Burger King in Köln

They should hire German staff who actually understand what you're ordering. We got 4 wrong burgers and 2 wrong drinks, and despite asking, they wouldn't exchange them. Very unfriendly. Maybe they should hire staff who actually speak the language. Disgusting bunch.

I've been here several times now, both at the drive-thru and inside as a regular customer. The food is typical Burger King: solid, fast, and tastes as expected. Sometimes it's better, sometimes a bit standard, but overall it's okay. One thing to note: Parking is rather limited, and it can be difficult to find a free spot, especially in the evenings. Nevertheless, I'm quite satisfied; if you know what you're getting into at Burger King, it's fine!

Authentic Syrian falafel. The kind service from the shop owners... A trip back in time to the shops of Damascus. The best falafel in Cologne and surroundings. The staff are very friendly.

Ordered a cheesy bacon double and got a single patty with lots of cheese and bacon. I should have been mad but i was too hungry to get upset about such a trivial mistake. Regardless of the chef slightly forgetting half the damn burgers, I have to admit that was a really tasty burger. Revisit. My mum came over and got a big beef with no toppings. The burger arrived as ordered and she says she enjoyed it more than any burger. I ordered a big king, was pretty amazing. The staff were great and helped us find our way to the outside area to enjoy our meal. Very cool decor too. Burger King is King.

We actually only do drive in. The fries and burgers were always fresh.

I've been there several times in the evening (around 11 p.m.) and for the second time almost half the order was forgotten. 2 instead of 4 burgers what's the point? This borders on fraud. Do you have to count every salad leaf these days so you can't even trust an order? In addition, instead of 30 euros, you will receive a burger worth 15 euros. That's theft lol. This store is absolutely unacceptable.

You can't expect much from a Burger King. And I'm also satisfied when the food is warm and I receive the correct order. Unfortunately, this store doesn't always manage to fully implement these two points. A small incentive would be to have someone at the checkout who actually speaks German. So fluently so that the person I'm talking to understands what I want. The ordering terminals offer a solution, provided that all four people no longer want to order at the same time.

Super clean and really nice staff. The toilets were very clean and the food was really tasty too. Lots of sauce on the burgers as it should be!!!

We were there today. Since we still had a longer journey ahead of us, we wanted to quickly use the toilet. We discovered that the toilet was not in good condition. Toilet paper, soap not available. We then spoke to the employees who assured us that everything would be filled, unfortunately no one came... Another time we experienced an employee throwing rum with citizens and fries in the restaurant. Unfortunately it's more of a habit breaker...next time we'll go to another branch...

If you're just craving a burger, it's OK

So far I have always been largely satisfied. The food is some of the best BK food you will find and the waiting times are also acceptable. Sometimes, for example, when there are concerts or other events nearby, it gets very crowded but otherwise everything is great. Only the parking situation is a bit difficult at times. The location right on the A3 is perfect.

The Burger Kling is what the toilet facility failed. We were there on two different days for a quick stopover. On both days there was no soap, disinfectant and toilet paper in the toilets. The usage should be 50 ct. cost. The toilet paper dispenser (large roll dispenser) is installed too low.

The staff at Burger King is not friendly at all. Do not drive your car as Burger King may have your car towed from the park while you eat. Result: 270 euros fine and an unhappy evening.

I would prefer to give zero stars. Is the very last one. We had to wait over an hour and a half for our food and when we asked how long it would take we were blocked by a call. 40 euros are gone and there is still no food. I've never experienced anything like that before. Not recommended at all.

Our order was mixed up multiple times, and despite repeated questions and clarifications, we still received the wrong items. This back-and-forth made the experience unnecessarily frustrating. As for the food, the quality was acceptable but left room for improvement. It was okay, but not up to the standard we’ve experienced at other Burger King locations. Overall, while the food was passable, the poor service and lack of organization significantly impacted our visit. Unfortunately the food wasn't freshly prepared, the cheese was already solid and the burgers were cold. Too bad. There wasn't much going on either. Burger King is actually always better in terms of quality than other fast food chains.

Short and sweet, disgusting and not recommended! Burgers cold, dry and carelessly slapped together! Hardly any toppings on it, for a burger for just under €5! Actually, I haven't been going to Burger King and their competitors for years, it was a late-night emergency, but it was enough for me to give it a wide berth for years and go to the nearest kebab shop, always better than the snot! 🤮

Food poisoning from soggy, lukewarm food – never again! We should have driven again after the unfriendly contact at the drive-in. My partner and I ordered vegan nuggets and long chicken. The food wasn't really hot, only the fries were warm enough. The nuggets and the burger, on the other hand, were soggy and only lukewarm. I had a bad feeling while I was eating - unfortunately that was confirmed later. About four hours later, I became increasingly nauseous, had a severe headache, felt cold, and was shaking. Unfortunately, I didn't throw up, instead I continued to digest the food, which made the symptoms even worse. For three days I was so weak I couldn't even go for a walk - it definitely felt like food poisoning. Only today, four days later, am I slowly feeling better and I can feed my body light food again without it thinking it's being poisoned again. Just the thought of this food makes me sick again. I didn't report the incident because I'm only now on my feet - but one thing is for sure: I will never visit (that) Burger King again.

Unfortunately I found it to be very dirty. For example, in the women's restroom, dried drops of blood adorned the floor, probably from a person who was menstruating. Very uncomfortable. And in return they wanted €0.50 for using the toilet.

We came here at twelve o'clock at night after a big concert in the middle of the week, and many others besides us seemed to have had the same idea. The restaurant was full to capacity. There were about 7-8 orders in front of us when we came in. Nevertheless, it took less than two minutes for us to place our order, and after only about 5 more minutes our number was called and we were able to pick up our food. Everything was freshly prepared, looked good and was tasty. I gave it five stars for the ambience because I don't think a fast food restaurant should be downgraded because it looks like a fast food restaurant. I don't expect any special ambience here. It needs to be clean and functional and not too squat. The staff was attentive and friendly. I'm still impressed by how they were able to handle a spontaneous rush of such magnitude in the middle of the night so confidently.

Had ordered King of the Month with Long Chicken, but a newbie had entered Long Chicken menu. The bill was correspondingly more expensive. When I noticed it I was already at home and because I was traveling for work I only got around to complaining about it today with an invoice. Even though I am a regular customer, there was no goodwill!

Portions are getting smaller and I also get a stomach ache afterwards. Seems like something can't be tolerated. Employees weren't too friendly. You were watched all the time. It's just Burger King and you should know what you're getting

Shop for juice, I order mc drive and they forget to pack my burger, I drive home and it's not there. I trusted them once and then something like that, they really don't feel like working. The “restaurant” is unable to sell plain water (tap/soda/bottle anything….). Alternatively there are: Sprite, Cola, Fanta, iced tea! Apple spritzer? Neither ! Wow, congratulations - at least you can still walk to the Aral next door during the long waiting time (even though there is hardly any activity)…

So the woman was very unfriendly, I didn't know the crispy was spicy, then I quickly went in to improve the order because my child doesn't like spicy. And according to all the reports, I never got my money back even though it was defective or bad. She didn't respond to me, there was no good service or that a solution could be found. Clean Burger King 🍔. Ordering and serving the burgers was very quick. The burgers also look like they do on the billboards.

Returning the Recup cups takes time because an employee always has to be called in with a special card for the checkout. I believe there is a system to this because acting in an environmentally conscious manner means more work at the checkout for the company. I'm doing it now on principle. :)

How to expect a BK Quick preparation of goods

Sorry geht gar nicht Freitag Abend 20 min Wartezeit dann mal wieder die viel zu dünne Tüte gerissen. Es fehlten eine Bestellung komplett, bei zwei waren die Mengen vertauscht, aber alles richtig auf der Rechnung. Zudem war die Qualität dermaßen schlecht, Bürger alt und trocken, cheese Nuggets zu kurz frittiert daher weich. Hier sollte die schichtleitung mal über die Professionalität nachdenken. Es gibt ja Alternativen in der Nähe!

My recent visit to Burger King in Bergisch Gladbach was an overall average experience that left me with mixed feelings, hence why I'm giving it 3 stars. The cleanliness of the restaurant was acceptable, although there were areas that could use some improvement to really leave a clean impression. The food came quickly and was OK, but didn't quite live up to the expectations you might expect from other visits. There was nothing wrong with it, but it lacked that certain something that makes a fast food experience special. A small increase in quality or presentation could make a big difference here. Another point that marred my visit was the parking situation. At 9:30 in the evening the parking lot was surprisingly full, which made parking difficult. This made for a slightly frustrating start to the visit and could be off-putting to other customers, particularly during busy times. Positive: + Acceptable cleanliness in the restaurant + Quick food preparation Negatives: - Food did not fully meet expectations, room for improvement - Cleanliness could be improved in some areas, especially in the sanitary area - Parking situation was challenging
