I like to eat here often, the burgers are great and the staff is very nice and friendly! The only thing that has really bothered me lately is that people who don't order anything have the toilet unlocked, then charge their cell phones and lie down on the bench to sleep and no one who is busy has anything against it! 1 star deducted because the last time I was attacked and threatened by a homeless person who woke up, so I had to call the police! Sat.03.02.24 Food very fresh and tasty, only I was missing 2 nuggets and I'm not the kind of person who goes to the checkout and then receives them afterwards :/ Sun.04.02.24 The burgers and fries were fresh and tasty, I wouldn't have expected it otherwise because otherwise I wouldn't come here so often ;) However, the trays could be replaced, they are past their prime :) A great plus point are the cardboard straws, they are nice and stable and don't dissolve so quickly, they make it easy to drink ;) The staff was always very friendly, helpful and accommodating, even when the house was full they tried to do justice to all guests, mistakes happen to everyone and that's why we are human ;) A top team from which other BurgerKing restaurants can learn a lesson :* 02/12/24 As always, the food was fresh and tasty, the fries were very hot but edible ;) The gentleman at the checkout kindly helped a customer take his order (top customer service)! It's a great team together! The SPICY CHICKEN LOUISIANA is for people who like it very spicy, unfortunately it was a bit too spicy for me but BK can't help that ;) 02/21/24 Always friendly service, the floor was clean and the tables were wiped! I only ordered a savings menu with 2 CB's, the fries were fresh/hot and the cheeseburgers were freshly made, you can see and taste that ;) Patty holding times are certainly adhered to here! 08/16/24 5:30 p.m Unfortunately today isn't so nice :/ Little cashier rather derogatory :/ It's a disgrace to charge €1 for Schablettenkäse, there's Rewe next door where the whole pack costs 0.80 cents :/ So buy Schablettenkäse from Rewe first ;) My cola was warm, not even lukewarm “No” really warm! Fries were cold and unsalted :/ The cheeseburger and the wopper were fresh and delicious, it's just stupid to eat so much without drinking anything :/ I'll be back, it was definitely a unique experience ;)

Most negative experiences at a BurgerKing.

Unfortunately, the lady is hopelessly overwhelmed. Waited 15 minutes for 2 menus.

The worst thing about this Citizen King shed, there are no Germans at work, only those with a migration background and this also causes the service quality to suffer!! You order and want to pay and are then ignored even though there are at least 8-10 employees there... standing around and preferring to chat with their hands in their pockets rather than serve customers!!! If I were their manager I would have fired them all! There is lousy service but that's really the last thing I saw in my life...

Sehr schlechter Wopper hatte zum mitnehmen. Darf man dort nicht machen. War in Microwelle erhitzt super heiß. Latschiges Salatblatt anscheinend mit erhitzt und brötchen total latschig. Käse und Soße klebten mehr im Papier als im Burger. Das hätten sie vor Ort sich nicht gewagt jemanden in die Hand zu geben. Bin stinksauer. Schlechtester Bürger aller Zeiten. Und ich hatte mich so auf den Wopper gefreut

15 minute wait for a simple Whopper? And then you can't get out of the restaurant because the staff has locked the door even though the store is extremely full? What should happen in an emergency, for example if there is a fire? This is unforgivable!

Very bad service and the store is extremely dirty. Cashiers very unfriendly and speak neither English nor German! Really sickening

Ordered via Uber Eats. The burgers were old, the lettuce was brown and crusty with mayo and that was really all 5 burgers! The fries were cold and half full, drinks and sauces were not even delivered. The entire order was inedible. Nobody answers the phone. Never again!

A bit small. Was renovated not so long ago. Everyone has to decide for themselves. I don't have to go back.

Waouw what a great experience the team is amazing like they are better then any Burger King I’ve ever been too, shoutout to the manager for having recruit such a great team, give them an augmentation (they deserve it)

I recently purchased two menus and two extra burgers from Burger King, but unfortunately, upon arriving home and inspecting the order, I found that they had once again made errors. This isn't the first time I've experienced such issues with their service. Firstly, instead of receiving the Chicken Clubhouse Burger as ordered, I was given a chicken nugget burger, which I personally dislike. Furthermore, none of the menus included the fries that were supposed to accompany them. Additionally, they provided random dips, none of which were the ones I had ordered. I'm too tired to go back there, but I'll certainly never eat from there again.

Employees and shift management look nice and would probably have been nice under other conditions but unfortunately not in my experience! I can only warn everyone who reads this and hopefully save them from such an embarrassing situation as I experienced on April 28th, 2024 at 11 p.m.! Ordered Bacon King with fries, cola and extra nuggets + onion rings to take away and it took quite a long time. I just wanted to go home quickly and then switch off, but unfortunately NOTHING came of it. Luckily I only live one bus stop away from Burger King, so I went straight back to get my fries and when I got there I nicely pointed out the mistake and got a rude answer about where the bag was and that it couldn't be etc. The situation was on the verge of escalation and fortunately it went off lightly. Just check your order carefully, otherwise it's all about the sausage.

Don't order at this place if you are vegan or vegetarian, they gave me a vegetable whopper with meat, unfortunately I realized it too late. The truth is you can't trust these chains. This is violence.

If you are going to visit it will be ready that, there you can't refill you cup as in regular restaurants.

Dirty, staff unfriendly. I ordered king sice fries and got small ones, when I asked I was told they were the big ones

Unfortunately disappointing. Ordered 2 Double Whoppers and a Big King XL to take away. At home noticed that the burgers smelled burnt and also tasted burnt. Tried to cover up the taste with more sauce. While I was waiting in front of the checkout, I also heard the sentence "oh damn" from the kitchen staff in the back of the kitchen. But I didn't think anything of it. Then at home the surprise. I didn't want to go back there and complain. My time is too precious for that. But I will never eat there again. My tip! When you get a burger, check whether it is burnt.

Pretty small Burger King. If the store is packed you will have a hard time finding a seat. I was satisfied with my order. No items were missing and they accept coupons aswell. I had to wait 5 minutes before receiving my order. Male Toilet was not dirty. All in all I visited much worse Burger King stores

The toilets were locked with a “notice for paying guests only”. I had to buy a burger first and then wash my hands. So you can decide here, either eat a cold burger or eat it with dirty fingers. A no go for a burger joint! Update 5 years later: Toilets still locked. Now there's not even running water in the toilet!

Burger was missing upon delivery, we were told there was nothing we could do about it. It just hung up 5 times. Mega cheeky and simple. I will never order from this branch again.

8:30 p.m. Hunger. And as a “country bumpkin” in the middle of Berlin. BURGER KING is always a good place to go. Nice, friendly staff in this branch and a quick delivery of Big King, King Nuggets, fries and cola make the day end nicely.

I have never eaten such a bad burger in any Burgermeister restaurant, it was tough as a shoe sole. Fries also tasted old. Not recommended, at least this location.

Finding a parking space is a challenge.

The internet says it's open until 2 a.m. and if you get there at 11 p.m. it's already closed 🔒

Long waiting time and the aisle to the counter is very narrow

Gets worse from time to time... You order without tomatoes and without ketchup and what comes… And the nuggets look like they came from yesterday...

I came here with a colleague for a quick business lunch. I had a Double Cheeseburger, medium fries with pommes sauce and a medium coke. My grandma always says that Burger King has the best french fries and she is right. They are superior to the that other dominant fast food chain. The food was good, the machine I ordered at was friendly I guess even though I saw an elderly person struggling with it. The food took a while to prepare, but it was during lunch time so that is to be expected. The interior feels like a bit of a movie set, which makes the experience feel a little odd but interesting. I will come back to this Burger King restaurant soon, since I will be working close by for the next month.

The place has a limited but functional space, with three digital order kiosk terminals and a few regular personal order attendees. The seating area is also small, but it wasn't crowded when I visited. The atmosphere was peaceful and pleasant and the staff were friendly. I got seated and had my food while enjoying the street view from the window.

Diese BURGER KING Filiale ist schon recht klein. Insgesamt macht der Laden im Kundenbereich einen ordentlichen und sauberen Eindruck. Die Bedienung war freundlich und nett. Über die Speisen braucht man nicht viel schreiben, ist halt BURGER KING. Für den kleinen Hunger zwischendurch ist das ganze okay. 😎

Amazing burgers, very good onion rings. But please…PLEASE turn on the air conditioner. Today we could not stay inside, it was so hot. Besides that, it was very clean and tasty.

War mein letztes mal dort, die Bürger war kalt und ungenießbar der Bacon war noch komplett roh, die Cola war erstens ohne Eis obwohl mit bestellt und zweitens hat sie wie Wasser geschmeckt. Die Toiletten sahen fürchterlich aus eine Toilette war komplett mit Klopapier voll gestopft, und der Hand abtrocknen spender funktioniert auch nicht. Ging es nach mir würde ich kein Stern dafür geben.

Essen war okay. Ging schnell alles. Etwas mehr Sauberkeit wäre angebracht. Toiletten war nicht gut. Personal war freundlich.

Habe zum wiederholten Male über Lieferando in dieser Filiale bestellt. Und zum wiederholten Male fehlten meine Nuggets sowie Saucen. Vorsicht!!!

Can’t speak for much as I only went it to get a small snack and use the bathroom but the worker (I assume manager) was very friendly and the place was probably the cleanest BK in a 300 miles radius

Das einzige Wort, das der Mensch hinterm Tresen sprach, war die Bestellnummer. Keine Sekunde Augenkontakt. Und die Burger? Siehe Fotos.

Muy amable el sr que atiende el lugar, hablo poco alemán y se hizo entender para que pueda ordenar.

Leider passiert es hier immer wieder, dass man, wenn man "zum Mitnehmen" und größere Mengen bestellt entweder komplett falsche Artikel eingepackt werden, oder (und das jedes 2. Mal) etwas fehlt. Ich kaufe häufiger hier, weil ich in der Nähe wohne und muss leider sagen, dass noch nie zuviel eingepackt wurde... Also unbedingt noch vor Ort kontrollieren, damit man nicht behaupten kann, es wäre alles eingepackt worden und man hätte etwas heraus genommen...

Bestellung am Automaten, Wartezeit und Essen waren OK. Leider werden die Tische nicht regelmässig abgeräumt und geputzt. Aggressive bettelnde Kinder von Fahrenden werden toleriert. Absolutes NO Go für mich! Vielleicht mal nen Security für den Eingang einstellen..

Nach langer Zeit mal wieder BK ... aber das kann man sich sparen Zuwenig Personal für einen Sonntag Abend Burger und Pommes nur mit gefüllter Restwärme und geschmacklich erwartet man ja nicht so viel ... aber das war garnix 🥴

Ich bin 15 min gefahren damit ich mir was zum Essen hole um 2:30 angekommen heißt es wir haben geschlossen ohne nicht was zusagen sehr fresh die Dame hat einfach kein Bock auf ihre Arbeit bitte solche Leute dürfen nicht mit Kunden was zutun haben schrecklich steht bis 3 Uhr offen

Sauber, lecker und das Personal ist freundlich. Die Gegend ist nicht schön, dafür ist Burger King ein echter Diamant dort. Relativ kleiner Laden dafür aber eine umso bessere Atmosphäre. Gerne wieder!

Bestellung nur über die Bekloppten Automaten möglich... 20 Clicks für einen Burger. Netterweise kann und hat das freundliche Personal geholfen.

Mitten in Berlin.. Ganz versteckt aber super gemütlich grad wenn äs kalt ist.

Ein durcheinander... Mitarbeiter kommen nicht hinterher und vergessen die Hälfte. Essen kann man sich sparen...

Hatte bisher mit der Filiale nur gute Erfahrungen gemacht. Kurze Wartezeiten , schöne Gegend , beim Essen nichts zu beanstanden. (Ist halt Burger King und kein Sternerestaurant) Personal spricht deutsch und es werden Coupons akzeptiert. (Im Gegensatz zur Filiale am Alexanderplatz...)

Wir haben unsere Bestellung Schnell bekommen nur leider klein wenig kalt sonst nette Angestellten.

Wc und waschbecken nicht nutzbar,haare,alter dreck im Waschbecken und wc brille voller urin.die Mitarbeiter unterbesetzt und überfordert,unterbesetzt.. Bei 6 bestellungen hat jeweils was gefehlt,problemlösung gab es aber daher ein stern.

Bedienung nett... essen kam schnell. Bruger lecker... aber nur den den ich bekommen habe. Uns fehlten 2 chicken nugget burger plus ketchup. Haben samstag um 2:40 bestellt. Fehler können passieren, aber ich wollte das Essen nur schnell mitnehmen und nicht kontrolieren. Kann man uns entgegenen kommen, für die 3.98€, die wir bezahlt , aber nicht erhalten haben?

Das Klientel war ziemlich gewöhnungsbedürftig. Ziemlich laute und teilweise aggressive Menschen. Ich war zum ersten Mal in dieser Filiale, eventuell war das einfach nur Pech. Die Pommes waren frisch und heiß und die Burger durchaus okay, wenn man jüngere TV-Recherchen bedenkt. Man kann mittlerweile auch einen wiederverwertbaren Becher bestellen. Tisch und Bank waren relativ sauber und es hat auch nicht zu lange gedauert.

Burger King ist halt nur die Nummer zwei.

hab 15 minuten auf einen burger gewartet und die mitarbeiter haben nix gemacht, waren nicht beschäftigt und außerdem haben die kein rückgeld gegeben einfach saftladen. Wenn ich könnte würde ich die Mitarbeiter demütigen.

Chilicheese long war total kalt. Bestelltabletts sind unmöglich, Barzahlung nur nach Anfrage.

Nach Jahren wieder einmal bei Burger King etwas gegessen. Bestllprozess empfand ich als kompliziert da es nur noch an diesem Tablet geht. Essen schmeckte mir persönlich überhaupt nicht.

Es hat vor der Kasse schrecklich gestunken.

Erst den falschen Burger ausgegeben (nicht plant based) und dann der neue Burger hart und pappig. Nur behinderte Spakos am counter. Ein Fall für Harz4, wenn wir nicht so einen Mangel an Arbeitskräften hätten.

Der Mitarbeiter Boshev ist sehr nett und sehr hilfsbereit bestelle da immer gerne😊

Dauert zu lange und ewig vergessen die etwas

Das ist doch mal was anderes, Mitarbeiterinnen die lächeln wenn sie einem helfen und auch die Kunden sind freundlich. Selbst der Chef versteht einen Spaß und man hat nicht den Eindruck das Herr Wallraff hier etwas zu beanstanden finden würde.

Nun, wie soll ich schon eine BK Franchise bewerten. Burgerladen halt. Nicht besonderes. Kein besonderer Service, eher unfreundlich. Die Toilette muss man sich extra öffnen lassen. Aber das hat wahrscheinlich "Schöneberger Gründe", Drogenkonsum von Obdachlosen usw.

Der Shop ist Huebsch geworden, es ist sauber und man sitzt gut. Aber die Zwiebelringe waren sehr wabbelig und mit Fett viollgesaugt. Meun Burger hatte extra viel Ketchup und Mayo; es quill nur so aus ihm heraus. Die Speisen waren war und frisch zubereitet, aber leider nur so gewollt und nicht wirklich gekonnt
