Were there for breakfast. Friendly staff. The food was freshly prepared and good. The only point of criticism... We still need to work on the cleanliness of the tables.

Very unhygienic every time I'm here it's not clean you can't even sit outside.

I would love to give ZERO STARS, but that's not possible! The employees are so incompetent, unfriendly and just barely speak German. You order a menu for five children and you simply don't get a straw with the statement: "Straw only for milkshake" 🤨

Unfortunately the whole stay was very disappointing. Ordering at the terminal sometimes went really well except for a few delays here and there, but I'm used to bad things from other branches. Then came the food, since you can never really set your expectations high at McDonald's, my expectations were pretty low. Three fries and one 20 piece chicken nuggets were ordered, 3 of which were unsalted and the chicken nuggets were cold. Next time I'll go to a different McDonald's.

Very dirty, burgers were cold and sometimes hard. If you complain, you will be treated poisonously. Fresh burgers weren't made either. This branch is not recommended.

I would like to share an extremely disappointing experience at McDonald's that I had on 7/30/2024 around 10:00 p.m. I placed my order online and paid via PayPal. To my dismay, the amount was debited from my account not once but twice without me receiving any confirmation of my order. When I approached the shift manager for help, I was shocked by his reaction. He spoke in a rude tone and explained to me that he didn't care and that he didn't have time to deal with my problem. When I then asked for the manager to clarify the matter, the shift supervisor even threatened to call the police. His behavior was not only unprofessional but also offensive. Furthermore, his pronunciation was so bad that it was difficult to even understand him. The way I was treated here is absolutely unacceptable and I strongly discourage anyone from visiting this McDonald's, especially when this shift manager is on duty. The lack of professionalism and handling of customer complaints is shocking. I will certainly not be returning and I absolutely cannot recommend this location.

Even one star is too many. Waited over 1 1/2 hours for the food. The food was cold and the order was not complete. Special requests were not addressed. Just a dirty shop. Tip from me: order somewhere else!

Sold out MC Flurry and that in the summer at 2 p.m.? It's not like you can freeze the ice cream really well and have a supply for every day. I just do not understand.

We were sent out, online it says open until 5 a.m. and at 3 a.m. they say we're closing now👎👎👎 We ran there and the people who ordered before 3 a.m. still got something, the order boards didn't work either except for one (which was occupied until shortly before 3) which is why we couldn't order and were sent out. If you're too stupid to change the times online...

We just ordered through Uber Eats. We had 2 menus and both arrived without drinks. The Uber Eats delivery person said he didn't get any drinks with the order and that I should call McDonald's. I called and didn't even get an apology, just a "get in touch with Uber Eats, we have nothing to do with it". I reported this to Uber Eats and we got €0.50 back. Just embarrassing. 2 drinks for €0.50. Thanks for the great solution.

I placed an order with myself today. When it came time to unpack the order, it turned out that Carly Fries were missing! Employees are either deceiving their customers or not paying attention! Now I can't trust the McDonald's network

As in all McDonald's branches, the music here is far too loud. Short work is practically impossible because I don't understand his own words. Especially if you have to sit near speakers. I don't understand why you have to turn the music up so loud.

I would have liked to give a better rating, but only after taking a closer look and standing at the Mc-drive for 2 minutes did we realize that this branch is not open at night. I'm well aware that not all McDonalds can be open at night, but all the signs were brightly lit, including the display board at Mc-drive, so I was very disappointed.

This store is the very worst, the employees have no idea about anything. Since Corona, you should go to any other McDonald's because nothing works here in Buchheim. I can't employ people in sales who don't speak German.

By far the worst MC Donald since we've known it!!! Old and dry bread, totally cold, the chicken burgers & the fries were soggy cold, not cooked through and ended up straight in the trash, absolutely outrageous such food... Workers giving you weird looks and standing there staring at you then whispering to one another that’s just distasteful your all grown ups act like it. Idk what that burger is tbh it’s a mac rib there’s like 5% saus in the bun cause the rest is all over the packaging and the bag. Wouldn’t recommend this Mac donalds to anyone at all

So one star is really too many. Wanted to order an ice coffee. Just as specified in the computer. The coffee was missing from the shake. Still had to pay the same price. Had a great discussion. The employees are DISRESPECTIVE. So it's best to go somewhere else. The staff is extremely overwhelmed.

I didn't get an apple turnover, even though the employee told me to wait 5 minutes in the parking lot.

Even the 1 star is already too much. Slow-moving, unfriendly and argumentative staff including shift leaders. Dirty tables, some of the trays with packaging waste were still on the tables. When we politely pointed this out to the staff, they grimaced and said in an annoyed tone that a colleague would be informed and to top it off, when I complained that my chicken from Crispychicken wasn't cooked through, there was a discussion about it: "That's normal, everyone sees it that way from" "then I would have to get a different burger if I wanted the meat to be cooked" with hanging and choking, a new burger was prepared for me.

Instead of McPlant, get a burger with meat. You have to be careful there. Otherwise you'll end up like Burger King at Wallraff. Overall, the worst McDonald's branch I've ever been to. Something like this shouldn't happen.

The food was not only on the tray, but also on the floor in front of the counter, as well as under pretty much every table... The food was also a mix of cold and warm dishes, although everything should have been warm, but I guess That's just part of McDonald's. The biggest problem, however, was that I sat on the toilet that same evening/night with food poisoning!!! I've eaten better at McDonald's restaurants at every train station than here, so I'd rather eat somewhere else, Burger King or even at the gas station! Do yourself and your children, friends, relatives or whoever a favor and get your food somewhere else! But the employees were nice... I have to say that

The place is good, but there are no screens for ordering, and there are always at most 2 cashiers open and it gets very busy, and the scanning machine is almost always broken.

Our granddaughter wanted to go to McDonald's for dinner with her birthday party. It wasn't a child's birthday! 2 sets of grandparents, aunts and uncles, cousins; we were 10 adults and 9 children! We pre-ordered the food via the app, the children's birthday room was prepared for us, we were personally welcomed by the head of the restaurant, and the food was immediately served to us in a friendly manner. The birthday child was very happy and we elders had a bizarre but great experience.

Standard McDonald's. Nothing particularly good/bad

I don't think that's okay at all. The staff is very very disrespectful three things that I'm really upset about right now. First, the ice cream maker hasn't worked for almost three weeks. You should finally do something about it. Secondly, we were sitting at the branch yesterday at 10:30 p.m. and there was a corner that was completely empty. There weren't that many customers anymore and an employee started cleaning up the corners and he saw that we were still eating and just kicked us out of the corner, closed the area with a rope and then took us to another corner . It was pretty tight where there were a lot of other customers and other customers had already gone home yesterday because it was way too tight. And the third is all the citizens and so they are always served cold there is never warm.

Has the team changed recently? I've been here a few times in the last few weeks and have been disappointed every time, even though I thought that was just a daily occurrence on the other days. Apparently there is no table service anymore, although the shop was hardly busy, I and other customers were told that it was far too busy. While I picked up my food and ate it, I was able to see how much time the employee had for his cell phone. The fries were cold, as were the nuggets. It's a shame how things have developed, the bus was still delicious here recently and the service was good.

First of all, the fries I was looking forward to, cold. Then chicken burger I threw up all night. Service was very nice but unprofessional, stupid jokes between each other... I haven't been to Mc's in a long time but I should leave it alone. It's better not to order common burgers, who knows how long they will be kept warm!

I can't think of anything else about the store! I've been here three times in 12 months. It's dirty, the service looks like they don't even want to take the receipt! The fries are always soggy and apparently only fried for 2 minutes. It doesn't work at all! The Mc Crispy fart is dry and hard. As if it had been sitting on the shelf for 2 days! The Big Mac was falling apart on all sides and everything was cold. Mopping the floor might not be a bad idea!!! Dirty every time! This is true for the last time that I will be in this branch!!! Feel free to eat your great food yourself!

Katastrophale Bestellorganisation - Katastrophale Parklplatzsituation (man wird vom Drive In über den gesamten Parkplatz zu einer Ampel, welche erst zum öffentlichen Straßenverkehr geführt. Ergo; Läuft der Drive In nicht - läuft der Verkehr auch nicht ab. Kurz: so lange haben wir noch nie für Fast Food und wieder auf die Straße kommen angestanden. Sorry, Never again

Ich wollte bei Mc drive für meine Kinder was zu essen holen.Nachdem ich das essen bekommen habe stand ich keine 2 Minuten auf der wartezone und wurde von 3 Mitarbeitern aufgefordert den warte Bereich sofort zu verlassen. Sowas geht nicht. Werde nicht mehr zu diesen McDonalds fahren und mir überlegen ob ich überhaupt noch zu Mc gehen werde.

Haben schon paar mal bei mc drive bestellt und immer wieder hat was gefehlt.

Zuerst die guten Sachen, McMuffin Bacon&Ei, IceTea & O-Saft. Der Rest sprich, Rührei war abgelaufen. Auf dem McToast war zu wenig Käse. Der Cheesecake kam ohne Toppings, obwohl mit bestellt war. Der Cookie wurde vergessen, sowie auch der Kaffee. Leider dein Geld nicht wert.

Tischsevice? Unsere Bestellung stand ewig auf der Theke, und kam entsprechen kalt an den Tisch... Gut, es lag wahrscheinlich daran, dass die Crew sich viel zu erzählen hatte! Meisterleistung!!!

Ich bin mit diesem McDonalds aufgewachsen. Aber seit Jahren ist er Verdreckt (vorallem die Toiletten) und der Service ist unter aller sau. die Frauen Schwenken ihre offenen Haare über die Pommes, es ist jeder schlecht gelaunt und wenn man in die Küche guckt achtet keiner auf Hygiene. geht besser.

20min. Bei zwei Autos . Um 4:28Uhr . Echt lächerlich und behandeln einen wie Dreck . Ich war auch lange unterwegs aber das ist eine Frechheit und was kannste machen nichts weil hat ja nix mehr auf. Hammer . Arbeitet woanders wenn ihr keinen Bock habt.

Der Eindruck war sauber, ordentlich und lecker. Durch online Vorbestellung war die Wartezeit auf das Essen einigermaßen akzeptabel. Könnte aber schneller sein. Allgemein ein hoher Lärmpegel durch den Straßenverkehr.

Ich habe online bestellt und kriege eine Bestellung von einem Kunden nach mir. Sowas geht garnicht! Ich merkte es zuhause. Die Chicken Nuggets waren wirklich ekelhaft! Früher waren sie gut aber heutzutage nicht mehr. Ich vertraue das ich die richtige Bestellung bekomme aber nein. Das kommt bei euch immer öfters vor. Ich war bei euch das letzte mal essen und werde Mc Donalds in Zukunft meiden!

Standard Mcdonalds Mal besser Mal schlechter. Kommt immer darauf an, wie volle es ist und wie viel Lust die Mitarbeiter haben. Manchmal fehlt was von der Bestellung, kann aber immer wieder Mal passieren

Total schmutzig. Musste die Tische selbst frei und sauber machen von Tabletten/Leuten davor. Apfeltasche war kalt und beim bestellen einer neuen wurde man vergessen und musste nochmal nachfragen. McSundae schmeckte mehr nach Wasser als nach McSundae.

Sehr hektisch, nicht klare Kommunikation aufgrund Herkunft; Essen lauwarm!

Sehr freundliche Dame bei McCafe! Kakao mit Sahne war sehr lecker!

Nach dem Wallraff Bericht die bereits mehrfach investigativ über mc Donalds und Burger King berichtet haben, trinke ich allerhöchstens einen Kaffee dort, aber esse keine Burgerprodukte oder sonstiges mehr! Der Außenbereich an diesem Tag, war sehr dreckig auf den Tischen, man kann bei so einem hohen kundendurchlauf verlangen, das Tische und Sitzgelegenheiten auch zeitnah gereinigt werden! Abräumstationen/Wagen standen mit Abfall, Tassen, Essensresten in der Nähe von Tischen/Kunden, welche von Insekten, überwiegend Wespen befallen wurden! Diese Wespen greifen die Kunden dann beim wegbringen des Tabletts an und werden ggf. gestochen. Sehr unangenehm auch für kleine Kinder und Babies! Ein kontinuierliches austauschen der Wagen wäre eine Möglichkeit, als auch eine Lösung gegen Mücken und Wespen, im Gastronomie Außengelände !!!

Wer nach MC Donalds geht, der weiss wie es schmeckt und was er zu erwarten hat- was das Essen betrifft. Leider muss ich mich den vorrezendenten anschließen. Diese Filiale ist oft SEHR schmutzig. Das Personal spricht oft unzureichend deutsch. Lange Wartezeiten sind nicht ungewöhnlich. Aber man merkt, dass das Personal bemüht ist. UND on the Top: Ein kleiner Kaffee kostet 1,99 Euro!!!!!! Da geh ich doch lieber in ein "richtiges" Café. Da muss ich nicht aus Pappbecher trinken....

Diese Filiale war für meine Familie und mich eine große Enttäuschung👎 Toiletten unsauber und zugemüllt. Der Boden in der Küche absolut versifft. Überall lag Müll herum. Ich kann diese Filiale auf keinen Fall empfehlen und ich denke die Bilder sprechen für sich😕 27.07.23 02:00Uhr

Am MC Drive Schalter kann ein "kleines Moment, bitte" auch mal 20 Minuten dauern, ohne das man einem mal eine Info gibt. Fast Food ist das dann wohl nicht mehr.

Diese Filiale war eine Zumutung für den Kunden und wir wurden schnell daran erinnert, warum wir diese Kette seit längerem nicht mehr aufgesucht haben. Bestellt wurde für 4 Personen und nach längerer Wartezeit konnten wir die Bestellung nach einem lauten Aufruf an der Kasse abholen, unsere Bestellnummer wurde nicht an den Bildschirmen angezeigt. Am Tisch haben wir dann festgestellt, dass zwei bestellte Teile gefehlt haben, auf die man wieder warten musste. Ein Teil der Burger auf dem Tablett war so kalt, das man annehmen musste, dass diese Burger vergessen wurden und schon länger irgendwo gelegen haben. Zum Zeitpunkt der Bestellung war in der Filiale viel los und man hatte den Eindruck, dass das Personal mit der Situation hoffnungslos überfordert war. Der Großteil der Tische drinnen und draußen war voll mit nicht abgeräumten Verpackungen von vorherigen Gästen und überall auf dem Boden lagen zertretene Pommes. Während der ges. Zeit ca. 40 Min. hat man niemanden gesehen, der die Tische, den Boden, oder die zurück gegebenen Tabletts sauber gemacht hat. Es war regelrecht etwas ekelig dort vor Ort an einem Tisch zu essen.
