A fairly standard McDonald's, no issues with my order.

Before i got the coffe, the casier blowed something off the machine for minutes, as the coffe waited below the machine. İmagine what happens behind the scenes, since they consider doing this unhygenic thing at first place. Never again

Very unfriendly service, unclean tables. The usual menu like everywhere else. Many seats occupied by waiting travelers.

There is a price offer hanging in the entrance that will not be honored. “The poster is old and will be hung up”. It's still hanging. A case for consumer protection.

Ambiance: More people who “just” sit to escape the cold. Service: At 6:30 a.m. there is only breakfast. The lady at the counter says that between 6:00 and 10:30 there is only breakfast. Unfortunately, this contradicts the McDonald's display. Here you can clearly see that breakfast is only offered from 7:00 a.m. Eat: Cannot be rated based on the experience under “Service”. Too bad, Ronald McDonald! So you have sunk even lower in my opinion.

The only burger from McDonalds I have ever qualified as good is from this place. Evidently, it is in a train station, rush hours and weekends you can expect to be a little messy and I may take some time to get your order.

I have found that in about 90% of visits to fast food restaurants, including McDonald's, the staff are not particularly friendly. If the employees are not friendly, it may indicate that the job is not being done well overall, which can negatively impact the quality of the food. Friendly and dedicated service is crucial to a better experience and higher quality food

It's just pathetic how much the "big" companies have cut back. Service is there here, but since the counter is fully loaded with bags, no one from the staff knows which customer it was, always popular at the train station when people want the connections. Service is top, even when you ask by phone (on New Year's Eve!!) whether Rösti Burger is still in stock. Food as expected, well packaged for pick-up in a carrying bag, smile on your face. What more could you want. Thanks for the service today. 5 stars with extra stars 👍👍🙂

Pack chicken nuggets instead of planning nuggets!!!

The only two things that were right in my order were the large Fanta and the large fries. Instead of the 6 nuggets there was a Filet-O-Fish, instead of the Hamburger Royal TS there was a Bigmac and instead of 2x sweet and sour sauce there was 1x sour cream. No, I didn't grab the wrong bag. One might think. But the piece of paper with my number and what I ordered was underneath. Unfortunately I had to move on quickly, otherwise I would have complained on site.

Security told us to get out even though our drinks were still there. The reason he asked us to leave is because the customers were seated. But even though there were empty tables, he pointed this out to us and did not remove the people who did not place any orders and were just using their chargers. There was nothing we did wrong.

A few weeks ago I ordered from this fast food giant via Lieferando. Unfortunately, after three hours of waiting, I didn't even receive half of my order, which was of course a complete failure. I quickly complained by phone directly to the branch and communicated my concern, as unfortunately it wasn't the first time it had happened. To my delight, however, I discovered that this branch probably has a new store manager who also takes the phone calls himself. I give the store manager great credit for not only receiving the missing products in a timely manner, but also for receiving the remaining order again as compensation. I was informed several times by telephone about the delivery status and was even asked whether everything met my wishes with the second delivery. That's what I call customer-oriented work, even if it was initially very bumpy and disappointing. Conclusion: Great customer service when something doesn't work according to plan!

The shop is dirty as hell, we asked if we could wipe the table. The employee was very annoyed and cleaned the table very involuntarily. I got in line to pick up food, family was sitting at the table and was told by the security guy that you have to order something to sit there. Also very loud, no toilet, trays everywhere, tray trolleys overflowing with rubbish and not to mention the smell. Can't recommend the store at all.

After a long day in Düsseldorf, I ordered a McMenu to take away with a coupon when I returned home. Arrive home after 30 minutes. No fries inside. Shame on you.

Food is old and cold and overpriced. Staff doesnt seem to care. More important: the place is dirty. Really really dirty. The floor, seats and tables. Weird, since the only staff member who seems to work his socks of is the cleaner. People just dont seem to care to keep the place clean. Avoid this McDonald 's plenty of other options around here.

I've often picked up something to take away here during the night shift and have always been largely satisfied. Yesterday I went to eat here with my children for the first time. It was just disgusting... here the mice walk undisturbed across the floor and the heating panels on the windows without bothering the numerous people. It's understandable that the tables or floor can't always be clean at the company or that you meet what I would call crazy people at the main station, but that's already going too far. The health department should urgently take action here.

Worth value is great. Only beaten by Aldi og rewe or Kaufland. Use only 9.50 per person in McDonald's. In Aldi,rewe or Kaufland you can do it for 3 euro. Take care of your money in this way!!

Incredibly sleazy shop - only topped by the unfriendliness. Visit on August 20th, 2024 in the evening: formulated cautiously, extremely bad air, dirty tables and floors, rubbish everywhere, several of the order screens not working, the food handed over without a word, cold and sometimes not as ordered. Rarely has the discrepancy between reality and advertising been so drastic. Not again!!

Very bad!!! Half of the machines to order food were broken. When we finally got our food there were some things missing, but because of this unhygienic restaurant we wouldn't even want to go back to complain. You can't eat inside, because in front of the windows there are a lot of homeless people.

My husband was in Cologne yesterday and wanted to get food for the crew on the way home and was completely ripped off here because he was probably no longer the fittest at 2:30 in the morning. His order was 11 x MC Chicken Classic - and look at the picture what he received for it. 11 x Mc Chicken Classic without everything…. This is honestly the naughtiest thing I've ever experienced at McDonald's.

For the first time at a McDonald's, everything we ordered was there when we ordered, but charging paying guests money to use the restrooms is outrageous.

I order food and I don't get what I ordered and I get dirty looks from the staff... Luckily, McDonald's earns enough money to be able to afford something like that. This McDonald's is impossible.

The burgers here have always been mediocre, but now I had one of the best McRibs I've ever had at McDonalds, still delicious warm with extra sauce and onions, really good!
