SUPER FRIENDLY STAFF AND VERY HELPFUL. I CANNOT RATE THE FOOD BECAUSE WE WERE THERE WITH THE GRANDSONS, 7 AND 10 YEARS OLD, AND FOR THEM IT'S ALWAYS A GREAT MEAL. UNFORTUNATELY NOT FOR GRANDMA AND GRANDPA, BOTH 70 YEARS OLD.

1 star too many The Oreo ice cream was definitely from yesterday because it looked like vomit. I said that I didn't want it mixed. The boss told me to go away, go buy something else and don't come here anymore. Very outrageous statement. Instead of telling me we'll make you an unmixed ice cream and next time we'll ask whether you would like it mixed or not and of course apologize. Never again 👋

Once again the order for pickup (pre-ordered online) is not complete. Simply incompetent and a waste of money. Of course, customer service is also not available, then probably no longer McDonald's. There are alternatives right around the corner.

It was dirty and the McRib was dried out and cold. The toilet was very dirty. If, next time, it's so dirty again, we'll leave immediately.

There is no air conditioning on, it is hotter inside than outside and it is 35 degrees, but they do have it on. They put the food on the table like a dog. They bring you the ice cream with the food without asking

I just had a McMorning. The store is very well managed. My kids also liked the slide, which is more special than the usual McDonald's. It felt good when the manager-looking person in the shirt said, "Have a nice day." The workers also wipe the tables and clean the floors, and they look diligent. I think it's because I'm in business. I've never experienced anything so terrible. The nuggets and the fries were soaked in fat/oil and smelled terrible. In the evening I and others complained of stomach cramps. Vomiting.Sick for 3 days. I hope the health department comes by here soon.

Staff rude and patronizing when they don't get the order right. Had a hair in the food. The range is almost never complete. How can you run down a McDonald's like that? Better go to the one on Aachener Straße, they are much friendlier and more hygienic

One of the dirtiest branches I have experienced during my Mcs visits. Tuesday evening, around 9:15 p.m. The majority of the seating areas (over half of the restaurant) were blocked off by cleaning supplies & chairs, meaning no use was possible and only a small area was left for seating. The tables that were free were completely dirty and unusable. This time again, the staff only spoke in their own foreign language, and the conversations between each other were not interrupted, not even to hand over the menu. It felt like you were talking so loudly in your own language so that everyone could hear it. Burger was ok, fries too soft and over salted... but you have to accept that here... after all, I'm here "voluntarily". Table service was also stopped, presumably to save themselves the work. They couldn't give me any real information as to why this is no longer possible. We will still try to avoid this branch.

The burgers on offer have become incredibly small! The fries weren't cooked. Service 08/15.

Dirty and disgusting. Apparently the floor had never been mopped here, the toilets were extremely dirty and the tables and benches had leftovers and grease stains from visitors. Disgusting. Here you can hire someone who does nothing other than cleaning. I don't come here anymore.

This is not the first time that several items were missing from an order. Always check. Or better yet: go to another branch

No better or worse than other branches. But the staff could be a little friendlier. What is disturbing is that statistics are probably being optimized here, as the collection number is already set to ready for collection, even though it is clear that the preparation has not yet started. That's annoying.

Classic McDonald's franchise. However!! Mostly bad-tempered employees, Fast service when it comes to food, unless the person who speaks the least German makes the drive-in counter. We all know THAT! The employees are (sometimes) not afraid to pack the burgers correctly, on the tray, let alone serve the fries half full or even cold. However, if it is mentioned, the service is still friendly and serves freshly! The tables and benches are not cleaned at regular intervals or, rather, cleaned appropriately to the number of guests... It seems to me that there is no real leader at work in this establishment, but rather a form of self-management, although the location of the restaurant has a lot of potential! All in all, this house is actually too nice a cozy corner for this type of food preparation. The staff is alternately good or bad, but pretty bad 2/3 of the time. I can only agree with most people here. It's 6/30/24 8:24 a.m. Tables and seating dirty. Food was lukewarm, bacon and cheese toast was just fired into the bag. Staff only speak their local language. I was here last time

Unfortunately I didn't get the complete MC Drive order, 2x6 chicken nuggets were missing, but there were 2 packs more sauce! Complaints cannot be made over the phone because no one answers the phone either 🤬😡 Update: There was a very friendly employee on the phone who promptly took care of my complaint. The missing packages were promptly delivered.

Since you have to order at these self-service counters, you always wait 25 minutes for your food when you submit your order

Market crier wanted. Orders were ordered for table delivery. The table number was then called several times by the entire restaurant...uncomfortable even in a fast food restaurant. You don't know air conditioning, it's warmer inside than outside... last time I was here.

The food is like any other McDonald's, but it always feels like chaos, despite ordering via the app. It doesn't matter whether you're in a restaurant or a drive-in.

It used to be better. The customer service isn't really that great. At the checkout, for some reason, there is always no cashier. You have to wait a long time. And in general they behave terribly.

Compared to other branches on the drive, it's a little slower and the employees aren't always the friendliest.

Play area outside has been broken for ages - confirmation that families are shown little appreciation. Staff unfriendly and loud. It's best not to disturb / solve everything via the terminal, and beware you don't hear that you've been called.

This counts definitively as one of the better branches. Food was good, polite staff, clean, the toilet could be a bit cleaner but it was busy so I will let it go.

Essen fast kalt, Burger so trocken, dass er fast staubte, achtlos zusammen geklatscht, Herrentoilette dreckig. Und das Alles zu einer Zeit, in der nicht viel Betrieb war.

Absolute Katastrophe, das Essen war ekelhaft und das Personal total überfordert. So ein Laden sollte man sofort dicht machen und viel zu teuer🤨

Dieser McDonald's ist meist etwas ruhiger, da es außer zum Mittagessen eigentlich keine Laufkundschaft gibt. Das Bestellen erfolgt wie bei den vielen Fastfoodrestaurants nun per Terminal (wobei es auch noch einen Schalter gibt) - gezahlt wird bar an der Kasse oder mit Karte am Terminal. Gutscheine gibt es in einer passenden App (mit der man auch Essensprämien sammeln kann). Der Service war (an einem Dienstag Abend in den Ferien) sehr promt und ich will lobend erwähnen, dass alles für uns 4 vollständig war - das habe ich in anderen Restaurants schon anders erlebt. Das Essen war warm, wirkte frisch (für Fastfood) und war entsprechend der Extrawünsche meiner Kinder zubereitet (was man am Terminal super machen kann). Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich. Es gibt ausreichend Tische in vernünftiger Größe und die Sauberkeit war akzeptabel, aber noch durchaus verbesserungswürdig. Es gibt einige kostenfreie Parkplätze, die bislang immer ausreichend waren, wenn ich in den letzten 10 (vielleicht 15?) Jahren hier war. Einen Drive gibt es ebenfalls, aber den habe ich zumindest hier noch nie genutzt. Absolute Empfehlung.

Das Essen war kalt und schlecht zubereitet! Der Big Mac war nicht vernünftig zusammengelegt sondern hing schief im Karton und wirkte lustlos zusammegeklatscht. Die Gurke hing an der Seite im Karton. Die Pommes waren kalt und pappig. Kein Wunder, die standen zuvor schon ewig im Karton im Gitterkorb. Der Chickenburger war auch kalt. Nach Reklamation der kalten Pommes war die Laune vergangen den wirklich kalten Chickenburger ebenfalls zu reklamieren. Zumal der Service beleidigt war als er die Pommes zurücknehmen musste. Die angeblich frischen und warmen Pommes waren kalte erneut frittierte Pommes. Sie waren warm aber hart. Jeder weiß wie frische Pommes schmecken! Das Restaurant war um 18Uhr schon im hinteren Teil abgesperrt so das nur wenige Tische zur Verfügung standen und diese dreckig blieben während das Personal sich lieber auf ihrer Muttersprache mit Freunden im Kundenbereich laut unterhält.

Es war die falsche Entscheidung mich in diesem lokal zu laben. So sehr falsch, wie die Entscheidung durch die Mienen von Moria zu gehen. Die Sauberkeit kommt der im Zum Tänzelnden Pony gleich.

Sauberkeit wird hier klein geschrieben. Laden war leer. Tische waren dreckig Tabletts haben sich gestapelt. Wir haben unseren Tisch selbst abgewischt. Das Inventar (manche Sitzplätze) traut man sich nicht hinzu setzen. Sah fürchterlich aus.

Wir haben ein big tasty bacon Menü und ein crispy chicken Menü bestellt. Der crispy chicken kam tatsächlich sogar warm an, der Rest… also beide Pommes und der big tasty bacon, kamen kalt an. Man kann jetzt sagen ich hätte mich beschweren sollen, aber das Theater war mir zu blöd. Der erste Besuch seit Jahren wird auch erstmal wieder der letzte sein. :-( das einzig positive an dem Besuch war dass unser Essen an den Tisch serviert wurde, dafür gab es beim Service 3 Punkte 🤷🏼‍♂️ auf benachbarten Tischen stapelten sich die sauereien anderer Gäste, ebenfalls kein schöner Anblick

Schon lange nicht mehr so eine drecks Filiale gesehen kein Mitarbeiter hält es für nötig mal die Tische abzuwischen 🤮🤮geschweige denn den Boden wenigstens mal zu kehren

Sogar 1 Stern ist zu viel! Das Kassenpersonal kassiert und hilft dann dem Küchenpersonal bei der Zubereitung der Gerichte. Auch das Küchenpersonal arbeitet ohne Handschuhe - unter Hygiene verstehe ich etwas anderes. Leider darf man heutzutage nicht mehr zu ausführlich bewerten, da dies dann nicht veröffentlicht wird.

Mann, Kind und ich haben uns gestern hier 20 Chicken, Pommes, McCrispy und einen McRösti geholt. Leider haben wir unserem 11 Monate alten Kind was abgegeben. Der McCrispy war schon extrem frittiert und schmeckte nicht wie zb in Weilerswist. Die Chicken Nuggets waren ok - dachten wir. Wir haben die ganze Nacht nicht geschlafen. Wir erwachsenen hatten schon 3/4 Stunden später Durchfall, das Kind in der Nacht schmerzen oder Übelkeit und jetzt Durchfall. Mir ist immer noch übel und ich habe Kreislaufprobleme. Auf keinen Fall bestellen wir hier noch mal!

Nous étions seul au moment de commander (21h30 un samedi) , repas service rapidement et personnel agréable cependant les frites étaient froides… rien à redire sur le burger qui était chaud et délicieux. À moitié satisfait 🤷🏼‍♂️

Wir holen uns am Wochenende immer früh morgens etwas zu Essen. Und da merkt man immer wieder wie gut die Sachen schmecken wenn sie ganz frisch gemacht wurden. Der Service ist wie in allen anderen Bereichen mal nett und mal weniger nett. Aver da kann ich locker mit leben. Aber die Sauberkeit der Toiletten läßt sowohl meine Frau als auch mich fast immer gruseln. Ich bin um 9 Uhr morgens auf die Toilette gegangen und klebte förmlich am Boden fest. Die Pissoirs haben Urinflecken und schwarzen Staub auf den Rändern. Kleiner Tip: erst Essen dann die Toiletten benutzen, sonst kann der Appetit schon einmal vergehen

Heute war der Hamburger Royal Käse und die Pommes nur lau warm. Nach Reklamation wurde anstandslos ausgetauscht, jedoch war das neue auch nicht richtig heiß. Schade

Ich war ein Montag um 16:00Uhr da. Es waren sehr wenig Kinden da. Alle Plätzchen war sehr dreckig. Tabletwagen war voll. Das Essen kam schnell und frisch.

Toiletten waren nicht sauber. Die Bestellung war leider falsch zusammensetzt. Falsche sossen und falscher burger. Getränke ohne Eiswürfel. Aber freundlich.

Klassischer Mc‘s neben der Autobahn. Leider Rutsche für die Kids noch immer gesperrt, seit mehreren Jahren.

Essen ist halt wie in anderen Filialen auch. ➖️ Toiletten sind ungenügend. ➖️ EMPFEHLUNG...(+65%)

Der Gottesdienst verstarb, ohne das Bewusstsein wiederzuerlangen... Wir bekamen weder Cola-Strohhalme noch eine der 4 Soßen. Sie hatten kein Wechselgeld für große Scheine. Und schließlich ist die Kinderrutsche kaputt

... Letzte Mal dort gewesen, Mitarbeiter überfordert und ahnungslos. Ausnahmsweise nicht kontrolliert und fehlerhaft gewesen!

Das Essen war soweit sehr gut. Nur die Pommes waren ein wenig matschig. Es müsste mehr auf Sauberkeit geachtet werden. Wenn man in die Ecken schaut sieht es teilweise dreckig aus. Die Zubereitung des Essen hat mir mit 15 Minuten etwas zu lange gedauert. Ich komme gerne wieder.

Jetzt schon zum wiederholten Male wurden diverse Sachen bei einer Bestellung vergessen. Es ist immer das gleiche bei diesem Laden. Es stimmt nie zu 100%. Natürlich kann man immer kontrollieren ob alles dabei ist oder auch mal nachfragen falls etwas nicht passt aber wirklich jedes Mal wenn man dort ist, geht man als unglücklicher Kunde dort raus.

Was here in the Evening with my Family of 6 and the service was absolutely terrible... The guy could hardly talk German let alone get a sentence together... Eventually got our meal and drove away ....My wife told me to stop straight away ... I'll just tell you what was missing.. TS menu complete 3 hamburgers Extra curry sauce ... Not got any problems with foreign workers ( I'm one myself) but I do have a problem if they can't understand me ...and if they can't understand me they can't understand hygiene rules and all the other safety rules , This is your typical low paid establishment that employs people that are in dire need of a job ....which means quality drops ...which means customers like myself get missing Menu's and cold chips.... I suggest to the Owner to send his staff to the VHS to learn German if he wants to employ individuals from other countries...it's either that or his or her Reviews will be bad .. Hope you guys get your act together..

10 Minuten vor Feierabend die Tür abgeschlossen und uns nicht mehr auf Toilette gelassen obwohl wir kurz vorher Essen gekauft hatten...

Personal immer noch träge. Bei grossem Andrang sieht es mit der Reinigung schlecht aus. Schmutzige Tische, volle Abstellwagen usw.

Wenn man bestellt für Auswärts essen fehlt meistens 1 bis 2 Sachen sei es Burger Getränke oder Saucen. Leider Schon mehrfach erlebt

Dieser McDonald's ist von außen etwas heruntergekommen und auch der Psrkplatz benötigt eine Modernisierung aber das Restaurant selbst ist in einem sehr guten Zustand und wurde erst kürzlich modernisiert. Die Mitarbeiter sind heufig ,,Vergesslich" und man bekommt nicht das was man bestellt hat (kommt selten vor) aber häufig fehlen einfach Teile der Bestellung. Die Mitarbeiter sind aber dennoch sehr freundlich und beheben den Fehler.

Noch nie so einen dreckigen MC Donalds gesehen. Freundlichkeit ist auch nicht jedermanns Stärke.

Nach dem Betreten des Restaurants musste ich keine halbe Minute warten, bis ich sehr freundlich bedient wurde. Die Kommunikation zwischen den Mitarbeitern ist rege und bei Sprachproblemen hilft sofort ein anderer Mitarbeiter beim Übersetzen. Das Essen war lecker und man durfte sich hier wohl fühlen. Leider waren die, für die Fahrt vorgesehen cola's so voll das alle Regelrecht ausgelaufen sind und man komplett in Cola getränkt war, das Essen entspricht MC'Donalds Standarts und das Personal war gut drauf

Tische schmutzig. Tabettregal überfüllt. Kommt niemand auf die Idee es mal zu leeren. Toilette weder Seife noch Papiertücher. In Euskirchen letzte Woche das selbe. Habe langsam echt keinen Bock mehr. SCHADE....

Wc 's niet schoon helaas, ook rest van het restaurant niet echt schoon. Heel warm geen airco aanwezig. Bediening wel vriendelijk.
