When I ordered, I didn't get a hello in return and received a cheeseburger that had probably been sitting on the shelf for 10 minutes. The tables were all dirty or there were empty bags lying around. Also, within 10 minutes, two homeless people, more like drug addicts, came in there begging for money. Both were obviously on drugs. One was shooed away by the employee and the other helped himself to the empty trays and ate chips while talking to himself. I felt very uncomfortable during the meal and will not be returning.

On March 17, 2024 I visited the McDonald's restaurant at Rudolfplatz and had a very disappointing experience. I ordered and paid for a meal of plant-based nuggets, and despite asking twice whether they were really plant-based nuggets, I was handed the wrong food. It was only after I left the restaurant and tried the food that I noticed the mistake. When I returned and complained, I was simply told that there was a misunderstanding and that I received the correct order - with the explanation that errors can occur due to staff shortages. Not only am I shocked by the lack of care and responsibility, but also that I was involuntarily led to consume meat after years of consciously abstaining from meat. This incident also raises serious questions about how the restaurant handles allergies and specific dietary requirements. Such an experience is unacceptable and I expect McDonald's to take appropriate action to ensure that such mistakes are avoided in the future.

Tried the McRib, and left it for the trash after 2 bites. This is the worst thing I ever had at McDonalds. The restaurant is a regular McD. Enough tables and places to sit at. Quick service too, and the toilets are clean.

We came to eat, got bothered by a guy pretending to be deaf/mute. He wanted money, we didn't give him money. Eventually he started heavily cursing and insulting my friend. My friend's partner told this person to stop. They didn't stop. Eventually the person physically escalated the situation and my friend's partner and the guy started a scuffle. The security threw out both the victims and the perpetrator. I tried to calmly explain the situation to the "security" guys there. But I think they barely understood me (speaking German with them) and they just did nothing. I'm very sure this guy didn't pull this stunt for the first time that evening, when he tried it on us. I think it's appalling business practice to not only punish the victims, but also to punish your paying customers over a person loitering in your restaurant harassing those very customers. All around disgusting and I wish we just went somewhere else.
