DANGER !!!!! DRIVE IN RIP-OFF!!!!!!!! HANDS OFF!!!!!! Went drive in today, ordered a big king menu, drove home about 7 km and woke up to see that instead of big child brother it was just pickled cucumber!!!!! And there wasn't even a receipt in the package!!!!! Unfortunately I paid in cash and since I live far away I couldn't drive back!!!

Service and times were ok. But the lettuce on the burgers was already brown, I really don't know how you can process something like that.

Ordered something to eat 3 hours ago, Lieferando has been saying it's almost at my place for an hour. Unfortunately, so far no one has been here to bring my food. Absolute dirt, not recommended.

If it takes 15 minutes to place an order, I don't know how a shop like that can survive...

Several employees NEVER manage to give the reusable cups they ordered, so now I always order disposable ones. Not the point...

I've eaten there a few times. It's always been the same up until now. The last time I had to go to the bathroom, it was a disaster. The doors to both toilets were broken and didn't lock. The toilet was also so dirty, and the seat was broken. I left. That was the last time I went there. I don't even want to know what the kitchen looks like.

Not recommended – disappointing experience Unfortunately, our visit to this fast food restaurant was very disappointing. The seating areas were dirty and broken, tables were not cleared during our entire stay (around 30 minutes). There was food waste lying around and the overall dining room seemed unkempt. What was particularly negative was that my little daughter waited in vain at the counter for a reaction because there was no fork with the fries. Only after several minutes of being ignored did I intervene myself. The sanitary facilities were also in a very unhygienic condition. We paid almost 60 euros for four people - for cold burgers, mediocre taste and an overall unpleasant atmosphere. It's a shame, we expected much more. We definitely won't be coming back.

I haven't been to Burgerking for about 7 years. 1. There is no longer the double steakhouse, who knows why... the Marken Bürger simply removed it. 2. I had to ask three times if I understood correctly, but a big king now costs just €12. I really have no idea why they charge such prices for the dirt they get. 3. The burger was so small that I had already eaten it from the car to the house. 4. Diarrhea guarantee. This means that Burger King is definitely dead.

The Indian man at the checkout is very unfriendly and not accommodating at all. Our sauce was forgotten and when we noticed it after 1 minute, he discussed for a long time and loudly why we had already thrown away the receipt. It wasn't about the sauce but about the principle. Of course he didn't give us any new sauce. The store is not recommended.

Expensive, food cold, dirty, ordering only through machines. Questionable audience

Unfortunately a very disappointing experience at this Burger King. One employee was unfriendly and unhelpful. Our sauce was forgotten, and when we noticed it after a minute and asked politely, we were not accommodated. A minimum level of customer service should be a given - unfortunately not available here. It's a shame, we were looking forward to a pleasant visit.

I was there a few days ago. All the tables were dirty. Unfortunately, I didn't dare ask if my table could be wiped. About 10 minutes after me a man came in and after taking his order asked if his table could be cleaned. I couldn't believe my ears. The employee (I think it was the branch manager) said that this was not possible. The young man then left and loudly expressed his frustration. After this experience I decided to avoid this branch.

Orders were completely mixed up and an Xtralong Chili Cheese and a Crispy Chicken were simply placed at the bottom of the bag instead of two plant-based Whoppers :( then everything went in the trash. Order 663 on February 9th You really can't recommend ordering takeaway if you don't unpack and check everything on the table.

Unfortunately, the toilets were so incredibly dirty and full of urine that my food almost came back up. So I had to go. This store is a case for the health department. When I pointed this out, I was ignored.

Opening times change like crazy and if you drive into the parking lot 1 hour before closing time the door is locked in front of you. It's not acceptable to be treated like that. Food was prepared quickly. The restaurant is very clean and the service was very friendly.

The food is typical of BK with some adjustments to the local gastronomic culture, which is very different and cool. The temperature is pleasant and the dining room needed a little more attention. The food was good, but I thought it took a while for a food court. The service from the staff was very good given the fact that we do not speak the local language.

Extremely long waiting time, and afterwards the food is not only defective but cold. The citizen's bread was hard and the tablet return container was extremely overfilled. If you inform the site manager about these things, they will snidely try to settle the matter with a new cheeseburger. In short, food cold and inedible, location dirty, staff (especially the management) more than rude and unfriendly. The customer at Frankfurterstr.200 is definitely not KING. It's actually a shame because the restaurant could actually have given a lot more with its connections and size.

The atmosphere in this place is far from comfortable. The temperature is uncomfortably cold, and there seems to be little to no proper ventilation or heating to make up for it. On top of that, the service is incredibly slow—it took about 30 minutes to get our order. The design of the space also amplifies every sound, making it feel like you're in a loud club rather than a relaxing spot to enjoy a meal or drink. Overall, not a pleasant experience.

An unbelievable impudence. Received ice cream completely different than what was ordered. Instead of being mixed in, the sauce was missing and old Kitkat powder was sprinkled on top. It's really a shame to sell something so disgusting for €4. When asked, the product was not even taken back.

I love your restaurant, I find it shameful that we have to pay for the toilets when we only bought 40 euros worth of food, I don't understand why Burger King doesn't have a code on their ticket to go to the WC like to the competition. That's why I decided to no longer come to Burger King!!!

Unfortunately, my visit to the drive-thru was very disappointing. Communication was difficult as the person at the counter couldn't speak German, which resulted in me having to repeat my order several times. In addition, the service was extremely slow: despite the restaurant being empty and only one other customer in front of me, I had to wait over 15 minutes. Overall very disorganized and frustrating - I don't expect that from a drive-thru.

My brother and I ate there and for the first time didn't notice anything. Two hours later we felt really bad and both had to throw up!

Very good food in the drive-in restaurant. Went there spontaneously. The work there is friendly and service-oriented. Getting there from both sides is a bit complicated. The parking lot is nice and big but has a city flair. Would citizen eat there again.

We got something to eat at night, the only thing that was unpleasant: many of the other guests. The food was super freshly prepared and we were served quickly, everything was fine.

They put a terminal to make it faster, but after ordering, I waited 27 minutes for my order, which is unacceptable.

We actually wanted to go to McDonald's next door, but after having to wait almost 30 minutes to pay and then being rudely insulted by the staff, we decided to eat here. The food was hot, it was quick to pick up and the staff was very friendly. The only thing that gets a point deducted is the ambience because it has the charm of a train station hall. Otherwise very clean too.

After I asked if I could clean a table, I was told we weren't enough people and I should do it myself. They gave me a kitchen roll and glass cleaner. I should do it myself. This is the first time I've experienced something like this, I have to clean the table where I want to eat myself. Maybe Citizen King is a new way to win customers. You can also see that the store isn't necessarily full. Even the garbage truck is so full that a bag has been placed in front of it so that you can empty it yourself. Outrageous.

The bread from the burgers doesn't taste good and is disgusting. Because it's not even toasted, and that's why it's just not tasty. Fries are OK, but not particularly good either. The staff is very friendly, but unfortunately it's not a good shop. The drinks were of good quality and didn't taste like anything. I won't set foot in this shop again.

Very competent staff, delicious dishes. Unfortunately, the cleanliness is not that great - sometimes the dirty waste was piling up at the return stations. The magic word “shortage of staff” is probably coming to light again now.

I was there yesterday in the evening and the toilets were a disaster! An employee locked all the doors including the emergency exit so that no one could get in or out. I would like to talk to you about my visit to your branch yesterday. My hunger literally drove me to enjoy a delicious burger meal at your restaurant. On the way there, however, my appetite was suddenly dispelled when I discovered a lifeless rat in front of the entrance. The degrading scene before my eyes made me lose my appetite and my anticipation of eating melted away. After I politely and discreetly pointed out the dead rat in front of his entrance to the branch manager around 11:30-11:45 a.m., he assured me that he would take care of it. But contrary to his assurances, the rat remained unchanged in its place for a full 30 minutes. It was neither disposed of nor was it covered to at least hide it from the eyes of customers. It is extremely disappointing how the store manager ignored my serious concerns about the hygiene and general cleanliness of the restaurant. Apparently he was completely indifferent to the welfare and satisfaction of his customers. Even the photo I took of the situation didn't seem to move him to action. Given this unpleasant experience, I have decided to stop visiting Burger King locations. I was deeply disappointed by the inadequate hygiene management and the indifference of the branch manager. Hygiene and customer satisfaction should be top priorities. Such incidents require immediate and decisive action to ensure customer health and satisfaction. After this incident, I cannot recommend your branch.

The most terrible BurgerKing I've seen in a loooong time!!! First our order was permanently pushed back overnight and when it was finally our turn, half of it was missing! It was an absolute disgrace that we were simply served random sauces because there was no sour cream! It wasn't even asked which one you would like as an alternative!!! We don't need to talk about the cleanliness of the shop... there's trash everywhere on all the tables outside!! Never again !!!

The worst Burger King I've ever seen... The whole place is dirty, the toilets are underground... you'll be lucky if you can pee standing up!!!! The service is actually the worst thing about the store!!!!! I just wanted to order at the checkout, that's not possible there. The explanation as to why this wasn't possible "was beyond ridiculous" and cheeky...the reason was no desire. Then I went to the McDonald's next door, I can only recommend it to everyone.

Was there for a long time for work. Out of 4 orders, only 1 was put together correctly. There were no extra side dishes (e.g. tomatoes) for the burgers, which you also pay extra for. Once these were completely missing. Loading is always just dirty. Toilets are simply disgusting.

Very hygienic maybe just because of corona

The food is very tasty, only the toilets are a bit dirty but there are definitely worse toilets. The atmosphere is very cozy due to the sofa seats and the glass wall where you can look out, which I personally find very nice in summer. I have had many nice experiences with the employees at the checkout. They are very friendly and always have a smile on their face.

I didn't find it very exciting. The food was perfectly OK (!) but we were there at night after a concert. There was rubbish everywhere in front of the shop, the waitress looked stupid. It's pretty stupid for the employees when they have to clean up the trash and when rats run around the place. It's a shame that people have so little brains to dispose of their garbage. Luckily, I don't go there often to eat, but I don't care about the staff and the animals.

Time of crime March 6, 2024 at 11:50 p.m I drove through the drive-in in my car earlier. Order King of the Month + 1 FishBurger and VeggieBurger. My colleague asked me twice what I wanted to drink, and three times I answered with Sprite. At the counter he wanted to give me Coke, so I said "Sprite, no Coke". He insisted that I ordered a coke. I then said that he could also give me the cola before he pours it out. This time I got my Sprite. Then he took my €20 and, along with my order, gave me €3 and a few crushed pieces of 10 and 20 cents. Then I told him that he would do it specially, he laughed and nodded. Then I flipped him the bird and he screamed several times: "Hur3ns0hn, I'm fucking your mother." Congratulations on your employee of the month 🎂

I ordered from Lieferando and 3 burgers were missing. When I called they misunderstood me which ones were missing and subsequently sent me the 3 (they just weren't exactly what I said on the phone) which is why they thought I was lying because the only thing missing was a chili cheeseburger and a crispy chicken burger and nugget burger. Nevertheless, I got the burgers later even if 1/3 was wrong. Thank you again

Absolute disaster! How unfriendly staff can actually be. I have visited this restaurant several times and every time the staff is very unfriendly and does not adhere to any standards! Is it because of the typical customer base? Of course, the restaurant is not in an upscale area. Nevertheless, you can still serve and address customers in a normal and friendly manner, right? At the drive you are greeted with an annoyed “Hello?!” Continue with “what else” instead of “can it be anything else?” Please and thank you are foreign words. There should definitely be further training here. Other branches do it better. I will not visit this branch again. The only thing that saves the one star is the standard fast food that is available here.

I ordered plant-based nuggets and after waiting 45 minutes I got normal nuggets... I ate an entire chicken coop with the 20 nuggets... but 1/5 stars because of the chicken coop

Vorsicht da sitzen die Mitarbeiter vom „Falschparker Notdienst“ in irgendeiner Ecke und schleppen euch innerhalb weniger Minuten ab und der Burger mit Pommes werden euch zusätzliche 250€ kosten.

Licht und Schatten nah beieinander. An einem Samstag Abend war es voll, alle hatten zu tun. Die Burger waren wie gewohnt lecker und frisch. Ein Besuch auf der Herrentoilette hat mir allerdings jeden Appetit genommen. Ich habe es zwei Mitarbeitern hinter der Theke gesagt, es hat aber niemanden interessiert. Generell mache ich in dieser Filiale die Erfahrung, dass die Mitarbeiter oft überarbeitet und gestresst sind. In der Folge wird man manchmal ganz schön unfreundlich behandelt. Das ändert sich, wenn man anspricht, das man sich einen freundlicheren Ton wünscht.

Ein Burger King der ganz schlechten Sorte. In dem Laden ist es eiskalt!!! Alle Kunden sitzen in Jacken am Tisch. Mir tut das Personal leid, welches unter solchen Bedingungen arbeiten muss. Toiletten leider alles andere als sauber. Allgemein kommt es einem so vor, als könnte das Personal aufgrund einer Sprachbarriere nicht untereinander kommunizieren.

Ich habe im Drive in ein Eis bestellt dann wurde mir gesagt das das Systems spinnt und ich warten muss für Karten Zahlung ich habe 10-15 min gewartet dann wurde mir gesagt das ich wo anders hin muss ohne Bargeld Zeitverschwendung der Laden !!

Haar im Essen und Ekel Toiletten. Nicht nur das… es wird noch schlimmer! Die Mitarbeiter an der Kasse können nichtmal deutsch und kommunizieren mit Händen und Füßen. Unmöglich. Die andern Kunden gaffen einen andauernd an(wenn du ein Mädchen bist)🖕🏳️‍🌈
