This burger king is tasty but too small

Very clean and very good staff, especially my Albanian Hajredini is a specialist for very tasty hamburgers and a very hospitable guy

The employee was very nice and very friendly, but I still ordered my food incorrectly and she quickly exchanged it. I would like to thank her again.

It couldn't be sadder, the restaurant's sole purpose is missed... Ordering doesn't work, every time you order something, it arrives cold and inedible... Best 0 stars

Most negative experiences at a BurgerKing.

My visit to Burger King was entirely positive! The food was fresh and tasty, especially the burger was perfect. The fries were crispy and the staff was friendly and quick. The cleanliness of the restaurant also left a good impression. I'd love to come back!

One employee here has to be praised a lot: Mrs. Issa brings the structure in and is super friendly, she is really wonderful and gets the shop in shape 💪

I only eat there sometimes out of necessity. Burger was quickly swallowed lukewarm Has nothing to do with Burger King in the US or anywhere else. Not child friendly either Wanted a children's box with hamburgers. Only have cheeseburgers. Then just Chessburger without cheese. They didn't want to do something that defied any logic.

I ordered chicken nuggets. It was only after 15 minutes and one request that the order was even processed. There were the wrong sauces. After asking, almost all the sauces available were there, but everyone didn't order. Of the 20 nuggets, 2 were vegetarian (there were only 19 instead of 20 anyway). Is that also the case the other way around??? No recommendation!

Employees are nice, but burgers always miss some ingredient(which I pay for) , also dessert of churros didn't come with chocolate! Completely baffling, big waiting time of 10 minutes with no one else to arrive home and no order is correct. Never again.

That's standard! This is the statement I got after I complained about my KingRIB from the picture that I would like some more sauce because it is just very dry. After all, BurgerKing advertises with the saying that they don't copy the McRib from McDonalds but make it better. Then they give away a drink or ice cream for each review and now a customer comes and says he would like some sauce on top of this dry item and gets the answer “That’s standard” Thanks, I'll stick with the original then And go to McDonald’s again.

Small but nice! Nice staff, clean and everything fresh. Berlin's smallest but also best Burger King.

I ordered an ice cream with my girlfriend and the order was taken incorrectly... At first glance it wasn't a problem, but then she made such a bad second attempt that the first wrong one was almost better 💀💀💀 Less, less caring and SUPER reaction to my pointing out YOUR mistake. NOT recommended... But what do you expect from Burger King (I risked trying to eat there for the second time and was simply disappointed for the second time) -100000 AURA!!!!!! 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

The smallest and cutest Burger King I know. The girls are all really nice, accommodating and the menus are always great. I've been coming here for lunch/dinner/in between for 2 years and I'm ALWAYS completely satisfied and there's also a warmth of heart. Great!

Rather narrow shop, it was quite full, but I still received my food pleasantly quickly. I also made special requests after I had already ordered. Yip. Very good experience!

Food is just what you expect from Burger King. There's just not much to say about it. You either like it or you don't. Staff very friendly and easy to get along with. The supervisor said he only had to point out errors to staff BEFORE ME (customer), which, in my opinion, is not possible.

Good food, kiosk ordering so you don't have to talk to anyone. A bit small, can be hard to find a seat during peak hours.

I like to eat here often, the burgers are great and the staff is very nice and friendly! The only thing that has really bothered me lately is that people who don't order anything have the toilet unlocked, then charge their cell phones and lie down on the bench to sleep and no one who is busy has anything against it! 1 star deducted because the last time I was attacked and threatened by a homeless person who woke up, so I had to call the police! Sat.03.02.24 Food very fresh and tasty, only I was missing 2 nuggets and I'm not the kind of person who goes to the checkout and then receives them afterwards :/ Sun.04.02.24 The burgers and fries were fresh and tasty, I wouldn't have expected it otherwise because otherwise I wouldn't come here so often ;) However, the trays could be replaced, they are past their prime :) A great plus point are the cardboard straws, they are nice and stable and don't dissolve so quickly, they make it easy to drink ;) The staff was always very friendly, helpful and accommodating, even when the house was full they tried to do justice to all guests, mistakes happen to everyone and that's why we are human ;) A top team from which other BurgerKing restaurants can learn a lesson :* 02/12/24 As always, the food was fresh and tasty, the fries were very hot but edible ;) The gentleman at the checkout kindly helped a customer take his order (top customer service)! Fries nice and hot and perfectly salted, cola well chilled and the new Wopper was very delicious! Every effort is made here to do justice to the guest, I like coming here :)

Today I ordered the Whopper meal, another Whopper and a tartilla. I picked up the order. It wasn't until I got home that I saw that they hadn't given me a second Whopper. It's a shame because the meal was intended for several people. I was very upset about this place because I used to come here a lot

Unfortunately, the lady is hopelessly overwhelmed. Waited 15 minutes for 2 menus.

The worst thing about this Citizen King shed, there are no Germans at work, only those with a migration background and this also causes the service quality to suffer!! You order and want to pay and are then ignored even though there are at least 8-10 employees there... standing around and preferring to chat with their hands in their pockets rather than serve customers!!! If I were their manager I would have fired them all! There is lousy service but that's really the last thing I saw in my life...

Sehr schlechter Wopper hatte zum mitnehmen. Darf man dort nicht machen. War in Microwelle erhitzt super heiß. Latschiges Salatblatt anscheinend mit erhitzt und brötchen total latschig. Käse und Soße klebten mehr im Papier als im Burger. Das hätten sie vor Ort sich nicht gewagt jemanden in die Hand zu geben. Bin stinksauer. Schlechtester Bürger aller Zeiten. Und ich hatte mich so auf den Wopper gefreut

15 minute wait for a simple Whopper? And then you can't get out of the restaurant because the staff has locked the door even though the store is extremely full? What should happen in an emergency, for example if there is a fire? This is unforgivable!

Very bad service and the store is extremely dirty. Cashiers very unfriendly and speak neither English nor German! Really sickening

Ordered via Uber Eats. The burgers were old, the lettuce was brown and crusty with mayo and that was really all 5 burgers! The fries were cold and half full, drinks and sauces were not even delivered. The entire order was inedible. Nobody answers the phone. Never again!

I recently purchased two menus and two extra burgers from Burger King, but unfortunately, upon arriving home and inspecting the order, I found that they had once again made errors. This isn't the first time I've experienced such issues with their service. Firstly, instead of receiving the Chicken Clubhouse Burger as ordered, I was given a chicken nugget burger, which I personally dislike. Furthermore, none of the menus included the fries that were supposed to accompany them. Additionally, they provided random dips, none of which were the ones I had ordered. I'm too tired to go back there, but I'll certainly never eat from there again.

Employees and shift management look nice and would probably have been nice under other conditions but unfortunately not in my experience! I can only warn everyone who reads this and hopefully save them from such an embarrassing situation as I experienced on April 28th, 2024 at 11 p.m.! Ordered Bacon King with fries, cola and extra nuggets + onion rings to take away and it took quite a long time. I just wanted to go home quickly and then switch off, but unfortunately NOTHING came of it. Luckily I only live one bus stop away from Burger King, so I went straight back to get my fries and when I got there I nicely pointed out the mistake and got a rude answer about where the bag was and that it couldn't be etc. The situation was on the verge of escalation and fortunately it went off lightly. Just check your order carefully, otherwise it's all about the sausage.

Don't order at this place if you are vegan or vegetarian, they gave me a vegetable whopper with meat, unfortunately I realized it too late. The truth is you can't trust these chains. This is violence.

Unfortunately disappointing. Ordered 2 Double Whoppers and a Big King XL to take away. At home noticed that the burgers smelled burnt and also tasted burnt. Tried to cover up the taste with more sauce. While I was waiting in front of the checkout, I also heard the sentence "oh damn" from the kitchen staff in the back of the kitchen. But I didn't think anything of it. Then at home the surprise. I didn't want to go back there and complain. My time is too precious for that. But I will never eat there again. My tip! When you get a burger, check whether it is burnt.

Pretty small Burger King. If the store is packed you will have a hard time finding a seat. I was satisfied with my order. No items were missing and they accept coupons aswell. I had to wait 5 minutes before receiving my order. Male Toilet was not dirty. All in all I visited much worse Burger King stores

The toilets were locked with a “notice for paying guests only”. I had to buy a burger first and then wash my hands. So you can decide here, either eat a cold burger or eat it with dirty fingers. A no go for a burger joint! Update 5 years later: Toilets still locked. Now there's not even running water in the toilet!

Burger was missing upon delivery, we were told there was nothing we could do about it. It just hung up 5 times. Mega cheeky and simple. I will never order from this branch again.

8:30 p.m. Hunger. And as a “country bumpkin” in the middle of Berlin. BURGER KING is always a good place to go. Nice, friendly staff in this branch and a quick delivery of Big King, King Nuggets, fries and cola make the day end nicely.

I have never eaten such a bad burger in any Burgermeister restaurant, it was tough as a shoe sole. Fries also tasted old. Not recommended, at least this location.

Finding a parking space is a challenge.

Long waiting time and the aisle to the counter is very narrow

I came here with a colleague for a quick business lunch. I had a Double Cheeseburger, medium fries with pommes sauce and a medium coke. My grandma always says that Burger King has the best french fries and she is right. They are superior to the that other dominant fast food chain. The food was good, the machine I ordered at was friendly I guess even though I saw an elderly person struggling with it. The food took a while to prepare, but it was during lunch time so that is to be expected. The interior feels like a bit of a movie set, which makes the experience feel a little odd but interesting. I will come back to this Burger King restaurant soon, since I will be working close by for the next month.

The place has a limited but functional space, with three digital order kiosk terminals and a few regular personal order attendees. The seating area is also small, but it wasn't crowded when I visited. The atmosphere was peaceful and pleasant and the staff were friendly. I got seated and had my food while enjoying the street view from the window.

Diese BURGER KING Filiale ist schon recht klein. Insgesamt macht der Laden im Kundenbereich einen ordentlichen und sauberen Eindruck. Die Bedienung war freundlich und nett. Über die Speisen braucht man nicht viel schreiben, ist halt BURGER KING. Für den kleinen Hunger zwischendurch ist das ganze okay. 😎

War mein letztes mal dort, die Bürger war kalt und ungenießbar der Bacon war noch komplett roh, die Cola war erstens ohne Eis obwohl mit bestellt und zweitens hat sie wie Wasser geschmeckt. Die Toiletten sahen fürchterlich aus eine Toilette war komplett mit Klopapier voll gestopft, und der Hand abtrocknen spender funktioniert auch nicht. Ging es nach mir würde ich kein Stern dafür geben.

Can’t speak for much as I only went it to get a small snack and use the bathroom but the worker (I assume manager) was very friendly and the place was probably the cleanest BK in a 300 miles radius

Muy amable el sr que atiende el lugar, hablo poco alemán y se hizo entender para que pueda ordenar.

Leider passiert es hier immer wieder, dass man, wenn man "zum Mitnehmen" und größere Mengen bestellt entweder komplett falsche Artikel eingepackt werden, oder (und das jedes 2. Mal) etwas fehlt. Ich kaufe häufiger hier, weil ich in der Nähe wohne und muss leider sagen, dass noch nie zuviel eingepackt wurde... Also unbedingt noch vor Ort kontrollieren, damit man nicht behaupten kann, es wäre alles eingepackt worden und man hätte etwas heraus genommen...
