I think the food is good and the service is nice

I would like to complain about the disastrous night shift at your store. About a month ago, on a Saturday morning, my friends and I had a very negative experience there: Our order was mistakenly handed to the car in front of us. Instead of apologizing, your staff yelled at us as if we'd done something wrong. Although we did receive our order, one item was cold and the other was missing. Even then, I told myself, "Never again from this store." Last Sunday, we gave the store a second chance anyway – unfortunately, the result was again disappointing. Around 2:00 a.m., we waited a full seven minutes in front of the loudspeaker without anyone responding. A long line had already formed behind us. Finally, we drove up to the window, where three employees were standing and chatting. One briefly opened the window, where I asked if the loudspeaker was broken. Without answering, he simply closed the window again. After another 30 seconds, I heard him take the order from the car behind us over the loudspeaker. We then decided to leave the branch. You really shouldn't have to put up with such disrespectful and unprofessional service. I strongly recommend having the night shift reviewed this weekend and, if necessary, replacing the entire team. We will definitely not be visiting this branch again this year.

We wanted to have breakfast, but it wasn't open. There were notices outside saying they were closed on September 10th. Well, it was the following day, and it's a 24/7 restaurant. Good idea, poor execution... It was locked, and in the end, there was no breakfast for us or the other guests (tradesmen, etc.). What a shame!

I really wonder how often you change the fat on your fries... The taste was again...

I was at McDonald's in Habenhausen and asked for a straw. I was rudely told that they only had straws for milkshakes. When the manager came over, he even became loud and very rude. That's a different way to treat customers! Friendliness and good service look different. I won't be coming here again in the future and think the staff should be better trained.

The food is expensive and doesn't taste as good as the competition. The staff is very unfriendly, and the atmosphere is plain and reminiscent of an American fast-food chain.

I'm absolutely appalled by this McDonald's! After eating something with my little child, we wanted to quickly go to the playground. That was a HUGE mistake. The slide is an absolute disgrace: first, you can barely slide down properly, then there's a completely irresponsible, extremely sharp turn that sprained my child's ankle! As if that wasn't bad enough: The entire slide was covered in oil or mayonnaise—totally greasy, as if someone had emptied the deep fryer all over it! My clothes are completely oiled and ruined. THAT is not only disgusting, but also dangerous for children. This is a SHAME for a restaurant that claims to be child-friendly. Hygiene: ZERO. Safety: ZERO. Responsibility: ZERO. I strongly advise EVERYONE not to go here with their children. Absolutely unacceptable!

A simple "Good morning" and "Yes, this is your menu and you can take it with you" is unfortunately not possible here at 7:30 a.m. 🤦‍♂️

The ice cream was really just 2-3 spoonfuls, barely any sauce, and tasted funny and yellowish. I asked the staff about it. The woman didn't speak German, and an unfriendly man snapped at me, "That's standard." I'm never going there again, ugh!

I was just at McDonald's in your drive-thru, and the person preparing the food was very rude. I wanted to ask if he could talk? No greeting, no appetite. And he looked at us strangely. That was the younger one with you.

The service was fast and friendly, and the restaurant was clean. Sure, it's not a gourmet experience, but if you're in a hurry or just don't feel like thinking too much about it, McDonald's just does it. Paying is easy with card or cash, and the prices are reasonable for what you get. No surprises, but exactly what you'd expect from a typical McDonald's restaurant. It works when you need quick, uncomplicated food.

Once again, McDrive forgot something and did something wrong. Truly the worst branch in Bremen. We're not alone in this opinion.

It was delicious and relaxing to sit outside in the evening. The food was prepared quickly. 9.50 for a cheeseburger, McFlurry, and milkshake. The burger and ice cream were great, but the milkshake lacked flavor.

Used to be one of the best McDonald's in town, in my opinion. They probably have a new employee in the kitchen who can't get anything done. The last few times, everything was just terrible. The food was cold, and the fries tasted like cardboard. There's not much to say about that picture, except that it came in a bag like that. On June 13, 2025, at 1 a.m., I ordered two meals with a double Big Mag, and I have to say, what I got was truly outrageous. All four meat patties were on the first half of my burger. What even a blind person can see. I've never seen anything so lacking in love. The chef should be ashamed of cooking such things for people. The fries were completely cold, and there was a dead fly in there too. A request to the boss: please look at your employees. They work as if they're being forced to work and are destroying your work. With more love, the place would generate much more revenue.

Ordered takeout, but the order was changed from cashier to eat-in. We noticed the mistake and pointed it out, but the staff still yelled at us. Quote: "German language, difficult language." If it were up to me, no star at all. It was the last time I was there.

This McDonald's offers what you would expect from a typical offshoot of the chain. The order was taken quickly and the food came without a long wait. The staff seemed efficient and friendly. The well-known classics tasted as always - a reliable taste experience if you know what to expect. The cleanliness in the dining room and at the tables was okay. Overall, an unremarkable visit that served its purpose without being particularly outstanding. For a quick snack, this McDonald's is a solid option.

This McDonalds is really bad with the toilets, the entrance is for thin people, the toilets themselves are even worse. You couldn't turn around in the toilet. Backwards means that you can do your business there. Staff very friendly, the store is like any other store. For me the toilet was the worst. Otherwise like any other McDonalds

First of all. I'm pregnant and had an extreme desire for mcces. Waited 20 minutes for a menu in McDrive for everyone else who ordered after me? Got it before me. When the food was brought to me, the fries were already very soft and rubbery. In addition, my mcChicken is just as cold and mushy as if it had been sitting around for a long time. I mentioned it very politely and the gentleman said everything was freshly made. I think so too. But it wasn't released straight away. I can swear that highly and holy. I'm just honest and don't understand how it lasts that something is missing from the order, be it Pommer large 2x or just a whole burger or menu!? Especially if you order take-away because you want to get home quickly but then you notice that something is missing. We wonder what that means, you don't EVER feel like checking it on the spot, what kind of crap is that? In addition, the employees hardly speak any German to understand the problem

Trust lost – disappointing and disrespectful I have regularly ordered online from you in the past – always with the “Plus Beef” option – and it has worked smoothly every time. Now, after two to three years, I wanted to use the McDrive again for the first time - and that's exactly when part of my order was withheld from me: two slices of meat and cheese were missing, even though they were clearly paid for. The reaction on site was the height of disappointment: your shift manager rejected my complaint without making the effort to really listen or look for a solution. Instead, I was promised a callback and a free meal - which was obviously just an attempt to calm the situation. I have now stored two transaction numbers with customer service and even the PayPal payment process in a Google review - it is clearly visible: I paid, but did not get what I ordered. A simple refund of €3.40 would have been the minimum - but apparently nobody is interested in fairness or customer loyalty. I've never "just gotten fries" from you - every time I've visited, the orders have been around €20, and that's on a regular basis. It is all the more incomprehensible that you are treated like this - as if you were an annoying supplicant instead of a long-standing customer. The impression is that McDrive systematically ensures that people no longer check exactly whether everything is in the bag - a small embezzlement here, a missing item there. In the end, the feeling remains that profits are deliberately being made at the expense of the customers. My conclusion: I am disappointed, annoyed and will definitely not be coming back. It's easy to lose trust - and in my case you completely lost it.

The worst McDonalds in all of Northern Germany. Every time I'm here there's something wrong with the order. I wanted normal nuggets, got vegan ones and both employees said there was nothing I could do about it. As if it's so difficult to take an order correctly or get new nuggets. I order a milkshake and get a McFlurry in a cup, which is almost impossible to drink with a straw. The fries here are always only half full and if one or two nuggets are missing, I'm no longer surprised. I have never experienced such rude staff. The managing director should definitely sort this out properly. Even if you don't get one burger enough, you won't get a new one because the employees here apparently all went to elementary school and can't count to 2. I've never experienced anything like this before. It's just sad that people here still get paid for such shoddy work. Anyone who is thinking about going here should go to the next one. Not worth the money here at all.

McDonald's doesn't learn. Toilets unclean, soap dispensers empty, toilets generally too small and electronic ordering very slow and confusing. Card payment with pin mounted for children or people of short stature. Input field for normal sizes not visible. Plus there was friendly table service and tables wiped clean. Music too loud.

We ordered 2 Big Macs without cheese, but when we got home we found that both had cheese and so we couldn't eat them due to food allergies. Unfortunately not the first time there. Calling is pointless as no one answers and complaining online doesn't work either or you don't get an answer. :-(

So we got our happy meal. Simply outrageous. Then we bought a Mcflurry, which was only half full. When asked, they only said that the boss had done it herself and that “there was actually less time inside”. It's not the first time we've bought a Mcflurry here, it was filled to the brim!!

The staff became very rude to me and refused to give me my order because I only noticed 15 minutes after I received my food that a burger was missing.

I ordered with the app on Drive in the code called. Paid at the first counter and took my order at the second counter. Then ate my hot meal in the free parking lot. And after the waste disposal, I drove home in peace. 👍

If I could I would give even fewer stars, unfortunately at least 1… I accidentally ordered takeaway and the employee complained that I could eat/drink here. I find it absolutely unnecessary and cheeky. Customer is king (actually) but apparently not here...

I was here in the evening on January 10, 2025 and was putting my order in at the machine. When I wanted to complete the order, I got error messages and went to the checkout, where I was ignored for a while. When an employee finally looked at me questioningly, I explained the problem to her. She babbled something in a very unfriendly way that I didn't understand. Then when I asked if I could please order at the checkout, she said no. It was an older lady with glasses. There shouldn't be anything so unfriendly in the catering industry. She would not be allowed to continue doing this job in any other country. It is an absolute disgrace to be treated like this. I pay money here and expect friendly and helpful employees who make me feel welcome. I worked in the catering industry for a few years and know how to do it properly. Food mediocre.

Can't even take the order properly if all you want is a fckking cheeseburger. Even that is given to you incorrectly and of course it only becomes apparent when I get home, so I didn't pay for anything to eat. Wonderful day!

Unfortunately unable to provide a simple bun for a toddler. When ordering, it was probably not understood due to a language barrier, but when it was handed out, it was sent with the sentence: “We don’t have any rolls!” But I was wondering where you put the meatballs on it!?! I say: thanks for nothing!

11/29/24 at 6:20 p.m. - incompetent and unfriendly. DriveIn. After waiting a good 8 minutes: out of 13 items on the order, 6 items were missing. We found out on site because we checked. When asked, we waited another good 5 minutes and two (actually TWO) employees appeared and I had to unpack everything to check. People didn't want to believe us. One employee was also briefly tempted to rummage through my bag herself. Then after about 4 minutes only 2 positions came and after another 6 minutes the last positions came. The friendliness was absolutely gone, although it wasn't our fault. Needless to say, our food at home was almost cold. Please do not go to this branch.

Everyone knows it. Satisfying a small hunger at night and stopping in the car for a moment and getting cheese or hamburgers etc... that somehow always works. That's what it's there for.

Today I went to McDonald's again and decided on the double chicken burger, which was advertised on the ordering machine for €3.99 - significantly more expensive than the normal chicken burger. As always, I checked everything in the store because about 25% of my visits have something missing. When I got home, I unpacked and lo and behold: Instead of the double chicken burger, I only got a normal chicken burger. I could have gotten the cheaper burger straight away and saved money. This is simply outrageous. Looking through the other reviews, I also noticed that this kind of thing seems to happen more often. McDonald's should really start hiring attentive employees and pay more attention to quality.

Not every location is to be evaluated equally. Here it sometimes takes a little longer to get your food at the counter.

Fries were very flat. Far too little salt. Tables and benches were cleaned with the same dirty rag. Sorry, but you lose your appetite. We visit the Yellow M a maximum of twice a year.

Open 24 hours on the internet when we arrived at 1:15 a.m. they had just locked up inside. Since we had a 3 1/2 hour drive behind us, I kindly asked to let my girlfriend go to the toilet because she was already struggling. It wouldn't matter to them, they'd try asking nicely again in the Mc Drive and they wouldn't give a shit again. I'm at a loss for words and I've never experienced anything so unfriendly in my life!!! The order has just been checked, incompetence is very important, out of 2 double cheese burgers they managed 1 and the other is the chilli cheese. Since I don't eat spicy food, I didn't say anything wrong. This company is ridiculous!!

I wanted to redeem my points at McDonald's for a chicken burger. Now my points were deducted and I didn't get any food either. The manager did not want to and could not understand the problem and preferred to let his guest starve rather than solve the problem as moderately and accommodating as possible. Really thanks for Nix, I'll never come here again and won't recommend it to anyone here (due to how child-friendly it is).

Ordered from McDrive, employee gave me 2 bags without saying a word (no hello or anything like that), discovered at home that BigTastyBacon had been “forgotten”. Judging by the reviews it really seems like a scam there, honestly it's worth going to the airport. It's probably 4km but they're not kidding you on purpose. When you read how often this happens there (I've never had it before) you can only hope that the franchisee's license is revoked. Definitely my last experience there, luckily Kentucky is right next to it if you ever have to eat nearby.

Watch out! When you order with a coupon via drive in, the 6.99 euro Chicken MC Nuggets become 10.99 euros. Happened for the second time within a month. When we complained, it was assumed that we had not ordered with a coupon. Only when the employee taking the order confirmed this did the branch manager relent and refund the shortfall. It was only when we were outside that we noticed that a Coke was missing and that Chicken MC Nuggets had been given out as planned. Mistakes happen, but when I look at the review here, it immediately becomes different to me. Therefore definitely last visit and urgent warning to everyone.

The ambience was like everywhere else at MCD. Fries were no longer hot, even though the shop was full and a lot of fries went over the counter. But I would come again because it is also very well located.

A typical McDonald's. The positive thing is that you get along well with the employees at the drive-in counter. Otherwise, the products and furnishings are like everywhere else at McDonald's. I've never had any problems here. Quite the opposite. It's quick and easy here.
