Waren nach Besuch des Aqualand Schwimmbades dort,absolute Katastrophe. Mitarbeiter sprechen schlecht deutsch verstehen die Bestllungen nicht richtig. Jemand kam zurück weil etwas fehlte,darauf begannen die Mitarbeiter hinter der Theke darüber zu streiten,da der Chef sagte man solle besser aufpassen und bei ihm oft etwas fehlt oder falsch gepackt wird,Absolut unprofessionell. Zudem laufen dort ziemlich komische Gestalten rum erinnert schon eher an Berliner Ghetto. Nach unserem nächsten Besuch im Aqualand,werden wir uns nen Döner suchen. Diese Filiale sieht uns nie wieder

Sehr zufrieden, holen immer das gleiche und waren immer zufrieden. Sehr nette Mitarbeiter die zwischendurch fragen ob alles gut ist.

Sehr unzufrieden! Die Mitarbeiter sind leider nicht besonders freundlich und die Atmosphäre ist unangenehm. Außerdem ist die Speisekarte oft nicht vollständig verfügbar. Jedes Mal, wenn ich etwas bestellen möchte, zum Beispiel einen McWrap, ist dieser nicht erhältlich. Auch Aktionen wie das „World Menu“ werden hier entweder gar nicht angeboten oder kommen erst deutlich verspätet.

Das Essen wird unordentlich reingestopft. Die Happymeal Box wird beim Happy Meal nicht benutzt und das Spielzeug was ich mir wünsche gibt es anscheinend nicht. Ich bin echt enttäuscht

Essen war komplett kalt, falschen Sachen in der Tüte die wir nicht bestellt hatten und der Service ist eine Katastrophe komplett überfordert.

Hier essen gewählt- es wird trotzdem alles in Tüten verpack. Dachte es ist nur ein Fehler, aber war bei anderen Gästen auch so. Umweltbewusst ist das nicht.

Keine eigene Toilette (was sonntags ein Problem ist). Kein McRib (also kein Schweinefleisch). Unfreundlicher "Chef". Sehr viel Müll in näherer Umgebung. Und als das noch nicht reicht: Der Doppelte Cheeseburger ist 5% teurer als beim nächsten McDonalds.

Das Eis war früher besser. Jetzt ist die Portion sehr klein.

Achtung. Kinder erhalten nie die volle Bestellung. Laut BGB ist eine Bestellung ein Vertrag. Heute: Angerufen weil ein Glas fehlte, Frau gebrochenes Deutsch, osteuropäischer Akzent keinerlei Klärungswille. Stufe 1 Beschwerde bie McDonalds Zentrale Stufe 2 Klage vor einem Gericht, es geht nicht nur um ein Glas es geht ums Prinzip!

Also wenn ich 0 Sterne geben könnte würde ich das machen, dieses McDonalds ist einfach eine Schande, die Mitarbeiter sind unfreundlich und haben kein Plan was sie da überhaupt machen, ich wurde jetzt zwei mal von denen beklaut zwei mal gezahlt bestellt und nichts erhalten das eine Mal vor Ort und heute über Lieferando, ich rate jeden der hier bestellen wil, macht euch lieber was zu Hause weil hier kriegt ihr aufjendefsll nichts !

Das Essen war für McDonald’s-Verhältnisse durchschnittlich, die Pommes waren allerdings nicht durchgebraten. Außerdem markieren die Mitarbeiter die Bestellung immer viel zu früh als fertig, was ziemlich nervig ist.

Eigentlich ist selbst ein Stern zu viel. Unfassbar unverschämtes Personal. Es wurde etwas bestellt, bezahlt etc. Nach 1,5 tut sich nichts, wir rufen an und der Kollege legt einfach auf im Gespräch. Ich fahre also noch hin, versuche es zu klären, denen ist es egal. Rufe also beim Lieferdienst an, der mir bestätigt, dass meine Bestellung dort eingegangen ist und die Filiale die aber nicht abruft. Lieferdienst kümmert sich mit erneuter Bestellung, die bestätigt wird seitens Filiale. Dann wird die Bestellung vorbereitet und plötzlich storniert dieser Laden alles. Absolute Frechheit. Dazu ist die Filiale unglaublich dreckig und enorm laut.

Leider gibt es nicht die exklusiven McDonalds Produkte sondern nur die basisspeisekarte die es überall auf der welt auch so gibt. Ich gehe dort schon länger und ziemlich Oft hin, die Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett und das essen ist halt McDonalds, mann kennt es, nichts besonderes. Jedoch sind die tische manchmal dreckig und bleiben das auch länger so. Aber sonst ist es einfach nur eine kleine McDonalds filliale. Eine sache die ich noch hinzufügen muss ist das es leider nur eine einzige steckdise gibt, an einem tisch ganz hinten der für Familien gedacht ist. Eine andere Existiert auch noch, aber die ist an der decke. Sonst noch grüße gehen raus an die Mitarbeiter.

Es ist kein richtiges McDonald's, sondern eine Mini-Version mit reduzierter Speisekarte, langsamem Personal, ohne Parkplätze und ohne Toilette. Wir waren gestern dort – keine gute Erfahrung. Es ist schwierig, einen Parkplatz zu finden. Die Nähe zum Busbahnhof mag ja in Ordnung sein, aber es sollte auf Google Maps deutlich gekennzeichnet sein, z. B. als „McDonald's Express“. So gibt es keine Missverständnisse und man weiß sofort, dass es kein Restaurant, sondern ein Kiosk ist.

Hatte 4 Wochen Durchfall wegen dem veggie burger holt euch den nicht die Leute die da arbeiten sind unhygienisch und fassen in dein Essen rein ekelhaft

Absolut respektloser Umgang am Telefon wirst du respektlos behandelt, Essen kommt kalt an plus Lieferzeit über 2 Stunden Mitarbeiter am Telefon sagt musst du mit Lieferando klären absolut schlechter Laden auf keinen Fall dort bestellen wenn man Hunger hat am besten garnicht.

Die Leute geben sich zwar Mühe, aber es war mit Abstand der schlechteste McDonald's seit Jahren. Der Burger war kalt. Ich verstehe nicht, wie man so etwas vermasseln kann, und die Pommes schmeckten überhaupt nicht nach McDonald's. Eine Katastrophe. Nachdem ich darauf hingewiesen hatte, dass der erste Burger nicht gut war, bekam ich zwar einen warmen, aber der war so schnell heiß, dass der Käse nicht schmolz und keine Soße drauf war. Ich hoffe, dass sich die Situation hier bessert, denn ich werde definitiv wiederkommen.

I ordered food, called the restaurant, and they said they hadn't received the order even though I had a confirmation. Never again! The kids were hungry.

I ordered and paid for four Happy Meals plus four cheeseburgers. When I got home, I unpacked four Happy Meals plus zero cheeseburgers. I looked for cheese somewhere. Absolutely nothing. Well, what can I say? That's the end of my happy meal. Sure, it's my mistake. Checking is always better, of course. But you can expect to get what you PAID for! After all, McDonald's is probably happy with an extra €10 in the till and four more cheeseburgers on the grill. My kids aren't. Fresh rap tonight: If I can't get any more cheeseburgers, I'm not coming back.

Germany's worst McDonald's branch

There's a sign up today saying they don't have any drinks. I ordered a meal and they wouldn't refund me for the missing drink, and I still have to pay full price. What's the point of that? And don't even get me started on all the other things that are never in stock and don't work at all. My kids get ripped off every time; something's always missing from a larger order. It's absolutely infuriating!

I placed two orders, both were accepted, but the staff didn't take me seriously. I asked about it, but they weren't even willing to help. I wasted my break and now I have to continue working hungry because my order was suddenly canceled. What's going on? I thought no order had been placed. How could they cancel it? And they often take the liberty of leaving out half the order. I spent over €100 and only received half of it, and this happened several times, not even once or twice. It's simply outrageous. I'm the one who's wasting my money, not them.

Last time I ordered takeout, I came home and found one fry missing. Today they put everything in, but I had to stuff the cups into the carrier bag myself and grab a takeout bag because the staff just tossed the food in and disappeared. There weren't many orders, and there were three big men serving. The good thing is that it's close to home, otherwise I wouldn't have gone.

I was at the Mailänder Passage (Chorweiler) today and was unfortunately very disappointed. The nuggets were much too dark, with a soft coating, and therefore simply inedible. I couldn't eat them. The food looked neither fresh nor appetizing.

Simply a terrible place! No Big Tasty, never anything new. So why is he even needed here?

Employees gave me regular nuggets instead of plant-based nuggets. I went over there and asked the kitchen. The chef also said that my nuggets weren't plant-based. The fast food restaurant is very weak, right in a busy place and doesn't even have a customer toilet. So if you are traveling there with children, you are lost here. I absolutely cannot recommend it. For me it's one of the biggest juice shops ever

Assortment, not like all other McDonald's. You can't even select a wrap on the app. Even back when they opened, they didn't even have apple bags and the like. And there aren't many of the citizens you have at McDonald's either. It's a miracle that the store can even call itself McDonald's. The selection is terrible, which is exactly why I never go there. You miss a lot here that is standard at most McDonald's. Haven't seen any McDonald's other than this one that didn't have everything. I took a photo of the citizens that are available for selection. Compared to other MC, this is pretty meager. I have a lot of citizens to choose from from others and also wraps. I never go there just because of the meager selection. I'd rather drive a few km and get something there. Than having far too small a selection.

The employee claims in all seriousness that there are no tablets in the restaurant. I think he wanted to save himself the work of collecting and cleaning. Perhaps the staffing was very poor at the time. The audience takes some getting used to. I won't be showing up there again any time soon

A bit crowded in the evening from 8 p.m. and some of the employees were a bit "messed up", a disaster on Sundays, a queue of 30-40 people and endless waiting times. Employees overwhelmed with their work. They react totally aggressively to normal questions. They then let the kitchen prepare the order last and loudly gossip about the guests. The worst McDonald's I've ever experienced

This McDonalds is a complete disaster! The burgers were cold and the fries weren't even half full. I actually really like MCS, but that was just an unforgettably bad experience. I will never visit this mcs again.

This was the worst McDonald's experience of my life. The entire staff hardly speaks any German. Preparing food for 3 customers who were in the store took 20 minutes. But the bad thing is that every patty was burnt black and none of the burgers really tasted as normal as usual. The fries had a very strange aftertaste. I thought I was just imagining it. When I had to run to the toilet with stomach cramps 2 hours after eating, I realized that my feeling wasn't deceiving me. Never again this McDonald's. Stay away

Went there to pick up an order… the waitress (an older woman) says that the order has neither been ordered nor paid for. She then started cursing in Turkish and gossiping about a customer. There is loud screaming in the kitchen and employees shouting at each other at the counter. Disaster!!!

The problem with this Mäckes is not the employees, but the audience. I feel very sorry for the checkout staff, they are dealing with the crap. Youngsters who behave badly and turn on employees and guests. Food and service ok, hence 2 stars.

Unfortunately it's always been bad so far... The McDonald's is located at the City Center Chorweiler, so of course you can't expect the finest of the finest. However, this branch is always somehow "dirty", there is rubbish lying around, everything is sticky and there seems to be little emphasis on increasing customer satisfaction. There is no display board for orders, no table service (neither included) and no trays/possibility of not getting everything in to-go packaging. The only plant-based product available are the nuggets. When you order these, you are regularly asked whether you are really sure that you want these and not meat. I find it a bit strange. Plant based nugget labels don’t always work either. The milkshakes were very runny when they came out, almost like melted ice cream. Items are often missing from the order. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend the branch at all and will not visit it again in the future.

By far the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Nowadays you can't even eat on-site on trays anymore. You get everything packed regardless of whether you eat on site or take away. Where is the environmental thought here? You feel like you're eating out of a garbage bag and it tastes similar too. The service is musty and unfriendly. It's dirty too. So I was here for the last time! Oh, and the selection is very manageable. All of this was different many years ago. A pity.

Im Happy Meal gab's anstatt Ketchup Mayonnaise und statt Cheeseburger gab's 5er Chicken MC Nuggets. Kurz gesagt, alles was mein Sohn mochte wurde gegen alles eingetauscht was er NICHT mochte. Super Leistung, Nicht!

2 McDouble cheesburger bestellt und 2 Chickenburger bekommen

Waren durch Zufall in der Filiale weil wir auf dem Heimweg Lust auf McDonald's hatten. Werden in dieser Filiale aber nicht mehr essen. War erschrocken das es nicht einmal Toiletten gab und selbst wenn man dort gegessen hat kein Tablett, alles wurde so verpackt,als würde man es mitnehmen. Zudem fehlte zuerst ein Burger aus der Bestellung

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich aber das Essen miserabel. Ich habe einen Cheeseburger bestellt ohne Zwiebeln er war lauwarm und hat geschmeckt als ob er schon paar Stunden dort lag furchtbar ungenießbar. Als ich das dort sagte und mich beschwert habe sagte man mir es sei zu viel los und es würde ihnen leid tun aber da kann man nix machen. Nicht zu entfehlen.
