Amazing Indian food served with a smile. We really enjoyed our time at the restaurant. Probably the best place to eat Indian food in Lübeck.

A lovely restaurant with a very new feel to it. The mango lassi was very good, the food was also delicious, and the service was very friendly. They spoke German and English very confidently. Unfortunately, we were only visiting Lübeck, but we would eat here again anytime.

Simply perfect! Delicoius food prepared with love. Very friendly service. The mango lassi is my favorite indian drink and it was served with the beautiful swirl on the top (never had it like that before) - something for the taste and for the eyes. Delicious meals that you can share alond and enjoy togehter with your other half and friends. The rajita was more savory than sweet (I knew it a bit sweeter until now) and was a great addition to the spicy garlic naan bread. Delicious food that gave us the energy for the upcoming travel.

Very tasty lassi, the food was also great, and the staff was extremely friendly. What more could you ask for? Highly recommended.

If your stomach can handle all Indian spices, you've come to the right place. If you can't, try not to make it too spicy. The food was very tasty and spicy.

We were passing through and ate there one evening. It was simply excellent. It was among the best chicken vindaloo I've ever eaten. The spice and the rest of the ingredients were perfectly balanced. The garlic naan was also crispy and still piping hot. We would go back anytime.

This was the best meal we have had in Germany. The food and service was excellent! If you enjoy curry, this is the place to go!

The restaurant is very centrally located near the pedestrian zone. The staff is very friendly, there's a wide selection, and the food was truly delicious. The portions are generous, and I think it's perfectly reasonable value for money. We could have had more rice, but it was plenty for us. We'll definitely eat there again.

Great Indian restaurant! The menu is very extensive, and there's also a large selection of vegetarian and vegan dishes. We ate there several times during our vacation, each had a different dish, and were delighted every time. The service was also super friendly and attentive. Bottom line: absolutely recommended! When we're back in Lübeck, we'll be back 😊

One-time visit: no attentiveness from the otherwise friendly staff - lack of seasoning in the food - blaring music, unkempt toilets, and no confidence in the condition of the kitchen...

The restaurant is very modern and attractively decorated – you immediately feel at home. What impressed us: - Perfect location in the old town - Modern, attractive decor - Exceptionally friendly service - Excellent food without any limitations - Exceptionally varied menu - Particularly commendable: homemade lemonades and dips - Great selection of drinks - Generous portions – significantly larger than in other restaurants - Overall, perfect service The food is truly outstanding, and the service leaves nothing to be desired. The portions are pleasingly large – you'll definitely be full and get plenty for your money. Small note: The restroom is a bit small and could use a refresh, but that doesn't detract from the otherwise perfect experience. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to enjoy authentic Indian cuisine in a cozy atmosphere. We'll definitely be back!

We didn’t make a reservation and just walked in on a friday night. We ordered the mixed vegetable korma and the vegetarian thali. Both were simply delicious. Staff is personable and even offered us chai masala on the house. Highy recommend if you are in the mood for fabulous indian food.

Perfect for a special evening I celebrated my birthday here – and it was a complete success. The atmosphere is stylish, the staff attentive, and the food was of a very high standard. I especially recommend the beef fillet – cooked to perfection.

We were visiting Lübeck and exploring the city and walking around when I said that I can smell Indian food and we just followed that fragrance as it felt very homely food fragrance. And there it was Namaste India after we walked about 200m. We saw the menu and entered. The staff helped us with a table. We ordered Jhinga (prawn) Biryani, Chhole Bhature, Mango Lassi, Banana Lassi. All the food items were delicious. Staff is very much polite, cares about the customers. The food has good Indian taste ❤️. Ambience was good with good music. Highly recommend the restaurant if you’re visiting Lübeck and want to have Indian food.

The food is great. The service, however, is really poorly organized. The men are friendly and helpful, but the organization is really poorly thought out. We waited almost 20 minutes before someone came over to take our order. We weren't the only ones who felt that way. But if you put up with that, you'll be rewarded with really good food.

Authentic Indian food. Everything is delicious, it's worth eating there ☺️. The waiters are very attentive and speak a little Spanish.

The Tandoori Lamb Tikka was delicious and perfectly prepared. Good consistency, good sauce. The service was excellent: the waiter was friendly, and my order was taken quickly.

We went there with a group of five. It was a very nice restaurant in a good location. The food was very good, large portions, and absolutely reasonable value for money. The service was very friendly, but unfortunately a bit understaffed, which sometimes caused a slight delay. A problem that is unfortunately becoming more common in restaurants these days. Nevertheless, I highly recommend it in Lübeck's Old Town!

We went there twice for dinner as a couple over a long weekend. So many pleasant surprises; a modern and soothing decor, quality dishes with friendly and helpful staff. Perfect!

A turbo waiter whirls you through a very tasteful evening. Table without reservation: no problem! Drinks and starters: barely ordered, already on the table. And then delicious main courses with an understandable price-performance ratio! A delicious recommendation. A star deduction in the ambience because the tables are very close together, which limits the atmosphere a bit!

Probably the best Indian food I've had outside India. Butter Chicken was sublime, and Dal Tadka was super good. Excellent service

We know Indian hospitality differently. For the operator, earnings are more important than satisfied guests, we were not only disappointed, no, we were almost horrified by the unfriendliness. Really a shame. This Indian is not worth his money

The food and the ambience were amazing! We were served very very well and the owner Mr Hiren Patel had a nice chat with us and shared the story of how he started his restaurant. Each and every food item was made to exactly the preferences we asked for and the flavors were amazing! I would recommend this hotel to everyone who crave for Indian food and are in and around Lubeck

The food was very good. The service was good and quick, but not particularly personal or warm. The furnishings are modern and new. You can eat good Indian food here.

We had made a reservation and the restaurant was very full on Sunday evening. The service staff consisted of two people, which was obviously a little too small due to the workload. The drinks took a long time, the time it took for the food to be served was fine. Service was very friendly. The restaurant is generally nicely decorated and the atmosphere is good, but unfortunately the sanitary facilities are very worn out.

It was good but not a highlight either. When I was eating I couldn't really taste whether it was lamb or chicken. It's because everything is very strongly spiced... Indian after all 😅 There is a huge selection. I find the map a bit overloaded. Definitely 60 or more dishes. Service was nice. Prices are normal for today.

The food is just amazing. This place is like Home away from Home. Germany main ek sundar se shehar Lubeck mein kabhi aao toh yahan zarooor aana. If you like to have some spicy food, do try the mutton roghan josh. Ek number!

Very tasty food. I had chicken tikka masala. It was slightly spicy and had lots of meat, just as you would imagine. As a starter we had fried vegetables which were very interesting with the 4 sauces. We can recommend “Namaste India” without hesitation.

We spontaneously went to Namaste for dinner in the afternoon. The ambience is great and the service was super nice and “on the ball”. We all had the vegetarian “Thali” menu. (In addition to salad, raid, naan bread, papad and a small dessert, there is a selection of small dishes.) Since I can never decide and always like to try different dishes, it is perfect for me. The homemade lemonades are also great. We were totally thrilled!

The evening in this restaurant was really great. When we walked in we were immediately greeted in a friendly manner. Even without a reservation we got a nice table. The food was great and the atmosphere invites you to linger! Clear recommendation!

We wanted to round off our trip to Lübeck with a nice meal. It was only by chance that we found Namaste. It looked so cozy from outside and the welcome inside was very friendly. To our delight, there are a lot of vegetarian and vegan dishes on offer here. Our food was very tasty and authentic. In summer the restaurant also has a beautiful courtyard... we definitely want to try that out on our next visit! Thank you for the lovely evening!

Thank you for the excellent funeral feast. A good room for events, very friendly service and a very full reservation book in the evenings - it's worth making a reservation. :) And at lunchtime there is enough space for you to drop by spontaneously. :)

We had a really nice evening at Namaste. We quickly got a seat on a Saturday even without a reservation and were served very friendly. The thali was very tasty, a great selection of different dishes and very plentiful.

Unfortunately it was too cold in the large dining room in winter - the food was okay - unfortunately the meat was pre-fried and warmed up.

We were here for the first time and had such a delicious meal. Really a tip and we will definitely come back! The second visit in 10/2024 wasn't so great and the food was a bit bland. The taste is still ok, but since we got to know the Indian restaurant Aroma in Zellerfeld, things are worlds apart. In addition, the food was only lukewarm and from the tandoori. It's a shame, hence one star less. There was an additional reduction in service, our table was wiped down while we were still sitting. Touching all of our drinks with a wiping cloth... that's not possible.

The two of us spontaneously went to the restaurant. It was extremely well attended, and after a short wait at the counter a seat became available. The service was very attentive, as soon as our rice bowl was empty, a full one was brought without asking. The gluten intolerance wasn't a problem at all 😃. The food was extremely tasty and the price/performance ratio was good.

Very tasty food, especially the classic curry is recommended. Also child-friendly and very accommodating. We now come here regularly because we feel in good hands, even with children.

Wednesday afternoon in Lübeck. Cozy ambience with Indian flair. Ordered a Namaste platter with house specialties. Very good quality meat and vegetables can be ordered with a spicy or optionally hot sauce. My tip if you are hungry and want to enjoy a delicious meal in a sophisticated ambience.

I'm here often, sometimes at lunchtime, sometimes in the evening. The food is always great. Sometimes it takes a few minutes longer, but I always receive friendly and attentive service. But the wait is definitely worth it! The tikas from the tandoori oven are great. I'd love to come back!

Had an amazing dinner here. The food is quite authentic tasting and the portions are generous. The staff (we were served by Mr. Mudit) were so coordial and jolly, inspite of being a very busy evening at the restaurant. Truly a gem in Lübeck to find such authentic food.

Wir waren zwar um 22:00 Uhr im Restaurant jedoch war das Essen nicht hervorragend. Wir würden eine 6/10 vergeben. Leider war das Hähnchenfleisch nicht durch (u.a. 2x Butter-Chicken bestellt)
