McDonald's in Köln

Food was good. Even fresher than average. But closing 90% of the restaurant space at 10 p.m., three hours before closing time and, above all, closing its toilets and not opening even when there is good demand is simply not possible.

Unfortunately not so great. all annoyed. customers just processed and that was it. unfortunately. avoid it if you can. unfortunately nothing fresh made anymore. sorry if you spend the money there. not mine.

I got a McFlurry at the checkout only to be told 20 minutes later that it didn't work, but only when I asked. Didn't get my money back for an unknown reason. Didn't use my coupon for anything either. In addition, the staff was extremely unfriendly and bitchy. We were told to put up a sign saying it didn't work. Suggestion was rejected and a bitchy answer to it. There is no table service because although the tables are numbered and the order asks whether it should be delivered to the table, I wanted to bring the table to the pickup but unfortunately that was not possible

Ordered food from Liferando. Then waited forever, the delivery time had long since been reached and then it simply says that the order was canceled. Thanks for nothing..... I'm curious to see if I can at least get my money back straight away...

Ordered to eat on site at 00:20 as it started to rain outside. All the chairs were already put up and when I took a chair down I was yelled at that I had gotten the food in a bag. Never come to this branch again. So. unfriendly. I will report it to the Mc Donalds Franchise Germany.

Wanted to have breakfast at 10:26am and the store manager was so rude. We weren't allowed to order breakfast because it was too late. Breakfast lasts until 10:30 a.m. The unfriendly behavior put my child in such a bad mood that he really wanted to have breakfast at McDonald's.

A poorly run MC's. I have never experienced a Mc's where employees swear. Due to the demotivation of the employees, dishes are served incorrectly. I came home from work and wanted to have something from McDonald's again after a long time. On the way I'm on Neusser str. Drove and parked there to get something from McDonald's after a long time. When I pointed out to the employee that I had ordered a Cola Zero, he dumped the drink with an annoyed look, stomped the cup under the Cola Zero filler and also stomped my drink onto the pick-up desk. My Big Mac came with cucumbers as I always check this before leaving the branch so there are no problems. No sooner said than done, I reported back to the checkout staff and said I had specifically said without pickles, my burger was taken and thrown into the kitchen with such a throw, where the worker opened my burger and took out the pickles with his bare hands, made the package again and pushed forward. The branch manager was also on site and had no care what his workers were doing there or what it might look like for customers. The boss at this McDonald's has a carrier bag problem! Whenever I want him to carry a bag with the menu I ordered to take away, he usually causes problems! Happy Meal einfach auf Tablett, von Personal auch noch angeschrien die wären nur zu zweit und weil wir uns beschweren würde hier keiner mehr arbeiten wollen Schlechteste mc ever. Traurig in so ein Laden gehe ich nicht mehr mit meinem Kinder. Essen war auch noch kalt.

Ich finde es hier schreklich . Ich und meine freundin wollten einfach nur essen . Meine freundin wollte nur ein plain Hamburger und die haben das 2 mall falsch gemacht und bei dritten mall wurde sie sorgar angeschrien und sie wurde auf türkich beleidigt . Der dritte hamburger war sogar nicht gut gebraten . Die tische waren auch sehr drekig und der boden eben so . Personal war sehr gemein und haben auch die ganze zeit auf türkisch über die kunden gelästert . Wo bleibt denn der respekt ????

Es ist relativ dreckig dort, viele Möbel auch veraltet. Auf Toilette hatte sich gerade eine obdachlose Frau gewaschen, daher sah es entsprechend aus. Das Personal war jedoch sehr freundlich. Auch wenn ich einen Donut erhalten habe, der definitiv schon älter war und sehr vertrocknet

Катастрофа! Позор бренда. В заведени грязно, стол был с крошками, туалеты грязные, еда до ужаса не вкусная. На фото они показывают комнату на 2 этаже со столиками , которая закрыта с вывеской VIP.... Заказали Нагетсы куринные, 3 шаурмы , кофе , горячий шоколад и кока-колу... из всего перечисленного только кока-кола была нормаьной🤣 нагетсы не хрустящие и безвкусные, шаурма без соуса сухая и это не самое страшное...лаваш дл шаурмы после морозилки разогретый ,прилипал к зубам и нёбе.., после него был стойкий вкус сырого теста в рту... горячий шоколад и кофе были похожи на помои.... попробовати , и оставили. Шаурму также не доели, кофе с шоколадом не допили. Съели только нагетсы , и это только потому , что их спасал соус.. . Спустя 30 минут разочарования ,появилась изжога.... категорически не советую посещать этот позор имени Макдональдса!

Unfassbar unfreundlicher Personal. Kommunikation ist ausschließlich aggressiv auf Reklamation oder Nachfrage schaut man nur in genervte Gesichter der Angestellt. Ich erwarte keinen großen Servie in einer MC Fililae aber Freundlichkeit und auf Reklamationen eingehen zu können, erwarte ich schon! Also für mich in Köln die runtergekommenste MC-Filiale die es gibt!

Sehr freundliches Personal, auch wenn sie mit Ar***l****** zu tun haben. Kunde vor mir war sehr respektlos und hat die Mitarbeiter dementsprechend behandle. Sie sind freundlich geblieben und nicht auf seine niveaulosen Kommentare eingegangen. Es tut mir sehr leid zu sehen, dass Kunden denken sie könnten ihren Frust an den Mitarbeitern auslassen. Ich bedanke mich für einen guten Service!

Wat je van een mc donalds verwacht. Ik had een take away besteld en mijn gerechten aangepast (zoals geen ijs in de frisdrank en de burgers zonder uien en augurken) maar die aanpassingen bleken niet gedaan.

Leider wird ehrenwerten Bürgern der lt. Grundgesetz zustehende Toilettengang aufgrund fadenscheiniger Argumente ("Toilette ist defekt") nach 23 Uhr verwehrt. Inakzeptabel.

Klimaanlage wird bewusst ausgeschaltet um zu sparen und damit die Gäste nur kaufen und bloß nicht drinnen essen. Trotzdem ist das Essen natürlich alles viel teurer geworden. Drinnen essen ist unmöglich bei 30 Grad draußen!!

Leider ist McDonalds ziemlich teuer geworden und die Qualität nicht besser. Ziemlich enttäuschend.

Wir hatten eine recht umfangreiche Bestellung- leider wurden alle Saucen (zu den jeweiligen Menüs gehörig sowie zusätzlich bestellt) sowie die Pflaster aus der Aktion nicht mit eingepackt. 🙁 Sonst alles okay!

Mir ist hier heute eine Cola runtergefallen und der Mitarbeiter war so super freundlich, obwohl ich ihm echt Arbeit gemacht habe und meinte das könne jedem mal passieren. Hat mir auf jeden Fall den Abend gerettet, vielen Dank!

Habe über lieferando von diesem McDonald's bestellt, garnicht zu empfehlen. Die Bestellung kam ca. in 1,5 Stunden an, von einer Reichweite über 2,8 km und das voll kalt. Ist eine Zumutung sowas zu liefern.

Man wartet etwas länger wie gewöhnt aber sonst passt alles.

Grand BBQ Cheese für 7,19€ to go bestellt, zuhause bot sich dann obiges Bild. Muss ich dem Personal dieser Filiale wirklich erklären, dass das Patty ZWISCHEN die Brötchen, nicht UNTER die Brötchen gehört??! Historisch schlechte Leistung, nie wieder!

Every morning, my favorite orders are MC café Cappuccinos, but there is a very unfriendly staff that causes me to stop ordering. She is very rude and unprofessional, she did allow her customer to have any milk cream for the cafe. When I asked kindly, she raised her voice and replied rudely 'No'. Plus the cappuccino she made tasted so bad and the amount was so little. I am not sure if she added some chemical/dirty stuff into my cappuccino, but it is definitely not ok if this continues, it might affect other customers too in the future. I am not sure what her name is but she is a very tall big woman, with a grumpy face, who talks loudly with a short blond ponytail and she is always in the morning shift. I hope the company can provide her extra training for better customer service and manners or there is some better profession for her.

Freundliches Personal und sind sehr schnell! Das neue System am Terminal bestellen und auch mit Karte bezahlen und dann abholen ist inzwischen sehr schnell und zügig. Keine 5 Minuten Wartezeit.

Geändert hat sich nix mc Donalds kann man nur besoffen ertragen...

Das Essen ist unterirdisch ganz schlecht altes Öl Nuggets Schmeckten alt von gestern und ranzig. Preis Leistung ganz schlecht. 33€ für was überhaupt nicht gerechtfertigt. Auch nicht Telefonisch erreich Bar eine Frechheit. Nicht zu empfehlen.

Es ist eine Katastrophe, wenn man sich über einen kalten Burger( war zu mitnehmen) beschwert und keine Resonanz erfährt ....wenn ich nach 2 Wochen an die Sache erinnere immer noch keine Resonanz. Warte jetzt seit über 10 Wochen auf eine Antwort...was sicher nicht mehr passiert.... Werde den Laden definitiv N I E wieder betreten.

Nicht umsonst hat diese Filiale eine so niedrige Bewertung. Ich war um 09:45 Uhr dort, müsste 6 Minuten warten, bis die Reinigungskraft (welche Maximal als Deco dort war) die Mitarbeiterin rief. Auf meine Frage hin, ob es kein Frühstück mehr gibt, bekam ich die Antwort "Wurde Abgeschafft" Sie drehte sich rum und weg war sie. Wenn ich sowas sehe, kann ich den Satz der Fachkraft Mangel mehr als verstehen. Des weiteren dachte ich alle McDonald's wären gleich. War doch mal so, aber scheinbar kann jede Filiale machen was sie will.
