A typical McDonald's in any city! The best thing about it is its location and the fact that it usually closes late at night! The ordering process was a bit chaotic, as I had to ask several times for my order because they weren't very clear.

THE FOOD WAS HORRIBLE, I don’t know what they put into it but me and my girl had stomach issues for 3 days! The fries literally tasted and smelled like some train station bathroom toiled , it was horrible. We ordered the couple menu + seperate burgers , 40€ spend and 3 days in bed. Never again!

We ordered 3 menus and the wrong order came in all 3. The staff were also extremely unfriendly and would not recommend it!

I had ordered a raspberry tart, but it hadn't been delivered. When I went to the counter to inquire, I was told I could either wait six minutes or get a different flavor. Since I didn't like the other flavor, I said I'd wait for the raspberry tart. My receipt was confiscated. After more than six minutes, I still hadn't received the raspberry tart. I went back to the counter and explained what had happened—that I had ordered the item, but it hadn't been delivered. The employee couldn't understand me in either German or English and said she couldn't give me the item without a receipt. However, the receipt had been kept by a colleague. Another employee finally came over and said he would bring me the raspberry tart. I was then given a product that said a different flavor—but luckily, it was the correct raspberry tart.

I was there too about three weeks ago. The cash register was unmanned for at least 20 minutes. I was also unsure whether I should even queue to pay. After paying, I waited another 25 minutes before I got my food. The display wasn't working properly either, so the numbers had to be called out. Many other people have had the same bad experience, as I've seen from the reviews. The food was only moderately tasty. I won't be visiting this McDonald's again in the future. There are plenty of others in Cologne that are better.

Nothing works, we paid money, then they told us that none of it was there and they didn't want to give the money back.

A regular McDonald's, the staff was friendly and the products were the same as in all the other stores in the chain. Unfortunately, paying customers also have to pay extra for the restroom, which is rude. Also, the restrooms aren't clean. I liked the Chinese restaurant on the first floor better.

Unfortunately I am unable to review both the food, since I never received it, and the service since once again, It wasn’t received. The atmosphere gets a 1 star since I’d say 1 in 5 tables actually did receive their food, so I hope it made them happy. What was also unhappy were the workers who looked us dead in the eye and then did nothing, not even asking if we could politely wait. Since I was paying by cash, I had money IN HAND that was visible to the staff and yet I couldn’t even pay for my food. As someone who works with food in the hospitality industry, there was no care for the customers, the kitchen was evidently in disarray and to sum it all up, the place was filled with rubbish which again, the staff couldn’t be bothered to sort out. If I was a franchisee or manager of the location I’d be APPALLED to see my staff behaving like this, place looking as it did and disregard for the business. Comparing this to the McDonalds in the train station, we received quick and easy service, greeted by friendly staff and it felt more hygienic. Just wanted some quick scran, instead I was turned away and left not the biggest fan…

That's just not acceptable. Such disgusting stuff there. We found hair in our food and everyone was unfriendly, especially the people on the toilet. Never again, honestly. And the ice had already melted by the time we got it.

Let's break this down into 3 parts. Food, atmosphere and service. Food The food was mediocre at best. Fries were undercooked, soggy and unpleasant. The chicken nuggets were chewy and undercooked. Atmosphere The kitchen and staff were yelling at each other and beggars from the streets came up to us while we were eating begging for money and the food we were eating. Service The service was firstly slow and ineffective. It took us 40 mins from order to get food which we ordered as take away but got given an eat in tray. After that 40 minute wait we received half of our order, we were missing various items and when asked about the items they showed attitude back. We paid around 40 euros for everything and would have rather used it elsewhere. I would not recommend this McDonald's location to anyone please avoid at all costs.

I'd like to give it 0 stars, but I can't. The guy in the bathroom is really rude! What's up with that? We're from out of town and are truly shocked by this kind of behavior!

The food was just as good as in all other McDonald's locations. The wait times were naturally a bit longer, given that it's located in a tourist hotspot, and the place is accordingly busier. What's absolutely unacceptable, however, is the dark-skinned guy who "guards" the restrooms and practically forces users to pay for them. If you pay too little, he holds you back; he tried to charge my friend both when he went in and out. The restrooms aren't clean, and the guy doesn't even speak proper German. Please fire him immediately and give this job to someone who doesn't harass customers. I'd happily pay 50 cents for clean restrooms, but even that wasn't offered...

I had to wait over an hour for my food, and I had ordered very little. Just two things.

It was my worst visit to McDonald's ever: we had to wait 20 minutes at the checkout to pay, then we waited 20 minutes for our food only to discover that our order had been forgotten. So we got our food very late, but then we noticed that our raspberry turnovers were still missing. So we went back to say we wanted something else, then they said that unfortunately they only had one raspberry turnover left and if it was okay for us to have one apple turnover and one raspberry turnover. So we were eating and realized that the Coke didn't have any fizz at all. But we were so upset that we didn't want to go back.

I once ordered two burgers and waited over 10 minutes while others had already received their food. When I asked about it, I showed my receipt and asked about the burgers. My receipt was thrown away by an employee, and then I had to argue with another employee and no longer had the confirmation of purchase because the other employee had thrown my receipt away. After a long, rather unfriendly exchange, I half-heartedly got the burgers. Well.

No, it took an hour just to get some chicken nuggets, fries, and a McDonald's flurry. Plus, they don't have a McDonald's drive-thru, and it still takes that long. And the cash register is constantly unmanned.

Fast and tasty for take a way coffees. There is a only problem is that they are making advertisement for 1 euro coffee but while you are ordering they force u for huy +1 Euro cup. So you can drink similar cofffee in town with sitting and good view

I am very dissatisfied with this restaurant. Today, I ordered a meal at this McDonald's branch. When I selected the drink cup, I was presented with two options, and I chose the gold cup. When I received my order, I initially noticed that there was no cup included. Later, I learned that it wasn't even included. When I asked about it, I received a completely different cup—one that wasn't even available in the app. As for the food, the French fries were extremely poorly prepared—almost raw and very soft. Overall, I was extremely dissatisfied with the service here and cannot recommend this branch.

A McDonalds right on the corner by the train station or opposite the cathedral. It was very crowded. Nevertheless, the order went through the terminal quite quickly. We tried the new wraps. Were also delicious. Delivering food to the table worked well, even though it was very busy. The timing was also completely ok, it was good.

The worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Waited an hour for an MC Flury. The ice cream machine was intact and customers who ordered after me got their large menus with MC Flury before me. Staff didn't want to talk to you and didn't want to give money back. Screens were also broken. Staff just looks annoyed. Better go somewhere else!

I have been to many branches in my life, but none was really the dirtiest. The floor was terribly sticky. The garbage cans were overflowing. And that was just a head of half a meter on it. Leftover food everywhere and no table was clean enough to sit at. So everyone went outside to eat.

We visited here for the first time today and can say that they have the friendliest and most caring staff we have ever met.

Tried a McRib here again after 15 years. It still tastes as limp and strange as it did back then in this branch! Actually hard to believe. Learned nothing in 15 years.

Of course, I’m not picky, but this doesn’t get into any way... I understand everything, there are a lot of people, etc., but even I am shocked by such negligence. The manager there is the only decent one, increase his salary. But let the person who mixed up my ice cream walk and look around. Dada, you got it right, they gave me the wrong ice cream. Just understand, I’ve been waiting all my life for chocolate ice cream with Dubai chocolate, and when I finally got the opportunity to try it for the first time, they gave me WHITE ICE CREAM.. and I don’t eat white at all💔 I would have gone, said and changed it, but due to the fact that people were served very slowly, it took me a lot of time to wait and because of this I almost missed the LAST train :(

Don't you want to work here? We had 2 normal menus and had to wait 20 minutes, but that wasn't all, you thought you could start eating now, but you were still allowed to assemble and prepare your hamburger yourself because they were simply thrown into the packaging. Will avoid this McDonald's in the future.

My burger was topped incorrectly and after complaints the manager said I was unlucky. He quickly got angry and first asked me whether I even understood German and didn't respond to my complaint any further. Very bad customer service actually 0 stars!!!!!!!!!

Worst McDonalds experience so far! The waiting time is still excusable, but the food you paid for is then handed out incorrectly and missing and even though you can prove it, still discussing it and getting loud is simply outrageous. Ordered 3 Big Macs and received 2. According to the receipt there should be 3. But the lady doesn't understand that and wants to serve the next person. We talk to her about it, and only after 10 minutes of discussion do we get the third one thrown at us. End of song, we're unhappy because all the burgers are cold and you get a bad review. Who benefited from this unprofessional behavior? Please train your people, then there will be no bad reviews.

Horrible place, the worst McDonald's I've ever seen. And I have visited enough countries to compare. The only working toilet was smeared with something brown, or rather not the toilet but the door. Of course, I didn’t pay money for the toilet. There is no room in the hall, the children opposite me had someone crawling in their food and they quickly ran away. I hope this place is closed before someone gets poisoned or gets dysentery.

So I honestly don't know how you can forget the dirty sauces every time. Curlyfries are not bad without sauces, but only if they are warm and fresh, which doesn't happen very often. Nuggets - just as bad. It's really not difficult to read the order from the monitor and pack the things the way they were ordered, because after all I'm now missing €1 from the order (the two sauces). Then the 30 minute wait would be worth it if you can be sure that everything is there.

I came at 11pm, made an order on a tablet, I just had to pay, a worker made orders for five customers, after 10 minutes of waiting, I came to ask how long should I wait for the casir because his colega was going somewhere and he was picking up orders himself, it's very incompetent for McDonald's to end up leaving an employee who has to do everything and there is also a very long delay. I haven't had anything like that at any McDonald's. Food was relatively dry and cold. Fries were not full but medium. Then the ketchup would be forgotten to give me. And what's the use of the pick-up system if you constantly delete numbers and then call them loudly when the "food" is ready.

I had to wait 45 minutes for my McRib and milkshake. I paid with a card so it would be faster, but no luck! Today at McDonald’s (Marzellenstraße 2-8, 50667 Köln) my 11-month-old baby and I were denied access to the restroom, even though I was a paying customer, had purchased food, and was sitting at a table. The staff was extremely unfriendly and did not offer any alternative solutions. This is completely unacceptable service for an international fast-food chain! I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

On average 3 stars are okay. There are days when everything you order arrives quickly and hot on the tray or in the bag. And there are the other days when nothing is going well and you have received the wrong products and are looked at stupidly when you point it out.

After waiting for more than half an hour with table service, my patience broke and I asked the counter where my food was. After checking my receipt, I received no response. The McDonald's is very busy, and it's not a nice experience going there, I went there after my climb to the top of the cologne, so the food and drinks(I ordered a large coca-cola, and one or two McChicken, im not sure) were very refreshing and good, but in the end its just simple McDonald's food, the wait time was like 20 minutes, what's way to long for ordinary fast food, and you feel very cramped in the store.

Este fue uno de los pocos lugares abiertos el día de Navidad mientras estaba en un crucero por el río. Mucho más ocupado de lo esperado, pero el servicio era bueno. Café y Chocolate según los estándares habituales de McD y tubería caliente.

Man wollte nur auf die Toilette gehen aber der Putz Mann hat uns richtig laut in der Toilette angeschrien und wurde fast handgreiflich. Wir haben vorne an der Kasse Bescheid gesagt aber denen waren das komplett egal. Total unsicher da! Passt auf euch auf!!!
