Unfriendly staff food tastes so-so

Panorama is an absolute recommendation! The service is super friendly and attentive, the food tastes excellent - especially the pizza is to die for! Fresh ingredients and baked to perfection. The cleanliness and hygiene are top, everything is very well maintained and inviting. All around a great experience, everything is just right here!

Doner kebab is very good, good sauces, good meat and a large portion for little money. There's nothing wrong with it, in my opinion the prices for the dishes could even be raised, the food there is worth it.

In the store you make fun of customers, you just wonder what will be said about you when you leave the store yourself... The meat is often not cut directly from the spit, it is kept "warm" in a container. The meat is served so cold and it is very unhygienic. You mix up the order, but it's the customer's fault and in the end the stupid... No, 08/15 kebab doesn't have to be...

I am a regular guest here and have never been disappointed. I'm not a meat eater, but the fries and salads are very tasty. In my opinion the price-performance ratio is also excellent. Both the staff and the owners are extremely friendly and humorous. A “Welcome to Friends” sign could also be placed in front of the entrance. Keep it up guys, you're great!

It's strange, especially the way you were handled on the phone. This couldn't be right, I should take a look at the website etc When I said that this probably couldn't be the case and that I felt pretty fooled, I wanted to speak to the boss, who was supposedly on it himself... after a short, perhaps not too friendly conversation, the good man said he had my address , I should be careful what I say, he wouldn't allow that. I won't let anyone threaten me, I'll never order or pick up food here again!!!!! And certainly don't threaten. An absolute disgrace!!!!!!

Ordered several times and the portions got smaller with each order and the delivery time got longer and longer - you can understand that it takes longer if the food looks the same, none of it. The last time we ordered we had a long hair in the food instead of enough meat and sauce. As soon as you call and describe the situation instead of showing insight and apologizing with the words “we are just human beings”. With such (non-existent) appreciation, one can only say - a shame for the future guests.

I think the store is really great. I've been living in Greven for a while and I have to say that the shop has made a strong positive development and it is also well frequented and not only the atmosphere or the food is good, but also the employees, who are very friendly and nice.

We were here on assembly work and received the tip about eating from an employee at the construction site. We ate there every day and were always served and cooked for in a very nice and friendly manner. Food was very tasty and we will definitely come back.
