McDonald's in Köln

An sich wie ein normaler McDonald’s. Leider funktionieren die Anzeigetafeln gerade gar nicht und weil er so zentral liegt, hab ich dort vor vielen Monaten echt eine Auseinandersetzung in (Schlägerei) mit erlebt es war zwar nichts Großes, aber trotzdem extremst unangenehm, weil die Kandidaten sich auf dem Boden geworfen haben und ein gehauen haben. Irgendwann kann man das Personal und schickte sie langsam raus was für mich gar nicht geht. Man sollte die Ausgänge verschließen und die Polizei rufen. Die Jungs konnten einfach entkommen sie konnten einfach frei rausgehen also entweder eine Security oder das Servicepersonal was in Überzahl war so Schulen, dass sie auch im Notfall die Leute bändigen können und nein, ich rede jetzt nicht von extrem starken großen Männern. Es waren einfach nur 14-15-16 jährige

Okayer McD, aber wie so oft: Man muss unbedingt checken, ob die Bestellung richtig zusammen gestellt wurde oder etwas fehlt. In 6/10 Fällen stimmt irgendwas nicht. Wird die Bestellung einfach nicht gelesen? Abzocke oder stressbedingte hohe Fehlerquote? Ich weiß es nicht.

Ich bin sehr neugierig: Warum versenden Sie Ihre Bestellungen nicht in versiegelten Verpackungen? Wie oft ist das jetzt schon vorgekommen? Woher soll ich wissen, dass der Zusteller den Inhalt nicht manipuliert hat? Könnten Sie mir das bitte erklären? Was genau ist Ihr Ziel?

Mitarbeiter ( Schichtführer, chef oder was auch immer)sehr unfreundlich, schimpft Kunden an, weil nicht genug Personal da ist und soviel zutun wäre. Kein Hallo, Guten Abend oder sonstiges zu Kunden die an der Kasse zahlen wollen. Tische werden frühzeitig gesperrt. Essen nur leicht warm.

Habe 1x Eis online bestellt mir Tisch Lieferung und der Angestellte brüllte die Tischnummer. Redete sich raus, dass er alleine ist und im Hintergrund waren 3 Kollegen. Aber das ist ja nicht so schlimm mit der Bedienung. Viel schlimmer fand ich eben, dass ich nur einen halbwegs sauberen Tisch vorgefunden habe! Alles ist mit der Sauberkeit eine Katastrophe! Macht weiter so 🤮

Ich bin tatsächlich immer wieder beeindruckt von den Mitarbeiter*innen dort (Nippes). Ich persönlich finde alle da super sympathisch, machen ihren Job super und das Essen ist fürn Mcs sehr frisch und lecker. Und ich gehe seit ich hier wohne (2 Jahre ) hier hin. Ich bin immer wieder sehr sehr gerne da.

Wir kommen rein wollten nur was essen und wurden direkt raus geschmissen das ist total rassistisch und nicht akzeptabel

Sehr schlechter Service. Habe ein Mcsmart Menü bestellt, habe die falsche Soße bekommen, eine normale Cola anstatt Cola Zero und ungewürzte Pommes bekommen.

I haven't been here in about half a year. Well, the hamburgers are thrown into the box rather carelessly, so you have to prepare them yourself if you want to eat them. The yelling and beeping is annoying; there seems to be an argument going on in the kitchen, and there's a lot of yelling going on there, too. No longer recommended. I've taken away two stars.

Wenn ich Minuspunkte Vergeben könnte, würde ich das hier tun. Ich habe drei Cheeseburger zu wenig erhalten. Keiner geht ans Telefon, über Lieferando kann ich die auch nicht erreichen. Eine absolute Frechheit. Ich möchte mein Geld zurück oder anderweitig entschädigt werden.

Leider eine sehr schlechte Erfahrung. Meine Freundin hat gerade bestellt und statt drei Cheeseburgern wurde nur einer geliefert. Außerdem war auch noch die falsche Soße dabei. Sowas sollte bei einer einfachen Bestellung wirklich nicht passieren. Wir sind sehr enttäuscht vom Service und der Sorgfalt bei der Bestellung. Ich würde gerne Minuspunkte geben. Ihr habt mir den ganzen Abend versaut. Wie kann man zu blöd sein um anstatt 3 nur 1 Cheeseburger reinzumachen. Einfach nur wow.

die mitarbeiter sind super unfreundlich. Die qualität ist auch mehr als deutlich schlechter als die anderen Filialen. die burger buns sind so dünn wie papier. aus irgendwelchem Grund stinkt es auch drinnen

Ich habe mir gerade einen Espresso bestellt. Leider habe ich fälschlicherweise den Espresso Macchiato ausgewählt. Als ich mein Getränk bekam, fragte mich der Mitarbeiter wie ich den Schaum gerne hätte. Ich erklärte das ich leider falsch ausgewählt hatte und nur den Espresso will. Mir ist aufgefallen das ein Tropfen Milchschaum im Getränk gelandet ist bevor er mich fragte, wie ich den Schaum gerne hätte. Ich erklärte, dass ich eine Milchallergie habe und das Getränk nicht trinken kann weil etwas Milch drin gelandet ist. Der Mitarbeiter stellte mir das Getränk auf die Theke und sagte, dass da keine Milch drin sei. Ich versuchte es nochnal zu erklären aber leider blieb er bei seiner Meinung. Ich habe den Laden verlassen ohne das Getränk

Sehr lecker, mit Erdbeermarmelade

Haben uns mit Tischservice draußen hingesetzt. Peinlicherweise musste wir das Tablett von drinnen abholen. Auf die Frage warum wir draußen sitzen antwortete ein Freund mir es wäre drinnen zu warm. Daraufhin wurde er von dem Mitarbeiter beleidigt. LG

Das Essen ist nicht besonders. Nur die Preise. Schlechteste Zwiebelsuppe, die ich je gegessen habe. Der Salat war okay. Der Service war aber klasse und freundlich.

Bestellt und Essen eiskalt, 40 min zu spät wie angegeben. Pommes einfach Match, weil das kalte Getränk drauf lagt.

Toiletten werden vom putzmann abgeschlossen für Kunden bis man 50 Cent bezahlt. Von der Filialleitung wird alles abgestritten.

Es saßen mehrere Personen einfach nur im MC'S... OFFENSICHTLICH nur wegen dem WLAN.

13 Minuten Wartezeit für 3 Burger und einziger Kunde. Richtig schlecht

Obwohl der Laden noch zwei Stunden geöffnet war, waren bereits rund 80 % des Sitzbereichs abgesperrt. Um in den anderen Bereich zu gelangen, in dem man normalerweise sitzen konnte, wurde der Durchgang mit den Wagen blockiert, in die man die Tabletts zurückstellt. Zusätzlich waren dort auch die Stühle falsch herum hingestellt, sodass der gesamte Bereich praktisch unzugänglich war. Außerdem war die Bedienung vorne sehr unhöflich, was den negativen Gesamteindruck noch verstärkte. Zwar konnte man Tischservice bestellen, wurde aber trotzdem nach vorne gerufen, um das Essen selbst abzuholen – und in manchen Fällen wurde das nicht einmal vorher gesagt. Insgesamt hat dieser Besuch einen sehr schlechten Eindruck hinterlassen. Wenn offiziell noch geöffnet ist, sollte man als Kunde nicht das Gefühl bekommen, dass man eigentlich schon stört.

Sehr unfreundlicher Klo Mensch da oben . Hält Frauen fest die nicht sofort mit der Quittung vom Essen hoch gehen . Eine Dame kam nach der Aktion sehr verstörend wieder runter . Zur Rede stellen macht nicht viel Sinn , weil das gesamte Personal nicht wirklich auf der Höhe ist , normale Unterhaltung zu führen . Absolut nicht zu empfehlen der Laden .

Wie kann man bitte so unaufmerksam während der Arbeit sein... 1) Im 9er Nuggets waren nur 8!!! 2) Saucen haben gefehlt 3) Im McFlurry sollte nur Oreo sein. Wurde extra bei der Bestellung angeben. Was macht die Karamell Sauce da? Leute... Das kann doch nicht so schwer sein. Das war auch nicht das erste Mal, dass hier etwas schief gelaufen ist.

Getränke und Snacks normale McDonald's Standard, Bedienung lustlos und abwesend, man müsste daran erinnern, dass es bedient werden soll, statt mit Papiere im Hintergrund zu fummeln!!

Hatte ein komplettes Haarbüschel in meinem Burger es war ziemlich wiederlich und hab als Entschädigung ein Cheeseburger bekommen

Ich kann rein die Pommes war dreckig da war ein Haar drin und eif Eckelhaft der Burger war auch etwas roh und ich wurde eif rausgeschmießen weil ich dort gegessen habe

Mann, das kann doch nicht wahr sein! Das ist doch kein McDonald's mehr, sondern eine Bruchbude. Die Angestellten haben überhaupt keine Lust zu arbeiten, laufen wie verschlafene Fliegen herum, und der Koch ist total unhöflich. Er sagt einem sogar, man könne die Spezialgerichte nicht mehr nehmen, weil er keine Lust mehr hat, sie zuzubereiten. Kurz gesagt: Ich kann diesen Laden absolut nicht empfehlen – die Angestellten haben komplett verlernt zu arbeiten und sind eine Schande für diese Restaurants.

Impossible. Happy Meal without a box, just slapped onto the tray. Since we used table service, we didn't react when the unfriendly employee repeatedly shouted a number throughout the restaurant. We didn't have a number. When I finally asked where our food was, we were told that we hadn't provided a table number. It's strange that this isn't the first review with this point. The place is dirty and the staff is unfriendly.

The food itself was as usual at McE's, but for the third time in a row, the order was incorrect. Instead of curly fries and chips, we got a box of chicken nuggets. This was despite the fact that the rest of the order was plant-based.

The food is good. You can request table service via the app, but the number is simply shouted throughout the store until you come to pick it up yourself. Your coffee is served in a to-go cup, even though you drink it there. The cups on the coffee machine are apparently just for decoration.

Unfortunately, not a good experience. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this place. The current store manager seems very stressed and is unfortunately not friendly to his customers. She was spoken to loudly in front of all the other customers and had to leave the store, which I found very unpleasant. Hello, the situation on site is unfortunately tense, the employees are stressed among themselves, so if a complicated customer has a problem, it immediately escalates. The toilet cleaners always ask you to pay for the toilets, otherwise the use of the toilets is prohibited, but this is not clearly stated. I actually really like this McDonald's, but I would like to see a better working atmosphere among the employees there and either good signage that the toilets cost something or only on a voluntary basis. Since I often go to McDonald's, I can unfortunately confirm these incidents on a regular basis, as well as the Google Maps 1 star reviews that are accumulating with exactly this problem.

The most disgusting place, the food is not warm, the coupon code doesn't work. They set their own rules and demand payment for the toilet, while the cleaning lady already receives a salary. Very bad, I can't recommend it. I will never come here again. Horror.

The people who work there speak a different language (Turkish), don't know German, are quite old, don't know how to work with a computer and ordering via the app was unknown to them. I will never eat there again.

As a paying customer you still have to pay for the toilet. The store manager was also extremely unfriendly. Unfortunately, that wasn't my first experience of this kind either. A while before closing time, half of the store was cordoned off to clean and when I just sat down on a chair to wait for my order, I was almost yelled at that I couldn't sit there. Unbelievable stuff like that.

Remarkably chaotic and haphazardly organized store. 2 visits, each time something was missing. No small things, no, the main burger of one menu was in the wrong variation, the dip was also forgotten, the staff was completely disoriented. Simply remarkable, if you like surprises you can definitely visit.

I was a guest in your branch and had tea and coffee with a colleague. After I used the toilet, the toilet service employee in charge spoke to me in a rude and insulting manner because I didn't have any change with me. The way this employee treated me was completely disrespectful and unprofessional. I then called the restaurant manager to report the incident. In addition, several counter employees confirmed to me that this service employee, who is responsible for the toilet, had often been noticed for his offensive behavior towards guests. A clean branch and friendly staff.

I ordered a hamburger and a warm cocoa. After a wait, I unfortunately received a very cold hamburger and a very cold cocoa. Then I didn't complain and asked if I could have had something warmer and they said they couldn't do that and couldn't take it back, what else should they do with it if they're throwing it in the trash now? Because of me they told me then I said everything is fine, you can keep it. I left and was very disappointed. The employees weren't very nice either

After I asked for a straw with the cola during my meal, I was told the answer was a straw only with the shake. I think with the prices it can't be the straw...?🤔The burgers looked unappetizing and the bun was already smeared with grease, but the taste was ok. The fries had almost no salt....?In summary, I will save myself the trip to Mac Donalds in the future. I still remember what the burgers looked like when this branch opened there many years ago.

Food was good. Even fresher than average. But closing 90% of the restaurant space at 10 p.m., three hours before closing time and, above all, closing its toilets and not opening even when there is good demand is simply not possible.

I got a McFlurry at the checkout only to be told 20 minutes later that it didn't work, but only when I asked. Didn't get my money back for an unknown reason. Didn't use my coupon for anything either. A very unfriendly cashier works there. Very aggressive and extremely unfriendly. I saw him attack a boy very aggressively there today. Fries taste really bad cold Employees unfriendly

Ordered to eat on site at 00:20 as it started to rain outside. All the chairs were already put up and when I took a chair down I was yelled at that I had gotten the food in a bag. Never come to this branch again. So. unfriendly. I will report it to the Mc Donalds Franchise Germany.

Wanted to have breakfast at 10:26am and the store manager was so rude. We weren't allowed to order breakfast because it was too late. Breakfast lasts until 10:30 a.m. The unfriendly behavior put my child in such a bad mood that he really wanted to have breakfast at McDonald's.

Unfortunately, it is the only burger fast food provider on Neusser Str. There is no competition here. The employees are unfriendly and hardly understand what the customer wants from them. It is very often the case that customers smoke at the side entrance and in front of the McDonald's. As a non-smoker, you can notice how the employees smell like cigarettes. Hopefully the hygiene measures will be adhered to :)). We and our family have been avoiding this branch for months. And when we visit a McDonald's, it's usually in Köln Kalk or in Köln Niehl.

A poorly run MC's. I have never experienced a Mc's where employees swear. Due to the demotivation of the employees, dishes are served incorrectly. A complaint from the customer will be interpreted as misconduct and will be expelled from the restaurant. As a customer you expect more from such a large restaurant chain. Never again!!!

I came home from work and wanted to have something from McDonald's again after a long time. On the way I'm on Neusser str. Drove and parked there to get something from McDonald's after a long time. When I arrived at the branch I was immediately shocked. The branch was barely full (a maximum of 10-15 guests who were already eating) and the other tables in the branch were full with other trays, the cash register was empty and the workers were chatting instead of serving. I was sent to the ordering screen with a wave of my finger, as if I were a lower class person who wasn't even worthy of getting a sentence but being directed there with a wave of my finger. I ended up ordering there, although the hygiene and the unfriendly workers made me lose my appetite. Ordered the double pack menu BigMac without cucumber, Hamburger royal TS, Cola ZERO and fries with mayo. I got ketchup, cold limp fries, BigMac with cucumbers and was filled with Coca-Cola classic. When I pointed out to the employee that I had ordered a Cola Zero, he dumped the drink with an annoyed look, stomped the cup under the Cola Zero filler and also stomped my drink onto the pick-up desk. My Big Mac came with cucumbers as I always check this before leaving the branch so there are no problems. No sooner said than done, I reported back to the checkout staff and said I had specifically said without pickles, my burger was taken and thrown into the kitchen with such a throw, where the worker opened my burger and took out the pickles with his bare hands, made the package again and pushed forward. The branch manager was also on site and had no care what his workers were doing there or what it might look like for customers. The site even walked around and looked at what was happening and did not intervene, let alone apologize to me on behalf of its workers. I didn't eat the burger. Incredibly unfriendly employees (or boss?). Very unprofessional behavior. I can't recommend this branch at all and will now generally stay away from McDonald's based on my experiences in this branch.

This restaurant normally doesn't deserve a star. I can list a lot of points for this. You can complain about a lot of things, from dirty tables to the overcrowded, littered service cart. The main problem, however, is the unfriendly employees who smell of cigarettes. There is swearing, shouting, and once a younger group of young people was even threatened by an employee or store manager that he would physically throw out the klicke. How professional should you find this reaction?! The health department and the headquarters should inspect and inspect the restaurant undercover. For me as a consumer, the store is no longer an option. Fortunately, our Veedel is so well positioned that alternatives are available. We, family and friends will no longer visit this restaurant until further notice.

Ordered breakfast today at 10:25 a.m. on the service screen. EC card reader defective. Then I wanted to pay at the checkout and nothing. Statement from the kitchen in the background. It's 10:31 a.m. there's nothing left, I've already turned off the toaster. Note the store is actually empty. ! I said the EC terminal was crazy and I ordered before 10:30.
