Typical McDonald's. The food is either very sweet or greasy. But it's okay for the price. Ordering at the vending machine is annoyingly slow. The staff is friendly and tries very hard.

Ordered McCrispy and received McChicken. Ordered a raspberry chocolate bag and received an apple bag... You can't think of anything else

Terrible service! The employees are slow and ignore the customers. I wouldn't advise anyone to be here!

The staff ignored our presence for a very long time! When we spoke to them they were rude. We do not recommend this McDonald's branch due to the poor service.

Ordered 3 ice creams, waited 2 hours, delivered 3 wrong ice creams... it was so difficult

Basically, you don't expect much from McDonalds. But because of the children you have to go through it every now and then. However, this Mc Donalds in Buchheim is a complete embarrassment, even for McDonalds. There were no toys (not a single one) for the happy meal. The whole store was extremely dirty. The floor was sticky. The order terminals don't work properly. We drove again and then to Mc Donalds in Brühl

The restaurant is standard like 100 others. It's clean. What has nothing to do with the branch is the fact that the Fleischtaler is getting smaller and smaller. The Big Mac now costs over 6 euros and is just a touch larger than the Double Cheeseburger. Everything tastes good, but the price/performance ratio doesn't fit.

Meat on burger dry, tomatoes not ripe, the 🍔 very dry throughout, sauce only on one side. Staff not too nice..

Mediocre McDonalds - check your order in the drive-thru - things are often missing

That's just as you imagine it. I think some sauces and dips have changed, I think to the detriment. To. They really have to work on the sticky floors. That's an acute deterrent. The people who sit in front of the toilets and want their contribution also.

Never in my life have I waited less than 30 minutes for an order. People who order later are preferred here and there. Really stupid.

We write April 12th at 12:16 a.m. We ordered an hour ago and are still waiting for the food. The number from our order was also deleted... My friend handed in the note and still nothing came after 30 minutes... When asked, they said the note had not been handed in and the number simply does not exist. I know I'm not in a fancy restaurant where I can expect quality, but that's disrespectful or am I mistaken?! I would prefer to give zero stars because that is simply anti-social. On top of that, when asked, they always say “yes, it will be done” well… Just so you know, it's best not to order at night because they're apparently not only overloaded but also incompetent from start to finish!

The employee is super unfriendly and yells at me because I politely asked if I could get another toy and I also had hair on my fries

40 minutes wait on Friday evening! This is no longer fast food

Orders are very mixed up, employees are friendly but extremely overwhelmed, almost every order has errors. Selected Happy Meal gift the wrong one, it is simply wrapped up. We had ordered burgers and they were completely wrong, one was missing bacon, the next had pork instead of chicken. The Sprite only tastes like water.

We've been waiting for 10 minutes, not for our food but for service. We haven't been able to pay yet. I wouldn't recommend it if you don't feel like waiting.

The food tastes perfect, prices are rather expensive but worth it. The employees are nice but it can take up to a quarter of an hour to get your food at the checkout. The location is well chosen and looks beautiful. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⬛ -Aaron Seider.

I was forced by the employees to pack my things myself because their "kiosk" wasn't working properly and our take-away order was now for us to eat here... I've never experienced anything so unfriendly...

So the food doesn't need to be explained. But what is very inappropriate is the behavior of the employees. While we were waiting, we noticed how an employee in the kitchen was amused by not washing his hands and still preparing the food, the employee who was supposed to pack our burgers had a pop in her nose right in front of us and then wanted to pack our burgers... There was rubbish everywhere in the corridors, in the kitchen (as far as we could see) there were cardboard boxes on the floor, there was rubbish everywhere there too... so all in all we suddenly lost our appetite for burgers!

Unfriendly staff and the term “fast” food doesn’t apply here either! Didn't get any food... I'm never coming back.

Absolute disaster. There wasn't much going on, but all the ordering terminals were still occupied because people didn't listen and just blocked. No pressure from the staff. You probably don't want to get anything done. Time is money and my time is too valuable to wait for people like that.

Slowest McDonald's I've been to in all of Europe. No organization at the back, people are constantly shouting "It's not finished, it has to be done!" McDonald's is a fast food restaurant and needs to be as fast as possible. Waiting time for me: 18 minutes

Delivery service: The experience with the delivery service is frustrating. After almost an hour of waiting, my order was canceled at the last minute. If the items you ordered are not available, please cancel the order in time and do not mark it as “in preparation” in the app. This wasted my time and I had to rush to find something else before everything closed. On-site experience: The counters are often dirty and the staff appears unprofessional. Cleanliness and customer service don't seem to be a priority here.

We were there at night and there really isn't anything good to say. Mountains of rubbish piling up on the tables, burgers carelessly mashed together and incorrect orders in the bag are just a few of the points. Never again

I ordered a strawberry cake. Since it was frozen I got a chocolate cake. Since it is melting chocolate, the cake was extremely hard and inedible. The wait also took extremely long. I hope for improvement from such a well-known fast food chain.

Because of fast food. Ordered food. But it didn't come. The car in front of me had been waiting for ages. I then gave up and drove even though I had already paid.

It has happened several times that whenever I got something to take away, a few things were missing. Of course, they are also people and mistakes can happen, but if it happens often, I start to believe that the customers there are being deliberately deceived. Today it was too much for me and I called the branch. The employee was just rude and said there was nothing he could do. Next time I'm there I'll talk to the branch manager.

The worst McDonald's of all time. The store was overcrowded because an apparently new employee (who could barely speak German) was left alone while the manager or supervisors said I had to eat something too. There was rubbish everywhere in the restaurant and outside. While the McCafe area was cordoned off and cleaned by someone else. We then had to wait almost 45 minutes until our order was ready, which was wrong, cold and old because other people were given preferential treatment. (Cologne, Frankfurterstrasse in Buchheim)

It didn't take too long for a drive in at any business. At least the food was warm.

10/15/2024 I sat with my wife and wanted to eat, we waited 56 minutes for our order in which everything was cold and 1 burger was missing, after another 37 minutes I finally got my cold burger, good shift, terrible employees. Serial number 133

Fast service, so far everyone has always been really nice, if something is missing you get the right product straight away, no really long waiting times, mostly clean.

Save yourself the trip here. Cold fries that are already stacked at the back to save time and work, cold nuggets. Wrong drink (which has happened several times). Burgers are always given incorrectly and distributed randomly as it appears.

I travel almost all over North Rhine-Westphalia and was a regular customer there because of the convenient location, but as I've noticed lately they're not only unfriendly but also provocatively unfriendly. Maybe it's because you're underpaid for the salary, you might as well go collect bottles.

20 minutes before the end, I ordered the mc smart menu and what do I get, cold, unpalatable food. The burger patty on the cheeseburger was apparently too big because it was supposed to be a large burger. It's a shame that you have to spend almost €12 for something like that. One of the bread was watery and you could see that it was starting to mold. Something like that doesn't work and if you pay money for it and then you get something like that, it doesn't work at all. Not ordered. We turned around. No limit and complicated to speak the language for visitors. You have places for electric cars but no terminal to order... I would add that the menu is very small. There aren't as many as the others around!

Orders will not be delivered until the store is closed. No clues, nothing. Delivery continues to be delayed and then - with luck - canceled or you end up running after your money because nothing was delivered.

I would love to give ZERO STARS, but that's not possible! The employees are so incompetent, unfriendly and just barely speak German. You order a menu for five children and you simply don't get a straw with the statement: "Straw only for milkshake" 🤨

Unfortunately the whole stay was very disappointing. Ordering at the terminal sometimes went really well except for a few delays here and there, but I'm used to bad things from other branches. Then came the food, since you can never really set your expectations high at McDonald's, my expectations were pretty low. Three fries and one 20 piece chicken nuggets were ordered, 3 of which were unsalted and the chicken nuggets were cold. Next time I'll go to a different McDonald's.

Very dirty, burgers were cold and sometimes hard. If you complain, you will be treated poisonously. Fresh burgers weren't made either. This branch is not recommended.

I would like to share an extremely disappointing experience at McDonald's that I had on 7/30/2024 around 10:00 p.m. I placed my order online and paid via PayPal. To my dismay, the amount was debited from my account not once but twice without me receiving any confirmation of my order. When I approached the shift manager for help, I was shocked by his reaction. He spoke in a rude tone and explained to me that he didn't care and that he didn't have time to deal with my problem. When I then asked for the manager to clarify the matter, the shift supervisor even threatened to call the police. His behavior was not only unprofessional but also offensive. Furthermore, his pronunciation was so bad that it was difficult to even understand him. The way I was treated here is absolutely unacceptable and I strongly discourage anyone from visiting this McDonald's, especially when this shift manager is on duty. The lack of professionalism and handling of customer complaints is shocking. I will certainly not be returning and I absolutely cannot recommend this location.

Even one star is too many. Waited over 1 1/2 hours for the food. The food was cold and the order was not complete. Special requests were not addressed. Just a dirty shop. Tip from me: order somewhere else!

We just ordered through Uber Eats. We had 2 menus and both arrived without drinks. The Uber Eats delivery person said he didn't get any drinks with the order and that I should call McDonald's. I called and didn't even get an apology, just a "get in touch with Uber Eats, we have nothing to do with it". I reported this to Uber Eats and we got €0.50 back. Just embarrassing. 2 drinks for €0.50. Thanks for the great solution.

As in all McDonald's branches, the music here is far too loud. Short work is practically impossible because I don't understand his own words. Especially if you have to sit near speakers. I don't understand why you have to turn the music up so loud.

I'm well aware that not all McDonalds can be open at night, but all the signs were brightly lit, including the display board at Mc-drive, so I was very disappointed.

By far the worst MC Donald since we've known it!!! Old and dry bread, totally cold, the chicken burgers & the fries were soggy cold, not cooked through and ended up straight in the trash, absolutely outrageous such food... Workers giving you weird looks and standing there staring at you then whispering to one another that’s just distasteful your all grown ups act like it. So one star is really too many. Wanted to order an ice coffee. Just as specified in the computer. The coffee was missing from the shake. Still had to pay the same price. Had a great discussion. The employees are DISRESPECTIVE. So it's best to go somewhere else. The staff is extremely overwhelmed.
