Grundsätzliches Angebot in durchschnittlicher Qualität, mit Abzug in der B-Note. Mehr Salat im Karton als im Burger. Hauptsächlicher Kritikpunkt: der kleine Salat war ein Fall für die Biotonne. Über GenZ oder Gen Alpha wollen wir nicht reden.

Immer sehr sauber, lecker und freundliche und motivierte Mitarbeiter. Unsere Tabletts mussten wir nichtmal selber wegräumen, sondern wurden von einem Mitarbeiter direkt mitgenommen. Außerdem wird regelmäßig über die Tische geputzt. Das hat er bei allen Tischen gemacht. Echt super und kennt man von anderen Mcdonalds einfach nicht.

Der Service ist sehr unfreundlich. 4/5 Bestellungen sind fehlerhaft (fehlende Produkte) Die Wartezeiten (im Drive trough) sind exorbitant hoch

Ich habe da einen kleinen Wunsch. Bitte klont diesen jungen Mann im MC Drive !😀 Ich habe mir seinen Namen gemerkt . Es ist Herr Guyer . Der junge Mitarbeiter ist jedes Mal unglaublich freundlich, aufmerksam und herzlich. Er hält Blickkontakt,lächelt ehrlich und schafft es tatsächlich , dass man sich in den paar Sekunden an der Ausgabe willkommen fühlt. Das wirkt überhaupt nicht gespielt- sondern einfach menschlich und authentisch. Solche Mitarbeiter sind leider nicht selbstverständlich. Deshalb ein großes Lob und ein herzliches Dankeschön! Falls es eine Auszeichnung für Freundlichkeit gäbe, hätte er es verdient. Und ganz ehrlich ; wenn MC Donald's ihn klonen könnte , wären wahrscheinlich alle Gäste mit einem größeren Lächeln unterwegs . 😀

Der Herr mit dem lilanen T-Shirt mit sticker hat extra die Reinigung abgebrochen um uns Kaffe zu geben sehr korrekt (Lohnerhöhung) tschö

Ich wurde schnell bedient, gut beraten und das Essen hat auch geschmeckt, wenn natürlich nicht so super gesund. Komme gerne wieder!

Dreckig, der Burger war zerquetscht, die Pommes ungewürzt. Die jungen Servicekräfte wirkten hochnäsig und hielten sich für besonders cool. Ich war noch nie in einem so schlechten McDonald’s.

Essen schmeckt schon lange nicht mehr.Bei uns und am Nebentisch fehlte was bei der Bestellung.Und dreckig wie sau.Überall essen am Boden, kein Tablettwagen und kein Klopapier.

Der Drive ist leider völlig überfordert. Essen so weit okay. Im Laden hängen nur assis rum.

Mc donalds in Greven ist wie in Emsdetten schlecht. Also passt auf wenn ihr extra bacon bestellt, habe für 4 Bacon Scheiben bezahlt waren 2 drin, Mein Sohn für 2 extra bezahlt, war garnichts drin. Emsdetten das gleiche Problem. Man muss die Hamburger leider vor Ort kontrollieren. Es ist traurig aber wahr. So was passiert immer wieder. Aus dieser Grund meide ich diese 2 restaurants. ich habe mich so oft geärgert und mehr mals die Hamburger zurück gebracht. Immer im Restaurant alles kontrollieren, da sehr gerne oft was fehlt.

Drinnen war fast niemand, nur etwa fünf Autos standen im Drive-in. Ich war der sechste und musste 37 Minuten warten, bis ich endlich an der Bestellannahme war. Dann bat mich eine Frau, kurz zu warten – weitere 17 Minuten. Insgesamt vergingen 54 Minuten, bis ich endlich das „Big Tasty Bacon“-Menü bestellte, und dann war es auch noch falsch. Statt „Big Tasty Bacon“ gab es nur ein winziges Stück Speck, kleiner als eine Tomatenscheibe. Die Mitarbeiter in diesem McDonald’s sind extrem faul.

WCs defekt, Boden klebt, kein Handtuchpapier

Es ist sehr dreckig. Das Essen ist vielleicht 1/10 malen nicht falsch ansonsten fehlt immer etwas oder z.b. abbestellte Sachen sind oft trotzdem drauf. Ich habe über 15min zum bezahlen gewartet ohne jemanden vor mir in der Schlange. Auf das Essen dann nochmal ähnlich lange nach einer halben Stunde habe ich in einem Restaurant mein Essen das ist nicht fastfood. Die Pommes und Nuggets sind regelmäßig kalt und das Eis nur halb voll wenn überhaupt. Die Mitarbeiter sind super unmotiviert und sehen genervt aus. Overall fahre ich lieber nach Emsdetten zum Mcs

Die Toiletten und das Waschbecken total verdreckt. Einfach ekelhaft und unbenutzbar

Man muss schon ziemlich schnell bestellen heute so drängelt der Mitarbeiter heute am MC Drive, dann muss man wieder parken statt am Fesnster stehen zu bleiben. Dann als die Bestellung kam fehlte ein Burger, also hingegangen dann wird man auch noch blöd angemacht den hätte ich nicht bestellt, es wärd ja extra eine Tafel 😡 dann hör zu was ich bestelle !! Kassenbons werden auch nicht raus gegeben.

Mitarbeiter kriegen es nich hin dir die richtige Bestellung zu geben und nachdem man drauf aufmerksam gemacht hat bekommt man trotzdem nicht seine eigene Bestellung und wird noch angemeckert Ständig wird was vergessen und falsche Sachen ausgehändigt einfach traurig das man trotzdem freundlichem drauf aufmerksam machen noch im Laden beleidigt wird

Da gehen wir nicht mehr hin. Ganzen Tag Durchfall und brechreiz. Schmeckte alles ganz merkwürdig. Bleiben bei McDonalds in Emsdetten, da ist Freundlichkeit mit inbegriffen. Und da schmeckt es besser.

Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig. Die Kaugummis feiern auch schon gefühlt ihr 1jähriges. Scheint keinen hier zu interessieren. Sowie schmutzige Fenster Scheiben mit Handabdrücke.

So schlechte Pommes habe ich noch nie gegessen.Bürger waren kalt und lagen wohl schon länger in der Warmausgabe.Schade werde ich nicht wieder besuchen.

Die Mc Flurrys werden hier wirklich sehr halbherzig zubereitet. Die Soße ist ganz unten und im Vergleich zu anderen Filialen ist generell sehr wenig drin. Wirklich schäbigen Arbeit. Echt traurig.

Achtung bei McDonald's in Greven ist die Pommes nicht glutenfrei mein Sohn hat darauf reagiert. Das war nicht schön.

Ich bestelle ohne Jalapeños - immer. Wie kann man so einen simplen Auftrag regelmäßig vergeigen? Schwach!

McDonalds... das war ein mal... jetzt ist es nur noch muell... es schmeckt irgendwie garnicht mehr egal was ich ausgewählt habe es ist einfach nicht mehr DER McDonalds.... Fotos und realitaet sind 100% auseinander früher sah es anders aus.. diesen schrott kann man nichtmal mehr im suff essen... ich bin entaeuscht und werde keinen laden mehr mit diesen M besuchen... denn egal wo man hingeht, immer der gleiche müll... und für 2.50 € ein cheeseburger frech.

Man bestellt schon so oft passt es einfach nicht mit der Bestellung... alles plain bestellt kommen alles normale an. Reklamation werden dort auch nicht wahr genommen genommen. Wirklich sehr unfreundlich

Personal sehr unfreundlich. Bestellung nur noch über das Terminal möglich. Kaffee wird immer im To Go Becher ausgeben. Obwohl man für den Verzehr im Haus bestellt.

Phew, the food was great, but the service was a real disaster. Ordered at the McDrive. We got the ice cream first. And while it all melted, we waited for the rest of our order. Instead of giving us two cones, I got a jumbled, chock-full cone. When I handed it over through the window, the top order almost fell off. I wasn't expecting that.

I don't recommend Greven's McDonald's! There's always something missing... that was the last time I'd go to Greven! Incredibly bad! -10 stars!

Unfortunately disappointing. The place isn't exactly clean. Aside from that, I've received incorrect orders several times. A McFlurry was half-melted, burger requests were ignored (due to intolerances, e.g., tomato/ketchup was canceled), or meat was added to the burger even though I'd ordered veggie. Vanilla milkshake instead of strawberry, no stickers for McDonald's Monopoly even though I'd specifically ordered matching menus. It's annoying when you take it to go and then only notice it when you're on the way or at home. I don't unpack my food in the restaurant if I want to take it with you. Stressed, overwhelmed staff, long waits (I sometimes waited 15-20 minutes for a McFlurry). Some of the staff are unfriendly and don't want to talk, luckily not all of them. But it should be looked into, especially when the entire staff is so overwhelmed that you're constantly receiving incorrect orders and you can see how stressed they all are. Then maybe new training/assistance/staff are needed. That's why I don't like going here.

We landed at McDonald's yesterday on our way back from the airport around 12:30 a.m. At the time, we were the only customers in the store. I was shocked by the lack of cleanliness in the restaurant. The tables and carts for returns were littered with trash and dirt, the tables were dirty, and I don't even want to mention the floor. We then ordered at the terminal and asked for a cloth to wipe the table. We were assured that someone would come and take care of it immediately. After a ten-minute wait, the food arrived, but the tables were still dirty. The fries were cold, the nuggets were wrong, and the burger wasn't even there. At the same time, the employee was quickly sent out because a burger had been left behind for a drive-thru customer. The employee in charge had no chance to concentrate on his work, preferring to engage in loud, private flirting or something similar with other customers who arrived after us. I'm not someone who complains easily, but with so many shortcomings, I couldn't say nothing. I won't even get started on the dilapidated furnishings (broken chairs, etc.). I'll avoid the store.

We came at 8;05am in the morgen to have breakfast, but at Store is on 9:00am is the opening , so much disappointing because at the website says at 8:00am ,. But it’s not, pls update your website opening hours🙁

Very slow service. The employees work without gloves, with dirty hands they assemble burgers (I personally observed). The women's restroom is clean: there is water, soap, paper. The men's restroom is clean, but shoes stick to the floor. The coffee was made incorrectly and when I asked to make the one that was paid for in the order, the employees refused. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

Sorry, but find something else! Aside from the lack of hygiene, including that of the workers, it's simply outrageous. I order a Big Basty Bacon, it arrives without bacon and has probably been sitting around for a while. When I asked, the burger was taken away, and a "new" one came shortly afterward. It was exactly the same burger with two strips of bacon placed right on the edge. So wow, thank you. Plus, they don't wear gloves in the kitchen. So think twice about whether you want to eat there.

Very nice!! McDrive! Yesterday I placed a large order. And checked the order as best I could on site. At 3happy meals, I only got one gift, and all three other meals were also incomplete. Either the fries or the Coke were missing. Very tiring 😰 And I only noticed at home that all the sauces were missing. 🙈

I've been coming here to eat for years, today my patience is at an end, after weeks or months they learned that I want hot fries and today I got the fries in the menu hot, but the bag of fries was only half full or empty. I mentioned it as usual and it was said that the lady I spoke to had filled the fries and she filled them up... I find that cheeky! The toilets here are always dirty and there is no current light! I would like to upload a photo if possible of the amount of fries.

Had a Hamburger Royal Cheese, totally sticky and tasted absolutely nothing like a Royal Cheese. The Big Mac was something slapped together 2 chicken burgers the bun was tough as rubber. By far the worst MD in the area.

I was there at lunchtime during the week because I had to go to the train station opposite and still had some time. There was nothing going on in the restaurant, so I had the food quickly. There was nothing wrong here, Mäcces. Staff was friendly and the dining area was clean, so so far everything was ok and no surprises.

Food doesn't taste good, toilets aren't clean, there are gherkins on the wall. Tables with ketchup or not cleared and cleaned (no it wasn't a weekend) a perfectly normal Thursday. Cashier rude

After my last post about the disastrous toilets, things were better for a few weeks. But now it's so bad that I no longer dare to go to the toilet for fear of stealing something. The entire men's WV is regularly under piss. Not water, but urine. It smells like a 1970s train station toilet. Cleaning isn't done regularly either; chlorine is just sprayed over the faeces, which doesn't make the smell any better, but instead takes on a mixture of chlorine and urine. The walls have never been cleaned. What you can see is that some of them are shiny and some of them are matte. Since they are black you can't see the dirt that easily. But the shiny area is from the floor to shoulder height and has been unchanged for 5 years. Is there actually no authority that controls something like this? The ice cream machine has been broken since the beginning of December and therefore there is no ice cream. Why does it have to be broken for 2 months? Then the heating is obviously broken and there is a fan heater in the room, but it doesn't manage to bring the temperature above 17 degrees. The fan heater has been there for several months. I have now found two good alternatives. The McDonald’s in Greven is right next to the train station. The one in Rheine and Münster too. It takes 17 minutes to get to Rheine with the Regional Express and 21 minutes with the Regional Train. It takes 9 minutes to get to Münster with the regional express and 13 minutes with the regional train. The McDonald's in Münster is located in the main train station, so you can reach it with dry feet even in heavy rain, but it is just as dirty as Greven, but better heated. I always go to Rheine now. It's clean and well heated there. Food is delicious and everything is done quickly. So top service and the employees there understand what is not always the case in the other two branches.

I bought a Big Rösti Menu with 9 chances of winning from Monopols, it only had 2 of the 3 stickers that came with it. When asked, the lady (probably the shift manager) said the menu only included 2 stickers, which was obviously a lie and very unfriendly, never again!

The branch was the worst and dirtiest I have visited with my family in a long time. There was rubbish everywhere, the tray trolleys were overflowing and the floor and the tables were very sticky. It wasn't very busy at the time so there wasn't a need for a picture like that. It was also extremely cold and many children at other tables were freezing so they had to eat with thick jackets on

Unfortunately you wait a long time for your food. If the circumstances require you to eat at home, you are welcome to realize that you got the wrong food. It's been like this for years (is it perhaps a tradition now?) I can't recommend the shop, but luckily there are a lot of oriental rotisserie meat sellers within easy reach (it's also cheaper ;D)

Actually, you know that when you go to McDonald's for food, you shouldn't expect too much. But we didn't think it would be so bad. Order only digitally - absolutely impersonal. The food was bad then. Fries were very spicy. The sauce on the chicken burger was just as spicy. Why so spicy? Maybe it was the wrong sauce or even the wrong burger? Table and bench dirty. On top of that, a beastly smell from the toilet wafted through the restaurant! None of this is possible! Will never visit this "restaurant" again!

Accidentally ordered something wrong. The employees don't understand me (they speak broken German). None of the other employees are interested in my concerns either. I have never experienced such bad service in any branch.

Took forever. I already said last time that I wouldn't go there again. The bad impression was confirmed once again. If the charging stations worked, my electric car would definitely be fully charged.

When you spend an outrageous amount of money on a strawberry shake, you expect a full cup. The fact that it is only 3/4 full is a disgrace. I call it ripping off/ripping off. Unfortunately, I only saw it at home; if I had been there I would have complained about it straight away and asked for the cup to be filled.

Unfortunately, this Macces in Greven is one of the worst I have ever experienced. Eating ALWAYS takes at least 10 minutes, and you have to look in the bag every time you order because something is almost always missing or wrong. At the drive-in you also need at least 10 minutes, if not 20 or 30 (! yes, I really stood there in the drive for 30 minutes!). If this only happened rarely OK, mistakes are human, sometimes there is a lot going on. But it happens ANY time of the day, ANY day of the week. I always think about driving 20 km further by car so I don't have to go there. At least the food is typical Macces. Otherwise an incredibly bad McDonalds!!

It was terrible ice cream, firstly, they poured a third of a glass, in other McDonald's they poured a full glass, and secondly, it was some kind of icy slurry, not ice cream. The only thing that was tasty was the chocolate dope.
