Very bad place! Mice everywhere and very unfriendly staff.

I've often picked up something to take away here during the night shift and have always been largely satisfied. Yesterday I went to eat here with my children for the first time. It was just disgusting... here the mice walk undisturbed across the floor and the heating panels on the windows without bothering the numerous people. It's understandable that the tables or floor can't always be clean at the company or that you meet what I would call crazy people at the main station, but that's already going too far. The health department should urgently take action here.

I wanted to sleep in peace and was woken up by security because supposedly you're not allowed to sleep in Mcs. Preferably 0 stars for this, where else am I supposed to sleep at 4:30?

Worth value is great. Only beaten by Aldi og rewe or Kaufland. Use only 9.50 per person in McDonald's. In Aldi,rewe or Kaufland you can do it for 3 euro. Take care of your money in this way!!

I generally take the Big Mac. Once again the worst thing available here. Dried out, stored too long, terrible. Staff is an imposition on top of that.

Why 1 star? Because the entire digital shopping experience is horror. I tried ordering from the machine... I need the mobile app for the coupons. However, I can also order directly using the mobile app... so I just sit down and easily select everything I wanted. When I paid I noticed that the wrong branch was displayed. I made the whole order again and now the correct branch was there. When I clicked on pay it was still there. AFTER the payment process, the wrong branch was there again. I received information from an employee that this happens through the vouchers. I didn't receive any information about this in the app. The employee showed me that I could cancel. Luckily, a young employee was kind enough to help me implement the canceled order analogously. I would give 5 stars for your staff and what they have to endure at the location. But then it would be thought that the experience I had was good overall. However, she was far from that. It's the 5th TIME! Since you have digital displays to order and I place an order with positive expectations. Every time I thought it would work this time. Previously the app said.. coupons clear. The machine was broken and the entire online order didn't work and the employee (at another branch) refused to give me the option of coupons because he couldn't... so we made progress this time. Another branch had no more paper in the machine and I didn't receive a receipt. The employee already knew this and was prepared to help me when I approached her. While I was waiting for my order, I observed that the next people felt the same way as me... the order goes through and there is simply no note coming out and no error message. (Other branch) I've been avoiding your brand more and more since these digital experiences because I perceive a big delta between the external image, the digital and how it works there, and the branches. Your employees at the locations are often the ones who can save the experience. Please improve your customer journey, exp. or whatever you call it so that we as customers enjoy visiting you. +The food was good. ++The employees were de-escalating, solution-oriented and hard-working. -Unfortunately there was no customer toilet -- The best process as well as the entire digital experience was a pain + The ambience is ok for the station. It is relatively loud inside the branch. Since the service is represented digitally as well as by employees, I rate the digital one star here. I would give 5 for your employees! Since the entire experience and the associated ordering time of 20 minutes for fast food are a no-go for me, I give it a total of 1 star

No CUSTOMER toilet. The first time I've experienced something like this.

Cash payment is no longer possible. If you order via the app, the app looks for the McDonald's next to the cathedral... ordering here is an impossibility... If McDonald's is aiming to lose walk-in customers, they are very successful under these circumstances...

Always way too full, order terminals hang and QR code scanners don't actually work at all, tables are never clean... Unpleasant.

Incredibly sleazy shop - only topped by the unfriendliness. Visit on August 20th, 2024 in the evening: formulated cautiously, extremely bad air, dirty tables and floors, rubbish everywhere, several of the order screens not working, the food handed over without a word, cold and sometimes not as ordered. Rarely has the discrepancy between reality and advertising been so drastic. Not again!!

Very bad!!! Half of the machines to order food were broken. When we finally got our food there were some things missing, but because of this unhygienic restaurant we wouldn't even want to go back to complain. You can't eat inside, because in front of the windows there are a lot of homeless people.

It was very busy when I ordered, but I still got my food quickly. I definitely liked it. There was an option to choose your own McFlurry toppings, something I had never experienced at McDonald's before, very nice!

Food was almost cold when it was served. Tables were dirty. Using the toilet costs money even though it wasn't cleaned and 1 door was broken Since our pickup number disappeared from the screen and more complex orders than ours with a higher pickup number had already been issued, I asked what was wrong with our order and was immediately reprimanded. I waited a very long time for food and the order was terrible.

Among other things, I ordered two large fries - both packages were only half full and pretty limp. It would have been better to have done without.

Totally dirty and run down. Then half of the order is forgotten, even though you only bought 1 small menu with a coupon. If you point it out to the employees and want your "forgotten" things, they will only laugh at you and laugh at you when you walk away. It's a real shame that you are treated like that, even though you greet the employees in a friendly manner with hello, please, thank you, etc.

We were the 6th in the line, but it took them about 15min to make the order. The order was to eat in, but we got it as a takeaway. But it's not the problem. The real issue is that there is no toilet, even any basin to wash your hands.

My husband was in Cologne yesterday and wanted to get food for the crew on the way home and was completely ripped off here because he was probably no longer the fittest at 2:30 in the morning. His order was 11 x MC Chicken Classic - and look at the picture what he received for it. 11 x Mc Chicken Classic without everything…. This is honestly the naughtiest thing I've ever experienced at McDonald's.

All order terminals didn't work, ordering at the checkout didn't work with app coupons. After ordering there was no invoice and no number for the queue. After 15 minutes my Bigmac and a large portion of fries were “ready”. However, both were inedible and not fully fried/deep-fried.

For the first time at a McDonald's, everything we ordered was there when we ordered, but charging paying guests money to use the restrooms is outrageous.

I was on a trip and just wanted quick food like it's supposed to be here, so I looked for a place, food came quickly, suddenly a rat ran from the left side to the right side under the seats. Of course I got up to do this to report to the staff who weren't particularly interested in it, I could have bought myself a delicious pizza!!

Manmanman, when you order takeaway from this branch, something is ALWAYS missing. Today due to Don't rush in a controlled manner - boom, 3 hamburgers are missing. People, better control here.

I order food and I don't get what I ordered and I get dirty looks from the staff... Luckily, McDonald's earns enough money to be able to afford something like that. This McDonald's is impossible.

Atmosphere and friendliness looks different. Rude security staff who barked at you unfriendly and told you "Hey, get out, now" even though you were just getting your bearings. Staff appear to be completely overwhelmed and have not been trained in any way to be friendly. A little tip: It's better to visit the KFC in the train station or the other McDonald's branch outside the train station. You will be treated friendly and humanely. McD again at Cologne HBF?: No chance in hell, better give the spot to Burger King.

never in my life have I tasted a better mcdonalds chicken burger than on this very Easter Sunday 2024. At 10 minutes past midnight I trusted the mcdonalds employees would make my burger fast enough that I could catch my 12:21 train and boy did they deliver. Jesus Christ himself rose from the dead to come make my burger today, all praise to this cologne mcdonalds for channeling his enegry

I was just there to buy a cheese burger and a chicken burger. The store is certainly not recommended. The lettuce from the chicken burger was definitely no longer fresh and was slightly brown. Therefore inedible. The store itself employs dissatisfied and listless staff. There can hardly be any talk of friendliness here. The floor of the restaurant is rancid, the tables are dirty... the best thing to do is avoid this place and get something from Jormas.

My twin brother and I had just been in the wonderful Cologne Cathedral Christmas Market for a few hours enjoying gluhwein and beers, we then headed to the very impressive Koln Hauptbahnhof were we dropped into McDonald's and what another nice visit we had. This McDonald's looks good,interior is light and airy, typical McDonald's decor and furnishings including plenty of seating options. We ordered a double cheeseburger, fries and cola, service was quick, we luckily managed to get a table were we munched through our burger meals which were absolutely delicious, the thing is you know what you're getting with a McDonald's burger meal, a tasty, unpretentious burger meal, great value for money, we left here happy and full, if you're near Koln Hauptbahnhof it's a McDonald's to check out .

Von 2018 Ein mal hier gewesen 1 1/2 stunden später Krank geworden! Von 2024 Bürger sind Kalt, trocken und viel kleiner geworden die Pommes labberig und ebenfalls kalt. Alles in allem ist es die Kcal nicht wert die man hier zu sich nimmt.

Magendarm Virus bekommen. Ein Tag nach dem Bicmac Menü. Hygiene wird da warscheinlich nicht groß geschrieben!

Проходили мимо и нужно было срочно горячую воду, чтоб сделать кушать ребенку пол года. Нам дали воду и сказали заплатить 2,50 евро. Мы были в шоке, это просто горячая водичка немного. Мы всегда берем воду на заправке или в других McDonald’s и везде дают просто бесплатно. А вам просто позор👎🏻

McDonalds in Trankgasse was one of three McDonalds we went to in Cologne on our 7 day holiday in Cologne.This McDonalds by the Cathedral was in my opinion the fullest one we visited and we were lucky in getting a table in here. This McDonalds like all McDonald's has an excellent well kept interior with many item's throughout this restaurant relating to there brand.When we visited we had the BigMac Meal Menu which where superb and where really well priced. This is a superb McDonald's in an excellent area and well worth a visit and is very easy to locate as its in the Haupbahnhof.(This is my first review of McDonald's Trankgasse). Opening Hours. Monday-Sunday-05.00-Onwards. Public Transport. Bus Stop. Breslauer Platz Bus Stop-124-132-133-260-978. Tram/U-Bahn Stop. Breslauer Platz Tram/U-Bahn Stops-16-18.

It was a bad experience for us. TLDR; overcrowded, really bad service. I understand they were overwhelmed with customers and under pressure, but that's no reason to be both incompetent and rude (it's a McDonald's in Cologne Central Station! :D). We ordered a take-out with drinks, they didn't put the cap or give us straws, and they served the food for a dine-in (which was okay because we'd found a seat before our order was ready). We came back to ask for the straws and the caps but they said they're out of those, and they are for take out only (which is nonsense if you've ordered a cold drink at a point in your life .. you know :)) )! We Said we actually ordered a take-out, so they angrily gave us caps for coffee cups :)) I mean, first of all you could explain calmly and not be rude, it's an overpriced junk food place anyhow. Second, actually drinking from either a capless/ coffee-cup-capped/ straw-less cup is impossible with small pieces of ice, and we ended up throwing the drink away :))) The sandwich sauce was disgusting and the cleaning worker asked me to switch tables while I was literally eating so she could clean :)))
