I ordered online for the first time, around 4:15 PM. The restaurant officially opens at 5:30 PM. I received confirmation promptly, stating that delivery would take place between 5:30 PM and 5:45 PM. The food arrived at 5:40 PM. The burgers were very tasty and high quality. Very fast delivery service. Thank you!

We had reserved a table for six people days in advance. When we arrived, no one knew anything about it. Everything was very disorganized and unstructured. They quickly moved tables together and tried to salvage the situation. We then ordered food and drinks from the completely overwhelmed server. These were then served incorrectly (Coke instead of Coke Zero). The dishes arrived at staggered intervals. The first people had already finished eating when the last ones hadn't even received their food. For an Italian restaurant, the "Italian specialties" tasted quite bland, like anything you'd get from a pizza delivery service. The pizzas were rather small and sparsely topped, and were only served lukewarm. The pasta and sauces were also nothing to write home about. Overall, we were very disappointed. Only after our visit did we learn that this restaurant isn't run by Italians, but by Turkish management. If only we had known that beforehand...

Wir hatten einen super Abend beim DinnerHopping. Das Essen war wirklich sehr gut und es gab immer eine vegetarisches Gericht zur Auswahl. Vielen Dank an Janine für die tolle Unterhaltung und den hammermäßigen Gesang! Wir können das Erlebnis nur jedem weiterempfehlen 😉

The food is awesome guys. Whatever I write may not be enough feedback so go and try. And support the restaurant because you won’t find similar taste easily in vegan restaurants.

Das Essen ist einzigartig. Die Qualität der Lebensmittel ist auf dem höchsten Stand. Zu jedem Gang wurde der Wein bewusst und passend ausgewählt. Sehr hochwertige Weine. Saisonale Lebensmittel, bissfest und auf den Punkt gegart. Am meisten hat uns die Kombination der Speisen beeindruckt, es war eine Geschmacksexplosion.... 10 von 10. Wir können dieses Lokal sehr gerne weiterempfehlen.

The food is absolutely fantastic, the service is incredibly friendly, and the atmosphere is cozy. The price is also very fair, almost too low for what you get. You should make a reservation beforehand, as there are many regular customers, even during the week.

We visited the Fontana Balkan Restaurant in Bielefeld with our whole family, including three children, and were absolutely delighted. The decor is very cozy and welcoming – you immediately feel at home. The burek varieties were incredibly delicious and wonderfully crispy – a real highlight! The various grilled meats on the mixed grill platter were also incredibly tasty and authentic in every way, just as you would expect from Balkan cuisine. The service was very friendly, attentive, and quick. The value for money is excellent. We also had a small cake from a good selection of desserts, which was also very tasty and perfectly rounded off our wonderful visit. A small suggestion (not a criticism): We would be very happy if you offered the legendary Cockta in the glass bottle, a well-known brand of water from the Balkans, as well as Turska Kafa prepared in the traditional Balkan style. However, your espresso and coffee were also very flavorful and we enjoyed them very much. A thoroughly enjoyable restaurant visit – we'd love to come back and can highly recommend Restaurant Fontana in Bielefeld! 😊

Unser erster Besuch gestern. Endlich wieder Gastronomie - Glück! Und zwar richtig, liebevoll bedient sind wir köstlich durch den Abend gerauscht. Vielen Dank und bis bald. EDIT: ganz klar unser meist- besuchtes Restaurant! JEDES Mal voll überzeugend bietet die Wochenkarte köstliche Abwechslung, die so gut schmeckt. EDIT2: Leider, leider geschlossen. Ein großer Verlust!

We booked Burgermacher for our son's 18th birthday – and I can only say: it was perfect! Communication beforehand was incredibly easy, friendly, and professional. On the day of the event, everything ran smoothly, punctually, and very well organized. The burgers were a highlight of the evening: freshly grilled, high-quality meat, delicious vegetarian options, and fantastic side dishes. The guests were thrilled – many even asked where we booked the catering. I'd especially like to commend the friendly team, who were always cheerful and attentive and created a truly pleasant atmosphere.
