Mezzomar Greven in Greven

Wir gehen hier oft mit Familie essen und feiern. War auch heute mit meinem kindern. Die kellnerin , eine junge blondine, mit lockere haren. Wir haben 15 minuten fur die Menù und kinderstuhl. Enl8ch ist gekommen mit menu. Also haben wir bestellt. Noch 15 minuten fur das trinken gewartet, und nichts vorbei geholt. Also 30 minuten und nicht mal etwas zu trinken bekomen. Wir sind weg, weil kann mann sich nicht so lange warten fur etwas das nan auch seeehr teuer bezahlt, und null efizient im service. Leider di Mezzomar hat sehr viele verloren. Ist nicht mehr wie vorher. Wie gesagt, wir sind stamm kunden. Wir sind weg bei Turken , Tandurgrill. Es lohnt vieles mehr.

Der Service könnte aufmerksamer und die Wartezeiten etwas kürzer sein. Das Essen ist in Ordnung, sticht aber meiner Meinung nach in der italienischen Küche nicht besonders hervor. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis könnte besser sein.

Wir haben eine Stunde auf unser Essen gewartet. Nicht gerade toll. Ich hatte einen Salat, der war okay, mein Mann hatte Spaghetti Carbonara, die überhaupt nicht geschmeckt haben. Der Speck war verbrannt und die Soße war praktisch nicht vorhanden, total trocken und geschmacklos. Es war sehr laut und hatte überhaupt keine Atmosphäre, wie ein großer Speisesaal in der Schule. Nicht beeindruckend.

Sehr gutes Essen mit großen Portionen zu fairen Preisen. Eine Pizza reicht auch für 2 Personen. Mezzomar ist das erste Restaurant in Deutschland, in dem ich eine echte Carbornara bekommen habe (mit Ei und Guanciale)

Bin immer gerne dort essen gegangen. Bis zu dem Zeitpunkt als ich von einem Kellner auf das übelste wegen einer Nachfrage angegangen bin. Muss ich nicht haben!

Gutes Interior Design und Beste Lage sind halt nicht alles - hier mal wieder das „Beste“ Beispiel dafür. Wo sind die guten „alten Inhaber geführten Italiener“ hin? Wo es ein kleines Brot mit Oliven vorweg gibt - ohne Aufpreis versteht sich. Nein hier wird mit unfreundlichem Service, sehr langen Wartezeiten und Kellern die sagen „ das bringe ich gleich“ aber kommen nie - „gepunktet“. Die Kellner sind wie aufgescheuchte Hühner durch den halb leeren Laden gerannt als gäbe es etwas zu gewinnen. Scheinbar völlig orientierungslos und ohne Plan. Man wird hier schnell schnell abgefertigt wenn überhaupt jemand zum Tisch kommt. Schade. Denn das Essen war in der Menge und Qualität gut. Doch wenn man schon Essen geht - darf es gern mehr als nur passables Essen sein. Beim Blink in die Damen Toilette wird einem dann vieles klar. Hier fängt die Grundlage von guter Personal Führung an.

Ein wirklich schönes Ambiente und das Essen schmeckt gut. Es ist leider viel zu teuer geworden. Sowohl Speisen wie Getränke. Das kann man sich nur noch gelegentlich mal leisten. Ich meine auch, dass es früher viel voller gewesen ist; wundert mich nicht.

Sehr freundliche Bedienung und Service

Sehr lecker war es für uns im Ristorante Mezzomar in Greven. Allerdings hätte ich mir etwas weniger oder gar keine Kokosnuss am Zanderfilet gewünscht. Aber das ist Geschmacksache. Die Bedienung aufmerksam, aber nicht aufdringlich. War gut. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Das Restaurant überzeugt mit großzügigen Portionen, herzlichem Service und einer modernen, stilvollen Atmosphäre. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die ansprechende Präsentation der Gerichte. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Mein erster Besuch im Mezzomar Greven war ein voller Genuss. Das Nudelgerichte sehr lecker und die Empfehlung zum Tee ebenfalls. Preise etwas angehoben, aber das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passte. Der Service war gut und das Ambiente auch stimmig.

Akustikpanele unter Decke wäre nicht die schlechteste Lösung - Leider muss ich meine Bewertung korrigieren. Zum Muttertag ging wirklich viel schief - Essen dauerte eine Stunde und fünf Minuten, Getränke und Essen wurden nicht geliefert wie bestellt. Auf der Rechnung stand dann allerdings das Essen. Der Chef wurde gerufen und hat so dermaßen unverschämt reagiert, dass es für mich mit Sicherheit der letzte Besuch dort war. Es wäre alles kein Problem sofern man dann freundlich und zuvorkommend reagiert...

Wir waren spontan zum Mittagessen dort. Gute Mittagskarte, preiswert und geschmacklich sehr gut. Bedienung war sehr nett und freundlich. Wir konnten bei schönen Wetter draußen sitzen. Empfehlenswert!!👍

Super Ambiente aber das wars dann leider auch schon.

Das Essen im Mezzomar am Ostersonntag war ein sehr schönes Erlebnis für unsere große Familie. Die Speisen waren köstlich, Lamm und Wiener Schnitzel wunderbar zart. Auch die Atmosphäre hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Sehr gerne wieder!

Wer Mezzomar kennt und mag, wird sich hier sehr wohl fühlen. Ein angenehmes Ambiente, sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal und prima Speisen. Hier passt es einfach. In gemütlicher Atmosphäre kann man hier schön essen. Zum Mittag oder am Abend. Super entspannt und von freundlichen Mitarbeitenden bedient.

Das köstliche, geschmacksvolle und abgestimmte Essen, der Service mit den stets freundlichen und professionellen MitarbeiterInnen wie auch das stilvolle Ambiente machen unsere regelmäßigen Besuche immer zum kulinarischen, wertvollen und optischen Genuss.

Wir waren an einen Mittwoch Abend dort. Laden war ganz gut besucht jedoch nicht brechend voll.Der Service kam nicht so ganz hinterher hatte man das Gefühl. Nun aber zum wichtigsten: das Essen! Und das ist sehr lecker 🤤 die Portionen sind groß und Preise noch okay. Ambiente echt ganz cool und alles in allem waren wir am Ende zufrieden 🫱🏻‍🫲🏼

Die Location ist super schön, aber das Essen war leider nicht gut. Es triefte vor Öl, das Brot konnte man kaum essen, da tropfte das Öl so raus. Bei der Veggie Lasagne leider das gleiche. Haben es auch beide nicht gut vertragen. Die Bedienung war sehr nett aber hatte eigentlich keine Ahnung, egal was man gefragt hat. Wir kommen nur wieder, weil die Getränke so gut waren und der Laden einfach sehr schön ist.

Von Stammkunde zu „nie wieder“. Ich war am Valentinstag dort und wurde leider sehr schlecht behandelt. Früher war ich gerne Gast, aber diesmal war die Erfahrung enttäuschend. Die Preise sind inzwischen sehr hoch, das Essen deutlich schlechter als früher und der Service leider miserabel. Sehr schade – so verliert man Stammkunden.

Hier bitte einkehren, denn ansonsten kann man nicht mitsprechen. Eine sehr gute Adresse zum Essen gehen.

War 2025 das erste mal in diesem Resturant. Ich war dort draußen und was mir erst auffiel war das der Tisch nicht Sauber war und ich über 40 Minuten ungelogen auf ein Cafe gewartet habe. Zudem war die Kellnerin bisschen Respektlos.

Tolles Ambiente. Leckeres Essen. Wie am Eingang geschrieben „Sie werden zu Ihrem Tisch geführt“ - hat nicht stattgefunden. Empfang wirkte überfordert und gestresst. Getränke wurden erst nach einer halben Stunde aufgenommen, obwohl Bedienungen mehrmals an unserem Tisch vorbei liefen. Hauptgang hatten wir dann nach über 2 Stunden auf dem Tisch. Man beachte, dass wir nicht die letzten Gäste waren und zuletzt unser Essen bekommen haben und wir waren nur 5 Personen. Die Küche hatte dann nach unserer Essensausgabe das Reinigungsprogramm gestartet. Es wirkte als hätte man uns vergessen- entschuldigt hat sich dafür aber niemand. Auch nach Ansprache der extrem langen Dauer hatten wir nicht das Gefühl, dass das irgend jemanden interessiert. Btw: wenn zwischen Vorspeise und Hauptgang eine Stunde liegt obwohl man beides gleichzeitig aufgegeben hat, dann ist das schon schlecht. Über das Hungergefühl müssen wir dann auch nicht mehr sprechen. Über die Hälfte vom Hauptgang ist zurück gegangen, weil der Hunger dann nicht mehr da war. Mitnehmen war keine Option, da es Fischgerichte waren. Schade. Das hatten wir uns, gerade beim ersten Besuch, anders vorgestellt. Wo wir doch alle gerade auf Service und Wohlfühlen in der hektischen Zeit Wert legen - war das eine absolute Enttäuschung. Das hat auch das Ambiente und das leckere Essen nicht weg gemacht. Hätte man uns aktiv angesprochen und darauf vorbereitet und sich schon mal dafür entschuldigt, dann wäre diese Bewertung hier nicht so ausgefallen. Sorry.

Sehr gut gegessen. Angenehmes Ambiente. Beeindruckt hat mich die Bedienung die unser Essen aufgenommen hat. Wir waren mit 7 Personen und sie musste nichts notieren sondern hat sich alle Bestellungen so gemerkt!!!! Und es war alles richtig! Wirklich bemerkenswert.

Es war ok, aber auch nicht mehr. Trotz Vorbrstellung für eine Gruppe von ca.25 Personen, war die Wartezeit über eine Stunde aufs Essen. Service war einige Male ein bisschen durcheinander, aber freundlich. Dort nochmal Essen gehen, weiß ich noch nicht.

Nice pizzeria, with a few minor drawbacks. I can't comment on potential wait times or the necessity of a reservation, as my visit was on a weekday at lunchtime. Some dishes (e.g., pasta) should be labeled as spicy or partially hot. The pizza was tasty and made with good ingredients. Unfortunately, it arrived somewhat cold, which meant it was completely cold after I'd eaten half of it. The service was inconsistent (sometimes very friendly, sometimes cool and distant). The ambiance is very pleasant. The televisions are a bit distracting and disruptive to conversations. The open kitchen is a great feature. The restrooms are clean, but could be better signposted.

Mezzomar is a large Italian restaurant with deliciously prepared dishes. The coziness of Mezzomar is unique. It's a great place to spend an evening. Mezzomar also offers a variety of drinks, so everyone can find something to their liking. We like coming here to Mezzomar, letting everyday life fall by the wayside for a moment and enjoying our time at Mezzomar. I can only agree with one of the reviews here. Opposite the Italian restaurant, Trattoria Il Gusto Nero, is unbeatable in terms of food. It's really, really good in terms of quality and food preparation, but it's quite expensive (I think it's a bit excessive), so we only go there occasionally to the Italian restaurant Il Gusto Nero (across the street). And yes, as the previous speaker said, in terms of taste and ambience, Trattoria Il Gusto-Nero is number one. But that's not what we're talking about here. Mezzomar enriches Greven with its gastronomy. It's a place where you can retreat and feel very comfortable from the moment you walk in. And that's very important to us! By the way: Anyone who values ​​good pizzas has come to the right place at Mezzomar! They really taste really good. I hope I've inspired people who haven't been to Mezzomar yet to give it a try. If they can't get a seat at Mezzomar because it's fully booked or too crowded, I highly recommend stopping by Trattoria Il Gusto-Nero. The pizza is huge. It tastes very good, too. Prices are okay. The atmosphere is very nice. The staff is very friendly.

When there was service, it was good. The food was delicious, as always. The only major downside today (Saturday) was the extremely long wait. After we finished, we had to wait half an hour until a server came to clear the table and ask us about dessert and bring us the menu. By that point, the restaurant wasn't particularly busy. There were a few unoccupied-looking servers in the restaurant, but another 25 minutes passed before another server noticed our table and wanted to take our dessert order. We weren't the only ones; the neighboring table was also a bit discouraged. After such a long wait, the dessert arrived quickly and was delicious, although it could have been delivered 45 minutes earlier.

So, I can recommend the Mezzomar. The service was super nice and friendly, and the food was very good. When we're back in Greven, we'll come back. Keep it up!!!!!

For anyone who wants to experience something wonderful with friends and family, you should visit Mexomar in Greven. The staff are super friendly, the food is simply delicious, and the ambiance is simply fantastic. We're not giving it 5 stars, but as Greven residents, we give the chef and his team 10 points.

The Mezzomare in Greven was actually always our restaurant in Greven, where we were always happy and enjoyed going. Unfortunately, we have to say that the last few times it has gotten worse and worse and after tonight we will not be going to this place again. We had booked a table with the children at 6:30 p.m., the starter came quite quickly and it was also nice that the children's fries were already brought out, but then we had to wait 1.5 hours for our main course. When we mentioned to the waitress at some point that the people next to us had come after our starter and already had their food, she got rude and said that we had a starter and then it took a while for the main course to arrive. In our case it was 1.5 hours, but she didn't want to hear anything about it and said it was the kitchen's fault and she argued until she was sick. Unfortunately, this behavior put us off our appetite and we couldn't accept her offer of dessert or a drink on the house because we had the children with us and it was already 8:30 p.m. and they needed to go to bed.

Absolutely disappointing – never again! We arrived today at 6:30 p.m. with a reservation and were looking forward to a lovely evening – with two small children. What followed was a service disaster. Our first contact with the waitress didn't occur for 20 (!) minutes. After our order, we specifically asked for the children to at least be served our appetizer first – that worked, but then the disaster began. After a whopping 1.5 hours, we had to ask about our food. The answer: Other guests who arrived after us were deliberately served before us because we "already had an appetizer." Absolutely outrageous! The service was not only unfriendly but conveyed pure incompetence. No one ever asked for more drinks; we had to ask for everything ourselves several times and wait for anything to happen. Instead of an apology, we received only outrageous excuses – no consideration at all, no understanding at all. This restaurant has been one of our favorites for a long time—but after this experience, we're certain: we'll never go there again.

Basically, everything was okay. The pizzas were too thin in the middle and a bit soggy. The service was very attentive. Unfortunately, the food for six people didn't arrive at the same time, but rather with a delay. The ambiance is nice and cozy.

Mezzomar is a good Italian restaurant where you can eat well. The waiters are attentive and polite. However, it's not the best. Compared to the Italian restaurants, Il Gusto surpasses everything in terms of food preparation and taste. We noticed this when we were at Mezzomar. We often eat Italian food when traveling through Germany, but we haven't eaten anywhere as good as at Il Gusto Nero (opposite Mezzomar). Nevertheless, I can recommend Mezzomar because Mezzomar also offers very delicious dishes. In terms of coziness, Mezzomar takes first place over Il Gusto. Il Gusto also has a very nice ambiance! But just not as nice as Mezzomar. In conclusion: If you want exceptional food with great taste experiences, Il Gusto is the right place. And if you want a very cozy atmosphere, Mezzomar is the right place, although, as already mentioned, Il Gusto Nero also has a really good ambiance (coziness).

We can't recommend this restaurant under any circumstances. We sat inside temporarily because everything outside was booked. When a table outside became available (20 minutes had passed), my wife went there. During the 20 minutes we were sitting inside, two couples came in after us, each already having drinks on their table. We weren't asked what we wanted, nor were we offered the menu. When I politely wanted to let the staff know that we were now sitting outside, they told us that was absolutely impossible. A couple who had reserved the next table was waiting inside. I explained to him that the table would have been taken by other waiting guests if we hadn't gone there. He said there was nothing he could do; reservations outside weren't valid. Which is totally contradictory, because he had reserved a table for the other couple! When we asked why we hadn't been served for 20 minutes, the only answer we got was, "It had nothing to do with him, it was the bar staff." Additionally, the young man seemed to be really friendly towards his team! That's a real turn-off for customers! It's a shame, but we won't be going back to this place, as this is already the third time we've experienced this situation there.

The service used to be better, the presentation of the food, service and ambience are definitely better in Lüdinghausen.

We ordered pizza for pickup. The gentleman on the phone was very nice and accommodated all our requests. The pizza was prepared quickly and tasted absolutely delicious. We would eat there again anytime.

Very rude service. We moved the table so that it was not in the sun. The owner aggressively forced us to move the table, even though it did not interfere with the movement of the staff and other customers of the restaurant. Insanely expensive for a perfectly ordinary pizza. €16.90. They wanted to have a quarter of a slice wrapped, which would have cost about €5.00. They dropped it in the kitchen. Instead of making us a new small pizza, they gave us a free small Coke. Wow. Paid €90.00 for 5 people. The waitress was already overwhelmed with two tables. Not recommended at all. We still had one fries, I think they were from yesterday. Conventional mayonnaise and ketchup from used bottles. Welcome, salmonella. Enjoy!

Very nice shop, good food and great service

I can't recommend it. I was seated at a dirty table at 7 p.m. on a Tuesday evening. It was only cleaned when I asked, and I was splashed with dish soap. After 20 minutes, I got drinks... and then nothing. After another 30 minutes, my order still hadn't been taken. I then had to ask someone to come over to pay. A tepid apology, and that was it. For that price, I won't be going back anytime soon.

Cold fries, cold burger, complained! What happened next – unbelievable: The burger was heated in the microwave and brought back the same way! The fries were now cold, and the burger was hot! Instead of apologizing to the customer, the manager came back and said: "Cold tomatoes cool the burger down quickly!" Just once and never again!

A superb ambiance, with a lot of thought put into the interior design, very friendly and attentive service, a friendly welcome and a guided tour to the table, rounded off with excellently prepared and delicious food. The dishes are kept warm under a heat lamp so guests receive their food evenly. The wine list offers a choice of wines by the glass and bottles. I can only give this place full marks across the board. Please definitely keep it up. Only in this way can more people have the opportunity to enjoy such a wonderful evening as we had. Good opportunity to eat out for lunch in Greven during the week. Parking at the Powder Tower and eating in 1 hour is definitely possible! Nice atmosphere, courteous staff with good timing and a good selection. The price is ok, but since hardly anything else in Greven has this level of comfort, it's bearable! Gladly again, it will be in my selection more often now.

I’ve visited Mezzomar Greven and was very pleased with the experience. The place is stylish and well-designed. As a pasta lover, I really enjoyed every pasta dish I tried – all were very well prepared. The service was polite and the overall atmosphere pleasant. I’ll definitely be coming back.

The lasagna was terribly bad for my taste and when I asked, I was told it was supposed to be that way. The noodles were soggy - unfortunately not to my taste. 16€ and bad luck, what a shame!

I have never eaten so badly in my life!! Terrible service! A place with an open kitchen with the owner and his wife who come into the kitchen and eat... with their bare hands!! My husband bought a pizza that is definitely much better than the frozen one from the supermarket... and finally, not to mention the pasta... tasteless... tasteless... it will never be again!!

Very good food and nice atmosphere. The service was extremely helpful, but because it was really busy it took a while.

The last time we eat here. When we asked, the waiter had no idea about allergens in the food and couldn't even offer us an allergen menu. When I finally settled for a salad, even this was served differently than ordered. Overall, unfortunately a very disappointing experience.

I really liked it in every respect

Unfortunately, it was a very bad place, we were two people, the food was not worth the money, the taste was not good at all, I do not recommend it to anyone, it is a shame.

We have been regular customers at Mezzomar for years. That has now changed due to the impossible operator. Last Friday we ordered three tiramisu to go from the waitress Yils. She then told us that a €5 deposit was due for the tiramisu, which costs €8. We then ordered the tiramisu again. Shortly afterwards, Yils came back from the kitchen and told us that we could of course take the tiramisu with us without a deposit. She didn't mention at all that the glasses had to be returned. On Monday evening one of us received a call in which a gentleman without introducing himself shouted into the phone that the tiramisu glasses had to be returned immediately. Since he did not moderate his tone, the conversation ended immediately. Since then we have been conducting telephone terror every second. We all work for authorities and that almost falls below $238 StGB. We will never go here again and reserve the right to file a complaint if the operator does not stop his sick behavior.

On Monday evening one of us received a call in which a gentleman without introducing himself shouted into the phone that the tiramisu glasses had to be returned immediately. Since he did not moderate his tone, the conversation ended immediately. Since then we have been conducting telephone terror every second. We all work for authorities and that almost falls below $238 StGB. We will never go here again and reserve the right to file a complaint if the operator does not stop his sick behavior. Never mind the fact that we had to wait 120 minutes for our pizza on Friday, but that's another story.

We ordered some food and picked it up. The order was taken incorrectly on the phone, but corrected immediately in the restaurant and the waiting time was shortened with a drink - great service! The food (pasta and pizza) was very tasty :)

Very pleasant atmosphere. Delicious dishes. Good selection. We really enjoy eating there.
