Waited 30 minutes at Burger King for lukewarm burgers no thanks never again

I like to drive myself to BurgerKing. 1. Customer unfriendly 2.French fries don't taste good / are very old 3. I got a children's menu for the first time? What do you mean, it's always the same inside? How am I supposed to know that? I really don't recommend anyone here. Too bad.

My brother and I ate there and for the first time didn't notice anything. Two hours later we felt really bad and both had to throw up!

Very good food in the drive-in restaurant. Went there spontaneously. The work there is friendly and service-oriented. Getting there from both sides is a bit complicated. The parking lot is nice and big but has a city flair. Would citizen eat there again.

We got something to eat at night, the only thing that was unpleasant: many of the other guests. The food was super freshly prepared and we were served quickly, everything was fine.

They put a terminal to make it faster, but after ordering, I waited 27 minutes for my order, which is unacceptable.

Very good, you always want to go there

The order took a long time even though there really wasn't much going on. Fries were reasonably fresh, burgers were normal for Burger King.

We actually wanted to go to McDonald's next door, but after having to wait almost 30 minutes to pay and then being rudely insulted by the staff, we decided to eat here. The food was hot, it was quick to pick up and the staff was very friendly. The only thing that gets a point deducted is the ambience because it has the charm of a train station hall. Otherwise very clean too.

After I asked if I could clean a table, I was told we weren't enough people and I should do it myself. They gave me a kitchen roll and glass cleaner. I should do it myself. This is the first time I've experienced something like this, I have to clean the table where I want to eat myself. Maybe Citizen King is a new way to win customers. You can also see that the store isn't necessarily full. Even the garbage truck is so full that a bag has been placed in front of it so that you can empty it yourself. Outrageous.

The bread from the burgers doesn't taste good and is disgusting. Because it's not even toasted, and that's why it's just not tasty. Fries are OK, but not particularly good either. The staff is very friendly, but unfortunately it's not a good shop. The drinks were of good quality and didn't taste like anything. I won't set foot in this shop again.

Toilets extremely disgusting. No soap, vomit in the urinal, a cubicle without a door, the disabled toilet cannot be locked. Meat in burger cold, bun dry. Staff unfriendly.

Very competent staff, delicious dishes. Unfortunately, the cleanliness is not that great - sometimes the dirty waste was piling up at the return stations. The magic word “shortage of staff” is probably coming to light again now.

The delivery service is a disaster, as is the food delivered, which probably arrives completely swollen in a warming box. According to Maps, the delivery time could take 3 minutes, but that turns into 2 hours. When I first ordered two weeks before, nothing arrived. The pigs were also missing. The burgers ended up in the trash. I will never use the delivery service again, whether through Lieferando or Burger King itself...

I was there yesterday in the evening and the toilets were a disaster! An employee locked all the doors including the emergency exit so that no one could get in or out. When you asked the middle person about it, they were rude and said "it would be right like that" after 30 minutes of waiting for the cold food, many things were missing, including the chilli on the chilli cheese fries

I would like to talk to you about my visit to your branch yesterday. My hunger literally drove me to enjoy a delicious burger meal at your restaurant. On the way there, however, my appetite was suddenly dispelled when I discovered a lifeless rat in front of the entrance. The degrading scene before my eyes made me lose my appetite and my anticipation of eating melted away. After I politely and discreetly pointed out the dead rat in front of his entrance to the branch manager around 11:30-11:45 a.m., he assured me that he would take care of it. But contrary to his assurances, the rat remained unchanged in its place for a full 30 minutes. It was neither disposed of nor was it covered to at least hide it from the eyes of customers. It is extremely disappointing how the store manager ignored my serious concerns about the hygiene and general cleanliness of the restaurant. Apparently he was completely indifferent to the welfare and satisfaction of his customers. Even the photo I took of the situation didn't seem to move him to action. Given this unpleasant experience, I have decided to stop visiting Burger King locations. I was deeply disappointed by the inadequate hygiene management and the indifference of the branch manager. Hygiene and customer satisfaction should be top priorities. Such incidents require immediate and decisive action to ensure customer health and satisfaction. After this incident, I cannot recommend your branch.

The most terrible BurgerKing I've seen in a loooong time!!! First our order was permanently pushed back overnight and when it was finally our turn, half of it was missing! It was an absolute disgrace that we were simply served random sauces because there was no sour cream! It wasn't even asked which one you would like as an alternative!!! We don't need to talk about the cleanliness of the shop... there's trash everywhere on all the tables outside!! Never again !!!

The worst Burger King I've ever seen... The whole place is dirty, the toilets are underground... you'll be lucky if you can pee standing up!!!! The service is actually the worst thing about the store!!!!! I just wanted to order at the checkout, that's not possible there. The explanation as to why this wasn't possible "was beyond ridiculous" and cheeky...the reason was no desire. Then I went to the McDonald's next door, I can only recommend it to everyone.

Was there for a long time for work. Out of 4 orders, only 1 was put together correctly. There were no extra side dishes (e.g. tomatoes) for the burgers, which you also pay extra for. Once these were completely missing. Loading is always just dirty. Toilets are simply disgusting.

Very hygienic maybe just because of corona

The food is very tasty, only the toilets are a bit dirty but there are definitely worse toilets. The atmosphere is very cozy due to the sofa seats and the glass wall where you can look out, which I personally find very nice in summer. I have had many nice experiences with the employees at the checkout. They are very friendly and always have a smile on their face.

I didn't find it very exciting. The food was perfectly OK (!) but we were there at night after a concert. There was rubbish everywhere in front of the shop, the waitress looked stupid. It's pretty stupid for the employees when they have to clean up the trash and when rats run around the place. It's a shame that people have so little brains to dispose of their garbage. Luckily, I don't go there often to eat, but I don't care about the staff and the animals.

Time of crime March 6, 2024 at 11:50 p.m I drove through the drive-in in my car earlier. Order King of the Month + 1 FishBurger and VeggieBurger. My colleague asked me twice what I wanted to drink, and three times I answered with Sprite. At the counter he wanted to give me Coke, so I said "Sprite, no Coke". He insisted that I ordered a coke. I then said that he could also give me the cola before he pours it out. This time I got my Sprite. Then he took my €20 and, along with my order, gave me €3 and a few crushed pieces of 10 and 20 cents. Then I told him that he would do it specially, he laughed and nodded. Then I flipped him the bird and he screamed several times: "Hur3ns0hn, I'm fucking your mother." Congratulations on your employee of the month 🎂

I ordered on Lieferando, my order was supposed to arrive at 9:25 p.m. I waited for two hours, nothing came, I wasn't rung or I couldn't rely on such employees It's best not to give one. Burger King should learn to select competent workers.

Never again, it wasn't busy but you had to wait forever for the food. Really annoying.

We were there late in the evening and there was an annoying beeping noise at the counter the whole time. The toilets were really disgusting. Food ok.

Very long wait and when I got home I discovered that two burgers were missing. This branch is not recommended!

I ordered from Lieferando and 3 burgers were missing. When I called they misunderstood me which ones were missing and subsequently sent me the 3 (they just weren't exactly what I said on the phone) which is why they thought I was lying because the only thing missing was a chili cheeseburger and a crispy chicken burger and nugget burger. Nevertheless, I got the burgers later even if 1/3 was wrong. Thank you again

I haven't seen such a dirty shop in a long time

Absolute disaster! How unfriendly staff can actually be. I have visited this restaurant several times and every time the staff is very unfriendly and does not adhere to any standards! Is it because of the typical customer base? Of course, the restaurant is not in an upscale area. Nevertheless, you can still serve and address customers in a normal and friendly manner, right? At the drive you are greeted with an annoyed “Hello?!” Continue with “what else” instead of “can it be anything else?” Please and thank you are foreign words. There should definitely be further training here. Other branches do it better. I will not visit this branch again. The only thing that saves the one star is the standard fast food that is available here.

I ordered plant-based nuggets and after waiting 45 minutes I got normal nuggets... I ate an entire chicken coop with the 20 nuggets... but 1/5 stars because of the chicken coop

Licht und Schatten nah beieinander. An einem Samstag Abend war es voll, alle hatten zu tun. Die Burger waren wie gewohnt lecker und frisch. Ein Besuch auf der Herrentoilette hat mir allerdings jeden Appetit genommen. Ich habe es zwei Mitarbeitern hinter der Theke gesagt, es hat aber niemanden interessiert. Generell mache ich in dieser Filiale die Erfahrung, dass die Mitarbeiter oft überarbeitet und gestresst sind. In der Folge wird man manchmal ganz schön unfreundlich behandelt. Das ändert sich, wenn man anspricht, das man sich einen freundlicheren Ton wünscht.

Vorsicht da sitzen die Mitarbeiter vom „Falschparker Notdienst“ in irgendeiner Ecke und schleppen euch innerhalb weniger Minuten ab und der Burger mit Pommes werden euch zusätzliche 250€ kosten.

Ein Burger King der ganz schlechten Sorte. In dem Laden ist es eiskalt!!! Alle Kunden sitzen in Jacken am Tisch. Mir tut das Personal leid, welches unter solchen Bedingungen arbeiten muss. Toiletten leider alles andere als sauber. Allgemein kommt es einem so vor, als könnte das Personal aufgrund einer Sprachbarriere nicht untereinander kommunizieren.

Hat alles was ein Burger King braucht.

Ich habe im Drive in ein Eis bestellt dann wurde mir gesagt das das Systems spinnt und ich warten muss für Karten Zahlung ich habe 10-15 min gewartet dann wurde mir gesagt das ich wo anders hin muss ohne Bargeld Zeitverschwendung der Laden !!

Haar im Essen und Ekel Toiletten. Nicht nur das… es wird noch schlimmer! Die Mitarbeiter an der Kasse können nichtmal deutsch und kommunizieren mit Händen und Füßen. Unmöglich. Die andern Kunden gaffen einen andauernd an(wenn du ein Mädchen bist)🖕🏳️‍🌈

Die besten Bürger. Gutes Personal ist überall schwer zu finden....

Sehr dreckig alle Tische und Servicewagen waren voll mit Müll, wir werden hier her nicht wiederkommen. Das Essen war kalt und ungenießbar. Wollte mein Geld zurück und bin noch unhöflich angemotzt worden. Leute geht woanders hin!

Was für ein Drecksladen, schade dass man nicht minus Sterne geben kann! Tut euch einen Gefallen und meidet diese Filiale! Wir haben eine ganze Stunde auf kaltes matschiges Essen gewartet. Erst als wir unser Geld zurück wollten wurde uns Essen gegeben, das falsche Essen, es fehlten Sachen und wir wurden auf unsere Nachfragen noch angemotzt und angebrüllt! Unverschämt! Der Müll stapelte sich überall und alles war schmutzig! Nie wieder!

Burger King.... Immer gut! Nur ist der Laden aktuell schlecht geheizt.. Könnte angenehmer sein.

Die Pommes waren nur lauwarm, wenn auch knusprig. Vier Burger bestellt, 3 davon nur lauwarm. Den Veggie Burger bekamen wir erst gar nicht, dafür kam der reguläre. Der Service war immerhin schnell. Im Restaurant war es ziemlich kalt, man konnte da gut mit Jacke sitzen (es war frostig draußen!!) Genügend Parkplätze vorhanden. Die Toiletten waren von zweifelhafter Sauberkeit, der Boden und die Waschbecken waren schmutzig. Im Herrenklo im Pissoir schwamm eine braune Brühe. Mein Mann meinte schon, das ist bestimmt noch der Rest von dem Burger, von dem in einer früheren Rezension schon die Rede war. Es hing auch kein Reinigungsplan in der Toilette, dafür stand da Sprühreiniger am Waschbecken. Vielleicht hätte man selber putzen sollen. Alles in allem teures Essen in zweifelhaftem Ambiente.

Eiskalte Umgebung eiskaltes Essen

Man sollte sein Essen scheinbar unmittelbar an der Kasse zerlegen und kontrollieren. Habe zum mitnehmen bestellt und zu Hause erst gemerkt, dass der Crispy Chicken Burger ohne Crispy und ohne Chicken war. War etwas teuer für ein Salat Brötchen.

Leider waren die Toiletten sehr schmutzig, wie gut daß ich nach dem Essen gehen wollte, ich aber nicht konnte weil es sehr sehr schmutzig war.

Wir waren (nach mehreren Jahren) neulich mal wieder bei Burger King. Bestellung nicht mehr persönlich, nur noch am Automaten... das Essen kam dann aber schnell. Die Pommes wollte ich reklamieren, hatte eine große Pommes bestellt. Musste mir anhören, dass das die große Pommes sei. Habe in meinem Leben schon viele Pommes gesehen, aber so wenige noch nie! Fazit: Uns hat es nicht gefallen. Es wird wohl sehr lange dauern, bis wir mal wieder einen Burger King betreten werden. Wohl eher niemals mehr.

Service geht garnicht. Wenn man klassisch bestellen möchte wird man wirsch an den Automaten verwiesen.

Die Dame am Drive in unhöflich. Zuhause musste ich feststellen, dass ich einen Burger weniger und kleines Pommes anstatt großes bekommen habe. Alles aber in gut gekühlte Version. Übrigens ich habe auch keinen Kassenbeleg bekommen. 🤥

Der schlechteste burger King laden überhaupt

Man wiederholt 3 mal die Bestellung, unfreundliche Bedienung und dann noch zu dumm um die dreimal wiederholte Bestellung richtig aufzunehmen. Statt Chicken bekommt man Beef. Obwohl noch zwei mal nachgefragt wurde, nicht mal richtig zuhören kann man. Nicht mal ein Stren sollten die bekomme. Zu dumm für alles!

Ordered Food and they gave me the wrong order. When I called and told them about it, they just said they couldnt do anything and that they didnt care. I complained within 1 day, with pictures. Terrible service. Can not recommend.

Plant based bestellt aber richtiges Fleisch bekommen. Als ich die Mitarbeiter darauf aufmerksam machen wollte, wurde mir eingeredet es sei plant based. Anstatt sich zu entschuldigen und mir einen richtigen plant based Burger zu geben haben die ehrlich versucht mich zu veraschen und eingeredet es sei plant based! Die Pommes schmecken übrigens nach Erde

Für BK ok ... Premium Burger bleiben einfach besser ...

Essen schmeckt nicht mehr wie früher keine Ahnung warum . Zudem ist die ausenterasse total verdreckt. Wird leider nicht zu oft geputzt. Den Mitarbeitern fehlt es an einem Lächeln. Alle mies drauf. Als ob die am Fließband Schrauben drehen.

Einer der wenigen guten Burger Kings. Wir essen öfters und gerne bei Burger King da die eine größere und bessere Auswahl zum Thema vegane alternativen haben. Laden sah sauber aus und essen wirkte frisch.

Mitarbeiter nehmen keine Bestellungen entgegen. Bestellvorgang läuft über einen Monitor und ist für Neulinge nicht unbedingt einfach zu handhaben. Payback-Nr. kann nicht wie Menüauswahl gescannt werden, und muß Ziffer für Ziffer eingegeben werden. Diese wurde nicht erkannt und ist auf dem Kassenbon nicht ersichtlich. Sofern keine Gutschrift erfolgt, bleibt nur eine Reklamation bei Payback.

Das Essen war sehr trocken, schlecht belegt. Das war der erste Burger King wo ich nicht zufrieden war.

Junge toiletten waren dreckiger als in nem Bahnhof. Panierte Hähnchenteile waren laff nix knusprig die lagen schon länger.

Ordered plant based but got real meat in a green wrapper (so it wasn't a mistake they are cheating). Also cold fries and stale soda. Avoid at all costs.

War netter Aufenthalt und hat gut geschmeckt

Der Mitarbeiter an der Ausgabe schien überfordert, erst haben wir das falsche Essen bekommen, dann wurde ein Getränk vergessen, bei meinem bestellten Burger waren die Patties angebrannt. Auf der Damen Toilette gabs keine Seife um sich richtig die Finger zu waschen. Einfach nicht toll, dringend Verbesserung erforderlich.

Wir wurden wohl übersehen, Essenszubeteitung dauerte ewig. Burger waren trocken, meine Pommes nicht knusprig. Es war recht dreckig, die Vermutung liegt nahe, dass Personal fehlt, denn die Bedienung selbst war nett
