The service person (manager) was incredibly unfriendly and couldn't tell anything about his own products. (What's on a vegie burger).

Market from the 90s. No terminals, ambience rather worn out. But the highlight was the staff. Rarely have I had such an unfriendly and unmotivated seller. Coupons probably don't work here or the MA was incompetent and not just on a social level. The problem is that the employees speak less and less German, the main thing is that the staff is cheap. You won't find quality here. I can't recommend it to anyone, especially if you go to Meckes with your children. This is really the lowest possible service level. The only thing worth mentioning is that the citizens are relatively freshly prepared.

Mold on the think it sticks to the floor dirty toilets.... There are no ordering computers so you have to order at the checkout, but unfortunately they have poor German skills and therefore there are communication problems...

The burger was once again completely dried out...there was nothing else. Only remaining ramp. It's outrageous what you get served at these prices.

If you eat something then the use of the toilets should be free. However, the toilet man doesn't care at all and wants to see money for a smelly toilet that isn't particularly clean. The employee from whom I ordered food was also quite unfriendly after I mentioned the toilet thing. He then simply slapped the money on the counter and was very unfriendly.

Everything is fine, only the toilets are partly in an unacceptable condition.

In this McDonald's you cannot place your order yourself at the terminal. Only one coupon per order can be redeemed directly at the counter, so an order for 3 people then had to be divided into 5 individual orders. But the staff was friendly and patient, they just slowed things down. Otherwise a very nicely decorated McDonalds.

The guys are very friendly and hardworking. Even if this is a fast food restaurant, there is always a moment to snack.

A small branch, unfortunately the staff is completely overwhelmed, it's not clean and the toilets were really disgusting Something has to change.

No cushion, no machines so you have to order in front. Employees are too incompetent to take orders and simply order things because they don't listen properly or don't ask. Unfriendly and listless. No recommendation, better find the nearest one or go to Burger King.

When I ordered, I didn't get a hello in return and received a cheeseburger that had probably been sitting on the shelf for 10 minutes. The tables were all dirty or there were empty bags lying around. Also, within 10 minutes, two homeless people, more like drug addicts, came in there begging for money. Both were obviously on drugs. One was shooed away by the employee and the other helped himself to the empty trays and ate chips while talking to himself. I felt very uncomfortable during the meal and will not be returning.

Ordered twenty plant nuggets and one made of meat in between. The staff's handling of this was super unprofessional. Wasn't taken seriously at all and was occasionally accused of lying.

This was not the first time we went there and it was a big disappointment. Then sick people come in and behave uncivilly. But that’s okay, but today I took the milkshake menu, we were told that they would bring it, they brought it, but they forgot to put a straw, I think they forgot, I came up with a friend to translate and he also took a milkshake and asked for 2 straws, the girl said that they always put it in , but we explained that we didn’t have it, to which she began to be rude... we took the menu, came up and showed that there was none, to which we were sent again. What does the branch manager do for a living? You ask yourself if you visit here often. Extremely incompetent staff, some of whom make fun of customers in other languages. It was not uncommon for me to get meat here instead of vegan products. In the evening it sometimes looks so chaotic that you actually want to go straight back out

Terribly dirty toilets, there was no one behind the coffee bar, good that there was a multicultural atmosphere, but we were not allowed to sit upstairs

If not in a bad mood, at least unmotivated staff who know neither efficiency nor speed. Due to the awkward floor plan, it is impossible to form a proper queue in front of the checkout, which always causes confusion and annoyance. There are no self-service checkouts that could at least reduce this problem. But cleanliness is good and I think the food is mostly freshly prepared so that it is hot.

I visited this establishment on May 4, 2024 to enjoy an excellent meal, but like many times before, I was shocked by the sloppiness of this restaurant. The tables are unclean like the rest of the establishment. It is sad to see that in 2024, with the technology we have already developed, we will not be able to create a self-service station. The use of a completely disrespectful tone is probably the norm there. The communication skills of the staff leave a lot to be desired. Now about the food. The meal I received was worse than the staff's everyday language. Don't expect to receive non-meat products. No matter how much demand, it seems as if all meat-free products are smeared on the tables. The only positive thing you can say about this place is that the ice cream machine works, but there were so many complications with ordering that it really isn't worth setting foot in this McDonald's ever again. We didn't receive the check, we didn't receive the burger from the order, when we asked for it to be given to us we were told that they don't understand English but only speak German.

I visited the branch on March 28th, 2024 and had to admit that I was more than disappointed!! The people who work there are rude and have probably never heard of respect! In addition, it was difficult to communicate with them because they spoke little German or even no German at all. The tables were all dirty from previous guests and no one bothered to clean them at least a little. I don't even want to start talking about the food! It was either incomplete or not well done. You could tell that the burgers had been there for several hours. First time there and definitely never again. NOT RECOMMENDABLE!!!!!!!

The first thing I noticed was the terrible renovation. The floor is very sticky, the tables are dirty, the smell is bad, the service is very slow and the food is not tasty. I doubt they'll clean it up here. The toilet is paid but the water is still cold...

On March 17, 2024 I visited the McDonald's restaurant at Rudolfplatz and had a very disappointing experience. I ordered and paid for a meal of plant-based nuggets, and despite asking twice whether they were really plant-based nuggets, I was handed the wrong food. It was only after I left the restaurant and tried the food that I noticed the mistake. When I returned and complained, I was simply told that there was a misunderstanding and that I received the correct order - with the explanation that errors can occur due to staff shortages. Not only am I shocked by the lack of care and responsibility, but also that I was involuntarily led to consume meat after years of consciously abstaining from meat. This incident also raises serious questions about how the restaurant handles allergies and specific dietary requirements. Such an experience is unacceptable and I expect McDonald's to take appropriate action to ensure that such mistakes are avoided in the future.

The staff is friendly. The waiting time is very long. Sometimes you leave without ordering if you can't wait a long time. Probably too few staff. Otherwise a good little break. Good prices in the menu. Paying for everything separately costs significantly more. Tastes good.

Tried the McRib, and left it for the trash after 2 bites. This is the worst thing I ever had at McDonalds. The restaurant is a regular McD. Enough tables and places to sit at. Quick service too, and the toilets are clean.

We came to eat, got bothered by a guy pretending to be deaf/mute. He wanted money, we didn't give him money. Eventually he started heavily cursing and insulting my friend. My friend's partner told this person to stop. They didn't stop. Eventually the person physically escalated the situation and my friend's partner and the guy started a scuffle. The security threw out both the victims and the perpetrator. I tried to calmly explain the situation to the "security" guys there. But I think they barely understood me (speaking German with them) and they just did nothing. I'm very sure this guy didn't pull this stunt for the first time that evening, when he tried it on us. I think it's appalling business practice to not only punish the victims, but also to punish your paying customers over a person loitering in your restaurant harassing those very customers. All around disgusting and I wish we just went somewhere else.

They couldn't prepare our order in half an hour, two hamburgers arrived, we waited for half an hour for the third one, they prepared it wrong, the other two got cold, we returned it to fix the wrong one, it took 15 minutes and no one knew anything about what they ate..

Normaler McDonalds. Keine großen Besonderheiten. Wäre schön wenn dort Selbstbedienungsterminals angeschafft werden könnten. Das Personal kommt besonders zur Mittagszeit nicht immer so schnell hinterher.

Silvester 23 nach einer gelungenen „Partynacht“ wurde der routinemäßige Besuch bei McDonald’s natürlich nicht ausgelassen. Mit 5 Personen und einem Menü jeweils setzten wir uns in das vollkommen überfüllte und offenkundig überforderte „Restaurant“, es war keine andere Sitzmöglichkeit abgesehen von den Sesseln der McCafé frei. Wir zogen einen der Sessel zu uns damit jeder sitzen konnten und Aßen bis wir Äußerst ruppig von einem Mitarbeiter darauf hingewiesen wurden das wir den Sessel um keinen Zentimeter bewegen dürften, das Ansich bereits eine Dreistigkeit allerdings im Großen und ganzen n achvollziehbar an einem stressigen Tag, der Punkt der uns dann aber von gehen überzeugt hat war das rumschubsen der Sessel und Tische die darauf von seitens des Mitarbeiters folgten, weniger Schubsen eher das knallen gegen Wände. Wir sind erschüttert und werden auf gar keinen Fall wiederkommen! Sehr schade da Gäste die neben uns im stehen essen mussten Ähnliches erlebt haben. Bei einem Fastfood Restaurant ist ja allseits bekannt das die Ansprüche nicht sehr hoch sind, wenn man aber derartig kein Bock auf die Menschen und die Arbeit hat, digga dann lass halt.

Aus meiner Sicht eine der schlechtesten Filialen. Unglaublich lange Wartezeiten, unkoordinierte Abläufe, ruppige Bedienung.

Um es kurz zu fassen der Laden sollte geschlossen werden. Das ist der schlimmstes Mc Donald’s den ich jemals gesehen habe. Die Sauberkeit ist eine Katastrophe überall liegt Müll rum und es dauert ewig bis es sauber gemacht wird. Das Personal ist total unfreundlich. Zu den Pommes gibt es keine Majo die muss man separat für 50cent erwerben. Coupons können nur einzeln eingelöst werden. Es gibt keine Terminals zum bestellen. Der Laden ist sehr veraltet und fürs Toiletten gehen muss man auch noch bezahlen.

Einfach nur ein Müll laden. Da kaufen wir uns ne überteuerte Pommes und dann wollen für Mayonnaise 50ct. Das war doch immer kostenlos dabei. Das war das letzte mal.

Es gibt gute und schlechte Filialen, das hier ist eine ganz schlechte.

Ziemlich mies. Mal wieder wie so oft ein lauwarmer Big Mäc für 5,49€. Meistens sind die Burger nicht frisch und nur lauwarm. Schlechteste Filiale in Köln!!!

Бренд создается благодаря качеству и людям, выполняющим качественную корпоративную работу. Здесь нельзя так говорить. Работают без перчаток, деньги берет и готовит один человек. Пахнет немытым, не свежим. Столы были в пятнах, как и пол. Eine Marke basiert auf Qualität und Menschen, die qualitativ hochwertige Unternehmensarbeit leisten. Das kann man hier nicht sagen. Sie arbeiten ohne Handschuhe, eine Person nimmt Geld und kocht. Riecht ungewaschen und nicht frisch. Die Tische waren voller Flecken, ebenso der Boden.

Paar mal dort gewesen. Meistens dreckig. Essen ist nicht wie es sein sollte. Man muss lange warten. Mitarbeiter sind unfreundlich, haben schon ein paar mal meine Bestellung vergessen und haben sich stattdessen unterhalten. Vegetarische Gerichte gibt es auch kaum. Einmal wurde mir statt MCplant Nuggets normale Nuggets gegeben. Das einzigste was halbwegs gut ist, ist der Vanille Milchshake mit Schokosoße.

Also eine echte Unverschämtheit habe essen bestellt aber für die Toilette sollte ich zahlen. Ein Freund hat dann für mich gezahlt, der zugang wurde mir trotzdem verweigert . Ich sollte nochmal zahlen . Unverschämtheit

Nicht die gewohnte MC Qualität. Burger lieblos zusammen gefaltet und extrem matschig. Personal unfreundlich, Restaurant macht einen schmuddeligen Eindruck.

Schlecht gelaunte Services Kräfte, kalte Burger und ziemlich Lokal. Danke aber hier in der Filiale Rudolfplatz lieber zum mitnehmen

Nicht lange warten müssen, schnelle Bedienung.

Gute Filiale direkt am Rudolfsplatz mit ausreichend Sitzmöglichkeiten, frei zugänglichen Toiletten(ohne Zugangscode) und noch dem klassischen Bestellservice ohne Touchdisplays an der Theke. Gutscheine lassen sich natürlich trotzdem über Scan an der Kasse einlösen.

McDonald's is just McDonald's. If you wish to get some good quality food and you're ready to pay a bit more, then pick something else, some good classy restaurant, not McDonald's. But... if you want to get something fast and don't want to pay much, that's a pretty good call in the heart of Cologne. And I have to say one thing, that compared to many different McDonald's, which I've been to so far, German ones are... simply worse. And what I dislike most about McDonald's here is... they are not clean enough. I'm convinced that it might be cleaner in those restaurants.

Die Mitarbeiter nehmen die Bestellung auf und geben diese im Computer ein, bis jetzt ganz easy, oder? Die letzte und somit wohl schwierigste Aufgabe ist es, alle bestellten/bezahlten Artikel in eine Papiertüte zu packen und dem Kunden zu übergeben. Warum funktioniert das nicht? Muss ich nach jeder Bestellung schauen ob auch wirklich alles was ich bezahlt habe in der Tüte ist?! 🤯

Ich schmeiße wirklich nicht gerne mit Superlativen um mich, aber dieser McDonalds ist wirklich der schlechteste, den ich je kennengelernt habe. Service = 0 Sauberkeit = 0 Schnelle Bedienung = 0 Frische = 0 Punkte einlösen = 0 1 Stern ist bereits einer zu viel!

Schlechte Bedingung ich hab nur 2 chickenburger ohne sauce bestellt und er hat mir 2 Cheeseburger gegeben naja haben zwar geschmeckt aber war das falsche essen plus er hat mir auch keine Servietten gegeben und ja von mir definitiv eine - 2 service

20er Nuggets bestellt und 18er Nuggets wieder zurück gegeben. Es sind definitiv keine originale 20er Nuggets! Zudem noch schlechtes und ekliges Fett, womit es frittiert wurde. Noch am selben Abend musste ich mich heftig übergeben. McDonald’s z.B. am HBF ist um Welten besser und hygienischer!

bodenlos schlimm dort, 4/5 menschen haben lebensmittelvergiftung, nicht sehr spaßig. bedingung absolut inkompetent und der laden aufs letzte dreckig. Obdis kommen bei uns 15 jährigen mädchen an den tisch und betteln ohne verständnis eines neins

Hab versucht mit Punkten, was einzulösen nicht, okay, kein Problem, dann gab es ein kleines durcheinander der Coupons. Was mit unter daran lag, dass der Kollege sich mit all seinen Kollegen unterhalten wollte, und mehr damit beschäftigt war witzig zu sein, anstatt mir zuzuhören. Als ich das Missverständnis aufgeklärt hatte (dass ich keine Pommes wollte) kam ein „ich f… den Trottel“ mir gegenüber auf Albanisch :) Als ich ihn dann angesprochen habe was denn nicht richtig bei ihm ist, und ich verstanden habe was er gesagt hat, wurde er ganz verlegen, und beschuldigte mich noch ich hätte einen Fehler gemacht.. absoluter ranz laden, da gehe ich lieber neben an in den KFC oder verhungere. :)

Sind auf Wunsch des Kindes zu Mc Donalds.Wie man weiß essen Kinder gern das Happy meal , auch wegen des Spielzeugs.Bestellt, bezahlt....bei erhalt des Essens erfuhren wir dann: es gibt kein Spielzeug.Hat man ja sicher früher gewusst so das wir, hätte man uns die Entscheidungsfreiheit nicht genommen, in eine andere Filiale gewechselt hätten.Gibt ja genug davon. Auch Kassenbon gibt es keinen.Punkte sammeln daher nicht möglich

Leider keine Selbstbedienungsautomaten. Personal bei 2 (kleinen)Bestellung total überfordert. Man sagte mir nicht das es kein Spielzeug mehr gibt also kam das überraschen bei Erhalt des Happy Meals. Kind enttäuscht. Essen war zum Teil kalt. Sitzmöglichkeiten dreckig und beschmiert. Einen Kassenbon haben wir auch nie erhalten. Toilette zum Teil kaputt und die anderen versift. Wir werden nicht wiederkommen.

War mal ein guter McDonald's. Aber heute, 05.09.2023 um ca 18:15, war echt grenzwertig. Der Laden war sehr überschaubar. Drei Gäste, die hinter uns standen, wurden vor uns bedient. Wir würden keines Blickes gewürdigt. Personal war gestresst, keine Ahnung warum und es herrschte Chaos. Wir kommen selber aus der Gastro und haben für echt vieles Verständnis. Als wir dann gegangen sind, wollte man uns noch zurück halten, aber Nein DANKE! Mit diesem Personal kommen wir erstmal nicht wieder!
