Tolle Möglichkeit während des Ladevorgangs einen Burger zu essen. Laden könnte etwas sauberer sein.

Fehlen 5 sachen in meine Bestellung. Unglaublich wie kann man so schlecht arbeiten.

Habe Grade eben einen Whopper Jr ohne Tomate bestellt sowie den neuen XL Onion Chili cheese mit extra Bacon zum Mitnehmen. Was habe ich bekommen? Einen Whopper Jr ohne Zwiebeln, den ich wegwerfen musste, da ich gegen Tomaten allergisch bin und der XL Onion Chili cheese kam natürlich ohne Bacon, stattdessen waren statt zwei Scheiben Käse nur eine drauf. Keine Ahnung wer die Mitarbeiter sind, aber wenn die zu unfähig sind, ne Bestellung zu lesen, sollten sie woanders arbeiten. Ich hoffe beim Mitarbeiter, der den Bacon vergessen, aber auf der Verpackung trotzdem als extra angekreuzt hat, knallt das Karma rein. Danke für nichts.

15.30h, ruhiger Nachmittag, nicht viel los (denkt man). Ich stehe an der Theke, warte und möchte bestellen. Mir gegenüber, ca. 10 geschäftige Mitarbeiter (abgezählt), die leider unsortiert wirken - Ware rein in die Tüten, dann wieder raus - andere Ware rein usw. Ich selbst werde NICHT wahrgenommen (bloß nicht ansehen, der Typ könnte was bestellen wollen. Nach 4 Minuten (abgestoppt) . . . gehe ich - zur Konkurrenz - dort freundlich, aufmerksam, hilfsbereit UND DER LADEN, IST VOLL !

Ist halt ein Burgerking neben eine großen Tankstelle nicht mehr und nicht weniger. Viele Parkmöglichkeiten auch mit Wohnwagen bzw Hänger.

Hält sich nicht an Öffnungszeiten und schließt einfach früher!

Also es tut mir leid der Bürger King ist einfach lecker aber dann hab ich die Erfahrung machen müssen dass die dame die für die Toiletten zuständig ist, ich habe noch nie so eine unfreundliche und unverschämte Dame als Reinigungskraft erlebt das ist UNFASSBAR, ich habe ganz normal mein essen bestellt dann musste ich auf die Toilette nachdem ich meine Notdurft entrichtet habe wollte ich wieder zurück an meinem tisch da hielt mich die dame von der Toilette auf und zeigte Penetrant auf ihren Teller und sagt in einem aggressiven Ton „GELD“ ich kann verstehen das wenn man nicht so viel Verdient auf 50 cent oder 1€ angewiesen ist aber diese Dreistigkeit man sollte das personal schulen und zumal die toiletten waren in einem katastrophalen zustand hab mir erstmal selbst desinfektionsmittel genommen bevor ich meinen hintern auf die toilette gelegt habe Und Zumal GELD HER auf gar keinen Fall wenn es freundlich und angesprochen wird dann hätte ich auch gerne 1€ da gelassen wenn sie auch ihre Arbeit vernünftig verrichtet Vllt solltet ihr es ausschildern das Toilettengänge geld kosten und aber dann muss auch die Arbeit bei jedem Kunden ordentlich gemacht werden

Für Nachtschwärmer der Treffpunkt!

Nachdem uns auf der Wache aufgefallen war, dass bei meiner Bestellung unter anderem der Extra-Käse fehlte, habe ich den Burger zunächst trotzdem gegessen, da ich ihn nicht unnötig wegwerfen wollte. Anschließend sind wir zeitnah zurückgefahren, um die Situation freundlich zu schildern. Leider wurde man dort statt mit Verständnis eher unfreundlich empfangen. Es wurde argumentiert, dass der Burger bereits gegessen worden sei und man ihn ansonsten kalt hätte mitbringen sollen, damit er vor Ort entsorgt werden könne. Als einzige Lösung wurde angeboten, lediglich den Betrag für den fehlenden Käse zu erstatten. Für mich ist diese Reaktion nicht nachvollziehbar, da der Fehler eindeutig bei der Bestellung lag und nicht bei mir als Kunde. Ein kundenfreundlicherer Umgang wäre hier definitiv angemessen gewesen.

Hallo. Wir haben Burger bestellt, aber die Fleischscheiben waren innen roh. Das ist sehr unappetitlich und unsicher. Bitte überprüfen Sie die Qualität Ihrer Speisen.

Wir standen an der abholtheke und haben auf unser Essen gewartet, als wir mitbekommen haben das sie einen unserer Burger mit einem Fleisch Patty belegt wurden und nicht mit einem veganen. Nachdem dies aufgefallen war wollten sie uns erst nur das Party runter nehmen und ein neues drauf machen, uns wurde dann aber angeboten einen komplett neuen zu bekommen. Dafür haben wir uns bedankt, haben noch kurz gewartet und sind dann raus ins Auto. Als wir im Auto angefangen haben zu essen merkte ich bei meinem tortilla einen komischen Geschmack und komische Konsistenz des Pattys. Also hatten wir dann zwar zwei Vegane Burger aber einen tortilla mit Fleisch und ich habe nach 5 Jahren ohne Fleisch leider wieder Fleisch gegessen. Sehr eklig und schade.

Sehr unfreundliche Mitarbeiter nah an einem Betrug was Burger King hier Macht. Das ist das letzte Mal dass man hier im Restaurant war

Der Grund für meine niedrige Bewertung ist leider das Verhalten einer bestimmten Mitarbeiterin (weiblich, etwas größer, trägt ein Kopftuch). Ihr scheinen die Anliegen und Wünsche der Kunden völlig egal zu sein. Jedes Mal, wenn es bei Burger King Aktionsartikel oder Extras gibt, ignoriert sie meine ausdrückliche Auswahl komplett und gibt mir einfach irgendetwas. Das ist kein Einzelfall: Bereits letztes Jahr bei den Naruto-Figuren war das so, und dieses Jahr wiederholt es sich bei den Mandalorian-Bechern. Ich bitte den Restaurantmanager hiermit nachdrücklich, einmal ein vernünftiges und klärendes Gespräch mit dieser Mitarbeiterin zu führen und sie auf grundlegenden Kundenservice hinzuweisen.

Eis und Crêpes waren sehr lecker. Der Service flott und freundlich. Große Terrasse, mit leider direkt am Kreisverkehr.

Essen in gewohnter Qualität. Der Service war sehr gut und das Restaurant war sehr sauber.

Lebensmittelvergiftung!!! Ich habe mittags mein Auto gewaschen und Chilli cheese Burger und Cheesy BBQ Fries mitgenommen. Und abends als ich schlafen gehen wollte, ging es richtig los. Ich habe 6 mal in der Nacht gebrochen bis alles raus war. Außer bei Burger King habe ich nur eine Scheibe Brot mit Salami zu Hause gefrühstückt, wie die Tage auch und eine Kiwi gegessen.

In der Filiale am Bonner Verteiler in Köln ist der ganze Laden mit Mäusekot vollgeschissen!

Der Burger King ist super aber der Besitzer der Tanke schreibt die Leute auf, die auf dem Tankstellenparkplatz parken. Lächerlich ! BurgerKing geil, Tanke . . . besser wo anders tanken.

Wenn nicht viel los ist, läuft alles entspannt weil die Mitarbeiter entspannt sind. Wenn viel Betrieb ist werden Bestellungen durcheinander gebracht. Hatte schon den falschen Burger etc. Ansonsten ist es ganz in Ordnung hier.

Wir sind vegan und hatten bei Burger King wirklich selten so gutes Fast Food – wir waren ehrlich begeistert. Die Auswahl an Plant-Based Produkten ist groß und man fühlt sich überhaupt nicht eingeschränkt. Die Burger waren geschmacklich richtig stark, mit wunderbar gegrilltem, saftigem Patty. Die Gitterpommes waren perfekt knusprig und die veganen Nuggets außen crispy und innen zart. Besonders beeindruckend: Alles hat geschmeckt wie die originalen Optionen – man würde wirklich nicht merken, dass es vegan ist. Insgesamt selten so hammer Fast Food gehabt.

Ist das euer Ernst? Für 2,99 € und dann sehr dunkle chicken tenders

Ich war vor Kurzem bei Burger King und muss ehrlich sagen: So enttäuscht war ich schon lange nicht mehr von einem Besuch in einem Fast-Food-Restaurant. Schon beim Betreten des Ladens fiel mir auf, dass es alles andere als sauber war. Die Tische waren verschmiert, auf dem Boden lagen Essensreste und Servietten, und die Mülleimer quollen über. Es wirkte, als hätte seit Stunden niemand mehr richtig sauber gemacht. Für ein Restaurant, das täglich viele Gäste bedient, ist Hygiene das absolute Minimum – hier schien das leider keine Priorität zu haben. Die Bestellung lief ebenfalls chaotisch ab. Trotz wenig Betrieb musste ich ungewöhnlich lange warten. Das Personal wirkte überfordert und unorganisiert. Freundlichkeit? Fehlanzeige. Kein Lächeln, kein „Guten Appetit“, stattdessen genervte Blicke und eine gereizte Stimmung. Man hatte das Gefühl, als würde man stören. Als das Essen endlich kam, wurde es nicht besser. Der Burger war lieblos zusammengestellt, das Brötchen labbrig, das Fleisch nur lauwarm. Die Pommes waren weich statt knusprig und schmeckten alt – als wären sie schon eine Weile gelegen. Von der gewohnten Qualität, die man eigentlich erwartet, war nichts zu merken. Besonders enttäuschend war, dass die Bestellung nicht einmal korrekt war und Zutaten fehlten. Auch die Toiletten waren in einem miserablen Zustand. Verschmutzte Waschbecken, leere Seifenspender und ein unangenehmer Geruch rundeten das negative Gesamtbild ab. Das ist für mich ein absolutes No-Go. Insgesamt war der Besuch eine reine Enttäuschung. Schlechter Service, mangelhafte Sauberkeit und qualitativ fragwürdiges Essen – so gewinnt man keine Stammkunden. Ich werde diesen Standort definitiv meiden und kann ihn leider niemandem empfehlen. Sehr schade, denn eigentlich hatte ich mir deutlich mehr erwartet. Der pic Verkäufer heult der rum wegen 1 Burger.

Irgendwie sehen die XXL extra langen Chili Cheese Burger auf dem Bild immer viel besser und größer aus, als die traurige Realität. Und das für ca. € 9.

Mehrfach dort online Bestellt, fast jedes mal fehlt etwas. Keine Kleinigkeiten sondern ganze Burger. Diesmal ein Crispy Chicken und 2x BBQ Dip. Diese Filiale ist absolut unfähig. Es verfehlt den Sinn einer LIEFRUNG und LIEFERGEBÜHR, wenn ich letzten Endes selbst hinfahren muss um meine Bestellung zu reklamieren. Erstattet bekommt man die Liefergebühr natürlich nicht. Absolut unfähig dieses Lokal. 10€ für die Tonne. Hinfahren werde ich dieses mal nicht mehr....

Haben Fleisch und vegetarische Patty vertauscht und nach Reklamation hat es erst der Chef erkannt und sich entschuldigt.

Wir waren mit Kindern bei Burger King in Köln und haben einen Schoko-Shake bestellt. Der Shake war weiß, schmeckte eindeutig nach Vanille und hatte keinerlei Schokoladengeschmack. Als wir dies reklamierten, wurde weder ein Umtausch noch eine Rückerstattung angeboten. Uns wurde ernsthaft gesagt, das sei der Schoko-Shake und das Foto im Menü sei nur ein Beispiel und der Shake müsse nicht braun sein. Unabhängig von der Farbe: Wenn „Schoko“ draufsteht, sollte es auch nach Schokolade schmecken. Besonders enttäuschend war der Umgang damit, zumal das Produkt für Kinder bestellt wurde. Sehr schlechter Kundenservice. Wir kommen so nicht wieder.

The ordering process, with what feels like 100 menu items, is too complicated, too time-consuming, and prone to errors. But it seems to be by design. Tables for 5 people are only available in one location. Definitely not family-friendly.

I can't say anything, I didn't eat there...

We stood in line at the checkout for over 20 minutes without anyone feeling responsible or even glancing at us. The service was extremely poor. In the end, we couldn't even get our food. Absolutely disappointing.

So annoying! I got home and discovered that half the order was wrong or missing. Instead of two Whoppers, we got two small chili cheeseburgers, mayo and ketchup were missing from both meals, and instead of a strawberry milkshake, we got a vanilla one. It's really not that hard to put the right things in the bags! 🙈

Unbelievable! For the third time in a row, I've arrived home to find that ordered and paid-for items are missing. This time it's two chili nuggets.

It's amazing that Burger King offers so many vegan options! What they're missing is a vegan cheese; to be honest, it's not very clear. The sandwiches can be ordered without cheese, of course, but it's not the same. I don't recommend the new ribs, it's really too dry, but the chicken, beef, and nuggets are excellent! They're also missing a vegan dessert; one would be enough... Why don't you implement one? The fact is, I prefer it to the competition because of the vast selection. Oh, and at Burger King, all plant-based options are 10 cents cheaper; I think that's a great initiative; others should follow suit. The staff isn't always the friendliest; they often shout at each other... I don't think so. But never mind.

The order (Big King meal & plant-based cheeseburger) was processed quite quickly at the counter and tasted good.

A particularly good Burger King location. The food was fresh and still very hot. It took less than 10 minutes, even with desserts. They did forget my chicken nuggets, but the staff was understanding and immediately got the missing ones. It's super clean inside and really spacious. And this Burger King is the first one where I've received Burger King crowns after just asking once! 👍

A very good Burger King branch. On all my visits, the food has always been fresh and hot. The dining area is spacious, and the seating in the back is comfortable. Although there are two branches closer to where I live, I'm happy to drive the longer distance to this one. Just one more column with ordering kiosks wouldn't be a bad idea. The four current ones can be a bit limited during peak times.

The service is awful, they just hang up. Half of one order was missing, and on my return visit I didn't get any food. Everyone speaks poor German and is even more rude. October 2nd, 11:00 PM shift, a total disaster. Three servers are standing in front of monitors with nothing to do. It's not worth the money.

Very disappointing! My meal cost approximately €12.50, and I accidentally paid over €22, but I didn't get a refund. No response on the phone. This shouldn't happen – please check urgently!

There's a very wide selection of vegetarian options! The food was ready very quickly and was delicious. It's a lovely place to eat.

I ate here once at 2 a.m. The burgers and fries were freshly prepared, and I was pleasantly surprised. The only drawback was that the tables weren't clean or cleared.

I like going here. I like Burger King. But on a freeway ramp with no public transportation, no foot traffic? That doesn't create any atmosphere. It doesn't really feel clean either. More like a drive-thru than a restaurant. I'll still go back.

Unfortunately, you can't give 0 stars. Aside from the slow and disorganized service, even with a modest order for two people, I'm truly shocked by the unbelievable and unqualified attitude of a "service" employee. I'll never go back to this store! Also because the supervisor I brought in looked like a dejected dog and wasn't even capable of showing his employee of the month how to handle customer complaints.

The last few times I've ordered, among other things, king-size fries to go. The last time, and now again when I unpacked it at home, I noticed that they had packed small fries! It can happen, but now it's happening again! I think it's terrible. It's expensive, and then something like this happens! Really terrible! Better go somewhere else. There's plenty of choice!

Everything is great, everything is sexy

Walked into Burger King hoping to eat, left questioning the existence of taste buds. My burger was colder than my ex’s heart, and the fries were soggier than my last relationship. The cashier stared at me like I just insulted her grandma, and the background music sounded like it was being played on a broken Nokia. Also, pretty sure I saw a rat in the corner giving the cook directions. Dined in. Immediately regretted it. Spent €10–20, but I’d rather set that money on fire next time. At least that would’ve been warm.

Unfortunately there was no internet reception and the WiFi didn't work either, so you couldn't order with the app.

Close early. And when you do order, the food tastes old.

The Big King now fits in one hand and the fries are lukewarm. The price-performance ratio isn't right. I'll never see Burger King again.

I actually go to Burgerking a lot more often than I go to McDonald's. Now at the weekend I ordered, among other things, fries with this hot sauce at the distribution circle. I noticed at the table that the hot sauce was missing, I went back to the counter and complained. The lady then said she could neither exchange nor give a new (real) one. I find this very customer unfriendly

Unfortunately, two large fries were forgotten in the drive-thru (ketchup was in the bag without the fries). Going back then no longer makes sense. This shouldn't happen in a drive-thru!

20.4. 1:40 p.m.: Male shift leader yells at his two female employees in front of customers for absolutely no reason. The incident is extremely unpleasant for me as a guest and suggests a lack of leadership quality. The food was impeccable and the two female employees were extremely courteous and polite, despite the unreasonable working atmosphere and the degradation of their people in front of the guests.

The best BK in the area! Top employees, clean, fast and freshly prepared.

I love curry ketchup. There is a huge parking lot here at the BK. Ketchup is delicious, but so is some mayo. In summary: The KetchUp selection is small. Nevertheless, I would like to marry the Burger King and taste a plant-based long chic burger in a white dress (#wannHelaKetchupBeiBKBonnerVerteiler)

Unpleasant atmosphere and communication problems Unfortunately, my visit to this Burger King is always characterized by an unpleasant atmosphere. You can regularly hear an aggressive male voice coming from the kitchen, which often sounds like insults in another language. That makes eating there very uncomfortable. Especially as a woman, I find it unpleasant that this employee - a short man without a beard - keeps coming out of his corner and watching the guests. This shouldn't happen in a restaurant. It is also noticeable that only a few employees have a good command of the German language. This makes ordering at the checkout more difficult and makes it almost impossible to have a clear understanding of complaints or questions. I hope that the management will address this issue so that all guests can feel comfortable.

My partner and I were at the drive-in around 12 p.m. today. First of all, we were served very nicely on the intercom and the employee at the counter was also very friendly. Since we had a larger order, we were kindly asked to wait at the side for our order so that the employees could serve the other customers. The order was politely handed over to us after a short time. The food was neatly packed. At home we unpacked and distorted everything. Everything was very tasty. We have been to other branches and had the same experience. Other fast food chains can benefit from this service.

Absolutely to recommend everything again and again

The restaurant is easy to reach. Parking spaces are numerous and easy to access. The order was ready quickly, fresh and hot and very tasty. The rooms are very spacious and there are many places.

At first everything was lukewarm...they just can't get it under control.... This is called service, among other things I order a crispy chicken or tomatoes (allergy) with extra sauce. On the highway I notice that there was still a tomato on it... You call to complain and what is done? SIMPLY HANGED UP Thanks Burger King your service master December 31st, 2024 I just got an old burger, bit into it twice and put it on the terrace for my birds and hope they eat it.. Thank you 😘

Almost always something is missing or the burgers are "old"... One of the worse branches

Regular Burger King. Everything looks clean and tastes like Burger King tastes... The only annoying thing is that you can only order from the machine, but then you have to pick up the food at the counter.

The employees don't feel like working; they prefer to talk to their private visitors instead of serving them. You have the feeling of being a nuisance.

Ordered tortilla beef and rösti beef. Tortilla chicken and roasted beef are plant-based. I have been a customer for years, but after this incident it will definitely be my last visit.
