Unfreundliches Personal und ein sehr langweiliger Service. Die Frau vor den Toiletten war sehr unhöflich und überhaupt nicht serviceorientiert. Ich werde nie wiederkommen.

Es dauert zu lange bis man Essen bekommt nicht Zu empfehlen.

Leider eine sehr große Enttäuschung. Die bestellten Getränke(Cola) waren komplett warm und hatten einen üblen Spülmittel Nachgeschmack. Bei dem bestellten Burger (Long chicken), wurde er aus zwei oberen Brot Hälften zusammengestellt. Außerdem gab es zu den Pommes nicht mal Ketchup oder Mayo dabei. Die Frau am Schalter war zudem sehr unfreundlich. Sehr schade da wir von einer 30€ Bestellung mehr erwartet haben und so etwas noch nie erlebt hatten.

Hab bestellt. Leider wurde Produkte im Wert von 7€ vergessen. Lösen wollte das Restaurant das Problem nicht. Die haben mich einfach abgezogen, letzte Mal bei dieser Filiale bestellt

Körperverletzung hier jemanden arbeiten zu lassen .bei so einer hitze ohne klimaanlage.

Es ist ein schöner Ort, und es gibt keine Parkplatzprobleme.

Wie mittlerweile überall lässt das Personal echt zu wünschen übrig... ein Lächeln und Höflichkeit hat noch niemandem geschadet... Naja müsst ihr wissen.

Ich hab über Uber Eats den King's Selection Double Steakhouse Burger als Menü bestellt. Das Essen kam überraschend schneller an als in der App angezeigt. Das Essen war noch warm, natürlich nicht so wie wenn man direkt vor Ort essen würde, aber es war noch akzeptabel. Den Double Steakhouse habe ich vor Jahren mal gegessen, danach ist er leider aus dem Programm verschwunden. Den Burger hatte ich mächtiger in Erinnerung. So lohnt er sich leider nicht mehr. Da mache ich zu Hause bessere Burger. Setze mal Fotos von beiden zum Vergleich. Jetzt kostet das Menü plötzlich 18 Euro. Aus meiner Sicht viel zu teuer. Für das Geld würde ich eher bei Five Guys essen. Ich hab nur dank der Uber Eats Aktion weniger gezahlt.

Ich war heute abend bei mcdonald’s und der mitarbeiter der bei Drive arbeitet ist sehr sehr unfreundlich am anfang haben die uns 5-7 min beim schalter warten lassen dannach hat der unsere bestellung angenommen und wir hatten ein Matcha Coupon dann wurde gesagt ist mit mehrweg pfand obwohl bei coupon nix stand dann wurde er laut am ende haben wir es akzeptiert und haben den coupon storniert aber bei dem selben mann sind auch andere fälle öfters passiert

War heute im Drive-In. Der Code aus der App hat nicht funktioniert, nachdem ich gewartet habe sollte ich Vorfahren, da ging es dann.

Die Pommes waren uralt. Kalt und mit muffigem Fett durchtränkt. Der Burger war kalt.

Ich frage mich wirklich wer die Jobs macht, wenn die mit mit den blauen Herzen an der Reihe sind.

Montags um 23 Uhr ins Drive-in. Nichts los, am Schalter sollten wir kurz warten. Zehn Minuten später durften wir unsere Bestellung abgeben, weitere fünf Minuten warteten wir an der Ausgabe. Die Burger waren lauwarm, lieblos zusammengeklatscht und in der Packung bereits auf Wanderschaft. Die Pommes waren größtenteils heiß... allerdings hatten sich darunter auch welche gemischt, die schon zur Mittagsschicht in der Fritteuse waren und nun den Weg in unsere Pommes­tüte gefunden hatten. Am Ende blieb die Erkenntnis, dass wir woh doch besser zum goldenen M gefahren wären.....

Ich bin 0 Uhr 40 am Drive angekommen, die wollten nicht mehr verkaufen, ein Mitarbeiter sagte auf englisch closed hahah Unverschämtheit, bin extra aus Porz Zündorf hierher gefahren , man kann es auch anhand den Bilder erkennen, dass die Mitarbeiter dadrin am chillen und essen waren.

Wir gehen schon lange zu Burger King auf der Frankfurter Straße in Köln und waren auch immer gerne da. In der letzen Zeit geht alles dem Berg runter. Wir hatten es heute nochmal versucht und wurden wieder enttäuscht. Die meisten Tische sind schmutzig und die Bänke sind zum Teil kaputt. Die Servierwagen sind voll und werden nicht abgeräumt. Ein Mitarbeiter läuft in Jeans und Lederjacke durch die Gegend und versucht die Servierwagen abzuräumen. Das bestellte Essen ist fast kalt. Burger wie auch Pommes. Bürger schmecken nicht mehr so wie früher und dann noch der Dreck auf dem Boden und die verklebten Tische, das geht garnicht. In diesem Burger King sollte das Gesunheitsamt mal schauen kommen. Dieser Zustand liegt nicht an der Burger- Kette sondern an den Verantwortlichen und Mitarbeitern auf der Frankfurter Straße in Köln. Dass es besser geht, zeigen andere Restaurants von Burger King in anderen Städten. Saubere Tische, kein Schmutz auf dem Boden und Burger wie auch Pommes sind heiss/ warm und schmecken. Das war heute das letzte Mal dass wir bei Burger King auf der Frankfurter Straße in Köln waren. Ein paar Meter weiter ist ein Burgerladen der Konkurrenz. Ich denke mal, wenn Burger King so weiter macht, freut sich die Konkurrenz. Wie man lesen kann, sehen auch andere Gäste das so. Das Management von der Burger- Kette sollte hier bitte mal schauen. Sehr schade, was aus diesem Burgerladen geworden ist.

Ich kaufte grade ein und ging zur Toilette. 25 Minuten später steht mein Auto auf dem Abschlepper da er ihn nicht mitgenommen hat nur 154,70€ Das ist die größte Unverschämtheit die mir passiert ist!!!!

Essen wie gewohnt. Ladenlokal wirkt abgenutzt und nicht übermäßig sauber.

Am liebsten würde ich nicht einmal einen Stern vergeben. Das war die schlimmste Erfahrung meines Lebens bei Burger King an der Frankfurter Straße in Köln. Wir waren vor ein paar Tagen dort und waren einfach nur schockiert. In der Küche wurde ohne Handschuhe gearbeitet, was absolut unhygienisch ist. 🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮 Außerdem waren die Toiletten extrem schmutzig und ekelhaft. 🤢🤢🤢🤮🤮🤮🤮 Eine riesige Enttäuschung. Nach diesem Erlebnis werde ich Burger King definitiv nie wieder besuchen.

Essen nicht angekommen über 3st gewartet danke dafür

Habe schon öfters bei dieser Filiale über Uber eats bestellt. Leider wurde mir sehr oft ein falsches Getränk gegeben z.B. Eistee anstatt Cola. Dieser Fehler lässt sich eigentlich einfach vermeiden. Einmal war sogar fälschlicherweise Bacon auf meinem Burger, obwohl ich kein Schwein esse. Das geht gar nicht.

Dreckige Tische/ Bestellung unvollständig/ Personal hat weder Englisch noch Deutsch verstanden/Toilette total dreckig und defekt neuer ever again

Erstmal 7 min zusätzlich gewartet obwohl sowohl meine Burger schon in der Auslage als auch die Pommes schon fertig waren hätte alles 7 Minuten frischer sein können. Dann probiere Ich meine Cola ohne Eis (mit Eis bestellt) und sie schmeckt so abgestanden als würde ich Sie seit einem Jahr im Rucksack umherschleppen. Nach dem ich diese freundlich reklamiere, will man mir dieselbe abegestandene Plörre noch mal eingießen ohne dem Problem mal auf den Grund zugehen (z.B. mal selber an dem Automat probieren). Ich frage daraufhin ob ich nicht einfach eine Flasche bekommen könne den Pfand würde ich auch zahlen. Dies wird mt der Begründung ist nur für zum mitnehmen abgelehnt. Das war auch das letzte Wort des Mitarbeiters und er wendete sich wieder ab. Ich vat daraufhin um eine Tüte und ging nach Hause um dort zum Menu ein genießbares Getränk zu trinken. Dort viel mir dann zu allem Überfluss noch auf das der Whopper (ohne Gurken bestellt) mit Gurken zubereitet wurde. Von den Klos, auf denen man eine Gasmaske braucht um nicht zu kotzen und den ca. 2 Grad Innentemperatur im Laden fange ich am besten erst gar nicht an. Fazit: auch wenn es den Besitzer, schaut man sich die vorherigen Rezensionen an, nicht zu interessieren scheint, definitiv nie wieder dieser Laden.

Och nö, das war nichts... Bestell terminal 2 mal abgestürzt, eins nimmt gar kein Touch an. Männer Klo stinkt erbärmlich, Urinal abgedeckt. Und dann von 3 Burger Bestellung auch noch eins vergessen ein zu packen. Zuhause erst gemerkt. Was ist da los? Ihr könnt das doch besser!

The worst place ever. They're open until 1 a.m., but at 12:30 a.m. they locked me inside and locked out several other customers who wanted to get in. Then the staff opened the back door, and I had to walk around to my car. It can take up to 30 minutes for the "fast" food to be ready, and even then, it's not done properly. Fire them all and start over. On top of that, they're completely unfriendly and ignorant. Never again...

Today there were only 5 customers in the restaurant, all the tables were dirty, all the tray holders were full. Food was everywhere on the floor. A real dump. The food was cold the whole time. I wish Wallraff would come here. By far the dirtiest Burger King I know.

I love Burger King, but I hate this place. Again, the burgers were cold and the staff was completely incompetent. Today they were totally overwhelmed with just three orders. Never again! I'd rather drive a bit further and go to a different location!

We arrived today shortly after 10 a.m., so just after opening. At first, we weren't sure if anyone was even there yet, as we hadn't seen or heard anyone. So we ordered at the terminal. As soon as we placed our order and the "ping" sounded, there was a sudden flurry of activity. Apparently, they weren't prepared for any customers at all. So we sat down and waited. Some of the server's acquaintances came in and received their order quite quickly. We waited for over 20 minutes. Can you still call that fast food? And all this in the freezing cold inside the restaurant. To top it off, there were two things wrong with our order. And the bacon on my burger had barely been exposed to heat – it was practically raw. I wonder how things work here when it's really busy.

Unfortunately, it was impossible to eat on site as there was no heating; the children would have frozen, so we had to go next door to McDonald's.

This Burger King is by far the worst-run in the Cologne area. The cleanliness leaves much to be desired, and the restrooms are unacceptable. Instead of warmth, the air conditioning is blasting as if it were 30 degrees Celsius outside. The outside temperature this evening was -4 degrees Celsius. We kept our jackets on. When we inquired, we were told that the heating had been broken for some time. I think that was our last visit there for a while.

I personally found this Burger King to be unkempt and unclean. The tray trolleys weren't emptied, and the restroom... well, I'd rather avoid it.

Ordered at the terminal. Including two Junior Meals. All takeaway. The Junior Meal fries and nuggets each come with a free sauce. So, technically, there should be two sauces per Junior Meal. I selected both. Both only had ketchup in them. At the terminal, you can also choose the toys to include. I chose the ones the kids didn't already have. Both meals contained different ones, even though the ones I wanted were clearly displayed. Back home, there was a huge fuss. It was quiet when I arrived. No one said anything about it or anything. Never again.

The Oumpas did a great job. Even without Charlie's guidance, they conjured up delicious burgers and refreshing drinks for us. And they did it all while dancing and smiling xD

The Oompa Loompas do their best to keep the place clean. Unfortunately, we had to wait a long time for our order, and the burgers weren't warm by the time we got there. Also, the place is quite drafty, so it's easy to get cold.

Hello everyone, I ate at this Burger King two days ago. I walked into the restaurant with my e-scooter. There was no sign saying scooters were prohibited, nor did an employee tell me upon entry. Unsuspecting, I ordered via the monitor, got my food, and took a bite. Then an employee came up to me and told me scooters weren't allowed. That's all well and good, I understand! But why do they only say something like that after the customer has ordered and paid? If they had told me beforehand, I wouldn't have ordered anything in the first place. Because of this "kind" business, my food got cold and was no longer edible. I didn't get my money back either. I'll never go to this restaurant again!

Everything's OK! Just as a Burger King should be

If you like cold burgers, this is a great place to go. The atmosphere is more reminiscent of a train station concourse.

It was dirty, it wasn't tasty, there were hardly any sauces used, and the lettuce on the burger was brown. Burgers sit in the display forever. Nuggets were like rubber. The restroom was... crap. In summary, just a lot.

Absolutely disgusting! Absolutely unhygienic!! A piece of paper just came out of my chili cheese. Who knows how it was prepared... Who knows if it fell or something else? Threw it away immediately. Never again.

The employee, Ms. Houda, forgot burgers or fries for three customers before me. Then she forgot my drink and sauce. After me, she forgot an entire meal at the drive-thru... Suddenly, she was gone, and there was no one at the front desk. By the time someone came and I could complain, my other meal was already cold... Considering I spent almost €19, that was really bad service.

Simply disgusting. As soon as you walk in, you notice that cleanliness isn't taken seriously here. The floor is completely filthy, sticky, and looks like it hasn't been properly cleaned in days. Water is dripping from some of the cupboards in the kitchen, which is truly unappealing. We ordered food, and I honestly regretted it immediately—your appetite disappears completely here. The staff were friendly, but when we wanted to sit down, we were immediately sent away with a "no, no, hello, hello, don't sit down." Instead of constantly shouting things like that, they could simply put up a sign saying "freshly mopped." That would make everything much clearer. All in all: an extremely unhygienic impression, no atmosphere, absolutely no feel-good factor. Never again.

Dear Sir or Madam, I would like to complain about an incident that occurred at your Burger King branch today. I ordered a Whopper, which was unfortunately cold. When I politely asked for the burger to be either reheated or remade, I was yelled at and treated disrespectfully by a person claiming to be a shift supervisor. Although I was simply exercising my rights as a customer, the situation escalated to the point of being banned from the premises and a completely unfounded police intervention, as I was accused of taking a video, which I did not. The food isn't as well prepared. At other BK branches, you can upgrade your King of the Month menu to chili cheese fries. But here, it's not possible at the chef's request.

I've always been very satisfied here. Tables are clean, tray carts are empty, too. Delicious food, prepared quickly. The staff was friendly and prompt, despite the high volume of orders.

This branch is a case for the health department. I was there yesterday, and the fries tasted expired, absolutely disgusting, as if the cold chain hadn't been maintained for days. The Coke didn't taste like Coke either; it was actually just syrup.

Truly antisocial people! The supervisor turned off the drive-in microphone. We waited for an hour. We then received an announcement saying we weren't being served because we asked for a bit faster. They were personally really rude. Then, when we said something, they were really rude, like the announcement "dirty foreigners..." The interior was dirty, the toilets full of cigarettes. Prices were too overpriced, and they were really disorganized. The store manager doesn't even speak a word of German and just takes over the whole store, which is a mess. There were dead flies in the meat 2-3 times. When we pointed this out, we were told that their store is very clean and that this kind of thing doesn't happen!! We saw it. Unfortunately, I have to say that the service here is consistently very unfriendly. The two ladies at the checkout, in particular, are consistently notable for their rude behavior. DANGER !!!!! DRIVE IN RIP-OFF!!!!!!!! HANDS OFF!!!!!! Went drive in today, ordered a big king menu, drove home about 7 km and woke up to see that instead of big child brother it was just pickled cucumber!!!!! And there wasn't even a receipt in the package!!!!! Unfortunately I paid in cash and since I live far away I couldn't drive back!!!

I've eaten there a few times. It's always been the same up until now. The last time I had to go to the bathroom, it was a disaster. The doors to both toilets were broken and didn't lock. The toilet was also so dirty, and the seat was broken. I left. That was the last time I went there. I don't even want to know what the kitchen looks like.
