I would prefer to give zero stars. Is the very last one. We had to wait over an hour and a half for our food and when we asked how long it would take we were blocked by a call. 40 euros are gone and there is still no food. I've never experienced anything like that before. Not recommended at all.

Unbelievable, I ordered via Lieferando. You make me wait 1.5 hours and then cancel the order! Just like that. It's unfathomable.

Near the highway. Burgers were fresh and with lots of salad and sauce. Toilets clean (and free, not like at the rest area). Staff really friendly.

We were looking forward to a quick and enjoyable meal at Burger King, but unfortunately, our experience was far from smooth. The staff seemed completely confused and disorganized. Our order was mixed up multiple times, and despite repeated questions and clarifications, we still received the wrong items. This back-and-forth made the experience unnecessarily frustrating. As for the food, the quality was acceptable but left room for improvement. It was okay, but not up to the standard we’ve experienced at other Burger King locations. Overall, while the food was passable, the poor service and lack of organization significantly impacted our visit. We hope the management provides better training for the staff to ensure a more efficient and enjoyable experience in the future.

Unfortunately the food wasn't freshly prepared, the cheese was already solid and the burgers were cold. Too bad. There wasn't much going on either. Burger King is actually always better in terms of quality than other fast food chains.

Short and sweet, disgusting and not recommended! Burgers cold, dry and carelessly slapped together! Hardly any toppings on it, for a burger for just under €5! Actually, I haven't been going to Burger King and their competitors for years, it was a late-night emergency, but it was enough for me to give it a wide berth for years and go to the nearest kebab shop, always better than the snot! 🤮

Food poisoning from soggy, lukewarm food – never again! We should have driven again after the unfriendly contact at the drive-in. My partner and I ordered vegan nuggets and long chicken. The food wasn't really hot, only the fries were warm enough. The nuggets and the burger, on the other hand, were soggy and only lukewarm. I had a bad feeling while I was eating - unfortunately that was confirmed later. About four hours later, I became increasingly nauseous, had a severe headache, felt cold, and was shaking. Unfortunately, I didn't throw up, instead I continued to digest the food, which made the symptoms even worse. For three days I was so weak I couldn't even go for a walk - it definitely felt like food poisoning. Only today, four days later, am I slowly feeling better and I can feed my body light food again without it thinking it's being poisoned again. Just the thought of this food makes me sick again. I didn't report the incident because I'm only now on my feet - but one thing is for sure: I will never visit (that) Burger King again.

We fast food is like that, fast and cold 🤣 nothing big. When you're quickly hungry, it's usually always possible... I like it, sometimes it works. There are a few things missing from the Hubrick what did you order. I ordered Big King. It's delicious. The Big King XXL is delicious.

Unfortunately I found it to be very dirty. For example, in the women's restroom, dried drops of blood adorned the floor, probably from a person who was menstruating. Very uncomfortable. And in return they wanted €0.50 for using the toilet.

We came here at twelve o'clock at night after a big concert in the middle of the week, and many others besides us seemed to have had the same idea. The restaurant was full to capacity. There were about 7-8 orders in front of us when we came in. Nevertheless, it took less than two minutes for us to place our order, and after only about 5 more minutes our number was called and we were able to pick up our food. Everything was freshly prepared, looked good and was tasty. I gave it five stars for the ambience because I don't think a fast food restaurant should be downgraded because it looks like a fast food restaurant. I don't expect any special ambience here. It needs to be clean and functional and not too squat. The staff was attentive and friendly. I'm still impressed by how they were able to handle a spontaneous rush of such magnitude in the middle of the night so confidently.

Had ordered King of the Month with Long Chicken, but a newbie had entered Long Chicken menu. The bill was correspondingly more expensive. When I noticed it I was already at home and because I was traveling for work I only got around to complaining about it today with an invoice. Even though I am a regular customer, there was no goodwill!

Portions are getting smaller and I also get a stomach ache afterwards. Seems like something can't be tolerated. Employees weren't too friendly. You were watched all the time. It's just Burger King and you should know what you're getting

Ordered a cheesy bacon double and got a single patty with lots of cheese and bacon. I should have been mad but i was too hungry to get upset about such a trivial mistake. Regardless of the chef slightly forgetting half the damn burgers, I have to admit that was a really tasty burger.

Coupons are not accepted, it seems reorganized, the floor and tables were littered with leftover food. Toilet also costs 1¢. Worst Burger King I've ever experienced.

Very disappointing. That was the last time I ordered food here. The burgers were soft and tasteless, the curly fries were completely fried... Soft and limp, unsalted, the chicken parts were almost charred, bad! Absolutely bad. Never again.

Shop for juice, I order mc drive and they forget to pack my burger, I drive home and it's not there. I trusted them once and then something like that, they really don't feel like working. Original incompetents should be better off being unemployed and staying at home instead of doing something like that never trust me again

The “restaurant” is unable to sell plain water (tap/soda/bottle anything….). Alternatively there are: Sprite, Cola, Fanta, iced tea! Apple spritzer? Neither ! Wow, congratulations - at least you can still walk to the Aral next door during the long waiting time (even though there is hardly any activity)…

So the woman was very unfriendly, I didn't know the crispy was spicy, then I quickly went in to improve the order because my child doesn't like spicy. And according to all the reports, I never got my money back even though it was defective or bad. She didn't respond to me, there was no good service or that a solution could be found. I know why I avoid you. That is now the reason not to come back and to pass this on to others. Not puked yet today then off to Burger King. LG Marco

Clean Burger King 🍔. Ordering and serving the burgers was very quick. The burgers also look like they do on the billboards.

Returning the Recup cups takes time because an employee always has to be called in with a special card for the checkout. I believe there is a system to this because acting in an environmentally conscious manner means more work at the checkout for the company. I'm doing it now on principle. :)

How to expect a BK Quick preparation of goods

Sorry geht gar nicht Freitag Abend 20 min Wartezeit dann mal wieder die viel zu dünne Tüte gerissen. Es fehlten eine Bestellung komplett, bei zwei waren die Mengen vertauscht, aber alles richtig auf der Rechnung. Zudem war die Qualität dermaßen schlecht, Bürger alt und trocken, cheese Nuggets zu kurz frittiert daher weich. Hier sollte die schichtleitung mal über die Professionalität nachdenken. Es gibt ja Alternativen in der Nähe!

My recent visit to Burger King in Bergisch Gladbach was an overall average experience that left me with mixed feelings, hence why I'm giving it 3 stars. The cleanliness of the restaurant was acceptable, although there were areas that could use some improvement to really leave a clean impression. The food came quickly and was OK, but didn't quite live up to the expectations you might expect from other visits. There was nothing wrong with it, but it lacked that certain something that makes a fast food experience special. A small increase in quality or presentation could make a big difference here. Another point that marred my visit was the parking situation. At 9:30 in the evening the parking lot was surprisingly full, which made parking difficult. This made for a slightly frustrating start to the visit and could be off-putting to other customers, particularly during busy times. Positive: + Acceptable cleanliness in the restaurant + Quick food preparation Negatives: - Food did not fully meet expectations, room for improvement - Cleanliness could be improved in some areas, especially in the sanitary area - Parking situation was challenging

Burger King :) the restaurant is clean and tidy. Eating is quick. The audacity of asking for 0.50 euros to use the toilet is simply not acceptable

Wedges and fries were cold and limp, I only know them from large M's. But what was tough was that we had ordered take-away and were missing 2 burgers and the chicken nuggets, with a total of 3 burgers and 1x nuggets a top performance! When I pointed this out, the cheeky reply came: You have to take a look too! So I can “only recommend” this BK....

Have been there several times now, mostly in the drive and I have to say I really like it there. The employees are all very friendly and accommodating. The food always tastes very good and is always hot and freshly prepared. The service is fast and business oriented. Keep it up!! I will come back!!

The BK is really quite good after its renovation. Get the food quickly and quite cheaply thanks to coupons. It's also quite comfortable to sit there with a lot of wood look and attractive details, even though it's a typical fast food shop. If you're in the mood for a few burgers and fries, then it's worth a visit every now and then!

This is the best of all the Burgerking nearby, it's clean, the staff is nice, the food almost always tastes fresh. You can also order at the counter without being brushed off like a fool. We on Frankfurter str.the Burgerking.

The shop is bright and beautifully decorated. Since I only eat chicken wings at Burger King, I can only rate those. And they weren't fresh and juicy. On the contrary, dry, very dry. I've eaten better in other branches. This should definitely be improved.

Restaurant was clean and in fair condition. The food was prepared quickly and was completely satisfactory. Unfortunately, it is problematic to order at the terminals as they often do not work properly.

I think it's great that Burger King offers so many vegetarian and even vegan burgers. With the pannade on the veggie chicken you can now easily see the difference. The service there is very fast and if you forget something, they act quickly.

Tables dirty, staff probably not interested in a nice atmosphere. A pity. Fast food doesn't actually have to be dirty.

After eating it I got terrible stomach cramps. This incident was reported to the Food and Drug Administration. I also went to the ambulance because of the severe stomach pain and nausea. These recorded my complaints. For me that means: Never again Burger King. And I also reserve the right to take legal action.

Dann sage ich "naja dann weiß ich ja noch nichtmal was ich gezahlt habe. Kann ja auch sein, dass ich jetzt 250€ bezahlt habe." Sagt der nette Herr "als ob ich so asoz. wäre " Naja darum ging es auch nicht. Aber erstmal steht mir ein Zahlungsbeleg zu. Auch einen Kassenbeleg habe ich nicht erhalten - sehr merkwürdig. Am Ende war dann meine mittlere Pommes auch noch ne kleine... Na herzlichen Dank.

Hab noch nie einen schmutzigeren Laden gesehen, der Nahrung für Menschen verkauft... Sollte sich vielleicht mal die Lebensmittelüberwachung/ das Gesundheitsamt der Stadt Köln ansehen... WÜRG!

Ну не очень , мясо в бургерпах ужасно невкусное, луковые кольца понравились. Площадка на улице просто ужасная, вся в мусоре и дверь не открывалась , приходилось стучать ,чтобы из помещения открыли.

Ich war zufrieden! Das Personal war freundlich und die Burger lecker. Außerdem waren das Restaurant und die Toiletten sauber.

Die Bestellung lief blitzschnell. Das Essen hat auch gut geschmeckt, der Mitarbeiter war auch kompetent. Nur die Pommes waren etwas zu salzig.

Schlechtester Burger King Besuch ever! Erst konnte man mir keinen Beleg über meine Zahlung geben. "Geht nicht!" Dann gab man mir einen alten Burger und als ich mich darüber beschwerte, wurde mir gesagt: Man "habe keinen Bock mehr" und mir wurde mein Geld (bzw. 6€ von einem 6,29€ teuren Burger) wiedergegeben. Richtig mies.

Nach der Arbeit schnell 2 Bürger für unterwegs mitnehmen, Das Mitarbeiterteam hat sich schwer verjüngert, finde ich gut.

Ich glaub das ist der beste BK in Köln. Aber Burger King bleibt Burger King… kann man mal essen wenn es schnell gehen muss.
