⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Sarah ist immer super freundlich, aufmerksam und sorgt dafür, dass man sich willkommen fühlt. Die Burger sind jedes Mal frisch zubereitet und schmecken richtig gut. Man merkt, dass sie ihre Arbeit mit viel Engagement macht. So wünscht man sich den Service bei McDonald’s – ich komme immer wieder gerne vorbei. Vielen Dank!

Das Hähnchen war total verkocht, der Burger schmeckte widerlich, ich bat um mehr Eis, aber meine Bitte wurde ignoriert.

Super laden nette Mitarbeiter esse auch sehr gut

Unfassbar unverschämtes Verhalten gegenüber zahlenden Gästen! (Vorfall am 15.07. um ca. 19:40 Uhr). Ich habe in dieser Filiale Essen bestellt und war anschließend als zahlender Gast auf der Kundentoilette. Als ich fertig war und die Toilette verlassen wollte, schrie mir der Toilettenmann (Reinigungsdienst) hinterher, dass ich 1 Euro bezahlen soll. Ich erklärte ihm höflich, dass ich kein Bargeld dabeihabe. Daraufhin fing er an, mich extrem aggressiv und lautstark weiter anzuschreien und faselte etwas von „fehlendem Respekt“. Ich war von dieser plötzlichen, völlig grundlosen Aggressivität so eingeschüchtert, dass ich am ganzen Körper gezittert habe. Als ich mich bei der Managerin beschwerte, passierte das Unfassbare: Der Toilettenmann stritt plötzlich alles ab und tat so, als hätte er nie geschrien. Eine weitere Frau mischte sich ein und behauptete ebenfalls, er hätte nicht geschrien. Anstatt die Situation aufzuklären oder sich für das aggressive Verhalten ihres Personals zu entschuldigen, stellte sich die Managerin auf deren Seite. Sie behauptete sogar fälschlicherweise, ich hätte „etwas falsch gelesen“ und die Filiale dürfe selbst entscheiden, ob sie auch von Kunden Geld für die Toilette verlangt (was rechtlich bei zahlenden Gästen in Deutschland gar nicht zulässig ist!). Keine Entschuldigung, kein Funken Empathie von der Filialleitung, während ich sichtlich zitternd und nervös vor ihr stand. Man wird hier als zahlender Kunde schikaniert, hinterhergeschrien und am Ende von der Marktleitung noch als Lügner dargestellt. Ich werde diesen Vorfall auch direkt an die Burger-King-Zentrale melden. Absolut beschämend, wie hier mit Menschen umgegangen wird! Ein Stern ist noch zu viel.

Ich fand ne gut, ging relativ schnell essen war okay lecker nicht schlecht aber eben auch kein sternerestauranr aber das war klar Ambiente war eben voll aber dafür können die ja Nix auf jeden Fall deutlich besser als der am Hauptbahnhof

Schneller und guter Service! Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist durchaus gut! Ambiente aufgrund der Lage am Bahnhof katastrophal aufgrund der vielen Bettler und unansehnlichen Leute, kann der Laden jedoch wenig für. Jedoch ein guter Ort für einen schnellen Bissen während man unterwegs ist.

Sie verlangen sogar 1 Euro für den Toilettengang 😬

Ich muss schon sagen das es eine Frechheit ist wie, dass Toiletten Personal die Leute in einem aggressiven Ton auffordert zu zahlen, egal ob man ein Gast ist oder nicht. Erstens ist es gesetzlich nicht zulässig, dass sie für die Toilette eine Gebühr verlangen, da sie verpflichtet sind eine Toilette zur Verfügung zu stellen als Gastronomie Betrieb/ Fastfood Kette. Und zweitens ist es überhaupt nicht okay wie die zwei unten nach geld fragen und manche Gästen den Zutritt verweigern. Schult bitte das Personal und ändert das Schild in "1€ Trinkgeld erwünscht" statt "1€ für die Nutzung" denn das kann rechtlich folgen haben.

Heute waren es 34 Grad in Köln. Wir wollten hier etwas essen und uns abkühlen, aber es war furchtbar. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht, und es war drinnen wie in einer Sauna. Wir haben beim Essen so geschwitzt, dass wir halb aufgegessen haben und gegangen sind. Es ist die Schuld des Managements, dass sie ein leckeres Essen durch diese Atmosphäre ruiniert haben. Ich hoffe, sie berücksichtigen meine Bewertung.

Das schlechteste Burger King-Essen aller Zeiten. Mein Burger bestand aus trockenem Brot und einer seltsamen Soße. Ich bekam die falschen Pommes und meine Mayonnaise wurde vergessen. Dann bestellte ich – wahrscheinlich aus eigener Dummheit – einen Milchshake. Wer hat sich bloß so ein Getränk ausgedacht, das die unangenehme Bitterkeit von Matcha, den sandigen Nachgeschmack von Haferflocken und die zahnverbrennende Süße von künstlichem Mangopüree vereint? Geht bloß nicht hin und lieber zu Five Guys gegenüber.

Warum muss ich hier extra 1 Euro bezahlen, wenn ich die Toilette benutze, wenn ich bestelle und esse?! Ich finde, die Toilettenbenutzung sollte für Gäste kostenlos sein und nicht 1 Euro kosten.

Ich habe mir ein Menü bestellt mit Schoko churros aber die wurden einfach vergessen! Ich hab 5 Euro für diese Churros bezahlt! Das ist richtig schade und traurig dass die das einfach vergessen haben!

Wir haben uns hier eine Lebensmittelvergiftung geholt. Nicht zu empfehlen.

Also ich hab schon lange nicht mehr bei Burger King gegessen. Das war mit Abstand das ekelhafteste Fast Food Menü. Der King des Monats war kalt und total trocken, kein Geschmack. Ebenso der Long Chicken. Sowas von vertrocknet, als ob alles zwei Wochen in der Auslage gelegen hätte. Also dann geht man lieber in einen kleinen Boutique Burger Laden, da wird alles frisch und schmackhaft serviert. Als ich meine Kritik äußerte, erhielt ich nur Schulterzucken...ganz schlecht Burger Ling

Extrem langsamer Service, sodass mein Essen schon wieder nur noch lauwarm war.

Neueröffnung heute am Bahnhof in Münster mega geiler Chef alles nette Mitarbeiter nichts zu bemängeln. Gratis Hamburger gratis Cola bekommen hätte auch andere Sachen bekommen können 50% Rabatt auf alles.

Leider war der Besuch in diesem Burger King am Neumarkt ziemlich enttäuschend. Schon die Sitzplatzsituation war schwierig: Es gab unten nur exakt 16 Sitzplätze, was für die Lage und den Andrang deutlich zu wenig ist. Der komplette obere Bereich war gesperrt, wodurch man kaum eine Möglichkeit hatte, sich vernünftig hinzusetzen. Auch die Toilettensituation war sehr unangenehm. Die Toiletten im unteren Bereich wurden von einer Aufsicht kontrolliert. Diese Person war entweder lautstark am Telefonieren oder hat Gäste daran gehindert, die Toilette zu nutzen. Wir wurden erst aufgehalten und sollten 1 Euro bezahlen, obwohl wir vor Ort gegessen und getrunken haben. Gerade als zahlender Gast finde ich das absolut unangebracht und fragwürdig. Das Essen beziehungsweise die Getränke waren ebenfalls nicht überzeugend. Das Eis wurde viel zu früh zubereitet und war schon fast flüssig, bevor wir überhaupt unser restliches Essen bekommen haben. Die Cola war warm und hatte kaum Kohlensäure, als hätte sie schon längere Zeit gestanden. Dazu kam, dass es offenbar keine Tabletts gab. Das Essen wurde nur in Mitnahmetüten ausgegeben, obwohl wir vor Ort essen wollten. Dadurch war das Essen am Platz unnötig unpraktisch, zum Beispiel wenn man Soßen wie Mayo zu den Pommes nutzen wollte. Insgesamt wirkte der Laden schlecht organisiert, ungemütlich und für Gäste, die vor Ort essen möchten, nicht wirklich geeignet. Für einen Standort mitten am Neumarkt hätte ich deutlich mehr erwartet.

Verlässlich gute Burgerqualität am frühen Sonntagmorgen mit nur einem Mitarbeiter, schnell und gut zubereitet, toller Service!

Sie verlangen gewaltsam eine Gebühr für die Benutzung der Toilette. Ich erklärte der Reinigungskraft, dass ich kein Kleingeld bei mir hätte und zudem Gast sei, doch er fing einen Streit mit mir an. Ich bezahlte die Toilettengebühr und bat um eine Quittung; er erwiderte: „Na gut, nimm dein Geld und verschwinde – wir stellen hier keine Quittungen aus.“ Dies ist ein respektloses Lokal.

leider betrifft es nicht den Burgerking, es war eine AfD Veranstaltung und die Antifanten Kinder waren auch mal wieder da. Anstatt sich mal um den Müll in der meistbesuchten Einkaufsstraße Europas zu kümmern, passiert überhaupt nix und man lässt den Müll einfach liegen 🤮😡

Ich gehe sehr oft in diesen Burger King.Als ich mich über ein Escher kleines Patty bescshwert habe hat nachdem ich einen neuen Burgen bekommen habe Frau Hama und eine Kollegin gelästert.Nicht empfehlenswert

Not worth a single star. The burger was cold, so I asked for a new one. The employee, who appeared to be of foreign origin, fiddled with the burger and shouted in the restaurant. He went into the kitchen, fiddled with the food again, and then handed the burger back. My companion then took the burger back to the employee and asked for a fresh one that hadn't been handled with bacteria-ridden hands. In the end, a different employee came back with the burger for the third time; only the cheese had been removed from the sides and it had been warmed up. In my opinion, the health department should pay another visit. I find it outrageous that such behavior, especially when charged for bacteria-contaminated burgers, is unacceptable.

It doesn't even deserve one star; don't expect a menu like in Turkey. You pay for everything separately. A cola is more expensive than a hamburger, for example. But the worst part is the lack of hygiene. Seeing the work area in the back, I only ate there so my Euros wouldn't be wasted. I don't understand if they specifically choose their employees. I didn't see a single employee who was presentable or articulate. Imagine those Indian street food videos; that's exactly the kind of employee profile I'd expect. 😁

Disaster! First of all, twice as expensive as it should be and more than it's worth. A long wait, then food served without a table. The hamburger wasn't fresh, and the cola tasted worse than the cheapest Lidl cola (mostly water). A long chili cheese costs €8.50, and you need at least two to feel full, then add the cola, so it's over €20. For four people, that's €80. You'd be better off going to a Chinese restaurant; all-you-can-eat is €17 per person, and five people can eat endlessly there.

Thankful that this Burger King has a few power outlets available upstairs at the high table near the stairs. Saved me as my battery was almost dead. Just buy a simple coffee and go upstairs to plug in. Normal power outlets here, not USB plugs.

After this Burger King on Schildergasse reopened following the scandal, the burgers were great, the buns crispy, the place clean, and it was the best burger I've ever eaten!! We went to Burger King at 8:10 pm after all the clothing stores closed. It was so crowded that you could barely stand on the ground floor. At the same time, the employee immediately closed the upstairs to prevent anyone from going up. When we picked up our order, we had to stand and wait for 5-6 minutes until a seat became available before we could even eat. It was simply awful. The meat in the burger had absolutely no flavor.

We placed our order, but shortly afterward, an employee simply blocked access to the second floor. The ground floor was catastrophically crowded; many people were standing around with their trays, unsure where to go because all the tables were occupied. The upstairs area, however, was closed. In the end, we had to wait and eat in some corner because there was nowhere else to sit. A very unpleasant experience.

Don't be in a hurry to get your order. Once you have it, it's cold. Don't expect it to be hot. The staff's friendliness leaves much to be desired. The clientele is also lacking, although that's not the restaurant's fault. The restrooms cost money, even if you eat in. Apparently, they're dirty and there's no toilet paper.

Passing through Cologne, we tried a fast-food place. It started badly: €1 for the toilet (since when do we pay?!). The food arrived, the service wasn't fast but it was decent. However, we paid for it afterward! All three of us were terribly sick, and 24 hours later we were still traumatized and didn't really want to eat there again. Avoid at all costs!

Only three of us ordered food, and the problem is that afterward, all three of us who ate got sick, including me, even though we didn't order the same thing. The hygiene in the kitchen must be terrible… the toilets cost money, even for customers… in short, I'll avoid this place in the future.

Friendly staff and delicious burger

You're a customer and you go to eat, you order your food and it's being prepared. Of course, you go downstairs to wash your hands to avoid eating with dirty hands, but the restroom is charged. Whether it's a restaurant or a fast food chain, even the basic act of hand washing before eating costs money. It's really interesting that the employees don't seem to have any hair or dress code.

I waited 30 minutes to only chicken burger

An extremely rude staff member. While I was waiting for my burger, I sat down on a chair near the door, and he pulled at my hoodie hood to tell me I couldn't sit there. I think there are many ways to communicate, but this was the most rude thing he did.

Clean restaurant. Food okay, BUT charging guests an extra euro for the toilet? Toilet use is part of the normal service. This is one of the worst Burger King restaurants in all of Germany. The service is terrible, the food is awful, and it takes them over two hours to deliver just one order, even though it's only 10 minutes away. You guys really need to learn something and do it properly like everyone else.

It's been a long time since I've been to Burger King... First of all, I can't talk to the employees because they're very rude and can only order at the terminal. It's not particularly child-friendly and useless. After I've entered everything and waited two minutes for the shopping cart to load, I'm asked if I want to take it with me... Why do I enter it then? There's no receipt either. And no "Bon Appetito" either. And then I have to pay for the restroom? That's outrageous. My last visit!

I paid 2.20 euros for tea, and not only did I have to brew it myself, but I was literally given boiling water in a cup and a regular tea bag. My friends didn't even get any sauce with their 20 euro order.

I was there yesterday with my husband and my two kids. We cleaned the table ourselves first because no one had learned to carry a tray or cleaned the tables for probably over an hour. When my husband got our order over 30 minutes later, not everything was in it. The king meal was put in a brown bag with no sauce for the fries and no toy. My husband's brother's was ice cold. Instead of a chicken tortilla, I got a plant-based one. My 7-year-old son was sent away because he had to pay a euro to use the toilet. It all took far too long for a fast food restaurant and I can speak from experience, having worked in a fast food restaurant myself.

Unfortunately, a complete disaster. 2 burgers, 2 fries, 1 ice cream... a half-hour wait... then the wrong packaging... the burger was cold... the ice cream was made with Kita Kat and caramel, but unfortunately, almost nothing... the seating area was blocked off... the restroom was unhygienic, you had to pay even though you were eating there... the restroom staff were very pushy, you had to pay before using it... totally rude... the staff were completely overwhelmed and uncoordinated... I've never had such a disaster before... first time there... and definitely the last time!!! Consistently bad reviews, but Burger King doesn't seem to bother anyone... as long as the cash register rings, negative reviews don't seem to bother anyone!

The Burger King on Schildergasse is very tasty 😋 you order, get your food and then you can have a nice chat with friends you are there with. You can either come by car and park in the gallery or you come with the kvb line 9/1 and just walk the few steps.

Mice are running around the store as if we were in a sewer and we are paying money to get something to eat. It is a real disgrace!

There are 12 self ordering electronic kiosk. Staff is humble...you may sit on ground floor or first floor....or you can ask for To Go ( take away)... There Many food outlets and shoping makets on the same Neumarket area...it is just 900 meters away ( walkable ) from Hue market

Everything was great, including the service at the checkout. Unfortunately, I was completely harassed by the restroom attendant. How can it be that you eat at a Burger King and then have to pay €1 because you urgently need to use the restroom? The man yelled at me so loudly that I was scared. If people just come into the store to use the restroom, I'm fine with it, but otherwise, not. I would definitely advise against this Burger King and wouldn't go there again.

The place is an absolute disgrace. First of all: The taste wasn't great anyway, but the most outrageous thing was that after eating, an unfriendly "lady" ripped you off for an extra €1 to use the restroom. I've never experienced having to pay extra to use the restroom when eating there. It's an absolute disgrace!

Ate fries and nuggets, tasted good

The worst Burger King I've ever been to. It was hotter than outside, and when we went, it was 30°C outside. The drinks weren't iced and weren't cold, the whooper sack bun was stale, and the fries were extra salty. We didn't go, but the workers don't have good working conditions being like that all day.

The burger was really good. Service? ...There are only ordering machines and an impersonal service counter. Many tables were littered with trash, i.e., leftovers from guests. Not very appetizing.

I popped in because the building is covered in Naruto designs. I ordered without waiting very long. I grabbed the deal where you get the Naruto and Burger King collaborative t-shirt. It is, however, loud at times due to children, but that's to be expected. It was very easy and quick to grab a table, and it's fairly clean. It's a great place for a pit stop.

The plant-based hamburger tastes identical to the meat version. It's definitely worth a try.

Since I work on Schildergasse myself, it's a good idea to grab a quick bite to eat at lunch. The store is regularly completely packed (which isn't really their fault). However, the employees can do something about the fact that items in the order are constantly missing. Sometimes it's a fries order, sometimes a burger, and so on... the employees seem very overwhelmed. The atmosphere in the store is very unpleasant. You wait at least 30 minutes for your order.

The staff was very unfriendly and, looking annoyed and annoyed, threw the orders into the bag. The lack of air conditioning made it unbearable inside. The food tasted quite dry, and based on the slight heartburn afterward, I suspect they used old frying oil.

What you get here these days for that price is simply outrageous. You could almost go to a real restaurant for a delicious meal. In any case, nothing here attracts me anymore!

I know where I'm going when I go to a Burger King, but even this nonexistent expectation was exceeded. The cleanliness left a lot to be desired and the floor was horribly sticky throughout the entire shop. The food was warm but, surprise surprise, not particularly good. The fries were even worse; they tasted like they had just waved at the fryer instead of visiting it. The icing on the cake came when we wanted to wash our hands because there was only one napkin per person. €1 per person to use the restroom, even for guests! I've never experienced such bottomless cheekiness: making people off the street pay, fine. But that the customers should pay too... As far as I'm concerned, they can show us the receipt, but being yelled at by the cleaning staff like that is ridiculous!

Hygiene is zero in this branch, the guy who tells you the order numbers after you order has sweat and saliva all over the orders.
