Here I get my consistently good Whopper with extras, always nice and fresh and tasty. The staff is friendly, the store is clean and very nice for a fast food place. Keep it up. Ah yes… 2 Whoppers, French fries and cola with the app for €12.99 Snapa 🫶

Worst Burger King ever. I try again and again and every time I am surprised at HOW bad this branch is. Without exception, EVERY time the order is wrong and when you go through the drive-in you have to wait a good 5 minutes for someone to even answer.

A pleasant place for a quick meal. We were there in the evening and the lighting and overall ambience were very attractive. Although it is a bit remote, it is still worth a visit.

It's been a long time since we visited the Burger King at the Cologne distributor on the A 555, because they have Mexican tortillas on offer. Although they are not comparable to the Mexican restaurants, they are very tasty and well made in different variations. I say simply taking a picture yourself is the best application. We thought it was good.

There is no clear indication whether they are open or not. You need to ask the cleaning crew if they are open. Because even their doors don't open

You are disgusting and the reason Burger King has such a reputation. Quarter to 1, I'm no longer allowed in (I just came from Frankfurt and wanted to go to the toilet). So go to the drive-in. I couldn't have two Whoppers (because they would have to make it fresh and it takes too long), so I could have Nugget Burger (with nuggets still on) and a Whopper. I often eat at BK in Frankfurt. Sometimes the meat parts are still hot, that's how fresh they are - what kind of hole is Cologne? People have just unpacked their food inside, but I can't even get my complete order? (I then drove somewhere else)

ich hab mir die ganzen Bewertungen hier mal durchgelesen und kann den meisten nicht zustimmen. Ich habe noch nie so nette Mitarbeitern in einer Fastfood Filiale erlebt wie hier in diesem Laden. Das Essen kommt immer schnell und warm an. Es wird noch nie etwas vergessen und wenn es mal Stress in der Küche gab, wurde ich aufgefordert, noch mal nachzuschauen. Man wird immer freundlich begrüßt. Also was Menschen für Ansprüche an eine FastFoodFiliale haben, ist unglaublich. „Da riecht es nach Frittenfett“ Ja guess what, es ist ein BurgerKing!… Ich bestelle gerne hier.

I was there yesterday August 21, 24 after work. The shop was almost empty. I usually go to McDonalds. Well, I went in and was greeted very half-heartedly. Then nothing happened for a few seconds. I expected someone to ask me about my order. There was enough time for me to change my mind. I felt 0 as a guest. More like someone who is just being disruptive. So I turned around and took a detour to McDonalds. People there were very nice and open-minded. The complete contrast program. I think the employees need to be better trained otherwise they will generate loss of sales. It's a shame but it once again confirmed for me not to go to Burgerking.

Very disappointing! I waited forever for my food even though there were only four customers in the store and six employees behind the counter. While waiting, my burger was placed on the tray and then taken back several times - and once even on the wrong tray! In the end the burger was cold. When I complained, I wasn't believed. Instead, an employee actually felt the burger with his hand to check if it was actually cold. After further protest, I finally got a new burger, but it wasn't even the one I ordered! Overall, an absolutely disastrous experience. I won't eat here again.

Order for three people; Half of the order was forgotten and many things were delivered incorrectly. Vanilla instead of strawberry shake, vegan nuggets instead of normal ones, Sprite instead of Cola... Unfortunately the food wasn't a hit either, Crispy Chicken was good as always, the nuggets ended up being way too dry, the shakes all tasted different (even though they were the same)... Despite the circumstances, the service was nice and tried to correct everything quickly and apologized for the mistakes. The atmosphere in the store is very good, everything is clean with additional seating outside.

Disastrous employees. Yesterday evening (9:30 p.m.) I was there and witnessed the horror. Ordered at the terminal, there was no other customer present apart from me. Had to wait a really long time, it wasn't so bad. The employees were having conversations, no German could be heard, the only thing that bothered me was the volume. After a while, the lady at the counter more or less threw down a bag, with no indication from her that the order was ready. Just thrown it down and turned it over. The lady has clearly missed her job. What excited me the most was her colleague. First the gentleman was smoking, then he stood behind the counter and stroked his stomach under his shirt, of course without washing his hands, and was touched with these burgers and the like. Disgusting. After seeing such a sight, the appetite disappeared and the order ended up in the trash in front of the store. Was able to grab something from the gas station next door. Please, dear King Team, throw these people out and replace them with machines. As a frequent traveler, I often rely on fast food, something I've never experienced before.

15 An nicht besetzter Kasse angestanden. Um 18.30 Sonntags! Keinsr bemüht sich zur Aufnahme meiner Bestellung. Auf Nachfrage soll ich das Termin benutzten. Da ich stark Sehbehindert bin kann ich das nicht. Der Sichtleiter ist unfreundlich und sagt mir ich soll das Terminal benutzen! "Ich soll mich beschweren wo ich will ist Ihm egal" Diskriminierung und Ausgrenzung von Menschen mit Behinderung! Das wird Burger King Deutschland interessieren!

Wrong order + cold burgers & very unfriendly staff who don't even give the missing burgers afterwards.

Drove through the drive thru and ordered. Unfortunately, I didn't look in the bag until 7 minutes later when I got home. Both burgers cold and hard, as if they had been there for a long time. Not even lukewarm and I don't want to talk about the looks. I'm annoyed that I didn't take any photos for the review, but you learn from mistakes. Didn't go back due to time constraints, but that was an absolute disgrace and my last visit to this branch. Then I'd rather drive a few km further or to the golden M. It's not far either. I don't want to go into the friendliness at all. The cola was almost poured into my car through the window and luckily there was a straw with a sappy comment.

What we ate was very good. The room was pretty clean and the cleaner was friendly and helpful. But the service was a disaster: an employee was yelled at by his manager in front of us, our order took at least 20 minutes to arrive (although the restaurant was absolutely not full, even rather empty, I understand better.. .), all this so that our order was not complete, our nuggets were missing. Finally, when we arrived at dessert, we noticed that it was a chocolate milkshake even though we had asked for vanilla... Two errors on the same order is not normal, especially since we checked because we had overview of people asking for a missing product as well, so it doesn't just happen to us... A little (re)training of staff wouldn't be amiss!

Food perfect, clean, staff partly tired but friendly. I took my food with me and noticed on the way that the man at the counter was apparently so tired that he didn't know what was already in the bag. Several were double and triple even though I only ordered 1 menu.

I am absolutely disappointed. I wanted to get something to eat from you in a relaxed manner and I read online that it was open until 3:00 a.m. I arrived at 2:30 and then realized it was already closed. Although the opening time was also stated on site until 3:00 a.m. I think it's an absolute disgrace that the shop was closed half an hour beforehand. So I had to go to McDonald's.

Here you even have to pay for the toilet… although there are seats everywhere and the toilets must be free. I wouldn't recommend it because unfortunately the citizens were cold and didn't want to make fresh ones... well

Habe mir essen am schalter bestellt ,habe mit EC Karte bezahlt, aber kam kein Zettel also( bestell Qutung ) Daraufhin sagte ich bei der Kasse bescheid das ,das Zettel was aus dem Schalter kommen sollte leer ist ,die haben es erneuert habe gefragt was ist jetzt mit meine Quitung ,die sagten mir hätten sie bestellt und bezahlt würde der Quitung jetzt nachträglich ausdrücken haben gelacht !!,haben mich gefragt ob ich bestell Nachweis habe,keine Quittung kein Essen ich sagte sie haben doch gesehen das die Rolle Leer war !!! ja keine Nachweis kein Essen war die Antwort! Ich bin am nächsten tag mit meinem Kontoauszug dorthin gefahren 19 km habe das den Geschäftsführer zeigen wollen, aber erfolglos er wollte nicht mal drauf schauen ,da gehe ich nie mehr essen,also mein Geld war weg!!

BurgerKing vs. MacDonalds.... Bei einem ist das besser beim anderen das, darauf gehe ich hier nun nicht ein, weil es eine Geschmacksfrage ist. Der BurgerKing liegt hinter der Aral und bietet neben einem DriveIn auch Plätze drinnen und draußen zum Verzehr vor Ort. Kostenfreie Parkplätze find ebenfalls vorhanden. Zum Zeitpunkt meines Besuches war es leer, meine Bestellung wurde frisch zubereitet. Es sah sauber aus und die Mitarbeiter waren locker und freundlich. Die Werbung für die aktuellen Aktionsburger und Menüs erschlägt einen förmlich und eine Preisliste für die Classics sucht man erst einmal. Hier gibt es Verbesserungspotenzial...

In the middle of the car hell of the Bonn distributor lies the BurgerKing, which is as good or bad as all other BurgerKings. Without a car, you can reach the BurgerKing from the green belt via the street at the Wasserwerkswäldchen on a trail up the small slope.

Regular Burger King. Everything looks clean and tastes like Burger King tastes... The only annoying thing is that you can only order from the machine, but then you have to pick up the food at the counter.

Just popped in for a coffee and a coke! I ordered both items without the lid, unfortunately this request was ignored and both drinks were handed over with the plastic lid! Do you not listen to a guest when they order? Are you just dulling down what you have been taught? Well, it's not exactly good and it's also annoying, but that's probably intentional! I then drank the drinks outside in the bright sunshine and they fully met expectations, coffee hot and tasty, cola cold. Thank you for that! Unfortunately the tables and chairs were not prepared (rather dirty) in this sunny weather. I think this is more due to the lack of skilled workers.

I liked to use the Drive Inn at Burger King. Always fast, always fresh + I always meet extremely nice and motivated employees for the most part!! There are plenty of parking spaces, the restaurant is right next to a large ARAL gas station and close to the driveway!

I haven't been here for a while, there seems to be another tenant(?). In any case, the interior has now been renovated and there are self-service terminals for ordering. The ticket office is closed and there are signs pointing to the terminals. The staff is mainly busy with themselves and are very chatty with each other - unfortunately there was no hello, please or bon appetit to the customer, the tray was pushed over to me without a word. The burger was hot, but with almost no sauce. I feared the worse when I saw my burger being thrown into the counter. The cart with the trays was overflowing. It would have been easy for the staff to clear away the trash or wipe the tables. Sorry, but there is a lack of leadership here.

The branch used to be really good! After the renovation and probably a change of tenant, the interior welcomes you with brightly painted and poorly upholstered tubular steel chairs, which are more reminiscent of a kindergarten than a fast food restaurant. Only a few of the old US-style upholstered furniture remain. Despite the lack of activity (2-3 guests), the kitchen in particular seemed overwhelmed, the burger was lukewarm, the extra bacon was initially forgotten and the pan was barely seen when the repairs were made. Tische waren klebrig und ekelig. Personal hat lieber gequatscht, als sich um die Sauberkeit zu kümmern. Toilettenmann wollte Geld für ein total versiftes WC. Das war frech und unangemessen. Schade, dass es bei BK noch kein Tischservice gibt.

Bedauerlicherweise hatte ich hier letzten das erste mal eine Bestellung aufgegeben und nicht alles erhalten was ich bestellt hatte. Heute hatte ich das selbe Erlebnis bei dem Burger King in Ehrenfeld, scheint also kein Einzelfall zu sein. Da ich eigentlich den Verkäufern vertraue öffne ich meist erst zuhause die Tüte. Das was der Verkäufer mir in die Tüte getan hat war lecker wie immer aber ich war mal wieder sehr enttäuscht nicht alles vorzufinden.

Unglaublich wie Kunden hier behandelt werden. Da bekommt man seinen Burger und der Bacon ist roh. Wenn man das dann reklamiert wird vor dem Kunden in einer fremden Sprache diskutiert, was ich auch schon als unhöflich empfinde, aber immerhin bekam ich dann zu hören man bringe mir einen neuen an den Platz. Der "neue" Burger kam dann auch, und man hat einfach die überlappenden Bacon Stücke abgeschnitten. Jetzt konnte man den rohen Bacon nicht mehr so gut sehen und der Burger war eiskalt.

Hatte eine mittlere Pommes mit veganer Mayonnaise, waren frisch und lecker 😋. Bedienung sehr freundlich.

Normaler, ordentlicher Burger King. Das Personal ist recht unfreundlich. Kein zuvorkommendes Lächeln oder freundliche Worte. Ambiente direkt an der Tankstelle mit viel Verkehr ist so naja.

Burger King Köln Rodenkirchen an der Tankstelle Aral ist sauber und macht einen gepflegten Eindruck. Habe erstmalig einen King Selektion Burger gegessen. Sehr guter Burger mit ordentlich Fleisch. Einfach nur lecker.

Das Essen ist normale Burger King Qualität, die Filiale ist allerdings chronisch unterbesetzt. Wenn ein Kunde am Autoschalter ist, wird innen quasi alles pausiert, selbst wenn die Ware schon fertig in der Auslage liegt. Es ist nur eine Person an der Ausgabe. Auch ist nur die untere Etage geöffnet und einige Bereiche abgesperrt, sieht doof aus und dient nur dazu, dass das Personal nicht auch noch Tische abwischen muss. Obwohl es fast leer war, muss man lange warten. Das geht auch anders.

Es ist eine fast food Kette, das vergessen die meisten Rezessionen hier. Ich freue mich dass es den burger King gibt. Wenn es mal spät wird kann man dort schnell etwas zu essen bekommen. Das ambiete ist schon sehr ungemütlich, aber ok... nichts für Kinder vorhanden. Das wäre mir dennoch mehr Sterne wert... weil eben fast food Kette... nur heute nacht war eine Bestellung aus dem drive in und von mir zu tätigen. 3 mann waren vor Ort. Ich sah zu wie die Speisen vom dribe in fertiggestellt wurde... der Mann wisch sich ständig durchs Gesicht durch die laufende Nase, fasste dann burger, Salat Käse.... an. Immer wieder... mein essen war frittiert sodass er es nicht anfassen musste. Zudem hackte er kurz auf den schwarzen Kollegen rum... sehr unangenehm und nicht gerechtfertigt. Er tat mir etwas leid. Meine pommes waren am Ende leider kalt... und das obwohl nur 2 Bestellungen offen waren. Schade.

Fastfood halt, aber das Bestellssystem am Automaten ist keine gute Idee. Schneller als ein Mitarbeiter der jeden Tag seine Tasten drückt und mit einem sprechen kann, ist der Terminal auch nicht. Preislich und Zeitlich ist es auch kein Fastfood mehr.

Guter und schneller Burger King. An den Terminals lassen sich problemlos die Coupons auch scannen. Praktisch für ne kurze Pause zwischendurch

Schreckliche Bedienung, unfreundlich und nicht sozialisiert, man wird abfällig behandelt von Menschen, die nichts gelernt haben, auch die Grundregeln des Benehmens nicht. Das Essen ist miserabel, die Burger sind nicht heiß, das Fleisch nicht frisch gegrillt, sondern leicht warm aus dem Konvetktor drauf gepappt.. Absolut nicht empfehlenswert, besonders dieser Burger King am Verteilerkreis Köln ist inakzeptabel.

Es gibt definitiv schlimmeres! Ab zu ein Burger „to go“, meistens ziemlich ok. Zu Stoßzeiten mangelt es an Hygiene.

Wurde sehr unfreundlich bedient und wie letzten Dreck behandelt. So was in Restaurants darf nicht sein. Na ja Burger konnte man Essen aber es war schon alles beim verpacken verrutscht und war nicht ansehnlich. Wenn ein Kunde sich nicht sofort mit der Bestellstation beschäftigt wird man wie dumm an der Kasse stehen lassen.

Gehe des öfteren dort hin, aber dieses Mal war das letzte Mal.... 2 kalte Big King das einzige was leicht warm war waren die Pommes...

Das Restaurant ist sehr modern und sauber. Das ist aber das einzige was positive war. Unsere Bestellung war nicht vollständig und dazu nicht korrekt. Uns fehlte eine Pommes und wir erhielten ein falsches Getränk. Beide burger waren kalt und somit ungenießbar.

Nicht sauber genug. Zu lautes geplärre aus der Küche, zu lautes geplärre vom Drive In Operator. Essen war ok und fix.

Ein echter Grusel Tip! Unfreundliches Personal ! Behinderte Menschen werden an die Automatenbestellung verwiesen, mit dem Hinweis Bestellung nur über die Automaten :“sonst nix mögliche“ „ wir keine hier Bestellung“ Der konnte letztlich nichts essen und ging !

Mitarbeiter sehr unfreundlich macht den Laden um 00:30 schon zu, obwohl er bis 01:00 geöffnet hat. Unmöglich!
