Fries were dry. Burger was cold. Drink was flat. Guy that served me was nice enough.

Unfortunately, this branch isn't very good. I've been there a few times, but twice I received regular nuggets even though I ordered plant-based ones. Once, two out of ten items were completely missing. In my opinion, that's unacceptable.

The fries were lukewarm and the hamburger wasn't warm either 😡

The language barrier is understandable but just straight up refusing order when I ask for alternative for the wrap for which is out of order is just rude. I am all for hiring young staff but at least teach some manners

I'd love to give it 0 stars. The visit was truly disappointing. The staff seemed completely overwhelmed – according to them, I was apparently the first person to place a pickup order there. They were unable to find my order in the system or prepare it in time. The only positive thing was the McFlurry – it was really good. But everything else was a completely terrible experience. The tables were dirty, there was trash everywhere, and the restaurant overall felt very unkempt. I definitely wouldn't eat there again and can only recommend thinking twice before going.

Unfriendly staff! There are no self-checkouts. They charge €1 at the entrance to the restroom, even if you have a receipt for the purchase. What made the situation even worse: When I tried to use your restroom in what was clearly an acute emergency, I was charged €1. I understand that many branches use external cleaning services, but in a medical emergency like this, it's simply inhumane to stop someone or force them to pay. No understanding, no goodwill, just a locked door and a demand for money. And as if that wasn't irritating enough: There were about 50 live ladybugs on the window, which might sound nice, but in a restaurant, it's a massive indication of poor cleaning or pest infestation. Insects in the dining area are absolutely unacceptable. This was the worst McDonald's visit I've ever had.

The customer is then presented with the burger mush as a culinary delight of the USA. Conclusion: The weather will be bad tomorrow. I've never seen such a charming McDonald's. It has a very nice vintage feel with paintings and small details in the ambiance; only the counter and seating look classic. The music matches the charm.
