be a short stopover with PPause, but it turned into a bit of a disaster. Ordered at the terminal, unfortunately the card payment didn't work, so I wanted to pay in cash at the checkout, but the lady had a lot of trouble understanding me and it wasn't until the third attempt, when I held the cash under her nose, that she finally understood me. The food arrived quickly, but the cheese on the burgers hadn't even melted yet! All in all, I don't need to have a repeat there.

Schnellrestaurant klar, durch die gut erreichbare Lage und die langen Öffnungszeiten gut besucht, deswegen waren die Burger und co bis jetzt jedenfalls immer recht frisch und schmackhaft - top für ein McD, ich würde sagen der beste in HB (5 sternchen gäbs für richtige Restaurants insofern nicht wundern)

Der Mcdrive Mitarbeiter Herr Muhi ist abartig und unfreundlich und einfach nur ein Neider ich fuhr mit meinem Auto vor mein Auto ist etwas lauter es ist ein Sportwagen ich begrüßte ihm normal da kam keine Begrüßung zurück ich bestellte Fisch Bürger mit doppeltem Käse ich bekam aber nur eine käse Scheibe ich habe es schwarz auf weiß auf meinem Beleg stehen ich machte ihn drauf aufmerksam er sagte wenn du nicht willst das ich in dein Essen spucke fahr einfach weiter und Nerv mich nicht ich war empört und könnte es nicht realisieren da ich mich sowas von Geekelt habe und ich ja nicht weiß was hinter der Theke mit meinem Essen danach passiert bin ich weitergefahren und habe das gesamte Essen in den Müll geworfen. Sowas geht überhaupt nicht ich werde die Filiale aufkeimen Fall wieder betreten erst wenn ich erfahren habe das Herr Muhi entlassen wurden ist der rotzlöffel.

Seit längerer Zeit schon gibt es anscheinend ein neues Team in Habenhausen und seitdem Kommen wir sehr gerne her! D Essen ist frisch, heiß und superschnell zubereitet! Man bekommt auch endlich was man bestellt, es fehlt nichts mehr , so wie früher..... einfach nur fantastisch! Wir sind super zufrieden und glücklich! McDonald's ist wieder richtig gut! Liebes McDonnads Team, gestern habe ich mir ein McSundae Eis gegönnt. Als ich es dann nach der Bezahlung bekam, stellte sich heraus, das die Portion recht bescheiden war. Auf meine Nachfrage, ob die Portion jetzt immer so klein ist, sagte mit der Mitarbeiter: „Sie müssen Mc Flurry nehmen, da ist mehr drin“ Dann verschwand er auch schon. Ein Foto der Portion ist dabei.

In die Jahre gekommendes Restaurant. Erreichbarkeit gut. Nahrungsaufnahme kurzweilig, da ja Fastfood.

Sehr lange auf den Tisch Service gewartet, das habe ich schon besser erlebt.

Sehr freundliches Personal, Speisen frisch zubereitet, Ambiente auch völlig okay - Mc Donalds konform. Insgesamt gut. Kommen gerne wieder👍

Typisch MC Donalds, im Vergleich ungesundes Essen zum teurem Preis, bei dem man nach einer Stunde wieder Hunger hat. Mindestlohn und Inflation , sowie der Margen am nächsten Tag, lässt Grüßen

Was ich super fand, war die Bestellung per App vor dem Haus und noch im Auto. Und als ich dann im Laden rein kam, lag meine Bestellung schon auf dem Tisch... Das ist schon echt super mit der neuen Technik 😁

Der Mc Donalds in Habenhausen hat sich tatsächlich sehr gut weiter entwickelt. Das Essen wird immer frisch nach Bestellung zubereitet. Es ist sauberer und das Ambiente ist ebenfalls besser geworden.

Schon wieder was falsch in der Tüte

Wie bereits schon öfter besuchten wir die McDonalds Filiale in Habenhausen. Es kam schon mehrmals zu leichten Reibungen jedoch konnten diese schlussendlich immer geklärt werden. Heute allerdings haben sie es auf die Spitze getrieben. Nachdem wir bestellt und gezahlt haben merkten wir, dass uns noch 5€ fehlten. Auf Nachfrage am 2. Fenster (der Warenausgabe) wurde uns nur mitgeteilt, dass die Rechnung uns wohl gleich rausgegeben wird. Aufeinmal kam der Mann von ersten Fenster erneut raus und gab wortlos die 5€ zurück. Nachdem wir fragten wieso er sie nicht direkt geben konnte, blieb er still und wandte sich ab. Auf erneute Nachfrage bat er uns darum sich nicht einzumischen und wurde respektlos. Daraufhin kamen der Manager und ein weiter Kollege dazu, das Verhalten blieb unter aller Sau. Statt sich zu erklären wurden sie laut und schimpften. Danach hauten sie die Türen meines Autos zu. Das wird Konsequenzen haben!
